Lisa A Business Conferences Testimonial
My name is Lisa Alford and I am originally from Wichita, Kansas. My field is social work as a business and I’m involved in, but I’m kind of looking to expand that into other areas. We’re here with the brewing company that we’re starting up in October, so just kind of getting some tips for the business. The business owner Augustino, he’s been to a few of these business conferences in the past. So since we’re new onboard with the company, he thought it would be a good idea for us to come and engage in the conference. What I was looking to learn is more how to engage with a diversity of customers so that we can have a plethora of options as far as customers coming in, dining with us. So far, what I’ve learned in the workshop is how to be approachable at the same time being professional and a lot of practical tips that really helped to engage with making the business productive. What I love about the business conferences so far, it’s not the typical workshop setting that I had anticipated. It’s kind of very open and that he’s just very practical and I can learn and it captured my attention the moment I got here. I’m absolutely amazing out of the box and I would have to say it’s very empowering.
I would describe Clay’s presentation style as more of an out of the box, a very engaging, very comfortable and I’m just very empowering the atmosphere I would describe as being very, very energetic. I love the energy here. I love the interaction with others and it’s just a very pleasant and welcoming environment. If you decide not to attend one of the business conferences, you’re missing out on very practical ways to make your business products as well as outreach to other businesses.
Danielle Business Conferences Testimonial
My name is Danielle. I’m originally from northern California. Currently I live here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I own a construction company and specifically we provide reinforcing steel placement for concrete companies. What I love most about these business conferences is the high energy, the fun atmosphere. It’s both laid back and serious at the same time. I just really enjoyed it. I would describe this atmosphere as my tribe. It’s a bunch of likeminded individuals, entrepreneurs, or future entrepreneurs, just all around a great environment. The thrive time show conference is different than any other conference I’ve been to. It’s very unique, very laid back, funny, fun, high energy, fast paced. I just really enjoyed it.
Daisy C Business Conferences Testimonial
Hey, my name is Daisy Capehart and I am from SAPULPA, Oklahoma. So I’m currently the manager for the Elephant in the Room, which is a men’s grooming lounge but I’m currently wanting to build and start my own business. So I heard about the thrive time show business conferences by listening to the thrive time radio show. It’s something that I listen to every day and I always looked forward to it because it always has so much wisdom. I really just wanted to know all of the stuff about how to open a business without all of the nonsense and the fluff. I just want to know the exactly what I need to do, what are the steps I need to take without any nonsense involved. So I’ve definitely learned how to be a better manager, I have learned that you’ve got to be able to bring that energy to your team, but also have that edge and make sure that you’re holding your people accountable and that if you lay everything on the table and you just have it all upfront either through checklists or through your team meetings, that if everything’s upfront and full disclosure, then there’s no excuse for people not doing their job.
So it makes it a lot easier to deal with those, what could be really uncomfortable situations. I really love the energy that clay brings. Plus you’ve got the pinion wood burning, you’ve got the music going. It just feels so much like a party. I just want to dance around and get to meet everyone and talk to everyone. And so that energy is always super energizing. So what makes this conference different from all the other business conferences is that Clay’s not just trying to sell you something, it’s much more affordable and also he leaves out all of the BS. There’s a lot of heart and sincerity involved and it really shines through in his presentation. I think it’s good for anybody just for personal growth even if you’re not looking to start a business, I think you’d definitely be missing out on some hard-learned wisdom from Clay because he’s been there. He’s done it all. He’s open multiple different businesses and there’s just so much you can learn. Even if you don’t want to be an entrepreneur, you’d be crazy not to attend.
