Since then, the company has experienced rapid growth and I now have a staff of 3 full time employees and one subcontractor. Though I have the team around me to get the job done, I still find myself working 16-18 hour days just to cover payroll. This has put a significant stress on me as a business owner, the main provider for my family, husband, father, and friend. I am looking for a mentor to help me discover what I can be doing differently to get the results I want. Let me be clear – I’m not opposed to work.
