Master the Basic Moves:

NOTABLE QUOTABLE – “Any area of achievement in your life required you to stick with the basics until you became great…Becoming a master of karate was not about learning 4,000 moves but about doing just a handful of moves 4,000 times.” – Chet Holmes (The best-selling author of the Ultimate Sales Machine)

Repeat Until You Can’t It Wrong:

NOTABLE QUOTABLE – “No one gets good at anything without repetition. Karate requires tremendous discipline. You’re just repeating moves over and over. This is true of tennis, golf, or any other sport. Practice, practice, practice and then, when you’ve begun to master your moves so that you know what to do automatically, it gets exciting. But pigheaded discipline comes first.” – Chet Holmes (The best-selling author of the Ultimate Sales Machine)

Become a Disciple of Discipline:

“The missing ingredient for nearly all of the 1,000-plus clients I have worked with directly to improve their businesses is pigheaded discipline and determination. We all get good ideas at seminars and from books, radio talk shows and business-building gurus. The problem is that most companies do not know how to identify and adapt the best ideas to their businesses. Implementation, not ideas, is the key to real success.” – Chet Holmes (The best-selling author of the Ultimate Sales Machine)

      1. How do I transition from being a technician in the business to being an entrepreneur without going broke. I am the biggest revenue producer in the clinic
      2. Should I focus on just one location and continue developing this one or look to other locations in the future once systems are fully developed. We are paying rent on a facility we are not using. Should we fully vacate and end the lease or continue thinking that will be a place to put another location in the future. If we will be vacating then I will have the sign taken down.
      3. I would like to be a millionaire! My goal is to be a millionaire in 3 years. Can I make a profit of a million annually in this business?  Is my timeframe realistic.
