How To Overcome Fear & Worry With Doctor Zoellner – Episode 3 – Part 1
Business coach Clay Clark and Dr. Zee are sitting down in episode three part one of the series of how to overcome fear and worry. In today’s business coach training one of the key principles that Clay and Dr. Z are going to go over is to keep your friends close but your enemies closer. What this means is that you always have to know what your enemies are doing. Don’t ever let them out of your sight because by definition they are plotting against you. In business, as an entrepreneur and owner, you have to understand that business literally is more. Business is war and casualness causes casualties. And you cannot become casual with your enemies. You can make them think that you’re not enemies anymore but you always have to have the upper hand. When we do this is to always take the high road. Don’t ever take advantage of the situation and always make it a win-win. That is the main concept behind one of Dr. Z’s Business pin rules which is pigs get fed and hogs get butchered. What this means is that you need to look at every interaction with an employee, a customer, vendor, a partner as a win/win. If you do not get in the habit of creating these scenarios and you will not find yourself building long-term relationships with people. Long-term relationships are by far one of the best ways to maximize profits and your business. When you have long term relationships with your customers they continue to buy from you for years. Often times they pass that buying have it on as a legacy to their children. In their children become the buyers of yours as well. As it relates to key. Friends close and your enemies closer you need to keep your finger on the pulse of what your enemy is up to. You must mystery shop and find out what your enemies customer experiences like to make sure that you are better than them in every aspect.
