The Prerequisites: 10 Concepts You Need To Know Before You Can Grow – Episode 2 – Part 1

When was the last time you worked on your business? Instead of the internal work we all do, take a birds-eye view of your business and note what needs to be worked on. Then you must take action or nothing will happen. On this episode of “The Prerequisites: 10 Concepts You Need To Know Before You Can Grow” business coach Clay Clark and thrive mentor Deedra Determan elaborate on you taking action on what you need to get done. What is it you want to do in your business? Do you just think of the idea and move on? Deedra Determan goes to say that you need to write that idea down, and execute it for your business. Execution may be one of the hardest parts of your plan. It can help you grow your business to a level you have yet to see. As a thriver you may have a dream floating in your head. Something that can revolutionize an industry in a matter of weeks! Yet, if you do nothing about that dream it will not matter. What if you only have ideas? What can you do to make sure that the dream gets implemented into your business? Deedra Determan relates to a story where an entrepreneur had a great idea and did not want to tackle it, so he just hired a doer. We do not recommend doing that with everything, yet it is a great start! In the end  of this episode Clay Clark summarized how he grew when it came to building a house. He looked at the project of something you scale. So the bigger the better. Yet, little did he know is that wooden floors were a thing and so were granite tops. Clay never had either of the two and was shocked when he learned that millions of others have wooden floors.
