Yeah, from the moment you fill out the form, someone in our office will reach out. You know, if it’s myself or Kate, Dave, someone here will call you as like an introductory call, kind of learn more about your business, learn more about how you take credit cards, just kind of learn about, you know, operationally what you’re looking for. And then we’ll get a little bit of information on, you know, your rates and your fees. We’ll then, you know, end that call. We’ll put together a proposal, schedule a second call that takes maybe five or 10 minutes.

And then from there, it’s, you know, we show you the savings and do you want to move forward

or do you not? So let’s talk about a recent case study. Is there an example of a client maybe in a specific industry that you’ve been able to help them reduce their credit card processing fees? Because I find in my own life and my own life as a professional when I coach clients, every client that I’ve ever sent your way that has ever compared rights with you is always shocked by how much money they can save.

Could you maybe share this recent example or case study of a client you’ve been able to help save some money with?

I can. So we’ve got, you know, a recent one would be, it’s a window business. They were using QuickBooks, you know, which is a great service. We have our own direct integration into QuickBooks.

So they, you know, they came to us, they didn’t think we’d be able to help them because they were using QuickBooks and then you know lo and behold here we are. We’re going to be able to save them $500 a month so $6,000 a year. We integrated right into QuickBooks. It took us one to two days to get everything on our end done and then one morning we integrated you know, we integrated our plugin and then they were they were off and running. So they’ve been with us now for about a week. They’re loving it

operationally, nothing changed. They’re still using QuickBooks. But you know, whenever those transactions process, it goes through us. And so they’re being able to see those savings,

which they love. Final two questions for you. What you offer is month to month and when I say month to month, I don’t know if I say with enough enthusiasm, I don’t know if I clarify, if I’m enunciating correctly, I don’t know if people are not hearing the words that come out of my mouth. It’s month to month. I can’t think of a hotter deal. It’s month to month.

What does month to month mean, sir? Well, in our industry, typically, processors wanna lock you in for three to five years with these contracts that kind of auto renew and you don’t know it. And there’s crazy termination fees.

We don’t do any of that.

So we have no contracts. It’s just an agreement. If at any point in time you decide you don’t wanna do business with IPS, you can leave. There’s no penalty, you can cancel at any time. So I tell people all the time, when
