The only way to achieve this outcome is to ensure that your branding is as consistent and cohesive as possible. Another key point to understand is that the way you look will create perceptions of who you are. you do not have to like but this is the way the world works. So you have to look big before you are big. You have to dress for the job you want not the job you have. Elon Musk says “Brand is just a perception, and perception will match reality over time.” To attract upper level customers and clients you have to let them know that you can deliver to their standards. If you are construction company working out of a 30 year old truck that is missing a door then the chances are not high you will land that next big contract coming to town if that is the first perception the client has of you.
