Clay, you’re an entrepreneur, I’m an entrepreneur. And as they say in stoic, the obstacle is the way. And so if you let these pinheads get in your way, you’re in trouble. Octononverba is the motto of the U . S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint, New York.

I had appointments with Naval Academy and Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy. And Merchant Marine Academy’s motto was Octononverba. In other words, don’t listen to what a person says. Watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show and thank you for all you do. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects.

You know what I mean? People rave about what they learn from you.

So congratulations. My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas and soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times. I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees. Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place.

In six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences and Amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new and I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team about marketing and how to help you guys implement the SEO. The coaching is just great because there’s accountability. It’s just a fantastic way to grow your company. Having a relationship with Thrivetimes, it’s just been amazing for multiclaim. Oh my goodness, it frees me up because then I don’t have to take a class on search engine optimization or learn marketing or shoot video. That’s not what we do.

What we do is commercial janitorial service. And you guys were the experts on marketing. And you teach me and hold my hand and show me how to do it right.

And therefore, now my company is much, much larger. Folks, on today’s show, we’re joined by a real client. He may look like a male model. He may look like a hologram, but he’s a real person. He’s a longtime client. He’s a man that we consider to be a friend of The Thrive Time Show and a friend of mine.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the show Kevin. Welcome on to The Thrive Time Show.

How are you, sir? Clay, I’m doing great.

I had a great Christmas holiday, and I’m glad to be here.

OK, so first question, can you tell us what is your name, first and last name, and what’s the name of your company, sir? My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean.

We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas and soon to be Arkansas.

And how long have we worked with you approximately at this point, sir?

It’s been about six, seven years. I’ll pose this question to the Flyover audience, but Colton, let me put it directly to you. You’re into business.

In high school, you were reading Robert Kiyosaki and the Rhinoceros Success by Alexander.

Scott Alexander. All that stuff.

What if there’s somebody who can teach you how to build a business that works without you?

Okay, that’s awesome. That’s a key thing. How to increase your numbers, leads, and the business you receive. How to improve your branding, profits, sales.

Yep.

How to delegate effectively.

That’s important.

I mean, the list goes on and on. You can’t have a business that runs without you without the ability to delegate. There’s really almost too many things to be true.

How to manage employees, how to create products that wow, how to lead your team, how to effectively lead meetings.

Yep.

All of those things.

I want all those things. How to build scalable processes. How often have you ever been to a business and you’re like, If this guy waiting on my table that also cooks the food that runs the place feels sick one day, this whole thing’s gone. And his last name’s the one on the outside. And his last name is, you’re at Don Chewy’s, and his name’s Chewy. And his brother’s named Don, and he quit.

So it’s not going to work. But we’ve got somebody who can help with all of these things and a lot more. If you even think about business a little bit, and it’s either intimidating, you don’t know how to enter that threshold, or maybe you’ve kind of dabbled at a side hustle in the past and it didn’t work.

Maybe you didn’t know what you were doing. We have somebody here that does, because he’s part owner of 160 different companies, most successful, most anointed person we’ve ever met when it comes to business. He’s the author of How to Build a Successful Business, the one, the only Clay Clark. I’m sorry that I’m so pale, but that is how I come to you today. Well, we are fired up to see your pale face, man. You’re one of our favorite people to get to talk to every week.

We love getting to do this business blueprints and how we can expand businesses and people that haven’t even started businesses get ideas. We were talking this morning with you during a business coaching call that you were giving us about somebody that came to you one time. Accidentally, they thought they were going to a Reawaken America event. They’re looking for General Flynn and Mike Lindell and these patriots, and they show up and it’s a business conference. and now they have a business that’s doing almost $100 ,000 a month in revenue because they were at your business conference. They got swept up into the clay sphere and just by being around you, they started a pool maintenance business and now it’s crushing.

Well, and I’ll tell you this Colton, a part of that comes from the way that my mind works. I think your family shares that value that the mindset of I try to be resourceful, right?

So if anybody’s out there who’s studied Phil Collins, the song In The Air,

what happened is Richard Branson ran out of money, so he took a basement that was built out of concrete, and he thought, well, I’ll just put some recording gear in here because I don’t have a place to record Phil Collins, and he’s coming in to record this new song, Air of the Night, and I don’t have the studio, and I’m just going to tell Phil, I want there to be extra reverb.

That’s why I’m doing it. And Phil’s thinking, no way this guy’s being serious right now. True story. And Phil’s thinking, there’s no way that we’re recording in a concrete studio intentionally. This guy’s got to be running out of money. Something weird’s going on.

And Richard Branson’s like, no, no, this is part of the plan. And so Phil and Richard Branson recorded in the air tonight. And so Richard Branson’s like, these lyrics are incredibly deep. This must be an incredible song. Phil Collins is going, surely we’re recording in a concrete basement because there’s some problem happening. And then it took a few years later, and a few years later, they met each other.

They looked at each other right in the eye, talking about Virgin Records.

And Phil goes, I want you to know the lyrics to that song in the air tonight, I made them up on the spot.

They have no meaning. And Richard Branson says, and I want you to know, I ran out of money, so I just found a basement that wasn’t occupied and I set up the studio. I said, and then they’re like, there it is. Yeah. But it is that combination. That is what helps make America work.

People use this phrase, make America great. You know, Phil Collins also had the work ethic, you know, kind of famously. His body got so broken down over playing so much that there’s concerts of him taping, literally duct taping the sticks so that he could go through with the concert. And there’s a lot of people out there watching this that have that kind of work ethic. They’ve worked their bodies to the bone. They’ve worked two, three jobs.

They’ve done things. But this idea, it is a real, we are at a threshold here in a country where Is that American dream possible? 60 % of Americans agree. medium -range businesses, which makes up our middle class, were crushed during the pandemic. And the number of billionaires grew and existing billionaires got richer. The middle class got squished.

People that maybe owned a small business got shoved out because they couldn’t make their lease payments.

Now they’re working at a Chipotle’s or doing something. And there’s a lot of people watching this that are like, I live in the greatest country in the history of the world where people risk everything to come to, but they’re struggling. How do I participate in this free enterprise system? They got that Phil Collins work ethic, but the barrier to entry, at least mentally, is it still possible for a regular person to move into ownership and their blood, sweat, and tears, they go to bed broken at night, they don’t have a problem working hard, it’s can I work hard and get ahead? Is that still possible in America? Well, I’ll tell you this, for anybody who goes to thrivetimeshow .

com, for 20 years, Dave, I’ve been helping hardworking people that have that work ethic, they’re trying to become super successful, and I coach clients down a proven path. Someone says, well, how do you do that? I tell people, I’ll charge you $1 ,700 a month plus a small percentage of the growth, and that’s how I do it. And so I have thousands of success stories, but Dave, on today’s show, I thought I just wanted to talk about how can you, if you’re watching today’s show, how can you increase your productivity by 10 times? So regardless, if you’re a coaching client or you’re not, I want to walk you through how to 10x your productivity. So there’s five steps I want to get into in these 15 minutes.

So step number one, you have to have a daily huddle with yourself. Let’s go with the analogy. We’re a football team. And you as the business owner, you’re the quarterback. You as the owner of the company, you’re the quarterback. You’ve got to have a huddle.

And in that huddle, you’ve got to have the huddle. You just have to have a huddle. And someone says, well, why do I have to have a huddle? I’m telling you. But the first huddle that has to happen is with yourself. So before the other guys start showing up in the locker room, before the other teammates start filling up the locker room,

the locker room, you have to have that huddle with yourself and design your day. So someone says, well, how do I design my day? So today I put on my calendar. I said, you know what? We’re going to be on the Flyover Conservative Show at this time. We’re going to call the Flyover Conservatives at this time.

I’m going to call Dave Scarlett with his glory at this time. I’m going to call Daryl Strawberry. I’m not name dropping. I’m just giving you my real day. I’ll call Daryl Strawberry today at this time, the baseball player. I’m going to call Eric Stockelbach at this time.

I’m working on this wonderful song today with this great artist Brett Rao today at this time. I’ve got this whole schedule that I’m doing. I’m meeting with Dr. Whitlock at 2 o ‘clock. I’m meeting with Craig Hagan at 10 o ‘clock. You know, I’ve got a whole schedule. And so I have that huddle with myself.

So everybody, if you’re watching today’s show, before the battle starts, before the problems start, everybody watching today’s show, you’ve got to block out an hour a day, every single day, to design your day. And I recommend you do that before you see other people. And Stacey, you know this because you’ve raised great kids.

I have five kids. You’ve got to do it before the kids wake up. You’ve got to do it before the problems start. Stacey, you know that the demands as being a mom and an entrepreneur, if you don’t plan your day, It gets crazy quickly.

Yep, no doubt about it.

That is huge, that one hour a day designing your day and whatever that looks like.

So for you, I know you get up at like three to start your day. So for a mom, it’s before the kids get up, is what you’re saying. Before the kids get up, before, you know, so today as an example, I mean, we had a, being kind of vague here, because one of my employees will probably watch this, I had an employee that did a kind of a quasi -crime against humanity, and I found out that, like, previous to 7 a . m. So I had an employee who was basically making up fraudulent hours on their time sheet, and that was a reactive thing I’m gonna deal with today, that was not on my schedule. But when I got up this morning, I sat down and I made a list of the things I’m gonna do for my faith, my family, my finances, friendship, fun, and my family.

attention. Faith, family, finance, fitness, friendship, fun, focused attention. Folks, maybe watch this back in slow motion. Step number two, you’ve got to run the play. So now that you’ve got the team assembled and you’ve got a huddle, you’ve got to run the play. Napoleon Hill, the best -selling author of Think and Grow Rich.

I named my son after the book. He said, the time will never be just right. You must act now. The time will never be just right. You must act now. You’re not too young.

You’re not too old. You’re not too rich. You’re not too poor. You’re not too tired. You’re not too sick. People want to look for the exact right time to get started.

The time will never be just right. You must act now. The Bible tells us that this is the day that the Lord the Lord has made, I shall rejoice and be glad in it. And I can tell you with the Reawaken America tour, every single day there was tremendous adversity. After the Reawaken America tour, there’s tremendous adversity. But this morning, on my schedule, on my schedule, run the play, I reached out to General Flynn, like I had scheduled, like he had agreed to, and we did what we had to do this morning because I’m running the play.

I think there’s somebody out there watching today’s show, you’re in the huddle, And your figurative linebacker, your employees, your family, your friends are going, well, I don’t know if the time is right to hike the ball. Shouldn’t we call a timeout and make another play? Then the lineman looks. He says, my knee hurts. I don’t know if today’s a good day to call the play. The wide receiver’s like, hey, how come I don’t get the ball?

The quarterback, the quarterback, you’re the quarterback. You’re looking. You’re going, OK. The running back says, how come I don’t get the ball? The tight end says, I would like the ball more. The slot receiver says, give me the ball.

You can say, hey, there’s only one ball.

We got 10 seconds on the clock. Run the play. You’ve got to run the play. If you don’t run the play, Colton, I mean, nothing gets done. So good. So good.

I love the way that you approach it because that massive action, it creates momentum and that momentum creates a new identity. So some of these people that sometimes are struggling, I know for me, whenever I’m with you, especially when we first started this, I thought I was kind of a hard worker. And I’d come down and I’d hang out with you for a couple days, and I’m like, man, Like the cracks of your time, like when you’re like, I got five minutes here, you’re cranking through your to -do list. You’re making a call and that massive action creates a new identity. I know for me personally, after watching you, I’ve now increased my work ethic by probably twice as much and my productivity by probably four times as much just by being around you because I’m like that, that massive action, that massive to -do list creates a new identity of this is the way I operate. And then the more people I’ve met that are hyper successful, when you meet somebody like an Eric Trump that runs multiple organizations and all these hotels, Well, they’re also up at 4 a .

m. They’re also got a to -do list. They also have a calendar. They also have massive action. They decide before the day starts what the dominoes that they’re going to get done that day are, and they start knocking those things over. This is so important for someone watching today’s show.

Someone says, I don’t know if this will work for me. This is a client we’ve worked with for a long time.

I met her in Oregon at the Reawaken America tour.

She had a bakery, had a great cheesecake that she was making, great cheesecakes, great desserts, no sales. Great cheesecake, no sales.

Great idea, no sales. And so you say, well, how did you help this woman? What we had to do is we had to sit down with Jennifer Jacobson and we had to say, here we go. Well, I can say just from this last January to last year, Last January, if you just took that month with our online shipping orders, we grew 240%. I would say two things, and you did not pay me at all to say this, but I would definitely go to one of your conferences, because what I tell people, it’s not a motivational conference, it’s an action -packed conference. And for sake of time, I want to make sure we get this idea, we distill this idea.

So step number three, step number three, we have to push more until we score. So I’ve already called the play. Now this is something that Dave, you’ll relate to this, you like football, I like football. But here we go. If you say, all right, guys, we’re calling the play. We’re going to run the ball, OK, to the left.

We’re going to run through the three hole. So we’re going to run to the left. I’m going to hike the ball. I’m going to hand it to you, Mr. Running Back. You’re going to go left here. If your running back runs the ball and it looks unsuccessful, but he gets three yards, The running back comes back to the huddle.

I used to play football, not very well, but the running back comes back and goes, man, they’re stopping us. A skilled quarterback and a skilled coach will say, guess what? We have four downs. Let’s do it again. And they’ll run the same play. And now it’s second down.

We just got three more yards. So now we got third down. We got four to go. The running back is like, it’s just not working. Can we call a different play? We’re running it again.

And you just keep jamming it through. And what happens is if you get three yards four times in a row, you got a first down. And that’s how it happened. And so the Patriots, who I used to love, maybe people hate them, maybe they don’t, but Bill Belichick would abuse slot receivers. He would find small people like Wes Welker. He would find people like Danny Amendola.

He would find these small players that nobody wanted. And he would say, look, I’m going to throw the ball to you over the middle for three and five yard catches. And you’re going to get physically abused, but we’re going to move the chains. We’re going to get first downs. That’s how we’re going to do it. And I’m just telling you as an entrepreneur, I’m sitting down with Jen with Beloved Cheesecakes.

I said, Jen, there are five things I need you to do every day. Five things, five things every single day. One, every single day I need you to get a video review from clients that don’t hate you. Two, I need you to gather images of your cheesecakes and post them online. Three, I need you to write 500 words of search engine content. M, I need you to get more Google reviews.

Five, I need you to market to your dream 100, make a list of your top 100 grocery stores you want to get into. And call them all every day until they cry by or die. And she’s like, is there anything else I need to do? Just five moves? I said, just five moves. So I remember our first meeting.

She did it. We got three yards. She comes in. to the meeting. She said, we got three yards. Figuratively speaking, I got one grocery store that was interested, and I got six Google reviews in the six days we were open.

I go. run the play let’s go and at a certain point people recognize this coach guy that i’m paying is relentlessly obsessive about doing the same thing over and over and over again because i see three yard gains but what the world sees dave is after doing it for a year She doubled her company and that’s how it works. Yeah, what’s your your board versus boredown that you have a quote on that that I love boy the greats bore down while mediocre folks tend to get They tend to struggle with boredom. The average person’s mediocre minds struggle with boredom when the greats bore down. I’ve been in the studio with a Grammy award -winning recording artist. I won’t mention his name because it was kind of a private moment, but I was there with him, and he was working on a lyric to a song, and the song, you as a consumer would go, the song is done, and he’s gone.

No, got to do it again. And he’s just obsessively crafting this lyric and adjusting the EQ and getting it. And when it goes out, it’s perfect. But what you have to do as an entrepreneur, done is an enemy of perfect.

So you have to get it done.

And there’s somebody out there watching today’s show. You’ve been waiting for the perfect time until your kids graduate, until your kids go to middle school, until your kids go to preschool, until your husband retires, until your wife retires, until you get that nest egg. We’re just waiting until the weather changes, until the election. I can’t tell you how many people told me, I’m not going to really take big action until the election. What? I’m telling you, if you’re watching today’s show, You need to take massive action right now, and if you go to thrivetimeshow .

com, we’ve got Tim Tebow coming to join June 5th and 6th. Tim Tebow, June 5th and 6th. Colton Dixon, Praise and Worship Leader. We also have Eric Trump joining us in September, and you can get those tickets going to thrivetimeshow .com. com.

And Dave, we tell people it’s $250 or whatever price you can afford. So there is no pricing issue. There’s no pricing objection. And if you use promo code FLYOVER, you have a chance to win a backstage pass so you can meet Tim Tebow and so you can meet Eric Trump. Now, step number four, Dave, this is a big step. I want to get your reaction to it, Dave.

You got to keep score. We said step one, OK, you schedule a huddle with yourself. Step two, you run the play. Step three, you push more until you score. But step four, you do have to keep score. You have to measure what you treasure, and you will slack where you don’t track.

And Dave, I think that’s something you guys do great here at the Flyover Conservative Show. You guys objectively track. You’re asking yourself every week, are we wowing our viewers? Are we wowing our audience? How can we improve? You do have to keep score.

It has to be some kind of metric of what you’re looking at so that you have a bar to be able to move forward on. And I want to kind of make a point here with you because we’re in a world that’s infused with Instagram and reality shows and Netflix and a lot of things.

And there’s a lot of people that have kind of checked out and for their idea of the American dream is, you know, you see some 22 year old with a Lamborghini because he bought some cryptocurrency nobody had heard of when it was a hundredth of a cent and now it’s $100 and he’s like Those are the ways that get rich because those won’t get marketed very heavily But what you’re saying is things that are not very sexy owning a muffler shop building pergolas cleaning swimming pools You know things that people are probably already doing Baking.

You have to make a good cheesecake. Jen’s cheesecakes are unbelievable. She has a keto cheesecake that’s kind of like a vitamin. Most people have a pretty good work ethic. They do something pretty good.

But the key thing rich is not finding some odd thing and you get lucky. Doing very non -sexy, very boring things that aren’t cool on Instagram. Businesses that people have heard of, maybe they’re an employee doing something right now and they’re like, man, if I ran this place, I’m great at what I do. And you have ways of measure, monitoring, adjusting, and controlling those daily activities where they can take that skill and become the owner and actually thrive and do well. And probably better than the company that they’re an employee for right now.

Everybody should listen to what you just said and watch it twice. I cannot agree with what you just said. I think everybody needs to know this. Step five. It’s so important. So important.

Okay.

Step number five. This is very important. Everyone should write these steps down.

You got to watch the game film.

And for anybody out there, you have access to Google right now. If you don’t, that’s kind of odd, but do a search for Ernie Adams. Okay. Ernie Adams. Who’s Ernie Adams. Ernie Adams is Bill Belichick’s best friend.

Huh? Yeah, the legendary coach of the New England Patriots, the guy who’s won a total of, I believe, what, seven Super Bowls? Eight? Actually, between, you know, the New York Giants, where he was working as a defensive coordinator, then the New England Patriots. This guy, very successful. There it is!

That’s Ernie Adams! And Ernie Adams is the guy who’s always watching the game film in real time during the games. Everybody should go down that rabbit trail and learn about Ernie Adams. Ernie Adams is the one talking to Bill in the headset every game. And so he’s like, uh, coach, We’re seeing a pattern here. If you run to the left, we keep being stopped.

Why don’t we fake it to the left and throw it over the middle? And so this is like Coach Belichick’s coach. This is the coach who coaches the coach. I won’t mention my client’s name, but one of my clients is an NBA coach. Real true story. One of my clients is an NBA coach.

And I won’t mention his name because I can’t do that. But I can say they’re very good. And he calls me, and we talk. And the conversations we have is because if you’re an NBA coach, you can’t have a coach. But that’s our relationship. So he calls me up.

and he’s like, dude, we’re going against the such and such team, and they are really good. Here’s my game plan. And he knows what I’m going to say before I even say it. He goes, I know. Simplicity scales. Complexity fails.

Cut down my seven keys to the game down to one. And I’m like, what? And he’s like, OK, I get it. And we’re sitting there on this Google Doc. We’re basically working together, preparing for an NBA game, simplifying the game plan. And the reason why we’re simplifying the game plan is because the average adult male super athlete can’t remember seven keys to the game while playing lockdown defense.

And so we can remember one. And so my job is to sit there on the weekends. I hop on a call, just like this, or a Zoom, and we watch game film. I’m pointing out things to him that are obvious and I’m actually just drawing it out of him because he knows. I just have to draw it out of him and take him out of the emotion and that creates massive success.

And so I want to share one final video clip here. Charles Kolaw is one of my clients. This is not a backhanded compliment. But before I met him, I knew of him because he had reached out to me for coaching. And I could not work with him because I was working with his direct competitor. So once I stopped working with his direct competitor, once his direct competitor sold his company, after I had worked with his direct competitor for five or six years, Charles reached back out to me and said, could you help me?

And this is what happened, folks. Here we go. One of our accountants had said, you’ve got to meet this guy, Clay.

So we ended up meeting with Clay. And he’s helped us go from, you know, right before we opened the third location now to six locations. And so we’ve more than doubled our revenue. And these are ground up build gyms. And so it’s not the barrier for entry is pretty high. It’s 20 plus staff at each location.

So yeah, it’s been a lot as far as running systems, checklists, workflows, who does what, when and how. Training us on that Clay’s helped a ton. But this is so important for people to understand this and how it applies to you. Charles, we talk about your goals every day, making that huddle with yourself. faith, family, finance, fitness, friendship, fun. He was already jacked.

I mean, this is just it. He was already a successful fitness guy. already a successful husband. So he had the faith nailed down. He had the family. He had the fitness.

But in business, he didn’t know what to do. And it isn’t a sign of weakness to hire a coach. It’s a sign of coachability. So Tim Grover, this is the coach for both Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan both had a personal trainer by the name of Tim Grover. And Tim Grover wasn’t as good at basketball as Kobe or Michael Jordan, but he knew how to prepare athletes to be successful on the court.

court. And so he pushed those guys to be the best they can be. So I would just say this is a closing thought for anybody out there watching today’s show. You might look up Dr. Zellner and myself. You might ask yourself, how is it possible that between Clay Clark and Dr. Zellner, these two guys have built dozens of successful companies when neither one of them have came from wealth? What is the is it because he’s an optometrist?

Is it because he’s a former DJ? What allows these guys to be successful in optometry, auto auction, banking, dog training, haircut cuts, carpet cleaning, marketing consulting, videography, wedding photography, dentistry. What is it that allows these guys to be successful? Is it magic? Is it some sort of secret power they have? I would just say this.

We know proven best practice systems that will work.

And just like there’s a way to put together a puzzle, just like there’s a way to build a house with a blueprint, just like there’s a way to assemble a new car, there is a proven process.

There’s a recipe. And if you need that recipe, you need that key, you need that golden key that will unlock your success, go to Thrivetimeshow . com, go to Thrivetimeshow . com, go there right now today, request tickets to join Tim Tebow at the Thrivetimeshow conference. or you can join Eric Trump at the Thrive Time Show conference. Tim Tebow’s coming in June, Eric Trump’s in September, and I want to repeat, if you use promo code FLYOVER, you have a chance to win a backstage pass.

Now if you’re looking for one -on -one coaching, you just go to thrivetimeshow . com. My first assessment, I always do my 13 -point assessments, 100 % for free. And full disclosure, we charge clients $1 ,700 a month. Or, if somebody’s in need, we do what we call a hand up. We don’t do a hand out, but basically we meet the client where they’re at financially, we do some scholarships to help people out, and I would tell you that a little over half of my super success stories are people that started out as a scholarship client.

So if you’re watching today’s show and you feel stuck, just go to thrivetimeshow . com, and that segment where Dave was distilling what we were talking about on today’s show, watch that segment again, because what Dave just said, there’s people out there looking for a super sexy business idea, you’re looking to go viral, a new idea.

It’s not about the idea. It’s about execution. It’s not about an innovative idea. It’s about execution. Everybody out there, if you have a sound mind, I took algebra three times, so maybe there’s an argument about what that means. But if you have a mind that works, I know you can be successful.

Just go to thrivetimeshow . com and get the party started. And Dave, again, what you said, I could not agree with it more. Well, and you may be listening to this thinking, what does this have to do? I want to know about this secret plan that something’s happening behind the scenes. If you’re not aware at this point that the things that me for 50 some years of my life, I’ve dreamed of, of like, they’re actually cutting back government.

They’re actually cutting back USAID and these big corporations. deep state funding like the things that you want to have happen we’re actually changing our trade deals where America’s going from being you know shafted on a daily basis like things that I never thought were possible are happening on a daily basis and you can look around you can be like some guy that was alive during the Renaissance period and like hey I’ll check their buildings and buildings over there but I’m not participating like you’re alive in this incredible moment and it would grieve me that we have people that would listen to our shows and then a year later they’re not taking less pharmaceutical drugs, they’ve lost a few pounds, they’re not eating more meat, they’re not thinking about owning their own business, they’re not taking advantage. If God puts you here in this timeline and I want to use minutes of this show, this platform we have, because Clay has the answers to help people go from just barely getting by and looking through the window thinking, I wish I had this other life to, hey, has a blueprint to be able to do it. Now, this isn’t for everybody. A lot of you guys are like, hey, I honestly just want to do less.

I’m trying to win the lottery, and that’s my plan, and I don’t want, like, this isn’t for everybody. You know if this is for you because you got this burning feeling inside on your way to work every day That you’re like, hey, I could be doing more. I want to do more and i’m i’m now i’m over that setback I had from that divorce or I lost this business or whatever and like I want to take advantage of being alive right now This is a a way to it’s not the only way but it’s a way This isn’t a motivational seminar to go to learn how to walk on hot rocks It’s a it’s a seminar that you go to and by nine o ‘clock in the morning You’re going to feel like you already did a full day’s work and you’re like wow Wow, I could leave right now and go back and do whatever I’m doing better.

So reach out.

That’s actually Clay’s the number on the screen. Text him 918 -851 -0102.

Nothing else, text him and harass him. If you like this show, text him and say, Clay, thank you. If you hated this show, text him and say, Clay, you suck. I hope I never see you on the show again. Whatever, but take advantage of the fact that you have direct access to, and he does the 13 -point assessment himself.

Dave, I appreciate you.

Clay Clark is here somewhere.

Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today.

I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right?

His entire life. Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. 4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that.

Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.

I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up. Everything’s just blown up. Well you’re right.

It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does. not what they say. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what?

I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJConnection . com. And I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to millionaires and people that I kind of knew through church and friendships and people that, parents of my friends. And I said, what book would you recommend that I read?

I’m a 15 year old asking this question, true story. And I kept being told you got to read. Hello, hello, hello, Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Radio Show. It’s an exciting time. Also, I think a treacherous time, a spooky time also. But it’s always, you know, danger is a good time.

Today, my guest is Clay Clark, and I went out with Tom Wheelwright to visit Clay with Eric Trump also. And the reason I want to talk to Clay this morning is a very important subject called study. And the reason I say that is things are changing so fast and many people are completely missing the show. You know, things are changing at rapid, rapid, rapid speed. Technology is changing. As I went to Tulsa, well, again, with Tom Wheelwright and Eric Trump.

And the thing I was so impressed about, Clay, is this word called study. I don’t know, you guys must be in your water or something, Clay, but boy, I was so, so impressed how big you guys are. But what really impressed me was you have this huge congregation. They’re all about guys your age. They’re on fire. And you start your classes at five in the morning.

Now, let me talk to you about study here. We show our books here. This is how I study. You know, this is the creature from Jack O ‘Lantern. It’s on the Fed. And Clay’s doing the same thing.

We study. So I go out to Clay’s place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s built this huge compound out there. And you guys start at five o ‘clock in the morning. That’s not by Zoom. They drive there.

They show up five o ‘clock, bright -haired, bushy -tailed, and all this, and they’re on fire. Your group is on fire. So that’s what was unclear.

This technology, you tell your group, I was so, so impressed because, like I said, study has become a bad word.

I got into fights in my own company because our staff didn’t want to study anymore.

And I don’t know how they cannot do that. So Clay, anyway, welcome to the Rich Dad Radio Show.

That’s what I wanna talk to you about, is how do you do it? Five o ‘clock in the morning, you have hundreds of people showing up in your huge, huge, huge auditorium on your property to study. Anyway, welcome to the show, Clay, and what turns you on so much?

That’s what I wanna know. Give us a little bit about your background. My name is Karime Schofield, and the name of our company is Whistle While You Clean. I am Sophia Schofield. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio, and we service the tri -state. So Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana.

We were getting a phone call, and we were like, why is someone calling our business line? That’s unusual. And we picked it up, and it was a lead. I mean, it’s been incredible, Clay. We’ve gone from zero to 100 % growth. We’re a full -functioning company.

It’s great. We’re blown away at how well we’re doing. So working with you guys, you guys have really taught us a lot about generating leads and pursuing our dream 100. So we have a list of customers that we want to market to. And so we’ve been making phone calls. We’ve been showing up in person.

We’re trying to get near the businesses that they would visit if they were visiting like a hair salon or something. And then we start calling them and we just start pursuing them. And then the other thing that we do is when we do do cleans, we take a lot of video testimonials and we post those to our website so other customers can see. And then we also upload a lot of images of the things that we do. And so We’re also asking our clients for Google reviews after we’ve cleaned their houses. And so it’s this constant cycle of doing those things over and over and over again.

I would say if you’re on the fence, go to one of Clay’s conferences. They are hilarious. They’re fun. They’re educational. They’re so good that even my teenagers like them. And I would say, don’t let fear hold you back.

If you want to start a business, do the obvious thing and hire someone who knows how to run businesses. If I wanted to get in shape, I’d hire a gym person, you know, a personal trainer. This is like the personal training for business. It has been absolutely amazing. I mean, our coach is encouraging.

When he first met with us, he said, Do we want him to be like a drill sergeant with us? You know, what level of intensity do we want him to give us? And I will say he is incredibly, incredibly encouraging all the time. And he just hits the same mark with us every single time.

It’s very repetitive, but I feel like I think we both really learn a lot every time we sit down and have a conversation with him over the phone.

It’s it’s he keeps pushing us to go further and he can recognize when we’re afraid to do something and he’ll give us a little bit of grace.

But that next week he’s drilling us again, like pushing us to go harder. Our no brainer offer is we are offering your first clean for a dollar. And that sounds absolutely insane. It even sounded insane when I was talking over it with our business coach.

And I would tell you that that has generated some of our hugest clients.

I mean, that has been like a game changer because it opened up the door to more clients, more recommendations, more leads.

And we were surprised how far that Dollar Clean got us.

How important has it been for you to work out that scripting even though you offer a dollar for the first clean?

How important has it been for you to nail that down?

It’s been really important, because it kind of, it hones in, so that you’re not just all over the place when you’re trying to explain what it is that you do.

And a lot of times, it’s like you’re a good person offering a good product, and you have integrity, and you want to communicate that. But when you go to communicate without a script or without practice, it’s just like a mess coming out of your mouth, as opposed to having this, you know, honed in practice where you know what you’re going to say, you know how you’re going to say it, and you can almost expect better results when you do it that way.

Had you ever been an entrepreneur before starting this particular business? No, never.

Did you ever think about wanting to own your own business someday? Or what was the first time you thought, you know, maybe I would like to open my own business?

Absolutely.

I’ve probably been dreaming about it for about 10 years. Okay. And let me go to your daughter here. Uh, had you ever thought about wanting to team up and open your own business or was that something that you were maybe excited about or not, not so much? Well, for me, my parents would always listen to your podcast and business podcast.

And as I started listening to them, I started realizing that I wanted to own a business. It’s www . WhistleWhileYouClean . com. Honestly, the hardest thing was getting over the fear. It was the fear of the unknown.

It was there was like a cloud of doubt that, you know, you can’t do this, you’re going to fail. There was a few sleepless nights there when we did pull the trigger and join your team and start the coaching process. Even my husband put a little bit of pressure on me from time to time because it just it was just absolutely scary to take that jump and actually start a business. Clay, you’re an entrepreneur, I’m an entrepreneur, and as they say in Stoic, the obstacle is the way.

In other words, don’t listen to what a person says, watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show. And thank you for all you do.

Uh, we’ve added, we, I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees. Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place. I’ve probably been to, oh, in six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences.

And. Amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new and I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team about marketing and how to help you guys implement the SEO. And the coaching is just great because there’s accountability and it’s just a fantastic way to grow your company. Having a relationship with Thrive Time, it’s just been amazing for multi -claim.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the show, Kevin.

Welcome onto The Thrive Time Show. How are you, sir?

Clay, I’m doing great. Had a great Christmas holiday. And I’m glad to be here. OK, so first question, can you tell us what is your name, first and last name, and what’s the name of your company, sir? My name is Kevin Thomas, and the name of our company is MultiClean.

We are a commercial janitorial service, and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas, and soon to be Arkansas.

And how long have we worked with you approximately at this point, sir?

It’s been about six, seven years. Clay Clark is here somewhere.
