(Speaker 4)
Once again, ladies and gentlemen, please stand at your feet and greet the son of President Donald J. Trump, the man who runs the Trump Organization, my good friend and now yours, ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Eric Trump.

(Speaker 14)
Some shows don’t need a celebrity in the ring, but this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities, why would two men who have built 13 multi -million dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day? to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use, because they believe in you and they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom. Now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show, starring the former U .

(Speaker 14)
S. Small Business Administration’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark, and the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist’s body, Dr. Robert Zunich. Two men, eight kids, co -created by two different women. 13 multi -million dollar businesses.

(Speaker 4)
For anybody watching online, we’re going to Anaheim on December 4th and 5th. Anaheim. We’re taking this. I don’t normally take the business conferences anywhere, but Eric said, hey, you want to go to Anaheim? I said, let’s go to Anaheim. So we’re going to Anaheim on December 4th and 5th.

(Speaker 4)
And for those who haven’t been to Anaheim, Anaheim is, it’s kind of a touristy area with incredible weather. Uh, which you end up paying for through incredible taxes. So if you, uh, but Anaheim great place and we’re gonna be there December 4th and 5th. Uh, Josh, I’m going to bring you up for this session here. Uh, brief this session and then I do want to bring up as well. Uh, if we have, um, okay, so we got, if we have Kareemay, Kareemay and Sophia, maybe you guys come on up here.

(Speaker 4)
Okay.

(Speaker 17)
Hi Kareemay.

(Speaker 32)
How are you?

(Speaker 4)
I’m gonna bring you up here.

(Speaker 74)
Yeah.

(Speaker 4)
Okay. So. What we’re going to talk about right now is putting it all together. You know, we’re learning a lot of things, but putting it all together. We want to make sure when you leave here, you can apply everything. And Kevin Thomas, I’m going to bring you up here too, if I can.

(Speaker 4)
It’s Kevin Thomas in the house. Okay. Hello, Sophia. How are you?

(Speaker 59)
Have you laughed at least twice this weekend?

(Speaker 4)
Are you okay? You having fun?

(Speaker 38)
Okay, good.

(Speaker 4)
All right. So we’re going to talk about these things. So here we go. These are the things where people who are clients, just to make it clear what a client means, let me pull this up real quick here. So a client, Um, just so we’re clear how that process works here.

(Speaker 15)
And if we kind of gather everybody, can we do that whole, Steve, can you do that whole thing where you’re like the aggressive guy?

(Speaker 4)
I’ll go do it.

(Speaker 60)
Do the shushank redemption.

(Speaker 12)
We’ll make it happen.

(Speaker 73)
If you can hear me go shank.

(Speaker 4)
If you can hear me go shank.

(Speaker 72)
It’s a prison.

(Speaker 12)
I will shank you shank.

(Speaker 57)
They actually checked all the shanks at the door.

(Speaker 4)
That is true. We don’t have any shanks available today. No shanking. OK, so these are when people are a client, you take notes. You can if you don’t take notes, that’s OK, too. But I want you to get this idea for your business.

(Speaker 4)
You need to have your value proposition on a one sheet. Does everybody have that? I’ve got mine. You’ve got yours. You should have one. OK, you want to be able to articulate to people who are not you.

(Speaker 4)
what you do quickly. So people say, you know, Clay, what do you do? What we do is we help you implement this stuff. We’re like, so I break business into three parts. There’s offense, there’s defense, and there’s special teams. So offense is marketing, you know, generating leads, generating sales, that’s branding.

(Speaker 4)
Most entrepreneurs like to talk about offense, okay? Who likes to talk about marketing, branding, sales, social media, generating leads? That’s entrepreneurs, most of them, okay? That’s offense. Defense is accounting. It’s legal.

(Speaker 4)
Boo. It’s a lot of that, right? Defense is legal. It’s accounting. And then special teams is your team. And you want to have a special team in order to win.

(Speaker 4)
You got to be able to find people, train people, recruit people. So what I’ve done is I’ve made a list that we’re going to go over. These are the areas where, when we’re working with a client, these are the most common areas of pushback where a client will retard their own success because they don’t want to do this. And just so we’re clear on how my value proposition works, so Karime, when you guys clean a house, what do you charge after, like, the first cleaning is a dollar, but then what do you charge if people decide to hire you on a monthly? How does that work? I think you’re on, just kind of eat that mic, yeah.

(Speaker 4)
Crank it up a little bit for her. Crank it up.

(Speaker 13)
She needs a little more volume there. She’s a loud, she’s an aggressive woman, speaking loud, but still quiet.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, yeah. So you want, like, specific numbers?

(Speaker 13)
Yeah, like, how do you price it? How do you charge? So a lot of things go into it. It takes a lot of practice. It’s hard to discern that at first, but like pets, pet hair, how many children, how livable is the house?

(Speaker 3)
Is it just a single couple?

(Speaker 11)
You know, they’re older, retired.

(Speaker 4)
What’s the average price ticket, you think? So like 150 ranges, 150 to 250 per month, if it’s like a once a month house. That’s what we do.

(Speaker 13)
And then are you trying to make like a 20 % profit on that or 10 % or 50 %?

(Speaker 11)
What kind of profit margin are you trying to make after you and your daughter cleaned?

(Speaker 4)
So, uh, right.

(Speaker 66)

(Speaker 4)
50%.

(Speaker 13)
Yeah.

(Speaker 4)
But it’s heavy labor. It is extremely heavy. Not heavy materials. Are we on the same page? Okay. So for what I do, if you guys are here in the week, there’s basically 45 people that work here, and we make a 20 % profit margin.

(Speaker 4)
So if we charge a client $1 ,700 a month, $1 ,700, we make a 20 % profit margin. I don’t apologize for that, nor do I want to say that it’s not that high. It is what it is. That’s what we do. And so there’s 160 clients on average that we’re working with. And what we’re doing is I want to make sure the client is bringing in more money than they’re paying me.

(Speaker 4)
So you talk about ROI, or return on investment. I just want to make sure the client’s bringing in more than they’re paying me as fast as possible. So that’s that’s because we got to execute this. So we’re going to talk about executing this, but I just want to be very clear. These are the areas where people will push back. I think it’s sometimes more comfortable in this kind of environment to talk about these things.

(Speaker 4)
So that way you could sort of be aware of these areas, these dysfunctions before you go down the path. Okay, so area number one is using a to -do list. And I don’t know what it is, Turington. You’re great at this, but if somebody goes to stevecurrington . com, we’ll pull up your website, and they fill out the form, because they’re saying, hey, I want to get a mortgage, a jumbo loan, a normal loan, a home equity loan, I want a loan, and I met you at the conference, and one of our longtime speakers at the event, I won’t mention his name, but he reached out to you, and he goes, man, and got me pre -approved and funded immediately.

(Speaker 4)
I don’t know why I didn’t call him the first time I heard about him, you know? And I go, that’s the Steve Carrington experience. But you have a to -do list, so you call your leads back. Yeah. Most people do not call their leads back, which is super awkward for me, by the way, when you guys will meet each other at the event, and you’ll go, I called that one guy I met, and he won’t call me back. And I’ll call the guy, and they’ll go, oh, I guess I got busy.

(Speaker 12)
I forgot.

(Speaker 39)
So having a to -do list is critically important for your life.

(Speaker 4)
And I don’t sell to -do list applications, but people, what goes on with that, Steve? Why don’t people want to use a to -do list? They’re lazy, I guess. I mean, I don’t know. I mean, I like to make money. I like to, you know, be successful.

(Speaker 4)
I’ve got a lot of shit to pay for. So I call the leads back because, I mean, I have to get up in the morning, Clay. I want to sleep in some days, but you got to call your leads. That’s why Clay helped me write that book called, Your Leads Won’t Call Themselves, because they actually won’t call themselves. So if you like being poor, then don’t have a to -do list.

(Speaker 43)
Kevin, you got 350 employees.

(Speaker 16)
Let’s pass the mic down to him real quick. Why do you have to have a to -do list? Well, I guess, why do people fight that idea of having a list of things to do? What is that? Clay, I think the owners especially need to have a to -do list because when you’re an owner or general manager of a company, there’s no one else to be accountable to.

(Speaker 1)
So you have to be accountable to yourself.

(Speaker 4)
I have a phone list. That’s one of my problems is I have too many. I have a list on my phone, I have a list in a little notebook, and then my wife has a list at home. So I have several different lists, but those lists keep us accountable. I’m going to tell you a story that is true that’s going to sound mind -boggling, and I’m going to tell you what we’re going to do today. It’s going to be the same kind of thing.

(Speaker 4)
When I got a call years ago from Carol, Carol managed a company called Kanbar Properties. She was the assistant the founder of Kanbar Properties. If you look it up, Sean, Kanbar Properties, pull it up on the screen so we can all see it. Kanbar Properties is a company that the inventor of, the guy who started Kanbar Properties, he invented Sky Vodka. Okay, he also invented the modern needle protector, and he reached out to me via Carol and said, hey, we would like to hire you to help us re, basically rejuvenate downtown Tulsa.

(Speaker 4)
So this guy bought one third of downtown Tulsa, and he hired us to fix downtown Tulsa. And so, for a big period of my life there, we had about three years where I was doing all these leases downtown, bringing restaurants, who remembers downtown before it got busy? So our job was to convince people to get offices there, and we were doing it. And this guy owned a third of downtown Tulsa. So he came to Tulsa to interview me about hiring us, which, by the way, is a huge deal, because who here does real estate? Imagine you get a 6 % commission on a third of downtown Tulsa.

(Speaker 4)
I mean, it’s a multi -million dollar deal. So I said, Mr. Kambar, what day will you be here? He said, I’ll be here this day. So this is a to -do list. It’s called multi -step planning. You have to have a to -do list.

(Speaker 4)
So I wrote down, I thought about it, I blocked out time, and I scripted out how the conversation’s gonna go. So first off, he walked in my office at 5800 East Skelly.

(Speaker 66)
He walked in, and I had pictures on the wall like you see here, but I had pictures of him, oddly placed throughout my office like it was our normal okay and I had our staff had red solo cups that were filled with like 10 % orange juice and 90 % vodka so it smelled like we’re a bunch of alkies okay and then I had sky vodka bottles just sort of like we were trying to hide it because we’re like have you seen happy gilmore too he’s trying to hide he’s an alcoholic yeah so it looked like we’re trying to hide it but we weren’t you know and so it was so he comes in And he says, Maurice Kanbar’s about this tall.

(Speaker 4)
At that point, he’s almost a billionaire. And he says, Clay Clark, pleasure to meet you, sir. I go, honored to meet you. And he says, I said, hey, and I knew a lot about him because he invented the you know, the idea of a movie theater with multiple shows showing a movie theater used to just show one movie. He invented the idea of having multiple movies and he turned it into a thing.

(Speaker 4)
He invented the needle protector. He sold that patent to Johnson and Johnson. He’s just a prolific guy. And I’d read his book. So I had read his book called The Inventor’s Handbook, which is an incredible book, by the way, for entrepreneurs, Inventor’s Handbook, Maurice Canbar. And I just said, I’m going to read sir it’s it’s an honor to meet you how’s san francisco and he goes well uh san francisco clay is a sexy place tulsa it is an i hate downtown tulsa clay i really i bought it but i i don’t there’s no sexiness and i’m like We’re gonna bring sexy back to Tulsa, sir.

(Speaker 4)
That’s what we do. We’re here, that’s what we do. And he kind of, you know, because you’re meeting someone for the first time. And he’s like, can I, and I said, we’ll give you a tour of the office. So we walk around, he sees a photo of himself.

(Speaker 3)
I don’t mention it, but he sees himself. Because there’s like Steve Jobs photos on the wall and photos of the founder of Hobby Lobby.

(Speaker 31)
And then there’s him.

(Speaker 4)
And it’s quotes from his book that I took out of his book and turned into a print and put on his wall.

(Speaker 32)
Well, Stairs, what starts to happen, do you think, when you’re walking, this guy’s walking down the hallway and he sees notable quotables on the wall of him from his book, what starts to happen?

(Speaker 3)
He definitely starts leaning toward you.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah.

(Speaker 33)
He starts smiling.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah. He’s starting to be like, all right. So we get to my dad’s office. I’m kind of a big deal. And my dad, you know, not a guy who drank alcohol.

(Speaker 12)
My dad went like all in because my dad is secretly wanting, he was always secretly, may he rest in peace.

(Speaker 32)
He always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but he wasn’t.

(Speaker 4)
So whenever he got a chance, he would go all in. My dad would go all in. So he was hammered?

(Speaker 71)
Well, no.

(Speaker 4)
My dad would go extra. My dad would go extra. So my dad’s like, OK. So he’s not all in. My dad’s like, son, so you want a Osolo cup with vodka in it?

(Speaker 3)
And I go, yeah.

(Speaker 12)
He’s like, OK.

(Speaker 4)
We come in. His room is smelling like he’s been drinking all night. and he’s just and he’s got vodka bottles he’s like put up sky vodka bottles in the shape of like different things and he’s decorated his office with sky vodka and Maurice is like I said this is my father he does the accounting and he goes Mr. Clark and I go I was one trip he’s talking to me or my dad and he goes uh you guys had me at hello we’re doing the deal and we never even presented because he was just so enamored by the detail that went into it And he would recognize, wow, you guys are prepared. Did you guys celebrate by getting drunk? No. But Eric, I’ve been trying to convince Eric to buy the Mayo Hotel, which isn’t for sale, but in commercial real estate, everything’s for sale.

(Speaker 4)
So I talk about it every time I see him, but I act like I haven’t talked about it before, which is odd, but I keep doing it. It’s like Groundhog Day. I’m like, have we talked about the Mayo? I think that’s it. And he’s like, well, what would you do? And I said, what you do is you replace the Mayo Hotel sign with Trump.

(Speaker 4)
Raise those prices 25%, do the Trump thing, it’ll be great. ” And he goes, and I said, you just gotta picture it in the lights, you know, cause the Man Hotel thing. So I built that sign behind you guys for Eric, he hasn’t seen it yet, it’s my little secret. But when he gets here, he’s gonna come in and he’s gonna go, cause I talk about it, I’m like, picture the name, you know, right there on the, what kind of, but it’s a, and then he loves space. He’s into space.

(Speaker 32)
He loves space.

(Speaker 4)
You know kids growing up, kids are like, I want to go to space. Kids are excited about space and G . I. Joe. Remember that? Maybe you’re from the 80s, you’re like space, G .

(Speaker 4)
I. Joe, A -Team. Now kids want to grow up and be a furry or something. I don’t know what happens. But anyway, remember that? So he loves space.

(Speaker 4)
He loves the idea. So there’s all sorts of space references throughout our building that he’ll notice. And then when he’s in the office, I’ve kind of redecorated some things. There’s all sorts of subliminal. But it takes time to plan that. And if you don’t have a to -do list, you’re going to miss the critical details.

(Speaker 4)
So get a to -do list.

(Speaker 19)
Someone says, well, what kind of to -do list?

(Speaker 4)
I make mine, I just make it on Google Sheets, and I update it every morning, and I print it off, and that’s what I do. I just print it off and make it every day, that’s what I do. Pushbacker number two, calendar. Karima, you guys have been a client of ours for about six months -ish, and your daughter works with you, she’s 15, for anybody who’s just tuning in. So I’m gonna go to Sophia. Sophia, if you didn’t have a calendar for your cleaning service, what would happen?

(Speaker 4)
we would be all over the place we would we would miss appointments definitely um yeah we would be so unorganized i’m gonna be very vague about this because i don’t get myself in trouble But I work with different industries a lot. I work with business to business, you know, guys who sell a product to a business. I work a lot with service businesses. I work a lot with pastors and ministries. I work a lot, a lot with service companies, a lot with home builders. I could tell you, and this is not an attack, it’s just real.

(Speaker 35)
People that are in ministries are the worst in every category we’re talking about today.

(Speaker 4)
So they’re just the worst. And they’ll say, like, I’m sorry I missed our meeting. I was caught up in the spirit.

(Speaker 12)
And I’m like, no, you don’t use a counter.

(Speaker 4)
That’s true.

(Speaker 12)
I don’t use a counter.

(Speaker 4)
My bad. But because it’s in that world, that flakiness is allowed. You know what I’m talking about. Those blow off meetings, they’ll miss podcasts. I’m going to start doing that. I’m going to not show up on Tuesday.

(Speaker 4)
I was caught up in the spirit. The biggest challenge, you say, was it Antifa? Was it lawsuits? No, it was pastors. Because these guys are like, you’re speaking at 10 tomorrow. They’re like, they’ll show up 10 o ‘clock the wrong day.

(Speaker 4)
You’re like, what is happening with you? And it’s because they just don’t do calendars. It’s not taught in ministry school. It’s not taught in seminary. And it’s just this weird thing. And then the people that are the tightest with their schedules are typically home cleaning, window installation, repair, people that have to book a time, a tight time.

(Speaker 4)
Home builders are like tight, pretty tight, construction remodelers. But again, if it’s like a, something like artsy people, like graphic designers, people that make logos and websites, they tend to be very vague and flaky. Photographers. Photographers, oh man.

(Speaker 3)
But you gotta have a calendar.

(Speaker 12)
You gotta have a calendar, okay?

(Speaker 4)
Third, you wanna give everyone in your life, write this down. You wanna give everyone in your life that deserves to speak into your life, try that again. You wanna give everyone in your life that deserves to speak life into your life time.

(Speaker 65)
But don’t give everybody else time.

(Speaker 46)
Maybe a more succinct way to say it is don’t take opinions.

(Speaker 4)
Just don’t listen to advice from everybody. Yeah, say no more. So I want to bring up Masoud. Masoud, let’s hear it for Masoud.

(Speaker 2)
Masoud’s in the house.

(Speaker 4)
Masoud. Masoud. Masoud.

(Speaker 2)
I love this guy.

(Speaker 3)
Masoud, I’m going to bring up Masoud real quick here. Now, Masoud, just so you know, Masoud, I know he looks like he was born yesterday, but when I was a 20 -year -old some odd DJ, I met this guy, Ilan, and Ilan is good friends with Masoud. Yes, sir. And Ilan, very successful, he fought in the Six -Day War. And for those who are not familiar with the Six -Day War, the Six -Day War was basically the Arab nations were gathering against Israel, and Israel kind of played like they didn’t know that they were about ready to be taken over by, if you pull up Israel on the map, Israel’s a small country the size of New Jersey, they’re about ready to be completely swamped by the enemy, and they’re trying to play it off like they don’t know they’re about ready to come under siege, and so Elan, who’s your friend, he probably has better, he’s probably told you better stories than he’s told me, but Elan said, you know, we acted like we were on vacation or holiday, and he’s like, did I get a call, and they say, hey, you guys, We’re going to go attack the Arabs before they attack us.

(Speaker 2)
And as the story goes, Israel went ahead and blew up the runways. Yes, sir. First, that was step one.

(Speaker 3)
They blew up all the runways. Step two, they blew up the bridges. Step three, they just unrelenting for six days and they destroyed

(Speaker 4)
I want to say it was like 15 times more military might.

(Speaker 2)
Yes and also they woke up the president middle of the night.

(Speaker 70)
They told him if we don’t get intervention everything’s all over.

(Speaker 4)
So thanks to the United States. so long says he’s at the beach he’s at the beach and the next thing you know he gets a call and it’s basically like you need to go right now report to the base he gets the base where what’s up what’s up like you’re gonna get in the plane right now fighter you’re gonna fly and blow up the bridges and when you land come back the other guys taken over those plans are gonna stay near twenty four hours everything F -14. And this is what they did. So Ilan, he gets me, I’m like, because I DJed for his son’s… I want to say it’s his son’s… Olin.

(Speaker 4)
Olin. I DJed for his son’s 15 -year -old birthday party. I met him at Panera Bread. And I’m like, bro, you are rocking my mind right now. We’re small talk.

(Speaker 3)
Where are you from? He says, Israel. Wow, how long have you lived here?

(Speaker 4)
So what did you do in Israel?

(Speaker 2)
Did you live there?

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, I was in the military. Military, wow. Did you know about the Six Day War? I fought in it.

(Speaker 3)
I’m like, oh my God.

(Speaker 31)
I love history, I love this guy.

(Speaker 4)
And his father was executed in Germany during Hitler. So Alain says to me, you gotta meet my brother, Massoud. And I go, who’s Massoud?

(Speaker 3)
Kind of mysterious, kind of sexy, this guy, Masoud.

(Speaker 2)
He could be a model.

(Speaker 38)
He could be a model for some sort of resort.

(Speaker 4)
He looks like a model.

(Speaker 2)
Stay at Masoud’s, yes. He’s just a handsome man.

(Speaker 3)
Masoud’s very successful in commercial real estate.

(Speaker 2)
But you’re a trained, what, psychiatrist? Psychologist. Psychologist. What’s the difference? The difference is psychiatrists give medication and they walk out. And we work with people, actually.

(Speaker 2)
So this guy, he’s just speaking life into me. I meet this guy and he’s just speaking life into me. I’m going and I just I mean he you probably changed my life in just like five minutes I was already going I was moving the DJ business was moving I’m like sir what keeps you like motivated or how do you get fired up because you are in the game you are dominating and you you told me about the persecution yes you experienced you tell everybody where you’re from and what kind of what you went through I was born in Iran and I This is the reality. No one choose what country they want to be born, or what family they want to be born, or what gender they want to be born. I was born in Iran. I was born in very wealthy, prominent family. But you could not have the freedom that other people have.

(Speaker 2)
In this country, we say equal rights. When you’re born, you have equal rights. You’re already given. So the government job is to protect that rights. Government doesn’t give you rights. Their job is you elect them to protect your rights.

(Speaker 2)
In the country I come from, dictatorship, The dictatorship of government, there’s three possibilities. Number one, some people have no rights. They call them trash. You have no rights. You don’t believe it? Go see how people do it in China or Soviet Union.

(Speaker 2)
You are trash. Some people have less rights, and some people have more rights. So if you are the political leader, dictator, you have more rights. In this country, you can have more privilege, but absolutely you cannot have more rights. Everybody’s born equal. In Iran, if you’re a woman, I’m sorry to say that, animal has more right than you as a woman.

(Speaker 2)
Isn’t it horrible?

(Speaker 3)
So I was fed up.

(Speaker 2)
I had all the privilege of everything you imagine. But when I went to military, I couldn’t take that discrimination anymore. So I urinate in Iran flag as a way to say enough is enough and protest. while I’m willing here to die for American flag. Because American flags give you equal rights regardless of race, culture, nationality, or your ability. That’s the difference.

(Speaker 2)
Masoud, can you share what kind of persecution did your family experience? So when the revolution came in, again, Muslim extremists. I want to make it very brief. I grew up among Muslim, moderate Muslim. They love Christianity. They love Jewish.

(Speaker 2)
They love other people from different faith. 80 % of Iran are moderate Muslim. But this 15 % is Muslim extremists. They are already penetrate to Europe. They already are there in America. If you don’t believe it, go to New York.

(Speaker 2)
If you don’t believe it, look at here. So they’re already here. And they are promoting the ideology of Muslim extremists and communism. I mean, they are doing it. We have to wake up. Mr. Trump is a gift of God for this country.

(Speaker 2)
It’s a gift of God. This country would not be. But again, the reason Mr. Trump is there because million people like you, like him, like many other people throughout the nation say enough is enough. So you are important. Would you hug yourself? I like myself.

(Speaker 2)
Would you please do it?

(Speaker 4)
Would you hold yourself? I like myself and I love my country. Enough is enough. I will stand up.

(Speaker 2)
I will rise up and use my due process to bring about change. It’s not about us, it’s about our country. If you don’t have home, you have no place to live. he says I was in the six -day war I’m going you beat like 15 times as many Israel was outnumbered 15 to 1 and they won in six days because once you get your runways blown up and your bridges you can’t take off and you can’t get there and then for six days it’s unrelenting and then so then you know I’m talking so I’m meeting him and he said you got to beat my friend Masoud and I remember meeting Masoud and I’m like I don’t know what just happened, but I am now, like, super fired up. My wife is like, what is going on? I go, he’s telling me, by being born in America, we have the gift.

(Speaker 2)
And you’re throwing the gift away if you don’t do something with it. When you’re born in America, or you live here legally, let me share something with you. If you were born in America, or you live here legally, you’re already given golden ticket. Would you say to someone beside you? I already have a golden ticket. Would you say to someone beside you?

(Speaker 2)
Now, what does it mean when you have that golden ticket? It means 50 % of your success is guaranteed. The rest of 50 % is up to you to get up and make a decision. Because when you talk about You know, I’m like in the business.

(Speaker 4)
One thing is when my daughter’s graduate from school, from OU, I said, what was your major, sweetheart? I knew that. She said, oh, business. I said, did they ever taught you, those professors, did they ever taught you is a business is not an easiness? He said, what do you mean? I said, when you get in the business, you have to erase the word easy out of your vocabulary.

(Speaker 4)
Because if it was easy, then everybody would do it. I want you to be clear. I just want to give you an example, and I’m not going to let you leave yet. This is good. So I want to make sure we’re going through the pushback zones to help you. Got to have a to -do list.

(Speaker 4)
Two, got to have a calendar. Three, you do not have time for negative people. You do not have time for it. So your life is a cup, right? some sort of a container and you only have a certain number of hours in a day 24 and i’m just not going to spend my day surrounded by negative people so like last night you know we’re getting ready for today’s event and i ran into dr zellner and dr z is such he’s an encourager this guy he dr z is the dirt he’s like the next he’s such a good influence in the lives of people. And so last night, it’s a true story, I was, my wife and I had no money, and I was DJing in 2001 -ish, we were building our business, and Dr. Z knew, because my wife worked there, he knew that we were really struggling, because we bought that yellow page ad he told me I had to buy, and he kind of knew that we were pushing, we were on red, you know?

(Speaker 4)
And so I’m DJing for like 500 bucks, and he gives me an envelope with like thousands of dollars in it at the end of the show. But he didn’t mention it, he’s like, good job today. And I’m thinking, as I open it up, I’m like, what? And I’m calling, like, dude, thank you so much. And he’s like, yeah, no problem. So I go in a few months later to get my glasses, that were glasses.

(Speaker 4)
And they’re like, you have perpetually free glasses forever from this guy. And I’m like, what? I call him, dude, what is your deal? He’s like, you need to bless others.

(Speaker 2)
And so I’m just in your life. And he’s that kind of guy. He’s that kind of guy, you know? And he’s just, and that’s how Masoud is. And you need people in your life like that, but you need to be those people for other people, okay?

(Speaker 4)
So don’t be around negative people.

(Speaker 2)
Pushback here, number four.

(Speaker 12)
Can I say one thing before I go?

(Speaker 2)
I promise you. Number one, when you’re in this country, I want you every morning, I have a prayer that I do. If you wish, you can repeat after me. May I? Yes, you may. God, God, give me sufficient wisdom and courage.

(Speaker 2)
Give me sufficient wisdom and courage to have or be able to tell the difference brass and gold. If I’m not wise enough to tell the difference between brass and gold I would end up with the brass with the price of gold. In business you have to be a smart be able to tell the difference if you can As Kalei said, you have to be wise enough to ask people who are in the business. If I want to buy a car, I don’t know what this car is, what kind of deal is, I’ll call my friends who are in dealership, as opposed to listening to everybody. Listen to the experts who have an ex and also have a good intention.

(Speaker 2)
So we have to be aware. Number one, I want to share this one because it comes in my heart. You live in the greatest nation in the world, but most people take it for granted, and I don’t blame you, because that’s all you know. You don’t know the difference between brass and gold. You got the gold, but you’re bellyaching about it. Oh, God, it’s Monday.

(Speaker 2)
Oh, God, it’s raining. Oh, God, I have to go work. Well, you didn’t know when you apply for the job. Oh, God, I have to pay my taxes. Bellyaching and complaining and complaining. And to the point, it’s a culture.

(Speaker 2)
Let me tell you what communism is. Let me tell you what, you have to understand what communism is, what dictatorship, to appreciate America and maintain America. Number one, I ask people, go to the zoo. Take your family to the zoo. Please do that when you have a chance. Take your family to the zoo.

(Speaker 2)
When you go to the zoo, you will see all kind of animals. What do you see in the zoo? Animal, you see lions, elephants, giraffe, birds, a snake. But remember, each one of them have their own boxes. their own territory, and we have a zookeeper, government, that feeds you three times a day. They give you minimal of health care with one condition.

(Speaker 69)
You never, ever shall leave that fence.

(Speaker 51)
And if the lions get out of the zoo and goes in the town, what the zookeeper do, government, they grab you, shoot you, or bring you back, put you back where you are.

(Speaker 4)
You will be taken care of three times a day, meals, Mediocrity healthcare, as long as you stay in your box, that’s what we call communism. You have no way out. In this country, there is no boundaries. You can be born poor, you can be born with some type of disability, still you can have the opportunity to rise because you have the golden ticket. 50 % is up to you. Unbelievable.

(Speaker 4)
Thank you, Masoud. Masoud, I’m going to keep you up here for a minute. Masoud, I’m going to keep you here for a minute, okay?

(Speaker 12)
So, again, pushback areas. Steve, I’m going to go to you rapid -fire in a couple of minutes, okay? So, one is clients will push back on having a hosting service that makes sense for their website. They’ll go, I want to continue to host with this guy I know, and yet the website crashes all the time, and I’m going, just host your website with a hosting service that’s reliable, such as GoDaddy. Why is that, Steve?

(Speaker 4)
It’s minimal expense and your website runs faster and you get more deals, but if you’re trying to be cheap on Important stuff you’re gonna lose so next is I see entrepreneurs They say I don’t want to register a Google map like I don’t want to get a Google map I don’t want to rent an office Just so that I can have a Google map just so we’re clear in order to rank in Google You need to have an office space that is a sovereign space with a sign and a door and it will probably cost you $500 a month and that is the cost to have the office space and back in the day yellow pages were $2 ,500 a month and so 2 ,500 is more than But entrepreneurs will just fight me over the idea of a $500 office space. Why is that? I don’t, I don’t know. I mean, I don’t really understand it either. It’s just, I think because they’re lazy, they think there’s a shortcut. They think there’s like a better way to do it or an easier way to do it.

(Speaker 4)
And there’s just not an easier way to do it.

(Speaker 16)
Six endless website. And it’s Kevin, I’m going to you. That’s like where someone just wants to keep making website edits before they ever launched the site.

(Speaker 1)
What is that Kevin?

(Speaker 4)
Again, this guy has 300 has 350 employees. Now we’ve helped them grow quite a bit. Why, why don’t people, I mean, why do entrepreneurs want to not ever launch the site?

(Speaker 12)
That’s a great question. I’m not sure why you would not want to have a website and have a Google business page. I know sometimes owners have the issue of, I don’t think you realize how important I am.

(Speaker 10)
And they don’t do things that were told by people like you, Clyde.

(Speaker 4)
We gotta have, we gotta get these things done. I don’t want you to get home and get in your own way, okay? Stop focusing on the crap that doesn’t matter.

(Speaker 64)
That’s what it is.

(Speaker 4)
You don’t want to launch the site because you want to focus on the thing that doesn’t drive the needle and make the money. So just get the website up. suck it up, get it up, and then start getting deals. Having a no -brainer. Okay, so let me just give you an example. Ryan Wells, can I bring you up here for a second?

(Speaker 4)
Is that okay? So I have a no -brainer for my businesses. Elephant in the Room, the haircut, the first haircut’s a dollar, we know that. For Dr. Z, his optometry clinic, you can pull it up there, Sean.

(Speaker 1)
It’s $99 for your first pair of glasses and your exam.

(Speaker 4)
For my business consulting or the coaching service we do, it’s a free 13 -point assessment. It’s just so that I, I mean, it’s month to month, but it’s so that I know if you’re a good fit and you know if I’m a good fit and we’re on the same page. But how many of these appointments do I schedule that are a complete waste of everyone’s time? I don’t know, but the point is, I don’t have a problem offering a no -brainer, because maybe I’m not a good fit for you, or maybe you’re not a good fit for me. For Flow Photography, it’s flowphotos .

(Speaker 13)
com. What’s your no -brainer?

(Speaker 4)
It’s $1 for your first photo shoot with us.

(Speaker 13)
Karime,

(Speaker 68)
Karime, what’s your no -brainer over there?

(Speaker 13)
What’s your… Again, the website…

(Speaker 12)
Your website is whistlewhileyouclean?

(Speaker 38)
Whistlewhileyouclean .

(Speaker 24)
com, and it’s also $1 for your first clean.

(Speaker 12)
Were you concerned about offering that no -brainer offer? Absolutely. Very scary.

(Speaker 4)
That’s a lot of hard work. We’re talking, like, two to three hours of hard labor for a dollar. But in some countries, that’s, like, a really good pay. No, I mean… I’m gonna… He was thinking about that, right?

(Speaker 4)
That’s the brass. You got the golden ticket, bro. I’m gonna tell you some things. I’m gonna tell you some things. You guys need to be aware of that, okay? You’re going to be, when Eric wraps up his speech today, we’re going to do a group photo and try to get everybody in here.

(Speaker 4)
So Team Fog, Aubrey, we’re going to defog a little bit. Yeah, Aubrey. Because we’ve got to get everybody in here. So just think about where you want to get located. We’re going to do a wide -angle group photo.

(Speaker 62)
I’ll make sure everyone has a pose.

(Speaker 4)
You can see your face in that photo. Get ready for that. It’s a big thing. But in that photo, you’re going to see Masoud in that photo. You’re going to see Dr. Zellner in the photo. You’re going to see Eric Trump.

(Speaker 4)
A lot of great, fun folks in that photo. I’ll be in it. A lot of success stories are in that photo. But there’s different kinds of mentors, okay? So in Dr. Z, my wife used to work for Dr. Z, and I just would beg all the time, Kylie, who’s the front desk lady, I said, Kylie, could I meet Dr. Z for lunch? Now, I used to wear pants, still kind of do, but pants that were really sagging, and I wore a Wu -Tang Clan shirt, bright yellow, and I asked, I had double hoop earrings, I still got the holes to prove it, and so I’m like, could I meet with Dr. Z?

(Speaker 3)
And she says, no, fair, come back the next week.

(Speaker 61)
Is there any way I could pick his brain?

(Speaker 4)
I’d really like to meet him. I said, no. I’m thinking in my car, I’m going to get her. I don’t know what I need to do. Maybe I need to compliment her. Kylie, how are you?

(Speaker 4)
I like the name Kylie. No.

(Speaker 43)
How many of you have tried that?

(Speaker 67)
When you’re trying to get through the cold call, it’s like the front desk person is shutting you down.

(Speaker 4)
The gatekeeper. Gatekeeper. I’m going, OK, I got it now. Kylie, I want to offer doctors and I’ll pay them $100 for 10 minutes. $100, 10 minutes, you can’t say that. I’ll pay him $100 and you $100.

(Speaker 4)
She’s like, I’m not going to take your bribes, but what? much? $100? OK. I’ll see if I can get 10 minutes with him. So I come back the next day. You can do 10 minutes with Dr. Z. 10 minutes with Dr. Z. But you’ll go to Ruby Tuesday’s.

(Speaker 4)
It’s a restaurant across the street. You’ll get 10 minutes. Just don’t waste his time. He doesn’t really want to have this meeting. And I get it, because I used to have massive subwoofers in my Mazda MPV that I hand painted. I’m pulling up.

(Speaker 4)
And it was when I was pulling up when Jermaine Dupri and Jay -Z were playing. It was kind of when Money Ain’t a Thing was popular.

(Speaker 66)
Sean, can you pull that up real quick?

(Speaker 3)
So this was like me pulling in to pick up my wife.

(Speaker 34)
My wife’s a normal person, nice lady, great.

(Speaker 28)
And I’m picking her up at work.

(Speaker 4)
And I’m just doing the thing, because who doesn’t have a Mazda MPV with subwoofers all over it, you know what I mean? So I’m pulling in, and he’s trying to run an optometry clinic. So occasionally, he’d knock on the window.

(Speaker 60)
Excuse me, Mr. Clark, could you please turn the music down?

(Speaker 4)
I’m trying to run a business here. No problem. He doesn’t get it. He doesn’t get it. Does he not know what I’m bringing? Does he not know what I’m bringing?

(Speaker 4)
Money Ain’t a Thing, it’s Jay -Z, Jermaine Dupri. Did you find that, Sean? Money Ain’t a Thing? No, Money Ain’t a Thing, Jay -Z, or YouTube. YouTube, Money Ain’t a Thing, Jay -Z. You’ll find it, Jermaine Dupri.

(Speaker 4)
So anyway, so I go and meet him. And I said, hey, sir, I’m not getting any leads. I just want to know if you were me, how would you get leads? And he says, well, you need to buy a Yellow Page ad. It’s $19 .99, Yellow Page ad.

(Speaker 12)
And that way people can find you.

(Speaker 26)
Because if I go to the disc jockey section, I cannot find you. And I go, well, I can’t afford it. He goes, well, then it’s been a great meeting.

(Speaker 4)
And he leaves.

(Speaker 65)
That’s not it.

(Speaker 64)
Jermaine Dupri, Money Anything.

(Speaker 4)
You’ll find it. Put it in Jermaine Dupri. Play that again.

(Speaker 12)
You’ll get it.

(Speaker 4)
That’s it.

(Speaker 1)
That’s right.

(Speaker 63)
Skip ahead.

(Speaker 4)
Slow -mo, please. No, no, stop. Go ahead. You don’t have to play the video. You can play the song, Sean.

(Speaker 16)
No, get her coming out of the water again.

(Speaker 4)
No, halfway through, halfway through, halfway through. Just look for the bikini. Yeah, so this was like… This is kind of like in his parking lot.

(Speaker 12)
Pause.

(Speaker 4)
So he would say, can you stop, you know… I meet him, and I said, how do I get more leads? He said, you got to pay $2 ,500. Clay, just get a Yellow Page ad. And then he leaves. I can’t afford it.

(Speaker 4)
And he goes, well, then just get three jobs. And I go, what? And he’s like, just get three jobs. I got to go. Because he was annoyed by my presence. And looking back at it, I would probably be annoyed with my presence, too.

(Speaker 4)
And Sean, you can pull up the ad, but I bought the Yellow Page ad from Jeremy McCaslin. I called him up. I said, McCaslin. I’m going all in, baby. This is the yellow page rep they’re normally calling you. I want the biggest ad in the phone book.

(Speaker 4)
I want the whole page.

(Speaker 40)
I want the A -list.

(Speaker 4)
Who remembers that when that was a thing?

(Speaker 34)
You could buy the biggest ad.

(Speaker 43)
I’m like, I want the big, there he is. I’m like, I am getting that ad, bro.

(Speaker 4)
And he’s like, you’re getting the biggest? I’m like, getting the biggest ad. So Vanessa and I, we have a strategy. And I’m gonna bring up Vanessa real quick, because she’s proof that this is a real story. I’m gonna bring her up.

(Speaker 18)
Let’s hear it for Vanessa. She’s coming. Here’s my wife here.

(Speaker 11)
Yeah.

(Speaker 4)
OK.

(Speaker 32)
So Josh, are you up there, Josh?

(Speaker 18)
So Josh came to visit us, and I remember Josh says, your place, your house, your apartment, smells a lot like cat pee. And he goes, why are all your wedding candles melted? Because people gave us wedding candles as gifts.

(Speaker 3)
Can you explain why they were all melted? We didn’t have any money.

(Speaker 4)
We didn’t have any money.

(Speaker 62)
So we didn’t have any money for AC.

(Speaker 3)
And all of the money that we made went to buy equipment.

(Speaker 4)
All of it.

(Speaker 39)
All of it.

(Speaker 54)
Eventually, when I graduated, we built a house, which was super nice, and I was very excited, but we didn’t have any money for furniture, so we literally had no furniture.

(Speaker 52)
At a certain point, I was like, I understand reinvesting back into the business, but at a certain point, to what end?

(Speaker 4)
Can we get a couch? To tell you how we were, there was a store, I had a coat that was from a decade before. You remember the, what were the coats, Steve, the coats, what was the coat?

(Speaker 18)
You know the coats, they were vintage and they were big coats.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, like the NFL.

(Speaker 61)
And they had like the logos.

(Speaker 4)
Starter jackets.

(Speaker 18)
Starter jackets, yes.

(Speaker 4)
There you go, come on.

(Speaker 18)
Oh, that’s hot.

(Speaker 4)
I just found that. The Canadian. Wow, starter jackets, pull that up. So I’m rocking a starter jacket and this thing has been through it. And so Vanessa like went, she bought me a coat. You wanted a leather coat.

(Speaker 4)
She bought me a coat from Wilson’s and it was like 120 bucks. $200. $200.

(Speaker 60)
And she saved everything, I’m like.

(Speaker 59)
All the money I had.

(Speaker 4)
She worked for like a whole week. And I bought you the editing equipment that you needed for the business. I needed video editing equipment and it was like $400 and she worked like a week and a half to buy the thing. So we were living like that, you know. So Dr. Z says you gotta buy the ads, so I buy the ads. And then I said, before I launch the ad, go back to the ad, he says, you need a no -brainer in the ad.

(Speaker 3)
He goes, you need an ad.

(Speaker 4)
He’ll say this, if you see him today, he says these kinds of things.

(Speaker 7)
He says, you want an ad so good that it grabs the consumer by the throat, and it forces them to buy from you.

(Speaker 17)
You just grow, and they have to buy from you.

(Speaker 4)
I’m like, I don’t know if I do that. He goes, well. What? Because it was like, you could tell, I wasn’t app operating his frequency or his energy. It was a problem, you know? And so I’m like, but if I sale beat anyone’s price, what if someone’s cheap?

(Speaker 4)
Josh, you see people that are resistant to effective advertisement. You’re an accountant. Why are people resistant to effective advertisement?

(Speaker 18)
I think they think it… devalues their brand, but they have no recognition of their lack of social proof, which should be their brand. Ryan, you’re at a tipping point now where a lot of people are, the market’s seeking you, and Float Photos is now at a tipping point, but when we first started this no -brainer, what were you thinking at that time? I mean, honestly, it was scary, you know, to offer a photo shoot for a dollar, especially whenever there was no promise that you would get repeat business from that at all. I mean, it made us super nervous. So again, I’m meeting with Z, and again, at this point, you know, he’s my wife’s boss. And Dr. Z was really cool.

(Speaker 29)
I mean, we did, he took the employees to Magoo’s, remember that?

(Speaker 18)
It’s like a billiard place, you know? He did a casino -themed Christmas party. These were all fun experiences, and so Vanessa’s working there, and this is kind of when I was getting kicked out of ORU that whole time. How is that going for you? Because Vanessa follows the rules. She’s a cheerleader.

(Speaker 18)
Yeah, I’m a rule follower. I don’t like to rock the boat. I want everyone, you know, want to make everyone happy.

(Speaker 58)
Clay doesn’t care about that.

(Speaker 57)
So it was a little stressful because suddenly it was like All these people would be like, oh my gosh, you’re dating DJ Klay?

(Speaker 56)
Like he was some bad kid.

(Speaker 42)
No, I’m being serious.

(Speaker 4)
He didn’t drink. He didn’t do drugs. He didn’t do any of these things that people were getting in trouble for.

(Speaker 30)
But he did make a song that was pretty caustic, pretty mean -spirited.

(Speaker 4)
But he really didn’t distribute it. Someone found it and put it out. We still don’t know who did that to this day. He was just trying to get his feelings out. misunderstood and I guess I feel that today too when people are like, oh my gosh, he’s some big bad guy. I’m like, he’s actually like super nice.

(Speaker 4)
I’m a big Clay Clark fan. I can’t even say that. Wow. So Dr. Z, we sit down. We sit down. I’m going to help you because Dr. Z sits down.

(Speaker 4)
There he is. We sit down and we get out the phone book. We’re doing this meeting and he goes, okay, let’s get a pen. And I’ve never designed an ad before. So we pulled the ad. My top competitor was called Infinity.

(Speaker 12)
Do you remember those guys, Josh and Infinity?

(Speaker 55)
And they had, they said, been around since nineteen eighty five of the founded in nineteen eighty five and see was like give me the pencil crosses out says conceived in nineteen eighty i’m like i see a lot of my i get it and he’s like let’s that was start their because i don’t know piss him off that’s good get out of time and he’s like now they say they’re gonna have the best prices say will be any will like infinite beat anyone’s prices I’m like will infinitely beat anyone’s prices, and he’s like they said they have 10 ,000 songs say you have access to 12 ,000 They say they proffer, it’s four hours for $500, or say we offer unlimited time.

(Speaker 12)
He’s like, just keep one -upping them in the most petty, juvenile way, where you’re sticking it in their eye.

(Speaker 9)
When they see this ad, they’re gonna call you and yell at you, that’s the ad you want.

(Speaker 54)
You want that ad.

(Speaker 12)
If it makes the competition mad, that’s the ad. I’m gonna go, oh, now you’re tapping into my love language, this is so good. So, meanwhile, Vanessa’s working there as an eye test prepper, and as fate would have it, she’s afraid of the human eye. My wife is an eye -working optometrist, and she, like, so, like, if you touch your eye, she’s like, stop it. She’s, like, afraid of the eye. So, she’s there, and Dr. Z’s running an ad that says $1 LASIK.

(Speaker 12)
And the meal was, it was $1, so people were like, oh, come on, that’s a scam. Hey, I did that. Did you? Oh, yeah.

(Speaker 4)
It was $14 .99 for one eye. And $1 for the other eye? And it was $1 for the other eye. Hey, check this. So the machine messed up. It has this, like, suction thing, you know?

(Speaker 4)
And they had to change it out while they were doing my surgery. So my right eye was, like, all bloodshot and nasty. Oh. So I just told everybody that was the dollar eye. Like, tell Z. I was like, yeah, this one was $14 .99. This one was a dollar.

(Speaker 3)
Thanks, Z. So Z’s running that ad.

(Speaker 1)
It’s like 2001 or something like that, yeah.

(Speaker 12)
But Z was super kind to us, but he was known as like this really rebellious optometrist guy, because he had such a hot offer. And everybody, and so that’s kind of, I don’t know how to explain this.

(Speaker 2)
I’m just trying to bring my wife here so you can kind of see. She’s a very normal person. And hopefully you guys are very normal people. And you know, it’s like running an ad, I can’t afford that. We got to find a way how to afford that, you know, the advertisement or whatever you’re doing. But Clay, you also bought Another ad in the yellow pages that was

(Speaker 2)
different company that didn’t exist That you also answered that phone and you said we’re too busy, but you should call DJ connection I figured out the whole game, because it’s alphabetical. So I had the A listing for DJ Connection. So I had the biggest ad for DJ Connection. But then I also started a fictitious company called Always and Forever, because that would get the calls if DJ Connection didn’t. And they would refer DJ Connection.

(Speaker 4)
They’re like, we’re really busy, but if I was going to call someone, I’d call DJ Connection. And then he would answer that phone. DJ Clay. May I add one thing about the importance of advertising? Remember. If you’re making the best cookies that you think is the best in the world or best in the nation, and you’re the only one and your husband and children knows, how do you expect somebody knock your door and say, by the way, we want your cookie?

(Speaker 4)
Think about it.

(Speaker 2)
You have to get it out.

(Speaker 4)
And getting it out, as Kalei said, you have to cut the price. You have to be competitive.

(Speaker 1)
That’s what we call a free market, free and fair.

(Speaker 17)
You have to compete. You have to lower your price. Once people get it, the word of mouth, in and of itself, is a secondary advertising, to the point that advertisers eventually will come after you. I’m walking through. Hey, Eric, are you here, Stachelbach? Is that you?

(Speaker 17)
Can I bring you up here real quick? Can I bring you up just for a second?

(Speaker 5)
Eric Stachelbach, this is the host of TBN.

(Speaker 54)
He’s in the house.

(Speaker 15)
Let’s hear it for Eric.

(Speaker 4)
He’s here. And let’s hear it for my wife real quick. Let’s hear it for my incredible wife. Yeah. OK, so one other thing I want to mention here is, We’re getting a lot of the details of the importance of advertising, but one thing I noticed is the attitude that Clay had. When he’s sitting down with Dr. Zellner, he saw the success that Dr. Z had, and he didn’t push back.

(Speaker 4)
That’s why I didn’t push back whenever Clay said, you gotta do the shoots for a dollar. You just shut up and you do it, because success is something that happens. leaves clues. And if you have the opportunity to hear from somebody that’s had great success, and just do what they say. Just follow it.

(Speaker 3)
Like we’re here for this weekend.

(Speaker 7)
Just follow and do what they say, and you’re going to get great results. Powerful. Powerful.

(Speaker 1)
Now, if you’re watching online, we’re talking about the common sort of self -imposed limitations or common dysfunctions that will keep someone from having success.

(Speaker 4)
And I’m grabbing people. Eric didn’t know I was going to grab them.

(Speaker 3)
But how many of you are familiar with TBN?

(Speaker 4)
OK, Stock Collect tonight. We can pull it up on YouTube. This man is, I consider him a great friend of what we do here. He’s a great friend of mine. I absolutely love what he does. And I want to talk about this next thing is consistency.

(Speaker 4)
So I think about this guy, he’s consistent. And so when he does the Snack -a -Back Tonight show, how often are you putting out that show? Every night, Monday through Friday, every weeknight.

(Speaker 7)
And then YouTube is a whole other story. Talk about consistency, the algorithms, all that crazy stuff. You have to be consistent, turn out content on a daily basis. Now here’s the thing. There’s a lot of entrepreneurs, I mean, I’m not attacking people, but I’m sure it helps them. Clients will say, I’m gonna start a daily blog.

(Speaker 7)
Okay, cool. And you look at it, and they last updated it like 600 days ago. Or people are like, I know, they leave this conference, I gotta get objective video testimonials every day.

(Speaker 4)
I’ve got to get reviews. I’ve got to write my, they know what to do, but then there’s a subconscious desire to skip a day or skip a week or create a, to drift. to drift and drifting is a problem. And I think that an attribute of God is faithfulness or consistency or diligence. The world might fall apart, but God’s not changing. Right.

(Speaker 4)
So when you get your thoughts, what kind of culture do you try to create on your show in terms of consistency, just a consistency with which you put out content? Yeah, we have a daily schedule every day. We’re meeting first thing in the morning. I mean, we’re in news, current events. And as you know, the news cycle never stops in a great way with President Trump in office in particular. So every day you wake up, what did he say?

(Speaker 4)
and how do you kind of how do you kind of boil it down okay what do we have to get out what do we have to leave on the cutting room floor so to speak because he’s doing so many great things great things are happening so okay we have to condense it but every morning clay a meeting with the team Number one, wake up, say a prayer, and boom. We’re looking at the news, looking at X, we are texting back and forth, get in the office, we get together, we meet every morning like clockwork, the same thing, same agenda. Everyone has their tasks. Everyone, we have a system now, everyone knows what they need to do, and it’s a smooth -running machine at this point.

(Speaker 3)
Now, Kevin, you have 360 employees -ish.

(Speaker 16)
I wanna pass the mic to you real quick. Next idea. You gotta view your business like it’s a big business before it is, because casualness causes casualties. So you leave this place and you have six employees. I remember, and Josh had to suffer through some of this, but we would have our team meetings. in the mini storage over there at like 96th and Riverside, and it’s a mini storage, which again, the shelves, I made them in a day, no cuts, no level, no problem, okay?

(Speaker 4)
So the shelves are pretty wild, and I’m like, all right guys, we’re gonna load up tomorrow at 6 .30 in the morning, we’re talking to college guys, we’re loading up at 6 .30 in the morning, first load out’s at 6 .30, second guy, you load out at 6 .45, next guy, 7, next guy, 7 .15, next guy, 7 .30, next guy, 7 .45, next guy, 8, next guy, 8 .50, because this is how you do 80 weddings. till you’re loading it out and it’s like very intense, you gotta hit the times. And there’d always be one guy that would show up late and it clogs the runway. And people would always say to me, what is wrong with you? Why do you have to be exactly on time? And I’m like, I am building a massive thing, you know?

(Speaker 4)
And you have to treat it that way. And I wanna get your thoughts, Kevin. It was you and then maybe like two. How sad were those first meetings, you and two? They were pretty sad meetings. It was me, my wife, and me.

(Speaker 2)
one other person. We were so excited when we hired our first person to clean a building, and we didn’t even know how to pay taxes, and we didn’t know how to match taxes or do anything, so we were really struggling.

(Speaker 4)
So we had lots of very interesting discussions and meetings on that. how to grow and run a company.

(Speaker 53)
If you go up to YouTube real quick, I want to pull up Eric’s Talkabox Show so we can find it.

(Speaker 2)
For everybody watching online, you can find it, see it, check it out. It’s really a great broadcast. It’s very, very connected to what the Bible says about the future. The 27 % of the Bible is prophetic, 73 % is historical, but it’s like current news mixed with the prophetic parts of the Bible and the historical.

(Speaker 47)
It’s really news from a biblical perspective.

(Speaker 4)
Can’t say enough good things about it. So that’s a great place to go. I encourage you to check that out. But it’s just a thing where Carlton Pearson, who before he passed, he changed his faith, and I pray for his soul, but Carlton was a mentor in my life, and if you look up Carlton Pearson, type in farther along Carlton Pearson, Carlton was a huge mentor in my life, and it was great, meeting with him was so great, because he was filling out the Mabee Center, which is a big venue for church. You know, he would get so busy, you know, some churches have three services, he would just rent out the Mabee Center, this is him, we’ll just play a little, portion of this. This is Carlton kind of at the apex.

(Speaker 4)
Don’t be embarrassed. Why are you so silent? Clap. Try to crank up a little bit. If Carlton had a hype man like Masood, it would have gone bigger. Come on.

(Speaker 2)
Don’t be embarrassed. You’re in America. You’re in America. Come on. Come on.

(Speaker 4)
speak up rise up you are in america no fear no fear be fearless have no fear bro can you hear this this is a wild wild stuff so sean on the playlist on our youtube playlist you’ll see uh he had this song called yes that he wrote or he would sing it was called yes and the only lyric was yes So I bring in Carlton to speak to the DJs. And Josh, you remember these people, but some of these guys were great. Some were pretty dysfunctional. You know, they were club DJs, whatever. And I’m like, I’d like you to come talk to my guys about consistency. And we got like 50 guys, 40 guys.

(Speaker 4)
You know, a lot of the guys are high a lot of times and they’re not serving Christ. They’re DJs. Okay. And Carlton’s like, do you mind if I, if I do what I do? Yeah, no problem. So in front of an audience of like 40, he does this hit play.

(Speaker 4)
This is what he does, but hit play. Come on, this is your time. This is our time. Don’t be embarrassed. The message is a great message. It’s a message of love and hope and God, country, family, God.

(Speaker 4)
Imagine going back to your office, you bring in Carlton Pearson, who’s the pastor of the largest church in Tulsa at the time. I said, I’d like you to talk to my guys about consistency. He’s like, do you mind if I do my thing? I go, no, no, sir. So it’s like 7 .30 in the morning on a Monday, and he’s like, starts singing, yes. And he’s like, it’s gonna be a glorious day.

(Speaker 4)
It’s gonna be a glorious day. And we got one guy in our group who’s feeling it, Curtis. And Curtis is like, amen. He’s like, all right.

(Speaker 3)
It’s gonna be a glorious day.

(Speaker 7)
He keeps doing this. It’s gonna, and pretty soon, everybody in my office is all fired up.

(Speaker 2)
And he leaves, and he’s like, I wish I had a mic I could have dropped.

(Speaker 51)
That’s pretty good, right?

(Speaker 7)
I’m like, that’s pretty good. Because he could create that kind of energy.

(Speaker 35)
And, you know, and so he could see where the DJ company was going to go to.

(Speaker 7)
And he would speak that way. He’s like, I know there’s just 40 of you, but eventually you guys are going to be doing Dallas.

(Speaker 2)
You’ll be in Tulsa.

(Speaker 7)
You’ll be Oklahoma City.

(Speaker 52)
You’ll be and he could speak life into that.

(Speaker 7)
I want to get your thoughts again back to Trinity. You guys have this big network and you guys decided to start interviewing kind of people like President Trump. You’ve interviewed Eric and you’ve kind of really got in the mix where you’re interviewing not just relevant Christian people, but you’re interviewing now Eric Trump and President Trump and interview. You’re talking about geopolitical. I mean, you guys are really taking all the news and break it. What is the mindset you guys have at TBN that keeps you guys going and growing?

(Speaker 7)
Yeah, I think number one with the decision to really pursue news, current events and what’s happening in the world. Look, as the body of Christ in particular, we need to have a voice in this.

(Speaker 51)
Yes, sir.

(Speaker 4)
Yes, yes, yes. In our world, in our culture. I mean, we need to be the tip of the spear. Excellent. We’re called to be salt and light. And if we’re not going to do it, no one else is going to do it.

(Speaker 4)
Yes. And folks, I think you saw that kind of converge last Sunday at Charlie’s memorial service. Yes. Quite frankly, you had our top government officials preaching the gospel more eloquently than most pastors do. So things are happening, things are moving, and as TBN and with what I do in general, we need to be again at the forefront of that. We need to speak in that.

(Speaker 4)
If we don’t, someone else will. the vacuum, as we saw over the previous four years. Excellent. Yes. So we need to be front and center in taking that lead. So I think it’s all about speaking to the times we’re in for such a time as this, as the Bible says.

(Speaker 4)
And the times we’re in now call for Christ. Now, I call for a powerful witness. I want to say, I was listening to your show the day you hit a million subscribers. You know, and I, and I, I, but I, I want to make sure we get this. Cause when you start with one subscriber, that’s a low number. So when I’m on the phone with you, if you’re a coaching client of mine, these are the kinds of things I will say to you and just get ready for it.

(Speaker 4)
Okay. I’m going to go, how are we doing this week on video reviews? And you’re like, I got one. I’m like, we are one 1000th of the way there. I can feel a ship. And you’re like, well, I’ll just mess with it.

(Speaker 4)
You know, I’m like, we got it. You’re going to Google reviews.

(Speaker 50)
How are we doing?

(Speaker 4)
I got two. I’m like, well, Your current pace is not mathematically possible to ever achieve any level of success at all.

(Speaker 3)
You’re like, that was not negative.

(Speaker 4)
That was not positive.

(Speaker 43)
Because two reviews, if you multiply that times 50, you’re going to lose.

(Speaker 4)
So the good news is you know how not to succeed. But now we’ve got to go ahead and succeed now. So we need to… And you’re like, I hate this guy. Why am I paying him again? I don’t like him.

(Speaker 4)
I don’t like him. But what happens is you start to get momentum. Now you’re getting five reviews, ten reviews.

(Speaker 13)
Now if you look up Joplin Gyms, Charles Kola and his wife Amber, they are a great source of wisdom. They’re here all weekend. You gotta meet these people. They’re here today. I’m telling you, Charles, look at Joplin Gyms.

(Speaker 4)
How sad is it to compete with Kola? Look at Kola. He got 12 ,000 reviews.

(Speaker 3)
You type in Joplin Gyms, he’s number one with 12 ,000 reviews.

(Speaker 19)
Now look at, coming in number two, 268 reviews. Go get them, guys.

(Speaker 3)
Oh, God.

(Speaker 7)
What’s the pep talk at that office?

(Speaker 49)
Like, well, we’re only down by 11 ,800.

(Speaker 7)
And that’s like being behind by 47 points in the final one minute of a basketball game, you know? But Charles and his wife, they just break down the big goal into daily consistency.

(Speaker 4)
Common dysfunctions. People, for whatever reason, don’t have a reverence for the small business. Just have a reverence for the small beginning and know it’s gonna become a big thing, okay? Karime, when you got your first call, your first booking, and then your second, you have a cleaning service, you can whistle while you clean, what did it feel like to go, you know, at a certain point, we have three clients, I think we’re actually making more than we’re spending. Like, what was that, that break -even point, that tipping point where you thought, man, I’m actually making more than I’m spending? It was very shocking, actually.

(Speaker 3)
I brought my book from our last meeting when we came here to the conference, and I actually surpassed that number.

(Speaker 9)
So you made us fill in our F7 goals. I wrote down that number thinking, this is impossible, we’ll never get to this number. And I was looking at it again today, and we’ve already surpassed that number. Now, Eric, yesterday, this is a 15 -year -old, this is her daughter. Can you tell, what was it like when you’re going, We are actually running a business now. When did that occur to you?

(Speaker 9)
We’re like, we’re doing it!

(Speaker 4)
Pretty early on, actually. I was like, wow, we’re really like, we have a business. That’s like that childlike faith that’s a problem for us adults. And you’re 15. Yes. My 14 -year -old and 18 -year -old have a lot of work to do.

(Speaker 4)
They got to catch up. And Josh, you’re working with people on their accounting up there in Canada. You’re a Canadian accountant. Again, that website is Sperl International. Sean, we can pull it up there. What’s it like when you’re working with an entrepreneur, helping them fix their numbers, and they’re finally making the cuts that are difficult?

(Speaker 4)
They’re finally doing it. What does that feel like? It’s a tough thing. It’s a tough thing, because sometimes when they start to grow their business, they actually have to cut out the customers that aren’t paying them. They’re not paying them on time. They’re not paying the right margins.

(Speaker 4)
And a lot of times, they have to cut the employees who aren’t profitable. You know, they’re the ones that are making the mistakes on the projects that aren’t following the systems. But that’s the opportunity for growth by getting those done, those tough choices. Other common dysfunctions I want to get to this list here. Just not interviewing people before you need people. You have to interview job candidates before you need them.

(Speaker 4)
You have to interview before you need them. Please stay ahead of that. Be proactive in that regard.

(Speaker 7)
Next is saying, well, my business is unique.

(Speaker 4)
Therefore, nothing that you’re teaching here works.

(Speaker 7)
So if that is true, then you need to do two things. A, move to a different planet and try something else where you don’t sell to humans.

(Speaker 4)
That might happen soon.

(Speaker 7)
That could be exciting. But I would just encourage you, like, don’t, like, Don’t have a thing that the world doesn’t want and spend your whole life trying to sell a thing that the world doesn’t want. Find a problem that people have and they’re willing to pay you to solve. That’s a big thing. You got to find a problem that people are willing to pay you to solve. Find a real problem people are willing to pay you to solve.

(Speaker 7)
The final two areas I want to cover is just this idea of hating consistency. And I go back to Eric, because you’re here, and I want to tap into your wisdom on this. I find a lot of people want a new girlfriend, a new boyfriend, a new car, a new house, a new restaurant, because they don’t value loyalty or consistency in any area of their life. And you’ve got to get to a place where you like doing what works. You like doing what works. I find a lot of people just switch to new strategies.

(Speaker 7)
They start reading a book, then they stop reading the book. You guys go deep on your coverage of Israel. And I see podcasters and broadcasters and business owners, they say, I just feel like I’m talking about the same thing every day.

(Speaker 1)
You’ve been covering Israel for how long?

(Speaker 4)
Gosh, over 20 years. And it never gets old. No. It’s an old place, but it never gets old. But I mean, are you seeing a lot of the prophetic parts of the Bible come to pass now? 100 % in overdrive.

(Speaker 4)
And really, Clay, I think 1948, when Israel, in my view, was miraculously reborn as a nation, the prophetic time clock went into overdrive. And we’re in new days. And the chess pieces are moving on the board, no doubt. But in terms of consistency in covering that, number one, the Middle East is always changing, as we know. I mean, it’s the most and strategic region on Earth, but consistency in terms of there are timeless truths.

(Speaker 4)
And no matter how the news cycle changes and which chess pieces move, some things always remain true and consistent. And I think, you know, look, the industry has changed. The TV industry, the media industry so much over the past few decades. Now everything’s streaming. Everyone’s cutting the cord. And people are watching more off their phone than they are on TV, obviously.

(Speaker 4)
But again, core principles work. Like you said, consistency. No matter what venue you’re in, YouTube, TV, broadcast, et cetera, Core principles always work. Final thing, I want to get everyone’s take on this. We’re going 90 miles an hour. But I want to give you, you all do this well, but I want to make sure I teach this principle.

(Speaker 4)
I want to get your reaction to it, OK? So when most people get bored, hear me on this, great people, super successful people, they bore down. They bore down while everybody, while the mediocre struggle with boredom. Let me try that again. The great minds, they bore down when the mediocre struggle with boredom. Like, so, Dr. Zellner no longer sees patients, but I remember seeing him towards the end when he was seeing patients, because he built a system and now he doesn’t see patients, but he was hilarious.

(Speaker 4)
Because, you know, you would go to the doctor’s owners, you’d sit down, they’d say, is this your first time in? Okay, here’s a clipboard, fill out this paperwork. So, you know, you’ve been to an optometrist, right? You fill out the paperwork, they go, we’re gonna have our test prepper blow a puff of air in your eye to dilate your, you know, and then the doctor will see you. So, you know, you’re in a room and they have flags, there’s like eight rooms, they put a flag out when the doctor’s, when the patient’s ready to be seen, they put out a flag on the door so the doctor knows what room to go into. And Z would do, he had this whole shtick he would do that was beyond funny.

(Speaker 4)
But he would sit down and he’d go, This is, I mean, almost like every time. He’d sit down with you, and so Matt, what’s your name, sir, in the front row? What’s your name? David, he’d say, well, David, now, again, the clipboard’s supposed to be this way. He would have it and go, David, and you clearly know he’s reading something upside down. David, so what brings you in today?

(Speaker 4)
What would you say? Optometrist, give me something. I’m here to, I’m here to get my eyes looked at, I’m here to, you know, whatever, and he would go, okay, well, so, I can see here that, and so you’re like, is he, is this guy nuts? And he’d say, now I want you to put your head in that thing and we’re gonna see, can you see better now? You see that, can you read this row? And you go, can you see the phrase there that says, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, can you see that?

(Speaker 4)
And it’s not on the page. And you’re like, and he’s like, can you see? Maybe close your left eye. And you’re like, close your right eye. You can’t see the S, the U, the P, any, and he would say, dear God. And like, but not clarify.

(Speaker 4)
And then you’re like, this is the guy who just did this. And he’d go, well, just messing with you. But he would carry that 60 seconds of tension every time. And it was just this funny thing. Or he would say, so Carl, good to see you. My understanding is we need to amputate your eye today.

(Speaker 4)
I could see why you might have some concerns.

(Speaker 17)
And he would just, he was so funny. But he disarmed you, because people don’t want to go to the doctor. But he did it every time. And then he would go, hey, if you’ll go into that room there, we have great glasses.

(Speaker 4)
And my team would, I would prefer for my benefit, if you’d buy the most expensive ones possible.

(Speaker 17)
Those look the best, the ones that are the most money, the highest markup.

(Speaker 7)
If you could get those.

(Speaker 48)
And he’s like, I’m just messing with you.

(Speaker 7)
We have great stuff, but we’re so excited to see you. I’m Dr. Z. If you ever need something, I’m here for you. But he never got tired of that shtick or that way. He would just bore it down and try to make it better and better and better and better and better, because he didn’t get bored. But a lot of people move on to a new idea. They start a new business, they get a little traction, they move on.

(Speaker 4)
Does that make sense? Constantly hopping, idea hopping from one idea to the next. So I’m gonna start with you and then we’ll just kind of move down the row.

(Speaker 1)
Ryan Wells, Flow Photography. You’ve been doing this now for a long time. We’ve had the honor to serve you as a client for a long time. What keeps you boring down?

(Speaker 16)
I mean, we found a system that works.

(Speaker 4)
We have a system that works every single time. We continue to grow by just doing the same thing. I mean, I think the goal is to be bored, you know, with what we’re doing, because that, I mean, remember you told me that.

(Speaker 45)
But now you provide traveling to praise and worship events?

(Speaker 19)
Yeah, yeah, I mean, it’s, so our business now, it’s funding what my wife and I and our five kids love to do. And so we love, we love Jesus, number one. Amen. And we actually, we love telling other people and leading other people to Jesus. I mean, we believe that he is the way, the truth, and the life, right?

(Speaker 28)
And so, you know, one of our hobbies that’s now turned into, really it’s been amazing, is we do live streaming on an app called Whatnot, where we sell vintage clothing, but specifically, Old christian t -shirts like the kids call them jesus tees and we have a community that we’ve built and people will come on our stream We’re showing these shirts and they’ll ask questions like hey, do you uh, you know, are you a believer or do you just do this for?

(Speaker 4)
Uh for irony sake and you know every scripture or every shirt has a scripture like the one that i’m wearing, you know, john 3 17 And it gives us the opportunity to read what’s on the shirt and to preach the gospel from these old 90s christian t -shirts And we’ve led people to the lord on that crazy app but that’s just like a side thing that we’re doing right this this system that we have that we do you know day in and day out we have a great team in Oklahoma City and in Tulsa that they’re out you know shooting houses taking pictures of real estate but what is it doing it’s funding what we really love to do which is to share the gospel and to travel we you know we had the opportunity to go to see Sean

(Speaker 13)
Foyt in LA and even behind Clay’s old office and be a part of all these events that we love to do. But the business exists to serve what we feel like we’re called to do in life. Bam. Kevin, 30 seconds. What keeps you boring down and not skipping on and wanting to start 17 new companies and 18 new LLCs and dystopia? Two things accountability and also having a coach you guys coach me and have for 10 years and the accountability that I have with Andrew when I meet with him every Thursday is amazing because as owners sometimes it’s hard to find someone that will be honest and accountable keep you accountable because we owners like I say we I think we’re more important than we really are.

(Speaker 13)
But the accountability factor is big. And there are some days on my to -do list that it’s done.

(Speaker 4)
And after 32 years, I go home. And that’s a great, that’s a time -freedom blessing.

(Speaker 13)
Now, Sophia’s 15, so she was born yesterday. But what made you think when you left this conference six months ago that you and your mom could start a company? What made you think you could do it? You, honestly. And God. I’d like to say I like to say, God says over and over again, do not be afraid.

(Speaker 13)
And that really tested me because I was very hesitant to do something like this. And I knew if I would go into this, I couldn’t back out.

(Speaker 4)
And I went full in, and I’m really happy with it.

(Speaker 3)
Bam.

(Speaker 13)
Kareemay, what keeps you like boring down building this thing? So real quick is the results. When we do what you guys tell us to do, we actually see real results.

(Speaker 4)
And for anybody out there that thinks that you’re not qualified or you can’t do this, I was a stay -at -home mom for 14 years. So you can just imagine whatever skills I did have that I felt were diminishing during that time period.

(Speaker 9)
And we jumped right in and we’re seeing great success. So the results are what’s pushing us. And also, I don’t think we’re meant to live a life of watching someone else live their life on Netflix. There’s a life available to you that you don’t know about if you don’t take that first step.

(Speaker 4)
I think you have 30 seconds more you want to share. Somebody out there, you’re connected with somebody. OK.

(Speaker 47)
Yeah, I’m not that special.

(Speaker 9)
I mean, just a regular mom. You know, got an associate’s degree in college, so I don’t have this great college degree that I could tell you I learned a whole bunch of stuff. I’m just a mom who reads her Bible and loves the Lord and loves this country. And we need more good people starting good businesses. I can’t tell you the amount of the every time I see another smoke shop or vape shop show up and then the just the grittiness that that brings to the neighborhood. And I’m thinking these guys are doing it.

(Speaker 9)
Hey, real quick, can you come up here for a second? We need 30 more seconds. I mean, if someone can open up a vape shop and then all this crime shows up on your corner, for all you people out there that are good people and you’ve got, you know, you’re honest, you’ve got integrity, you love the Lord, get out there and start a good business. There’s people that you could employ that would love to work for you. Just do it. You can do it, yes.

(Speaker 9)
Josh, what are your thoughts? I mean, I think sometimes people think that they’ll be happier with the new thing, but really what we get satisfaction with as humans is, you know, the pursuit of excellence, doing things better. And, you know, I’m like the crazy person Clay says, no one likes accounting and things like that, but I actually love it. I just get to sit there and look at my screen and talk to people about numbers every day.

(Speaker 5)
I don’t like video games or… And he’s hilarious too, because he and his wonderful wife, he’ll be like, hey, today’s call, I’ll be calling you from Dubai, or I’m calling you from the Philippines,

(Speaker 9)
or I’m calling you from…

(Speaker 42)
Because you’ve made an exciting life for yourself while doing a business that some might find to be boring.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, yeah. And I’m secretly just scheming in the background of how do I make my clients richer? That is the video game that I’m playing. An example I would give you is I have this client and they do fantastic chocolate. And they’ve been doing it, it’s like multi -generational. And I’m sitting there, and we’re optimizing their profits.

(Speaker 4)
And everything’s great with their pricing. We’ve got the margins right on. They’re growing year over year.

(Speaker 2)
But their online sales suck. And I’m listening to these objections in the meeting about why they can’t increase their online sales. And they talk about, well, chocolate’s more seasonal. It’s hard to ship in the summer. And I just said, OK, fine. I said nothing.

(Speaker 2)
And then for a month straight, I started mailing them the most expensive chocolate from around the world to their home address all day, every month for a month. Then we just got back on the next call. They’re like, I get it. I get it. I get what we have to do. I’m gonna sue.

(Speaker 2)
What keeps you, you are like a live wire of encouragement, and you have been, again, I can’t tell you how many times in my life you’ve fired me up. And we were driving, we drive this incredible luxury, I call it a luxury, it’s a white van with a lot of dents, 180 ,000 miles on it. It’s been through a lot, and you say, are all those cracks original? Are those original cracks? Those are original cracks. All the windshield, you hop in the van after the last reawakened event we did.

(Speaker 2)
And I said, could you tell my kids about the opportunity that America presents? And you fired up my kids, all five of them. What keeps you fired up? Number one, everyday ask your higher power to give you sufficient wisdom and courage to be able to tell the difference. If I’m not able to tell the difference between brass and gold, I will end up with the brass with the price of gold. We are living in America, the greatest nation in the world, not China.

(Speaker 2)
not Soviet Union, not Iran, not those dictatorships. So understand where you are. So you already have a golden ticket. Being born in this country and also being legal citizen in this country, you’re already given 50 % of success. Rest of the 50 % is up to you. On that case, you have to understand, you have to be fearless but not careless.

(Speaker 2)
Get up. and get up and have a bold vision, believe in the best possibility, and understand it’s a business, not easiness. Erase the word easiness out of your vocabulary. Also, business is like playing chess. You cannot make too many mistakes. You will be checkmate.

(Speaker 2)
It’s like playing poker. You cannot bluff your way out. So there’s a certain principle that Clay and these experts teach in you, and you have to respect it. If you don’t respect the law of parachuting, you will collapse and you will diminish. And every challenge is an opportunity, not a defeat. And also remember, being in this country, You’re already wealthy.

(Speaker 46)
Someone, I had a client who complaining and belliching, I’m broke, I don’t have money.

(Speaker 4)
And most psychologists listen to that because they want to return customers. Yeah, uh -huh, I empathize.

(Speaker 3)
I’ll make it very simple.

(Speaker 7)
I say, you are a very wealthy man. He said, you don’t understand what culture you come from. You don’t understand. I said, I have no money in my account. I say, you are in America. You are wealthy.

(Speaker 7)
So I say, you have your golden ticket, but also you are still wealthy. He said, what is my wealth? I said, are you willing to give your both eyes to the soldier got wounded from Afghanistan. He said, heck no, I need my eyes. I said, how about your both arms for $2 million? He said, no, I need my arms.

(Speaker 7)
I said, how about your both legs from here for $2 million? He said, no, I need to walk. I said, you have $6 million asset. Your issue is you don’t know how to invest. and invest it wisely. Amen.

(Speaker 7)
Eric, final thoughts. What keeps you fired up going after all this time? What keeps you fired up? I think number one, no matter what business you’re in, stick with the core mission that God gave you in the beginning.

(Speaker 1)
Seasons come, seasons go.

(Speaker 4)
In the media world, things come and go. Don’t lose sight of how you began. The core mission God gave you at the very beginning, especially in the media world, as you notice, we have some problems. I’m talking about the mainstream media, et cetera. So that gives me even more drive to have a message of truth and to be bold about it, number one. Secondly, never forget where you’re from.

(Speaker 4)
I come from nothing, Northeast Philadelphia. My parents had nothing. My family had nothing. Northeast Phil… We’re Eagles fans.

(Speaker 27)
I apologize to all the Cowboys fans in here, in advance.

(Speaker 4)
But never forget where you came from, those humble beginnings. You said, Clay, don’t despise the day of small beginnings. Never forget it. And we want to all expand our territory, of course, no matter what industry we’re in. But don’t get ahead of the curve. Let God lead.

(Speaker 4)
Don’t get ahead of God.

(Speaker 34)
Follow his lead.

(Speaker 4)
Stick to the core mission that he gave you from the very beginning. We’re going to do a group photo today with Eric Trump after he finishes speaking. And so if you’re a speaker or I brought you up to harass you, that’s sort of your golden ticket to get in that photo at the front there. But I want everyone to get in that photo. So I want to make sure that, A, we reduce the foggage a little bit so we make sure everyone shows up in that photo. And we can – Andrew, can you come up here real quick?

(Speaker 14)
I want to see if we can do a sample photo.

(Speaker 45)
Let’s get Eric in the middle here.

(Speaker 3)
We’ll do a group photo with everybody here, kind of a fun one, okay? And that way we can kind of perfect this. craft. Okay, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop? Santa Claus? No, we will not be joined by Santa

(Speaker 3)
Claus, but we will be joined by Eric Trump, the son of the 45th and now 47th president of these United States. And yes, Amanda Grace will be in the place. And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there so you know it will go well. Yes, we have Mel Kaye in the house. Pastor Phil and Tammy Hotson -Piller will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Anaheim, California.

(Speaker 4)
Yes, folks, make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 39)
He’s French. Make this a December to remember and join us at the two -day interactive Business Growth Workshops.

(Speaker 27)
For over 20 years, folks, I’ve been hosting Business Growth Workshops where we’re going to teach you marketing, sales systems, human resources, accounting, social media marketing, branding, sales training, search engine optimization, accounting, workflow development, financial management, all this and more.

(Speaker 44)
How do you get tickets? Go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 4)
com.

(Speaker 3)
Again, how do you get tickets?

(Speaker 43)
Go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 6)
com.

(Speaker 3)
I’m Ron Burgundy.

(Speaker 42)
He needed someone to run the companies for him.

(Speaker 4)
And so the man that runs the Trump Organization for Donald J. Trump, as he was the 45th president of the United States, and now the 47th president of the United States, is Eric Trump. Eric Trump is here to talk about time management, promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build. I mean, everything that you see the Trump Organization the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint. I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand?

(Speaker 4)
I mean, look at it. And this is the man behind the business for the last, pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it, so you’re talking, we’re into nine going into 10 years of him running it, and we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s gonna be amazing. Now, think about this for a second. Nothing is over until we decide it is!

(Speaker 4)
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? German?

(Speaker 3)
Forget it. He’s rolling. And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket.

(Speaker 41)
Now, we only have limited seating here.

(Speaker 4)
Whoa! There’s a lot of togetherness and closeness, camaraderie. So again, if you want to get tickets for this event, all you have to do is go to thrivetimeshow . com. Go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com.

(Speaker 40)
When you go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com, you’ll go there, you’ll request a ticket, boom.

(Speaker 4)
Or if you want to text me, if you want a little bit faster service, you say, I want you to call me right now.

(Speaker 37)
Just text my number.

(Speaker 3)
It’s my cell phone number. My personal cell phone number. We’ll keep that in mind. private between you, between you, me, everybody. We’ll keep that private.

(Speaker 4)
And anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody. That’s my private cell phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. That is not actually bilingual.

(Speaker 4)
That’s just saying Juan for a one. It’s not the same thing.

(Speaker 3)
I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop? So, Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, OK?

(Speaker 3)
OK. You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh, yeah.

(Speaker 5)
We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there like the Trump brand.

(Speaker 4)
You want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is? and make it a household name. You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something.

(Speaker 4)
This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell.

(Speaker 3)
So we’re going to teach you sales. We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people?

(Speaker 3)
Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck. And so it can be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones. And we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things, then, you know, you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales.

(Speaker 3)
search engine optimization, we’re gonna teach you accounting, we’re gonna teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance, we’re gonna teach you time management, how do you manage your time? How do you how do you how do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization? If you’re not organized? How do you do? How do you do organization?

(Speaker 3)
How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two -day interactive business workshop. Now, let me tell you how the format is set up here. And again, folks, this is a two -day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days.

(Speaker 3)
Each day, it starts at 7 a . m. and it goes until 5 p .

(Speaker 4)
m.

(Speaker 39)
So from 7 a .

(Speaker 4)
m. to 5 p . m. , two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop. The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question and answer session.

(Speaker 4)
So, Aaron, what kind of great stuff up happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops, because here’s what happens. I’ve been to lots of these things over the years, I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them. And you go in there and they talk in vague generalities. And they’re constantly upselling you for something trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership. And you don’t you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing.

(Speaker 4)
And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is. And what we do is we we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard. Yeah. And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15 minute break to to stretch.

(Speaker 4)
And this is also your opportunity to meet some of the great speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett. You can meet Mel K. You can meet Amanda Grace. You can meet Dr. Stella Emanuel. You could just grab a coffee. You could find some alone time. You could get lost in the bathroom.

(Speaker 39)
You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers.

(Speaker 27)
You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers.

(Speaker 4)
You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. Now that’s a good idea. That means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed.

(Speaker 38)
So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with.

(Speaker 37)
And when Inc.

(Speaker 4)
Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default, By default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double this. No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months.

(Speaker 4)
And you say double? Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples you can see.

(Speaker 3)
see it thrivetimeshow . com. But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet. This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet. Add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization. You say, Clay, I still I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more.

(Speaker 3)
Okay, fine. We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story.

(Speaker 36)
We have we cater in the food.

(Speaker 3)
And because I keep it simple. I literally bring in the same food both days for lunch.

(Speaker 4)
Who’s with me? Let’s go!

(Speaker 3)
Come on! It was an incredible Mexican restaurant. That’s going to happen. Everyone says, I want more.

(Speaker 30)
This is not enough.

(Speaker 3)
Give me more. OK. I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here.

(Speaker 20)
We just continue to add more and more success stories. So if you’re out there today and you want to change your life, you want to give yourself an incredible gift, You want a life -changing experience. You want to learn how to start and grow a company.

(Speaker 10)
Go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 25)
com. Go there right now.

(Speaker 8)
Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 24)
com. Request a ticket for the two -day interactive event. Again, the event’s going to be on December 4th and 5th in sunny Anaheim, California.

(Speaker 14)
Great weather.

(Speaker 9)
Make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 35)
Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization.

(Speaker 15)
It’s going to be a blasty blast. There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible. And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like, but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin.

(Speaker 12)
You think that’s going to change your life?

(Speaker 23)
I promise you this will be 10 times better than that. It’s like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking. Don’t do the Smoke Your Way to Thin conference.

(Speaker 12)
That is, I’ve tried it, don’t do it.

(Speaker 14)
Yeah, chain smoking is not a viable, I mean it is life changing.

(Speaker 15)
It is life -changing. If you become a jade smoker, it is life -changing. Not the best weight loss program though. Right, not really.

(Speaker 33)
So if you’re looking to have life -changing results in a way that won’t cause you to have a stoma, get your tickets at Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 5)
com. Again, that’s Aaron Antis. I’m Clay Clark reminding you and inviting you to come out to the two -day interactive Thrivetimeshow workshop in beautiful Anaheim, California. I’m Vince Suzuki, also from Sarasota, Florida. He dragged me here. I was here in 2018 and it changed my business and I built another one.

(Speaker 5)
And now I’m here to do it again with this business. I’m a brand strategist, and it’s been really easy to go to a lot of events like this and just leave really in your head to do next.

(Speaker 22)
There’s the strategic, step -by -step, real -life implementation that we can do to our business, and I’m super excited to be here.

(Speaker 5)
I’m very excited that Eric Camp is here, and that is going to be epic. My name is Erica, and it has been amazing being here at the conference. I’m learning so much. Everything is perfect for me. Clay Clark, man, he is one character.

(Speaker 32)
It’s a good word for him, character.

(Speaker 18)
Yeah, that is it.

(Speaker 5)
Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good.

(Speaker 11)
And then I met his mother, and she just says, She just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with. Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. It’s incredible. Yeah.

(Speaker 11)
He’s a machine. He’s a machine. I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. He has hundreds of people showing up at 5 a . m.

(Speaker 12)
in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader.

(Speaker 4)
He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. And the greatest thing that’ll come out of all of it, aside from winning the presidency of the United States, we’ll get to that in a second, was an everlasting friendship between Clay and I, because I’m telling you, there’s not too many people in the world that have this man’s backbone and his tenaciousness and his personality. And so, buddy, I love you. And to General Flynn, thank you. You guys are incredible.

(Speaker 4)
You guys are incredible warriors. You guys are incredible, incredible warriors. So thank you, my friend.

(Speaker 5)
Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens.

(Speaker 5)
I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. 4 ,000 % from February to February.

(Speaker 5)
Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up.

(Speaker 5)
Everything’s just blown up. Well you’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does.

(Speaker 5)
not what they say.

(Speaker 4)
Under siege my family’s fight to save our nation. So you go to Amazon right now You buy a copy of the book and you just text a screenshot of your proofreading purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. So text my number, 918 -851 -0102. So again, step one, you go here to amazon . com, you buy a copy of the book Under Siege, then you just text a screenshot of your purchase, your proof of purchase.

(Speaker 5)
You text my number, 918 -851 -0102.

(Speaker 4)
You have a chance to win a dinner at Mar -a -Lago with Eric Trump and myself, and there’s more. to go right there just for your viewers. It’s the most exclusive private club in the world. $2 million to get into just base membership fee. And I promise we’re going to make your night absolutely incredible. Clay goes, listen, why don’t we do this?

(Speaker 4)
Why don’t we put it out to all the amazing Reawaken people, all the people who supported us all around the country, all around at every one of these conferences who adore your family. We’ve got to beat the New York Times. The New York Times is going to do everything they can. Even though we’re number one on Amazon right now, we just hit number one this morning. New York Times is going to do everything they can to keep you from being number one bestseller. You know that.

(Speaker 4)
I know that. You know the games that they’re willing to play. But Clay goes, why don’t we do a couple of things? First of all, love having dinner with Clay. He’s the greatest.

(Speaker 34)
Second of all, why don’t we bring one of the amazing people that I guarantee you I’ve been in front of at all these events?

(Speaker 5)
Why don’t we bring a couple to dinner at Mar -a -Lago?

(Speaker 4)
And I said, absolutely.

(Speaker 5)
Consider it done.

(Speaker 4)
So I said, they have to text you, Clay. They can’t text me, because we’ll be getting 1 ,000 of these. But yeah, go buy a book. Text Clay. And we’ll set up a dinner. I’ll make sure you guys have the absolute time of your life.

(Speaker 4)
I want to pull this up again one more time here, Jackson. I think sometimes I’m a poor communicator, and I need to work on communicating more effectively. So you go to Amazon. That’s step one, OK? Yes. You buy a copy of the book, Pop Quiz.

(Speaker 4)
What book? Under Siege. You buy a copy of Under Siege, and then you screenshot a picture of that. And you text my phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. Folks, that is my cell phone number.

(Speaker 4)
So we’ll keep that private between you and me and everybody. And then when you text that to me, you have a chance to win. a backstage pass to the actual in -person business workshop. That’s a business growth workshop, December 4th and 5th, featuring Eric Trump at Anaheim, California. and you have a chance to win dinner with Eric Trump and myself at Mar -a -Lago. Now, someone says, when does this contest end?

(Speaker 4)
Now, Eric, your birthday was hijacked, OK? So your birthday was hijacked. January 6th is this man’s birthday. He now has to switch his birthday, because no one wants to talk about his birthday on January 6th anymore. So we’re going to run this promotion until November 5th. That’s my birthday.

(Speaker 3)
No, no.

(Speaker 5)
So we’re going to run it until October 14th. October 14th. It has to be a presale. This just in. It has to be between October 14th. That’s why we’re clarifying.

(Speaker 5)
So between now and October October 14th. Now, folks, let me just clarify this real quick here. So make sure I’m leaving you with some good clarity here. One, you buy a copy of Under Siege on Amazon. That’s the step one. Step two, you text a screenshot of that purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102.

(Speaker 5)
Three, you have to do that before October 14th. Before October 14th, this just in, it has to be before October 14th. And you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the upcoming business workshop. You have a chance to have dinner with Eric Trump at Mar -a -Lago. And I want to tell you some benefits of buying the book. One, I’ve read the book.

(Speaker 5)
It’s incredible. father out there and you want to learn about mentoring your kids, it’s a great book. If you want to learn about American history, it’s a great book. If you want to make America great again, it is a great book. It’s a book you got to have. Now here is just a quick editor’s note.

(Speaker 5)
You do not have to buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege to be entered into the drawing. Just text the number. All you have to do is just text the number 918 -851 -0102 and you will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege and a once -in -a -lifetime opportunity to hang out with Eric Trump and Clay Clark at Mar -a -Lago and win a backstage pass at the upcoming Thrivetimeshow . com two -day interaction. business workshop. Again, Again, you do not have to buy a copy of the book to be entered into the drawing, but it would be great if you’d buy a copy of the book, because that would make sense.

(Speaker 5)
However, that is all, and now back to the interview. Also, Eric, a final question here for you. You are donating a portion of the proceeds to support Charlie Kirk in his continued mission there. Could you tell us about that briefly there, and then we’ll let you get back to what you’re doing today, sir. Yeah, well, I was on with Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson was a great friend of Charlie Kirk’s, as you know, and you know Benny, and Benny’s a very good friend of mine, and you know, Cash Patel is a very good friend of mine, and was a very good friend of Charlie’s.

(Speaker 4)
I mean, You watch everybody else up on that stage every single day as they got to the bottom of exactly what happened, and they brought justice to what happened, or are trying to bring justice to what happened. It’s kind of unthinkable. You know St. Jude, and I talk a lot about St. Jude in this book, because fighting pediatric cancer has always been a cornerstone of my life. But Charlie truly, truly, truly was the epitome of being under siege, not only in the movement that he helped create, but obviously in how his life was savagely taken. My book came out three days, two and a half days before Charlie’s assassination. You better believe he would have been the final chapter of this book as just another illustration of what these people will do at any cost.

(Speaker 4)
to try and win, because it’s who they are. It’s the not -so -tolerant left.

(Speaker 5)
And we can never let our voices be extinguished, Clay. You stood on that stage, as well as anybody I’ve ever seen stand on a stage.

(Speaker 14)
You did our reawakened events all across the country, which you funded out of your back pocket, because you believed in America.

(Speaker 9)
You believed in a greater country.

(Speaker 33)
And you were on that stage every single day.

(Speaker 15)
You know I was on that stage with you every single day. And I was on the turning point stage with Charlie all the time. on stages across the country in three campaigns, I’ve stood on thousands of them. And honestly, they don’t want us to stand on that stage.

(Speaker 12)
That’s why they’re sending bullets from rooftops.

(Speaker 23)
They don’t want us to go out there with a bullhorn and have loud, independent thought. When they see these beautiful arenas full of kids, and they’re cheering, they’re celebrating, they’re holding American flags, they don’t want that. And so they want to silence us.

(Speaker 15)
They want to silence our voice. That’s why they killed Charlie. That’s why they tried to kill my father.

(Speaker 32)
That’s why they sent 112 subpoenas to me.

(Speaker 15)
That’s why they wanted me in jail and my father in jail and Don in jail. That’s why they made up the hoaxes. They wanted to see us destroyed and gone with no voice, with no money, with no company, with no political aspirations, gone.

(Speaker 33)
And we can’t allow that to happen.

(Speaker 22)
And so we need to make sure the turning point continues. We need to make sure incredible patriots like you continue to spread sensical speech, pro -American values, pro -religious, pro -constitutional values.

(Speaker 5)
And that’s why I want to donate the funds to Turning Point. I want to donate a portion of the funds to Turning Point because we can’t allow anarchy to win, and we can’t allow voices to be deleted, and we need to keep Charlie’s legacy going. Eric Trump, thank you so much for joining us. Pastor Jackson, thank you so much for joining us. Absolutely.

(Speaker 9)
Eric, have a great day.

(Speaker 18)
We really do appreciate you.

(Speaker 5)
Everybody go out there and buy that book, Undersea. Just not too early to buy your Christmas gifts.

(Speaker 11)
And if you have a Democrat in your family, buy them a copy as well. Eric Trump, take care. Thanks, guys. See you later. But Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him, character.

(Speaker 11)
Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. is doing so much good, and then I met his mother. and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.

(Speaker 11)
His Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning.

(Speaker 15)
Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah. He’s, he’s like, he’s, he’s a machine.

(Speaker 6)
He’s a machine. But his, you know, I got, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. Yes. Hundreds of people showing up at 5 a . m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

(Speaker 6)
Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest.

(Speaker 6)
I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs.

(Speaker 6)
So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. Four thousand percent. from February to February. Now, I can better that. OK, Clay, I don’t think you know this.

(Speaker 6)
I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself. And if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up.

(Speaker 6)
You’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves, actually. I learned at the Academy in Kings Point in New York. Acta non verba. Watch what a person does, not what they say.

(Speaker 6)
Hey, I’m Ryan Wimpy. I’m originally from Tulsa, born and raised here.

(Speaker 21)
I’ve definitely learned a lot about life design and making sure the business serves you.

(Speaker 32)
The linear workflow, the linear workflow for us in getting everything out on paper and documented is really important.

(Speaker 6)
We have workflows that are kind of all over the place. So having linear workflow and seeing that mapped out on multiple different boards is pretty awesome. That’s really helpful for me. The atmosphere here is awesome. I definitely just stared at the walls figuring out how to make my facility look like this place. This place rocks.

(Speaker 6)
It’s invigorating.

(Speaker 31)
The walls are super, it’s just very cool.

(Speaker 9)
The atmosphere is cool.

(Speaker 6)
The people are nice. It’s a pretty cool place to be. Very good learning atmosphere.

(Speaker 29)
I literally want to model it and steal everything that’s here at this facility and basically create it just on our business side.

(Speaker 21)
Play is hilarious. I literally laughed so hard that I started having tears. Yesterday and we’ve been learning a lot which you know we’ve been sitting here We’ve been learning a lot and so the humor definitely definitely helps it breaks it up But the content is awesome off the charts, and it’s very interactive you can raise your hand. It’s not like you’re just listening to the Professor speak you know the wizard teaches, but the wizard interacts, and he takes questions That’s awesome.

(Speaker 30)
If you’re not attending the conference you’re missing about three quarters to half of your life you’re definitely It’s probably worth a couple thousand dollars.

(Speaker 21)
So, you’re missing the thought process of someone that’s already started like nine profitable businesses. So, not only is it a lot of good information but just getting in the thought process of Clay Clark or Dr. Zellner or any of the other coaches. Getting in the thought process of how they’re starting all these businesses, to me, just that is priceless.

(Speaker 6)
That’s money. Well, we’re definitely not getting upsold here. My wife and I have attended conferences where it was great information and then they upsold us like half the conference and I don’t want to like bang my head into a wall. and she’s like banging her head into the chair in front of her like it’s good information but we’re like oh my gosh I want to strangle you shut up and go with the presentation that we paid for and that’s not here there’s no upsells or anything so that’s awesome I hate that that makes me angry so glad that’s not happening so the cost of this conference is quite a bit cheaper than business college. I went to a small private liberal arts college and got a degree in business, and I didn’t learn anything like they’re teaching here. I didn’t learn linear workflows.

(Speaker 21)
I learned stuff that I’m not using and I haven’t been using for the last nine years.

(Speaker 29)
So what they’re teaching here is actually way better than what I got at business school.

(Speaker 1)
And I went what was actually ranked as a very good business school. I would definitely recommend that people would check out the Thrive 15 conference. It’s the information that you’re going to get is just very, very beneficial. And the mindset that you’re going to get that you’re going to leave with is just absolutely worth the price of it. a little bit of money and a few days worth of your time. I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark.

(Speaker 1)
Hey, guys. I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys.

(Speaker 28)
We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us.

(Speaker 1)
This is our old house. This is where we used to live years ago. This is our old neighborhood. See? So this is my old van and our old school marketing. And this is our old team.

(Speaker 1)
And by team, I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new house with our new neighborhood. This is our new van with our new marketing. And this is our new team. We went from four to 14. And I took this one.

(Speaker 1)
photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past, and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts, and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from 1 to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed $13 ,000 for the whole month. Right now, it’s 2018, the month of October.

(Speaker 1)
It’s only the 22nd. We’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month, and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship, and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. So we really just want to thank you, Clay, and thank you, Vanessa, for everything you’ve done, everything you’ve helped us with. We love you guys.

(Speaker 1)
Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. And Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with like running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders.

(Speaker 1)
This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with like Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40 ,000 cast members. He’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours on the day -to -day. today.

(Speaker 1)
He does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies.

(Speaker 1)
Every six to eight weeks, he’s doing Reawaken America tours. Every six to eight weeks, he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up, and he teaches people a 13 -step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires, grow their companies. So I’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multi -millionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system. critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business. Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with.

(Speaker 1)
So amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, like, Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. And that’s what I like him most about him. He’s like a good coach.

(Speaker 1)
A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time.

(Speaker 27)
A coach is actually helping you get to the best you.

(Speaker 3)
And Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that, we became friends. I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal.

(Speaker 3)
And they were super excited about working with him. And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, he doesn’t, his highest desire to do what’s right.

(Speaker 3)
And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate anytime I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or, you know. Navigating competition and an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months. And you have $350 ,000 of bills you’ve got to pay.

(Speaker 3)
And we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that. And of course, we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time. It was a great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing. And I encourage you, if you haven’t worked with Clay, work with Clay.

(Speaker 3)
He’s going to help magnify you. And there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day. And literally the rest of the time he’s working and he can outwork everybody in the room every single day. And he loves it. So anyways, this is Charles Kola with Kola Fitness.

(Speaker 3)
Thank you, Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So, you guys have a blessed one. This is Charles Kola. We’ll see you guys. Bye -bye.

(Speaker 3)
dollars in real estate. So honestly I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes and then I met Clay and my perception of I knew and what I could do definitely changed.

(Speaker 8)
After doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And, I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay, I really thought, man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four -month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month, just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own.

(Speaker 8)
So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience. I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry. He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry.

(Speaker 8)
I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry. But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses. that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing. And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him.

(Speaker 8)
From my perspective, the reason that Any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it, is because the results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic, and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything.

(Speaker 10)
I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing. And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see what happens.

(Speaker 10)
I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with clay is I would have missed out on literally an eighteen hundred percent in our internet leads going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing.

(Speaker 10)
I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about, and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it, because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick, and I am the founder of D. Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide, what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate.

(Speaker 10)
He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people. I love the building relationships. But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things. the processes and the advertising and marketing, I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be.

So I reached out to Clay at that time, and he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents, the homes that we represent. Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team. all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage, our real estate brokerage, eight months ago. And in that time, we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week, we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions.

Three years ago, I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today, building a business, having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen.

I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient, and that’s it.

My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean, I went to medical school. I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63 ,000 embezzlement.

I lost multiple employees. Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans. He helped me with web development.

and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.
