Is it something you are proud of? If you were given a deadline today to complete a project by tomorrow, what would you do to ensure that the project gets done at the right time? In this episode business coach and thrive visioneer Clark Clark is joined by Johnny G. fitness visionary, inventor, and entrepreneur. Johnny G. created a workout program called “Spinning” that was used by over five million people per day. On top of the great workout program, Johnny G. invented the upper-body product called “Kranking.” Together Clay Clark and Johnny G talk about your work ethic and how it reflects who you really are. If you take pride in your work you will most likely have a great work ethic in what you do. Johnny G. talks about his past and his experiences with many different jobs in so many fields. When you need to get a job done you will find things that will distract you. For example, it can be really hot outside, so you do not want to mow the yard or the concert tonight is going to be something you do not want to miss (So you hold off on completing your assignments). These are some of the everyday challenges we face in a business. However, your work ethic does not only consist of how you get your job done. When you go to work are you on time? Many people today find that punctuality is a sign of respect. We all have the same amount of time in a day. It is your choice on how you want to manage it to maximize your work day.
