Welcome back to the thrive time show on your radio. And today’s on today’s show. What we’re doing is we’re answering the question that somebody emailed into [email protected]. Uh, just so we’re clear, uh, for the 2,500 people out there that are members of the thrive nation, what that means is they’re, they’re paying $19 a month. If you pay $19 a month, you have exclusive access to email us your questions to [email protected] as well as you have access to over $300,000 of templates, systems, workflows, checklists. It’s all illegal documents. They’re all there for you. And access to the videos, the vault of videos. There’s thousands of videos and you get access to our in person workshops, which the tickets to that alone, or like 2:50 a year. And the whole thing is available for just $19 a month. And so I’m, somebody emailed me, a member of the thrive nation, they said, hey, uh, how do you get so much done?

And so on the phone, I began walking them through what I do, and then they actually decided to fly out to Tulsa to invest three days shadowing with ms shadowing me. I’m there from the left coast of the United States. They shadowed me for three days and a, at the end of shadowing me, they had so many epiphany’s that happened as a result of just observing how I manage my own schedule and I didn’t realize just how different my schedule was than the average person. Um, but it, it, I guess to this person who was very, very different. And I, I guess I’m in it every day. So sometimes I don’t think about the differences. So I got really excited when a mark Wahlberg the, a critically acclaimed actor, the guy infamously, uh, from the original group, Marky mark and the funky bunch. I’m a guy who made a lot of poor life choices as a young man and he turned his life around and now he’s a successful actor. And an inspiration to so many. Mark Walberg released his a schedule. They’re showing what he does everyday. So I’m gonna read you mark Wahlberg’s schedule. But the question is how can you get 10 times more done everyday? Well, 2:30 everyday in the morning. Mark Walberg wakes up.

He wakes up at 2:30 in the morning every day. What time he’s going to bed. Then he goes to bed at 7:30 PM, but he wakes up at 2:30 in the morning at 2:45. He has this prayer time at 3:15. He has breakfast at 3:42, 5:15. He works out at 5:30. He has a post workout meal at 6:00 AM. Mark Walberg goes golfing. FORE Then at 7:30 it’s 7:30, goes golfing at 8:00 he has a snack, so I guess he has a snack after golfing. Then 9:30, he goes into a cryo chamber for recovery. At 10:30 he has a snack attack from 11 to one. He has family time meetings and calls for. At 1:00 he has lunch, 2:00 meetings and work calls. Three o’clock he picks up the kids at school. Three 30, he has yet another snack attack. Uh, I’m not sure he’s snacking on, but at 4:00 he has workout.

Number two, 5:00 he takes a shower and from 5:30 to 7:30, he hangs out with the family before going to bed. Well, my friends, John Maxwell, the John C dot Maxwell, the best selling author of the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership. That’s the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership because you can’t refute it. He writes, the secret of your success is determined by your daily agenda. The secret of your success is determined by your daily agendas. I’ll walk you through my calendar so you can see what I did today. So, uh, my first thing that I did today is I got up this morning and, uh, went and worked out. I left the house at 3:30 in the morning. I worked out from four to five. From five until seven. I did my med at time, worked on my schedule for the day and my to do list for the day.

My, I always asked myself and areas of my faith, my family, my finances, and my fitness. What could I do today that would help me get closer to my goals? Then at 7:00, I met with the coaches on our team at 8:00. We had our elephant in the room meeting, by the way, every single Monday at seven, we have our coaches meeting at eight. I met with the elephant in the room managers as I do every week, 9:00 at our all staff. Monday meeting, 10:00. I met with Steve Currington, the mortgage guy, helped him grow his business at 11:00 and met with Tim Redmond with Redmond growth to help him grow his business. At 12:00 I met with a tip top canine to help them grow their business at 1:00 and met with Mr Josh spurl, the Canadian CPA. A 2:00 I, uh, left the office and I came to the man cave studios to record and I’ve recorded today from a 3:00, uh, from three to four hour recorded with kin Aletta, the New York Times best selling author from 4:30 to 5:30.

I recorded with cade Wilcox, the founder of a company. He from zero to close to $4,000,000 in revenue in five years. And uh, now at 6:57 PM, my son is at boy scouts. My wife is at cheer. And so I’m here with you on the microphone because I am here home alone and it’s in my schedule to do so. In about 30 minutes my wife and kids will get home and then I’m done recording for today. Now, tomorrow, Tuesday, I will be done recording at approximately 6:00 PM on a Wednesday. I’ll get up tomorrow at 3:30 in the morning. I’ll be done at six a Wednesday. I’m going to get up at 3:30 and I’ll be done at five Thursdays. My light night, I’m gonna go from 3:30 in the morning until 8:00 PM a Friday. I’m done at 3:00 in the afternoon after I worked with, uh, the pop music star, Colton Dixon, and then a Saturday.

Um, my phone is off the entire day. I have nothing on the schedule and Sunday my phone is off the entire time and have nothing on my schedule. So it goes back to really, I mean, clay. Well, when do you find time to gossip? I don’t want my schedule. Will Clay, when do you find time to, to attend local chamber events? I don’t. Well, clay, when do you find time to go on facebook? I don’t. Well, clay, the average American is watching five point two hours of TV a day. What are you doing that I don’t, except for the Patriots Games and uh, I like, uh, comedians in cars getting coffee with Jerry Seinfeld. I like to watch that, but I don’t, I don’t watch TV. I, I don’t. Uh, I don’t know. So I have a plan and then I do my plan. You know, I’ll do my plan.

Lee Cockerel, the executive vice president of Walt Disney world resorts. He said, the quality of your life and my life, the quality of your life and my life, the quality of your life is directly affected by how and where you spend your time. Let me repeat the quality of your life, yet your life and my life is directly affected by how and where you spend your time. Let me try that again. The quality of your life is directly affected by how and where you spend your time. So if you’re out there today saying, you know, I’m not happy with the results I’m getting in my life. I’m not, I’m not happy with my weight. Well it’s probably because we’re not scheduling the right kind of foods. You know, we’ve had a lot of fitness experts on recently is a lot of busy entrepreneurs have wanted to know how to get in great shape.

And so what you do is you just only eat organic meat, eat vegetables, and drink water, and you’ll lose weight. It’s how it works. Um, if you want to eat sweets, we eat and drink alcohol, you’ll gain weight, right? So it’s not that complicated. It’s what you put in, garbage in, garbage out. Same thing with your schedule, and I’m A. I’m a big believer of this idea. I think you, you can’t really change everything for what you can do is you can change your habits and when you change your habits, you’re going to change your life. I mean real quick. You’re going to change your life. When you change your habits, you are definitely going to change your life. And I’ll give you an example of a real entrepreneur out there just like you got my name of Roy cogs tall Roy. He owns a company called, uh, the garage if you just google the garage.

And the town named broken arrow. It’s an automotive repair shop that, uh, he asked me to help coach his business and I partner with Roy and Roy, you know, wanted to grow his company and he’s a coachable guy. He’s a diligent guy, he’s a great guy. So Roy said, what do I need to do? I told them what to do and magically, magically, this, Justin magically, he scheduled it into his calendar. He scheduled the execution of those action items into his calendar, and now without working more hours in the day, he’s becoming dramatically more effective. And if you have green country by the way, and you need to have your Ford automobile repaired, check them out [email protected]. It’s RC auto specialist.com. Let’s go ahead and and, uh, go to an audio testimonial of Roy sharing how his life has changed this year simply as a result of, of changing what he does on a daily basis.

May 31st at six. Twenty one. You’ve been closed for 20 minutes right now. Let’s run the numbers for me. Let’s see, what’s the last year to date one or two. Why don’t you wait 37 this year and last year was 60,006 67

out of the weeds and onto the pavement. Which is a good thing. If you love pavement, this is your year to thrive. You must take the action. Three, two, one, boom.
