Facebook EmergencyUpdate Thanksgiving Thrivetime Show

Billy, can you, can you hit the button, the, the urgent emergency button. That one? No, that’s not the right button I want. I want the boat. The one that makes [inaudible].

Yes, that’s the, yes, that’s the sound I’ve been looking for. Yes, yes, yes. It is an urgent, yes. I had to get to, I had to add, add some of those emergency noises to create the kind of urgency and the sense of danger had to get the adrenaline glands of the adrenal glands going. For all the listeners out there, we have an emergency update and I’ve got a few people here in the, in the, in the booth today that could maybe vouch for the, the urgency of the situation. So we’ve got Amelia here. Amelia summers married to Ben summers, thrive time show a member and a coach for make your life Epic. Amelia, how are you? I am awesome. My heart is racing right now and you’ve been working here almost a year now, almost a year and we have a business conference coming up here just right around the corner. Today is Thanksgiving and there’s so much to be thankful for. We have a business conference coming up here on December 13th and 14th, and the last conference that you were at I believe was in, um, was it October tone burn?

Did it feel, I mean it felt kind of full. We didn’t have a lot of extra seating capacity. Um, but now in December we have two and a half times more people attending the business conference. It is going to be awesome. We’ve got Michael Levine, the PR consultant of choice for Michael Jackson. Prince, uh, Nike, uh, president Bush, president Clinton, president Reagan. I are just listing presidents. Um, uh, Nancy Kerrigan, I think I mentioned. Ah, Michael Levine. Look him up. Michael Levine public relations. He’s going to be speaking at the business conference and you’ve seen a video. He endorses the business conference. This is his second year coming to it. He’ll be here. The world’s a number one PR guy. He’s the bestselling author. He’ll be here. Matt Klein, the Oxy fresh. He’s our franchise brand developer who you have yet to meet. But we’ve sold 400 Oxi fresh locations and he’ll be here to talk about the growth of Oxy fresh and how to build scalable businesses while Michael’s teaching you about branding.

Um, and then we have Jill, uh, Jill Donovan with rustic cuff who has 127 employees. She’s going to be here speaking about how to do sales and marketing and how she was able to convince Oprah and Carrie Underwood and people like that to wear her [email protected]. But more importantly, Amelia, we have real life success stories attending. Yes we do. And I’m going to read off a few of them and this is homework for you that you have to do this before the end of the day. Okay. So whenever you have a gap, I want you to figure out the percentage cause I’ll, I don’t want to air the actual gross revenue of a company, but I do want to share their percentage of growth. So we’re going to go with a metal roof contractors. These guys have grown, um, this year. If you look at that number, uh, number 20, 19, Amelia versus 2018 if it was 10% growth, that would be pretty outstanding.

You know, cause the average American business, 96% of businesses fail, but they’re up. I mean a significant amount. Um, at least I’ll say 13%. These guys in our economy, which is booming by the way right now, the GDP of our, in our country, our gross domestic product, the growth of our country and it is booming, is 1.9% over the past quarter. Correct. Look up these facts. 96% of businesses fail according to inc magazine. Look, everyone’s heard the story. Nine out of 10 businesses fail, fail. Well, our business coaching clients don’t. Well, clay, yours, you skew the data. You, you fire all the clients that don’t do their homework. That is true. Correct? Correct. I do fire clients that don’t do the homework. So I do skew the data just like the Navy seals will kick you off of the squad if you can’t handle it. I get it. So yeah, the data is skewed.

But think about this. We’ve got a speaker here by the name of Jean breeze who looked at, she has doubled. I guess it would be just a little under double the size of her business this year. Is that correct? Correct. We’ve got ah, Claire’s business coaching clients. We’ve got Brian Armstrong, the builder. Look at that number there. This number here. We’re in the millions now. He has more than doubled, well over doubled. We’re going to put all the percentages on the show notes so you can see the name of the company and their percentages. Accolade, exterior’s these guys have grown from, that’s at least at least a 10% growth right there and we’re not done. This is November homeys homeys gobble, gobble. This is GABA, GABA gala. This right now is, this is, we’re not in Thanksgiving it today. This show right now is going to be aired before you’ve had your Thanksgiving meal and we still have the biggest month of the year. True. These people have already grown. Amelia, when you first started working here and you were telling people, you know, family, friends, neighbors, cousins, whatever, that you are going to work here, what sort of negativity did you encounter or pessimism did you encounter as it relates to working with myself? The Butthead?

Uh, well I heard that you were a cult. That was a fun one. Yeah. Yeah, I recall any that a Colt. That’s true. What else did you hear? Um, that we, uh, I was turning into a workaholic by staying here. Um, dropping out of college was a terrible idea. I would have nothing to fall back on. And

it mentioned not the names of your clients, but the industries that you business coach your clients and what are they, what are some of the industries where you have business coaching clients right now?

Um, yeah, so I have everything from, I’ve got a, a free diving company, snorkeling company in Hawaii. I’ve got a home goods store in Texas, uh, custom home builders everywhere from Tennessee, Minnesota.

And you see, we do, we do a 13 point assessment. First off, Julia and Luke and the team, they vet the dozens of people that reach out daily to be business coaching clients. And they book me as the one to four appointments a week for a 13 point assessments. I personally vet everybody and I don’t want more than 160 business clients in this building. And why is that Juliette? Or what, why that there a million. Why is that? Because you want to be able to know each of our business coaching clients know their names and who makes the path you do and who leads them down the path with the help of us. Yeah. So you guys as the implementers lead them down the path. I make the path that it works. And then we have a team of real people. We don’t have fiber people back here. These are real full time graphic designers, photographers, um, we pay you guys.

I mean you just want a house. True. Andrew, the 21 year old is, could you, could you, could you vouch for me? Could you share what percentage of this of, of his income does do, does Andrew and his wife man. And what percentage of their income do they save? They save 50% of their income. And how old is he? 21 how old is she? Do you know how old she is? I think he, I think he went after the older women. I think she’s like 2323 2324 he just bought a second house. In what universe do people at the age of 21 and 23 by a it is it a nice house is gorgeous. What universe does this happen? The thrive universe? Yes. Another example, your husband works on the SEO team. Search engine team. What was he doing before he joined our team? He was going to school for business.

And you worked at Lowe’s. In what universe could a guy drop out of college and now be the head of a department thrive? And here’s the thing I have, I’m friends with him. I like him. And what university people not hate their boss. Have you ever had, have you ever worked somewhere where you, there’s not a division between boss and like I almost every job I’ve ever had people hate the boss. True cause the boss is an ass face, technically speaking. That’s what happens. So think about this here. We have clients that are growing. I’m going to keep reading and I’m not going to stop today show until I have read at least one fifth of the testimonials. So we’ve got quality services, quality surfaces, countertops. These guys have grown by a million $900,000 this year. So these guys are up, you know, like 30%. Uh, back to basics. These guys are up 27% Kelly construction group up 21%. You understand that the economy, which is booming, huge growth beat, the stock market has gone under the Trump administration from 19,000 on the Dow Jones to it’s grown by a third. Folks. We can somebody look this up or I’m going to look it up. I want somebody. Let’s look at the Dow Jones average today. Dow Jones average

today? No connection to Emilia, former, formerly a million Jones’ maiden name, but 28,000 we went from 19,000 on the Dow Jones average to 28,000 and we’re growing at a 1.9% GDP 1.9% so we type in the GDP, the GDP, GDP. Are you with me? Oh yeah, we’ve got a church thing going. Oh yeah, GDP. The GDP right now is up 1.9% for the third core. There it is. You can see right there. This is for the government up 1.9% that means there’s four quarters in a year. That means that the average business that’s growing is growing at an 8% rate. Our clients, all of them are growing at 30% 50% 40% up, best buy window treatment. This guy’s up 75% Cheney construction up 14% which seems small, but it’s a bigger number. It’s harder to grow as a percentage when you’re, would you believe, would you believe this, a thrive nation?

This year I was. I was doing the math last year that wrap up the year and last year we grew our business coaching clients by two point $3 billion last year. That’s a lot. That is a lot. Considering 96% of businesses don’t grow. Think about this. We just keep winning and winning up here. We’re winning a lot of winning. Ah, mobile turtle. We didn’t know. We didn’t know their numbers. This is the first year in our program. We don’t have any data yet. We can’t, we can’t share CT tech. This guy has gone from, he’s doubled the size of his company. Guys, Lake Martin, mini mall, homeboys up 15% and he’s a, he’s a mall. He’s a retail guy. He’s gonna make his most of his money in December. Papa gallows is already up 15% for the year. We’re going to be up probably 50% for the year folks, maybe 35 to 50%. The chiropractor, dr Jay, he’s up 15%.

Um, DaVinci an it consulting firm went from a start up doing a, we’ll just say a very little amount of money to now they’ve grown 10 times this year. They’re 10 times larger. I mean, um, mud scenes. This guy landed an account with the Oklahoma city thunder. He’s doing sets and backgrounds for Disney. We got one of our business coaching clients out there, Samson lighting, just did all the lighting for LA Reed’s personal party, LA Reid. You know the guy who introduced the world to Toni Braxton and into baby face and RNB music. It’s crazy. I mean, it is amazing the kind of of growth that’s out there and I think we have a lot to be thankful for. We have a lot. Um, hood CPAs has almost doubled the business this year. Cola fitness is opening up two additional locations. They’ve grown from one location that these people were officing out of a house, $115,000 house.

And now these guys are going to be opening up their fifth big box gym. You want to talk about wins? Let’s talk about, uh, Aaron anti-ice. He’s coming to the meeting and talked about it. He’s grown from 37 million to over 80 million it Shaw homes.com. And we’re, we have all these wins and you might say, but clevis, how do I know it works? Are you kidding me? What do I need to do? What do I need to do to convince you that you have what it takes to be successful? What is why? Why Emilia to people think they can’t be successful? I don’t understand it. [inaudible] helped me bridge the gap cause I’ve been living in my own universe that I’ve created now for 23 years where I make a goal, achieved goal, move on. Where’s the world gets stuck? What’s going on? I think a lot of people try and make it more complicated than it needs to be.

And so when it’s symbol, they don’t believe that it can be that simple. Raul, a, you came to the, the group interview, I believe you came to the group interview. Let’s get him on a micro quick. You came into the group interview and you don’t even work here right now. It’s, you’re not even officially a, we don’t know. You might say, I hate this place. I’m never coming back giving me back my audio. Give my OD my audio. But you’re or you might come back, but have you been to a couple of interviews or one interview or what’s your, what’s your story? I actually came to two interviews. I came to the first one, never got called back and then I got the fraternity, he came to the second one and we eat that microphone. Like it’s like, it’s like a corn dog that you’re fascinated with.

Okay. So you came to a couple of interviews, you didn’t get a call back, you’re saying? Yeah. And you came again? Yes. And now you’re here shadowing. Yes. What was the interview like? What’s it like to work at? What’s it like to see the people working up here? What is it like? I just want to know, cause I’ve been in my own Disney land that I’ve created, you know, as a kid I remember hearing about that never, never land thing. And I’m like, I’m just going to build that. I’ve had that thought though. But can you talk about what does it like on the outside looking in here? Cause I’ve never really asked somebody who doesn’t yet work here. That question. So the interview was completely different from any I’ve ever gone. Pretty much people came. And you were the one asking questions, you’re the one interviewing the company.

You were the, the potential candidates were interviewing me. Yes. How was that different for you? What were you thinking? It was very different. I was thinking I was going to come in maybe a one one on one interview. And you’re trying to think of like the best way to answer. Like what’s your biggest weakness? Yes. And you’re going, Oh, I know what I’m gonna say. I’m gonna say I’m too, I’m too organized. That is pretty much too humble sometimes. I mean I don’t, so again, what does the energy like to explain the decor, the atmosphere, the whole thing. What does it like? Well it says, I came in, I came in and like put them five minutes. I heard people clapping and giving each other high fives and I didn’t know why. And as I got to meet Ben, he started telling me that every single time something good happened or something was closed or deal was signed off, uh, people just walked around and gave each other high fives.

The atmosphere is very chill. It is very motivational. There is people walking around talking to you. Um, it’s not your typical office sitting down in your little cube. It’s pretty much you looking around, watching people motivate other people and do whatever they need to do to make sure that their end goal gets reached a million. Have you ever had a, worked at a business where the owner of the business, um, has a stated goal to get his client on good morning America and then actually does it? No. No. I can’t say that I have, but Josh was living water. We got him on good morning America recently. These are all very, we just got them on the Kelly Clarkson show. Let me hit play here. This is Josh on the Kelly Clarkson show. I, cause I again be worried about people that don’t ever, um, provide evidence about what they’re saying.

There’s a lot of people that make claims. It’s so easy to be a Charlotte and you know, you get a photo with a celebrity and you’re like, Oh look, this is me hanging out with LeBron James. You know, LeBron doesn’t know who you are. You paid for some VIP thing and now all of a sudden you’re LeBron’s partner. You’re his friend. I trust me. I’ve seen that game. That’s a charlatan game. You, you know, you open up, maybe you get asked to speak at some rally where president Trump is, and now all of a sudden you’re Trump’s partner. You’re, it’s this is, this is them on a,

no, it was a big shock. We thought we were just doing him a Skype interview and then they turned it on and it was Kelly there. And so we weren’t expecting that at all. Oh, that tells a couple is trending this morning. They’ll be on the Kelly Clarkson show today because of this mysterious billboard scene all over town. Look at that. Yeah. Josh Wilson, owner of living water irrigation, put up the love message to his wife and it attracted the attention to Kelly’s show. Here’s a sneak peek.

So Amy, how did you react when you first saw the billboard?

Oh goodness. Well, I was really a little overwhelmed at first, then I’m a little more shy and reserved, so it was a little more than, and then I wanted, but after a while I got used to it and realize it was just a really sweet gesture.

Showing up all the other husbands. This is good that we step it up. I know we got to stop. Th

w we could go on for days and we should because it’s, you know, 96% of business people fail. And if you go onto Fox news today, we’re going to find negative things. Yup. CNN, negative things, true radio, negative things. I think we should take our, our mind is what the mind is fed according to the book and the magic of thinking big. The mind is what the mind is fed according to Proverbs, which is, uh, an interesting book. It’s called pro verbs. It’s a book in favor of action. Some people don’t know that pro verbs. It’s in favor of the good things to do. It says you’re supposed to surround yourself with wise counsel. Now I don’t expect you to be a Bible scholar. Um, although you have read the Bible before. Um, could you, I’m going to read this to you a million. You tell me what this means in your opinion.

Okay, here we go. Uh, it says Proverbs 13, 20 Proverbs in favor of action. It’s not a book just about Epiphanes. It’s about action. It’s not a Ted talks. It’s implementing what you’re learning. Knowledge without application is meaningless. It States walk with the wise and become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm. Proverbs 1320, what does that mean to you as it relates to working in this environment? By working with wise people, I will also become wise versus if I were to hang out with fools, then I would do hang out with Amanda bloomer. She’s a great lady. She not, she’s awesome. I really do like her. And I, I see a lot of couples that struggle to find another couple to hang out with because of the infinite shadiness of the human condition. You know, 75% of employees steal from workplace according to the us chamber of commerce, 85% of employees lie on their resumes according to inc. There’s this, a lot of shading that’s going on there. And so would you, how would you describe the coworkers up here?

They’re great. They really have become really good friends of ours. We hang out with them outside of work. Um, it’s become like a family to us because they share our same values, our shame, our same ideas or same goals. We can bounce ideas off of each other. It’s become like a growth relationship.

And, uh, is your last name Gonzalez, is that your last name was Hernandez. Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez. Come on in, Mike, real quick here. And it’s be kind of weird if you have, we have just enough mix to make it happen. This is like Motown. We have more people than Mike’s. We’ll make it happen. Could you, uh, introduce yourself, share with the Thrivers out. You’re out there, you’re your first name and last name and how long you’ve worked here. And just kinda let it, let them, let them into your world cause we operated in never. Neverland. Hello clay. How are you doing? I’m doing great man. I’m glad you’re here. I’m glad you’re on the team. You are a ton of sunshine. You’re just abs. Great energy. Tell the listeners who you are, where you’re from so people can kind of look you up.

I am from, I am Adrian Hernandez, originally from Chihuahua, Mexico and uh, I’m Okie to the bone. Been raised in Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma, all my life. Uh, and I’m excited to be here. This is a amazing,

how many interviews did you come to before you got hired too? But the PR, the persistence. It’s great. You’re great. It’s what’s necessary. It is what’s necessary. And you right now are making calls for Shaw homes.com making their calls for him. Yes sir. What’s it like to work up in this environment for people that don’t know,

uh, exhilarating? It is, uh, energy. Uh, if you don’t come in with it, you will receive it.

Why do you think all of our clients grow?

Cause we grow.

Oh that was deep. Ooh, that was good. So you’re saying because all the people in this building are getting better all the time. That’s where our business coaching clients are going to naturally there it is. Otherwise it’d be cognitive dissonance if I was telling you how to grow but we weren’t growing or if we weren’t helping, we have to help our own team. I don’t want to grow the number of business coaching clients. I’m talking about helping my teammates become better people. And so we’re talking about wins. We’ve got a lot to be thankful for. We got a lot to be thankful for. But I also want this to be a transparent show where mr Al wool, you can ask Adrian any question that you have or Amelia about working here because who knows, you might not want to work here and you could ask anything at all, but I just want you to ask whatever you want to ask because that way the listeners can benefit and go.

I was thinking that too. And there’s gotta be something that you want to ask. And what, what do you, you got, uh, did you ever regret coming here from the start? Oh, that’s good. Nope, not, not one time. I think a lot of people though, when you are telling your family, they’re like, what’d you learn at work today? That th that that’s a, that’s a question that no one ever has in the whole world. Seriously. But after you’ve worked here for a while, they start go, what’d you learn? Did you learn? And then they want to argue with it because a member, there’s 330 million Americans, 16 million of which start a business, but 96% of which fail. So you understand you have a 0.00193 chance of being successful in business. So they’ll go, Oh Amelia. So, um, how does, how do the search engines work? Have you tried explaining that to family members or maybe not know your family, my name, neighbors, cousins, people, you know, does it go over well?

No, no, no. When you explain to someone how the group interview works, does that go over well? Nope. What about automating your savings? Has that gone over well? Not so much. What about, what about this Bible verse here? Walk with the wise and become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm. This is a deep thought because it doesn’t have a disclaimer. Now, this is how the Bible, we want the Bible to be written like this. This is what we want. This is the politically correct version of the Bible. This what we want it to say. Proverbs 1320 walk with the wise and become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm unless you’re there, your family, because blood is thicker than water, so hang out with jackass, family members and nothing bad will happen to you. That’s what people want it to be. We want to change that. We want to change it to say, walk with the wise and become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm except for your friend who’s a jackass who makes you poor because of their constant life drama signed the updated Bible. We must be. Well we want to do what to take out the tough part. Raul, any other questions about the schedule? The hours, what they do, what they don’t do? What it’s like for a question for Adrian. A question for a million. Any questions at all? Adrian, what’s the biggest benefit you’ve had since working here?

Hands down the positivity. Uh, if you come from an environment of positivity, it ramps it up. He come from a environment of negativity. It is a one 80. Some people say to me, clay, your meta time. What do you do during that meta time? Well, what I do is I usually put on headphones because otherwise do in the office think I’m weird and I don’t mind if they think I’m weird. I just don’t want to have a conversation about my weirdness. Like I, I don’t mind being weird, but I don’t want to like, Hey, why are you doing that? Cause you know, so I throw on some headphones. I always listened to TD Jakes and then I usually listen to one praise and worship song that is about how I want to be. But maybe I’m not there yet. You know what I mean? So this was the song today. I’m going to cue up just part of it and I just want to all listeners maybe take notes. Think about this. Cause your business probably isn’t growing yet, but it’s going to be, and this time next year, this is how you’re gonna feel, but you gotta it’s gonna take a year of sewing seeds.

Here we go. And I’m very aware with where we have the Sam Adams meeting in just a moment where we have one right now, but we’ll keep going. This is William Murphy

D do you have grace right now? I mean do you have grace? Cause maybe you don’t. Maybe you’re bitter and it’s time to get

here we go to,

are you even sewing anything? Are you writing SEO articles? Are you making sales calls?

SI. You’re not going to reap a harvest if you don’t plant the seeds. That’s true, right? Haven’t been perfect. I can agree with that show. Been faithful. Heaven, faithful. I do show up every day. God has a purpose. Even though I curse a lot, I’ve been faithful. I know he’s a seed in the ground. No more stressing. Oh, see, in 1999 I had the idea to start DJ connection in my dorm rooms. We all do it, and in 2002 I want to be a millionaire, but from 30 to do once I did it, both started the company hit my financial goal. 2006 I’m going to teach other people how to do it. It doesn’t six I had that idea, but what else? Started coaching businesses for free. Just pay a percentage of the revenue and now it’s 2019 and we’re growing businesses by billions.

It’s working. There it is. Everything is working together. Here it is. I remember specifically listening to the entrepreneurs on fire podcast with John Lee Dumas, thinking I’m going to put out more shows to him. Eventually I just passed 1800 shows. He’s got about 2200 but he just invited me to be a guest on his show. December 11th you’ll hear it. He’ll fire.com biggest podcast in the planet. Crazy, huh? Yeah, that’s right. I just feel like you listening right now in a nonreligious sense. Need to have some faith that you can do it in a religious sense. The Bible talks about how God is good and Satan came here to steal and destroy. So procrastination in my opinion, it’s like it’s a satanic thing and action is a satanic thing. Gossip is a satanic thing. Rumors is a satanic thing hanging around idiots. As I say, tannic thing in my opinion, cause I do believe the Bible to be literal and Satan came to kill and destroy and God came to help. Bless. But at the end of the day, if you don’t believe that, that’s fine. Just don’t come to my business conference. But the point is we have a business conference and we’ve got now seven tickets left today. Seven, seven now seven, seven couples. That’s 14 after that, I’m happy to start telling you now and don’t make me actually tell people no cause I don’t want to. I’m sorry I lied you. There’s six, six couples left. So we have 12 tickets left. Cause once you get over 300 he gets all crazy.

He’s leaning. You want to do it, you want to attend, but you’re busy, right? You’re busy being busy, being broke, busy, being poor, busy watching the boys. What kind of sick, frequent, listen to this show and not want to apply what they’re learning. I know somebody who’s been screwed in the past. That’s why it’s a money back

guarantee. That’s why we have over a thousand videos. I just feel like

people been screwed so much. 1 million. They think it’s success couldn’t possibly happen because of all the times they’ve been screwed. Do you, do you agree or is it 100% agree with that? So I’m telling you, I’ve been screwed a lot. I got a picture of him in the studio right now of all people that screwed me and I write, I’m never, people leave. I was right next to their face. What happened? So you see one of them, I wrote their agents as good guy. You know I right there next to him. I built post it note. It reminds me what happened. But you know, I mean if you look in a picture, I mean it’s like five out of seven screaming and that picture up there in the top right, every single person in that picture screwed me, all of them. And let me count the ways the guy off to the far top right.

This man actually had an affair with a bride to be on the week of her wedding because he found out that he was going to be doing, uh, entertaining for her wedding. So they reconnected and they had an affair. True story. The guy next to this guy stole money, just cash the guy next to that person had an affair with some, I had to fire him. He cause you can’t have an affair with one of my employees. You know, when the other, when their spouse works here, you can’t do that. Not a move. Then the guy next to him started coming to compete with me by, he answered the phone, thank you for calling DJ connection and they’d say, yeah, can I book a DJ on June 5th? He goes, Oh, we’re all booked out. But I know of a good company and he’d refer himself. That happened.

The guy in the middle was a youth pastor who got kicked out of his church for having an affair. The guy next to him got busted with methamphetamines. The guy next to him, uh, left last minute after working with me for five years. Uh, the guy next to him, uh, committed, horrible, bad, bad acts while being drunk at wedding receptions. That happened. The guy next to him, uh, embezzled money, the guy next to him is a bad person. So all I would say is that you could see there’s reason to lose hope, but I have to decide, am I going to be the candle in the world of darkness? Are you going to be the candle or are we just going to be part of the choir preaching about how bad the world is?

Come on. You know, you’ve got to decide that because are you going to be the candle? I mean, if Martin Luther King jr was waiting for Martin Luther King, jr Martin Luther King, jr would have waited a long time if Abraham Lincoln was waiting for Abraham Lincoln, he had been awake waiting for a long time.

Abraham Lincoln’s wife wasn’t against slavery. Did you know that? Oh yeah. Yeah, so he actually [inaudible] when he ran for office, he posed as a moderate so people wouldn’t realize what he was all about. But if you watch the Lincoln movie starring Daniel Day Lewis, you’ll see that his wife was not a happy camper that he decided in slavery. But I think out there, it’s like you need like a, you need like a, um, three different personality types. One of you needs facts. I think. Have we given enough facts? Somebody else needs like an emotional reason to come. It’s like you have to hear a song and you go, Oh, to see now, now I’ll click to, I’m emotional. I need an emotion. I need the, I need my emotions get in the way of the motions. I need to take my emotions, get in the way of the emotions I need to take.

And I know I need to take emotion but I’m just emotional so you need some. So I thought, um, a guy, Mike Posner, who I’ve talked to on the phone a few times is a great guy. He just wrote a new song about being sober and I’m going to play it to you. Play just part of the song. You should check it out by that. Did he, the first song I just played was called a, it’s working by William Murphy and the second song is called live. Before I die by Mike Posner and Millie, have you heard the song? I have haven’t so good. I’m going to cue it up real quick here.

Uh, [inaudible]

live before I die. Find on YouTube. I might pose her. Just talk about being sober for a year.

I stopped smoking weed. You go translation, you stop smoking weed. Maybe I’m less cool now. I don’t know. But I talked to a pretty girls now instead of sitting there all stone as does smoking meeting you go, here we go. And I stopped drinking then a Z on. I’ve thought it made my fans think God was tired, too challenging. So far we’re still up in the nightclub on way too many nights. I stopped drinking Hennessy. You all know past, but my future’s just too fast. It all stop and no one that’s no you please give me wisdom. Grant me pee it live before I live. Before that [inaudible] you

got to make your business work. Otherwise just go get a job. What are you doing? Why are you running a company and not being profitable? You have the solution and you say, but clevis, I thought you only take 160 clients. See, that’s, that’s a, that’s a cynic. That is true. That is true. So how are you going to help me? That’s why we have a car, Fritz, and you say, I can’t afford it. I call BS. I’m going to call you out. Right? I’m calling you. You’re calling me out, all unsubscribed. They’re not subscribe. It’s pissing me off. You listening every day and not implementing anything. Here’s the deal. You can buy a ticket for $250 you’re trying to make money off of the off of the backs of the poor people. Okay, leave a freaking review. Subscribe on iTunes or don’t subscribe. Just leave an objective review on our Google map or on iTunes and there’s going to be someone who’s mad.

That’s the one who leaves the long review typically. Thank you cause you have a lot of time on your hands. I get it. So leave a review. You leave a review and then send me a screenshot of it to info at thrive time. show.com send me a screenshot of it to info at thrive time, show.com and the ticket will be just $37 to 10 $37 and a did we up sell things here? Do we have in the back of the room? Is it a magic money? Get rich quick sign up now folks. Nope. The first time you attended, did you think it would eventually be an up sell at the end? Did he was waiting for something? Were you waiting for it? It was interesting, but it didn’t happen. Nope. People always, the last day they’re like, when’s it going to happen? Almost like being unwilling to be nice, you know, and then they’re like, come up to me.

Let’s go. They was coming to me around noon on the day too. It’s a two day business conference, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM both days. They come up to me at noon on Saturday like, bro, when? When’s the upsale coming? Cause they’re entrepreneurs and they’re like, well, when’s it going to happen? What are you going to up show me? And they’re like always wanting to know and then, then, then, then, then they’re in the parking lot and they’re driving home and they’re like, I wonder when he’s going to upsell me. And they just keep waiting and it doesn’t happen. So again, John linen has a notable quotable when read to you, he says, when I was five years old, John linen, by the way, the founding member of the Beatles, John John Lennon says, I’ll read it to you when I was five years old, I’m at five years old. My mother always told me that happiness was the key to life.

When I went to school, they asked me what I want to be. When I grew up. I wrote down happy and they told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life. That’s the C you just, that’s the, the goal is to build a business that serves you. But so we hit the logic. Amelia, we hit the logic, we gave facts, facts. Now we kind of hit the emotional and other people just want to come. Cause I’m kind of funny, funny looking matte. No, some people want to come. So I’m going to cue up a little audio here. This is my dedication to all the listeners out there. Um, it is now, uh, it is, um, uh, Thanksgiving right now. Uh, at the time that you hear this show, I will be hitting on my wife. Uh, I said, you know, the thing is I got nothing.

So I gotta resell her on the I division of staying married every year. And as every year, that’s a lie. Every day, every day I’m like, listen, I’ll wear a bag over my head. You don’t have to look at me. But I mean, but I got to convince her to stay married. And so I start teasing out some early Christmas gifts and we’re going to be making like we have like a competition going. It’s always very competitive. We’re making gingerbread houses right now competing. We’ve got that going on. We’ll be doing bike rides, we’re going to be, you know, cooking stuff. We’re going to be watching Christmas vacation while I have a Moscow mule. It’s going to happen. But before that can happen, I want you to listen to it, to be able to join me in my tradition. And one thing you want to do is you want to cue up Adam Sandler Thanksgiving song because it’s a great song and everybody should know the lyrics of it.

I’m going to read it to you for it. So it’s a deep song. Uh, Adrian, are you familiar with the lyrics of the song? Have you heard about this song before? Yes, I have. Um, do you know the lyrics to the song? I do not. Where are you from originally again? Chihuahua. Mexico. How long did you, what’d you do? Did you, were you born there then? Then you moved here or when I was a yes, brought when I was a approximately one and a half years old. Well, are your parents good people? Amazing. Maybe you give them a life tip and say, mom and dad, why aren’t we listening to the Thanksgiving Adam Sandler song every night? Cause this is like a tradition I want to give to the listeners. This is like, I mean this is a pro tip out here. I, here we go. I’m gonna queue it up here.

I just want to say, I know your parents love you, but I think they love you even more. They would have played this song. So I’m gonna read the lyrics to you and you tell me if you’re kind of seeing the vision here. It says, ah, okay, here we go. Love to eat Turkey. Loved eat Turkey. Some of the crowd yells, I love you at him. He says, Oh I love you too. Love to eat Turkey cause it’s good. We’ll do Turkey like a good boy should cause it’s Turkey to eat. So good. Uh, I says, uh, he says Turkey for me. Turkey for you. Let’s eat Turkey in a big Brown shoe. This, I mean, this is me. Cue it up here. Let me get it.

He turnkey. Get ready. Love to eat.

come on. Drivers [inaudible] eat the Turkey. Lack of good bars. It’s people to eat. So good.

He says, I don’t know. I don’t know. The lyrics are coming at me too fast or too complicated. [inaudible] it’s like the matrix.

Good. So let’s go back. Let’s go back. Let’s go back low to eat. Target. Lack of good bar should cause it to eat. So good.

Here’s the what we learn through repetition. Have you heard me talk about Emilia in our meetings? What are the four ways? What are the four things you have to do to get to the top of the Google search engine results? What are the four things at most? Google reviews. Yep. Most canonical compliance. Yep. Mobile compliant. Yep. And most content. How often do I talk about this? A lot. How often do I talk about the group interview? A lot. It’s called neural pathways. And your brain has to create a kind of a picture, like a ditch. And the more times you go over the same thing over and over, the more you learn it. That’s how you learn. Remember how you went to college. That’s how you don’t learn whatever they did at college. Don’t do that. Well you learn through repetition and you probably had to hear that what 20 times before you got it.

Yup. And now it’s easy. The group interview, it’s easy, easy. You run the payroll for elephant in the room now it’s easy. It is. That’s how you learn is through repetition. You say, why do I need to listen to this show every day through repetition and we tend to try to learn through superstition, through intuition, through fiction, through feelings, through Ty Lopez videos, through MBAs, through things that don’t work. But we learn through repetition. So I’ve got to do is I’ve got to make sure that everybody knows the words to the song. I can’t move on cause this is, this is an important thing. This is like we’re teaching American history.

Try again.

We can target lack of good bars to eat. Take a moment just to kind of get yourself ready

now. There’s a lot of you gotta get yourself gathered cause we’re gonna go to the chorus and that’s, we’re going to end it when you guys can listen to the rest of the song by typing an Adam Sandler Thanksgiving song. But I want you to, I want everyone to know the chorus because the chorus is where lives are changed. All right? And some people are saying, how does this relate to the conference? Because the business conference is ridiculous. Is it not a million? And we don’t have a good time. It’s a blast. We’ve got a guy, a breeze, father fire at the business conference. We’ve got a band. You’ve got Michael Levine. He’s so funny. He’s great. And he curses like a sailor. I mean, you wear ear muffs, he’s going to bring it. Uh, he’s an incredibly, he’s, he grew up dyslexic. Um, his dad was an alcoholic and now he’s the world’s top PR person and he can’t stand up.

He’ll make excuses. Like, I’m not a morning person. He’s a best selling author and he can’t read. My man can’t read. How does he do it? Okay. We’ve had Jim Stovall on the show. He’s a blind bestselling author. Quit making excuses. Stop it. Stop it. But some of you go, you know what, here’s the deal. If you’re going to be honest, you’d better be funny. Okay. Cause I can handle a funny, funny, uh, Adam Sandler’s talked about this at great length. So as Seinfeld comedy’s the last place where you can be honest, if you’re a stand up comedian, you can say honest things. But if you said it in a work environment, it’s like ah, it’s sexist, it’s racist, it’s almost phobic. It’s judgemental, it’s bigotry. It’s true. You can’t miss the patterns in work. You know, you can’t see patterns, but comedy you can’t. So we’re going to have a good time. But here we go.

It’s a mess in my head.

The chorus, I’ll feel free to sing along in your car. It’s okay. Yeah. You don’t. You don’t have to in the studio in the car. You have to cause, you know, come on in the shower. Sing along. Come on now. It says Turkey for me. Turkey for you. Let’s eat the Turkey in my big Brown shoe. Let’s, let’s just go that deep. I know. I hate to take the show to a deep level.

Hi. Appreciate it. Here we go. Here we go. Thanks. Anyways, here we go. Come on now. Thrivers get ready. Get yourself emotional lies

for me before you eat the Turkey and my big Brown shoe. Love to eat the Turkey after table. I want saw a movie with daddy. Eat Turkey all night long. 50 million Elvis fans can’t be wrong. You do and target malarkey. DAP. I eat that Turkey then. Oh, so good. Here we go. Get ready. Get

ready. Is this is the false set of this is the part you can’t, you have to be really confident in who you are as a man or a woman to go to this next part. This is, this is, it’s a beautiful, this isn’t, this is a beautiful song. This is, this is, I can’t believe I’ve gone this many years without all honesty. What is your favorite song? Your favorite song? Oh, do you have favorite song or one of your favorite artists or favorite songs? Do you have any Mike Posner is definitely one of my top favorites. Okay. What do you think Adrian? You have a favorite person? Favorite artists? Music artists. Who you guy. Who do you have here? You got anybody? You too. You like YouTube. Dave Matthews, you into rock and hip hop. You, you do need to cut a deep, you’re in like Wiz Khalifa, pro weed songs.

What are you into? What do you, what are the teleco Metallica really do. Do, do, do, do. Okay. This is, this is this. Is that good? This is what, get ready for this party now. It was just a setup for the deep stuff. Raw will. Have you heard this song before? Have you heard the song before? No. You need to go. You’ve got everybody here. You got to listen to the Thanksgiving song. And if you care about your family at all, share it with them on social media. Cause you know what they’re doing during Thanksgiving. They’re not talking to each other. They’re not making eye contact. No, they’re on social media. Cause that’s what you do. You travel from all over the world to sit next to someone that you don’t actually talk to while you tweet about them.

use the same.

I know.

Here we go. Gravy and cranberry. Can’t believe the med traded Darryl strawberry

for you. Turkey for me. Can’t believe Tyson gay bat girl BV.

Let’s go back

cranberry. Here we go. Can’t believe the magistrate it download strawberries.

boy, you can’t believe Tyson gave that girl. Everybody. Now here we go. Used to say,

I know

Dan [inaudible] cranberry. It’s a gift.

I give all the Thrivers out there and I’m telling you’re not going to get that kind of gift on any other show. And I just shared with you wins from real clients. I just gave you a million. Have we given enough wins? Oh yeah, we’ve, I mean how many, if you didn’t know me, is that enough wins or we need more winds? Is there more winds? We should talk about that? Not enough wins. Yeah, I think that’s good. That’s good. I don’t think it’s enough wins. No. I mean living water, irrigation. He’s doing every week more money than he used to do in a year or living water. Irrigation. OK. Dot com we got PMH. Oh Casey. Randy doing six figures a week of sales. That’s crazy. It’s PMH, okc.com if you don’t believe me, check them out. We got Tulsa pediatric dentistry just dominating the search engine results.

If you Google search, Tulsa pediatric dentistry, MLK, you’ve met them. Dr. Mark Morrow dominating dr Joe lye, KL, ortho.com dominating. You got score B ball coach Calvert dominating, dominating. I mean just Google search, Tulsa basketball lessons dominating. Dr Breck was in business for 12 years as a chiropractor. Now he’s making more money every month and he used to make it a year and you say, well, clay, what’s the point? The point is you can use your money to buy goods and services and you can buy your time back. Now you can spend time with your family listening to Adam Sandler songs. People say, well when you get home all day out, but all you think about is work. No I don’t. I think about my cats and why I have 15 of them and should I go to crazy town and get a 16th cause people, the people would say you have a problem.

I’ve been reading a lot about this. You have a problem, you have a cat problem. You have too many cats wreck a cat hoarder when you have 16 cats. But when you have 15 cats, there’s nothing wrong. And I’m right at that threshold. I think about these exact silky chickens, 10 of which are hatched from the other chickens. They’re self producing. Now I’m trying to find a way, a meal, you know this to turn pond water into drinking water. You’ve heard me talk about this. These are real things and I’m just saying the point where we need to get to this business conference and get serious for two days is so we can get back home.

I can’t believe the match traded download strawberries.

So you’re saying

stop? Can’t believe Tyson gave that girl [inaudible]

Oh the low blow there. One more for us.

White meat, dark meat. You just can’t do, I’ve fed off my [inaudible]. I got up rooms. [inaudible] the toast. How many of the take down my shero teeth

oil. Whoa. I kept with the next part. I gotta pause it. Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. Can’t put the next part. That’s, that’s, that’s only you have to go hear it. To hear that part and then just bleep it out. Cover the earmuffs. And that’s why your parents turned out to be good parents. Because if they had taught you that song, you would know the word that I just cut out. And I’m glad you don’t know that word. So it turns out this, Justin, you have two parents this Justin, but I encourage you to come to the business conference. I have no other reasons why you should come to the business conference. Oh, I forgot to mention we are the world’s highest rated and most reviewed business conference. There’s no upsells. It’s funny. It’s fun. Oh, I know. The final reason we have about 80% of our attendees have multimillion dollar companies and you’ll never be in a room where you’re going to have that happen again, back to that Bible verse about he who walks with the wise shall become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm when you’re sitting next to somebody who is now a millionaire, but they weren’t a millionaire 18 months ago.

That’s power. Yes, these people were not successful, many of them before they came here and now they are and that is power. And now we must lead, go in and lead the Sam Adams meeting. But I just encourage you out there, don’t just be a hearer of these words, be a doer. Go to thrive time, show.com today and book your tickets for two 5,250 bucks. If you can’t afford it, I get it. I’ll leave a review. Or if you just want to get a good deal, leave a review, get the tickets for $37 or if you say, um, I dunno, I don’t know if I can trust you, then go to thrive time, show.com forward slash free dash resources and download every book I’ve ever written. Thrive time, show.com forward slash free dash resources download for free. You still don’t believe me? Go watch 1000 video testimonials that are now on YouTube as a million.

You’ve seen there’s a thousand of them to do that. If you call my mom, you should probably call my mom. And then my mom would say, he’s a strange man. My mom once told my wife when we’re getting married, she said, are you sure you want to marry him? And Vanessa’s like, yeah, sure why? She goes, your life will never be the same. It’ll just never be normal. It will never heal. He doesn’t stop. It’s weird, you know? And thanks mom. Cause I think my mom, I think that was what my, my wife needed to hear to say. Yes. I think she needed that sales pitch. It was like a reverse sales pitch. Um, but if you’re out there today, I’m just telling you, you have what it takes to be successful a mil. You’ve met these clients. We have people that are successful that aren’t like, I mean we have a lot of smart clients who are doctors and dentists and lawyers.

I mean we, yes, we do handle the marketing for winters and King who does handle all the law, all the legal aspects of the ministry for Craig Rochelle with life church, the biggest church in America, TD Jakes. I mean we work with mega clients. Yes, but we also work with the average man, the average woman. Do we not? What kind of person should not attend the conference? Give us a reverse commercial. Who should not attend where you’re going to go. It’s not going to be a good thing for you. You don’t want to come. I mean, you’re getting here at 7:00 AM and it’s not good

if you don’t like getting up early. If you don’t like action steps, if you just want to talk about ideas and dreams and motivate,

I refer you to Tony Robins. If that’s what you’re looking for, go check him out. He’s on or Tai Lopez. I mean they’re there. They’ll take your money, do it, do it. Ty Lopez has a thing called Minter box where he’ll take a book and condense it into flash cards, like a summary of the book if that’s what you’re looking for. Go to go to Tai Lopez by his cap. Buy the crap from Tony Robins, buy that crap. But if you want to build a sustainable real company like the businesses that I have referenced, a check them out or you can go to thrive time, show.com and click on testimonials. You can see them there. Um, and you also should go to page three of Google where people write bad things about me under anonymous accounts and read that because there’s a cool quote I want to end it with here.

Um, Adrian, have you read a lot about Winston Churchill? Do you know a lot about Winston Churchill? I do. Okay. And uh, um, what do you know about him? What, what is this? I got a history quiz for you. What do you know about Winston Churchill? He was leader of the British army. And uh, how many people? 1 million for 5,000 points. How many other countries? And again, if you get it wrong, it’s the school system. It’s, it could not possibly be you cause I didn’t get A’s and B’s in school primarily. Yeah. Okay. So if you get it wrong, you don’t lose any mega points. This will not happen. If you did wrong, how many countries were in favor of standing up for England in fighting against the Nazis and the Nazis, by the way, said Winston Churchill. If you will turn over your people, your Jewish people to us, we’ll let you be free. I mean, you guys will be underneath the Nazi banner, but we won’t harm you. You can join up with the third, right? You could team up with us. You know, like Mussolini from Italy, the leader of Italy, he teamed up with Hitler. It’s like we could team up Mussolini, Hitler, the effort, the funny mustache and Mussolini. We could team up Winston and we could be a team. And all you gotta do is give over millions of innocent people. Um, how many other countries wanted it to help?

Two. Two, question Mark. Thanks.

Um, Nope. Nope. None. None. None. None. Because what happened is the average day they pulled the average American and they said, do you guys want to send your boys and girls into harm’s way to fight for people you don’t know? And the vast majority of Americans said, no, no, I’m not going. People forget that part. So then the crazy Japanese leader thought, let’s drop bombs on. See what happens at Pearl Harbor. Let’s do that. Yeah, let’s do it. So this little weasel suddenly drops. Bombs blows us up. They awoken the sleeping giant. But Winston Churchill was the only person standing up to Hitler in the free world. It’s crazy. So one thing that went with Winston Churchill has said, and I wished I could say more often, he said, you have enemies. Good. That means you’ve stood up for something sometime in your life. So you need to go to page three and find those good haters. Amelia, you got to find the people that I’ve fired aren’t those fascinating reviews.

I read some of those before I started working here. It was great.

Yeah, and typically do you as a business owner, would you advise as a consultant, all of our listeners to round up their best people and fire them? Is that a tip for growth?

Oh yeah, that’s definitely a move for sure.

People think that though, but that’s not the thing. We don’t fire great people. And what kind of people go online and write super bad reviews that incriminate themselves. Like people will write a review that says, I worked there and I got fired for being late twice in one week. What kind of a jerk? I mean,

no, you fire, you fire the, the C players, the bad people, the people that don’t want to show up and do the job.

All right, thrive nation. I wish you a happy Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for on this great Thanksgiving. If you’re above the ground, it is profound, but it’s time for you to become a verb and not a noun you need to take action. Turn your visions and dreams into action. Raul, appreciate you being here. Adrian, I appreciate you being here. Amelia, you’re a great American and we’ll end the show with a boat and here we go. Three, two, one. So if I go to dr breck.com that’s D r.com stands for dr breck.com. Uh, what’s, what’s the no brainer offer that you’re making for us today? Well, if you will go there on the website, you click on that schedule now you will receive a free consultation exam and extra all at no cost, no obligation. We just, it’s a, it’s our opportunity to interview with you. Come try us out. And if you don’t like what you receive, then don’t hire me. Let’s say that I am a afraid of the internet. What’s a phone number I could call yet you can call nine 184-NINE-FOUR-2 six, nine, eight was that never one more time? Nine 184-NINE-FOUR-2 six, nine, eight.

All right, let’s just say that you’re out there listening today and you have a website for your business. The question I would have for you is, are you getting the most number of leads possible? Are you ranking high? Wow, I’m touching the canvas. Can’t feel my face or are you ranking? Whoa. And the Google search engine results are going to ask, are you ranking high or are you ranking low on the Google search engine, a search result. Take a moment today and do a Google search, the keywords that you want to come up top for and see where you are ranking.

We have a Josh Sperl, a CPA from Canada and we have Dr. Timothy Johnson here from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Uh, Josh Sperl. How in the heck are you doing? Pretty good clay yourself? I’m doing well man. Doing well here. I, I, uh, we’re not broadcasting from the man studios as normal, so we’ve got a little bit of background noise there to contend with, but we’re here and I wanted to see if you could share with the thrive nation approximately how long you and I have been working together and how that’s impacted the number of inbound leads that you’re generating as a result of your Google search engine ranking.
