You must also be intentional about your thought diet. Are you intentional about the way you think? By being more intentional about how you think, you will be able to make the right changes necessary to improve your thought diet. When you become more intentional about feeding yourself positive thoughts, you will be able to have more positive actions. You can immediately begin to elevate and increase your thought quality by being intentional about the things that you allow to influence your life. Decide that you will only be influenced by positive and encouraging sources and you will begin to see a dramatic shift for the better in the overall quality of your thoughts.
