Find A Need And Fill It – Episode 2 – Part 1


Are you trying to determine what business to go into? Do you have a need already, or are you looking to find a particular problem to solve? In this episode, Jack Nadel, one of the most experienced combat veterans who flew in the B-29 bomber in 27 combat missions over Japan – and the owner of one of the largest promotional materials companies in the world – sits down to talk with her business coach Clay Clark about the needs that he has filled, and how entrepreneurs can more clearly defined the niche of business that they’re going into. Whenever you were going into business, you must clearly define what mean you were going to solve, and you must make sure that it is profitable. A couple examples of means that are not real are Ponzi schemes. Do not get caught up trying to sell a need that does not exist. Furthermore, when you were looking for a need, you do not need to start with a grandiose idea. You may allow yourself to think and dream on a worldwide scale, but start in the grass roots of your local community. For example, Sam Walton of Walmart started with a small store before growing his empire. If you’re going to build a worldwide known business, you must start from the ground. That starts with one store, one crew, one system, one step at a time. Do not allow yourself to get started too quickly or try to do everything at once. You must develop a culture of sweat equity in your business where you are investing Time and mental resources to the development of your business, not just Financial resources.
