The Science Of Personal Achievement – Episode 5 – Part 2
Thrive15 has yet another video featuring the great business coach Clay Clark knows as the thrive visioneer. Accompanied by Clifton Taulbert NY Times bestselling author and entrepreneur. Together tackle another episode of a series titled “The Science of Personal Achievement.” Today’s episode goes over you not having to accept what you do not desire. As an entrepreneur you may have people telling you to go into another field that you yourself are not passionate about. What will the outcome be if you do not have the desire to succeed? This brings a strong point brought up by Mr. Taulbert summarized as if you are alone in charge of your own self. No one else can control you, nor do what you do for yourself. Again, you can choose what you will not accept in life; however, you must take action and do something about it. Most successful people are mindful of the things that they know they can control. This helps them focus on what they can do to improve on their business. As an entrepreneur you are very mindful of what you need to do to overcome any situation. Basically as Clifton puts it in this episode, “focus only on what you can control and what you need to do about it.” Towards the end of this episode Mr. Taulbert goes over a time when he made a sale of a stair master. Clifton could control a few things about this sale. So in result he got into his vehicle and drove many hours to where the stair master would be delivered, to guarantee that the stair master was in good working condition. Thriver, what do you think you could do to help get yourself to the next level, showing your customers that you have that desire to succeed. Taking that extra step going beyond of what you are expected.
