Steve C. Business Coach Testimonial
It’s Steve Currington, as you can tell, although I’m not wearing my signature green shirt, as usual, I am running in my signature green Lamborghini. I just wanted to say how appreciative I am of Thrive and all the guys at the show and everything that you guys have done at Total Lending Concepts. We have had tremendous growth and a lot of things changing, especially on the Marketing Front. From a coaching perspective and a web presence and branding. Our Internet leads are up. Everything is hammering on all cylinders, and really we’re just trying to figure out how we can leverage the systems and the processes that we’re learning at Thrive more in our business. Now we’re setting up a lead tracking system that has been long overdue, and we’re doing a lot of stuff. I want to take a minute and say thank you. Thank you to Thrive and Clay Clark, our business coach, and Dr. Z and everybody for all the help and helping us grow our business. My plan is to hopefully by more Lamborghinis like this, the more we sell. So appreciate it guys.
Sean K. Business Coach Testimonial
My name is Sean Klara and I’ve worked with Clay Clark for about a year now. I would describe the experience with Clay as something that is really unique and phenomenal. Just the systems and processes that they have in place that help you put in place has been really instrumental in helping us grow our business. We have seen really phenomenal growth this year. The weekly meeting helps you stay on track, again to follow the systems and processes that Clay puts in place. For me personally, I enjoy the weekly meetings to kind of like a shot in the arm of adrenaline, just wanting to go out there and get after it, work hard, and get things done. As far as action items that our business coach has provided for us, it’s action items like getting Google reviews or following up with our leads. He has really taught us the systems and that everyday grind of doing the same thing over and over and being consistent. I would recommend clients Thrive 15 to anyone. I think what makes Clay so unique is that not only is he your business coach, but I truly feel like a sense of a partnership there. I truly feel like Clay and his team are partners in your business to help you grow that business and they all want you to succeed.
Deb W. Business Coach Testimonial
My name is Deborah Worthington, I own H2Oasis Float Center and Tea House in Tulsa. I’ve been working with Thrive for about six months now and working with them has changed the whole way I do business. One of the major improvements that happened was with regard to my website and the leads that come in. We weren’t capturing any leads before Thrive stepped in and now we get leads on a daily basis. Last time I checked we were over 450 leads. I wasn’t expecting that. That was phenomenal. Now, on our slower days, we can really work those leads and add to our revenue. I love my business coach, Eric Chup. He has become such an important part of my life and my business. I wouldn’t want to give him up for anything at this point. So my weekly meetings with him have kept me on task.
It’s kept me moving forward and not getting caught up into the daily grind of my business and not moving into the direction that I want to. He’s provided me with a level of accountability. I am always having to get a certain amount of tasks done and it’s made all the difference. I would definitely recommend Thrive 15 to any local business that doesn’t have their own resources readily available, or they don’t have their own marketing expertise because they’re the whole package. Working with them and partnering with them, is like having a whole agency at your disposal. It’s like having a whole team come in. They have everything from art to videographers, photographers, business strategists, and on and on. It’s just impacted our bottom line. We’re up 17 percent over last year already for this year, working with Thrive and we’re not even into our busy season yet. So, I would definitely recommend Thrive to anybody who needs a little bit of encouragement, a little help with all the details that they’re struggling with, and to help them with what they don’t know, or how to position themselves for success.
