Clay, you’re an entrepreneur, I’m an entrepreneur, and as they say in Stoic, the obstacle is the way. And so if you let these pinheads get in your way, you’re in trouble. Octononverba is the motto of the U . S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint, New York. I had appointments with Naval Academy and Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy.

And Merchant Marine Academy’s motto was octononverba. In other words, don’t listen to what a person says. Watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show and thank you for all you do. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects. You know what I mean?

But the theme of today’s show, Dave, is that if you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way. And so Dave, I’m going to lead in here with this video testimonial I want to share.

This is a longtime client of mine who I don’t know that he does great things. but he does small things in a great way. His name is Kevin Thomas, and he’s built a very successful company. This is a company called MultiClean. And Dave, when I first met Kevin, he was talking about how if he could have, if he could have someday, if he could have five employees, he would think that is amazing. Now, today he has over 350 employees.

Listen to Kevin’s story.

Here we go, folks. My name is Kevin Thomas, and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service, and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas, and soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times. We’ve added, I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees. Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place.

I’ve probably been to Oh, in six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences. And amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new.

And I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team about marketing and how to implement. All right. So, Dave, this is a real guy. This is Kevin Thomas. And someone says, I need a woman testimonial. Give me a testimonial from a woman.

Here we go. This is an incredible guy. the name of Margaret. And she said, you know what? The education system isn’t what it should be. And she believes that she can tutor children better than the kind of training and teaching that they’re getting in a typical school setting.

So listen to her story. Well, I’ve had phenomenal growth, Clay. I had no business experience.

I had years in education, and I knew I knew how to teach kids to read, but I’d never started my own business before. Okay, so Dave, I want to just start right there. What do you say to somebody who’s a loyal listener of the His Glory Nation, and they say, you know what? I want to achieve big success, but I’m not a pro athlete. I don’t have an abnormal talent. I’m not really good at painting or singing.

I’m not famous. I’m not a fitness model. I don’t believe that I can do great things, but I don’t know if I can do small things in a great way. What do you say, Dave, to somebody out there that cannot do, by the world standards, great things, and maybe feels like, I don’t even know if I can do small things in a great way.

What do you say to someone who feels stuck? Yeah, you gotta take massive action. Take massive action.

Go to one of your classes there, and they’re gonna learn, as the video said, from A to Z. Nobody does it from A to Z. You might get one idea or two ideas, but to put a business plan together for an organization from A to Z, nobody does it like you do, Clay. Dave, I’ll give you an example. There’s one of our listeners out there, great lady. She called me up. She said, my husband and I, we have sort of a crappy property property. This is her words, kind of a crappy property.

And we have another crappy property property. Basically, her family, when they passed away, they left her some crappy property. She’s appreciative. But she said, just objectively, they’re not that great. And that’s all that I’ve got. I don’t I don’t have a business.

I just have some properties. And I said, well, what if we feed it out? She said, what do you mean theme it out? I said, what if we do all out to a theme? So we made it, I’m not throwing her under the bus and I don’t wanna share her personal information without her permission, but we basically themed it out.

She said, what do you mean theme it out? I said, let’s make an Airbnb and let’s do a VRBO. And let’s do a cabin in the woods and let’s do a theme where it’s next level cabin in the woods. And the whole thing is going to be like, uh, almost like a museum in time where you’re going back to a time, to a period where fifties music was super relevant. She said fifties. I go, Oh, you can choose your own era, sixties, seventies.

I don’t care what the theme is. Choose a theme. So anyway, long story short, she goes, I, I am gonna choose a theme, and I am gonna take these properties that are in the woods, and I’m gonna theme it out, and I’m gonna put it on Airbnb, and I’m gonna rent the thing out. So she calls me up, and she says, Clem, I’m not getting any leads. I said, well, of course you’re not getting any leads. You need to gather objective reviews from people that have actually stayed there.

She says, well, I don’t know people. I said, yeah, you do. Go to your church, offer the people in the church a romantic getaway. You could take your spouse, your family to this cabin in the woods. You could do a retreat, and then ask them if they’ll rent it from you, you could just rent it to him at a discount and just ask him to leave an objective review. Well, long story short, true story, this particular lady now is making more money passively from her multiple rental properties than she’s making at her job.

And it’s just unbelievable to me that here we were a year ago, she had no idea how to take what she had and to make it something special, something of value. Another example, we have a couple that migrated here legally. They migrated to America legally. And they said, Clay, I work for a cleaning company part -time. I’m also a teacher. And I don’t know how to achieve success.

I listen to your show. I plan on coming to the conference to see Eric Trump. If you were us, what would you do?” I said, what you should do is you should start your own cleaning company. She says, what? I said, well, you work for me.

now, don’t take their clients, don’t solicit, don’t violate a non -compete, don’t be shady, but why don’t you open up a cleaning company in a neighboring suburb, someplace that doesn’t compete with the part -time employer you have here, do it in an ethical way. She said, you know what? I’ve never started a company. I said, let’s do it. True story, I’m being real. She’s got 20 clients, doesn’t have 50, doesn’t have 100.

But she’s got 20 clients, paying her $500 a month, and guess what her number one expense is? Labor. And who’s doing all the labor? She is. So she’s paying herself $10 ,000 a month now, cleaning houses, listening to her favorite podcast, her favorite broadcast. There’s somebody out there, you feel stuck, and I don’t want you to feel stuck, and there’s no bad students, there’s just bad teachers.

So if you’re watching this show, Dave, Perhaps you’ve had too much Dayquil or not enough Dayquil if I’m not able to convince you that you have what it takes because there’s no bad students, there’s just bad teachers. Now, step number two, you have to determine that you’re gonna be a doer and not just a hearer. And if you need more motivation, read the book of James. The book of James is all about action, okay? The book, just action, action, action. Action folks the book of acts was all about the acts right the acts that were taken once jesus It’s the jesus’s apostles his apostles.

These guys are filled with the holy spirit and they took Action right we read stories about David and Goliath David took action We read stories about Abraham Abraham left his kinfolk and he followed God’s calling He left his industry of selling idols and making them he took action We read the story we read these stories about Moses Moses took action to free his people Dave I think people I think we’re in a culture where if we’re not careful we think that we are doing something by learning and You know what I’m saying, Dave? There’s a culture out there. We feel like we’ve accomplished something because, man, I watched a 17 -hour masterclass on how to start a business. That’s not starting a business. Just the accumulation of knowledge is not a thing, okay? And I know college will actually give you a degree based upon your ability to memorize things, but I’m talking about taking action.

You have to commit to taking action. Step number two, commit to taking actions. If you’re watching today’s show, you say, what actions should I take? Go to thrivetimeshow . com and request those final 34 tickets. Use promo code HISGLORY.

Dave, what do you say to somebody out there that’s acquiring knowledge? Maybe they graduated from college, but they’re not taking action.

What do you say, Dave? Yeah, you got to take action. If you don’t take that step, you know, Abraham, you mentioned in the Bible, not only did he take action, he did it immediately. He didn’t wait.

And we can’t wait because if you wait, it’s too late. Folks, that rhymes. You should put that on a shirt. If you wait, it’s too late. If you’re watching today, Sean, I mean this sincerely, watching this show is half the battle, and then implementing is the other half. You learn, but then you’ve got to go implement to earn.

You’ve got to learn, but then you’ve got to go out there and implement to earn. We’ll come back after the break. We go to thrivetimeshow .

The experts in accelerating wealth retirement. We’re back with Clay Clark. Now, step number three here, again, step number three, again, what are we talking about? We’re talking about if you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way. So step number three, again, if you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way. I’m talking about how to improve your net worth here, folks.

Step number three, if you want to improve your net worth, you’ve got to change your network. Ooh, that’s tough. Now, let me just give an example. True story. And I’m not saying this to name drop. I’m just saying this because it’s real.

It’s a real story. OK. So last night, an NBA player calls me up. He says, Clay, National Basketball Association player. Hey, could you connect to me to the such and such show? I said, sure.

No problem. How are you? He said, I’m good. This is why I said this is true. I said, how are you? He said, I’m good.

I said, are you still tall? He said, yeah, I’m actually 7 ‘2″, whatever. I said, that’s incredible. OK, just checking. And then he says, are you still not tall? I said, come on, stop harassing me.

We have a little bit of banter. Put the phone down. Okay. Then a friend of mine flies in. This is a true story. I’m not saying this to name drop.

It’s just real. Friend of mine calls me and says, Hey, um, I would like to meet you tonight. I said, but he lives like, you know, we’ll call it five states away and it’s four o ‘clock. I said, so you want to meet tonight? He said, yeah, I’ll fly over. So he flies over in the way that you would drive over.

So he says, I’ll fly over. I’ll meet you at the jinx airport. So he flies over. Shows up in his jet, how you doing? And we talked about his business, he’s been a long time client of mine. And I’m just telling you, like, that is such a departure from how I was raised.

I was not raised. I mean, my dad was working at Quick Trip. God bless his soul. Rest in peace. He was working at Quick Trip. I mean, my father working at Convenience Store.

He had a college degree, doing the very best he could to provide for us, working the night shift. My dad was working at Domino’s, delivering pizzas. And he worked so hard to provide for his family. He really did do the best he possibly could, given what he knew. Hear me out on this, folks. With what he knew, he was doing the very best that he could do, with what he knew.

And so I remember as a 14, 13 -year -old, whatever, I was thinking to myself, I have to escape this rat race. I have got to find a new normal. I have got to adjust the temperature of my life. I have to get to a different place in my life. And so last night, you know, I’m picking up this guy in my super beat up white van. And I mean, this thing is heavily dented.

My buddy gets off the jet. I pick him up in the white van and he’s like, dude, can you believe this is our life? And I go, what do you mean? Like that you’re in my luxurious white van or that you flew in here on a jet? He’s like, all of it. I just can’t believe all of it.

And all I’m saying is I’ve known him for a long time. I’ve seen his ascendancy. to success. This NBA player who I know, I’ve seen his ascendancy to success. I knew it when it was a dream and I watch it happen. And I’m just encouraging everybody out there, you can do it.

The first guy’s an NBA guy, so I guess step one to being an NBA is be born tall. But the other guy, he started a very boring business and built it into a super success. So if you want to change your net worth, change your network, be intentional about being around super successful people. So that’s what I did. I remember I was going to Oral Roberts University, and I won’t mention the guy’s name, but there’s a Tulsa billionaire. And I’m like, I’m gonna meet that guy.

Oh, I’m gonna meet that guy. If I have to homesit for his house, if I have to work for free, if I have to beg to work for him for free, I’m gonna do it. And I did. I became very good friends with him. There’s a guy in Tulsa, Clifton Talbert, who helped to introduce the Stairmaster into the marketplace. The first black man west of the Mississippi to open a bank.

And I thought to myself, I have got to meet that guy. I’ll work for free if I need to. And I did. Carlton Pearson, the number one televangelist in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the time, a phenomenal speaker, a guy who could speak and motivate and captivate an audience of one or a massive crowd. I thought, man, I have got to be taught public speaking from that guy. And I was taught public speaking by that guy.

And you said, how did I do it? How are we going to do it? I just decided I’m not going to be a hearer. I’m going to be a doer. I’m going to change my network. And Dave, I reached out to these people.

And Dave, you do it every day on the His Glory Network.

to bring the great guests that your program provides to your listeners.

Dave, don’t you reach out to someone you don’t know virtually every day? Oh, absolutely. Several people every day.

It’s constant. It’s continuous. Yeah. It’s fun. It’s great. It’s a great time.

You get out of your comfort zone. So come to Tulsa. Come to the workshop. I can’t say how many great people have met each other at our business workshops over the past 20 years. Some of those are longtime partners. were started at our Thrive Time Show workshops.

So change your network, change your net worth. Call to action number four, find a problem you can solve. I wish I could tell you it was more complicated than that, so that way it would seem maybe more appreciated. Wow, this is such a profound thing I learned. But no, Margaret’s telling me she has a problem with the education system, and I’m going, well, you should start a tutoring company. And she’s going, well, I’ve never started a company before.

My English accent gets better the longer I do it. I’ve never started a tutoring company before, never started a business in America before, but I want to teach my kids, teach kids how to read. And she’s a female. So it’s more of like, I wanted to teach the kids how to read. But anyway, and so I’m like, you can do it. I can start a business.

I’m going, you can start a business. I can do, but I don’t even know what to do. And I’m going to teach you. You can teach me. I mean, I can teach you. I can teach you. No, we taught her and she did it.

It’s unbelievable. We did, we taught her and she did it and it’s a real company. And you’re out there watching today’s show. The problem, she said, I don’t know how to start a business, but I said, what do you know about? Come on, what is one thing, what is one problem you can solve? She said, I can teach kids to read.

Okay, folks, we’re taking action here. Step number four, find a problem. Step number five, provide a solution. Man, we could complain, couldn’t we? Well, his glory, you know, I feel like they should feature more of these kind of guests and more of these kind of guests. And, you know, I feel like the menu out back should be expanded.

I feel like that Disney should have faster service. I feel like that movie could have been better. Well, we got to make a solution, right? We got to make a solution, OK? Make a solution. Step number six, sell the solution.

Someone says to me, I don’t know how to sell, man. I can’t generate leads. I don’t know how to market. I don’t know branding. I don’t know sales. I don’t know social media. I don’t know search engine optimization.

I don’t know social media. I don’t know how to sell stuff. I don’t know. how to do it, I don’t know how to do it. Well, what you do is you just go to thrivetimeshow . com, and if you said, I don’t know how to go to thrivetimeshow .

com, whoa, wow, okay, you can text me, my cell phone number, me personally, I’ll give my cell phone number, it’s 918 -851 -0102, and by the way, that’s how I met Margaret, she texts me, 918 -851 -0102, some of you say, I don’t trust filling out online forms. You can text me, 918 -851 -0102. And then the final step we got to do is we got to nail it and scale it. Now, that’s what we talk about, processes. And that’s where Kevin was saying we didn’t have any processes or checklists or systems. workflows, or accounting, will it be cash -based or accrual -based, and forming a limited liability corporation, and maybe a dissolution agreement from your previous business, or how do you create a new employee hire packet, an onboarding packet, an operations manual, how do you create an org chart, all that kind of stuff, that doesn’t matter unless you’re selling something.

And I think, Dave, people get that wrong a lot of times because they go, yeah, I’m going to spend all my time on that stuff. So yesterday I interviewed a lady. She wanted to become a country music star, and arguably she was. I’m going to play it real quick here for you. She wanted to become a country music star, and she arguably became one. And what happened is, is that the career at a certain point, it kind of reached, not a stalemate, but it got to a point where it was like, OK, I need to generate other revenue streams beyond just music.

And so she did. But listen to her story. This is Shay Fisher from yesterday’s show. Here we go.

I don’t care whether you’re a country music star or you’re not, cold calling people that you don’t know and trying to convince them to buy your product, especially one that you’ve invested years of time and thousands and thousands of dollars into. Can you walk us through how you got over the rejection of cold calling your ideal and likely buyers? Well, I had faced lots of rejection in the music industry, so I felt like I was almost numb to that, you know, in the younger days. But I don’t know if it makes it easier or harder already having some type of platform, because obviously, you’re not going to call somebody and be like, hey, do you know me? I’ve had number one songs in Australia.

Like, that’s just, people don’t want to hear that.

So for me, it was just I think if people think you’re genuine and confident, they’re gonna give you a shot. And I can tell you, I’ve spent times in the mirror, sitting in the mirror and practicing my cold calling to the mirror to myself. And knowing my little spiel, I think you can be confident. Now Dave, these are the kinds of things that we talk about at the conferences. You know, how do you get over that rejection? Here she is a country music star in Australia.

She’s had number one hits in Australia. She’s had a lot of success, but she wanted to start a belt buckle company. to sell belt buckles, custom belt buckles. She wanted to start an apparel company to sell clothing to children. You know, she had this vision to do that. And how do you go from the idea to the prototype, to selling it.

And Dave, that’s the kind of stuff we cover at the workshops. And you’ve been to the workshops. You’ve seen it from end to end, from A to Z. Could you maybe talk about that from your perspective? Because you rose to the top of corporate America.

And you’ve been to a lot of conferences. You’ve been to a lot of seminars. How is the Thrive Time Show workshop with Eric Trump and Team America different from maybe what you saw in corporate America? Well, I had the corporate America, blah, blah, blah over just not getting much done.

And then you had the motivational part where I got into AT &T, the Jim Rohn’s and the Zig Ziglar’s of the world. But what you do is combine it with fun, not only the excitement of that, but the knowledge of how to take it from A to B. Z, which I have never seen anybody put it all together like that and put it in a Christ -like centered business with ethics and show people exactly what they need to do. I’m not playing solitaire, but I’m going to pull up examples here, 90 miles an hour. I just want to brag on some of the people that I know that are going to be there. So for everybody out there, they can kind of wet their whistle a little bit here.

Amanda Grace, you know, she has an animal sanctuary. She’s going to talk about that. How do you run an animal sanctuary? Andrew Sorcini, he’ll be there. He’ll be talking about precious metals and how we got started in that business. Randy Antrigan will be teaching about how he built Perfect My Home Outdoor Living.

Josh Spurl, our Canadian accountant, went from a small startup to a massively successful accounting firm. Kevin Thomas will start about becoming the janitorial custodial king. Greg Parks will talk about how he built a remodeling empire. Mel Kay will be there. Dr. Stella Emanuel, how she went from being a doctor to owning her own medical practice. Julie Green will be on the scene.

What’s it like to start? How do you start a ministry? How do you deal with that? How do you start your own podcast and broadcast? Bronson Schubert will talk about how he built one of America’s largest insurance agencies. What?

Yeah, it turns out there’s a lot of other insurance agencies competing with. So if you have a business or you want to have one, doctors, dentists, lawyers, no matter what it is, pool cleaning companies, go to Thrivetimeshow . com. Thrivetimeshow . com.

I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life.

is marketing. 4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.

I don’t think you know this.

I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up. Everything’s just blown up.

Well you’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York. Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does.

not what they say. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what?

I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJConnection . com and I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to millionaires and people that I kind of knew through church and friendships and people that, parents of my friends. And I said, what book would you recommend that I read? I’m a 15 year old asking this question, true story.

And I kept being told you got to read. Hello, hello, hello, Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Radio Show. It’s an exciting time. Also, I think a treacherous time, a spooky time also. But it’s always, you know, danger is a good time. Today, my guest is Clay Clark.

And I went out with Tom Wheelwright to visit Clay with Eric Trump also. And the reason I want to talk to Clay this morning is a very important subject called study. And the reason I say that is things are changing so fast and many people are completely missing the show. You know, things are changing at rapid, rapid, rapid speed. Technology is changing. So I went to the

with Tom Wheelwright and Eric Trump. And the thing I was so impressed about Clay is this word called study. I don’t know, you guys must be in your water or something, Clay, but boy, I was so, so impressed how big you guys are. But what really impressed me was you have this huge congregation. They’re all about guys your age. They’re on fire.

and you start your classes at five in the morning. Now let me talk to you about study here. We show our books here. This is how I study. You know, this is the creature from Jack O ‘Lantern. It’s on the Fed.

And Clay’s doing the same thing. We study. So I go out to Clay’s place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s built this huge compound out there. And you guys start at five o ‘clock in the morning. That’s not by Zoom.

They drive there. They show up five o ‘clock, bright -haired, bushy -tailed, and all this, and they’re on fire. Your group is on fire. So that’s what was unclear. This technology, you tell your group. I was so, so impressed because, like I said, study has become a bad word.

I got into fights in my own company because our staff didn’t want to study anymore.

And I just, I don’t know how they can not do that.

So Clay, anyway, welcome to the Rich Dad Radio Show.

That’s what I wanna talk to you about, is how do you do it? Five o ‘clock in the morning, you have hundreds of people showing up in your huge, huge, huge auditorium on your property to study. Anyway, welcome to the show, Clay, and what turns you on so much?

That’s what I wanna know. Give us a little bit about your background. Karime Schofield, and the name of our company is Whistle While You Clean.

I am Sophia Schofield. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio. and we service the tri -state. So Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana. We were getting a phone call, and we were like, why is someone calling our business line? That’s unusual.

And we picked it up, and it was a lead. I mean, it’s been incredible, Clay. We’ve gone from zero to 100 % growth. We’re a full -functioning company. It’s great. We’re blown away at how well we’re doing.

So working with you guys, you guys have really taught us a lot about generating leads and pursuing our dream 100. So we have a list of customers that we want to market to. And so we’ve been making phone calls, we’ve been showing up in person. We’re trying to get near the businesses that they would visit if they were visiting like a hair salon or something. And then we start calling them and we just start pursuing them. And then the other thing that we do is when we do do cleans, we take a lot of video testimonials and we post those to our website so other customers can see.

And then we also upload a lot of images of the things that we do. And so We’re also asking our clients for Google reviews after we’ve cleaned their houses. And so it’s this constant cycle of doing those things over and over and over again. I would say if you’re on the fence, go to one of Clay’s conferences. They are hilarious. They’re fun.

They’re educational. They’re so good that even my teenagers like them. And I would say don’t let fear hold you back. If you want to start a business, do the obvious thing and hire someone who knows how to run businesses. If I wanted to get in shape, I’d hire a gym person, you know, a personal trainer. This is like the personal training for business.

It has been absolutely amazing. I mean, our coach is encouraging. When he first met with us, he said, Do we want him to be like a drill sergeant with us? You know, what level of intensity do we want him to give us? And I will say he is incredibly, incredibly encouraging all the time. And he just hits the same mark with us every single time.

It’s very repetitive, but I feel like I think we both really learn a lot every time we sit down and have a conversation with him over the phone. It’s it’s he keeps pushing us to go further and he can recognize when we’re afraid to do something and he’ll give us a little bit of grace.

But that next week, he’s drilling us again, like pushing us to go harder. Our no brainer offer is we are offering your first clean for a dollar.

And that sounds absolutely insane. It even sounded insane when I was talking over it with our business coach. And I would tell you that that has generated some of our hugest clients. I mean, that has been like a game changer because it opened up the door to more clients, more recommendations, more leads.

And we were surprised how far that Dollar Clean got us.

How important has it been for you to work out that scripting even though you offer a dollar for the first clean?

How important has it been for you to nail that down? It’s been really important, because it kind of, it hones in, so that you’re not just all over the place when you’re trying to explain what it is that you do.

And a lot of times, it’s like you’re a good person offering a good product, and you have integrity, and you want to communicate that.

But when you go to communicate without a script or without practice, it’s just like, a mess coming out of your mouth as opposed to having this, you know, honed in practice where you know what you’re going to say.

you know how you’re going to say it, and you can almost expect better results when you do it that way. Had you ever been an entrepreneur before starting this particular business? No, never.

Did you ever think about wanting to own your own business someday?

Or what was the first time you thought, you know, maybe I would like to open my own business? Absolutely.

I’ve probably been dreaming about it for about 10 years. Okay.

And let me go to your daughter here.

Uh, had you ever thought about wanting to team up and open your own business or was that something that you were maybe excited about or not? Not so much? Well, for me, my parents would always listen to your podcast and business podcast. And as I started listening to them, I started realizing that I wanted to own a business. www . whistlewhileyouclean .

com. Honestly, the hardest thing was getting over the fear. It was the fear of the unknown. It was there was like a cloud of doubt that, you know, you can’t do this. You’re going to fail. There was a few sleepless nights there when we did pull the trigger and join your team and start the coaching process.

Even my husband put a little bit of pressure on me from time to time because it just it was just absolutely scary to take that jump and actually start a business.
