However, it is not become discouraged from starting new businesses. Richard Branson sees failure is a part of the process. It is part of the entrepreneurial journey that allows people to achieve more than they ever thought that they could. Failure makes more resilient to adversity. Failure strengthens ideas. Failure pushes people to their potential. When you resist failure, you resist change. In this episode, you will learn the necessity for failure as a business owner and entrepreneur.
