Interested in learning the proven system to grow your business? Join America’s best business coach, Clay Clark, and Thrive15 business coach Marshall Morris, as they continue the series on the ADAPT principle. The first step in the ADAPT method is to “Accept that the calvary is not coming.” My friends, we do not live in medieval times and a might calvary in shining armor is not going to save us in business. You must accept that if it’s to be, then it is up to YOU to make it happen. Clay shares how when starting his businesses, he could not sit around waiting for the phone to ring. He had to go after it and make things happen that would help is business grow and get his phone ringing again. My friends, you must stop waiting for funding, the government, your family, or anything else that you are waiting on that will help your business grow. By accepting this, you will develop an action oriented mindset and will get the things done that need to be done in your business. Marshall gives us helpful wisdom by sharing that we must set our daily key performance indicators that will measure our success. Key performance indicators are the most important activities in your business or in your life that reflects the success that you are having. For example, if someone was in the role of an outbound sales person, their key performance indicators would be things such as the number of calls made, the number of appointments set, and the number of deals closed. Regardless of what positions are in your business, you can develop key performance indicators for any role. If you need help creating the right key performance indicators, then consider working with a Thrive15 business coach to help grow your business much faster.
