Why was I asked to leave Oral Roberts University? I enrolled at Oral Roberts University in 1999. After repeated run-ins with the powers at be over countless infractions of the school’s policies, I was asked to leave. Here is the rest of the story…

    1. No social dancing
    2. No commerce on campus
    3. A walking and endless dress code violation

  9. What were the two biggest events that changed your view on wealth?
    1. My uncle Jon confronted me and told me that I need to get my life together and take care of Vanessa or else. This gave me the mindset that I don’t need to be angry all of the time. I wanted to prove him wrong.
    2. Uncle Jerry taught me work ethic.
    3. Dr. Z taught me to flow. You don’t have to die on a hill.
      1. You can’t have quality and quantity
      2. You have to fire someone when the incident happens
      3. I don’t need a business coach
  10. Where I got it…
    1. Wrong:
      1. I did not run my decisions through the filter of “is this worth the consequences that will follow this decision?”
  11. Pride is one of the worst things you can have in a business…
