Gerald Kane is the professor of Information Systems of the Edmund H. Shea, Jr. Center for Entrepreneurship at Boston College, and the Guest Editor for Digital Business at MIT-Sloan Management Review. He has written his new book entitled, The Technology Fallacy: How People are the Real Key to Digital Transformation where he surveyed over 20,000 humans and the managers at such companies as Salesforce, BASF, Walmart, and Google to show that people are the real key to digital transformation.
