  7. CLAY CLARK DEFINITION OF INSANITY – “Insanity is being completely unwilling to deal with the consequences of your action and being completely in denial about the law of Law of Cause and Effect.” – Clay Clark (The former United States Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year”
  8. DEFINITION – The universal law of cause and effect states that for every effect there is a definite cause, likewise for every cause, there is a definite effect. Your thoughts, behaviors, and actions create specific effects that manifest and create your life as you know it.

  10. However, it’s actually insanity to try to do a new thing every day and to expect to develop any traction or level of success:

    4. New business

    6. New car

Is this cultural lie out there and see I’m sure you’ve heard this before there’s a motivational speaker and gets up, but he says you know you do insanity right in sandy, I’ll tell you this over and over expecting a different result. That’s the definition of insanity! That’s what the definition is. I, don’t even get up and say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing as people been program. However, you look upyou’ll discover that it’s it. That’s that’s what I’m talking about it’s so culture! Imagine you have like a starbucks right and you opened are right beside i, don’t want to open up the same time every day to expect a different result. If I just opened up in a new city, i, don’t want to open up everyday at the same time and expect to eventually went over the community.

I should open up everyday at a business coach different time and see if I can get a different result, and so because the average american has less than $500 saved according to cnn I guess, I should listen to most people, so, instead of being east, centric I should be centric it because, since most people are unsuccessful and most people love the new ideasjobs new businesses, new ideas, new cars, new houses, new file organization system in new seeds, because most people don’t like to sow a seed and then just continue. Watering and heart is the most people that want to be consistent with tilling the soil, sewing watering and harder than doing it over and over what I’ll do is I’m going to try a new seed, everyday, a new idea, little crazy I’m, going to try a new house. Every three years I’m going to get a new car every three years, but I don’t want to do the same thing over and over, because that would be insanity because I’ve been pouring my culture to having a meeting every week with my team to follow up. That’s weird had to pay my taxes every month on time. That’s weird and see:i hate the consistency of paying sales tax in the consistency of being accountable, I hate, the consistency of doing anything consistently and so I was reading. Proverbs 24 for bo2 motivate myself. I went to a church service and I wanted to get motivated. I read this verse and end up, discouraging me and I want to see you get sorted out for me to z proverbs 24 reads:the slugger does not plow after the autumn.

So he begs during the harvest and has nothing and I was thinking yeah, but that’s probably only related to agriculture and so then I readily cockrell’s book and lee was talking about time, management, time management, magic and he managed 40,000 people I thought! That’s where I could find encouragement, cuz I’m, surely will say:try a bunch of new crap and see what works and then i, never heard. Lee say what gets scheduled, gets done and I thought that’s all right business coach encouraging. So then I looked up the law cause and effect that states that for every effect there wasn’t Cause i’m thinking. That’s not very cool, because when you realize there’s a universal law of cause and effect that states that for every affect, there’s a definite cause you know-and so then I was looking up. Clay clarks definition, which is where is courting himself in his own show, but i, wrote and sandy is being completely unwilling to deal with the consequences of your actions and being completely in denial about the law of cause and effect. We go back to the road. Issue. I, just don’t know nobody. We know they just don’t want to have a meeting every week with their team. They just want to see what happens. They don’t want to do want to hire a manager to follow up either.

They just want to you know throughout the ball and see what happened, throw crap against the wall to see what happens if they don’t want to do the same thing or whatever cuz that would be insanity help cure somebody who doesn’t want to the same thing over and over, like to run their ads at dr. Zoellner’s or say you know. State compliant stay at educated. Make sure that your ongoing education is updated and they don’t want to be consistent i want to try something new all the time. But you know what you could have went on a little bit of a rant now and I begin. Sanity is being insane by the way not have to let the door broke down and I think we were on the street on the street. We call that cray cray cray cray in my head, I’m, going to make it stop twice. Head-butting some cement in life, where you tried same thing over and over and yet you’re, not getting good results. You know and that’s pretty stupid. Can we go yeah and that does say to yourself. I may not know what I don’t know where do I go. In other words, that say you want to go. Get yourself. A better shape and you’re doing the same:workout, everyday and you’re just putting on weight you’re, not getting in better shape, in fact you’re having to buy bigger clothes, and you might save yourself. You know what I may not know how to work out properly.

So you don’t have probably need to hire a fitness coach, a personal trainer, an expert in that area, and you do and you follow them and guess what you get in shape. This isn’t rocket science same thing with business. Folks, if you listen out there, you may save yourself, hey I’m. My business is not what I wanted to be to be so, therefore, I might want to hire a business coach. What are the four meetings? I want to attend and I want to kind of not do what they said. Oh no! No! No! No! No! We’re not talk about the losers focus on winners, let’s focus on winners! Okay, you know what I know. I need to do something different obvious, i, don’t know what to do. Cuz I’ve tried everything, I thought to try. I read every book:i have to read and I’ve done everything I’ve read in those books. Do they hire a business coach when I get on the do a little google research to get on the ask some business coach questions for some peers and they find the thrive nation because they feel like? Maybe they can’t trust a google review. They watched hundreds of video reviews calling references. Mr. Hart in florida called actual people on the videos. Look them up. What would mean? Why would you want to make sure these guys are legit legit? Then you said you know what I’m going to hire these guys and I’m going to go in and I’m going to listen to them, I’m going to give them some of my money right, not a whole lot, but some of my money and they’re going to coach me up on what to do and how to do things differently and I’m going to follow those things and things are going to rock and roll and my business going to grow and therefore I’m going to be able to reach my life goals that I want and there you go to break the cycle of you, listen to listen out there and you said yourself, the things you’re doing aren’t working. We humbly submit that we want to help. You I mean, for example, shut the hell up about two and a half years and now you’re the up-and-coming business coaches. We have on the team right he’s following the systems he’s following protocol. He knows what he knows. He doesn’t know how he’s doing what he what he knows to do and how many people are you personally business coaching right now, 25 right now, 25 right now and how many of those are having business coach success. You know y’all were doing marketing, helping him to go, but if they actually follow the proven system. I got it was a 10-month grind. You know he invested more in seo than his monthly fee optimization. You know what we created content for his website for him in 10 months into it all the sudden he stopped for his surgery or keystone harbor was faster for those guys. It was like 90 days and that get people out there and see you talk about the golden look, their facilities, amazing, nobody knew it was there.. It’s proven before reason. It works and I would say that you said you may not. You may know that you need help right, I would say after years of catholic client, you may not have any idea what you don’t know that you need to know. You don’t know what you don’t know that begin with. It’s someone’s got to teach you what you’re missing the ball on completely, if you’re, not growing by 20% or more each year, and again that’s harder to do as you get bigger. But if you’re, if you’re a business, is under a million dollars a year and you’re not grown in the 20% clip annually, there’s something wrong and if you want to fix it, you probably don’t know what it is and if you don’t know what you don’t know, we have a saying right, learn from mentors not mistake, because the only other way you’re going to learn. Is you stick your hand on that hot stove and go I’m not going to do that again.

That is 25 years in the business. So far this year we’ve been going at 15% clip much bigger than when you started. Yes, that’s correct and the thing about it is folks. Is that you’re never too big to not keep growing, but you know what it’s all about your goals to it’s all about what you want and we’re here to listen about what your life goals are and what you want. I know several friends that are better that are very successful and they take fridays in the weekends off i.
