When I grew up, I was always playing sports, and I always had a coach. I was a quarterback, so I had a quarterback coach, I had an offensive coach, defensive guys had their own coaches. I mean, I had a list of coaches, right? But man, I just went back and I thought about that, and I said, man, I can’t do this unless I have somebody coaching me along the way. Somebody that’s been there, done that, knows it. Window Ninjas, we’re seven years in now, and people are always amazed that we did it really fast.

And speed is important, especially as you get older. Everybody’s over 50 years old now. But it’s not really hard to get to point A and point B quickly if you just follow the map. I mean, if I want to go from here to California, hey man, it’s cool. I just got to get on one road. But if I zigzag on to 15 other rows, man, it’s going to take me forever.

But yeah, man, I mean, I was very tenacious. I was focused. And when I put my teeth into something, I mean, I just devour it until it’s done. On today’s show, we’re talking about why success is easy to achieve if you follow a proven map. Yes. In fact, to quote today’s guest and client success story, Gabe Salinas of Window Ninjas, he said, it’s easy if you follow the map.

It’s just that simple. I couldn’t do this unless I had someone coaching me along the way. We have more than doubled our size. Now, that was recorded many years ago. So to update that now, they’ve now increased by 11x in size. Think about that for a second.

A man by the name of Gabe Salinas, his company’s windowninjas . com, look it up, windowninjas . com, he had exited a previous franchise relationship where his business was stuck. And it occurred to him, I want to be unstuck. ” And thus he reached out to us at Thrivetimeshow . com.

He scheduled a free consultation. That was probably, what, six years ago, seven years ago? And now his company has grown by 11 times. And if you’re out there today and your business is stuck, I want to encourage you that now is the time to get unstuck. And I have a few examples I’d like to share with you today.

So one would be this. If you and I are driving from, let’s say, Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I’m broadcasting from, to Houston, Texas, it would make zero sense to travel from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Houston, Texas, without a map or without a GPS system. It would make no sense to try to navigate from Tulsa to Houston via trial and error. It would make no sense. I mean, there would be no purpose to doing that. It would be, in fact, jackassery to do so.

However, for whatever reason, when it comes to business, people want to move forward with trial and error as their number one form of coaching or training. They want to move forward with learning from their mistakes. That doesn’t make any sense. So if you’re out there today and your business is stuck, why would you not follow a proven system? Why would you work via guesswork? Another example would be, again, another example, if you’re out there today and you want to make a cookie, you want to make a cookie, you’re watching today’s show, you’re listening to today’s show and you say, self, I want to make cookies.

There’s this thing that’s just in called recipes. And it would make a lot of sense to use a proven recipe to create the kind of cookies that you want to make. I mean, if you want to make some delicious sugar cookies, it would make sense to follow a proven recipe. However, I’m sure there’s somebody out there that you say, I’m not going to use a recipe. I’m just going to see what things I could put into this bowl and stir it up, throw it in the oven, and see what happens. That doesn’t make any sense.

There’s a proven recipe out there. Yet, for some reason, when it comes to business, some people want to move forward via guesswork, via trial and error. It just does not make any sense. Another example, if you’re going to build a house, if you’re going to build a house, yes, you are going to build a house. You would probably want to follow a blueprint or some sort of proven method, methodology, in which you would be using a proven system, proven architectural plans or renderings, so that when you build the house, the house doesn’t fall down.

The house doesn’t collapse. The house isn’t constructed in a way that doesn’t make any sense. However, there are certain people out there, when it comes to growing a successful company, they insist upon moving via trial and error. Now, today’s guest decided, hey, I don’t want to move forward via trial and error. I want to grow a successful company during my lifetime. I don’t want to go through 20 years of going the wrong way.

In fact, I’m going to try to get there quickly. ” And so we helped Gabe Salinas grow his company by 11 times. Now, I want to read to you a notable quotable from Napoleon Hill. You say, Who’s Napoleon Hill? Napoleon Hill is the best -selling author of Think and Grow Rich. The number one self -help book of all time.

This book made such a profound impact on my life that I actually named my son Aubrey Napoleon Hill after the writings of Napoleon Hill. Now, if Napoleon Hill ever teaches or taught anything that goes against the Bible, go with the Bible. The Bible is my number one self -help book. The Bible, I believe it to be the irrefutable word of God. However, Napoleon Hill had some incredible wisdom in his book, Think and Grow Rich, and his other books. So let’s get into this for a second.

Napoleon Hill, and I’m quoting here, he says, the successful leader must plan his work and work his plan. A leader who moves by guesswork and without practical, definite plans is comparable to a ship without a rudder. Sooner or later, he will land on the rocks. One of the penalties of leadership is the necessity of willingness upon the part of the leader to do more than he requires of his followers. Efficient leadership calls for ability to organize and to master details.

No genuine leader is ever too busy to do anything which may be required of him in his capacity as a leader. When a man, whether he is a leader or follower, admits that he’s too busy to change his plans or to give attention to any emergency, he admits inefficiency. The successful leader must be the master of all details connected with his position. That’s Napoleon Hill. Now, I’m going to read that again. And I really want the words to sink into your brain.

And as you’re listening to it, I’m not trying to give you some sort of hypnotic business coaching, but I am trying to make sure that the words I’m saying to you sink in, because it’s powerful. When you really sit down and you take the time to analyze the words that I am speaking, the words written by Napoleon Hill, and think about how these words apply to your life and to the achievement of your goals. So here we go. The successful leader must plan his work and work his plan. A leader who moves by guesswork without practical definite plans is comparable to a ship without a rudder. Sooner or later, he’ll land on the rocks.

One of the penalties of leadership is the necessity of willingness upon the part of the leader to do more than he requires of his followers. Efficient leadership calls for ability to organize and to master details. No genuine leader is ever too busy to do anything which may be required of him in his capacity as the leader. When a man, whether he is a leader or follower, admits that he is too busy to change his plans or to give attention to any emergent situation, he admits inefficiency. The successful leader must be the master of all details connected with his position.

So if you’re listening to today’s show and you own a business, You, as a successful leader, must be the master of all the details connected with your position. You must take ownership of the direction in which your company is heading. And so today, because it is a day, this is today, the day of this recording, I woke up at 3 in the morning. Why do I wake up at 3 in the morning? Now, by the way, if you’re listening to today’s show, you don’t have to wake up at 3 in the morning. You can wake up at 6 in the morning.

You can wake up at 7 in the morning. But the reason why I wake up at 3 in the morning every day is because I plan my day. I plan my day and then I work my plan. I never ever wake up in a reactive mindset where I don’t have a very detailed plan made for my day. Now we happen to be in a season of my life where my son is graduating from high school. My daughter is working on a political campaign.

One of my daughters is involved in track. My other daughters are involved in cheerleading. There’s a lot of things, a lot of activities going on, but yet I still have to plan my day. I’m in a season where I’m renovating a ranch, renovating a lake house, but yet I still Have to work my plan. I’m in a part of my life a season in my life where i’m finishing Some of you some of the long -time listeners know this some of them don’t but I write songs a lot And I write books a lot. So I happen to be in a season of my life where i’m finishing Writing a couple books right now, and that’ll be book.

I think number 43 and 44 that i’ve written So i’m finishing writing um two books right now, and i’m also finishing writing six songs Why am I sharing this with you? Because no matter how busy I am or how busy life is or how busy I choose to make my life I have to organize my day. I have to do it if you and I do not organize our day day every single day, every day will be complete jackassery. It will be complete dysfunction, and it will be our fault. Now, to quote Brian Tracy, Brian Tracy, the bestselling author, Brian Tracy, the international bestselling author and sales coach, Brian Tracy, the kind of a philosopher of business, the sales trainer, Brian Tracy.

Brian Tracy says, No one lives long enough to learn everything they need to learn starting from scratch. To be successful, we absolutely, positively have to find people who have already paid the price to learn the things that we need to learn to achieve our goals. Again, he says, no one lives long enough to learn everything they need to learn starting from scratch. To be successful, we absolutely positively have to find people who have already paid the price to learn the things that we need to learn to achieve our goals. This is why if you own a business, you want to mystery shop the competition. This is why when you own a business, you want to call your competition or have someone else call your competition.

And you want to figure out what it is that they are doing that works and what it is that your competition is doing that doesn’t work. That’s why you do mystery shopping. Anyway, you look for best practice systems. You want to look for proven processes and systems that have already been proven to work so you can remove the trial and error aspect of running a company. Proverbs 11 verse 14. Proverbs 11 verse 14.

Now, somebody might say, well, who wrote Proverbs? Someone says, well, I’ve heard about Proverbs, but who actually took the time to write Proverbs? Proverbs was a book written by King Solomon. This is a man who just a full disclosure King Solomon, there’s a lot of wisdom to be you know gained from King Solomon However, this is a man who allegedly had 700 wives and 300 concubines So take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, but Proverbs 11 says from the Bible where there is no counsel is as good is, the people fall. But in the multitude of counselors, there is safety.

Let me repeat that. Where no counsel is, the people fall. But in the multitude of counselors, there is safety. What am I saying? What I’m saying is we need to seek out wisdom from people that already know the proven plan. And then we need to implement the proven plan.

We need to find the proven recipe and implement it. We need to find the proven directions to get us from point A to point B, aka the global positioning system, the GPS, the map. We need to follow a proven system. We need to find the proven blueprint needed to build our dream house, and we need to follow it. And if we do that, we will have success. But if we insist upon moving via guesswork, we are going to experience a lot of pain, a lot of pain.

And personally, I would rather be a pirate than a pioneer. I’d rather follow a proven system, knowing that it will work, as opposed to moving via guesswork. That being said, now we’ll move into our client success story. We have two client success stories on today’s show. One is a guy who grew his company. We helped him grow his company.

We still work with him. He’s a window cleaning company called windowninjas . com. We’ve helped him grow by 11x. And the second success story is a woman that has a transportation company. She moves guests from point A to point B for weddings and other special events.

And we’ve already helped her to grow her company by 20%. So without any further ado, back into the case studies. And we like to end every segment of the show, if I can, with a boom. Because boom stands for big, overwhelming, optimistic momentum. And that’s what success requires, is big, overwhelming, optimistic momentum. So here we go.

3, 2, 1, boom. How many locations do you have right now? Do you have 11 locations? Is that right? Oh, we’re at 10 right now. Two more.

I’ve got a couple of franchisees in the mix right now that I’m hoping can get signed up in the next few weeks. But yeah, we’re at 10 right now. So now you got 10 locations. Can you maybe share the listeners out there why you reached out for some some coaching and why was important to you to systemize everything before franchising? Yeah.

I mean, two things. That’s a great question too, Clay. So me and my older son, we just kind of were talking and we were like, man, I just feel like our hair is always on fire. Every single morning we just wake up and our hair is on fire. One of our franchisees, who I’ve known for a long time, he’s a franchisee of ours in Nashville now. He had reached out to me and said, hey, Gabe, I’ve been listening to this podcast.

You need to check it out. You need to listen to Clay. And man, he reminds me a lot of you and a lot of the stuff that you talk about. He talks about and actually shows you how to actually achieve these things. And so I listened to your podcast quite a few times. And then I was like, man, this guy’s speaking my language.

Patrick is 100 % correct. And so, um, and me and Reese knew that we needed to do something because one, we were stuck to, we were tired of having our hair on fire every single morning. And so we said, there’s got to be a better way. And we’ve got to figure out how to scale this thing so that we are just getting out of this little, this one portion of revenue that we were in. Um, and so we did, and it’s been a great thing. And man, I tell you, I think about it all the time, man.

It’s like, I remember the first time we talked, um, And then I remember the first coach that we had, and then I remember them just saying, hey, we’re going to do this, we’re going to do this, we’re going to do this, this, this, and this. And I was like, dang, okay. I wanted to say no so bad, but I was like, I got to say yes. I just got to embrace it. I’m going to let them do their professional thing. And then I got locked in my office and I was writing out systems and stuff, how to write.

I mean, you guys had me writing everything out and it was great because that’s what I needed and that’s what we needed to get over the hump and get to the next level so that now we can franchise out. I think that, and maybe I’m putting words in your mouth, so please feel free to correct me, but I think that we actually you actually developed traction much faster than most people because you had such a hunger to do it. And I think we got from where you were to where you wanted to be much quicker than most people. I mean, I work with 160 brands and I’ve been doing this for 20 years. So when I think about my portfolio of clients, I go, wow, Gabe Salinas is kind of in the top 5 % of the class.

Could you talk about your experience? I feel like for me, you guys really went from where you were to where you wanted to be pretty quickly. Yeah, I mean, we, I mean, Window Ninjas, we’re seven years in now, and people are always amazed that we did it really fast. And speed is, speed is important, especially as you get older, like we get, you know, everybody’s over, I’m 50 years old now, but it doesn’t, it’s not really hard to get to point A and point B quickly if you just follow the map. I mean, if I want to go from here to California, hey man, it’s cool, I just got to get on one road. But if I zigzag on to 15 other rows, man, it’s gonna take me forever.

But yeah, man, I mean, I was very tenacious. I was focused, and when I put my teeth into something, I mean, I just devour it until it’s done. And I’m not saying we’re done, because I have noticed that, you know, once we got, it seemed like everything done, then it was like, all right, cool, now we’re gonna franchise. Okay, now that’s a whole nother ballgame, and we’ve gotten that, you know, And every now and again, I’ll come across some stuff and I’m like, dang, I missed that. Or that’s something new that came up. But when I can talk to Andrew, my coach every week, I can bring that to him.

And then he’s like, okay, cool. I’m glad you brought that up. Let’s fix it. We’ll do this. We’ll do that. I need you to do this.

I’m gonna take care of this on this side. And bam, it’s done. But it’s action items, man. You just gotta do the work every single day. Remember what I was just talking about? Production and service.

Andrew says, hey, buddy, I need you to serve me this week, man. I need you to do ABC. And I’m like, I got your brother. ABC is done, man. It’s like, you’re not going to tell me I just let you down because I’m not going to do it. I’m not wanting to put words in your mouth again.

I’m just wanting to quote you for anybody watching today’s show and making sure we’re getting something out of this. You said, and I’m reading my notes here to the right. It’s easy to get from where you are to where you want to be. If you follow the map. It’s that simple. It’s just that simple, man.

Everybody makes it hard, Clay. I don’t know why. I just don’t get it. I mean, everybody makes it hard. OK, so I want to get your thoughts here, Anthony. What are your thoughts, or what’s your follow -up question there for Gabe?

The follow -up question is, for the people who are saying, wow, Gabe, I just can’t follow the systems. I just want to live that free lifestyle, and I’m going to get to where I’m going without the path. What would you say to them to encourage them to just get Start small with systems and how it has helped you. Well, the first thing I would say, I’d give him a little tough love and I’d say, you’re full of garbage crap. Stop lying to yourself. Never tell yourself you can’t do anything.

I’m a firm believer that you can do anything that you put your mind to. Can’t should not be in anybody’s vocabulary. And then the second thing I would say is, hey, you can do it. You got to put the time in. You got to put the work in. And if you really want that dream bad enough, if you want that goal, If that’s the number one thing on your list, man, I want this thing, then you’ve got to put the work in and you’ve got to sit down, tell yourself you can do it, figure out the time and energy that it’s going to take to get that task completed and done and marked off as you’re off your goal list and just sit down and get it done and go find somebody that’s an expert in your field or in their field something that maybe you don’t know anything about and reach out to them and let them help you you can’t you can’t do every i’m not an expert at everything but i was smart enough fortunately when i grew up i was always playing sports and i always

had a coach. I was a quarterback, so I had a quarterback coach, I had an offensive coach, defensive guys had their own coaches. I mean, I had a list of coaches, right? But man, I just went back and I thought about that, and I said, man, I can’t do this unless I have somebody coaching me along the way, somebody that’s been there, done that, knows it. And the one thing I don’t need to do is ever say can’t, because if I put my mind to it, I can do it, and I just gotta do it, and that’s why I do it. This is powerful stuff.

We’re moving on to step four. When you go to windowninjas . com, folks, you are entering into an opportunity to really achieve financial freedom. Now, step number four, I want to be very clear, this is so important. Everybody write this down. Anthony, you know that I paid a guy, this is true story, I’ve never shared this with Gabe.

I have not shared this with Gabe. I’ve shared this at conferences before. You know I paid a guy $25 ,000 for this tip I’m giving you right now? I do not know that. Okay, so there’s a guy by the name of Michael Levine. I’m going to pull him up here.

Michael Levine. Okay, now Michael Levine. I’m going to pull up on the screen here. Give me one second, folks. I’m pulling it up here. Here we go.

I’m not playing solitaire. No, I’m not. I’m pulling up Michael Levine on the screen here. So Michael Levine was the PR consultant of choice for Michael Jackson, for Prince, for barbara streisand for george carland for i mean just insert the name of big you know joan rivers i mean come on we can sit there uh what michael j fox were you serious david bowie i mean this is like the world’s number one pr guy okay this guy you know a rodney dangerfield what am i saying am i just listing celebrities no these are his actual clients. This is a guy who’s the author of 19 books. I call the guy.

I’m going to mangle the story, but the story goes like this. I wanted to pick his brain. He said, no. I said, I’d like to learn from you. He said, no. I said, well, what does that cost if I want to?

He said, $25 ,000. You got three hours. Let’s go. So I go out to California. I got three hours, $25 ,000 for three hours. True story.

And I’m sitting down with this guy and $25 ,000 for three hours. hours, and he says to me, you have to document your successes and your systems. Now again, full context, I reached out to the guy after having built America’s most successful entertainment company. So I had systems, okay? So when you go to djconnection . com, I sold that thing in 2007, but I had systems.

I had systems. Oh, I had systems. And we were doing 4 ,000 weddings a year, okay? And I sold that company. And he says, Clay Clark, you need to document your success and your systems. And I said, I am.

He says, you are? And he’s kind of a theatrical fun guy. And I said, I am. ” He says, no, you’re not. And I said, I am. He goes, really?

So when I go to your website, do I see thousands of success stories? Because I’ve read about you and I know that you’ve helped thousands of clients, but are they documented? Do you have video testimonials? Do you have them? I, as a consumer, do not believe you. In fact, you should never say something you can’t prove.

So even if what you’re saying is true, you should not say it. Even if you’re saying the truth, no one will believe you unless it is documented, because you, my friend, must document your success and your systems. And I’m thinking there, I’m thinking, I’m going, well, how do I do that? And he says, it’s called a video camera. You’re going to film the video testimonials of real clients that you’ve really helped and that’s how you’re gonna and I’m thinking there’s got to be more but it’s so Powerful. It is so powerful to have real success stories from real clients and real objective Google reviews from real clients in real before and afters.

And I’m going to show everybody three examples, and I’m going to brag on Gable here. This is so powerful, OK? So first example, one of my clients, great client, Cavell Fit, wonderful guy. He has a training company. He’s based in Idaho, longtime client of mine, Cavell Fit. Let’s see if I can pull it up, Cavell Fit.

And this guy has been doing personal training forever, but he has over a thousand objective Google reviews. And even better yet, he has so many before and after photos from real people that have lost real amounts of weight. And something incredible happens when you see real people posting their real before and after photos after they’ve really lost real weight. There’s something significant and powerful that happens when you have real success stories with real men and real women who’ve lost real weight. And they say, not only could it happen, but it did happen. It’s so powerful.

How many people out there, think about it folks, if you’re watching today’s show, would you pay a personal trainer thousands of dollars a month if you didn’t know if it worked? No, you would not. So you need video testimonials. Great job, Brett Denton. Another example, longtime client of mine, Dr. Whitlock, cosmetic surgeon. This guy has thousands of reviews.

You type in Whitlock, okay, the first client was in Idaho. This guy is in Tulsa, Oklahoma. How many of you would schedule a procedure to have a glass, say you have glass or a scar, you got in a car accident, so glass caused a scarring on your face. How many of you would just pay the first guy you met to remove the glass from your face? No, you wouldn’t. You would want to read reviews and see video testimonials.

The toughest testimonials to gather, by the way, are testimonials for a cosmetic surgeon. Why? Hello. I mean, I’m just telling it’s a tough one, but this guy has so many video testimonials. People say, why would it be tough to get video testimonials from women who’ve had cosmetic surgery done? Hello.

So it’s nothing’s tougher than this guy, than this, than getting, but again, if you’re watching today’s show, and you care about your family, you care about your business, you care about your success, document your success and your systems. Now we’re going to go here to Oxifresh, then we’re going back to Gabe. Oxifresh . com. We are now the world’s highest rated service company of every company in the whole world.

We have 315 ,000 objective reviews. We have helped them to now achieve 500 locations. They have over 500 locations and you say, what? Yes. And could we get more? Yes, we get more every day.

And so if you’re out there today and you don’t hate yourself, okay, you have to document your success and your systems. Now we go to window ninjas . com. You guys are the hot sauce in the window cleaning industry. When people look you up, they find a lot of success stories. They find happy clients everywhere.

People do a Google search for windowninjas . com. Nobody’s perfect, but you guys have so many objective reviews from real customers. But again, we can always get more. Can we get more? Yes, we can always get more.

Gabe, I want to ask you, what kind of impact has it made to gather objective reviews from real customers? Man, it’s a game changer. I mean, it really is. People want to know, especially today’s modern customer, they want more information and that’s a good thing. And so the very first thing that they’re looking for is, is this company reputable? What do people say about them?

And am I going to feel safe with these guys on my property? And so by getting the most Google reviews and when we started doing that with our coaching, I didn’t realize how much of an impact it would make on our business, but it’s huge because we are one of the highest rated and most reviewed window and pressure cleaning companies in our markets. And it’s a good thing. And what we found out was that a lot of our competitors realized that, Hey man, these guys are getting a lot of reviews. And so they kind of start following suit as well, which is really good because I always liked the competition, but those reviews are extremely important, good ones and bad ones, because, hey, let’s say you get a bad one.

Maybe you forget to do a window, or I’m sorry, maybe you missed something, or whatever the case may be. You forget to call a customer, it happens, right? Somebody gets upset, and now you wanna leave a one star or two star, whatever, okay, great, hey, I welcome those too, because those are important, because what’s really, really important is when you miss something, and you own up to it with a response to the review, and you don’t ask that customer to change that review, but you own the fact that you made a mistake and you didn’t do 100%, people pay attention to that as well. So reviews are huge. Go get those thousands of them, the five stars. Definitely you got to work on that every single day.

You got to wow the customer, you got to serve them, you got to produce every single day. But if you do get that bad review, I would never, ever shy away from it. I would own it, and then I would also make sure that you reach out to the customer and say, hey, we actually failed you. And that’s what people are looking for. So those reviews can work both ways, Clay. The good ones and the bad ones.

It’s just how you handle them and making sure that you get more of the positive reviews than you’re getting bad ones, for sure. Well, he just said there’s a lot of wisdom there, folks. I encourage you to maybe pause it, watch that again. A lot of wisdom there for business owners, a lot of wisdom right there. With the final 90 seconds we have here, I got two final questions for you. One is somebody says, well, you know, Clay, you’re bragging on Window Ninjas and the success he’s had.

Well, how much has he grown? Gabe, if you had to, from the time you and I met, to now, I mean, how much growth have you had? I mean, because you guys are really a fast -growing company. When you think about Inc. Magazine is saying that 96 % of businesses fail. What?

Inc. Magazine says that 96 % of businesses fail by default. What kind of growth have you had over these past, you know, three, four years that you and I have been working together? Man, we have, since we’ve been working together, I mean, we have more than doubled our size and we’re projected to double again within the next, I was looking at some numbers, but we should be there within the next three years of doubling again, if not sooner. I’d like to get there in about a year and a half.

Yeah, the systems matter, man. I mean, if you don’t have systems and if you’re not constantly tweaking those systems, because we do notice that at certain points, Clay, we get stuck. You’ll get to a certain revenue and then it’s kind of like you get stuck. And so what it takes to get to that next section of revenue takes a little more um a little tweaking and you got to recognize those things but yeah yeah we’re gonna we’ve we’ve grown tremendously and anybody that’s looking for coaching services or looking to get unstuck man i would definitely have them reach out to you clay because you guys have done a great job and helped us tremendously well i’ll say this too one of my clients i talked to i won’t mention his name because he’s asked me he Some of my clients have a business where they’re out front, that ties into our final point, where they’re out front leading the way. Other clients of mine, they kind of like to be off the grid. Maybe they got 10 different companies, five different companies. One of my clients, he created, we’ll call it like the Uber for medical.

So imagine you’re a hospital and you need a nurse or a doctor, and you need a doctor or a nurse, but you need them now. So it’s like an Uber for hospitals. What you do is you go onto this app or this system where there’s approved nurses and doctors, and you say, hey, I’m looking for a doctor or nurse to fill this shift now or tomorrow or in five hours. So it’s like an Uber. Have you ever used Uber? It’s like you can get a vehicle when you need it.

It’s like Uber for medical. His business just passed a billion dollar valuation. Billion dollar. And someone says, what? I’m telling you this because when Gabe said, hey, we’ve doubled and we’re on pace to double our projections are showing we should be able to double again. It is tough to double a company.

I mean, if you’re if you’re already doing business, it’s tough to double a company. So what Gabe is doing there, Window Ninjas is a hot sauce, fast growing brand. And I’m telling you, if you’re looking for approval, plan, Window Ninjas is something you should check out here. Final question I have for you, then I’ll let Anthony ask you a follow -up here, or for a final step, final super move number five, is you have to become the leader that your people need. So, unless you’re an odd person, you’re not gonna go to a church where the pastor doesn’t bring the heat.

What? You’re not gonna go to a church and listen to a pastor that doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Unless you’re an odd human, you’re not gonna go to a mechanic who pulls your car into the bay and says, Excuse me, sir. What’s wrong with your car? And you’re like, well, that’s why I’m taking my car to you, because I need you to tell me. Well, sir, that’s great.

But let me ask you, what’s wrong with your car? I mean, you’re not going to that’s not going to be the guy you go to. You’re not going to go to a muffler shop where it’s like Build -A -Bear for your own muffler. You’re not going to go to a shop that wants you to repair your own car. You’re not going to go to out to eat at a restaurant where the food they serve is worse than what you could do yourself. Right.

You have to be a leader that your people need. No one’s going to follow you if you personally don’t have your crap together. And I’m not saying that Gabe, Gabe, This is perfect, but I’m going to brag on him for a second. This is a man who’s focused on his family, he’s focused on his business, and he’s focused on his fitness. Now, there’s other things he’s focused on too, but I’m going to recap again. This is a man who’s focused on his family, he’s focused on his business, and he’s focused on his fitness.

But if this guy was an out -of -control crazy person who struggled with the concept of time and space and getting stuff done, nobody would work for somebody like that. And years ago, I remember I helped a business owner grow his business. He was in the hair space. And basically what he would do after every day of work was just get intoxicated. And I’m telling this guy, I love that I’m helping you grow your business, but you can’t be hammered from like 12 noon to 10 or from 3 to 10. You can’t be hammered every day.

Your people need you. And when you’re clearly intoxicated during the workday, that’s a bad look. And he says, well, I’m just overwhelmed. Clay, I hired you to help me grow because I didn’t have customers. Now I have customers, and I’m just overwhelmed. And I’m going, you got to stay off the drugs, buddy.

Got to stay on. I’m serious. These are real customers. You gotta stay off the alcohol, stay off the sauce. And then the guy says to me, let me ask you, this is a real thing. I promise I have a point here.

This is a guy, I’ll be vague about what he does and what he did. But he says to me, how do you tell your wife that you got another woman pregnant. And I’m going, what? This is not a therapies company. We’re a coaching service. And I’m telling you this story because money is just a magnifier.

And I’m telling this guy, I’m going, I don’t know. First off, you shouldn’t be impregnating people you’re not married to. And he’s like, yeah, but the problem is this person is one of my key employees. So I got to keep him around. And I’m going, oh, I got to keep him around. I’m saying that because money is a magnifier and people, I mean it, if you’re watching this show and you do everything we’ve talked about, but you have some serious issues in your life, the first person that you need to learn how to lead is yourself.

It’s all about self -discipline. So Gabe, what would you say to somebody who’s, you know, going, you know, I like the systems, I like the processes, but you know, I haven’t really got myself together first. Can you talk about that? Because you are a very regimented guy. You already came into our world as a regimented guy. Can you talk about just how you daily manage yourself?

Well, it starts with a calendar, but it comes back to the attitude. I mean, you know, I got a lot of people that depend on me. And so as a leader, you’ve got to lead them and you got to set a good example as well. I’m not saying I’m perfect. I have my own problems. But you know what?

When I have a problem, I go find the right person to help me with that problem. So owning up to your own self problems is one thing. But man, I just think there’s a lot of things that you can do to keep yourself busy, focused. And it starts with taking care of yourself. You got to know, you know, like, I know what I want my life to look like. I know what I want my family to be like, and I know what I want my body to look like.

I want to be here for as long as I can, so I got to take care of myself, which is one of the reasons why I get up every morning and I go do something physical. I do something spiritual every day because it’s important to me, and I learn something new every single day. And by doing those things, man, it just allows me to keep pushing forward and saying, man, I’m on the right track. And I have a good life, man. I enjoy myself. I enjoy my life. I don’t have to come into the office on Fridays anymore, which is a great thing.

I’m getting ready to take off the next half week. I’m going to go to get my son from college Monday. I mean, it’s going to be great. I mean, but I just, I just stay focused on what’s important to me. and what’s important for the people that are following me. I’m their leader. I got to set a good example. So that helps me stay on the right path.

I don’t want to let anybody down. I’m just not that kind of person. So for me, it’s pretty simple to do. I guess for some, it’s just a lot more difficult. Like I said, man, I just don’t like letting people down. I don’t want to be a failure to anybody.

Anthony, final 30 seconds. What question would you have for Gabe Salinas of WindowNinjas . com? Really quick. So some people think that leaders just get up every day and they just grind it out and they just got there in a day. How often do you chisel on your character that got you to where you are now?

Man, I focus on that every day, like where I am and where I want to be. That’s why I get up. One of the first things I do in the morning is I study. I study something that is one of my weaknesses. And so I will continue to study that until I have mastered it and then I can go on to the next thing that I feel like I’m weak at. Because, you know, I didn’t used to be the greatest communicator.

And so I’ve gotten better at that. I learned to study. You know, I had a hard time saying, good job, you know, patting people on the back. I was just, you know, it’s like, you know, just for whatever reason, I just, you know, I was more expectations, had more expectations. Like, oh, yeah, cool. You got it.

good But anyways, yeah, just just learning how to do things better You know things that I might have been good at I wanted to get better at things that it wasn’t didn’t know anything about I needed to understand I got better at but studying training Educating myself more every single day and then taking time off for myself go go run or go lift weights or whatever just be physical every single day man, because it does rejuvenate your body and And spending time with my family is important, so you just gotta find the things that are really, really important to you. Focus on those things, take care of your business, take care of your employees, just do the right thing, serve other people, be productive every single day, man, and everything just falls in line if you do those things, man. It’s just that simple. Folks, if you’re looking to join a proven leader in his industry, a man who’s going places, a guy who’s got a franchise opportunity that’s affordable for the average person, go to windowninjas . com, windowninjas . com.

Gabe Salinas, I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you being on the show, offering your wisdom today. That’s windowninjas . com, and we look forward to seeing you next week, sir. Sounds great, Clay. Hope you guys have a good week. Take care.

Bye -bye. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what? I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJConnection . com, and I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to millionaires and people that I kind of knew through church and friendships and people that, parents of my friends, and I said, what book would you recommend that I read?

I’m a 15 -year -old asking this question. True story. And I kept being told, you got to read. Hello, hello, hello. Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Radio Show. It’s an exciting time.

Also, I think a treacherous time, a spooky time also. But it’s always, you know, danger is a good time. Today, my guest is Clay Clark. And I was, I was, I went out with Tom Wheelwright to visit Clay with Eric Trump also. And the reason I want to talk to Clay today morning is a very important subject called study.

And the reason I say that is things are changing so fast, and many people are completely missing the show. You know, things are changing at rapid, rapid, rapid speed. Technology is changing. So I went to Tulsa, again, with Tom Wheelwright and Eric Trump. And the thing I was so impressed about Clay is this word called study. I don’t know.

You guys must must be in your water or something, Clay. But boy, I was so, so impressed how big you guys are. But what really impressed me was you have this huge congregation. They’re all about guys your age. They’re on fire. And you start your classes at five in the morning.

Now, let me talk to you about study here. We show our books here. This is how I study. You know, this is the creature from Jekyll Island. It’s on the Fed. And Clay’s doing the same thing.

We study. So I go out to Clay’s place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s built this huge compound out there. And you guys start at five o ‘clock in the morning. That’s not by Zoom. They drive there.

They show up five o ‘clock, bright haired, bushy tailed and all this. And they’re on fire. Your group is on fire. So that’s what was on Clay’s technology. Tell your group I was so, so impressed. Because like I said, studies became a bad word.

I got into fights in my own company because our staff didn’t want to study anymore. And I just I don’t know how they can do that. So, Clay, anyway, welcome to the Rich Dad Radio Show. That’s what I want to talk to you about is how do you do it? Five o ‘clock in the morning, you have hundreds of people showing up in your huge, huge, huge studio. auditorium on your property to study.

Anyway, welcome to the show, Clay, and what turns you on so much? That’s what I want to know. Give us a little bit about your background. Well, I’ll say this. First off, it’s a beyond an honor to be on your show. And I’ve been buying gold specifically since 2005, when it was $450 an ounce because of you.

And now the price of gold is over $3 ,400. Who knows what it’s going to be when the show comes out. So again, I mean, I can’t thank you enough for helping me increase my net worth by sevenfold, eightfold. Second thing is your books have made such an impact on my life. And for anybody who doesn’t have your books, I recommend that you read these books. What happens is it’s not about knowledge.

It’s about the application of knowledge. So Napoleon Hill, the bestselling author of the book called Think and Grow Rich, He said that action is the real measure of intelligence. And so when I read your books, I was also reading Napoleon Hill. That’s why my son’s name is Aubrey Napoleon Hill Clark. I named my son after Napoleon Hill. And I’m going, in this book, there’s great potential power, but knowledge without application is meaningless.

And so I started a DJ company, which I haven’t owned in over 15 years, called DJConnection . com. And we were doing 4 ,000 weddings a year. 4 ,000 weddings a year, that’s 80 weddings every weekend. And people kept saying, can I pick your brain? Can I pick your brain?

And so this was the pitch I told people. I said, here’s the deal. You cannot pick my brain, but I will charge you some fee that you can pay on a monthly basis. And I just want a small percentage of your growth. ” And they go, huh? I go, just a small percentage of your growth, because that makes it worth it, my time and your time and the whole thing.

And then eventually, Robert, I got to 160 clients. And I thought to myself, that’s a lot of partners, a lot of clients. I know what I’ll do. Let’s just start having conferences. And so this is my 20th year having these conferences. And I think why people come at five in the morning is because when they go to thrivetimeshow .

com, they see over 2 ,000 documented case studies of real people. on video that say, hey, my name is Aaron Antus, and I’ve grown my company from 14 million to 150 million. And people go, what? And people say, hi, my name is Lindsey Blankenship, and I was a startup, and now it’s a multimillion dollar company called Revitalize Medical Spa. And people go, hi, I’m the founder of OxiFresh. I now have 500 locations.

And people go, 500 locations? And so 500 locations. Robert, I guess the answer is I have a very low turnover program with 160 longtime clients, very limited availability. And it works. And people want to apply what they’re learning. And so that’s why it was such an honor to have you, because you’re the master of application.

And you and Tom Wheelwright You guys broke down the biggest expense that every entrepreneur faces, which is taxes. And you made it very practical, very tactical. And it was an honor to have you and Eric Trump there. And now that Eric Trump comes to all of our business conferences, I said, we’ve got to get Robert Kiyosaki in the house. So again, thank you for lowering your standards and joining me, sir. Lowering my standards.

I just wanted to let everybody know, how many acres do you have out there? You have your house. You have this, I call it an amphitheater, and that’s really an amphitheater, but it’s an auditorium that you built on your property. And like I said, your parking lot fills up at five o ‘clock in the morning. How come you guys are on fire in Tulsa, Oklahoma? Well, you know what’s wild too, Robert, is probably 95 % of my clients are not from Oklahoma.

So what happens is, I tell people, OK, we have limited availability. We’re going to have 300 people at this conference. And I keep the attendance small. And I say, listen, if you’re not wanting to grow your company, if you’re just coming because you want to get a photo with a celebrity, and you like fog machines, and you like skinny jeans and fancy clothes, and you like to just pose and get fake influencers to take fake photos with you, don’t come. But if you’re a real entrepreneur, and you’re not afraid of giving someone a high five, at five, come to our conferences.

And I think that’s what that’s been the filter process. Because when you study the lives of multimillionaires, I mean, over the years, I’ve interviewed the founder of Square, I’ve interviewed the founder of Netflix, the interview, I’ve interviewed Wolfgang Puck, guys like yourself. When I interview people like Eric Trump, They all wake up at 6 a . m. or before. You just don’t see super successful people that are waking up at noon.

And so it’s sort of a filter process. And because, Robert, I’ve been doing it for 20 years, you’re pretty much now surrounded by only high -quality, get -or -done people that love to study and do deep work. And I say deep work. What’s deep work? You once said, I’m quoting it. If I mangle it, I apologize.

But there was a quote you said, professionals hire coaches, amateurs do not. I wrote that down. I wrote that down. I heard you say that the first time well over 15 years ago. I wrote it down. And I thought to myself, why does Michael Jordan have a coach for fitness and Kobe Bryant has a coach?

And why don’t I have a coach for accounting? So I did what you recommended. I hired a coach to help me with accounting. And I thought about it. I’m going, why don’t I have a coach to help me with the legal aspects of my company? And I hired a coach to help me with my accounting.

And I still use the same coaches 10 plus years later. But again, there’s one thing to hear it. and it flies by, there’s another to grab that idea and to apply it. And so how do you find the time to apply these things? I recommend that you wake up, you set your alarm at 4 a . m.

or 5 a . m. every single day, and you get up and you spend the first three hours of your day designing your life. And so I decided this idea, I thought to myself, I would like to have a 40 -acre -ish compound slash hobby farm where my wife and I and our five kids can raise our family and where we can offer the world’s best business conference experience. And so I wrote it down. I sketched it.

I drew it. I actually have a picture. This is a sketch of what I’m working on in my backyard right now. So I sketched this stuff out. You’ve been to my backyard. So I sketch it out.

And when you came to the conference, I noticed that we were a little bit short on places for people to go. So I sketched out how I want the additions to be. And next time you come back, if I can trick you into coming back, we’ll have more additions. And I’m just constantly sketching out my future, ideal in every way possible. And then every day I work towards it. Well, you know, Clay, it was spiritual.

I mean, your people are on fire and I don’t mean that in a bad way. They were like so turned on. And like I said, in my own company, I couldn’t get them to read a book and I fired them. I, and I did, I said, I don’t want to hang around people who are just going to cruise along with life because it’s not worth it to me. And so that’s why I’m going to talk to you today about what you do. I mean, pastors, pastor, uh, what’s his last name?

Jackson Lawmire. Jackson, I mean even your pastor is on fire. Why don’t you tell his story because he’s got this massive church and all this. You guys are on fire out there. Well, let me give a big shout out to Pastor Jackson Laumeyer. This is a true story.

Your good friend, Donald J. Trump, America’s 47th president, selected personally Pastor Jackson Laumeyer to be one of the 15 pastors who he works with. So you hear about President Trump’s faith council? You look in the picture, you’re gonna see a guy under the age of 40. That’s Pastor Jackson Laumeyer. This is a guy, his church is Sheridan . Church.

And I know this is not a religious broadcast, but Pastor Jackson is a diligent man who really does believe he’s supposed to work as unto the Lord. And President Trump saw him, he caught President Trump’s attention, and so he is one of the pastors that President Trump has personally selected to lead America’s faith leaders. So when you see President Trump had an Easter meal with the pastors, Pastor Jackson’s in that photo. Now Pastor Jackson is an entrepreneur who has read all of your books, and he’s diligently applied the principles that you teach And he did that because he never wanted to build a church where he was dependent upon donations to be able to pursue his vocation. The word vocation means calling, meaning he never wanted to have to get up in front of a platform and browbeat people for money in order for his church to be solvent.

He never wanted to be one of those churches where they spend 90 % of the sermon begging you for money. He wanted to be a church where he could focus on teaching the Bible and he wanted to be self -sustaining. So he, as a young man, true story, he has read your books. He’s applied your books. When I told him that you were gonna come to our workshop, he lit up like a Christmas tree. He lit up like a kid on Christmas morning.

He was so excited. He said, Robert Kiyosaki is coming to Tulsa. And he was just so excited because you in many ways have kind of written the business Bible. And so he was on fire to see you. And people say, Clay, how did you meet Eric Trump? Eric Trump and I met through all this nonsense about the lockdowns and the quarantines And I just refused to lock down.

And he and I got to be good friends through that process because he discovered me, because I wouldn’t lock down and I wouldn’t back down. He liked that kind of energy. And we were comparing schedules and he says, you wake up at 4 a . m. too? And I said, yes, sir.

He goes, I wake up at 4 a . m. He goes, do you work six days a week? I said, I do work six days a week. Awesome. And he and I became friends, and now we’ve done, I think, 26 events together or 25 events together.

So Robert, Eric Trump is a diligent doer as well, but Pastor Jackson Lawmire, I’m telling you, everyone should look him up. He is the future of ministry in America. Check him out at sheridan . church. That’s his website. Yeah, and what was really interesting about your group, you’re all young guys, you know, I’m a boomer, and you guys are on fire.

When you come back, I want you to talk about what would you say to people? How do you get that fire? For me, I started to study in Vietnam. and because it kept me alive, it kept my faith going. You know, at nights before a battle, an aircraft carrier, you know, the rocking of the ship going like this. And I just, every, I’m not really religious, but I do believe there’s a God.

And I just sat out there and went, you know, dear God, tomorrow morning, we fly into battle. We were up at four o ‘clock, we’re launching by six. So, you know, about 25 planes are taking off. And I just wanted to fly with spirit. And that’s when, that’s when I started to learn a lot about exactly what you’re saying, it’s action. You know, in my cashflow board game back here, and that came after Maria Montessori, the Montessori school system.

And she says, what the hand does, the mind remembers. So when you come back, I want you to talk about what does it take to get somebody’s fire going, that they want to come back to life and learn and take part, take part in the greatest You know we’re in a dangerous economy right now. But it’s also the biggest opportunity in the world. And so many people are getting crushed. Homelessness is expanding. And so we have a lack of spirit in our country.

Right. So we come back on Lake Park. And I just want you to talk about getting that fire to learn and study and take part part in life. So we’ll be right back. Clay. So thank you.

Gold. Rich Dad likes Bitcoin. Rich Dad owns both. But right now, Rich Dad believes silver might be the most overlooked opportunity of them all. Here’s why. Demand for silver is exploding.

Used in solar panels, electric vehicles, computers, electric product, weapons systems, medicine, and even water purification. But unlike Bitcoin or gold, silver supply is going down. And best of all, it’s still the cheapest. Gold is breaking all -time highs. Bitcoin hitting new records. Silver is still 60 % below its all -time high.

Why? Silver is useful, and the price has been suppressed for decades to keep it affordable for industry. But Rich Dad believes that manipulation is over. And Rich Dad believes silver is about to slingshot to all -time highs, possibly $70 an ounce in 2025. So if you want to understand what’s happening, how to take advantage of it, text the word silver to 24999 and get your free 2025 silver forecast guide from Rich Dad’s trusted silver source, priority gold. My guest today is Clay Clark and my good friend Tom Wheelwright and I traveled to Tulsa, Oklahoma to visit Clay. as long as my other friend, Eric Trump, and his father and I are good friends, wrote this book together called Midas Touch. And we’re talking about the word study.

Because when I went out to Clay Clark’s place in Tulsa, he has a compound out there. I mean, it’s a huge estate. And he had this huge, huge auditorium that he’s built. And he had hundreds of people there at 5 o ‘clock in the morning to study. And it was almost like, you know, I looked at it and said, this is a church or what?

But you guys have made learning a religion. And that’s what I wanted to have you on the Rich Dad Radio Show for Clark, because you’re, the people around you are impressive. I was so in awe, humbled and honored. I mean, there’s such good people, but they came to you to study and Pastor Jackson and all you young guys out there. And then I go around. Like I said, I had to let go of my company because they refused to study.

I study every single day. It’s a religion to me. I don’t mean I study religious things, but I study every single day. I was just out in the South Pacific looking at the World War II sites, like Iwo Jima, and Palau, and Okinawa. And the guy I met there was getting about your age. And this guy studies. This whole group studies.

There are multi -millionaires on that trip. So how do you get people so turned on, Clay? I mean, you put in mass, in mass. Well, let’s say this real quick. I’m going to give people a spiritual answer, not a religious one, a spiritual answer that I’ll get really specific. So what I do is the Hebrew word work means worship.

So if you look up the Hebrew word, the word work means worship and worship means work. I happen to identify as a Christian. If you’re watching and you don’t, that’s fine. But I believe I’m supposed to work as unto the Lord. And the word work means worship. Think about it, folks.

In Hebrew, the word work means worship and worship means work. So when I’m worshiping, if I claim to be a Christian, I’m working as unto the Lord and not as unto human masters. So I am over -delivering because I know it will cause me to eventually be overpaid. I am filling the room with confidence because I have confided in myself. I’ve confided in myself during this instance that I’m doing what God wants me to do. This is the day that the Lord has made, but what I do with that day is my gift to God.

Every day that I have is a gift from God. and what I do with it is a gift to God. So that’s how I get myself fired up. Now as far as specifics for other people, I say, listen, You’re at this conference. You’re watching this show. You’re interacting with me right now.

And time is your most important asset. Time is your most valuable asset. I don’t care how old you are, how young you are. I tell people, look, I grew up poor. I worked at Applebee’s, Target, and DirecTV simultaneously en route to building my empire or whatever this compound is. But everybody out there, what you want to do is think about your life perfect in every respect.

Where do you want to be 18 months from now? Where do you want to be 18 months from now? Everybody watching today’s show, write it down. Where do you want to be 18 months from now? from now. And then we have to go SMART, SMART goals.

We have to set specific goals. What are our specific steps we need to take daily to get up that mountain? M, measurable. They have to be measurable. They can’t be woo -woo. It can’t be this pseudo esoteric vague cloud of, no, it had to be measurable.

A, actionable. They have to be actionable. You have to take your big idea and turn it into action steps. Realistic. Your goals have to be realistic, are realistic. And T is time sensitive.

We’re only gonna live once. Life is not a dress rehearsal. So when people go to thrivetimeshow . com and they click on the testimonials button and they go, you know, this guy’s been doing the same thing for 20 years. Uh, he’s a little more pale in person than I thought he would be. Uh, I’m surrounded by people that weren’t born yesterday that are successful, but people who are young or people who are old and people start to go, you know what, Robert?

If somebody can do it who’s old, if someone can do it who’s young, if someone can do it who grew up poor, if someone could do it who grew up wealthy, if these people all eliminated their excuses and they decided to transform from victims into victors, perhaps I can do it too. And I think that’s what unlocks the excitement is people go, you know what? I’m going to go back to my hometown and I’m going to diligently implement these systems and processes. And then because we’ve diligently documented these success stories for 20 years, you start to go and a lot of our longtime listeners will go on the site and they’ll say, Clay, you interviewed a mother of seven named Lindsay Blankenship. Her husband was working 80 hours a week. She’s a mother of seven, and her and her husband started a company pre -COVID, and now it’s a massive medical spa.

Well, I don’t have any excuses. They go to belovedcheesecakes . com. They see Jennifer, a recently divorced single mom who started a cheesecake factory, and now it’s a nationwide success story. People start to say, you know what? I think I can do it because I’m going to eliminate my own excuses.

So Robert, long answer, but hopefully that was specific for you, sir. No, I love it because, Clay, the reason I want you on my show, it’s not just the mind. We have a body, mind, spirit, and we have emotions. And emotions, when they talk about EQ or IQ, intelligence, but emotional intelligence. And you touch the spirit, Clark. You know, Clay, you touch their spirits and their fire goes on them.

And that’s what I want to know, how you do it. And how do people can, you know, I suggest anybody listening to this, if you live near the Tulsa or anywhere in Kansas, go visit what you’re doing. Because to see your compound, I mean, your home is a mansion and you open it up to everybody and you feed everybody. I’m going, my God, your spirit is so on fire. That’s what I think is missing in life today is that spirit. You know I mean you’re on fire and you’ve passed it on to your let’s hate to say it your congregation but your follower out there five o ‘clock in the morning they’re turned on and ready to study and learn and get back to work.

you know? Well, you know, Robert, one thing that I do, and this is a visualization exercise, and again, I’m not getting religious, I’m telling you what I do. My father, may he rest in peace, he died of Lou Gehrig’s disease approximately five years ago, and I had to watch my father suffocate. in route to death, it was the worst. I won’t choke up on today’s show, but I mean, just talking about it or thinking about it, it’s heavy. I’m saying that because somebody out there watching today’s show, it’s heavy, it’s heavy.

And so when I grew up poor, a lot of your listeners grew up poor, and what happens is my dad’s delivering pizzas. And he was working, my dad specifically, my father, may he rest in peace, was delivering pizzas for Domino’s and working the night shift at a gas station chain called Quick Trip. So my middle school years were spent with my father working two jobs to put food on our table, but he had a college degree. AKA he had gone through the Marxist indoctrination camp known as college. And so my father was really, really doing his best to provide for us. And I appreciate him doing that.

And I wouldn’t criticize anything about my father. He did such a great job trying to provide for us. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what? I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJConnection . com.

And I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to millionaires and people that I kind of knew through church and friendships and people that parents of my friends, and I said, what book would you recommend that I read? I’m a 15 -year -old asking this question. True story. And I kept being told, you got to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. And you gotta read, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill.

Now, Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich, I read that. Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I read that. But then it was up to me, am I going to apply it? And as I began diligently applying these systems and processes, and people kept asking me to help them grow their companies, I decided mentally, every time I talk to a potential client, I visualize and I picture my father, and I think, what would I tell my father, who at that, my father at the age of 37 was delivering pizzas and working at Quick Trip. Every potential client who goes to Thrivetimeshow . com and they schedule a free consultation with me, it might sound weird, it might sound woo -woo, but in my mind I picture my father as the person on the other end of the phone.

And I think to myself, if I was talking to my father, or someone like my father who’s trying to raise kids and he’s working two jobs despite the degree, what does he need to hear? Maybe not what does he want to hear, but what does he need to hear? And my goal is to kick that person into another gear. when we get off that phone call. And so that’s what I do. And I think people say, man, Clay, you’re filled with enthusiasm or you have that spirit.

The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek word, theos means God. So enthusiasm means God within. So I believe that I am filled with the Holy Spirit or a spirit of, I wanna help somebody become successful. And a mentor of mine back in the day, he told me this, a true story, a big mentor, multimillionaire. I said, sir, what is your philosophy towards coaching? He said, Clay, the word charisma used to be spelled with a K. And I said, come again?

He said, the Greek word for charisma, it’s spelled with a K. It’s called charisma, K -A -R -I -S -M -A. It means to lift up, to coach up, to mentor up. That’s what charisma means. He said, however, today’s version of charisma is now spelled with a C -H, C -H -A -R -I -S -M -A. And now it means a highly motivated individual yelling at you, talking down to you, making you feel unwilling. adequate, inadequate, unable.

And so you get coached down or talked down to. He said, your job is to leave people feeling whole and not to leave people feeling full of holes. And I said, what did you just say? He said, your job is to make people feel whole and not to leave feeling full of holes. And so I would just say everybody watching today’s show, if anybody does come to our conferences, Robert, probably 95 % of our attendees are not from Oklahoma. And I’ve always let people name their price.

And people say, you let people name their price? I go, yeah. So I do. people, it’s $250 or whatever price you want to pay. I’ve got nothing to upsell you. But when people see that you’re actually trying to give them a hand up, not a hand out, people respond, and people gain that enthusiasm.

And I believe that courage and enthusiasm is contagious, Robert. Well, I tell you what, Clay, can you tell people how they get in touch with you? What you just said is important. I think it’s important people come and spend you know, time to, to look at your work, what you have done. I mean, you’re not just talking and to come and associate with your, I use the word congregation, but your followers, cause they’re on fire and we’re going into a very rough economic time. As you know, um, this, our debt’s gone out of sight.

That’s why gold is making you rich and silver and Bitcoin, but people need the fire. So how do people get in touch with Clay Clark and what would they have to do to come and visit you and get a sense of what you’re doing and carry that out into the world? Well, first off, Eric Trump asked me the first time I did this. He goes, are you actually giving out your cell phone number? This is my cell phone number. And anybody out there with a sound mind who is a sincere person, you can text me to request tickets to our events.

That’s 918 -851 -0102. This is the same cell phone number my wife texts me on, the same one Eric Trump texts me on. That’s my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. Or you can go to thrivetimeshow . com, thrivetimeshow . com, and you might say, why would you give out your cell phone number?

I do it because I get to meet some of the most fantastic people ever. One of the world’s best -selling authors texted me the other day, and I said, is this you? And he goes, is it you? We had an NBA player who’s currently playing in the playoffs text me the other day and goes, dude, I love your podcast. Is this you? So it’s a great way for me to connect.

It sort of breaks the industrial complex, and it freaks people out. But that’s my cell phone number, 918 -851 -Z. Or you can go to thrivetimeshow . com, thrivetimeshow . com. And if you want to listen to my podcast, I recommend you go to Spotify and do a search for the Thrive Time Show on Spotify.

That’s the Thrive Time Show on Spotify. T -H -R -I -V -E Time Show. Thrive, not Thrive Time. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Because what you have is the fire.

And you’ve packaged it, you deliver it, and you turn your people on. Like I said, you know, the hardest times of my life were just sitting on that aircraft carrier going, you know, the fear is intense, flying into combat. And how do you overcome that fear, the paralysis, the sadness about it? We did a job that nobody really wanted to do. We got spit on when we came home, hit with eggs and, you know, called baby killers. But that actually built strength.

Well, you know, sir, one thing I wanted to share with you, and again, with the limited time we have here, and I mean this sincerely, I am in awe of, I am inspired by the men and women who’ve served our country. I get to focus on problems like, how do I teach my kids how to become successful? Or how can I teach entrepreneurs? But none of that matters if you don’t have freedom. And so on behalf of me and all the entrepreneurs out there that have frankly been living in this great country because of the sacrifices of you and anybody watching today’s show who’s ever served in the military, I just want to say, Thank you so much for repeatedly putting your life in harm’s way and for doing a job that nobody else wanted to do. And then I want to issue an apology to you on behalf of anybody that spit on you or said negative things about you in ignorance, because you really did stand up and fight for our country.

And it’s just an honor to know you, to call you friend. And thank you for the service you and anybody else watching today’s show who’s ever served in our military. Thank you so much, sir. Well, you know, thank you, Clark. Really, Clay. I mean, my good friend’s name is Clark, so I call you Clark.

Anyway, Clay, so thank you very much. And it’s thrive timeshow . com. I wanted you on my program to let people know that you’re for real out there and, you know, take the time to go visit your work, you know, worship and work. But when you see your house and the people and five o ‘clock in the morning, It’s just, it’s inspiring, inspirato. So congratulations, Clay.

You’re doing a fantastic job. Tell your people out there, I was so impressed with them because of their fire, their spirit. They’re wanting to learn and to go and serve the world out there. So congratulations, Clay, for your great work out there. Thank you, brother. And again, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you.

It was the highlight of my life having you come to Tulsa. Thank you, sir. Well, thank you. I’ll be back, man. Thank you. Thank you.

My name is Jamara Gonzalez and I’m with Magic Carpet Shuttle and Tours. I have been a longtime listener of the show along with my husband. You know, we really love everything you do. Super encouraging. And I appreciate the website that you have with all the resources. But eventually, you know, I felt like I was at a point in my business where I knew I could do more.

And so I booked the ticket out the Tulsa from San Diego and it came out to a conference and it was truly life changing. What kind of growth have you had this year? We’re up 24 % from last year. So we already beat what we did last year and we’re 24 % above that. So it’s really exciting. Now that we’ve worked with you for a while, there’s somebody watching today’s show who’s thinking about scheduling a free 13 -point assessment at Thrivetimeshow .

com. They’re thinking about coming to one of our in -person workshops. They know the tickets for the workshops are $250 or whatever they can afford. They know that occasionally we bring people like Tim Tebow or Eric Trump to come speak, but they kind of going, I’m on the fence. What would you say, or maybe how would you describe your experience of working with our team so far?

Life changing. When I decided to go to the conference, they couldn’t take my money fast enough. I felt honored to be able to have the opportunity. And once I came, I left on fire. Having been able to work with you all for the last nine months has transformed my business, has helped me personally to be able to track more things in my life and to really be able to measure what I treasure, as you say. And I’m just so excited for what’s to come.

So I would definitely just not delay. Schedule the call, book a ticket, come to the conference and see all the fun that Clay has for you. You’re a good fit if you like to follow processes or create, you know, see your success in a measured way. If you’re diligent, if you actually will do what you’re being advised to do. If you do not, like if you have a personal trainer, but you don’t follow what they say, you’re not a good fit because every week they’re going to ask you again. If we said, Hey, we’re working on this, this over this next week, next week, it’s like, well, how did this go?

Oh, I didn’t get to it. Next week. How did this go? It doesn’t just go away. So if you’re not a person who likes to be held accountable, this isn’t for you. But if you’re ready to take your business to the next level, I would definitely call in.

Now, folks, I encourage everyone to check out her website. And just so we’re clear, if everybody visits the website ridemagicshuttle . com, it does actually increase the search engine rank for our wonderful clients if you get a chance to go to the website and share that link. So if you can, I would encourage you to go to ridemagicshuttle . com, copy the link, and share it in the air everywhere. Maybe share with a friend or family member what you learned on today’s show.

And check it out. That’s ridemagicshuttle . com, ridemagicshuttle . com. Jamara, I really do appreciate your time, your energy, and we’ll talk to you soon. Thanks, Clay.

OK, folks, on today’s show, I want to tell you a success story about a real client that we really work with. She could, you might think, is this a model? No, no, no. She’s not a model. Someone says, is this an AI -generated model? No, this is a real human.

And I’m super excited for you to hear her success story. And I want to encourage everybody watching today’s show that you, too, have the mental capacity and tenacity to have success. And with that being said, welcome back to the Thrived Time Show. How are you? Fantastic. Thanks for having me, Clay.

So for anybody who wants to verify you’re a real person, can you tell us your first and last name and the name of your company? Yep. My name is Jamara Gonzalez, and I’m with Magic Carpet Shuttle and Tours. Now, I’m going to pull up your website so people can verify that you’re real. And I encourage everyone to go to your website to verify you’re real. What’s your web address for anybody out there that’s wanting to look you up?

Ridemagicshuttle . com. Ridemagicshuttle . com. Let me pull up Ridemagicshuttle . com.

And how did you first come in contact with us? Do you remember how you first heard about the Thrive Time Show and the conferences and coaching that we provide? Yes, I have been a longtime listener of the show along with my husband. You know, we really love everything you do, super encouraging. And I appreciate the website that you have with all the resources. But eventually, you know, I felt like I was at a point in my business where I knew I could do more.

And so I booked the ticket out the Tulsa from San Diego, and it came out to a conference and it was truly life changing. Now, if you could describe what the conference was like for you, I’d love to get your thoughts on this. Because Robert Kiyosaki, who, by the way, will be on part two of today’s show, he told me, and you’ll see this in the part two of today’s show. It’s crazy. He told me, he said, Clay, this is the most interesting conference I’ve ever been to. And he’s like, it was like a spiritual thing for me.

He goes, honestly, I’ve never been to something like this. And he began to talk about how it was the practical stuff, the practical training, and the energy of the attendees and the step -by -step approach. That’s what he liked, but other people say they enjoy the people they meet, some people like the atmosphere. What did you like about the conference or how would you describe just your experience at the conference? Initially, a zoo, the best zoo possible.

You had a huge gorilla outside handing out bananas and you immediately are like, where am I? This is going to be fun. So for me, it was really great to be able to A, actually be able to talk with you and share with you about my business and have you give me some one -on -one, you know, advice and some coaching right on the spot to be able to chat with the speakers and that all of our questions were put on a board and you made sure that we didn’t leave after the two days until those questions were answered. That was amazing. Now, we do a 30 -minute teaching. We do 30 minutes of teaching and then 15 minutes of Q &A.

So it’s got 30 minutes of teaching, 30 minutes of class, 30 minutes of teaching, and then 15 minutes of question and answer. Then we take a break. And I do that, and people who’ve been to our conferences tell me that they like that because it keeps it fresh. And if maybe they’re not super into a certain subject or a certain speaker, they can kind of endure it for 30 minutes. How would you describe the idea of a 30 -minute teaching and then a 15 -minute Q &A question and answer session? kept it very practical, kept it moving very quickly, you know, but not too fast, right?

Were you able to gather, you’re able to take your notes and really kind of absorb those different items that you were touching upon. Did you laugh at all at the conference? Did you have fun at the conference? I had a blast, honestly. And I went to the conference all by myself. So one of 400 people.

I’m a slight extrovert. I felt a little bit introverted because there was so much going on. But I walked out of there with my soul very full and my brain ready to go take off. Now, in terms of business coaching one -on -one, just so people can understand, there’s a lot of life coaching programs. And I’m not attacking those. There’s a lot of life coaching programs.

That’s not what we do. We focus on is actually growing companies. And Carter, who’s your implementer and coach who works with you, he was telling me that you’re, I believe you’ve grown by more than 20 % this year. Maybe that number is incorrect. Maybe it’s too low, too high. What kind of growth have you had this year?

We’re up 24 % from last year. So we already beat what we did last year, and we’re 24 % above that. So it’s really exciting. In terms of projections, when you see the leads coming in, because obviously you’re tracking year over year, month over month, do you have any projections? Do you think you’ll end the year at 24 % over? Or does it look like you’re picking up momentum?

Or how would you describe kind of lead flow and how that’s looking for you? I’m shooting for the moon. I am hoping that we end up 150 % year over year. I’ve got some big goals for us. OK. And you’re putting in the work.

Now, I’m going to get into the linear stuff here now. So again, it’s ridemagicshuttle . com, ridemagicshuttle . com. As I pull up my notes, could you tell me about the services that you guys provide at ridemagicshuttle . com, just so people, again, can know about your service?

And maybe there’s somebody watching in the San Diego area that could actually use your services. Tell us about what you guys do at ridemagicshuttle . com. Absolutely. So we provide concierge style of transportation services. So when someone’s planning an event, many times they don’t even know where to start when it comes to the transportation piece of it.

Not a lot of resources out there. So we basically hold our client’s hand to the capacity that they need to be able to really understand what they need and how we can help to make their event successful, providing them that personalized service. We really take things above and beyond. Like for example, this weekend we had a large wedding with three days worth of festivities, lots of different vehicles, different time frames. And so for that event, we added an event manager because we wanted to ensure not only did they have the proper transportation but also they had somebody there ensuring that every bus was going where it needed to go and our clients are they couldn’t be more happy.

You know, and I mean this sincerely, before meeting you, one of the businesses that I was involved in many, many years ago was one of America’s largest wedding entertainment companies. And so I have a unique appreciation for logistics, you know, because we used to do 4 ,000 weddings a year. And I haven’t owned that company since 2007, but I mean, 4 ,000 weddings a year. And virtually everybody that operated in the shuttle space really did a bad job. I mean, a lot of people that I worked with were just really doing a bad job. And when I heard your passion for what you do and your attention to detail, I saw right away that’s a huge need that people have, especially with your desire to wow the customers.

Is there anything else you want to share about your particular business before we get into the details of how to grow the business? Any particulars about what separates you from your competition? Yeah, I’m just going to say that we care a lot more than everybody else. Like you said, the industry kind of has a bad rap and every day we work hard to be able to unravel that for other people and show them what we do here. It is so awesome. It is so awesome.

I’m going to pull this up real quick here. Now, folks, these are the steps that we’re going through with the coaching program and helping Jamara grow her company. And I want to brag on her. She’s putting in the work. So step number one, if you’re taking notes, is you got to know your revenue goals. I’m not asking for you to share publicly what your revenue goals are.

But I am asking, why is it important for you to know your revenue goals as a business owner? I really do feel like when you have your goals super clear, mentally and then attract it and then you go after it. It’s almost like, you know, the laws of attraction. I really feel like when I am super clear, it’s almost like we’re making it happen every single week. And for anybody out there that says, what are you saying? I want to be very clear.

I happen to be a Christian. And so one of the things I do as a Christian is I have certain Bible verses that matter a lot. to me. So, Matthew 5 .10 from the Bible, it says, I keep that verse printed out near me because every time something bad happens to a good person, it helps me resolve that in my mind. And if you’re a business owner, just having the clarity of what am I doing? What are my goals today?

That is so powerful. Step number two, determine your breakeven numbers. Again, I’m asking you to share the numbers, but why is it important for you to know your breakeven numbers and how much stuff you have to sell just to pay the bills? Yeah, absolutely, because you could be working very hard and not really making money if you don’t understand what you actually need to be able to break even. And, you know, the goal of this is to make money, not just, you know, it’s not a hobby. So there it is.

It’s so important for somebody to write that down. And step number three, you have to find the hours per week that you’re willing to work in your space. You’re going to work a lot of nights and weekends. I used to work nights and weekends. In fact, When my wife and I got married, it occurred to me at one point because she brought it up in a nice, intense fellowship kind of way. She was like, you know, every Friday, every Saturday, every Sunday, every Valentine’s Day, every Christmas Eve, every New Year’s Eve, you’ve DJed.

And I’m going, this is true. So let’s talk about the hours and maybe you, because your husband owns a business, you own a business. Why is it important that you and your husband are on the same page about your current schedule and what you’re trying to move towards? Absolutely. When you’re very clear on your goals and you’re working as a team, uh, your tag team. So this weekend I’m on, right.

I’m working this huge event and he’s with the family and he’s making sure that everything is taken care of there and vice versa. So I do work throughout the week. And when I have these big events during the weekend, maybe I’ll take a little bit of time during the week to maybe get a little bit of rest, um, and then be able to be recharged and ready to take action. Folks, I’m telling you, Jamar is a great lady, a great person. She’s doing it. You can do it too.

Step number four, you have to define your unique value proposition. And one thing that you guys have done, and I’m just bragging on you because it’s true, you guys are now Temecula’s highest -rated event transportation service. I mean, you guys are praised and used by. You’ve become basically the logistics -slash -transportation solution for many huge organizations and very beautiful venues out there in the San Diego area, the Westin, the Palo Mesa. I mean, you talk about the, again, these are venues that if you’re not familiar with, area, maybe you don’t know, but the Sheraton.

These are the Hilton Garden Inn. I mean, these are places that call you, they use you, they work with you all the time. But it’s important for somebody, if you’re watching today’s show, everybody, we have to know what’s going to set us apart in the marketplace. Why was that important for you to document your success stories and gather reviews from real customers and document some of the people that you work with? Well, because clients really are going to Google and checking to see, you know, for everything. Recently, I helped a gentleman and he was, he came referred through a venue.

And at the end of the transaction, once we got everything sorted for him for his wedding, he says, wow, you really are good. And that said to me, he probably had read some reviews that said, you know, Jamara does a good job. So I think that’s really critical. Now, the next step is branding. And some people think that branding is like the final step or the final thing. But it’s not.

It’s really the beginning. Branding is just what the perception people have when they find you. And we’ve worked with you to optimize your website. And can you speak to maybe the value of having a coach that also helps you with the website? Because I think a lot of coaching services are wonderful, and they do some great things. But when we charge you a flat rate of $1 ,700 a month, we also do the web development and a lot of the nitty gritty behind the scenes Could you maybe talk about the impact that’s made on your company?

It’s a complete relief. I’ll be really honest with you. I get to work on the things that I feel like I moved the needle on my end and I don’t have to figure out. search engine optimization. I don’t have to figure out how to add this to my site map and how to do, you know, all these things that are not in my genius zone, as they say. Now, you have to come up with a three -legged marketing stool.

No matter what business you have out there, you have to have a way that you market to your customers that is sustainable, and turnkey. What am I saying? Sustainable and turnkey. As an example of what not to do, you could go door -to -door and knock on every single door in San Diego. You could do that. And eventually, you might sell something.

But that’s not the highest and best use of your time. So we’ve developed a three -legged marketing stool, a turnkey process that works. And the more you work it, the more the success comes out. Could you talk about maybe the mind freedom that provides you of knowing, hey, there’s three things I’ve got to do. I’m in marketing. Not 400 things.

Yeah. That complete clarity of knowing, hey, This is what you need to do because this is what works, you know, it’s very easy to have the list of a hundred items and work a little bit on each of them. Well, nothing’s going to happen, but when you know, okay, dream 100, uh, your Google reviews and to be able to, uh, work on the SEO for us, that’s been critical. Now this next, this, the next part is going to bother 80 % of our listeners right now, but I’m going to tell the story. It’s step number seven. It’s creating a sales conversion system.

Now, years ago, about 10 years ago, one of my longtime clients, he says to me, Clay, I’m getting a lot of leads, and I’m not closing anything. And I said, we’ve got to install call recording. We have to install call recording. And he says, OK, let’s do it. Well, we found out his own dad unintentionally was sabotaging his company. And you go, what?

His dad would say, thank you for calling Yada Yada Auto Repair. How are you? And you’d say, I’m looking to get my car repaired. Can I bring it by today? It’s on the website. And they’d go, I mean, did I bring it by?

Do you pick it up? What’s your process? It’s on the website, ma ‘am. Ma ‘am, it is on the website. And he would almost be belligerently angry. with people.

And so my client goes and talks to his father. He says, dad, I’m listening to the calls. And it sounds like you’re yelling at people. He said, well, people today just need to pay attention. And he’s like, Dad, people aren’t calling for a life coaching session. He’s like, well, I’ll tell you.

And so what was happening was his father’s personality was impacting the business. Another example, one of my employees, God bless him, was a great guy when I was in the room. And when I left the room, he was a drifter. A dentist, there’s a dentist I’m working with right now. And we found out his front desk lady is doing 100 % of nothing. And so by just recording the calls.

So I’m not looking to throw specific people under the bus, but I just want to get your thoughts on the clarity it gives you as a business owner when you install scripts and call recording. Well, that allows you to grow. It allows it to be not just you who’s the only person who can make calls to Dream 100, to clients. I’ll give an example. So I have one person who helps me with sales. And so what I like to do is we listen to each other’s calls because I want her to hear my call as well.

And from her, you know, we listened to her call. It was good. But then we listened to my call and she saw all the antidotes and different things I was able to add because I was more familiar with the venues. And immediately she picked up and said, Oh, wow, I do need to learn a little bit more about X, Y, and Z. And that provided me a training opportunity to create an additional resource to give her that information. Because then I realized, OK, I’m missing something. So it’s a great learning opportunity for everyone.

It’s so powerful. I mean, think about it, folks. For the women out there watching today’s show, you wouldn’t put on makeup without a mirror. You want to see how you’re, if you’re a basketball player, you’re not going to, after a game in the NBA or a game in the NFL, the coach doesn’t just tell people in general terms, Hey guys, we could do better. We should be playing better. No, they watch game film.

And no matter what business you’re in, you need to analyze your results. If you work in a bakery, you look at the final product, you compare, you do taste testing. If you’re a pilot, they track, if you’re a pilot, for any of our listeners out there who are pilots, I’ve worked with quite a few pilots. Everything is tracked, all the metrics. And so people can analyze and say, hey, that landing was a little bit rough.

Hey, this is the different approach you should have used. So everybody out there, we’ve got to have some way to reflect on what we’re doing and ask how we can do it better or how our team can do it better. Step number nine, you’ve got to create repeatable systems. Step number eight was you have to determine your sustainable customer acquisition costs. Basically, how much does it cost you to get a new customer? But step number nine, you’ve got to create repeatable systems.

processes for everything. And in your business specifically, I mean, you’re one of the most organized people I’ve ever met, and you’re becoming even more organized because you’re building an organization. Can you talk about that, about the importance of having systems and documents for everything? Well, that as a business owner helps provide so much clarity for me. It honestly gives me a little bit more peace in my head because I understand that. Hey, okay.

So we’re documenting what are the processes we’re creating checklists. So that way everyone, you know, knows what needs to be done and it makes it a little bit harder to miss something versus if you’re just doing it off the fly, every time you might forget to ask for this one thing, or, you know, if you don’t follow the script, you might forget to ask for the date of the wedding. happens. I’m telling you folks, these are just this is the kind of stuff that it’s the stuff behind the stuff. I don’t think you’re going to find a lot of people talking about Wow, how do I build a checklist? But that’s what matters.

I don’t think a lot of people say, well, how do I get my employees to show up on time? But that’s what matters. Step number 11, we teach our clients how to build a repetitive weekly schedule. Step number 10, we teach you how to manage people. Step number 10, how do you manage people? We teach you how to manage people.

Step number 11, how to create a sustainable schedule that works for your life and your family. Step number 12, how to hire and inspire, train and retain good people. Eventually, once you start generating more business, now you need to hire more people. and we teach you how to do that. Step 13, we’ve got to look at the numbers. We’ve got to do that.

Can you talk about that for a second? I always tell people you have to measure what you treasure, and you slack where you don’t track. What kind of impact has it made on your business just tracking the results diligently every week? 100 % difference. You’re able to go back. It’s easier to spot if there’s gaps, what’s going on here.

We had a few weeks where you could easily see that the conversion rate had dropped. So immediately I stepped in and said, hey, how do we figure this out? We need to solve this problem. But if you’re not tracking, then it’s everything like how you feel. I feel like we’re not closing a lot. It’s like, well, what is actually happening?

Now, final question I have here for you. Step 14 of our system is we want to help people optimize their life. What’s the point of achieving success? You want to have success with your faith, your family, finances, fitness, friendship, fun. There’s someone watching this show. You are on top of the fitness, but your business is not doing well.

Somebody out there, you’re on top of your faith, but your finances aren’t doing well. Somebody out there, you are the best dad in the world, but you’re not making any money. And it’s tough to be successful in all those seven areas, faith, family, finances, fitness, friendship, fun. fun, focused attention. Nobody’s perfect, but that’s the goal, to optimize that. But I want to get your take on this, now that we’ve worked with you for a while.

There’s somebody watching today’s show who’s thinking about scheduling a free 13 -point assessment at thrivetimeshow . com. They’re thinking about coming to one of our in -person workshops. They know the tickets for the workshops are $250 or whatever they can afford. They know that occasionally we bring people like Tim Tebow or Eric Trump to come speak. But they’re kind of going, I’m on the fence.

What would you say, or maybe how would you describe your experience of working with our team so far? Life changing. When I decided to go to the conference, they couldn’t take my money fast enough. I felt honored to be able to have the opportunity. And once I came, I left on fire. Having been able to work with you all for the last nine months has transformed my business, has

helped me personally to be able to track more things in my life and to really be able to measure what I treasure, as you say. And I’m just so excited for what’s to come. So I would definitely just not delay, schedule the call. Book a ticket, come to the conference, and see all the fun that Clay has for you. Now, my final question, my final sneaky bonus question, my extra bonus question for you, is for somebody who’s watching this, who’s a good fit and who’s not a good fit? Like, who’s a good fit and who’s not a good fit for what we do?

You’re a good fit if you like to follow processes or create, you know, see your success in a measured way, if you’re diligent, if you actually will do what you’re being advised to do. If you do not, like if you have a personal trainer, but you don’t follow what they say, you’re not a good fit. Because every week, they’re going to ask you again, if we said, hey, we’re working on this, this over this next week, next week, it’s like, well, how did this go? Oh, I didn’t get to it. Next week. How did this go?

It doesn’t just go away. So if you’re not a person who likes to be held accountable, this isn’t for you, but if you’re ready to take your business to the next level, I would definitely call in. Now, folks, I encourage everyone to check out her website. And just so we’re clear, if everybody visits the website ridemagicshuttle . com, it does actually increase the search engine rank for our wonderful clients if you get a chance to go to the website and share that link. So if you can, I would encourage you go to ridemagicshuttle .

com, copy the link, and share it in the air everywhere. Maybe share with a friend or family member what you learned on today’s show and check it out. That’s ridemagicshuttle . com, ridemagicshuttle . com. Jamara, I really do appreciate your time, your energy, and we’ll talk to you soon.

Two -day interactive business workshops are the highest and most reviewed business workshops on the planet. You can learn the proven 13 -point business systems that Dr. Zellner and I have used over and over to start and grow successful companies. I mean, we get into the specifics, the specific steps on what you need to do to optimize your website. We’re going to teach you how to fix your conversion rate. We’re going to teach you how to do a social media marketing campaign that works. How do you raise capital?

How do you get a small business loan? We teach you everything you need to know here during a two -day, 15 -hour workshop. It’s all here for you. You work every day in your business, but for two days you can escape and work on your business and build these proven systems, so now you can have a successful company that will produce both the time freedom and the financial freedom that you deserve. You’re going to leave energized, motivated, but you’re also going to leave empowered. The reason why I built these workshops is because, as an entrepreneur, I always wish that I had this.

And because there wasn’t anything like this, I would go to these motivational seminars, no money down, real estate, Ponzi scheme, get motivated seminars, and they would never teach me anything. It was like you went there and you paid for the big chocolate Easter bunny, but inside of it, it was a hollow nothingness. And I wanted the knowledge, and they’re like, oh, but we’ll teach you the knowledge after our next workshop. And the great thing is we have nothing to upsell. At every workshop, we teach you what you need to know. There’s no one in the back of the room trying to sell you some next big, get rich quick, walk on hot coals product.

It’s literally, we teach you the brass tacks, the specific stuff that you need to know to learn how to start and grow a business. And I encourage you to not believe what I’m saying. And I want you to Google the Z66 auto auction. I want you to Google elephant in the room. Look at Robert, Zellner, and Associates. Look them up and say, are they successful because they’re geniuses, or are they successful because they have a proven system?

When you do that research, you will discover that the same systems that we use in our own business can be used in your business. Come to Tulsa, book a ticket, and I guarantee you it’s going to be the best business workshop ever, and we’ll even give you your money back if you don’t loan it. We’ve built this facility for you, and we’re excited to see it.
