In this final episode of the series on how to develop a personal brand business coach Clay Clark and Top selling insurance agent Bryan Smith (the crazy shirt guy) will get into the final super move. Super move number six is to develop a slogan, tagline,  or saying. This is part of branding that a lot of big businesses do as a typical part of the marketing and branding campaigns. But for some reason small and medium size businesses don’t invest time in this as often. One reason to develop slogan, tagline, or slogan is to try and become engrained or stuck in the mind of your ideal and likely buyer. For example “Trust the Midas Touch”. Nike – Just Do It. and the list could go on. You want to use your marketing and advertising to keep the team busy. Bryan talks about how you want to create such volume of clients because they are constantly top of mind and thinking them and the brand. He will really break down how consistent branding makes it possible for customers to relate to your business through other team members, and thereby keep the conversation about your business going. On capstone thought on the development of not only your personal brand but your business brand as well is to be very intentional and intense about making sure your team follows the standards you have put in place for all aspects of the brand. From creating new print pieces to video commercials to fliers to hand out at an event. People on your team will think that they are being helpful by creating or changing something with your brand and you must rule this aspect of your life and business with an iron fist and make sure that every decision goes directly through before a final change is made.
