Over Delivering: The Selfish Act Of Standing Out By Doing More – Episode 2 – Part 1

Today business coach Clay Clark is going to talk about more of the details that are involved with the selfless act of standing out by doing more the overall concept of this series has been over delivery. What it means overdeliver is to bring more value than you are expected to to every job or task that it is you have in front of you. What it really means is you just go the extra mile to make sure that the job or task was done with excellence and at the customer was satisfied and does not have anything else that they need from the company. We have a saying on the walls of the drive office that goes as follows “overdeliver and you will soon be overpaid”. The active overdelivering is a selfish act because the end result is that the person you over delivered for now sees more value than they originally did in you.
