My name is Clay Clark in the former us sba entrepreneur of the year and current business coach and I am fired up today because today it is all about the Benjamins about the single Benjamin, Benjamin Franklin. This is as this is a super show. It’S a two-part show. This is a November. We want you to remember: we are breaking down people of historical significance and Benjamin Franklin when he died picture of the skullet. Tell me Michael Bolton would have nothing without Benjamin Franklin. Do you know what that’s why I figured out why you have on your school at cap? I didn’t know that you can have it. That’S a very good. You know you’re, really the character that you got on for those. You can’t see this all just describe the two beautiful nieces and the fact that you found one that could fit that Cranium unbelievable. We buy hair attached to it, so it looks like he has a skull it on right. Now I don’t start a 9 and 7/8 hits It’s really attractive. It’S a good look for you about a hundred and bill. You do one better. I know you you’re over achiever. I know you you’re thinking. I don’t want the hundred-dollar bill. I want to be on a hundred and bill by Scarlett. You remind me a lot of the bill.. You were house that you just you just say it that you this let it settle. And then it’s settled talk about Benjamin Franklin, but we have one of the members of the Thrive business coach team of an impromptu. We grab a guy, we put headphones on a shelf, we slam the headphones on him, and this is the ask the Z anything segments with Andrew and Andrew used to work for a company, epic photography back in the day. We second that day you tography was sold. The business he’s a free man could come back and join the Dark Side after the sale of a business. He could do that so he left he’s back and I and how long have you been now on back here on the on the dark side, the evil empire been about 5 or 6 months, 5 or 6 months by the way you just have to eat that Microphone cuz, it’s so you can ask me any question every right now. You can ask me any question on there’s: no, it’s not about how we might kick you out of the game. Where you can ask me any question on you: are a few can early everyday?

You read: you invest in yourself, you’re kicking butt your dressing to impress engaged he’s a crazy he’s the Pinnacle it’s going down by the way I can just see it so he gets to Duke never back. In the day I had to sequester you at the at the restaurant I had to grab the I’d, pull your side, Ruby, Tuesday’s oh yeah, and I had to buy grapefruit grapefruit credible. I took you there and I got like a whole plate of croutons. I got 30 minutes to just ask you questions and it was like a huge unicorn business coach event and you were just let me see what are some of the the best book recommendations. You have Show me the cast on that and for those on Twitter without their play. Pulled out 6 that were like must reads for every entrepreneur and I’m trying to remember those 6-hour but they’re coming to take Place book number 72. It and it’s the it’s a book. That’S thousands of years old and the Art of War by Sun Tzu! And it’s it’s a bit. Basically, it was the the road map for generals back in China. I mean he wrote the book on how to win at War, and sometimes people get into a business and they say to them – and I said: oh, no, it’s not I’m not going to get along or to go around and no I’m not that aggressive like that And that’s not right, I’m going to know it’s not actually you’re, not with the Pitchfork attacking their building and throwing rocks at them. And it’s not that kind of guy mindset of saying, Hey, listen. I want to win, and so I have to prepare myself and I have to have 13 steps in that book and it’s like know your enemy and that’s true you. Whenever you want a Mystery Shop yourself, you are a Mystery Shop, your competition. You know you want to know what their moves are going to be and that’s that’s good scouting in war, and so that’s the book I added to it. It’S a sounds like a hamburger, crazy book to read for 9:20 to start off Business Bank. Just get your mindset ready for battle and that’s what Jack Welch’s powerful powerful by Jack Welch is phenomenal. That book is great. It’S the number one management book out there, the service profit Chain by the Harvard Harvard they they do case. Studies of successful companies, powerful book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill great book. We talked about the start here book, which is a compilation of all the world’s best business book to make sure that book and it’s a free to download it thriveTime show.com, and if I could you describe what the start here business coach book is like. Could you read the book you got up for the listeners out there who are like? Why is this book? You speak of that you’re, giving away for free it’s a good start here book. Is it’s a lot of coaching there’s a lot of information on how to start and run a successful business, wouldn’t like working on all your business instead of in your business who has Ohana you get to ask if any any questions at all nervous here we go. What are you got nervous for you with scheduling and time blocking? What is, I guess, the best way to do a Time block and figure out how to prioritize what to put first in your schedule.

If you don’t have a list of the number one most important thing, you need to get done right now. You need to make at last, and so you should have a list of things you need to do check them off after you do them. I don’t know how many times people like I have forgot to do that you just skip over that there was a business Yoda moment there. You said, if you don’t have the number one thing you need to be working on right now. You need to go. Make that list and your list is pretty short – I mean it’s like this is what has to be done today correct and you do that everyday. You have to have that list because that’s how you get things done, if you don’t put it on the list, you won’t get done. You’Ll forget about it. You’Ll push it off your procrastinate. You’Ll find you don’t have time for it and I’ll schedule. I think one of the things on scheduling is, then you build your schedule around the things you need to get done. Is he okay? I need to get my LLC form, and so we can go wherever that is, and so that you schedule your meetings around around that and I think the key to scheduling meetings scheduled them to end come on now you got to schedule them to end. You got to know the time block of those wat time. People ask me for meeting which you know makes me cringe more times than not. Sorry, sorry for those of you out there asking for me too, but I don’t have his. I always. The question was asked me: how much time do you need and then I before I even determine whether they’re going to get a meeting. Going to happen, but the day we met for lunch? I remember it because it was the first time I life. It’S ever happened, as you say, a lot, but it happened to me and I I was ready, but a Kylie bless her heart. Prepare me for this. Okay, so I said I’d like to meet Z and she was okay, but no, and then I kept pulling up and falling up and finally she’s, like okay, he’s agreed to meet you for lunch. Do you like croutons, Ruby Tuesdays, but make sure that you have your business coach questions right now? If you know what you’re going to ask him, because he just he just will be better for you in a few just sat down – and I remember this – it was like it was our first date and you should give me, and you said you said you go Well, I kind of was going to composing myself. Sound, like he’s actually in front of me, is that I got my questions and you said, go but, like you said, and I was like, I never had a conversation start with go and you were here. I think you must have been like you had a meeting after that meeting. Could you always did during the work that you’re very purposeful you just go boom boom boom boom boom County? That’S why I said: go and I’m like a list and I’ve discovered the more your unsuccessful people. They really do. They give you an allocated amount of time, it’s up to you, what to do with it, because that’s how they view their time to they’re very purposeful. In their time – and I just know it’s a lot of times when you’re around Z, you’ll notice – that he is not being mean, he’s just being direct and he wants to stay at your state, your problem, that the solution, let’s move on, so if you’re coming for Investment dollars how many dollars? What do you need it for? What’S the deal for me, where do I go for you, okay, you’re, not a big building to our jam session and you and the reason why you do it that way, because my friend level, the very few people that you do let Into Your Inner business coach Circle you And you get the impression that you might be homeless and not have a job at all.

We have all the time in the world, I’m serious. I have a child. I got to his house. This is about 2 years ago. I got to his house and he’s. I walk in and it’s one of these total moments from what’s the movie The Iron Man, Richard Scarry Moscow. He sees his time and in it’s kind of how do I get to his house, and this guy is, has like a claw and he’s reaching into his massive aquarium. That’S the size of like I don’t know it’s a bit too massive aquarium and you’re in there. Take it it’s a size of a basketball like a bike, a backboard of an NBA basketball goal your feet in this, your interest in the gym Tang into its non-native business coach environment to the other fish, don’t pick on it number one thing that day and I’m like all Is very important, I don’t like how long have you been introducing this shift, and that was what you were doing you been doing this for quite some time and I’m like: do you literally take them to the middle of the day? It’S the middle of the work day. I might do you normally spend you know large, bore size of a couple hours optometrist. Maybe this guy’s reading books about the human III mean maybe he’s sitting there up. You know worrying about payroll and taxes on people. What is a gem tang tang is, it is a variety of saltwater. Fish and Jim is. Is the subspecies I’ve been it’s a pretty rare fish? It’S only found in a couple of seas around the world. I think the Red Sea in the number down him and Father’s Day or my birthday or something, and so I was kind of a big deal. So you have time to do things like that in the spend time with your son and to do movie night with your son and invest time and different entrepreneurs and do the things you do is because you don’t waste time with 15 minutes at a time. Wasting time till around stupid meetings, meetings by death is the worst form of death. I think I mean I’d rather be killed. A number of different ways of meeting or be hung. Pay me now exactly you hating on business coach announcements this week. I now know that we’re going to do is do research answered on meeting right now, beginning what I would call the research phase and, in your mind, you’re like this is the beginning of the end. What do I need to do to get to have you get that done? What do I need to do for you to for you to do that? You’Re not going to come back really Breaking Down The Life and Times of Benjamin Franklin, but I wanted to take this opportunity to bring Andrew the Unicorn super employee, who gets stuff done to put me on the hot seat.

Ask me any question: you could possibly ask so Andrew thanks for the great American business coach Z, thanks for letting me just to kind of set up this interrogation session on the radio. We come back. We’Re talking about Benjamin Franklin, who was not a business coach, welcome to the Thrive time show I show for the enemies of average. People are not born with big thighs little lazy baby in the world to look like this. Alright trap Nation we’re talking about Benjamin Franklin today. How did he achieve massive success? Was Benjamin Franklin got to the end of his life and he wrote down this thing called his 13 virtues to one day. One of the show segment of this show to 2-day show Benjamin Franklin we’re going to break down his 13 virtues because he thought so much about it that he rode him down and he wrote it down because he felt like they were like his Achilles heels and Things that were keeping him from being successful, and so it’s really weird his autobiography cuz autobiography is where he’s very aware of his failings and he’s not trying to hide from them he’s more less saying this is what I do great. This is what I need to work on at that age, and here are the 13 virtues that I’m convinced. If you have them, you will be successful. You don’t cry, it’s been kind of fun. I I know you didn’t prep said you did the other day, but this month we’re going to Deep dive into successful historical figures and I’ve read so many autobiographies is so fun for me. Going to the old people love it. You know practical business application to help. You start and grow your business. One step, two step three of the world about coaching you up on how to start your own business, and so this is a little bit different, but people are enjoying it because there are life. Lessons are business lesson to be drawn from these great guys. Yesterday was fun. We did Lenny, Kravitz and, and today we’re going to Ben Franklin. We’Ve got a whole bunch, I’m coming up. So this is just a business coach summary of Benjamin Franklin, 1706 at the age of 9. He quit school, that’s the last time you went to school with age 9, but you never stopped reading wow at age 12 to get an apprenticeship for his brother James and he ends up. Writing and James is newspaper under a pen name. Okay call mrs. do good and his brother James mine’s, too good, really yep, and he finds out that his brother is the most popular author in Philadelphia. But I but he’s he’s he’s popular, but yet he’s been misleading people say Philadelphia me New England, New England current, but he’s writing for the New England current and his brother realizes.

Why do men are most popular articles written by you you’re? Only like 12 he’s, like a brother, actually beat him like just severely beats him over and over and over, and he ends up moving out and becoming an entrepreneur. But I want to make sure you get this at age 16. You realize he didn’t have enough money to afford buying books couldn’t really with the school, and it was not so we didn’t have enough money to buy books decides to stop eating meat because meat was more expensive. She became a vegetarian, so we can afford more books. Letter chapter coming through so here are the 13 virtues, though we will talk about his history on tomorrow, she’ll 13 virtues he wrote it not to drink, not to Elevation known for love into party. He love to party, so he realized it like. If you party during the day can’t get anything done enough money. He was retired E-40, the time in the money to do it, but he realize, like you, just can’t eat until you no longer want to eat and you can’t drink until your excessively drunk during the middle of work that these are just smoke. Some of these are moved, but there are people and it’s sad but there’s a lot of people who struggle with that during the work that they really do, and you know where to go through 13 and all of the struggle with a different area. But he can you explain some tree work with some who super talented and you’ve seen the talent guy. This girl, she’s super talented, but they just can’t get control of the gambling or the addictions are the alcohol during the work day and they just they’re just spinning out of control when you watch it. It’S kind of that Chris Farley, where it’s sad to see that much talent go to waste yeah, and I don’t know at what point you know when people don’t ask for advice and you give it to him it’s on heat Dina. They don’t unwind is unheated until to go up to someone say: hey man, I think you’re xyzzy, whatever they’re doing during the day, that’s taking sapping their creativity, you know taking their time and it’s sad and – and I don’t know what point you do – an intervention. I don’t know if it’s my job to do an intervention employee of yours, you step into you, say something, and I tell you my move got your Madonna, while until you remove the program an end because you taught me using them to help other people, it’s fine, But you go, you are the times will say, can I have a drink with you gummy candy, but you can. I be a coach hear from him. You’Ll sit in a copy by Frank, with your permission, to use the phrase with all due respect, all the respect to say anything right with spect. I don’t like you, I don’t like your face, but you know I said, no respect no right to ask a person. Do I have permission to be candid with you? Can I be honest with you? Can I do if I can?

I want to help you, but you don’t ask for permission. First, people feel and Carlton Pearson told me that he said you are mentally raping people, which is a strong word. It’S very strong word, but it goes when you’re forcing your will upon somebody else. They don’t want. It leaves them feeling violated when you forced bills, dirty the knowledge and you’re struggling. You want to find somebody who you can how about that relationship with, and we recommend business coach professional help. We recommend we’re not above having a counselor or therapist or someone to talk to but see everybody. You got ta if you realize that to you, you had to reach out to somebody today today and intervention mentally, and the problem is, is that if there an employee and they refused to get help, then you have that decision to make. When do I part ways, you know you got to put your pants on on the radio show and remember not to be drunk in the hallway. Her pants party, app independent, is silence. This is huge two ears one mouth, Benjamin Franklin wrote he wrote extensively about this because I speak not, but what made benefit others or yourself avoid trifling conversation. He basically didn’t say a lot in this is something I found as I’ve gotten older and I’m trying to get out of it, and I think I go to enough social events with you eventually get out of this, but the older I get the less I speak In public I, like I’m, just observe because I think the trifling conversation is normal for people it is, and it said, let’s attack people or things we can’t control. Instead of finding a problem we can talk and the conversations that I find the most disturbing is just gossip. I did just find it disturbing when people when two people are talking about somebody, that’s not part of the conversation is turning down for no reason. Sometimes it’s necessary for certain situations. I understand that, but for the most part I try to have a rule of thumb where you know if I need to talk to someone to talk to them. If I don’t want to talk to somebody else about somebody back from the break, because I think there’s a lot of people are trying to sort that out of when do you talk about stuff, when do you not for me, is if there’s no action from me? That’S needed that I don’t want to hear it yeah. If I, if I could, have no influence in the situation, then why use my gray matter the gray matter? What my gray matter within a business coach – and I want to tap into his gray matter as well, because you manage the team of people. Construction people by the way, ample time for gossip there in a construction crew, stayed on your radio.. Benjamin Franklin make sure you never miss a broadcast by signing up for the Thrive time show podcast 2 Men, 13 multimillion-dollar business is 8 kids. One business coach, radio show it’s the DriveTime business coach radio show your lighters in the air, put those lighters on there and I’ll come on Linux, Lenny Kravitz. What a great show glad he’s a great show and the most fun part of it is we got to revisit out of his old hits. You use them for your intro. Music was really fun of the most wanted to get some of Benjamin Franklin theme, music and find it was all about the Benjamins by Puff Daddy down, but that’s the problem with the song feels so dirty the song itself yeah. I just didn’t feel like there’s too much moaning on the track for a show for a class, A track on a grammy-winning music business coach Lenny Kravitz.

Are there mr. Puff Daddy Benjamin Franklin’s life in specific virtue, virtue number one? You have to be successful, Temperance over drink over what I just don’t over, don’t be excessive during the day. Just get your crap together. Man right to silence, do not speak unless you’re trying to benefit yourself or others like don’t just talk to fill space, and if you know, if you drive around Ray successful people, you’ll notice, they will sit in absolute silence. A lot and they’re very comfortable with his and Z, the first couple times around by successful people that did this. I was like I’m sure she sees people they’re. Just observing you know Jerry Seinfeld, the Best comedian out there is notorious for going to dinner engagements and not saying a word. Cuz he’s watching a Honey’s taking in material and I’ll grab it as normal things are funny to him. He’Ll does observational humor, that’s what the whole Seinfeld show. What’S a construction crew and you can how many guys are on a typical crew. We have anywhere from 6 to 15 on the cruise would leave the job site because we’re pouring concrete we’re down in the hole. 8 feet below the ground in Minnesota, below the freeze line pouring concrete and as soon as he leaves for the guys would go. I swear I swear. If I did you get me a loan with that guy would. I would take him out if I have to hear him one more time than he would come by real quick to get some Subway right now. It’S on man, cognitive dissonance going on. Where are people tend to attack of those were not in the room? And it’s it’s hard, because it’s a natural tendency. It’S a human tendency to which I believe is from the differ, but it’s something that people who do people people – I mean it’s a natural thing for people who just talk really about other people on your construction crew. Is that a problem? If so, how did you do with it? It’S always a problem and I would explain to the guys, especially if you’re in the leadership and business coach management position, if, if you’re the going around the job site in your gossiping about people, the person you’re talking to is that’s been going to become your reputation to them. So that they now and their head of thinking as soon as I’m not in front of this guy, was he saying about me right and if you’re in management, or are you own, your own business, and you have that reputation and boys are going to stop being An honest with you they’re going to withhold information from you, and this is the hard part typical you know, cuz. I have to decide who’s in charge of things. She will come and go. I don’t like that. Guy he’s a jerk, don’t come to me and say that about someone else and I’ll say I did. The person is a good person and I used to be.. Was it that person the good person that you have room to improve? Yes, but they’re doing fine.? We need to improve.. I try to always come to say that you see me said probably a lot bro, my God, that person is, you know, going to get better because of whatever there’s working through some stuff whatever, but then there’s times where strategically. I have to go hey. Did you see that person do some Squirrely and then you to go yeah? I did see something scrolling.

Okay, it’s time to fire, the guy it. So I had to talk about the person behind your back of the same reason that you wouldn’t go knock knock, always mr. Osama they’re all Osama. Well, I am actually from the United States military. My name is Kevin Thomas and on the third day of this month we will be sending it will be call a secret team at exactly 3 p.m. I just want you to know, be business coach transparent, yeah we’re going to drop in paratrooper. So you don’t know. I mean well, I guess that means you know, but you know Sophie or less store where we don’t like to gossip, so it on the 3rd day of December, pulling out the troops at exactly 11 cuz. I made a promise to the American people. You know what I’m saying, so I just want to see. How do you say you guys were saying a minute ago if it’s something that you need to take action on or something that you can correct within your organization, then by all means, go talk to the people. You need to talk to you, but if it’s just something to fill time or cuz, you feel like talking about it or somebody’s trying to run their mouth, and you got to shut that off. So like talking about some of the personal appearance, I said I’m going to go man. I tell you what Kevin looks like you know you probably hate about on that cruise, but I think he actually did not opening seismic reading this. You know too much to give me hi Kevin. What’S up buddy, you know what I talk to me about cuz. I listen to the show here who has like seven employees at employees, maybe 20 and they’re going cash. I just need to discuss about Kevin’s work habits when he’s not present, so I can verify for multiple sources that he isn’t screwing me over, but I also don’t want to be a gossip when I go to church on Sunday, night kind of bad for even asking. Well, under the two categories: one is it something? Is it what’s best for the business? That’S the filter. You put every question that comes off your table and someone sitting there talking about somebody, and it is not what’s best for the business I eat it doesn’t help move the ball down the field. It doesn’t help correct the problem. It doesn’t help make something better assistant. Better or product better, then you’re wasting your time, and that’s this talk about you and your happiness. Frivolous conversation., Kevin’s ears, hurt, show me against, like you, could it’s like your headphones on or something over there? If you break it down to two things, there’s there’s a personal side and a people and then there’s the business side. You know you’ve got the party in the back yeah, but you got the business in the front right. So we can talk about the front. Do you want me to go to my did we can we can talk about the front? All you want, I mean hey, you know. Kevin was late again, today., No more talk about business coach Kevin right, but that’s not saying Hey Kevin. Did you get that Kevin is posted? Some stuff on Facebook about it, I think it’s his girl broke up. You know what I mean I mean and on and on and on so when a person with personal shut it down shut down would have business investigate shortly, go to Kevin, go to whatever Source. You need to investigate it and then, if it’s something like you said, shut up, I mean you said what you said well and play you said it to you know, but something that you can fix that you need to hear about it. I hate when a problem stirs and boils, and then finally the volcano and then I hear about it and it was like well, you know we didn’t want to. We don’t want to rest. We know where you’re going to bother you with it. I don’t really know. I’M really bothered problem and then I like, I can’t fix it unless I know about we wanted the reactor to completely melt down before talking to you, thinking that you know well, I might go away now when we come back. I want to talk more about this, but in the movie Anchorman.

What made the movie so funny is that Will Ferrell said all the things that you shouldn’t say directly, so he actually an interview with Conan O’Brien he’s on the show and he’s in the character of the Anchorman, and he says: how are you do you know what He says I’m doing great and he says I want to tell you this coating. You look bad. You look like a Q-tip, that’s on fire in intelligent to compensate you just saying things that you wouldn’t say to someone’s face, but that’s something I’ll look around that loud, because I was thinking it’s right that I just saw it down at the DriveTime show. Benjamin Franklin was, I just speaking was I was I talk to you. I think I said something I was just thinking about thinking out loud on the radio show americanism and listen to Jonathan Haven. Everyday things are going to start happening to me now. What a great! What a great singer, the movie, The Jerk right there Steve Martin, shout outs so funny so good! Now we’re talking today about the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin, the life of Benjamin Franklin, specific successful entrepreneurs and how they did it or break it into two parts, though, because of the end of his life, he wrote down these things called the 13 virtues what she felt That every single person needs to know to be successful. Now one of the things you talked about was silence. Based could do not speak on it., Don’t don’t talk unless you’re trying to benefit yourself or others. What is that, if we follow that it’s going to be hard to do the radio show the humor humor while of humor? So much is humor doesn’t happen unless you study human nature and you watch humans and what they do and what’s funny is when people say all that’s so true, that’s why that is so true, but no one notices and put together so Will Ferrell did the character Of the Anchorman was a character developed by based on his and he’s a brilliant Observer of human nature, but he’s study discovered that people that are pompous people that are super the opposite of humble people that are super just braggadocious. They constantly brag about themselves in a way that’s more passive, aggressive where they talk about their achievements. Did they name drop a lot, but they don’t? I try to play it down like they’re, not know. How are you today in A pompous person would say all man? I just got the phone call with David Robinson, NBA Hall of Fame player, phenomenal that have access to it. So you just brag on yourself so what he did and he took that character and he exaggerated it, which is where the hammer lies and he began to say stuff.

He would walk up to a woman at a club or a bar that cool and he’d say hello. Do you know who I am and if she doesn’t know who he is because he’s a TV host on a TV show in San Diego? This is news anchor and I’ve known people who are anchors, who do that stuff and she’s like no? I don’t need it well, let me just say I’m the Anchorman for Channel News 6 whatever and then she said, I’m kind of a big deal impressed, but he said and I’m kind of a big deal and she’s like okay and he goes. I don’t know how to put this, but throw it out there and throw it back if you want. I want to be on you. Nobody says those kind of things it’s more like I’m passive, aggressive world, but there are people out there who do say these things and they lose in life because of it and you said, turn off, isn’t it. I met a person the other day, who said things that weren’t true so fast and so consecutively. I had to write him off in my mind. It was a networking event at our building, so I just had to laugh, but I said how are you this is my question: how are you doing out there and I actually just got to be named – drops the vehicle and I’m like okay, that’s kind of funny And he goes and I just close this massive deal – I mean it’s kind of my Niche and I’m looking for a few guys to invest right now. Cuz, I really am pretty making so much money does issue for me is just a time so yeah do it. I just I don’t have a lot of time to run up the Caps. I’M going you just close the deal that the way he talked about the deal. I know he doesn’t have the level of detail needed to close the kind of deal he just talked about sure multiple deals, the process in the cell like two in one day and oh by the way you’re at this networking event on your car. So again, just don’t, if that’s your move, that your Achilles heel, please don’t show it to the world three order. He was fastidious. He wrote let all of your things have their places, but each part of your business have its time was explaining that he’s an inventor in order to invent the Franklin stove or to invent the bifocals wear to invent the flexible catheter. By the way we would have lost to the British, we were losing the war and he secured the funding from the French yes or to do that here. Street Mercy Boku super thin, pancake and track his experiments like the progress of it and he wasn’t running around going. I wonder where I put that experiment. I wonder where my remote is. I can’t find that person’s contact information. I don’t know it so it there’s optometrist out there who are not keeping a tight database you’re, not keeping your data tight, you’re, not keeping things. Why do you call me out my data see? How do you could you you’re a very detailed guy but you’re also division guide? I see what it, what kind of more of a vision I have time to mess with flower organization, see more of a detailed guy, I’m more of a dish. The ideas just my business card, but you can’t scale a business if you can’t find your files have done this a few times in our lives. We can’t find your car keys. Can you hear me you hide them. You say what you did you say: you’re, hiding them to keep them from other people touching them, and then you are the person who loses the exactly. My point is: is that having a simple system of where to put those keys every time you walk in the door every time you know exactly where they are pretty come on, where they’re going to be yourself and if your happy and run it through your business? Even though you may not be OCD like, I don’t got to have it right here. If you take that level of having order having a place for a place, I mean a place for a thing. Everything has its place.

Can I play back in the day if you go by his desk and rearrange it real with free, completely smooth out of my stapler Jason Bailey, one time just to mess with me? He said: hey, do you want me to get the Guys pizza and I said no, he knows I checked my card every day and I see this huge purchase of pizza and he left an envelope with the cash to make the punchline okay, but he goes hey. Man I went ahead and got all the guys Pizza. This is the day after all, you said and here’s the receipt, and he knows I’m like I’m. That kind of stuff use my card for something I didn’t approve of. I just lose my lose record as I lose my crap because he move my sister’s when I sit down my mic for my sister. I don’t know what it was something missing. I don’t know what it is, but I know that you are fastidious about people touching your things and I don’t know what’s missing, but I don’t know and I’m like I can lose him. I thought it was hilarious because you’re going to have to be detail, but most people are not organized and they’re, going to Quick they’re going to quickly put a label on you, they’re, going to say your OCD with the balancing act because you’re, a father and a Business coach guy and I guarantee you on a personal level – people will say: man he’s a guy, so Alpha he’s so OCD I wanted to. I want to get into the mind of the doctor say and how you balance X. I guarantee you that it many times in your life people have said dude you’re, so OCD you got to calm down, but if you did calm down, you wouldn’t be the one who went to the ocean trip. That’S right! Here’S how it’s done you mentally picture! This picture this there’s a table in front of you and it has about 6 different hats on it, because this is a dad or not they’re. Not all of us are not all the same. Hats are different hats. One’S a little Beret over here who won the Little League baseball cap cap Tom Brady announcement January 6th that you never touch. Of course, now you can’t wear it need to look at it along to take it out of the container you think about wearing it on. If it’s in a glass container, but you have to bring my humble opinion to be really successful in life, you have to know which hat put on and then went to take it off and put the next hat on I mean if you’re treating everybody in your Life exactly the same in every situation, exactly the same you’re not really wearing your different hats. You know so your spouse, your children, your friends, people that are friendly to you, I’m not I’m, not business employees, saying you’re perfect, but one thing I’ve noticed and you again. Every year you get better and every year you learn and all this time, not so negative. You everyone knows you and knows me perfect, but I’m saying that you have learned that cuz it work. It’S like a 90 mile, an hour Zone. It like organization fastidiousness, get things done. Maybe when you come home, if you have young kids, it’s like okay, who pooped on my shoes, that’s the kind of stuff you’re doing okay, who put my batteries in the toilet? Why is every joke related to the toilet? Why is why is remote? Once again, I left about that, because it’s tough to be detailed enough, an intense enough to run a successful company, but also knowing how to turn it off a little bit of wiggin out about not being fastidious at home. And I need a tranquilizer dart.
