(Speaker 2)
Once again, ladies and gentlemen, please stand at your feet and greet the son of President Donald J. Trump, the man who runs the Trump Organization, my good friend and now yours, ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Eric Trump.

(Speaker 13)
Some shows don’t need a celebrity in the ring, but this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities, why would two men who have built 13 multi -million dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day? to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use, because they believe in you and they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom. Now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show, starring the former U .

(Speaker 13)
S. Small Business Administration’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark, and the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist’s body, Dr. Robert Zunich. Two men, eight kids, co -created by two different women. 13 multi -million dollar businesses.

(Speaker 61)
Drugs.

(Speaker 2)
tell you a story and then we’re gonna transition into our final session okay so Charlie Redd back in my DJ career you know I would do it sounds crazy but we would do 4 ,000 events a year as a company and I would even though we had a lot of DJ if you do the math that’s 80 weddings a weekend and even though I could choose to not DJ there’s this thing called the Pareto principle who knows what the Pareto principle you spend 80 % of your time doing the 20 % And so I used to just love rocking shows. That’s what I did, you know? And so people would say to me, why do you insist on DJing? You’ve got 50 guys, 60 guys. It’s my favorite thing to do. So I would do gigs occasionally with this guy, Charlie.

(Speaker 2)
And we kept running into each other because the bride would hire me or hire him or the corporate. They kept hiring because they knew he knows what he’s doing. I know what I’m doing. So we would end up at the same places. And I said, we’re talking backstage. And I said, Charlie, you got to read this book.

(Speaker 2)
think and grow rich now my son who just played the drums my son’s name is aubrey napoleon hill clark that’s my son’s name aubrey napoleon hill clark and so charlie we’re talking i said charlie you gotta read this book you remember that i do can you share with them the story a little bit well actually it was in your uh house my house and you were doing your business in your attic or somewhere up yeah Pull it up there, 8900 Southland Lane.

(Speaker 18)
And yeah, we were doing business together. I guess we were doing a wedding. I came by your house, and that was the first time I met you. And you said, hey, here’s a book. If you finish this book, I’ll pay you $100.

(Speaker 13)
bucks.

(Speaker 18)
So five hours later now. Actually, a few days or a week later, I came back and changed my life. That book changed my life. I still read from time to time that book and it inspires me.

(Speaker 11)
Think and grow rich.

(Speaker 2)
So I named my son after, so my son’s name is Aubrey Napoleon Hill Clark. He and I really connected on Napoleon Hill. And then Aubrey just filled in on drums for him. But Aubrey wasn’t even a thought yet. I mean, maybe he was a thought. Maybe I had that thought.

(Speaker 2)
But he wasn’t a thing yet. So, let’s hear it for Charlie Redd and the Folklife of Kings. Great job, Charlie. He’ll be back tomorrow as well. So, okay. So, we’re going to do now, as I want to make sure we’re being really helpful, really effective to help you guys.

(Speaker 2)
So, everybody has here, you got this, the roller coaster business plan. We got that. We’ve talked about this document. Okay, great. Next item, the workflow. Does everybody have the workflow?

(Speaker 2)
Okay, the workflow. A workflow is what you need to have in place. So, tomorrow you’re gonna hear from a guy named Andrew Sorcini. That’s his name, Andrew Sorcini. And Andrew is at My Precious Metals guy. And Andrew’s entire job is he buys and sells copious amounts of gold.

(Speaker 2)
He buys gold, sells gold, and you have to be accurate in that particular industry. Steve, what happens if you are in a business buying and selling millions of dollars of gold a week and you’re not accurate?

(Speaker 11)
then you might buy high and sell low, which is a bad strategy.

(Speaker 2)
So you have to have a workflow of how you do things. So let’s look at this workflow for a second, okay? So from left to right, marketing. Who had the question about the podcast? The podcast. Someone had a question about the podcast.

(Speaker 2)
You came up just a moment ago.

(Speaker 19)
Where are you at?

(Speaker 2)
You waving at me? There you are. Oh, you’re back there.

(Speaker 36)
Awesome.

(Speaker 49)
Good to see you.

(Speaker 2)
Okay. So the podcast, this is your workflow. I’m gonna walk you through the pod. I’m gonna walk you through a workflow, but for your particular business. So your marketing, you have to get on people’s show. That’s leg number one to grow your podcast.

(Speaker 2)
If it’s a marketing stool, if marketing was a stool and there are three legs of a sturdy stool, leg number one is you have to get people on your show. You feel me? This just in, people have listened to my interview with Eric Trump and they always say, Man, I listened to that interview with Eric Trump, and I’m not offended by it, I’m not upset by it, but I know people are listening because they want to hear what Eric Trump has to say, because Eric Trump has some things to say, and people want to know about that. I interviewed David Green this week, the founder of Hobby Lobby. They’re listening because they want to tune into that.

(Speaker 1)
So you have to interview people on your show that people want to listen to.

(Speaker 66)
Does that make sense?

(Speaker 2)
Am I helpful? Okay, second, you need to get on people’s show. You need to get on people’s show. You need to get on other people’s show. So that means you need to have something that you can say that people want to hear. Is Stella here?

(Speaker 2)
Is Stella here? Is Mel K here? Is Mel’s here? Stella here? Okay. Mel, Stella, Stella, Mel, okay.

(Speaker 2)
Bueller, Bueller, that’s fair. Okay, so you have to have somebody, you have to get on other people’s show. Does that make sense? Ma ‘am, is that helpful? Okay. And then the third thing you gotta do is you gotta turn on retargeting ads, and that’s when someone has gone to your site These ads are ultra cheap.

(Speaker 2)
The company’s called adroll . com. And the ads just keep following people around the internet, kind of reminding them that they listen to your show. Does that make sense? So it’s like you listen to your favorite podcast, now you see ads for them everywhere. And that’s your marketing stool.

(Speaker 2)
Is that helpful for you? Okay, now for the mortgage business, Steve, you have to obsessively, you have to reach out to high -performing realtors. That’s leg number one. Why do you have to reach out to high -performing realtors and home builders?

(Speaker 12)
because i want them to call me when they have a client that needs a mortgage obsessively you have to obsessively are we on the same page that’s like number one like number two you have to gather obsessively reviews from actual customers.

(Speaker 2)
Why do you have to gather objective reviews, Steve? Because other people want to know if you’re a POS or not. You might be a POS, but if you got a bunch of reviews that don’t say that, they might call you. Okay, so got to do that. Okay, so Steve has to obsessively gather objective reviews. He has to reach out to home builders and top performing real estate agents.

(Speaker 2)
And the third is he needs to optimize his website. That’s the three -legged marketing stool for his business. So make your dog epic. Full disclosure so you understand this idea. There was a dog training company. I helped him grow from 300 ,000 a year of revenue -ish to about 1 .2 million.

(Speaker 2)
And I helped him open up 18 locations. And then I got basically it was like a buyout kind of thing. So now I’m free to work in the dog space again. So sometimes I’ll work with a client and they’ll say, hey, can you partner with me? And more of like an equitable thing. And then I can’t compete, but I can now work at the dog space again.

(Speaker 2)
So I’m helping JT grow the dog business, right? So the dog business, I’m telling you the marketing plan right now. And someone says, How could you possibly tell a group of people exactly what to do to compete with you? It’s because I know most people won’t do it. Make sense? So step number one for the dog business, they’re selling dog training.

(Speaker 2)
What you have to do for the dog business is he has to gather objective Google and video reviews. Can someone tell me on the vision, why does he have to obsessively gather objective video and Google reviews? Why? Can someone tell me that? Come up top in Google. So let’s do a search for dog training Tulsa.

(Speaker 2)
Dog training Tulsa. And it’s not my opinion, these are just facts. When you do a search for dog training Tulsa, you’ll see these are ads. They’re sponsored, sponsored, sponsored, sponsored. And there’s our brand with 3 .2 thousand reviews. And our closest competition has 1 .3.

(Speaker 19)
Why do people call the most reviewed business?

(Speaker 2)
Could someone settle that in my mind? Why would somebody call the most reviewed thing? Yes ma ‘am, what’s that? Everybody’s doing it, what else? Peace of mind, reliability, all of that, okay? So it’s really important that you gather objective reviews for the dog business.

(Speaker 2)
The second is we have to go to trade shows. We’re at the state fair right now, we have a big beautiful booth at the state fair. It’s so important that we’re at local events so people that have dogs can see us. So we have to go to events, we have to get together objective Google and video reviews, and the third is we have to consistently write content so we come up top in Google. That’s our three -legged thing, right? And because it’s doing well, because JT can handle three things at the same time, now we add a fourth leg, even more sturdy.

(Speaker 2)
Now we market to veterinarians.

(Speaker 64)
Does that make sense?

(Speaker 2)
So, but you don’t want to have 50 different things you’re trying. You want to have things that you master. We’re on the same page? Now the next step here, leads. When a lead comes in, I’m going to tell you this, and I’m meeting this with sincerity and hopefully clarity. You need to call your leads until they cry, buy, or die.

(Speaker 33)
And I want you to know this, and maybe Eric’s watching this stream right now, but the relationship that Eric and I have is probably similar to maybe how I would describe a relationship with like a brother.

(Speaker 2)
So we kind of met in a bad time, and then we sort of, who are you, you know, I mean, we know who he is, but who are you, who are you, what are you doing? And I think after about 10 events, he’s like, you’re gonna wear a red tie, and you’re gonna wear a white shirt, and your wife is nice, and you’re kind of, funny sometimes and you’re outside of it and you’re you’re on target you’re doing you’re real and I know if you’re gonna be there you’ll be there if you say you’re gonna be there and we start building a camaraderie start talking about to -do lists and calendars and schedules and there’s a there’s like a relationship that’s built there and so over time he now knows he can text me at 4 a . m. Tulsa time, as he often does. So it’s not unusual to get a text from him at, you know, previous to 5 a . m.

(Speaker 2)
Tulsa time, because he’s in Florida, and he’s up early, and he’ll text me like, hey, call me about this. Or like when we worked together on making the book cover of his new book. For anybody, by the way, this is a real thing. If you pull it up, this isn’t a shameless plug. This is like a ultra shameless plug. Okay, I’ll pull this up on the screen.

(Speaker 2)
So Eric asked me to help him with his book, and so we did, our team did the cover, did the book layout, a lot of the things, and helped Eric get connected with certain folks to help him on it. And so we did a lot, our team did a lot of work for that. And so what he’s doing is, if you go and you find Under Siege, it’s erictrumpbook . com. if you buy it on amazon so if you buy the book on amazon right now under siege and you text my number you have a chance to win a day with eric and i at mar -a -lago so you’re stuck with me you’ll be what you’ll want to talk to him but i’ll be there and you’ll be like that guy can he go away he’s so weird but anyway so you get you have a chance to win a day with eric and i and then what he’s doing is he’s donating a portion of the proceeds uh to the charlie kirk foundation to help out that cause so that’s what he’s doing so um what are we doing if you buy the book and he’ll talk about more tomorrow but if you buy the book and what you say what’s the book about the book is about three things it’s about being raised by donald trump because we’re stage side and he’s telling me like you know when i was a kid i’m going what was it like when your dad was your dad and you’re you know young eric what was that like were you playing baseball with your dad did that happen he’s like no but my dad would be in the building designing towers with architects and we’re talking about things and like i’m playing video games with mike tyson and michael jackson i’m like what you’re playing video games with mike tyson and michael jackson he’s like yeah yeah i’m going so that’s that’s what you’re you’re doing That, I don’t think people know that.

(Speaker 68)
And I’m like, so when did your dad make you go on the work site?

(Speaker 2)
Like, when did you have to start working? And he goes, oh, I think 12, you know. I’m like, you’re 12? You’re, like, on a construction crew? He’s like, yeah, he had me cutting rebar and, like, I had to learn how to do conduit and sheetrock. And I’m like, are you being real?

(Speaker 2)
He goes, yeah. And my mentor was a guy named Frank, who was, like, the… And I’m going, that has to be… I don’t think people understand. How old were you when you built your first tower? Like, when you had to manage the crew, the budget, and…

(Speaker 2)
I was like, how old were you when your dad said, build it from the ground up, your own tower? You managed the budget, how many of you ever managed people? Could you imagine managing an entire crew? And he’s like, I think I was 26. I’m like, 26, your dad says you’re building a tower in Vegas and you have to manage it, keep it on time, on budget? He’s like, yeah, that has to be in it.

(Speaker 2)
So we’re talking over time, I’m like, bro, that has to be in the book. And then he’s the most subpoenaed man in American history, and I thought, That has to be in the book we got so part one is kind of like what’s it like growing up eric part two is like your dad says hey by the way i’m running for president and what that’s like and part three is uh you’re getting they’re trying to assassinate your character and actually assassinate your father and you’re living through that what’s that like so it’s called under siege i i i do think it’s a heck of a book. I’m super biased because I did help edit it and I feel really good about it. But if you buy a copy, you get a chance to do Mar -a -Lago with Eric and I for a day, and you get a chance to support the Charlie Kirk Foundation, and that’s a big thing. But I just, where Eric and I have connected is we believe in these processes, you know? And so it’s like if you, who’s ever stayed at a Trump property?

(Speaker 2)
You know, they call you back. How many of you have ever been at a Trump property? I mean, it’s first class, isn’t it? I mean, it’s first class, and so I just know, you know, my wife and I, we check into our room, and I’m going, this is, if I didn’t know Eric, this is like the nicest hospitality team I’ve ever seen in my life. Like, this is, it’s worth the extra, just, you learn so much about customer service just in the way they treat you. And then I’m meeting the staff, I meet the valet guy, and I’m going, how’s it going?

(Speaker 2)
And he said, I’m good, Mr. Clark, I’m here to park your car, I’m gonna go ahead and park your car. how does he know my name? Because I’ve not, that’s cool, okay, that’s a trick. I don’t know what’s happening. Eric, where are you? So we sit down, and I sit down at the restaurant, my son’s with me, and we’re there the first time we met Eric face to face, and he’s like, the waitress comes and sits down.

(Speaker 2)
She says, hey, guys, can I take your meal, Mr. Trump? Can I take your order? And he knows her name. And I’m like, how do you know the waitress’s name?

(Speaker 30)
And then I, so the valet guy, I’m like, how long have you worked here?

(Speaker 2)
He’s like, oh, about 10 years. I’m like, so you’ve worked as a valet guy for 10 years? He said, oh yeah. And then Eric’s like, hey, have you met my, and they all know each other. I’m going, he knows the first name of the waitress, the waiter, the valet guy. They’ve all been there north of 10 years.

(Speaker 2)
I’m like, there is something awesome about that. And so that book is a lot about these kinds of systems, and so it’s powerful stuff. But again, the Trump brand, whether you like him politically or not, it’s unbelievable how, detailed things are, okay? And I want your business to be like that. I want it to be like the Trump brand of your industry, okay? So, box number two, your leads.

(Speaker 2)
You gotta call your leads with a script. So if you go to the Trump brand and use, again, show of hands, who’s been to a Trump property?

(Speaker 71)
Who’s been to Mar -a -Lago?

(Speaker 1)
Who’s ever been to Mar -a -Lago?

(Speaker 2)
Who would like to go to Mar -a -Lago, maybe? I don’t know. I can tell you the first time I was there, I thought I’m gonna break something. I was like, I’m gonna, I don’t wanna touch anything, because if I break it, I know that’s an expensive thing, so I’m just gonna cover myself in bubble wrap and just avoid, I mean, it felt expensive, it’s so nice, and it’s so, and again, you gotta kind of view your business like you’re the Trump brand of your industry. Does that make sense? So you might be selling glass, but you wanna view yourself as like, first class in the glass game.

(Speaker 2)
Does that make sense? So, you gotta think, if I was the Trump brand, how would I make a sales script?

(Speaker 12)
How do I want my customers to be greeted? And Steve, if you don’t take the time to script it out here, step number one, the pre -written email and the call script, if you don’t do that,

(Speaker 2)
actually take the time to write the pre -written email, to write the pre -written text, to write the inbound sales script, to record the calls, what’s gonna happen by default?

(Speaker 37)
Well, if you’re doing it all yourself, then you’re never gonna be able to repeat it.

(Speaker 12)
So if you don’t have it written down and you’re trying to hire someone new to step in and call the leads, they’re gonna call on the own script that they make up in their head, and they’re probably going to, whether purposely or not, say wrong stuff, lie to people, make promises that they can’t keep, that type of thing.

(Speaker 2)
What does the word bodice mean?

(Speaker 51)
Bodice.

(Speaker 19)
Bodice?

(Speaker 2)
Within the female garment, what does that mean? What? Yell it out. Torso, it’s like, what, okay.

(Speaker 11)
All I know is I got asked to host a bridal show because I won top DJ for Oklahoma, you know?

(Speaker 2)
And then I’m hosting with the news, and it’s embarrassing, but I didn’t know what the word bodice was. I thought it was bodice. I don’t even know what bodice is. And I also didn’t know that Godiva was a thing, because I was 23 and I’d recently overcome poverty, but I’d never heard of Godiva chocolates. And our event was sponsored by Godiva, and I thought it was Go Diva. No, real, real.

(Speaker 2)
I got asked to speak for the Napoleon Hill Foundation in South Carolina.

(Speaker 11)
Who’s been to Publix before?

(Speaker 2)
What’s a Publix? It’s a grocery store? Grocery store, yeah. Yeah, and they’re like, folks, our next speaker, we’re so honored to have the Napoleon Hill Foundation, our next speaker, he’s a 25 -year -old entrepreneur from Oklahoma, he’s here to speak on, you know, sales or something.

(Speaker 12)
And I go in, and I don’t know that Publix is a grocery store.

(Speaker 60)
And the lady said, just make sure you thank them.

(Speaker 2)
So I’m like, I think, how do you think I think I’m supposed to pronounce it, Steve? I’m scared. I don’t know. So I’m like, I want to thank our good sponsor, Pubix.

(Speaker 36)
My wife’s at the back like, no, no.

(Speaker 2)
And I’m like, they said, say it three times. Like, I love Pubix, the people. I don’t know.

(Speaker 64)
It’s not funny to me.

(Speaker 2)
It’s just, I’m just doing it.

(Speaker 60)
Pubix.

(Speaker 2)
Yes. That’s where we go. Pubix. And my wife’s like, no. And the event planners turn in red and people are, you know, getting white and guys in the front are like crying. I’m like, They love it when I say it.

(Speaker 2)
This must be their favorite brand. Pubix. Yes. So I go into like a 45 minute talk and I’m just Pubix everywhere.

(Speaker 19)
Pubic hair, pubic hair, pubic hair.

(Speaker 41)
And so we finished the talk and like the people are just like, look in their lap.

(Speaker 2)
I’m like, I am a funny guy. People love me. Yes. And so we get off the stage and the lady’s like, Mr. Clark, I don’t know how you didn’t crack a smile. You were so serious. That was the best delivery ever.

(Speaker 2)
At first, I thought you’d lost your mind. And then you wouldn’t stop. And I thought, what a great branding guy. And then your wife, she’d left. I thought that was part of the thing. It was great to weave her in.

(Speaker 2)
Because Vanessa’s like, stop it. She’s like crying. My wife, when she gets really upset, she just cries. So she’s like, no. And I’m just like. Pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s, pubic’s,

(Speaker 2)
and it’s not the U, it’s the uh sound. The whole thing, you did it all wrong. And I’m going, they loved it. She’s like, I don’t know how that worked out for you. But now when I see that place, I have flashbacks. It’s like a dog that bit somebody.

(Speaker 2)
Kids are afraid of dogs. So I see those now, and I’m like, oh no, that’s the place. So I’m saying, a lot of times we don’t know because we don’t have a script, right?

(Speaker 12)
So it’s really important you have scripts because otherwise it’s going to get weird for your staff.

(Speaker 2)
You’re going to start to say weird things.

(Speaker 49)
And sincere people, have you ever had someone on your team say something weird?

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, like every day.

(Speaker 31)
And you go, what was that?

(Speaker 2)
And they go, I don’t know. I just felt natural.

(Speaker 30)
Right?

(Speaker 2)
I mean, people do that, though. So you’ve got to have a sense. Don’t do it again. Yeah. And so how many of you are from Tulsa? You know, we had one of our employees a while back, he kept telling people, and this was a couple years back, but for Elephant in the Room, our haircut place, you could go South Tulsa, Broken Arrow, or Downtown.

(Speaker 2)
And the customer would go, well, which one do you recommend? And it didn’t matter, like, what, where they lived, he would say, yeah, the Broken Arrow one, that’s a good one, Broken Arrow. So people who are living in Downtown are like, okay, I mean, do you recommend I go to the Broken Arrow location? Yeah, that’s where you wanna go, that’s where I’d recommend. You know, because how many of you have been to a restaurant, you ask the waiter, what’s your favorite meal? You ever seen that?

(Speaker 2)
You go to the restaurant, hey, what do you recommend? And the waiter who was hired yesterday is like, I recommend you spend a lot, I mean the steak, right? So our guy was like, down to Broken Arrow, that’s where you go, that’s the spot. So I’m looking at our books, and I’m like, we have nobody booking any haircuts at our downtown store. And our Broken Arrow store is packed, and the people who are going there are pissed. What is happening?

(Speaker 2)
So we play the calls. I discover, wow, this guy is recommending we take, and people take a 30 -minute drive to the wrong store. And I’m going, that, so we had to script that. And you keep doing, that business has been around 15 years, so the scripts are pretty tight.

(Speaker 22)
But you’ve got to have a script for everything.

(Speaker 23)
Now the next step, step number three, you’ve got to have that no -brainer.

(Speaker 43)
that initial thing.

(Speaker 16)
How many of you saw an online product?

(Speaker 2)
Online product.

(Speaker 70)
Is Kay here?

(Speaker 2)
Is Kay?

(Speaker 56)
Hi, Kay.

(Speaker 2)
Can you come up here real quick, Kay?

(Speaker 33)
Is that okay?

(Speaker 2)
Can we bring you up here?

(Speaker 36)
Is that fine?

(Speaker 2)
Can I bring you up here? Is that okay? Is that allowed?

(Speaker 41)
Can I do that?

(Speaker 69)
Am I breaking a rule?

(Speaker 58)
Okay.

(Speaker 2)
I didn’t ask her, but she does a great job, and I just want to celebrate what she does, because she does a very good job, and I think somebody here could probably benefit from what Kay does.

(Speaker 68)
Let’s hear it for Kay.

(Speaker 21)
Kay.

(Speaker 2)
Kay. Kay.

(Speaker 4)
She’s from Florida.

(Speaker 41)
Florida.

(Speaker 12)
Okay.

(Speaker 4)
So, Kay, can you tell everybody, what is it that you do? What is the service that you render to the world? Well, first of all, I don’t work at Publix.

(Speaker 2)
Oh, yeah. Publix. We’re laughing because we live in Florida where Publix is. But I help women build online courses. So, we help them take their existing zone of genius and put it into a course online so they can scale their business.

(Speaker 16)
And let’s bring up Amanda Grace, too, because what you do and Amanda are very similar.

(Speaker 4)
You might not have met each other, but I want you to understand this idea. So what you do, I would say, is when people reach out to you, you have a way of connecting with the women or the clients or the potential clients in a way that people feel important. You do a really good job of sincerely connecting with people.

(Speaker 2)
What is your methodology? How do you do that? Well, I agree with the conversation before that I believe we all have a God -given gift.

(Speaker 4)
And so my zone of genius is pulling that out of them.

(Speaker 2)
I take them through a clarity matrix, and we find that special spot, that area that they have maybe been resenting or pushing away for so long, and I help them bring that up and realize that that is their gift, and then we take it online and we monetize it.

(Speaker 67)
What’s that website for people that want to find your website?

(Speaker 4)
Where is that?

(Speaker 22)
Do you have a website? Well, it’s not perfect yet, but it’s thecouturemom .

(Speaker 16)
com.

(Speaker 66)
The Couture Mom?

(Speaker 2)
com. C -O -U -T -U -R -E -Mom . com. We’re getting it out there. CoutureMom .

(Speaker 16)
com.

(Speaker 44)
Okay.

(Speaker 2)
So again, I want to make sure we’re getting this idea.

(Speaker 14)
You have a way of connecting with your potential buyers in a way that they really Love that interaction.

(Speaker 18)
Where did you learn that?

(Speaker 2)
How did you learn that?

(Speaker 17)
Was that something you learned?

(Speaker 4)
Were you raised that way?

(Speaker 2)
What happened?

(Speaker 65)
My mom.

(Speaker 6)
Your mom right there?

(Speaker 19)
Yeah.

(Speaker 2)
Your mom taught you the super moves? Is that what it is? My mom built a company to $750 million a year. Your mom? Yeah. She’s here?

(Speaker 2)
She’s right there. Can we bring her up real quick and celebrate mom? Let’s hear it for mom. As we’re getting mom up here, where’s Michael? Michael, are you here? Michael, come up here real quick here.

(Speaker 2)
It’s your birthday, right? Come up here, dude. You gotta ride the Thrive Time Show pony or something.

(Speaker 64)
Okay, now.

(Speaker 54)
We’re gonna sing happy birthday to this guy real quick, okay?

(Speaker 2)
Here we go. Three, two, one. Happy birthday to you, Michael.

(Speaker 63)
Happy birthday to you, Michael.

(Speaker 2)
Happy birthday, dear Michael. Happy birthday to you.

(Speaker 62)
Happy birthday, man. Boom.

(Speaker 12)
All right.

(Speaker 6)
And by the way, when we do the group photo tomorrow with Eric, let’s get him right up here, okay?

(Speaker 61)
A little birthday gift.

(Speaker 2)
So, sir, we’re kicking you out of here.

(Speaker 6)
I’m sorry.

(Speaker 2)
Sorry, sorry, get out. We’re bringing up your mom. Okay, this is your mom here. Yeah, this is Pam.

(Speaker 6)
Hi, Pam. Hello. How are you? I’m hot.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, it’s warm, it’s warm.

(Speaker 6)
Pleasure to meet you.

(Speaker 2)
Nice to meet you.

(Speaker 6)
Okay, so you were, you built, what kind of business did you build? Network marketing. Okay, and what did you sell in that networking marketing space? Well, I discovered a product that was new to market. It’s called, we called it in the beginning, the ultimate body applicator. Has anybody ever tried that crazy wrap?

(Speaker 6)
Anybody in the room?

(Speaker 2)
That was the company.

(Speaker 6)
It works global based out of Palmetto.

(Speaker 4)
Did your daughter learn most of this through osmosis or did you teach her this?

(Speaker 60)
When she was in elementary school all the way up,

(Speaker 2)
I would just take her with me, and she would learn. And then she never had a job outside of college. She just started that, and she became a distributor. She became a top moneymaker in our company. And since my retirement five years ago, I sold my shares and got out, and she did too. And now she’s building her own.

(Speaker 2)
But she’s a fabulous communicator, and it’s like…

(Speaker 17)
Absolutely. She learned from the best. There it is. Now, Amanda, again, different thing.

(Speaker 10)
You have a ministry, but you really connect with people on the chat.

(Speaker 2)
Who’s ever watched the Amanda Grace broadcast or something? Okay.

(Speaker 17)
So on YouTube, when you go live…

(Speaker 2)
In the chat, you’re talking to people about the things, and I, frankly, again, Eric and I, we kind of think the same way in a lot of things, and Eric, I remember Eric said, the lady with the horse and the cow in the show, that lady, I like her, what’s happening there? Because Eric recognized you were connecting with your audience in a real way. Yeah. What is your, is that something you were taught, or is that something you just felt led to do, or how did you decide that you’re going to engage with every person as much as possible while online? Well, it’s interesting, because I’m an Italian from the Bronx, New York. and we can talk.

(Speaker 2)
And so partially I’m wired that way, but then I also made a conscious decision that when people come on, I want to engage with them. I don’t want to be, Jesus Christ was never distant from people when he was ministering to them or when he went out into the crowds or when he was speaking to them and whether I’m online or here with all of you, I don’t want to be distant either. I really want to connect for that reason because when it comes down to it, Whether you’re in a business or a ministry, it’s about relationships and maintaining those relationships and making a conscious effort to maintain them.

(Speaker 36)
What I’m going to do, Amanda, is we’re going to have you make your way down there to the whiteboard.

(Speaker 17)
I’m going to have you be like our

(Speaker 2)
Can I be like Vanna White?

(Speaker 10)
Yes, absolutely.

(Speaker 16)
So come on, go on down there, and I’m going to have you read some questions, and I’m going to keep you both up here.

(Speaker 17)
We’re going to go through the board, because I think there’s a way to kind of tap into your genius.

(Speaker 18)
There’s some things that we can answer that I think are powerful.

(Speaker 17)
So let’s get Amanda down there.

(Speaker 2)
I think we have enough cord. And Amanda, if we can, can we get her like an eraser or something there? A card or something so she can erase as she’s going. And Amanda, you can read the questions on the whiteboard. Does that sound good? I can absolutely do that.

(Speaker 3)
I think we’re making a…

(Speaker 59)
I don’t want to pull the microphone out though.

(Speaker 58)
Okay.

(Speaker 35)
Well, look at this eraser I have everyone.

(Speaker 17)
It’s beautiful.

(Speaker 49)
It’s the Clay Clark special.

(Speaker 12)
Okay.

(Speaker 17)
And Stephen, we need to get her to record this mic too.

(Speaker 10)
Whatever we got to do, we’ll make it happen.

(Speaker 2)
Let’s get our wireless. Okay, we might swap. Steve, let’s swap mics with you, Amanda. Okay, am I going from left to right here? What am I doing? Right to left.

(Speaker 2)
We’re connecting. Oh, right to left, so I’m here. Bottom to top. Anywhere you want to go. Okay. How do you suggest getting social proof when clients require an NDA for your services in this disaster -prepared world?

(Speaker 2)
I work with really, really high net worth clients, and some of them will say, One particular person had told me, hey, do you mind if I get on the mic and say some things about you that are true, that are positive? And I go, nope, no worries. But they’re also like, hey, I can’t talk about that. So what you would want to do is just tell the client, like, hey, I really need or want to gather.

(Speaker 6)
I need social proof so people know that I really do work with real clients like you.

(Speaker 1)
And so I’m not asking you to convey anything about what I do.

(Speaker 4)
Does that make sense?

(Speaker 2)
So the basic three questions I would ask as a social proof video is, what’s your name?

(Speaker 57)
How did you first hear about whatever?

(Speaker 12)
So that’s the first question is, what’s your name and how did you first hear about whatever?

(Speaker 2)
Second is, how would you describe your experience with working with that company or service?

(Speaker 16)
And then third is, what do you recommend?

(Speaker 12)
But again, I work with a lot of doctors, a lot of dentists, a lot of lawyers, a lot of therapists.

(Speaker 56)
And you can do that.

(Speaker 2)
But if you don’t do that, you’re going to have to find some way to get third -party validation.

(Speaker 6)
Pam, did you start when you’re building this direct selling company, did you start at the bottom, or did you start when the company was already big or in the middle, or when did you start? Oh, no, founder. You’re the founder?

(Speaker 12)
Yeah, I started with zero distributors. When you say founder, I mean, you’re the one who founded it?

(Speaker 2)
Yes.

(Speaker 55)
Like, you’re the first one?

(Speaker 29)
First one?

(Speaker 2)
No, I mean this though. Oh, okay. But you built a big thing.

(Speaker 4)
And so you built a big thing, but you started small.

(Speaker 6)
You started small.

(Speaker 30)
It was just me and living rooms.

(Speaker 4)
And then we graduated.

(Speaker 16)
That’s how pubics started, too. Stop it. Yeah. Sorry.

(Speaker 2)
I’m sorry.

(Speaker 41)
Keep it clean.

(Speaker 4)
When did you get momentum? When did you feel like there was momentum, or people were wanting to join because other people were joining?

(Speaker 2)
When did that happen? It took five years.

(Speaker 4)
It took five years. Oh, I would have given up. It took an event like this to get me going, to really get us going. Steve, I’m going to hit you with a gong in a minute. You don’t interrupt Pam again. I’m Pam’s advocate.

(Speaker 4)
Stop it. Okay, so but it took a while to get that momentum. Yes, five years. It took us five years to and really what that was is our belief and what we had in our belief and what we were doing. And once that belief was locked in, we just skyrocketed.

(Speaker 2)
Were you okay?

(Speaker 4)
Were you watching your mom build this thing? I was 12 years old when she started it.

(Speaker 6)
So I mean, I remember the day my dad and my brother and I were all sitting in the kitchen of the house and she brought this wrap that was supposed to be like this miracle fat patch that like tightened and firmed her skin.

(Speaker 2)
And my dad and I were like, I don’t know if she’s like before she had tried to sell lampshades and had all kinds of stuff. She was making earrings and that’s not her gift.

(Speaker 10)
So we were watching her like, what are you doing?

(Speaker 2)
And this is it.

(Speaker 12)
And so she starts vacuuming to keep herself busy.

(Speaker 10)
And my brother walks out of the room and I sat at the table and just waited to see what happened.

(Speaker 17)
And from that first experience, she did get results.

(Speaker 29)
And

(Speaker 2)
built a company to 24 countries. How big did it get, the company?

(Speaker 17)
Well, we grew from being in two states to 20 countries.

(Speaker 2)
I remember our first year that we actually made money was around $25 million. And then we scaled to, right before I left, it was $750. So again, you’re in the room with real people that are really doing this, and I’m just trying to make sure you know there’s like some wisdom in the room that you need to tap into, okay?

(Speaker 11)
Let’s go to the next question there, Amanda.

(Speaker 17)
Yeah, just call me Amanda Grace White for the rest of today. Amanda Grace White, okay, here we go. Amanda Grace White.

(Speaker 2)
How do you market an NGO to get government support for K -12 education regarding AI, and they have in parentheses, future state for business integration? These are, I’m reading them right off the board. I know. I’m going to answer this question and I just want people to know, like, I care about everybody here. I just want you to understand that the government is not for you. Nope, it’s not.

(Speaker 2)
So it’s not ever going to happen, but I love you and I hope that that doesn’t kill your life or dream or whatever, but it’s not going to happen. The government does not want to help you. Okay, next. They’re not going to help you. It says, FTC and ADH compliance for websites. Is there a checklist?

(Speaker 2)
How do we keep our website compliant and off of their radar? Yeah, what we do for our clients, and I’m not trying to sell you our services, just tell you what we do. We run, there’s a tool called SEMrush .

(Speaker 12)
com, SEMrush .

(Speaker 10)
com. It’s another tool called Moz, M -O -Z .

(Speaker 17)
com. And these are Google compliant vendors.

(Speaker 2)
So they work directly with Google. And we pay a lot of money. How many of you know about iStock? You pay for licensing photos and stuff? So my bills I pay per month to license photos and license SEMrush. It’s like a diagnostic plug -in.

(Speaker 2)
It’s a lot of money. But I pay and we run a battery of tests on your site every month and we’re constantly updating. So SEMrush and Moz, M -O -Z dot com is what the tools I’d recommend. That is included for our clients, but if you don’t, if you’re not a client, you don’t want to be, it’s M -O -Z or SEMrush dot com. Next one. Thoughts on using pump dot fund to fund our company to scale?

(Speaker 2)
Basically is the question and it also says to Hemp to graphene production in the u . s. Instead of China and any other function options I don’t have any thoughts about that, but I appreciate you having that question. I don’t have any thoughts. I’m so sorry I want to answer your question. I just I can’t give you a thought that I don’t have sorry okay next one clay Clark Can you show the prophetic video real quick before we do that who’s a little bit disturbed by prophetic videos?

(Speaker 2)
We’ve known each other long enough. You are good. Okay. We’re on the same team, so I just like it bothers me So I’m gonna tell you the story, and I’ll play it Sean you can find it It’s like, just to go to Rumble and look for Mr. Clark and then Kim Clement, drive time show, you’ll find it. So this is what happened as a factual statement. I didn’t know Amanda yet.

(Speaker 2)
I did know Steve. Yeah. And we were at the Riverwalk. And have you ever had a God moment? Anybody here ever had one where you’re like, that had to be a God thing? Has that ever happened to anybody?

(Speaker 2)
Has anybody here not ever had those things ever? Like, I don’t have them every day, but I hadn’t had one like this. So Charles Kola, is he here? Charles, are you here? Okay, Mr. Clean, that guy, Charles, he sends me a text and he says, hey, I think this Kim Clement guy is talking about you. But I don’t know who Kim Clement was or is.

(Speaker 2)
And I don’t watch prophetic stuff. So I thought, probably not. That’s my inner dialogue. Probably not. And then within five minutes of that, I got a text from CJ Wheeler. She’s my booker.

(Speaker 2)
She books me on interviews. And she said, hey, are your ears burning? I said, kind of. She said, Newsmax would like to interview you from Washington, D . C. on this specific time.

(Speaker 31)
I know you don’t travel, but could you come to D .

(Speaker 12)
C.

(Speaker 1)
and do an interview?

(Speaker 16)
I said, about what?

(Speaker 38)
She said, your book.

(Speaker 2)
And just so you know, my book, Fear Unmasked, was probably

(Speaker 54)
first book banned on Amazon.

(Speaker 2)
So more and more people are finding that out. But Fear Unmasked was like the first book. You could buy Mein Kampf, but you couldn’t buy Fear Unmasked, okay? So it’s a real thing. So I got banned from Amazon. So she wanted to do an interview, and I said, Yeah.

(Speaker 2)
And she goes, really? You’ll travel? Because she knows I don’t travel. So I said, yeah, I’ll go. So I call my wife, hey, Vanessa, we’re going to go to DC to be interviewed on Newsmax or One American News, One American News, about my book. And she said, OK, really?

(Speaker 2)
We’re going?

(Speaker 42)
And Vanessa’s normal.

(Speaker 2)
She likes to travel a little bit. She’s like, really? We’re going? What’s wrong with you? I’m like, I don’t know. So I put the phone down, and then I get a call from another guy, and he’s a Fox News contributor, Richard Manning, Fox News, Richard Manning.

(Speaker 2)
Richard calls me and says, hey, on this particular day, we would like for you to attend the White House deregulation summit thing. I said, what day? He tells me the day. And it’s the same day as the other interview. And I go, where is it? He goes, in DC.

(Speaker 2)
And I’m like, this is weird, but still, one coincidence, maybe two, whatever, just co -instances, maybe not. And then I put the phone down. And then I get a call from CJ. She said, hey, Newsmax. So we got One America. Newsmax now wants to interview at the same day, same time in DC.

(Speaker 2)
Could you do it? And I go, yeah. And again, I’m in Tulsa. I don’t know DC. I don’t like DC, by the way.

(Speaker 31)
I think DC has a lot of Roman architecture.

(Speaker 53)
Not really a big fan of DC.

(Speaker 2)
So I’m just not wanting to go there.

(Speaker 19)
And so I put the phone down.

(Speaker 2)
And then Nace, my longtime client, Nace Roberts, he knocks on my door. And he said, hey, Clay. And he’s not a crier. Nace is a bearded man who doesn’t cry, kind of a grizzled. He owns a machine shop. And he said, hey, I want you to know that before you did your show today, I took out the American flag with my son.

(Speaker 2)
And I said, I’m proud of our nation. This is during the lockdowns. And I’m supposed to tell you. And I look at him, and I’m going, what? And he starts crying, and I’m like, you’ve never cried before? Why are we crying now?

(Speaker 2)
Can we, can we work through this? What’s happening? And he says, I don’t know, man. It’s weird. I go, okay. So that’s kind of all happened within a span of 15 minutes.

(Speaker 2)
Okay. And then this was the video that I watched before all this began happening. So I’ll hit play here. April 4th, 2007. God says, the one that is chosen shall go in, and they shall say, he has hot blood. For the spirit of God says, yes, he may have hot blood, but he will bring the walls of protection on this country in a greater way, and the economy of this country shall change rapidly, says the Lord of hosts.

(Speaker 2)
Listen to the word of the Lord. God says, I will put it to a helm. for two terms, a president that will pray, but he will not be a praying president when he starts. I will put him in office and then I will baptize him with the Holy Spirit and my power says the Lord oppose. Now pause real quick. The first time that Trump had ever seen this, I’m in his office watching this with him.

(Speaker 2)
So that’s, so we were watching it. My wife’s there, and I didn’t want to meet President Trump without General Flynn there for accountability, or my wife, because I wanted it to be a real thing. I don’t do well with prophetic things. I think there’s a lot of guessing that goes on, and people mislabel it. So I’m with President Trump at Mar -a -Lago, and he’s like, I understand you’re Eric’s friend. And I go, yes sir, I’m his friend.

(Speaker 2)
And he says, what do you want to share with me, Mr. Clark? I’m thinking, Mr. Clark, I’m in trouble. I’m a principal. Mr. Clark, needed in the student cabinet. Flashbacks to middle school. I’m in trouble.

(Speaker 2)
Mr. Clark, you know. So I said, what do you want to share with me? I said, well, sir, I have the diagram in my office so people can see it. But I said, I just want you to know that the models are false. It said 2 .2 million people would die. And then the PCR tests are false.

(Speaker 2)
And then the treatments are real. And that’s the kind of summary of it, you know. And he says, can you prove it? So we went through that process the whole time. Because Eric said, if you meet with my father, if it goes well, you’ll get, let’s say it’s like a game show. And if it doesn’t go well, you get like five minutes.

(Speaker 2)
And he’ll kick you off the show. But if it goes well, he’ll just keep engaging. So then he’s like, tell me about the PCR test. I’m like, well, the polymerase chain reaction test was invented by Carey Mullis, and they could be falsely calibrated in plate cases. And he goes, can you prove it? I said, yeah.

(Speaker 2)
I showed it to him, and he said, OK.

(Speaker 52)
How do you know all this?

(Speaker 2)
And General Flynn’s like, I don’t even know. This guy, like, this is all he does. He talks about PCR tests and models. And he said, what else? I said, well, the treatments are real. You know, butadenide, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine.

(Speaker 2)
They’re effective. They’re affordable, the whole thing, you know? And he’s like, really? And so this goes on. And I’m thinking, this is crazy. And I said, so we’re going through that, and I said, sure, in the shots there’s RNA modifying nanotechnology, and it’s RNA modifying nanotechnology.

(Speaker 2)
It sends and receives signals. And so we’re going through all this, and the whole time I’m thinking, this is happening. And so I was like, I’m supposed to show you a video. And he goes, OK. So he said, can you grab us? Can you can you sit next to me?

(Speaker 14)
And I’m going. So President Trump has a desk. It’s an executive desk. It’s about, you know, half this height here. He sits behind it all time. And Scavino had just left the office.

(Speaker 14)
So Dan Scavino just left his social media guy.

(Speaker 2)
He was on the phone with Boris, his attorney. And I walk in with General Flynn, and he says, can you sit next to me? I said, sure. There’s no chair, though. So I’m like, do I kneel? I think I’ll just get on a knee.

(Speaker 1)
So I’m next to him with the laptop, and I’m playing, and I’m seeing all these Snickers wrappers and all these Diet Coke cans.

(Speaker 34)
And he’s like, you didn’t see that, National Security.

(Speaker 2)
And I’m like, yeah, sure, I didn’t see it. So we’re there. And I’m playing this video, and we get to this part, and he’s like, is he talking about us? And I’m just like, oh, maybe Amanda’s show, I should watch Amanda’s show more. Because it’s like a terrifying, so I just want you to know, this is like probably the only time in my life I’ve ever felt like there was a prophetic message for me that made sense, so keep it in play here. Somebody, just a few minutes before you came on the show, you went out, and you took the American flag, and you said, I’m proud of my nation.

(Speaker 2)
You raised it up. God said, you have been determined through your prayers to influence this nation. You’re watching me. You’re an influential person. The spirit of God says, hear the word of the prophet to you as a king. I will open that you pray that when it comes time for the election, you will be elected.

(Speaker 2)
Pause. So when I got called by Eric and he’s like, hey, do you want to come to the election watch party? I’m thinking it’s happening and it’s very weird. And I’m saying that because you asked me to play that video. There’s a lot more into that. But I just want you to know, God is speaking to everybody here, and I am not God.

(Speaker 2)
Thank you for clarifying.

(Speaker 12)
We thought you were…

(Speaker 2)
Okay, no. I was disappointed by God, this very pale, odd person. Okay. No, but it’s just… God’s speaking to you. And one of the things we have to do is we have to like…

(Speaker 4)
quiet and then ask God what he’s trying to say to you. And I know that the Bible is the word of God. And if you read the word of God, you’ll hear from God. And so that would be my pro tip, but I’m only playing that video because this person asked.

(Speaker 6)
So, but I just want you to know, it does freak me out.

(Speaker 2)
And I, and so I called Don A, she’s the first person I called after I met with Trump. And I said, I know your dad’s dead, but I wanted to tell you a message was delivered. And she was like, He heard my dad’s message?” I go, yeah. She’s like, had he heard it before?

(Speaker 12)
I go, no, he had never heard these prophecies.

(Speaker 2)
She was like, really? And that’s the entire meeting. So we were there for like 40 minutes and President Trump wanted to replay and play and play and replay. And I’m like, we’re in the office at Mar -a -Lago talking about prophecies with President Trump. What is happening?

(Speaker 17)
Craziest thing. So God has a calling for everybody, and sometimes it might be audible, sometimes it’s not, but I want you to know, if God can use a man -bear pig like me, he can use you.

(Speaker 2)
So be encouraged. I wanna ask you this, not prophetically, but how did you know, Pam, that this was gonna work, your business was gonna work? And I wanna ask you the same question, Kay. How did you know, like, man, I’m gonna do this? It was so wild. I was praying for something, and like Kay said, I was a stay -at -home mom at the time.

(Speaker 2)
I had sold IBM computers in the 80s, so I had a great job, and then, Kay was born, I didn’t want to work anymore, so I became a stay -at -home mom, and then we were suffering, we needed more money, and so I started doing what moms do, babysit, do all the things that we do just to bring in some extra money, and I fell in love with the industry of network marketing, and the product was brought to me, I’m listening to it, I’m not believing a word of it, but the hair stood up on the back of my neck, and I paid attention to that, and that was like a calling, And I said, I don’t care how I get it or when I get it, but I want to try it. And if that works for me, I’ll take it to the world. And that’s what we did.

(Speaker 4)
I’ll say this to a little test for you. If your idea keeps you up at night. and wakes you up early, that’s usually a good sign. And so my idea that I’m currently focused on is my wife. Cause like, I’m really, she’s awesome. Oh, she keeps you up late at night?

(Speaker 4)
She does. But no, but my wife had been praying for me for the longest time. And then I was on a show with Amanda and she was like on the show without think about the lack of respect that Amanda had for me. But Amanda says you should read the Bible every day. You said it on your show. I did.

(Speaker 4)
Point -blank when he asked how much should we be reading the Bible, I point -blank. That’s a little bit intense. Okay, but all I’m saying is my wife had been praying for years, and then it just connected with me. So I just encourage you, don’t give up. God has a plan for your life. Don’t give up on that, okay?

(Speaker 4)
You’re doing your own thing. You’re rocking and rolling. You’re building the thing. When did it become to you, like, I’m doing it, I’m doing it, doing my own thing. Well, her retirement was such a blessing for me because I realized I had attached myself to her vision for decades.

(Speaker 2)
And I, at the time, was going through a divorce. So I have three children.

(Speaker 10)
My youngest, my daughter, is four.

(Speaker 17)
And then my son, Miles, is seven.

(Speaker 2)
And then my son, Kennedy, is nine and almost 10. And Veda, my daughter, was seven months old when their dad decided that we were going to get a divorce. And, you know, I’m nursing. I’m like, you know, your mom’s in the room. Raise your hand. You’re in a brain fog.

(Speaker 2)
So facing her retirement at the same time, our business changing dynamically, and me going through a divorce, I found myself looking at myself in the mirror and going, who are you? So I really only could turn to God. I had to get really quiet about what that next step was for me. But all along and all of those years that she had built It Works, everyone would come to me for strategy. When she had an idea, she would call me. I have an idea. I have an idea.

(Speaker 2)
And I know you know who I am. I know you know how. So I listened to that voice, and then I met Vince, who’s my boyfriend now, and we’ve been together almost two years. He looked at me and he said, you are called for more. and I’m gonna challenge you in these next six months to do what you are called to do, and you are called to elevate women, and he spoke life into me, and it was a very hard conversation, but he was right. And so I just dug into the ground, and I allowed my family to pour into me, and him to pour into me, but I believe they were speaking through God, for sure.

(Speaker 2)
And that’s Vince back there, Invincible, he’s a big deal, he’s a great guy, love that guy. Okay, Amanda, next question. I am a local auto glass company. How can you help me go up against a national company that is also the third party administrator to all major insurances? Do you have a book with you, by the way? Do you have a book with you?

(Speaker 2)
So I want you to just jot this down. This is big stuff. And by the way, when you write stuff down, it creates a neural pathway. And a neural pathway is where you, if you write it and you say it and you do it, it creates a memory. And you want to have those memories to come back to. And you’ve got to be careful what memories you put in your mind that are bad ones, because you’ll go back to that too.

(Speaker 2)
So what you have to do is you write down this. I’m not a new age guy. I’m a Christian guy. I’m just telling you.

(Speaker 51)
But what you want to do is just write down, I’m going to beat them.

(Speaker 2)
And it’s easy. That’s like step one, it’s easy. So first off, I’m going to beat them and it’s easy. And it is easy, by the way. And so Charles Colaw called me and he’s like, hey, I’m going up against Planet Fitness, how do I beat them?

(Speaker 16)
Same conversation. Charles Colaw, the fitness guy, Mr. Clean.

(Speaker 9)
So I’m going to beat them and it’s easy, okay?

(Speaker 2)
And what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to commit to the VISM we talked about, but make it real to you. You’ve got to get video testimonials. You know why? Because I know who your competition is and they’re not going to get video testimonials. They will not do it. Images.

(Speaker 2)
You want to get images with you and happy customers having authentic conversations. Your competition will not do it. S, search engine content. You want to be top for all of the long tail search engine words. So it’s like the obscure words. So do a Google search real quick, Sean, for how to get my dog to stop barking Tulsa.

(Speaker 2)
That’s kind of a long phrase, but we come up with it. for that. How to get my dog to stop barking Tulsa.

(Speaker 6)
It’s a long tail. Dog training Tulsa is the short tail. It’s three words, but how to get my dog to stop barking Tulsa is a long tail, and a little over half of searches are long tail. Does that make sense? If you scroll down, you’ll find Make Your Dog Epic after you can report it to the city of Tulsa. There we are.

(Speaker 6)
Okay, great. Okay, so you wanna do videos, images, search engine content, and more Google reviews. You’re already doing that, but just get more, just obsess on it. And the final thing is we gotta figure out who those referral sources are, and you wanna gift them. Like you want to figure who they are and then find a gifting strategy. So one of the clients I work with, they’re a massive law firm.

(Speaker 6)
And it’s funny because my kids, when they see the gifts, they forget that they’re my client and I taught them to give me gifts, which I get. So anyway, but they get, you know, we, we do elaborate gifts. So, you know, the Harry’s what’s the brand Harry’s and whatever Harry and Harry and David, yes, those two, look it up, Harry and David. So we do elaborate gifts to people that refer. So this law firm sends, I mean, their top line, their biggest item is they send elaborate, awesome gifts to people that send them business. So people like doing business because they’re getting these great gifts, and it really encourages that relationship.

(Speaker 2)
And I would just say, Pam, you’re probably a master of relationship development. You probably learned that. When you have, you know, a downline or a team underneath you, and Carl’s in Utah and Susan’s in Michigan, and you’re trying to build that relationship, how did you attempt to manage those 12, let’s say your top 12 relationships? How did you try to manage those? I’d go see them. I’d get in front of them.

(Speaker 2)
I would spend the night with them. You know, it’s just such a personal relationship. I would just build them up just like you got built up. And just know their family. Know their children’s names. Know their goals.

(Speaker 2)
Know what they’re after. But mainly spending time with them. And then, of course, if it’s just not desirable, like you want to travel, then we’ve got Zoom. We’ve got FaceTime. You know, our business totally changed.

(Speaker 2)
when social media broke, and we were able to do videos, we were able to do before and after pictures. That’s when we could get visual with people, and that’s when we really scaled. So just building those lifetime, and I still have relationships, I still know their kids’ names, I still know where they live, I still stay in touch, even though I’ve been gone for five years, because they made me who I am today, not the other way around. They taught me everything about relationships. You know, Charlie, the bassist who was playing, he met me. We met because we were always doing events together, but I used to do this for all the brides.

(Speaker 2)
I mean, we did 4 ,000 weddings a year. I would invite all the brides and all the grooms to a house party at my house once a year, and it was epic. And I think my oldest kid at the time was like two. We’d have like 450 people at my house. and we would just be over the top. And people would, brides would tell their friends like, this guy brought in an ice sculpture, this guy brought in exotic animals, he brought in a live band, and I just hired him one time for my wedding.

(Speaker 12)
This guy, so to this day, like my son, he’ll go into places and people will say, yeah, your dad DJ’d my wedding, you know, two decades ago.

(Speaker 50)
And you get stuck in their minds.

(Speaker 12)
So you wanna build that relationship. And I’ll just tell you, Steve and I have that relationship. So we had a guy, I’ll be vague, I won’t mention the guy’s name. We had a guy really talking smack about Steve just a little after COVID. And he was like, I don’t know if having him as a client of yours is a good reputational thing for you. I remember I called you about this.

(Speaker 2)
And I’m like, why?

(Speaker 30)
And he’s like, he’s just so radical.

(Speaker 2)
He’s driving his Lamborghinis around and he’s flaunting wealth. And I just don’t think it’s becoming of you. And I go, well, he’s my friend. And so I don’t, I’m not perfect. He’s not perfect, but I’m not, I like him, you know? And it was like, and Steve, You know I’d do that, you know, and I know Steve…

(Speaker 10)
that too, but every once in a while, Steve will be in Tulsa, and someone will say, I don’t like that Clay Clark guy, he fired me as his, if a client isn’t gonna do their homework, I just fire them, because it makes it easier for them, I don’t want someone paying me to not do their work, and every once in a while, Steve, you’ll hear these horror stories?

(Speaker 17)
Yeah.

(Speaker 2)
And how does that go, typically? Not good for them, because, no, people say that, and they expect you just to agree with them, and I’m like, I know this story, usually, about why they didn’t, And it’s usually, I mean, I’ve known Clay long enough that it didn’t Clay. So, I mean, I know his character. I know that he’s going to do everything he can to make it right. And if someone leaves, they usually have a sign out on the wall out there that talks about it.

(Speaker 9)
A special sign. Yeah. I mean, if they’re really bad, they will. But no, I mean, just a lot of people aren’t like that, you know. I think a lot of people just will go, yeah, yeah, yeah.

(Speaker 19)
And they’ll just agree.

(Speaker 2)
And Clay’s not that way.

(Speaker 9)
I’m not that way either.

(Speaker 2)
You gotta go deep with those relationships. You gotta go deep.

(Speaker 9)
I taught the Jesus principle, but Jesus had 12, and maybe one of them got a little weird. But you wanna have like a, you don’t wanna, you wanna go deep with your 12, and then have those 12 go deep with those 12, and you’re getting deep with that. That’s how you do it. By the way, I’m not pushing direct selling, but I am saying that direct selling is a very effective way to learn management and sales, and you can start a business with very little money. There’s just so much there that you can learn. Okay, Amanda, next question.

(Speaker 9)
Okay, it says what to do with rural property 204 acres just sitting there by a large highway in Texas I guess there’s a large highway being built in Texas near the property in the coming years Will that increase its value?

(Speaker 2)
What should they do with this 204 acres one? You should read think and grow rich and if he ever says something that goes against the Bible just go with the Bible But you read that you’ll probably you’ll have some answers think you’re rich what you’re wanting to do is you got to do what? Dr. Stella would do dr. Still can I bring up here real quick? So dr. Stella, you know, she’s a doctor, but she also has a ministry ranch. and so she’s utilizing, can you briefly, we have very limited time, but can you explain, we’ll bring it up tomorrow too, but what are you doing with your land? What kind of things are you doing out there in Texas?

(Speaker 10)
I actually started out, we had an 86 -acre ranch, which we bought in 2020, and I think it was $2 million.

(Speaker 2)
It’s doubled in value, actually. But over the past few years, I realized that Brookshire, Texas, and that area became like growth, really growing really fast. So I’m actually just buying like land and then breaking into like 1 .5 -acre lots and practically quadrupling the money that is coming from it. Texas, you cannot lose. Wisdom. Yes.

(Speaker 2)
That’s what you would want to do. On direct sales. I’ll give you 60 seconds to talk about it, because we’ll bring up tomorrow to give you more time on that. But what are you doing? We have been building up like a lot of supplements to help people rebuild their immunity. This year we decided that we’re going to launch it out in a direct sales company.

(Speaker 2)
I was just talking with them out there. We started an ambassador program where since people take our products and they love it, they can actually market it and get paid. So we’re like going worldwide and just getting to a place where We want to be the next Mary Kay or whatever. Yeah. Or not next, but we want to be, we want people to be able to build wealth and also get health. So we are like, it’s amazing what we’re trying to do.

(Speaker 2)
So I would do very practical.

(Speaker 16)
I would take out a sheet of paper and write down 50 things you could do with the property.

(Speaker 17)
Try to come up with 50 and then narrow it down the next morning after you sleep on it and pray about it to your top 10. and then do it again, and then you’ll have clarity.

(Speaker 2)
But I would just go ahead and think a lot of ideas of what you could do with it. Exactly. OK, next. How can I monetize my social media following with or without selective sponsors? With or without? Well, what happens is on YouTube,

(Speaker 2)
Andrew’s worked with a client, did a great job helping this client, but he had a video, a YouTube platform where he mowed lawns. It was Lawn Juggernaut is his brand, and he mows lawns. Am I correct, Andrew? He mows lawns, that’s what he does? He finds like a beat up, abandoned property, and then he refines it and cleans it up. It’s called Lawn Juggernaut.

(Speaker 2)
He also has a channel called The Boring Channel, and Andrew’s done a lot of work with this guy. And, you know, he makes really good money But YouTube will allow you to, can you put up on YouTube here, Sean, so we can see it and verify it’s real. That’s gonna be the lawn juggernaut on YouTube. And so, you can make money on YouTube, you can monetize your YouTube channel, if you’re selling stuff that’s dumb. And I mean that sincerely. So like, if you’re selling, if you’re trying to get people to watch videos about mowing lawns, YouTube will monetize that all day.

(Speaker 2)
But if you’re trying to talk about like, hydroxychloroquine, you can’t receive YouTube payments. Does that make sense? So if you are selling something, so even like direct sales is often times banned from social media and it’s because it’s so effective and beneficial that if enough people were doing it, it could be a problem for these folks. So I’m just telling you, you gotta have some kind of sponsor. So if that’s what you’re wanting to do for your podcast or social media, you do need to have some sponsors that believe in you and that’s how you have to do it. Next one.

(Speaker 2)
Okay, Clay, I don’t know if this is your area of expertise, but we’ll see. What should I look for in a spouse? I believe strongly in this. Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich. Who’s ever read Think and Grow Rich? Who’s read it?

(Speaker 2)
Who’s not read it? Okay, so Napoleon Hill was a writer for Ladies Home Journal, and he was kind of disgruntled that life wasn’t turning out the way he wanted it to be. And so he decided to go interview the world’s most successful people. So how Jan, you know, with the American thought leaders, he interviews the world’s most successful people. Napoleon Hill thought, I’m going to go interview the world’s most successful people and ask them how they made their money. And Andrew Carnegie, who grew up poor, Carnegie said, I’ll teach you how to do it, but I really would like you to commit to at least a decade of learning it and we can put it into a book because Andrew Carnegie at the time was super wealthy and he was like, I want to pass that on.

(Speaker 2)
So I’ll teach you and I’ll introduce you to all my friends. if you will put it into a book form. And that’s kind of how Think and Grow Rich started. So when you get into Think and Grow Rich and you start to read that book, he goes through patterns of successful people. And most people that are not successful, I’m not trying to blame spouses, but it’s usually because they’re married to somebody who is not compatible with their vision, And they’re actually antagonistic to the vision. That’s like the number one cause of failure.

(Speaker 2)
So he’s interviewing all these people, and they’re like, I’m married to this person, and they yell at me every morning, and I don’t know why I’m not successful. And it’s like, well, you’re probably not a good way to start your. So I would just say, it’s super important you find an encourager. a person who will pray for you, a person who recognizes you’re not perfect, that will give you encouragement and praise, someone who’s going to love you when you’re not looking good, when you are looking good, someone who’s going to love you at your worst moments, at your best, and you got to be that person for them too, right? Because the Bible says, it says in the Ephesians, right, we’re supposed to love our wives the way Christ loved the church, which is a pretty profound idea. So I would just say I would, this is my pro tip, and my daughter’s 21, and I told her this, I said, go on as many dates as you can for lunch, and then if it doesn’t go well in like the first 30 minutes, peace out, like fake an injury, I don’t know, say your dad’s calling you, get out of there.

(Speaker 2)
So she’s going on these dates and dates and dates, and she says, hey dad, there’s this guy He works at an oil and gas business, and he has a house he’s flipping, or he has a rental house, and he’s reading all the same books as you.

(Speaker 35)
You know, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and 21 Habits of the Successful People, and Stephen Covey, and I think you’d like him.

(Speaker 2)
And I’m like… this is going to cause me to cry soon. I can feel it. I’m not happy about the happiness I feel right now. Because I love my daughter. So I meet the guy.

(Speaker 2)
And he’s got a firm handshake. And he’s like, humble, but confident. And I’m like, son of a. This guy’s checking all the boxes. He’s humble. He’s confident.

(Speaker 2)
He could be a daughter stealer. I don’t know about this guy. Then my daughter’s like, Dad, we’re going out line dancing. And I’m like, oh, come on.

(Speaker 17)
This is ridiculous. He’s line dances to this guy.

(Speaker 11)
She’s like any.

(Speaker 49)
And I met his friends.

(Speaker 10)
And he has a ministry thing where he goes and he basically shares the gospel with people. And I’m like, did he just start this since you started dating?

(Speaker 2)
She’s like, no, I met his friends and stuff. And he this is what he does in his free time. I’m like, he’s going to steal my daughter. I can feel it. But these other guys, I’m like, get out of there, hard pass. So I think your spouse is the most important decision you will make.

(Speaker 2)
And so I would encourage you, three action steps. One, if you aren’t married, go on massive amounts of dates and punt if you do not share the same values and same God, which there’s only one, by the way. But I would just peace out, okay? Don’t be unequally yoked. Second thing, if you are a spouse, you’re married to somebody and you are not doing a good job, which I wasn’t doing for a while, North of a decade, just be aware of that and go, okay, I gotta turn that around. Because you need to be your wife’s cheerleader, your wife’s supporter.

(Speaker 2)
You gotta do that thing. I’m just saying, really, really important to do that. And then third. I think divorce is tough, and I’m not saying that every divorce is bad, but it is tough. So if there’s a way to fix that thing, but again, Napoleon Hill, he interviews all these people who, like, weren’t successful for a long time, and it’s like, what happened? They’re like, my spouse literally was antagonistic towards my dream.

(Speaker 2)
And so I think you just got to be very careful when you make that decision, okay? Amanda, next question. He’s got all Dr. Phil on us. I think it’s great. Well, okay, well, okay, here we go. I won’t do that again.

(Speaker 2)
No, no, no, it’s great, it’s great. How would you increase profit in a doctor’s office if you were the only one doing what you do? Well, one, again, I’m gonna tell you how to do it, but I don’t know if you’re gonna agree with it, and then we’ll end today here, okay?

(Speaker 6)
But I’m gonna tap on everyone’s wisdom one more time. I got one of my clients, and you know, insurance will reimburse for x -rays. Do you know about this? Do you know about this? Do you guys know about this? If you’re a doctor and someone comes in with a cold, and you’re like, well, Stella, I think we need an x -ray.

(Speaker 6)
I’m not saying you should.

(Speaker 2)
I’m just saying they get paid for that. Are we on the same page? Stella, you know about this.

(Speaker 16)
Also, if doctors push vaccines, they get paid.

(Speaker 2)
You know about this? So just be careful as a consumer.

(Speaker 4)
Just know that doctors will often push. So I’m working with a doctor, and they’re trying to push everybody to get an x -ray, often too. You’re like, I have a nasal infection. Yeah, you probably need an x -ray. Probably need to, because they get paid on that thing. So I just want to say, if you’re a medical doctor, if that’s what you’re doing, be careful of the narrative of where they want to steer you.

(Speaker 2)
So second thing, I would come up with a membership model, which again, you could learn a lot through a direct selling model where you say to your patients, Hey, pay $500 a month and I’m always available. And that includes all your medical fees, 500 bucks a month. And then we’re here for you and we’ll do a checkup once a quarter or whatever.

(Speaker 12)
And now you’ve got, so I’ve helped a lot of doctors develop a membership model where they went from a doctor who was kind of struggling with True stories, where we have doctors that have like 500 members paying $500 a month and all of a sudden you got great residual and it’s a great thing.

(Speaker 9)
I want to get your thoughts on this. When you’re building your business, Pam, doctors have a temptation to push something they would not believe in because it’s profitable. Did that temptation ever get presented to you where people are pitching you something that did not work and they wanted you to sell it to your direct selling customers? Oh, we got pitched before. all the time, just people coming in. We were very cautious about it, but we also had vendors that made products for us.

(Speaker 9)
They would bring us products, and we would take a look at them. We’d look at ingredients. We had over a million distributors and customers. That’s a vast network that if you could instantly plug into, it would be very profitable.

(Speaker 2)
So you gotta, again, have these conversations with God every day, because you don’t want to sell your soul for a dollar, okay? Kay, as you’re building your business, I’m sure there’s a million ways to make a million dollars. Why did you choose to do what you’re doing now? Because I know you feel good about it. You feel like what you’re selling helps people. Why did you choose that particular niche?

(Speaker 2)
Because I see how it can scale.

(Speaker 12)
I see that most of the women that I’m working with already have an existing business. And they’re looking for the quickest way to make passive income. They’re like me, they want to be with their kids. And so I found a way that I can help them scale that and do it in a way that sort of is that make money while you sleep effect, those courses that live on an evergreen format. So that’s why. Dr. Stella, again, limited time.

(Speaker 12)
We’re going to go 90 miles an hour, so we end right on time here. But Dr. Stella, why are so many doctors pushing take the shots, take the shots, take the shots, take the shots?

(Speaker 2)
Why is that? I think, first of all, it’s lack of information. And most doctors don’t really process what’s going on right now. Most doctors have grown up in the medical industrial complex, and that’s all they know.

(Speaker 10)
And when you decide to deviate from that, you’re kind of like not normal. So we had to deviate from that. I got to a stage where I decided I cannot sit around and let people die. And that became like a moment for me. And then when I left from there, I started actually getting into naturopathic medicine and realizing that I cannot just treat disease cut and sew and write prescriptions.

(Speaker 17)
I have to get back to building the health of the people and so that’s kind of the space I’m in right now.

(Speaker 16)
But most doctors don’t have that because they are never trained that way.

(Speaker 2)
Steve, 60 seconds here, then we’ll go to Amanda and we’ll wrap it up here. When you sell mortgages, I know that you don’t believe in death -giving mortgages, let me give this idea. There are mortgages, there are mortgage people that will get somebody qualified for a loan that they know they can’t pay back, like they will, there are mortgage people that will go out there and try to get people qualified for the max amount of money and sell them a mortgage that they know they’re never going to pay back or they know they can’t afford. Why do you not do that? I see you all the time. You tell people, look, you could probably qualify for that, but you probably need to buy this level house and not this.

(Speaker 2)
Why do you not try to steer people to the maximum amount of money possible they can borrow?

(Speaker 19)
Two reasons. It doesn’t benefit me if they don’t pay. And you’d be surprised the people that you think are solid, that would always pay, are sometimes the ones that don’t make their first payment.

(Speaker 2)
And I guess the other reason is I want them to come back You know, my business works because people call me and then they refer their friends and family and you put somebody in a bad deal, they’re going to figure it out at some point. So if you, whether that’s a year down the road, six months down, or they default, I want them to call me back. I want them to refer friends and family and their kids and everybody to me. And if I put them in a bad deal or I convince them that they can afford it, I just, it doesn’t benefit me. I want to be here doing mortgages for people. way down the road. Amanda, final question.

(Speaker 2)
On your podcast, I know that you always go back to the Bible, but there’s other people that reach out to you all the time and try to take you over here or over here. Can you talk, what is the outcome that you seek for people to have if they go to Amanda Grace, they go to your YouTube channel, they watch your ministry for the first time? What is the desired outcome that you want people to have if they watch your show? What I want them to do is experience the true power of God and apply it to their life, that they grow in their life, they get in the lane they’re supposed to go, they run the leg of the race they’re supposed to run with the Lord, and they grow from it. If you’re not growing, you stagnate. And we always have to go deeper to go higher.

(Speaker 2)
And with going higher, there’s pressure.

(Speaker 48)
And part of success is learning to handle the pressure and handle it effectively.

(Speaker 2)
So we want to equip people to do that in their walk with Christ, which actually then goes into every other area of their life. Amen to that. Now, real quick, I want to land the plane here real quick. And so we’re going to wrap up today. If you bought VIP tickets, we’re going to have a VIP meal over at my house. So we’re going to walk.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to go walk out here. We’re going to hang a left, and then you’ll know you’re headed the right direction. Because James, are you here? James, you here? James? Hello, James?

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, so James will lead the way. He’s sort of like the Moses of this movement to my house, OK?

(Speaker 28)
So follow James.

(Speaker 2)
He’ll lead the way. Tomorrow, though, we are going to start tomorrow bright and early at 7, OK? Eric will be in the building at 12. So just make sure everybody hears this part. We all have to leave at 12 to go eat We’re gonna have like a leak because they bring in all the dogs and the SWAT team and the whole thing So everyone will have to go out that door and then around because the SWAT team and the Secret Service, they all come in here and they make sure so we don’t have an incident of some kind. OK, so that’s what’s going to happen is so just make sure when we tomorrow for lunch, we’re all going to go out that door and I’ll talk about it probably 50 times because we need to clear the room as they do what they do.

(Speaker 2)
So tomorrow, but please be here right on time. We’re starting at 7 a . m. tomorrow. OK, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th, 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop. Whoa.

(Speaker 23)
Ooh, Santa Claus?

(Speaker 2)
No, we will not be joined by Santa Claus, but we will be joined by Eric Trump, the son of the 45th and now 47th president of these United States.

(Speaker 44)
And yes, Amanda Grace will be in the place.

(Speaker 47)
And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there, so you know it will go well.

(Speaker 46)
Yes, we have Mel Kaye in the house.

(Speaker 45)
Pastor Phil and Tammy Hodson -Pillar will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Indiana. California.

(Speaker 44)
Yes, folks, make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 2)
Make this a December to remember and join us at the two -day interactive business growth workshops. For over 20 years, folks, I’ve been hosting business growth workshops where we’re going to teach you marketing, sales systems, human resources, accounting, social media marketing, branding, sales training, search engine optimization, accounting, workflow development, financial management, all this and more. How do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow . com. Again, how do you get tickets?

(Speaker 2)
Go to thrivetimeshow . com.

(Speaker 43)
I’m Ron Burgundy.

(Speaker 2)
if Promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build. I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages them.

(Speaker 23)
Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint.

(Speaker 2)
I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand? I mean, look at it. And this is the man behind the business for the last decade. pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it. So you’re talking, we’re into nine, going into 10 years of him running it.

(Speaker 2)
And we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s going to be amazing. Now think about this for a second.

(Speaker 27)
Nothing is over until we decide it is.

(Speaker 2)
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? German? Forget it. He’s rolling. And A over now. VIP ticket now we only have limited seating here with there’s a lot of togetherness and closeness camaraderie so again if you want to get tickets for this event all you have to do is go to thrive timeshow .

(Speaker 2)
com go to thrive timeshow . com when you go to thrive timeshow . com you’ll go there you’ll request a ticket boom or if you want to text me if you want a little bit faster service you say i want you to call me right now i just texted my number it’s my cell phone number my personal cell phone number we’ll keep that private between you, between you, me, everybody. We’ll keep that private. And anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody. That’s my private cell phone number.

(Speaker 2)
It’s 918 -851 -0102. 918 -851 -0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. That is not actually bilingual. That’s just saying Juan for a Juan.

(Speaker 2)
It’s not the same thing. I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show workshop? So, Aaron, you can start. been to many of these over the past seven, eight years.

(Speaker 2)
So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, okay? Okay. You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh, yeah.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there like the Trump brand, right? You want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is and make it a a household name. You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something.

(Speaker 2)
This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re going to teach you sales. We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors.

(Speaker 42)
And most people struggle with managing people.

(Speaker 2)
Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are either have great people or you have people who suck. So it could be a challenge. You know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones. And we have a process we teach about how to find great people.

(Speaker 2)
When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable. they’re driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re gonna teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re gonna teach you accounting. We’re gonna teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance. We’re gonna teach you time management.

(Speaker 2)
How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this

(Speaker 2)
two -day interactive business workshop. Now, let me tell you how the format is set up here. And again, folks, this is a two -day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day, it starts at 7 a .

(Speaker 2)
m. , and it goes until 5 p . m. So from 7 a . m. to 5 p .

(Speaker 2)
m. , two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop. The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question -and -answer session. So, Aaron, what kind of great stuff stuff happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops, because here’s what happens.

(Speaker 2)
I’ve been to lots of these things over the years, I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them. And you go in there and they talk in vague generalities. And they’re constantly upselling you for something trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership. And you don’t, you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing. And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is.

(Speaker 2)
And what we do is we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard. And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15 minute break to stretch.

(Speaker 41)
And this is also your opportunity to meet some of the great speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett. You could meet Mel K. You could meet Amanda Grace.

(Speaker 2)
You could meet Dr. Stella Emanuel. You could just grab a coffee. You could find some alone time. You could get lost in the bathroom. You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers. You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers.

(Speaker 2)
You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. Now that’s a good idea. It’s gonna be great and then you’re in the company. That means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed. So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with, and when Inc. Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default, By default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business.

(Speaker 2)
But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double this. No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months. And you say double?

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples you can see. at thrive timeshow . com. But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet.

(Speaker 2)
This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet. Add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization.

(Speaker 39)
You say, Clay, I still, I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more.

(Speaker 40)
Okay, fine.

(Speaker 7)
We’re going to serve you the same meal both days.

(Speaker 4)
True story.

(Speaker 21)
We have, we cater in the food and because I keep it simple. I literally bring in the same food both days for lunch. Who’s with me?

(Speaker 11)
Let’s go!

(Speaker 20)
It’s an incredible Mexican restaurant.

(Speaker 39)
That’s going to happen.

(Speaker 20)
Someone says, I want more.

(Speaker 11)
This is not enough. Give me more. OK. I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here. But we just continue to add more and more success stories. So if you’re out there today and you want to change your life, you want to give yourself an incredible gift, you want a life changing experience, you want to learn how to start again, grow a company?

(Speaker 11)
Go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 20)
com. Go there right now. Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 11)
com. Request a ticket for the two -day interactive event. Again, the event’s going to be on December 4th and 5th in sunny Anaheim, California. Great weather. Make this a December to remember. Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization.

(Speaker 38)
It’s going to be a blasty blast.

(Speaker 3)
There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible. And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like, but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin. I think that’s going to change your life. I promise you this will be 10 times better than that.

(Speaker 3)
It’s like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking. to the two -day interactive Thrive Time Show Workshop in beautiful Anaheim, California. I’m Vince Sazewski, also from Sarasota, Florida. You dragged me here.

(Speaker 30)
Yep, I was here in 2018 and it changed my business and I built another business and now I’m here to do it again with this business.

(Speaker 29)
Yeah, I’m a brand strategist and it’s been really easy to go to a lot of events like this and just leave really in your head like what to do next and already there’s the strategic, step -by -step, real -life implementation that we can do to our business and I’m so grateful to be here.

(Speaker 3)
My name is Erica and it has been amazing here at the conference. I’m learning so much.

(Speaker 10)
Everything is perfect for me. Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him. Character. Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time.

(Speaker 10)
He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother. And she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.

(Speaker 11)
His Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah.

(Speaker 2)
He’s, he’s like, he’s, he’s a machine. He’s a machine. But his, you know, I got, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock.

(Speaker 37)
Yes.

(Speaker 36)
Hundreds of people showing up at 5 a .

(Speaker 2)
m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. And the greatest thing that’ll come out of all of it, aside from winning the presidency of the United States, we’ll get to that in a second.

(Speaker 2)
Was an everlasting friendship between clay and I because I’m telling you there’s not too many people in the world that have this man’s backbone and his Tenaciousness and his perseverance and so buddy. I love you and your general Flynn. Thank you. You guys are incredible You guys are incredible warriors. You guys are incredible incredible warrior. So thank you my friend plate Clark is here somewhere Where’s my buddy clay clay is the greatest I met his goats today.

(Speaker 2)
I met his goats

(Speaker 3)
I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 3)
4 ,000 % from February to February. Now, I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself, and if I cry, forgive me. And the last two and a half days we have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days.

(Speaker 3)
So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. Well you’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal.

(Speaker 3)
Watch what a person does. not what they say. We’re going to move into action mode here. So for anybody out there, if you say, I would like to go to Mar -a -Lago. Now, Jackson, you know, this just in, they raided Mar -a -Lago.

(Speaker 1)
You know about this?

(Speaker 3)
This just in.

(Speaker 2)
And so some people say, you know, that wasn’t cool. I didn’t like that. But you know, so a lot of people out there, we want to kind of stick it to the New York Times. We want Eric to become the number one best selling author in America.

(Speaker 35)
And we also we kind of also want to go to Mar -a -Lago and check it out.

(Speaker 2)
We’ve never been there before. So what we’re going to do is for anybody right now, if you go to Amazon right now and you buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book, Under siege my family’s fight to save our nation. So you go to Amazon right now you buy a copy of the book and you just text a screenshot of your proof of purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. So text my number, 918 -851 -0102. So again, step one, you go here to amazon . com, you buy a copy of the book Under Siege, then you just text a screenshot of your purchase, your proof of purchase.

(Speaker 2)
You text my number, 918 -851 -0102. You have a chance to win a dinner at Mar -a -Lago with Eric Trump and myself, and there’s more. And by the way, Mar -a -Lago right there, just for your viewers, it’s the most exclusive private club in the world. $2 million to get into, just base membership fee. And I promise we’re going to make your night absolutely incredible.

(Speaker 2)
Clay goes, listen, why don’t we do this? Why don’t we put it out to all the amazing Reawaken people? All the people who supported us all around the country, all around at every one of these conferences who adore your family. We’ve got to beat the New York Times. The New York Times is going to do everything they can. Even though we’re number one on Amazon right now, we just hit number one this morning.

(Speaker 35)
New York Times is going to do everything they can to keep you from being number one bestseller.

(Speaker 34)
You know that, I know that.

(Speaker 2)
You know the games that they’re willing to play. But play goes, why don’t we do a couple of things?

(Speaker 3)
First of all, I love having dinner with Clay.

(Speaker 2)
He’s the greatest. Second of all, why don’t we bring one of the amazing people that I guarantee you I’ve been in front of at all these events. Why don’t we bring a couple to dinner at Mar -a -Lago?” And I said, absolutely, consider it done. So I said, they have to text you, Clay. They can’t text me, because we’ll be getting 1 ,000 of these.

(Speaker 2)
But yeah, go buy a book. Text Clay. And we’ll set up a dinner. I’ll make sure you guys have the absolute time of your life. I want to pull this up again one more time here, Jackson. I think sometimes I’m a poor communicator, and I need to work on communicating more effectively.

(Speaker 2)
So you go to Amazon. That’s step one, OK? Yes. You buy a copy of the book, Pop Quiz. What book? Under Siege.

(Speaker 2)
You buy a copy of Under Siege, and then you screenshot a picture of that. And you text my phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. Folks, that is my cell phone number. So we’ll keep that private between you and me and everybody. And then when you text that to me, you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the actual in -person business workshop.

(Speaker 2)
That’s a business growth workshop, December 4th and 5th, featuring Eric Trump at Anaheim, California. And you have a chance to win dinner with Eric Trump and myself at Mar -a -Lago. Now, someone says, when does this contest end? Now, Eric, your birthday was hijacked, OK? So your birthday was hijacked. January 6th is this man’s birthday.

(Speaker 2)
He now has to start a business.

(Speaker 33)
birthday because no one wants to talk about his birthday on January 6th anymore.

(Speaker 2)
So we’re going to run this promotion until November 5th.

(Speaker 3)
That’s my birthday. No, no. So we’re going to run it till October 14th. October 14th. It has to be a presale. This just in.

(Speaker 3)
It has to be between October 14th. That’s why we’re clarifying. So between now and October 14th. Now, folks, let me just clarify this real quick here. So make sure I’m leaving you with some good clarity here. One, you buy a copy of Under Siege on Amazon.

(Speaker 3)
That’s the step one. Step two, you text a screenshot of that purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. Three, you have to do that before October 14th. Before October 14th, this just in, it has to be before October 14th. And you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the upcoming business workshop. You have a chance to have dinner with Eric Trump at Mar -a -Lago.

(Speaker 3)
And I want to tell you some benefits of buying the book. One, I’ve read the book. It’s incredible. If you’re a father out there and you want to learn about mentoring your kids, it’s a great book. If you want to learn about American history, it’s a great book. If you want to make America great again, It is a great book.

(Speaker 3)
It’s a book you gotta have. Now here is just a quick editor’s note. You do not have to buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege to be entered into the drawing. Just text the number. All you have to do is just text the number 918 -851 -0102 and you will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege. and a once -in -a -lifetime opportunity to hang out with Eric Trump and Clay Clark at Mar -a -Lago, and win a backstage pass at the upcoming Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com two -day interactive business workshop. Again, you do not have to buy a copy of the book to be entered into the drawing, but it would be great if you’d buy a copy of the book, because that would make sense. However, that is all, and now back to the interview. Also, Eric, a final question here for you. You are donating a portion of the proceeds to support Charlie Kirk and his continued mission there. Could you tell us about that briefly?

(Speaker 3)
there? And then we’ll let you get back to what you’re doing today, sir. Yeah, well, I was on with Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson was a great friend of Charlie Kirk’s, as you know. And you know Benny.

(Speaker 2)
And Benny’s a very good friend of mine. And Kash Patel is a very good friend of mine and was a very good friend of Charlie’s. You watch everybody that’s up on that stage every single day as they got to the bottom of exactly what happened, and they brought justice to what happened, or are trying to bring justice to what happened. And it’s kind of unthinkable. But you know St. Jude, and I talk a lot about St. Jude in this book, because fighting pediatric cancer has always been a cornerstone of my life. But Charlie truly, truly, truly was the epitome of being under siege, not only in the movement that he helped create, but obviously in how his life was savagely taken.

(Speaker 2)
My book came out three days, two and a half days before Charlie’s assassination.

(Speaker 3)
You better believe he would have been the final chapter of this book as just another illustration of what these people will do at any cost. to try and win, because it’s who they are.

(Speaker 11)
It’s the not -so -tolerant left.

(Speaker 20)
And we can never let our voices be extinguished, Clay. You stood on that stage as well as anybody I’ve ever seen stand on a stage.

(Speaker 11)
You did our Reawaken events all across the country, which you funded out of your back pocket, because you believed in America. You believed in a greater country. And you were on that stage every single day. You know I was on that stage with you every single day. And I was on the Turning Point stage with Charlie all the time. And I was with you.

(Speaker 11)
on stages across the country and three campaigns. I’ve stood on thousands of them.

(Speaker 20)
And honestly, they don’t want us to stand on that stage. That’s why they’re sending bullets from rooftops.

(Speaker 32)
They don’t want us to go out there with a bullhorn and have loud, independent thought.

(Speaker 20)
When they see these beautiful arenas full of kids and they’re cheering, they’re celebrating, they’re holding American flags, they don’t want that.

(Speaker 11)
And so they want to silence us. They want to silence us. voice. That’s why they killed Charlie.

(Speaker 31)
That’s why they tried to kill my father.

(Speaker 8)
That’s why they sent 112 subpoenas to me.

(Speaker 30)
That’s why they wanted me in jail and my father in jail and Don in jail. That’s why they made up the hoaxes.

(Speaker 3)
They wanted to see us destroyed and gone with no voice, with no money, with no company, with no political aspirations, gone. And we can’t allow that to happen. And so we need to make sure that Turning Point continues. We need to make sure incredible patriots like you continue to spread sensical speech, pro -American values, pro -religious, pro -constitutional values. And that’s why I want to donate the funds to Turning Point.

(Speaker 30)
I want to donate a portion of the funds to Turning Point, because we can’t allow anarchy to win, and we can’t allow voices to be deleted, and we need to keep Charlie’s legacy going.

(Speaker 29)
Eric Trump, thank you so much for joining us.

(Speaker 3)
Pastor Jackson, thank you so much for joining us. Absolutely.

(Speaker 10)
Eric, have a great day. We really do appreciate you. Everybody go out there and buy that book, Undersea, just not too early to buy your Christmas gifts. And if you have a Democrat in your family, buy them a copy as well. Eric Trump, take care. Thanks, guys.

(Speaker 10)
See you later. But Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him, character. Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. is doing so much good.

(Speaker 11)
And then I met his mother. And she just says, she just she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so you know, he’s endorsed by his mother. And he’s doing magnificent work.

(Speaker 8)
So it’s great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with. His Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah, he’s he’s like, he’s he’s a machine. He’s a machine.

(Speaker 8)
But his, you know, I could, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. He has hundreds of people showing up at 5 .00 AM in Tulsa, Oklahoma, man. He’s a leader of a leader. He’s fantastic. Yeah, man. No, he is.

(Speaker 8)
Clay Clarke is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs.

(Speaker 28)
I met his chickens. I saw his compound.

(Speaker 8)
He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. Four thousand percent from February to February. Now, I can better that.

(Speaker 8)
OK, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself. And if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blowing up.

(Speaker 8)
Everything’s just blowing up. You’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. I learned at the Academy at King’s Point in New York. Octa non verba.

(Speaker 8)
Watch what a person does. not what they say. I definitely just stared at the walls figuring out how to make my facility look better. this place. This place rocks. It’s invigorating.

(Speaker 8)
The walls are super. It’s just very cool. The atmosphere is cool. The people are nice.

(Speaker 15)
It’s a pretty cool place to be.

(Speaker 8)
Very good learning atmosphere. I literally want to model it and steal everything that’s here at this facility and basically create it just on our business side. Hilarious. I literally laughed so hard that I started having tears yesterday. And we’ve been learning a lot, which, you know, we’ve been sitting here, we’ve been learning a lot, and so the humor definitely helps, it breaks it up. But the content is awesome, off the charts, and it’s very interactive, you can raise your hand, it’s not like you’re just listening to the professor speak, you know?

(Speaker 8)
The wizard teaches, but the wizard interacts and he takes questions, so that’s awesome. If you’re not attending the conference, you’re missing about three quarters to half of your life.

(Speaker 24)
You’re definitely.

(Speaker 27)
.

(Speaker 8)
It’s probably worth a couple thousand dollars. So, you’re missing the thought process of someone that’s already started like nine profitable businesses. So, not only is it a lot of good information but just getting in the thought process of Clay Clark or Dr. Zellner or any of the other coaches.

(Speaker 26)
Getting in their thought process of how they’re starting all these businesses, to me, just that is priceless.

(Speaker 15)
That’s money. Well, we’re definitely not getting upsold here. My wife and I have attended conferences where it was great information, and then they upsold us half the conference. And I don’t want to bang my head into a wall. And she’s banging her head into the chair in front of her.

(Speaker 8)
It’s good information, but we’re like, oh my gosh, I want to strangle you. Shut up and go with the presentation that we paid for. And that’s not here. There’s no upsells or anything. So that’s awesome. I hate that.

(Speaker 15)
It makes me angry.

(Speaker 25)
So glad that’s not happening.

(Speaker 1)
So the cost. of this conference is quite a bit cheaper than Business College. I went to a small private liberal arts college and got a degree in business, and I didn’t learn anything like they’re teaching here. I didn’t learn linear workflows. I learned stuff that I’m not using and I haven’t been using for the last nine years. So what they’re teaching here is actually way better than what I got at business school.

(Speaker 1)
And I went what was actually ranked as a very good business school. I would definitely recommend that people would check out the Thrive 15 conference. The information that you’re going to get is just very, very beneficial. And the mindset that you’re going to get, that you’re going to leave with, is just absolutely worth the price of it. a little bit of money and a few days worth of your time. I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark.

(Speaker 1)
Hey, guys. I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys. We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us.

(Speaker 1)
This is our old house. This is where we used to live a few years ago. This is our old neighborhood. See? So this is my old van and our old school marketing. And this is our old team.

(Speaker 1)
And by team, I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new home with our new neighborhood. This is our new van with our new marketing, and this is our new team. We went from four to 14, and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past, and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts, and actually build a team.

(Speaker 1)
So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from one to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed 13 grand for the whole month. Right now, it’s 2018, the month of October. It’s only the 22nd. We’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month, and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship, and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us.

(Speaker 1)
Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. So we really just want to thank you, Clay, and thank you, Vanessa, for everything you’ve done, everything you’ve helped us with. We love you guys. Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017.

(Speaker 1)
He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. And Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with like running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with Lee Crockrell, head of Disney, with the 40 ,000 cast members.

(Speaker 1)
He’s friends with Mike Lindell. He does Reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours on the day -to -day. He does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers, and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies.

(Speaker 1)
So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies. Every six to eight weeks, he’s doing Reawaken America tours. Every six to eight weeks, he’s also doing conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires, helping them grow their companies. So I’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multimillionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system. critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into organizing everything in their head to building into a franchisable, scalable business.

(Speaker 24)
Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises.

(Speaker 2)
That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, like Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about, where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. And that’s what I like him most about him.

(Speaker 2)
He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best you. And Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that, we became friends. I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time.

(Speaker 2)
We went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal. And they were super excited about working with him. And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run.

(Speaker 2)
And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, he doesn’t, his highest desire was do what’s right and anyways just just just an amazing man so anyways impacted me a lot he’s helped navigate anytime I’ve got nervous or worried about how to run the company or you know navigating competition and and and an economy that’s like I remember we got closed down for three months he helped us navigate on how to stay open how to how to get back open how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months. And you have $350 ,000 of bills you’ve got to pay, and we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that. And of course, we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time.

(Speaker 2)
But He was a great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing. And I encourage you, if you haven’t ever worked with Clay, work with Clay. He’s going to help magnify you. And there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day.

(Speaker 2)
And literally the rest of the time he’s working and he can outwork everybody in the room every single day. And he loves it. So anyways, this is Charles Kolaw with Kolaw Fitness. Thank you, Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So, you guys have a blessed one.

(Speaker 2)
This is Charles Kola. We’ll see you guys.

(Speaker 23)
Bye -bye.

(Speaker 5)
dollars in real estate. So honestly I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes and then I met Clay and my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed. After Doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. We’ve become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay.

(Speaker 5)
So when I came to know Clay, I really thought, man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually in a four month period of time has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month. Just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience. I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay.

(Speaker 5)
So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry. He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry. But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing.

(Speaker 5)
And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because The results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental.

(Speaker 7)
It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic, and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing.

(Speaker 7)
And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800 % increase in our internet leads, going from 10 a month to 180 a month.

(Speaker 7)
That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing. I would skip over else you were thinking about, and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it, because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick, and I am the founder of DSprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

(Speaker 7)
After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide, what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people.

I love the building relationships. But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be. So I reached out to Clay at that time. And he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents, the homes that we represent. Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us.

We launched our brokerage our real estate brokerage eight months ago. And in that time we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions. Three years ago I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today building a business having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge.

It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big big things happen. I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient.

I don’t answer insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it. My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean I went to medical school.

I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63 ,000 embezzlement. I lost multiple employees. Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan.

He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans. He helped me with web development and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business.

I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.
