(Speaker 1)
Case Hunt, welcome onto The Thrive Time Show. How are you, sir?
(Speaker 2)
Hey, thanks, man. I appreciate it. Thank you. Connectservices . com, and I mean, we do just about anything that has to do with your home, from brand new builds to remodeling to anything in between. We’ll even put windows in your house and new glass mirrors, like all of it.
(Speaker 1)
How would you describe the value proposition or maybe the value exchange of what you’re paying us versus the value that we provide?
(Speaker 34)
Oh, gosh.
(Speaker 2)
Well, just the, I mean, for starters, though, the website, the video testimonials, like all of that stuff, you know, has makes our helps our business look legitimate. It gets it’s real easy to take 100 pictures of a job, but getting them out there where everyone can see them is just, you know, people are very impressed with our website. The coaching, like I said, to me is invaluable on a weekly basis. Just getting helping me get where I feel like I have a handle on things and knowing where to invest our time and effort into making our business grow and building our brand. Like I said, we did this for a year before we started using you guys and didn’t have a single internet lead. So that right there, and I think me and Sean were talking about it today, and we got $160 ,000 worth of internet work in the last six months, something like that.
(Speaker 2)
So that’s a pretty good ROI right there. Yeah, it’s so I started out framing houses back in the day. And then I had a nice transition into doing like trim carpentry and cabinets and stuff like that. And it’s honestly, if I had to pick anything, it’s still where my passion is, is doing cabinets and doors and stuff like that. My brother actually had been following you guys for a long time. He’s my business partner.
(Speaker 2)
And, you know, obviously seen all this stuff. Tim Tebow, I was a big Tim Tebow fan. So I was really excited to come to your first meeting and get to meet him. But because I’m from Colorado originally, so you know, I was there when he was playing for the Broncos. So that was that was a big one for me. But my brother was real excited to come see Robert Kiyosaki.
(Speaker 2)
And so he he’s the one that kind of turned us into your direction. How would you describe the growth case that you’re experiencing this year? I would say that it’s definitely if it’s not double it’s close like it is it is just taken off. I mean we’re getting Oh, there are some weeks where I’m doing two or three new customer leads a day. And obviously, there’s some days where it’s not as much. But I mean, we’ve doubled our workforce, we’ve doubled our revenue, or just about, you know, and the amount of new calls and new customers that we’re getting in on a daily basis, as well as good referrals, which I’m a big fan of as well.
(Speaker 2)
But yeah, that’s been my I mean, just a profound takeoff. When we first met with you, I mean, almost exclusively all of our our leads were coming from word of mouth referrals, people my brother knew giving us a chance, you know, things like that. So, yeah, and I was just talking to Sean today, actually, and we were talking about that Google has for that in the double of our revenue, Google or our Internet leads have been responsible for at least half of that. We’ll get our first, you know, someone will look us up online. We’ll go and we’ll do our first. And then, of course, they have a sister or a family member or something that needs something done or they realize that we do more things.
(Speaker 2)
And so one small job turns into three or four bigger jobs for the same person. So. He’s single -handedly coaching me into what I feel like is success. He’s helping me implement all of these things and really pushing me to you know, repeatedly and excessively until I finally get things set up and going down the right path. And then once I get it finally going well, then we move on to the next thing. Sometimes it feels like I’m getting yelled at, you know, not yelled at.
(Speaker 2)
That’s not right. But, you know, getting getting scolded maybe would be a better term, getting getting scolded because I haven’t finished my tasks right. But I mean, I couldn’t do it without him at this point. He’s been great.
(Speaker 1)
It’s been wonderful for me. Well, folks, here at the Thrive Time Show, we really focus on, our entire focus is helping entrepreneurs to achieve their goals. And the thing I love most about it is working with great people and seeing great people achieve their great goals. And so on today’s show, I want to introduce you to an entrepreneur who I consider to be a hardworking individual, a diligent doer, and a man who really is putting his all into growing his business. Case Hunt, welcome on to the Thrive Time Show. How are you, sir?
(Speaker 2)
Hey, thanks, man. I appreciate it. Thank you.
(Speaker 1)
So I gotta ask for you, for anybody out there who wants to look you up, what do you do and what’s your web address so people can pull up your website?
(Speaker 2)
Connectservices . com and I mean we do just about anything that has to do with your home from brand new builds to remodeling to anything in between. We’ll even put windows in your house and new glass mirrors, like all of it.
(Speaker 1)
I’m going to pull up your website real quick here so people can see it. And again, for everybody out there who’s tuning in today, it helps KACE rank higher in Google if everybody visits the website. So it’s connectservices . com. I will put a link to it on the show notes, but it’s K -I -N -E -C -T. So connect, K -I -N -E -C -T.
(Speaker 33)
-E -C -T, services .com.
(Speaker 1)
com. I’m on your website right now. Tell us about all the services that you provide. I know you mentioned kind of a high level what you do, but for people out there that kind of want to dive into it, what’s your bread and butter, or what do you most often get asked to do?
(Speaker 2)
Honestly, the things that we get asked most to do are going to be kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and new floors and paint.
(Speaker 1)
Those are probably our top four. And of those top four, is there any area that you get the most excited about?
(Speaker 2)
Or do you like all of it? I absolutely love kitchen. Yeah, it’s so, um, I started out framing houses, um, uh, back in the day.
(Speaker 1)
And, um, then I had a nice transition into doing like trim carpentry and cabinets and stuff like that. And it’s honestly, if I had to pick anything, it’s still where my passion is, is doing cabinets and doors and stuff like that. In case, how did you first hear about us?
(Speaker 2)
Like, how did you first find the Thrive Time Show business conferences or workshops or coaching? How did you first hear about us? My brother actually had been following you guys for a long time. He’s my business partner. you know, obviously seen all this stuff with Tim Tebow. I was a big Tim Tebow fan, so I was really excited to come to your first meeting and get to meet him.
(Speaker 2)
But because I’m from Colorado originally, so, you know, I was there when he was playing for the Broncos. So that was that was a big one for me. But my brother was real excited to come see Robert Kiyosaki.
(Speaker 1)
And so he he’s the one that kind of turned us into your direction. And as far as, you know, with your business, I always tell people, they, you know, people reach out to me every day and they say, well, what do you charge? And I try to be very transparent, you know, as of the recording of this, we charge $1 ,700 a month. So 1 -7 -0 -0 per month. And then people always say, well, how does the process work? I said, well, we do a free consultation.
(Speaker 20)
So you go up to Thrive Time, show them your website.
(Speaker 1)
com. You schedule a free consultation. And then we talk, and I figure out where you are versus where you want to go. And the goal is to help you get there. And I was looking at our notes, and I literally talk to our team every single morning about every single one of our clients. And I track the results.
(Speaker 1)
And I was talking to Sean, and Sean said, Clay, Case has grown his business. He’s on pace to grow his business, just a little bit short of doubling this year. And I thought, wow, that is profound. Maybe I got that wrong. How would you describe the growth case that you’re experiencing this year? I would say that it’s definitely, if it’s not double, it’s close.
(Speaker 1)
It is just taking off. I mean, we’re getting Oh, there are some weeks where I’m doing two or three new customer leads a day. But yeah, that’s been my I mean, just a profound takeoff. And for anybody out there that isn’t super familiar with your business, what is the designated market area that you work in?
(Speaker 2)
Or what’s the market area, the service area, where you provide services? We operate generally out of Owasso. So that would be our home base. But we pretty much anywhere in the Tulsa area. We try to stay in the Tulsa area. But we’ve also went as far as Bartlesville, Okmulgee, Pryor.
(Speaker 1)
Trying to stay in that 50 -mile radius, I suppose. But yeah, Tulsa would be our primary area. Now, again, I’m just looking at my notes from our initial conversation and kind of contrasting that to now. I believe when we first met, you were not getting leads from the internet, by and large. And now you are. Maybe I’m exaggerating.
(Speaker 2)
or could you maybe talk about the before and after as it relates to internet leads? Yeah, no, that’s correct.
(Speaker 1)
I mean, when we first met with you, I mean, almost exclusively all of our leads were coming from word of mouth, referrals, people my brother knew giving us a chance, you know, things like that. So yeah, and I was just talking to Sean today, actually, and we were talking about that Google has In the double of our revenue, Google, or our internet leads, have been responsible for at least half of that. And when you get an internet lead and you wow a customer, then that turns into more word of mouth. And it’s kind of like this virtuous cycle, right?
(Speaker 2)
I mean, are you starting to get now referrals from the people that found you online? Yes, that’s exactly what’s happening. So we’ll get our first, you know, someone will look us up online, we’ll go and we’ll do our first and then of course, they have a sister or a family member or something that needs something done or they realize that we do more things. And so one small job turns into three or four bigger jobs for the same person.
(Speaker 1)
So yeah. Now, next question I want to get into is hiring people. Many people in the trades, like if you’re a carpenter, you’re a doctor, you’re a dentist, you’re a lawyer, you’re a plumber, you do anything, no matter what you do. I used to have one of America’s largest wedding photography companies. You have to be highly skilled to do that. I used to have one of America’s largest disc jockey entertainment companies, djconnection .
(Speaker 1)
com. Again, the photography company, just people can look it up. It’s called epicphotos . com. I used to have a massive party rental company. We had delivery drivers, and we have to have commercial licenses deliver the products and services.
(Speaker 1)
I have a haircut chain, Elephant in the Room, e -i -t -r -lounge . com.
(Speaker 24)
You have to be a licensed professional to cut hair.
(Speaker 2)
And people tell me, they say, Clay, I can’t find good people.
(Speaker 27)
And I always say, I don’t have that problem because I implement proven system every week where I’m always interviewing candidates via a process that we’ve defined and now scaled and taught to many called the group interview.
(Speaker 1)
Before we started the group interview process, interviews took a ton of time and we had no formal process.
(Speaker 32)
It always took two hours of my day or they wouldn’t show up. I was very skeptical of it.
(Speaker 21)
I didn’t think people would show up to it.
(Speaker 23)
My first thoughts were this can’t possibly work.
(Speaker 31)
I was reluctant at first just because it seemed awkward.
(Speaker 8)
It seemed strange. It was a new idea.
(Speaker 30)
Life before the group interview was chaotic and stressful.
(Speaker 1)
It was crazy wasting 70 percent of my time that I scheduled for interviews.
(Speaker 29)
After the group interview I would say one out of every five I’ve actually hired, and I’ve saved myself a lot of time, a lot of money.
(Speaker 28)
We actually have cut our interviews to a fraction of the time, and we have a formal process that makes us feel confident.
(Speaker 27)
Instead of now scheduling out individual interviews, all I have to do is schedule one time, one day a week that I’m going to do group interviews.
(Speaker 7)
Every week, we consistently have people come to that group interview, but we don’t really worry about it because it’s every week. It takes a lot of stress out of trying to have good workers. In the long run, it saves so much time.
(Speaker 15)
I’ve hired two great employees.
(Speaker 26)
It saves time.
(Speaker 22)
It saves energy.
(Speaker 25)
We’re able to sort through candidates very quickly and easily. With 18 people coming in and only about three of them standing out, I saved all that time and not having to meet 15 other people.
(Speaker 24)
We would have the opportunity to interview 15 people in 45 minutes, which would save myself money and my team hours.
(Speaker 22)
We will have anywhere from 8 to 15 people every week say that they will be there in RSVP and 1 to 3 will show up every week.
(Speaker 23)
Having the group interviews has drastically improved my
(Speaker 2)
My employees are no longer holding me hostage.
(Speaker 22)
We were able to hire to replace. You know, some pressure on the people who are here to realize that, you know, their jobs need to be done well or someone else will be doing them.
(Speaker 7)
They know that, hey, If I don’t perform, there’s someone else ready to step into my place.
(Speaker 1)
You want to continue to have that short list so that you have somebody ready. You need to get on the group interview train immediately. It’s been a game changer for us. I highly recommend using the group interview process. Now, next area here is when you’re running a business, managing your to -do list and your calendar. These are things that are not normal in the human experience.
(Speaker 1)
Most people don’t have a to -do list. Most people don’t have a calendar. Most people don’t run a business. According to the US Debt Clock, you have 340 million Americans out there.
(Speaker 2)
According to usdebtclock . org, there’s 340 million Americans. There’s 340 million Americans right now, and just 9 .1 million of them are self -employed. So most people don’t have a to -do list, they don’t have a calendar, and they’re not self -employed. How has implementing to -do lists and calendars helped or not helped you grow your business?
(Speaker 1)
It’s been instrumental in me being able to make it through my day -to -day operations. As we’ve grown and gotten bigger, my tasks have shifted more from being a manager on site to managing the business as a whole. I couldn’t do it without the to -do lists and having a schedule. Still wished I could follow sometimes better than I do but it’s all on the schedule and it’s all on the to -do list And so I have everything in front of me. It’s not in my head It’s on paper and I still do a hard copy of it so I can Physically check things off as I go, but it’s been great now next question for you You do daily huddles is my understanding in a daily huddle for anybody out there that doesn’t know like in football They do a huddle in between plays when you’re watching Tim Tebow lead the Broncos, one of the things that was so exciting was watching Tim Tebow command a huddle and march the team down the field.
(Speaker 1)
No matter how impossible the odds seemed, no matter how far the Broncos were behind, he somehow could take the Broncos to victory. It was amazing to watch it. As a business owner, you kind of have to do that daily huddle every day and lead your team against big odds to victory. Could you talk about the importance of having that daily huddle? I couldn’t do without it at this point. The daily huddle, I have a couple of them.
(Speaker 1)
I talk with my I don’t want to call her secretary, but secretary.
(Speaker 2)
I talk with her on a daily basis and we go through and we build my schedule for the following day and to -do list.
(Speaker 1)
We make sure the lead sheet’s up to date and all of those things. It helps keep me organized and making sure everyone’s getting billed like they’re supposed to get billed, etc., etc., etc. And then I have a daily huddle with my lead guy, the guy that’s taking over my field operations on a day -to -day basis and seeing how things are going in the field, what needs to change, who needs to move where, and again, getting the schedule built out for the next day. So those two huddles, it would just be unorganized chaos if we didn’t do it. All right, I got three more questions for you. Three final questions.
(Speaker 1)
I want to respect your time here. Let’s get it. Tracking.
(Speaker 2)
Yep. We always tell clients, you measure what you treasure, you slack where you don’t track, you measure what you treasure, you got to measure what you treasure, and you slack where you don’t track. And amidst the busyness and the chaos and the jackassery and the extreme ups and downs of running a company, it can be easy to not track. I know Sean’s been bragging on you guys. You’re diligently implementing the tracking systems. How has implementing the tracking systems impacted and or not impacted your business?
(Speaker 1)
Well, really, I mean, the number one thing I can think of off the top of my head is it helps us show where we’re making money on things and where we’re not, where it’s just not making sense for us to keep doing work or where we need to make adjustments. So yeah, we’re getting a lot of paint jobs, for example, but we’re only making 10 % profit on it. So either we need to raise our price or quit doing it. And that’s a horrible example, but it’s an example nonetheless. So it’s really helping us get those things, you know, so we know where we should be focusing our attention.
(Speaker 1)
Second question for you, question two of three here. Today I was just talking to a wonderful longtime client and he said to me, Clay, who do you recommend for all your legal needs? And I said, well, I recommend Winters King. He goes, I feel like you’ve mentioned that on podcasts. How long have you worked with wintersking . com?
(Speaker 1)
I said, I’ve worked with Mike King and Tom Winters and that team for about 15 years. They started out as clients.
(Speaker 2)
They’re still clients. But I actually have worked with Winters King for almost 15 years now. And the question was, who do you recommend? wow that’s amazing you know and i said he said why do you still work with them i said well i think there’s a there’s a there’s something powerful about having an expert in your life that knows the way and is guiding you down a proven path it eliminates the guesswork It eliminates, I don’t have to worry about trusting them or not. I don’t have to worry about whether they’re on my team or not. There’s a loyalty, there’s a track record, there’s a trust.
(Speaker 2)
How would you describe the benefit of having a weekly meeting with an implementer that’s helping guide you down a proven path for your business or maybe in terms of mind freedom or time freedom or how has that impacted you? Oh man, having that has been It’s been a game changer for me. I mean honest. I was just talking to Sean about that today like he’s He’s single -handedly coaching me into what I feel like is success like it’s you know he’s he’s helping me implement all of these things and and really pushing me to you know repeatedly and and excessively and I finally get things set up and going down the right path.
(Speaker 1)
Once I get it finally going well, then we move on to the next thing. Sometimes it feels like I’m getting yelled at. Not yelled at, that’s not right, but getting scolded maybe would be a better term. Getting scolded because I haven’t finished my tasks right. I couldn’t do it without him at this point. He’s been great.
(Speaker 1)
It’s been wonderful for me. Final question I’d have for you is somebody out there with your company, I can say this without reservation, we’ve looked up your company. We’ve edited and filmed many video testimonials. I see folks behind the curtain at Connect Services. And I can say without reservation, I would recommend your services to anybody out there who’s looking for a service provider they can trust in that home remodeling space. You guys do a phenomenal job.
(Speaker 1)
But someone would say, well, Clay, why wouldn’t you just do the cabinet work yourself? And I’m like, well, OK. A, I’m not skilled in that area.
(Speaker 21)
And B, if I devoted the rest of my lifetime doing that, I don’t know that I would ever be as good as Case and his team.
(Speaker 2)
And so the value proposition is there for me. It makes sense. Why would I pay Connect Services and not do it myself? Because it works. It saves me time. It saves me money.
(Speaker 2)
It saves me headaches. How would you describe the return on investment when you’re paying $1 ,700 a month to coach you down a proven path for anybody out there that’s not familiar with our services and what we do whether it be the conferences or the coaching or the websites and the photography video all the things we do how would you describe the the value proposition or maybe the value exchange of what you’re paying us versus the value that we that we provide oh gosh well just uh i mean uh For starters, the website, the video testimonials, all of that stuff helps our business look legitimate. It’s real easy to take 100 pictures of a job, but getting them out there
(Speaker 1)
where everyone can see them is just, you know, people are very impressed with our website.
(Speaker 2)
The coaching, like I said, to me is invaluable on a weekly basis.
(Speaker 1)
Um, just getting, uh, um, helping me get where I feel like I have a handle on things and knowing where to invest our time and effort into making our business grow and building our brand. Um, Like I said, we did this for a year before we started using you guys and didn’t have a single internet lead. So that right there, and I think me and Sean were talking about it today, and we got $160 ,000 worth of internet work in the last six months, something like that. So that’s a pretty good ROI right there. Well, not that you spend a lot of time in bars or in elevators with people you just met, but if you were sitting at a bar, in an elevator, in a car, somewhere with somebody, and they go, OK, come on, if you were me, Would you hire these guys to grow my business? What would you say to a business owner out there that’s on the fence about scheduling a free 13 -point assessment at Thrivetimeshow .
(Speaker 1)
com? I’d say you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain. Awesome.
(Speaker 2)
And again, folks, I mean it, folks, if you’re out there today and you’re looking for a contractor you can trust to handle your remodeling needs and you’re in Owasso, Oklahoma, check out again, check out Kase Hunt, his team, the website right there.
(Speaker 14)
I’m pulling up on my screen, connectservices .
(Speaker 12)
com.
(Speaker 3)
Kase, I really do appreciate you. Thank you so much for coming on this show to encourage entrepreneurs out there that may feel stuck. And I encourage everybody out there, return the favor, go to connectservices .
(Speaker 6)
com.
(Speaker 3)
It does help Kase’s website rank higher. If you go to that website, check it out, connectservices . com. Kase, have a great day. Thank you so much for your time. Thanks, Clay.
(Speaker 3)
I appreciate you, man. Take care.
(Speaker 6)
Bye -bye. Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him, character.
(Speaker 3)
Yeah, that is it.
(Speaker 7)
smart.
(Speaker 3)
And I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work.
(Speaker 6)
So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.
(Speaker 20)
Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning.
(Speaker 1)
Oh, it’s incredible.
(Speaker 6)
Yeah.
(Speaker 1)
He’s, he’s like, he’s, he’s a machine.
(Speaker 19)
He’s a machine.
(Speaker 1)
But his, you know, I could, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. Yes. Hundreds of people showing up at 5 .00 AM in Tulsa, Oklahoma, man. He’s a leader of a leader. He’s fantastic. Yeah, man.
(Speaker 1)
No, he is. He is. And it’s, so it’s, it’s, um, you know, for, for the folks that aren’t familiar with you and by a few and far between, I first came across you. Gosh, probably 15 years ago, or maybe even 20. Okay, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th, 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop. Ooh, Santa Claus?

And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there, so you know it will go well. Yes, we have Mel K in the house. Pastor Phil and Tammy Hotsenpiller will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Anaheim, California. Yes, folks, make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 1)
I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages them. Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint. I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand? I mean, look at it. And this is the man behind the business for the last pretty much since 2015.
(Speaker 1)
He’s been the man behind it, so you’re talking, we’re into nine, going into 10 years of him running it, and we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s gonna be amazing. Now, think about this for a second. Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? German?
(Speaker 1)
Forget it, he’s rolling. And it ain’t over now! The lineup continues to grow, and this is how we do our tickets here at the Thrive Time Show. If you want to get a VIP ticket, you can absolutely do it. It’s $500 for a VIP ticket. We’ve always done it that way.
(Speaker 1)
Now, if you want to take a general admission ticket, it’s $250, or whatever price you want to pay.
(Speaker 14)
And the reason why I do that, and the reason why we do that, is because we want to make our events affordable for everybody.
(Speaker 1)
I grew up without money. I totally understand what it’s like to be in a tight spot.
(Speaker 15)
So if you want to attend, it’s $250, or whatever price you want to pay. That’s how I do it.
(Speaker 1)
And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket. have limited seating here with there’s a lot of togetherness and closeness camaraderie so again if you want to get tickets for this event all you have to do is go to thrive timeshow . com go to thrive timeshow . com when you go to thrive timeshow . com you’ll go there you’ll request a ticket boom or if you want to text me if you want a little bit faster service you say i want you to call me right now i just texted my number it’s my cell phone number my personal cell phone number we’ll keep that private between you, between you, me, everybody. (Speaker 14)
918 -851 -0102.
(Speaker 1)
I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. That is not actually bilingual. That’s just saying Juan for a Juan. It’s not the same thing. I think you’re attacking me.
(Speaker 1)
Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, okay? Okay.
(Speaker 1)
You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh, yeah. We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there like the Trump brand, right? You want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know me?
(Speaker 1)
my business is and make it a household name? You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something. This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re going to teach you sales.
(Speaker 1)
We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage, how to manage people. Aaron, you, you, I mean, you have managed, no exaggeration, you have managed a lot of people. hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors and most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck.
(Speaker 1)
So it could be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones, and we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re going to teach you accounting. We’re going to teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance.
(Speaker 1)
time management? How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart?
(Speaker 1)
Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two -day interactive business workshop. Now, let me tell you how the format is set up here. And again, folks, this is a two -day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day, it starts at 7 AM, and it goes until 5 PM.
(Speaker 1)
So from 7 AM to 5 PM, two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop. The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes. for a question and answer session. So Aaron, what kind of great stuff happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops because here’s what happens.
(Speaker 1)
I’ve been to lots of these things over the years. I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them and you go in there and they talk in vague generalities and they’re constantly upselling you for something, trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing. or this program or this membership.
(Speaker 13)
And you don’t, you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing.
(Speaker 1)
And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is. And what we do is we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard. And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15 minute break to stretch. And this is also your opportunity to meet some of the great speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett.
(Speaker 1)
You could meet Mel K. You could meet Amanda Grace. You could meet Dr. Stella Emanuel. You could just grab a coffee. You could find some alone time. You could get lost in the bathroom. You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers.
(Speaker 1)
You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers. You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. Now, that’s a good idea. It’s going to be great. And then you’re in the company of hundreds of entrepreneurs. So there’s not a lot of people in America today.
(Speaker 1)
In fact, there’s less than 10 million people today, according to US Debt Clock, that identify as being self -employed. So if you have a country with 350 million people, that means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed. So you only have three out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with. And when Inc Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default. By default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet, the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double this.
(Speaker 1)
No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up.
(Speaker 12)
But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months. And you say, double?
(Speaker 1)
Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples you can see. see it thrivetimeshow . com. But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet.
(Speaker 1)
This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet. Add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization. You say, Clay, I still I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more. OK, fine. We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story.
(Speaker 1)
We have we cater in the food and because I keep it simple. I literally bring him the same food both days for lunch. Who’s with me? Let’s go! Incredible.
(Speaker 11)
A Mexican restaurant.
(Speaker 1)
That’s going to happen.
(Speaker 10)
Someone says, I want more.
(Speaker 1)
This is not enough. I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here.
