Business is much more like a war than it is a game and if you are going to win you have to know who your competition is and how they are trying to kill you.

  2. ACTION ITEM – Make a spreadsheet of you versus them that should include the following column for comparison:
    1. Branding (Rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest).
    2. Marketing Systems / How Do They Acquire They Customers? (Rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest).
    3. Quality (Rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest).
    4. No-Brainer / Offer (Rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest).
    5. Location?

Competition is attorney, who your biggest competitor. This is so important, because I hear so much crap all the time from aspiring entrepreneurs that are really unaware of how the game of business works. So I’m going to explain how the game of business where I live and I know the purple and listening to this is probably common sense. But if nothing else it’s a refresher course. The american economy works. Is that the buyers with their dollars right? Yes, so buyers vote with your dollars and what we’re doing is entrepreneurs as we’re competing for your daughter, so entrepreneurs, so step 1 entrepreneurs solve problems for their ideal unlikely buyers. You solve problems for your ideal, unlikely buyers for a private for-profit, and then the revenue could be exchanged for goods and services that you want. So there’s always a competition going on right here in my m I am I getting something I might. Is it I start right? There I feel a lot of people. They don’t agree with that right. There I think a lot of people say:ryan I’m sure you’ve seen this with other entrepreneurs, but they say they don’t like competition i. We work together on a lot of business coaching stuff. We were like co-branding were. Can you please explain river decade? Why, if you on a fundamental level, don’t understand it’s you versus your competition in a war, why that’s, not healthy, yeah they’re, not your business partner. It’s like you’re playing basketball, it’s not like the other team, and you are just like playing together right now, I see where people will say then, and now my competition I were working together right yeah, it happens all the time and there’s the pines big enough clay. There’s enough time for us to all go. I know they’re, trying to put you out of business, and if you don’t realize that then they’ve got you right where they want you.

So here are the steps you need to do. If you want to beat your competition. Alright, what you want to do is you want to go to your competitors today or tomorrow? Sending your sister, your cousin, your neighbor, your friend yourself, whatever go there and get all of their print materials and packaging in your hands. That’s step number one! You have to send in the paratroopers jump. If you got to you got to drop him from the sky, you fly over there, behind enemy lines, you drop them in there. It’s not a pair of troopers. You just did. There was pretty good, they kinda. You have to go and gather the materials of all of your competitors. You have, if you’re competing against somebody, you don’t know what they’re doing what are their offers. How are they communicating with those ideal, unlikely buyers that you share with him? The best way to do it is to just go see. Will there be a pirate, not a pioneer, xy phone tapped, all my competitors? Oh wait, nevermind their facility. You want to see photos of their signage. You want to gather photos of their advertisement. You want it you. This is so important that you do this I don’t know if anybody is just your going now. This doesn’t apply to me I’m telling you it does now. There’s a website called moat dot-com jump.Com come on now. It’s like covers around the edges, search for business coaching or tony robbins, on mote. Com, so I got a robbins.Com all right and then you go to mote. Calm and let’s pull up search for the tony robbins brand and you put it in the moat will happen, is moat.. Com will then show you all of the ads that tony robbins is using currently on the internet. He’s yelling, a lot of pain, so it’ll happen is, is it will create? So let me just been put in here to mote, so I can search this real fast here, so we’re searching and okay. Let me just shut example, and if you go to modoc,, it pulls up all the ads that are being used by the competitor right now there you can see all the ads are being used.

What that does that allows you to then say:okay, this is what their ads look like. We should what make arts better right? That’s how it works! I mean it’s really not more complicated than that, but you have to have to do that. So I don’t recommend you use moat.Com if you want to try to put that on the show notes, let’s get that on the on the shit out of here. So now after you use mote., com, okay and did the next action step. If you want to gather photos at our facility, we talked about that. You want to gather photos of her signage. You want to gather photos of your advertisements right then, what you want to do if you want to make a spreadsheet of you versus them in the following Categories:i’m going to help you with it right now, branding and just want to give him a ranking on a scale of 1 to 10, so brandy on a scale of 1 to 10. How good are they at branding and be objective about it? So you know what he’s doing $99 for one pair of glasses in it and examine you’re like well. I should probably make my loans well and sometimes i, like three pair of glasses, spit at his building and he’s always I’m trying to do more than I just got done that cheap. This makes a lot of sense. How do they acquire their customers in mo.Com is a very helpful tool to figure that out right. You just go to vote.Com, before i. Think I saw one time so hot. You know the quality you want to see. How would you know if your quality is good or not? I mean ryan? You have competitors in tulsa right now that compete with you with tip top k-9 and what’s not what’s not be despair, dvd competitor on the show, but do you have a competitor in town that you feel like is actually good at what they do there? Anybody yeah we have some newer people here that they’re they’re, pretty decent, so I would say like for our industry for business coaching we have tony robbins program. Anybody has been to the tony robbins program will discover themselves. I would encourage you to go there before you come because they have discovered the epic rap miss of his program and then there’s a scam cuz. You do get to be motivated for 3 days in a row in a cold room, but then they don’t teach you things pacific right of the business coaching maui mastermind. It’s like 35 grand to get started to get programming a lot of money.

There’s any missed like 3 grand a month, and you have to like commit for a long-term program and then there’s like the what is it the john maxwell to become certified to uncertified other people right? So it’s like your level of leadership, training, trader leadership experts meet eventually like one guy leading other guy around amanda’s at work. It’s about passive income. Before you have to put by your services, you have to buy their services, it compare the quality that you got to make sure that your no-brainer is better than there no brand of your offer, compare your offer versus their offer and that’s how it works, and once you’ve done that, then you’re able to go out there and to wage war, because business is war, it has to be on jective, though, like I was saying earlier, you got a few the world as it is right, so be objective.
