3
My name is Thomas Croson. I’m originally from Houston, Texas. I own a real estate photography, marketing, drone videography company. I’m also a coaching client of Clay’s, so I heard about the conference through him. I think the biggest thing for us with the conference is, you know, we kind of have all the pieces and have learned everything, but being able to kind of put it together and kind of go through everything maybe that we did in the past and, we can change going forward is kind of what we hope to get out of the conference.

3
I think so far in the conference we’ve learned some little things that we’ve been doing wrong maybe the whole time and just little tweaks that we can make that will really help our business keep growing. I really like the energy of the conference, having everyone here. It’s a really good environment and really gets you excited to be with like-minded people that are all, you know, kind of focused on the same goal for each of their businesses. Clay’s Glory is super excited, you know, very high energy, he’s got good stories.

3
It’s nice to hear stories from someone that has practical experience and that’s done it and not just some guy that you don’t know anything about, that you can’t verify any of his stories, you can’t verify anything about his companies. Everything about Clay, you can look up, you can read about the companies and see that it’s all all real stuff. The Thrive 15 world headquarters is is awesome it’s it’s big it’s exciting a lot of motivational stuff the pinion wood is great so it’s a good

3
environment. I’ve actually never been to another conference but from what I’ve heard you know other conferences you know maybe it’s a hundred bucks to start but then by the time you leave, you spend a couple thousand, and you’re signed into a contract, that kind of stuff. Clay’s all about not doing that.

3
He has some other offerings, thrive15.com, stuff like that. But it’s there if you want it. If you don’t want it, no big deal. I think if you don’t come to the conference, that full experience from starting business day one, how to set your branding, to how to grow, how to hire or fire people, how to do interviews. A lot of conferences focus on one aspect of business,

3
whether it be marketing or SEO, or starting or growing or getting funding. The Thrive Conference really has a lot that encompasses all that, so it’s a lot more benefit for one conference.

2
My name’s O’Neal Bent. I first heard about the business workshops through my wife, Sherita Bent, and I learned a lot more from her, and also got follow-up calls from different members of the organization.

2
Some of the things I’ve learned about starting my business through Thrive is making sure I’m spending my money on the things I need to spend it on. For instance, like my search engine optimization, my marketing, constantly reviewing the content that I have on my website,

2
and that’s just a few of the things. The overall experience I’ve had from the Thrive Time workshop has been wonderful. I love how everything that we learn is practical. It’s not based off of book knowledge. It’s not based off of someone else’s ideas. It’s based off things that have actually worked

2
and have been tried and true. When you walk in, I mean, we came into a smell of wood burning. There’s a chimney outside, so we walked to the building. And when you get inside you almost feel like there’s like a I don’t know if it’s like a pub slash club slash work environment. It just feels really good. You have music

2
blaring, friendly faces, people say hello and then when you sit down your seat you have nice comfortable chairs, a wooden desk to work on, and everything looks modern. So it’s a really refreshing feeling. Clay’s presentation and teaching style is very efficient, effective. It’s also endearing, though,

2
because he’s very comical. He’ll talk about different things he’s been through, and they’re all very funny. But he also hits the exact points he needs to hit at the right time. You never feel like, man, is he ever going to stop talking? You always want to keep listening and then when it’s bathroom break time, you’re surprised

2
it’s already there. So I like how he talks about his practical experiences and it’s very enjoyable. The interaction of the workshop is mostly Clay will give you information that you need to know but then he also opens up for questions so there’s always this question and response type of situation and then there’s certain things where he’ll direct you to do things and it’s because he knows that’s the way to

2
go. You might question it but I highly encourage you just to listen and do. To jump into a business and think that you know everything is the most prideful arrogant thing you could ever do but to come here and to speak to someone who’s already done this many times, has directed several businesses and can give you wisdom and information I think it’s it’s wonderful and can give you wisdom and information. I think it’s it’s wonderful and I think you you can never do anything on your own you

2
have to have other people around you to help you and he’s definitely helpful. The experience I’ve had coming to Thrive Time workshops is I was never upsold anything. I mean I come in, they do exactly what they say they’re gonna do and they leave it up to you to follow up and do the work and I think that’s the way it should be. So it’s very straightforward and they do what they say. I recommend that everybody should check out Thrive Time

2
Workshop because there’s so much knowledge and information there that you can use to help you run your business and And like I said before, I don’t think you can do anything completely on your own. And when you have so much resource and knowledge in one area, you can use all of that and get exactly what you need.

4
My name is Roy, and I’m originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My primary business is insurance, that’s life and health insurance. We primarily deal with the senior market, targeting Medicare related clients. I heard about the Thrive Show conference via the podcast and understanding some of the benefits that that I heard on that podcast kind of intrigued me to go a little deeper and from there found out about the conference and my wife and I made our

4
way here. Actually we are kind of at this this point where we just trying to grow past doing ours just us and to move to another level and so we’re just hoping to kind of get a few tools, see a little more of what the options are for us and the conference has done just that. Part of our struggle has been working with employees who we have on our team, appointment setters or even office managers, someone that kind of help

4
different roles, handle different roles at the office. And we’re learning now the process of hiring good A plus player, team members to be on our team and kind of how to keep that ball in the air. As opposed to going through the cycle, finding out down the line that they’re not the type of person that’s got the core values that kind of lines up with our business. Clay has a training style and his presentations are hilarious and funny and kind of keep you

4
entertained and engaged as you’re going through this learning process. So I found that to be very valuable. The energy is high and so when you kind of, the environment gives you this feeling of being engaged and energized. And so that’s been our experience. People who do not attend this show are missing out on opportunities to learn some new tools or some skills or some things that will help them to enhance their overall business. So

4
I think it’s very, you know, for us it’s been tremendous in terms of learning some new insights and some new skills that help us to get better.

5
My name is Josiah Ragsdale and I’m from Hampton, Iowa. I founded on Spotify probably like eight months ago or so. I’m looking into an Oxyfresh franchise. I don’t own anything as of the moment. It is pretty insane. It’s very, very positive and insane. I don’t know how else to describe it. Clay’s presentation style is very funny. My favorite aspect of this workshop is probably actually just listening to Clay speak. There’s a lot of stuff there to learn.

5
What somebody would be missing out on if they decided not to come would be, it’s the atmosphere, like, I mean, it’s just a lot of knowledge, too. I guess the knowledge would be the biggest thing. There’s a lot of stuff here you can learn, so.

6
If you wanna grow your business, if you wanna succeed in life, if you really wanna get down to the nuts and bolts of what people actually that are successful do, this is where you need to be.

13
Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay?

15
Clay is the greatest.

13
I met his goats today, I met his dogs, I met his chickens, I saw his compound.

5
He’s like the greatest guy.

14
I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats his chickens his dogs

13
So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen right his entire life clay Clark his entire life is is marketing

1
Okay, Aaron Antis on March 6th and 7th March 6th and 7th. Guess who’s coming to Tulsa, Russia? Oh Santa Claus no No, that’s March March 6th. Oh, You’re gonna be joined by Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, probably the best-selling or one of the best-selling business authors of all time and he’s gonna be joined with Eric Trump. He’ll be joined by Eric Trump. We got Eric Trump and Robert Kiyosaki in the same

1
place. In the same place. Aaron, why should everybody show up to hear Robert Kiyosaki in the same place. In the same place. Aaron, why should everybody show up to hear Robert Kiyosaki? Well, you got billions of dollars of business experience between those two, not to mention many, many, many millions of books have been sold. Many, many millionaires have been made from the books

1
that have been sold by Robert Kiyosaki. I happen to be one of them. I learned from the man. He was the inspiration. That book was the inspiration for me to get the entrepreneurial spirit as many other people. Now since you won’t brag on yourself, I will. You’ve sold billions of dollars of houses,

12
am I correct?

1
That is true. And the book that kick-started it all for you, Rich Dad Pornhub. Rich Dad Pornhub, the author, the best selling author of Rich Dad Pornhub, Robert Kiyosaki, the guy that kickstarted your career. Yeah. He’s gonna be here.

11
He’s gonna be here, I’m pumped.

1
And now Eric Trump, people don’t know this, but the Trump Organization has thousands of employees. There’s not of employees. And while Donald J. Trump was the 45th President of these United States and soon to be the 47th President of these United States, he needed someone to run the companies for him. And so the man that runs the Trump Organization for Donald J. Trump as he was the 45th President of the United States and now the 47th President of the United States is Eric Trump. So Eric Trump is here to talk about time management,

1
promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build. I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages billions of dollars of real estate

1
and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint. I mean who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand? I mean look at it and this is the man behind the business for the last pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it. So you’re talking, we’re into nine going into ten years of him running it and we get to

1
tap into that knowledge. That’s gonna be amazing. Now think about this for a second. Would you buy a ticket just to see Robert Kiyosaki and Eric Trump? Of course you would. Of course you would. But we’re also gonna be joined by Sean Baker. This is the best-selling author, the guy who invented the carnivore diet. Oh yeah. Dr. Sean Baker. He’s been on Joe Rogan multiple times.

1
He’s going to be joining us. So you’ve got Robert Kiyosaki, the best-selling author, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Eric Trump, Sean Baker. The lineup continues to grow, and this is how we do our tickets here at the Thrive Time Show. You can absolutely do it. It’s $500 for a VIP ticket. We’ve always done it that way. Now if you want to take a general admission ticket, it’s $250 or

1
whatever price you want to pay. And the reason why I do that and the reason why we do that is because we want to make our events affordable for everybody I grew up without money. I totally understand what it’s

1
like to be the tight spot, so if you want to pay, that’s how I do it. And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket. Now, we only have limited seating here. The most people we’ve ever had in this building was for the Jim Brewer presentation. Jim Brewer came here, the legendary comedian Jim Brewer came to Tulsa, and we had 419 people that were here.

1
419 people.

10
Yeah.

1
And I thought to myself, there’s no more room. I felt kind of bad that a couple of people had VIP seats in the men’s restroom. Oh, no, I’m just kidding. So I thought, you know what, we should probably add on. So we’re adding on what we call the upper deck, or the top shelf. So the seats are very close to the presenters.

1
But we’re actually building right now, we’re adding on to the facility to make room to accommodate another 30 attendees or more so again if you want to get tickets for this event all you have to do is go to thrive timeshow.com go to thrive timeshow.com when you go to thrive timeshow.com you’ll go there you’ll request a ticket boom or if you want to text me if you want a little

1
bit faster service you say I want you to call me right now I just texted my number it’s my cell phone number. My personal cell phone number. We’ll keep that private between you, between you, me, everybody, we’ll keep that private. And anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody.

1
That’s my private cell phone number. It’s 918-851-0102, 918-851-0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918-851-0102.

7
That’s not actually bilingual. That’s just saying Juan for a Juan. It’s not the same thing.

1
I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop. So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re gonna learn here, okay?

1
Okay. You’re gonna learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we gonna learn about marketing and branding? Oh yeah, we’re gonna dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is? Yeah, and make it a household name, you’re gonna learn some intricacies of

1
how you can do that. You’re gonna learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something. This just in your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re gonna teach you sales. We’re gonna teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration,

1
hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, you either have great people or you have people who suck.

1
And so it can be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes,

1
and you’re really good at selecting great ones, and we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction.

1
So we’re gonna teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re gonna teach you accounting. We’re gonna teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance. We’re gonna teach you time management.

1
How do you manage your finance, we’re going to teach you time management. How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two-day interactive business workshop. Now, let me tell you how the format is set up here. And again, folks, this is a two-day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days.

1
Each day, it starts at 7 AM, and it goes until 5 PM. So from 7 AM to 5 PM, two days. It’s a two-day interactive workshop. The way we do it is we do a 30-minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question and answer session.

1
So Aaron, what kind of great stuff happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops because here’s what happens. I’ve been to lots of these things over the years. I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them.

1
And you go in there and they talk in vague generalities and they’re constantly upselling you for something, trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership. And you don’t, you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing.

1
And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is. And what we do is we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard.

1
And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15 minute break to stretch and to make it entertaining when you’re stretching. And this is a true story. When you get up and stretch,

1
you’ll be greeted by mariachis. There’s gonna probably be alpaca here, a llamas, helicopter rides, a coffee bar, a snow cone. I mean, there’s just- You had a crocodile one time. That was pretty interesting. You know, I should write that down.

7
Sorry for that one guy that we lost.

1
The crocodile, we duct taped its face. So that, right? We duct taped- No, it was a baby crocodile. And we duct taped. Yeah, duct tape around the mouth so it didn’t bite anybody. But it was really cool to pass that thing around and pet it.

1
I should do that. I should. We have a small petting zoo that will be assembled. It’s going to be great. And then you’re in the company of hundreds of entrepreneurs. So there’s not a lot of people in America today.

1
In fact, there’s country with 350 million people, that means you have less than 3% of our population that’s even self-employed. So you only have three out of every 100 people in America that are self-employed to begin with. And when Inc. Magazine reports that 96% of businesses

1
fail by default, by default, you have a one out of 1,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business but yet the average client that you and I work with we can typically double this I’m just no no no hyperbole no exaggeration I have thousands of testimonials to back this up we have thousands of testimonials to back it up but when you work with a home builder when I work with a business owner we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months yeah double and you say

1
double yeah there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples you can see at thrivetimeshow.com. But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet. This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed

1
business workshop on the planet. And then you add to that Robert Kiyosaki, the bestselling author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. You add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump Organization. You add to that Sean Baker.

1
Now you might think, but Clay, is there more? I need more. Okay, Tom Wheelwright is the wealth strategist for Robert Kiyosaki. So people say, Robert Kiyosaki, who’s his financial wealth advisor? Who’s the guy who manages?

1
Who’s his wealth strategist? His wealth strategist, Tom Wheelwright, will be here. And you say, Clay, I still, I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more. OK, fine. We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story.

1
We cater in the food and because I keep it simple, I literally bring him the same food both days for lunch. It’s Ted Esconzito’s, an incredible Mexican restaurant. That’s going to happen. And Jill Donovan, our good friend, who is the founder of Rustic Cuff. She started that company in her home and now she sells millions of dollars of apparel and products. That’s rusticcuff.com. And someone says, I want more. This is not enough. Give me more. OK.

1
I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here. But we’ve got one guy who’s given me a verbal to be here. And this is a guy who’s one of the wealthiest people in Oklahoma. And nobody really knows who he is

1
because he’s built systems that are very utilitarian, that offer a lot of value. He’s made a lot of money in the, what? It’s the, uh, it’s where you rent. It’s short term. It’s where you’re renting storage spaces. He’s a storage space guy. He owns the, what do you call that? The rental? The, uh,

9
Storage space?

1
Storage units. This guy owns storage units. He owns railroad cars. He owns a lot of assets that make money on a daily basis, but they’re not like customer-facing. Most people don’t know who owns the mini storage facility,

1
or most people don’t know who owns the warehouse that’s passively making money. Most people don’t know who owns the railroad cars, but this guy, he’s giving me a verbal that he will be here, and we just continue to add more and more success stories. So if you’re out there today, you want to change your life. You want to give yourself a Incredible gift you want a life-changing experience

1
You want to learn how to start and grow a company go to thrive time show calm go there right now Drive time show calm request a ticket for the two-day interactive event again. The day here is March 6th and 7th March 6th and 7th We just got confirmation Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author, rich dad, poor dad, he’ll be here. Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization. It’s gonna be a blasty blast. There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible, and there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching, and you’re like,

1
but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin. You think that’s going to change your life? I promise you this will be 10 times better than that.

8
It’s like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking.

1
Don’t do the Smoke Your Way to Thin conference. That is, I’ve tried it. Don’t do it. Yeah. Chain smoking is not a viable, I mean it is life changing. It is life-changing. It is life-changing. If you become a jade smoker, it is life-changing. Not the best weight loss program, though.

1
Right. Not really. So if you’re looking to have life-changing results in a way that won’t cause you to have a stoma, get your tickets at Thrivetimeshow.com. Again, that’s Aaron Antis. I’m Clay Clark. to come out to the two-day interactive Thrive Time Show workshop right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I promise you, it will be a life-changing experience.
