The next thing that you must do is consistently deliver on your current responsibilities so that you developed a reputation of excellence. And lastly you must maintain a positive attitude in the workplace so that you are a joy to be around. If you follow these steps then you can earn a promotion with in your workplace, and you will be recognized as one of the top performers.
