We have all heard that your network is your net worth so it is very important that you learn the ability to expand the amount of people that you know. We’ve also heard that it is not always what you know but who you know and this term point specifically towards being able to network. But keep in mind that it is not the number of people that know you, but the number of people that respect you which is important. So make sure you are the type of person that is known to do what they say, to be on time, and to be a trustworthy hard worker then please continue growing the amount of people you know. Is this such an important skill. People need to know that you don’t over promise or say things just to make them go away. Rate yourself from 1 to 10 in the skills of time management, communication, and emotional intelligence. It is important that we realize that we all have aspects we can work on and it really is a process that we continually work to improve on these areas. No matter what point you are in your life it is important that you continue to learn and grow each day as we work toward reaching our full potential. We also begin to learn about life lesson number two which is that when it comes to business, preparation will always top talent every time. In business it doesn’t matter how naturally talented you are at something, what matters is that you are fully prepared for the task that is at hand.
