Bill Issler the founder and CEO of Virtuous VR Gaming tells us about how he started, marketed and grew his virtual reality gaming company. 

1. Yes, yes, yes and yes! Thrivetime Nation on today’s show we are interviewing Bill Issler who is the CEO and the Founder of Virtuous VR Gaming! Bill welcome onto the Thrivetime Show! How are you sir?!
2. I know that you’ve had a ton of success at this point in your career, but I would love to start off at the bottom and the very beginning of your career. What was your life like growing up and where did you grow up?
3. When did you first figure out what you wanted to do professionally?
4. Bill Issler, I know that you have over 40 years of experience in the steel fabrication and engineering software industry…so when did you decide to bring your experience into the virtual reality space?
   1. NOTE: With forty years of experience in the steel fabrication and engineering software industry, Bill is now bringing his business and VR expertise to the masses via the gaming industry through VVRG – a company dedicated to supplying consumers with high quality and clean (family-friendly) gaming content that is safe for everyone to enjoy

7. When did you feel like you were first beginning to gain traction with your business?

Bill Issler, I understand that in order to build the best gaming experience possible for your new game, DvG Conquering Giants you actually brought in a genius of Hollywood visual effects artist (Jarom Sidwell) who’s known for his work on blockbuster films such as “The Avengers”, “Avatar”, “The Hobbit”, “The Adventures of TinTin”, “Man of Steel” and “Transformers.” Tell us how you first got connected with Jarom Sidwell?
9. So Bill Issler tell us about this new game that you have been working on: “DvG: Conquering Giants”? 
10. Bill Issler, I know that you built Industry Lift…I would love for you to share about what Industry Lift is and why you created it?
    1. NOTE: No newcomer to the VR space, Bill is a California State University graduate who founded IndustryLift, a company designed to empower the next generation of thinkers and doers by building a purposeful network of entrepreneurs and workers within the steel trades to explore new ways to boost the industry. 
    2. NOTE: IndustryLift uses virtual and augmented reality to help get young people interested in pursuing a career in the skilled trade. It allows those interested to ‘test’ out certain skilled jobs using VR to help decide which is the best match for their skills and interests, to help direct them to fulfilling careers. 
11. Bill Issler Many of our guests say that they had a key mentor or a key book that they read that really helped them to change their mindset and their approach to success…do you have a key book or mentor in your life that has impacted you the most…I would love to hear that story?
12. When you were at the bottom, what did you learn most from this experience?
