I have used OxiFresh before but this time it was not to my satisfaction. The price was more but worse off, the spots weren’t all removed like last time and my carpets didn’t come out as clean as I expected once they were dry. He told me the stains would come out and when it dried, they were lighter but still noticeable. Did he go too fast? did he not put enough pre-treatment on there? Don\’t know but it wasn’t worth the $230 I spent. I didn’t even get an spot treatment bottle like last time. I would NOT recommend unless I can guarantee the two people that visited the first time. I also have no idea how to contact the company to share my dissatisfaction outside of this testimonial- very disappointing!

The web site says to call and ask for an earlier appointment if the web appointment is not soon enough. I did so and the person who answered the phone was less than helpful. I explained I wanted to see if I could get an earlier appointment. She did not ask when my appointment was scheduled so she could check to see if there is something earlier. I asked to be put on a list in case someone cancelled and she said they do not keep track of clients that are interested in scheduling something sooner, if possible. I asked to leave a message for the owner, and she then said she would add a note to my appointment. Very poor customer service. I understand having to wait for an opening, but I just wanted to make sure I got in as soon as possible. I\’ve left messages in the past and no one ever returns my calls. I have been very happy with the actual carpet cleaning and have used them for years at least every few months.

A big thanks to Oxi Fresh for making my stained carpets and couch look brand new . It was important to me to find a company that doesn’t use harsh chemicals there was absolutely no smell and my carpet looks amazing. I was a little worried about the ultra suede fabric on my couch but it came out perfect . Wanda and Adrian are very nice people and take pride in their work. I’m going to recommend them in my apartment complex because we have carpet in all the units .
