Think about that a million a million, a million customers a week and I asked him how to? How do you add where’s the time going? How do you use a leader not waste your time? How do you? How do you get to a level productivity like like, like you have achieved, and he explains to us in great detail how to decide when to plan out your day where to plan out your day? How to get your schedule started the importance of quiet time and it’s just a laser show of knowledge bombs on time management with lee cockrell, the former executive vice president, who managed to previously walt disney, world resort, so now. Any further, it is used to manage the mouse house. Once again the man who used to manage the mousehouse, business coach friend, lee cockrell, the thrivetime, show to a research that was published by cbs moneywatch, there’s nine top time-wasters I’m sure you could list 99, but I’m going to give you the top nine that they listed here in this article and texting 50% of people admit to that. The second is gossip. You know the basics. 42% of people are saying:i was kind of talking about sharon she’s, not here right now, but I’m. Just talking about her surfing the internet, social media, snack or smoke breaks meetings, emails coworker is dropping by phone., loop and engine distractions.

I know that you were able to get a lot of things done and that you actually developed the time management system that is literally changing the lives for thousands of people all across the planet. So, let’s go ahead and hop into the six steps, offer a how to better manage our lives and end our careers decide where and when you will plan out your day to know when and where you will plan out your day. Well, I think you have to think this through I have a few little strategies when I was working at disney always sunday evening, while I’m sitting on the couch, maybe watching tv I would and go through my day planner and look at every day for the next week and see which meetings have somebody put in my schedule that I really don’t need to go to I need to send somebody else, because you know with the technology today business coach appointment end up in there and you’re wondering where that came from heaven to me, sometimes yeah. So then I would make a note all of those and then I’d send a note to my assistant. Take me out of this one send joe to this one I’m not coming to that one I’m not doing this I’m not doing that by the way, don’t schedule any night after 5 cuz I’m, going to the gym and I just did it that way. Then, in the morning everyday I would spend 5 10 15 minutes I got to work it around 6:15 and I spent it is there a place where there’s over a million people a week according to forbes / 52 million people a year visit this place time you get there at 6:15, no one’s there very sell them to anybody. My email before you wake up just a choice. You know if you get up early to get more done.

You just you’re, just more efficient I think it matters you know depends on what job you’re in you know, if you’re in a brand new job, you may have to do it for half an hour every night, if you figure out what you doing, if you just came back from two weeks vacation, your name I need to spend an hour on sunday around a half. Getting your email figured out where you got to go, but I’ll tell me the average morning, routine I would say 10-15 minutes, I took me:i could do it at starbucks. I could do it at my kitchen table I could do it in the car. I can do it at my day, where am I going to do to be free of distractions? To make this happen in the morning, 6 depends on how quiet you need a quiet place where you can think and not be interrupted, and people won’t bother. You and sometimes I did in the car in the parking lot better cuz I know I got in there later that morning. For some reason and the minute you walk into your workplace. It’s chaos, you have no plan, and you can you forget to do a couple things that really important your business coach boss gets on your case, and then you say you forgot, and then you, your reputation goes down here. Cuz he’s wondering why you’re forgetting to have a quiet place and you picked that place out. Everybody can pick it out a different flight and sometimes I do it on an airplane. You know act like you know this tomorrow morning, I got to 6 a.M. Flight. You know, why does a plane will be there tonight at 10 flights in chicago tomorrow, hoping it comes so I will be home for lunch. Okay, lot of people are going to not get home for you get yourself
