And Beavis. You get teaming up with a genius just by having plans and proven to work. Nothing gets [inaudible].

[Inaudible]

[Inaudible] We don’t know the secrets of search engine optimization. Oh yeah, yeah. Davis. We know that Thomas Edison was correct when he said that vision without execution is a hallucination. Oh, really? We now know that we must gather and objective review from our real customers every day. I’ll Google. Yup. Bavis this week I did ask you, I ask you with passion together a review from our real customers. Bavis, can you do this? Wait a minute, man. No, wait for dead people, if we’re dead. I dealt with you having this conversation in the afterlife died. Dan, dadada Davis. I need you to focus. Your job is to go out there and to get those Google, yours, can you do this with us and I’m going to evolve the business growth depends upon it. The cost of our leads will go down. The cost of conversion will go down as the number of our abuse goes up.

Davis, can you do this, ma’am? I to say you have a tough one though. Beavis the digital age. The only thing standing between us and more conversions is gathering objective reviews. Can you do this? I’m going to bring it up before Davis, we didn’t know this before, but now we know the key to conversion ischemic objective reviews from real customers. Previous I asked you, can you do it? I don’t feel from Deavis. You can’t get much done if you want to work on the days where you feel good. Usually when I do this, I mean I’ve never done it, but I’ve talk talk together real reviews from that real customers. Are you prepared to do it? Cool. They do not copy my, but what are you talking about? You’re not copying my butt. I want you to gather Coco reviews, not copy my mind papers. You have an opportunity to double our sales.

I don’t think you understand the profundity of this small that I need you to be focused pavers. Do you hear me? General? Where’s the bathroom? Deavis? I need you to be passionate about gathering objective reviews. Look up squirrel. Steve jobs once said, I noticed that the dynamic range between what an average person could accomplish and what the best person could accomplish was 50 or hundred to one. Given that you’re well advised to go after the cream of the cream, a small team of a plus players can run circles around a giant team of B and C players. So I ask you today, who on your team is your Beavis who calls in sick every single week? Who calls in late every single week? Who has a personal problem every single week? Who is the person on your team that is your weakest link and fire them? Let them go. Release them to customer status, promote them to customer status.

Get them out of here because an idiot will absolutely destroy your momentum, your success. And I don’t care if they’re your brother-in-law, your brother, your cousin, your neighbor, your sister-in-law, anybody you’re related to your best friend from high school, fire the idiots. Remove the disease. And soon you will find there will be a lack of dis ease. Things will be easy. People who can show up to work and follow scripts and polo systems have success. People who can implement the proven systems will have success. People that are always chasing a new idea to compensate for the fact that they won’t implement what works. We’ll always lose. And now, without any further ado, three two, one.
