Biggest Time Management Issues:

  1. You can only expect what you inspect.
    1. You have to follow up with your team every day.
  2. What happens if you don’t have a plan?
    1. You will get distracted and you will actively look for distractions.
    2. Whatever comes right in front of you will become the most important thing.
    3. You either have traction or distraction.
    4. You will get calls and texts every day from people who are not paying you. These may be important but you have to schedule a time for them. Just because someone wants your time right now doesn’t mean you have to give it to them.
  3. What should you do if you don’t have a to-do list?
    1. Write it down. If you don’t write it down, it won’t get done.
    2. Adjust your schedule so that you can get everything done.
    3. “Idle hands are the devil’s workshop” – Proverbs 16:26-29
