Clay, you’re an entrepreneur, I’m an entrepreneur. And as they say in stoic, the obstacle is the way. And so if you let these pinheads get in your way, you’re in trouble. Octononverba is the motto of the U . S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint, New York.

I had appointments with Naval Academy and Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy. And Merchant Marine Academy’s motto was Octononverba. In other words, don’t listen to what a person says. Watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show and thank you for all you do. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects.

You know what I mean? People rave about what they learn from you.

So congratulations. My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas and soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times. I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees. Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place.

In six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences and Amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new and I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team about marketing and how to help you guys implement the SEO. The coaching is just great because there’s accountability. It’s just a fantastic way to grow your company. Having a relationship with Thrivetimes, it’s just been amazing for multiclaim. Oh my goodness, it frees me up because then I don’t have to take a class on search engine optimization or learn marketing or shoot video. That’s not what we do.

What we do is commercial janitorial service. And you guys were the experts on marketing. And you teach me and hold my hand and show me how to do it right.

And therefore, now my company is much, much larger. Folks, on today’s show, we’re joined by a real client. He may look like a male model. He may look like a hologram, but he’s a real person. He’s a longtime client. He’s a man that we consider to be a friend of The Thrive Time Show and a friend of mine.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the show Kevin. Welcome on to The Thrive Time Show.

How are you, sir? Clay, I’m doing great.

I had a great Christmas holiday, and I’m glad to be here.

OK, so first question, can you tell us what is your name, first and last name, and what’s the name of your company, sir? My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean.

We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas and soon to be Arkansas.

And how long have we worked with you approximately at this point, sir?

It’s been about six, seven years. Welcome back to the Mel K show. How lucky am I? I have two of my favorite men with me today. And this is a very special show because there’s a lot of people out there that are in a transition. They’re in the great awakening.

They’re looking at the golden future and all of that. And they’re thinking, what am I going to do with the rest of my life? Or how am I going to rise to the occasion? Well, the one person that always helps me is Clay Clark. And he’s here today because we want to help you to help yourselves. The whole reason of the Mel K show is empowering people to empower themselves

And someone that empowers me regularly is Clay Clark.

Thank you for joining me, sir. Hey, thank you guys for allowing me to be here with you. And the question was asked to me by Eric Stockelbach. He hosts a show on a TBN. He said, hey, General Flynn, Clay, you, General Flynn, Mel K, you know, Eric Trump, all these guys, you all came together to do these reawaken tours. What are you doing now?

And I said, what do you mean? What am I doing now? He said, well, I mean, Eric, I see he’s coming to some of your events. What are you doing? What is that? And I said, oh, well, before the Reawaken tour, this is my 20th year hosting business conferences.

So every two months, every three months, it’s usually four to five times a year, I do a business conference where I teach real people. just like you watching today, how to grow real successful companies. And it’s not a multi -level program. I’m not attacking anybody who’s into that. I’m not trying to sell you a certification. It’s not a get rich quick thing.

I’m not trying to convince you to buy a Bitcoin thing that will go up or down. There’s no crypto hedge betting. What it is, is these are real people that have real businesses. I would call it Main Street, Mel. And I think a lot of people a year ago are Main Street. So I have four case studies I wanted to share today with real people.

And with your permission, Mel, I’m going to pull him up.

Is that OK? Oh, I would love it. I love these stories. And frankly, you’ve helped me and Rob a lot. So I want to inspire everyone to go out and find their bliss and build their businesses and fulfill their dreams. And I love this.

So go ahead.

I’m excited. OK, now I’m going to let Rob pick the square. Rob, you can pick the square. We have four squares. The one at the top left is square one. The next square down is two, square three, square four.

Rob, tell me whatever square you want. What square do you want to put?

What case study are you wanting to go with first, Rob? I wanted to share our personal story, which was that you would reach out to us. Mel had done a few shows, you know, out there in the ether. And she came across this. radar screen, you were starting the tour. And we were having a tough time because we were locked down in New York.

And we spoke and I said, you know, Clay, we’d really love to do this. But, you know, we really don’t have any money coming in. And we’re like, you know, we can’t work in New York. And you said, you know what, I’m going to fix that for you. And what you did is you helped us figure out how to Monetize.

Yeah, monetize the work that we were doing.

And you did it for many, many, many, many, many people. So we’ve we’ve experienced what you’ve done for so many entrepreneurs.

And personally, as an entrepreneur myself for the better part of thirty five years or so, I think what you do is fantastic.

Amazing.

Absolutely.

Incredibly effective. And we know people who benefited greatly, including us, because we did not know how to monetize anything we were doing. And if you’d ever step I’ve met you in Vegas way before. that. But if you didn’t step in and help us, but then we’ve gone to your conferences, we’ve seen people grow and blossom and all of them basically say Clay Clark was the secret sauce. So let’s start.

I’ll start with number two on the on the on the Clay, Clay Rousselum Squares program.

All right. Now, again, these are real people. This guy, his name is Placid Ojoku. He’s a college athlete, a high school athlete. His company is called Built Phenomenon. Nick Strong, this is his website.

He reached out to me.

Actually, no, he came to a conference about seven years ago.

Oh, wow. And then I saw him again, and he’s a hulking man. He’s a huge man. And he kept coming to conferences, and I’m thinking, this guy, hopefully he likes us. He’s a huge man. And eventually, he reached out to me, and he said, hey, I didn’t meet anybody at your conference that owns a gym, but could you help me grow my gym?

And I said, oh, OK. I said, I don’t know if you’re aware, but we also work with Colawfitness . com, a massive fitness company. We helped this couple grow to seven locations. He said, really? I didn’t know you work with fitness people. I said, we’ve also helped Cavell Fit based in Boise, Idaho.

They’re a gym that helps men and women get in the best shape of their lives. And he goes, really? I didn’t know you worked with gyms. I said, I actually work with a company called Boot Camp Tolstoy. And he goes, really? And I said, yeah, we also have worked with fitness together.

And he says, you’re like a fitness expert. I said, listen. If you’re selling a real product to real people on the planet Earth, we can help you.

So here’s his case study, his story.

Here we go.

Great.

Placid, Ajoku, and the company is BuiltPhoenixStrong Personal Training. So let me see here. So you divide it by 3 ,000. Let’s do that. OK.

So I think you’re up 15 .33 times.

Is that accurate, sir?

That’s accurate. So walk me through what it’s like to have 15 times more leads because I know when we first talked to you, leads was not something that you had an abundance of. Yeah, absolutely. It’s been life changing. Uh, there’s some days now where the leads won’t stop coming in. Whereas before I started working with you guys, I think I may have received maybe two online leads in the previous two to three years.

Everything had than just manual leads. Really, when people come in, they already know what separates us from everybody else that’s from all of us. Now, true story, Mel. This guy now, now we’re talking about workflows and systems. And we’re actually helping this guy to franchise. He’s now opened up multiple locations.

And someone says, well, what did you charge the guy? What’s the catch? What’s the deal? I charge people $1 ,700 a month. 1 -7 -0 -0. I’ll get really close to the camera so you can see.

But $1 ,700 a month, that’s what I charge. And you say, well, what’s in it for you? Well, we make a 20 % profit. And Rob, you know this. world of business. Mel, you know this because you’ve produced high quality films.

There’s a budget and so what you do is you take the income minus expenses and that’s profit. And so I make a 20 % profit. So I make $340 a month of profit per month to help this guy. And I only work with 160 clients, and I’ve done that forever. Well, since we’ve been doing the Reawaken tour, I’ve met literally thousands and thousands of people all across the country who’ve said, could you help me?

And I’ve been saying, well, no. And they say, why? I said, well, I have 160 clients and I’ve been doing the same thing for 20 years. I’m trying to save America. Well, now that Trump is back in office, we’ve decided to kind of open up the floodgates a little bit and to help an additional 40 clients. So we can’t help an additional 400 clients.

You don’t have to act now or while all supplies last.

What I’m saying is we only have an availability for a certain number of clients.

And Rob, you’ve been to our office. Yes, I have. I’ve got about 100 employees that work here for me. And we can’t take on an infinite number of clients. But I just want to get your thoughts on that, Rob. You come from the banking world.

You come from business. In America today, there’s only 9 million self -employed people. I can’t believe that.

That’s crazy. You only have 9 million self -employed people, and 96 % of them fail by default. I want to get your thoughts about this guy growing the number of leads he receives by 15 .33 times in a year. Well leads translate directly to revenue opportunities. There are metrics which you are intimately. familiar with.

And so that’s, you know, I grew up, I started in the brokerage business and it was all about getting leads. Everyone has seen those people like banging the phones.

Now that we have all this technology, and I know that what you do is help people kind of create systems using a lot of that technology, but also create systems just around best practices. And what you’re doing isn’t magic, But it is magical because if people follow the best practices from what I’ve seen and what you’ve demonstrated over and over again, it leads to results. It really does. And I want to say myself, knowing people that you’ve helped is right now is a tremendous opportunity for people in America to start those businesses that they didn’t. Trump is really set on bringing back manufacturing, bringing back, you know, Main Street.

So anything you want to do, you could want to be a flower shop or a bookstore or or anything. If you have it already, already, Clay can make it better, but I will tell you it is his work ethic. And what he does is when he sits down, first of all, the conferences are amazing and you meet the best people and the speakers are great and you get to interact with everyone. But what he also does is he teaches you how to time management, prioritizing, how to run your calendar, how to do things. And they’re all proven. And he also has a lot of books.

So a lot of this information isn’t reinventing the wheel, but it is making it digestible and executable. And it’s all about action with clay and we know that he’s a savant and for him, it’s a little different, but it’s all about action execution and follow -up and doing it again and really, you know, changing kind of your whole vision for yourself and your future to a much higher level than you ever thought before. And it really does work. So go ahead. We actually tell people to go to you all the time and We just had a meeting recently with you where you were like writing on paper and everyone in the room was like, what is he doing?

And you handed it to us. And we were like, you did all that that fast. I mean, you really do have a system that works really well, that really can help anyone out there make their lives and their income far better. I want to point this out real quick. We have over 2000 case studies at Thrivetimeshow . com.

So you just go to Thrivetimeshow . com. You click on testimonials. There’s over 2000 people that we’ve helped to grow. super successful companies. And I know that number because we enumerate the success stories.

We save them as Testimonial 1, Testimonial 2, Testimonial 3. So it really, but it’s possible. And what happens is, is a lot of people say, well, you know, you help that guy. He’s a fitness guy, but I’m a home builder. Okay. I’m different.

Okay. You only help service businesses. Clearly the pattern here is you only help service companies. Now, this guy here, we helped him grow his home building company from $14 million a year to $150 million of sales in a year.

Watch this folks. I’m Glenn Shaw, owner of Shaw Homes in Tulsa, Oklahoma. started the company in 1985. At that time, it was one employee doing everything. I met Aaron Antus in 2007. The top three things that Aaron did for Shaw Homes was nurses.

But before you knew that, she’s been a client of mine forever. And so she works in the medical space. She has a medical spa. And given the knowledge that she has about medicine, she knew that COVID was 100 % treatable with budesonide and ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. She also knew that the polymerase chain reaction tests, the PCR tests were false.

But she also knows she’s a mother of seven kids, raising a family of seven kids. And we’ve helped her grow her business by 400%. Listen to this, folks.

How much growth have you had since you started?

you and I first met to now as maybe as a percentage or something? Oh, gosh, I’m guessing but at least 400%. Wow, we started and that was through COVID. Our sales are four times higher than they were since we started. Wow. I just want people to reflect on that for a second, because I talk to people every day, Lindsey, who come into my place.

Mother of seven. Mother of seven. So what I want to deal with right now is there’s three objections that everybody has to having success. And hopefully this is a great teaching moment for some of you. There’s three objections. One is now’s not my time.

So they go to something like thrivetimeshow . com, and they look, and they go, wow, I’m going to see. And by the way, Mel, I shouldn’t do this on your show, but I’m going to do it on your show, and then you can rebuke me later. I’m inviting you formally. formally or whatever to speak or not speak at our event in September. But what happened is it was Eric and I were doing these business conferences.

That’s what we’re doing. Eric Trump and I were doing them. Then Alina Haba, true story, she reached out and she was like, hey, I’d love to join you. And I’m going, okay, but it’s not a reawaken America tour event. We’re doing the business conference. That’s what we’re doing.

And then Dr. Stella reached out. And so it’s kind of a fun cast of characters, but this is a business conference here. This is what we are. It’s a business conference. And people in your world of film and movies and acting, they always think, well, maybe now’s not the time to try out for that role. Maybe I’m too old.

Maybe I’m too young. Maybe I’m from the Midwest. Maybe I’m too far from the coast. Maybe the way I was raised. So people always think it’s, now’s not the time. The second objection people have is, I can’t afford it.

For our business conferences, we have Tim Tebow coming up here in June. We have Eric Trump coming up in September. You can literally name your price. And Mel, I’ve been doing this since way before the Reawaken tour. I know it. Don’t tell me we don’t have the time.

People say, well, now’s not the time. I’m too old. I’m too young. The second is I can’t afford it. And the third is people go, I’m just, but I don’t think it’s for me. I just think that for me, you know, little old me here in Oklahoma, little old me in Florida, little old me in Maine.

I don’t, who am I to think I could have success?

I want to get your wisdom on that, Mel, on those three things is, you know, one is, you know, success. Maybe I’m too old. I’m too young. What are your thoughts on that? Because Mel, you made a big splash in Hollywood. Yeah, well, thank you.

I haven’t even started, which is the truth, that since the Reawaken America tour, since everything I’ve learned from you, since my last journey for the last five, six years, I have more opportunity right now than ever before, because what is going on, at least in entertainment, in music, in film, in theater, in the entire world of the arts, I believe there’s going to be a renaissance. And what happened was people started not going to the movie theater, so they’re knocking them down.

People started not going to theater, so they’re not thriving.

There’s not theaters thriving. Live music during the pandemic shut down. Hollywood and filming shut down. So you know what really happened during this time? Totally woke.

Yeah, well, that too.

But what happened during this time is that it decentralized. When I was a kid, 19, 20 years old, when I made my way to Hollywood, I have to tell you, you you had to go. I mean, the mentality was you had to go there. Right now, there’s tremendous opportunity all over this country for artists, even artists that kept it inside to make content, to make make a podcast like we do, but also to reinvigorate Main Street wherever they live with culture and arts and and different kind of even classes, whatever people want to do and what’s happening is that people are feeling very motivated and they don’t want to go back, but the model has to be rebuilt because I don’t think Hollywood has as a path forward, but individuals around this country that want to maybe bring some entertainment to their local community or you know bring some classes or teach music or teach piano, whatever it is that you love and you want to do, you can turn it into a business now. And what did your mentor say to you? Oh, Richard.

Richard Lawson, my mentor in Hollywood, the best. one of the best people on the planet. He always says before every class, dreams don’t have expiration dates. And if you think they do, then you’re not dreaming correctly. And the bottom line is all those things that we put aside. Also, we were all living in this debt slavery model, this fiat currency model, all of that.

If you have been listening to us and investing in silver and gold and being smart about what you’re doing and watching what’s going on, there’s tremendous opportunity to take your dreams. I always dreamed of owning a bookstore. Take your dreams to Main Street, wherever you are, and make them happen. Now is the time, and I believe they are going to reorganize the Small Business Administration to actually have things like Clay is doing be, you know, crucial and supported. And Clay’s been doing it a long time. We know a lot of his friends, including us, but I send everyone to Clay to listen to his, because to me, Clay, the thing that you do the best and are great at teaching is time management, prioritizing, calendar, being responsible, follow -up, all these things that people think they can do, but they don’t have the systems or it seems too complicated.

I think you really simplify all of that. So if I wanted, I have a friend who wants to open a theater in a small town in New York. So if I wanted to do that right now, what am I doing? Who am I doing it for? What will it look like? How am I getting talent?

How much am I charging tickets? Am I having food and beverage? I mean, there’s so much, but when you put it down into your formula, anything can be accomplished. You just really and that’s why your coaching has helped so many people. Because I think people, they have emotions, they’re invested, they’re dreamers like me. How do I do this?

Or even, you know, we’ve talked a lot about funding films. Another thing, people that for the last four years, no, last 10 years, a lot of film funding has been unavailable to, you know, half the country, 80 % of the country. A lot of, you know, sports are now turning like they just turn their back on, on all the Trump voters and all the Mahabod. So there’s tremendous opportunity. People are hungry for new things. And locally, that’s where we’re going to take back our country and building community.

And that means great small businesses thriving and reinvesting in the community. So I’m telling you right now is the time to say, you know what, I’m going to try it. I’m going to go that direction. look into it. I’m going to find out how to finance it and build it and grow it.

And that’s why we wanted to have you on.

And we wanted to partner with you because my show, especially with Americans Anonymous, is about empowering people to empower themselves. And I think that that’s the whole motto Thrive Time has been. And Reawaken was your model put into action in great success that the whole world saw. And it was all basically you and Aaron. Right? Well, I’ll be very vague about this particular person, but one of my clients is an NBA coach, you know?

And his goal was, how do I become an NBA coach? How do I become a coach in the NBA? And I helped him do it, and he’s doing it. And so what? I mean, yeah, so I don’t care what business you have. You have to figure out where you are versus where you want to be.

Two more case studies for you in the limited time we have.

This is Jen Jacobson, OK? And I met her at the Reawaken tour in Oregon.

I want you to hear her story.

This is an incredible success story. Well, I can say just from this last January to last January, if you just took that month with our online shipping orders, we grew 240%. uh two things and you did not pay me at all to say this but I would definitely go to one of your conferences because what I tell people it’s not a motivational conference it’s an action -packed conference and you’re going to learn uh the steps to grow your business and scale it if you want. If your mom has a sweet tooth you might want to listen up.

We recently talked to an – You know, so people see clients, they see the success, but what are the steps they had to take to get there?

One more example. This young man, I’m so proud of the work ethic he has.

He’s actually increased his amount of online leads by 27 times in six months. So in six months, he’s increased the number of leads he’s getting by 27 times. Great.

When we first started with you on a weekly basis, how many leads were you getting from Google?

He’s an auto detailer, getting out.

I was at zero, didn’t even have a website.

And last week we got 24. And yesterday alone, I booked four jobs from Google just yesterday alone. How much has it helped you to just have a three -legged marketing stool that you know is going to work? It’s like having a salesman that’s working for me 24 seven. Yeah. And I’m just, folks, I’m telling you, these are just so many.

So again, I’m just trying to give you examples here.

I mean, if you’re a restaurant, we showed it to you.

If you’re an online business, we just showed you one. If you have a in -person service business, auto detailing, we showed it to you.

If you’re a home builder, we just showed it to you.

If you’re a doctor, you’re a dentist, you’re a lawyer, you’re a photographer, you’re inventing a legal flamethrower. What? We helped this guy grow a multi -million dollar company from a startup that’s called Grillblazer. If you’re somebody out there and you’re a carpenter, you can help this guy open 500 locations of oxyfresh . com. It does not matter what business you’re involved in.

We can help you. So here are the action steps we’re going to do here, folks. One, go to thrivetimeshow . com. I want everybody to go to thrivetimeshow . com right now.

Go to thrivetimeshow . com. And when you go there, you can request tickets for our next in -person workshop. And when our team calls you, because again, you can name your price. It’s $250 or whatever price you want to pay. If you tell him that Mel K sent you, you’re entered in for a chance to win a backstage pass so you can actually meet Tim Tebow.

So you can actually meet Eric Trump. So you say, well, why would I do that? Again, if you use promo code Mel K when you, when you request a ticket. we’re going to call you and you get to name your price and just say, Hey, I heard about you through Mel K. And you have a chance to meet Tim Tebow. You have a chance to meet Eric Trump. So call to action number one, go to thrivetimeshow .

com and request those tickets. Call to action number two. If you are an actual business owner and you say, I’d like to schedule a free 13 point assessment. I know you charge $1 ,700 a month. I know your services month to month, but what does it include? We do the photography, the videography, the web development, the search engine optimization, the workflow design, we help you with your financing, with your bookkeeping, all of that is included.

It’s $1 ,700 a month. Our average client is with us for six years or longer. This lady right here, this lady, Stacy, longtime client. She’s been a client of mine for almost 10 years. Erin Antis has been a client of mine for eight years. Brett Denton with Cavell Fit has been a client of mine for over a decade.

So again, go to thrivetimeshow . com. That’s step number one, request a ticket. Action step number two, go to thrivetimeshow . com. You can schedule a free 13 -point assessment.

I get my services $1 ,700 a month. Uh, that’s what we charge. And it’s, it’s month to month. Our average client is with us for six years. We can help you. And third call to action.

I encourage everybody out there, unless you hate yourself. Now, if you hate yourself, don’t worry about this, but you want to go to Mel K. Well, you want to go to rumble . com and search for Mel K because this will help get the message out there in the air everywhere.

You find Mel K right there on rumble . com and make sure that you subscribe, you follow, and you join the Mel K broadcast. Mel’s been putting out facts, helping get Trump back in office. Now that Trump’s back in office, the question is, what can we do to help make our lives great, to help provide for our families, to make our families great, to help make our American businesses great again? What can you do? Well, one thing you can do is you can take action, but another thing you can do is you can help support those who’ve made it possible for Trump to return to office.

I would encourage everyone to subscribe to the Mel Kay Show on Rumble . com. Mel, Rob, I know it’s a lot of information, but we packed in, I think, five case studies in 30 minutes. So there we go. Well, I love it and I am so grateful to you and I have seen. you’ve done.

And like a lot of people, like I said, are overwhelmed. They want to do it. And I’m telling you, there are a lot of changes going on. And right now is the time if you put your dreams aside, dreams don’t have an expiration date. If you have a hobby that you want to turn into a business, if you have a business that you want to build up, but you want to scale up, if you have, you know, anything, any dreams, any ideas, and you have already worked it out, and it’s just not making sense, you need that extra Clay is where you go, so go to thrivetimeshow . com right now.

Make sure you show up if you can. The conferences are awesome, and you meet awesome people. The whole thing, Rob and I were talking yesterday about it. I am a go -getter. I am a dreamer. I believe if it can be done, I can do it.

Clay is the same way, and we’re so lucky, I feel like, that we met each other. But when I tell you that that kind of motivation comes from action, comes from doing it, comes from seeing your success.

And as you build and grow, Clay will continue to advance.

advance and check on you and help you and make sure that you’re doing well.

So you can have a more loyal and supportive business coach.

And at the same time, it’s almost worth. I mean, you’re almost paying nothing with everything that comes with it, because all that stuff that he talks about that comes with his fee costs us thousands of dollars a month. And, you know, he can do all of that. And it’ll all be it’ll take away the fear. It’ll take away the anxiety. It’ll take away the overwhelming thing like gives you a path.

Yeah. And he will hold you accountable. Yes. That is a big part of play. He doesn’t mess around with slackers. And, uh, other than that, we love you.

We are so excited. We sent people to you already all the time, but, uh, now I think I want to go. So, uh, we could use a little bit of that, of your help to brush up. Well, you guys talk about it offline and let me know, because I, I just do a hundred percent organic here. Eric Trump and I were doing these business conferences together and we have such a great flow and a great chemistry.

And then Alina, you know, just sent me a text and we started talking and she’s like, well, I want to come.

Okay, I’ll add her to the flyer. There we go. Boom. Well, then Amanda Grace is like, well, I’d like to be there. And so it’s kind of a, it’s not a reawakened tour. It’s all focused on business, but a lot of these people behind the scenes have actual jobs, actual businesses.

They have to pay their bills and they’re coming together.

So it’s going to be a great event in September.

It’s a thrivetimeshow . com. Great. We’ll look into it. Thank you so much, Clay Clark. Go to Thrivetimeshow .

com.

Tell him Mel K sent you because that always means you’re coming from the right place to the right place. So thank you so much, Clay Clark.

We will see you again. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs.

I met his chickens. I saw his compound.

He’s like the greatest guy.

I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right?

His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days.

So, and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. You’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So, we’re pinching ourselves, actually.

I learned at the Academy, King’s Point in New York, acta non verba. Watch what a person does, not what they say. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what? I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJConnection . com.

And I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to DJConnection . people that I kinda knew through church and friendships and people that, parents of my friends, and I said, what book would you recommend that I read? I’m I’m a 15 -year -old asking this question. True story. And I kept being told, you gotta read.

Hello, hello, hello, Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Radio Show.

It’s an exciting time.

Also, I think a treacherous time, a spooky time also. But it’s always, you know, danger is a good time. Today, my guest is Clay Clark. And I went out with Tom Wheelwright to visit Clay with Eric Trump also. And the reason I want to talk to Clay this morning is a very important subject called study. And the reason I say that is things are changing so fast.

And many people are completely missing the show. Things are changing at rapid, rapid, rapid speed. Technology is changing. And so I went to Tulsa, again, with Tom Wheelwright and Eric Trump. And the thing I was so impressed about, Clay, is this word called study. I don’t know.

You guys must be in your water or something, Clay. But boy, I was so, so impressed how big you guys are. But what really impressed me was you have this huge congregation. They’re all about guys your age. They’re on fire. And you start your classes at five in the morning.

Now, let me talk to you about study here. We show our books here. This is how I study. You know, this is the creature from Jekyll Island. It’s on the Fed. And Clay’s doing the same thing.

We study. So I go out to Clay’s place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s built this huge compound out there. And you guys start at five o ‘clock in the morning. That’s not by Zoom.

They drive there.

They show up five o ‘clock, bright -haired, bushy -tailed and all this, and they’re on fire.

Your group is on fire. So that’s what was, Clay, this technology, you tell your group, I was so, so impressed because, like I said, studies became a bad word.

I got into fights in my own company because our staff didn’t wanna study anymore. And I just, I don’t know how they can not do that. So Clay, anyway, welcome to the Rich Dad Radio Show.

That’s what I wanna talk to you about, is how do you do it? Five o ‘clock in the morning, you have hundreds of people showing up in your huge, huge, huge auditorium on your property to study. Anyway, welcome to the show, Clay, and what turns you on so much? That’s what I wanna know. Give us a little bit about your background. My name is Karime Schofield, and the name of our company is Whistle While You Clean.

I am Sophia Schofield. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio, and we service the tri -state. So Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana. We were getting a phone call and we were like, why is someone calling our business line? That’s unusual. And we picked it up and it was a lead.

I mean, it’s it’s been incredible, Clay. It’s we’ve had like we’ve gone from zero to like 100 percent growth. Like we’re like a full functioning company. It’s great. Like we were blown away at how well we’re doing. So working with you guys, you guys have really taught us a lot about generating leads and pursuing our dream 100.

So we have a list of customers that we want to market to. And so we’ve been making phone calls, we’ve been showing up in person, we’re trying to get near the businesses that they would visit if they were visiting like a hair salon or something. And then we start calling them and we just start pursuing them. And then the other thing that we do is when we do do cleans, we take a lot of video testimonials and we post those to our website so other customers can see. And then we also upload a lot of images of the things that we do. And so, We’re also asking our clients for Google reviews after we’ve cleaned their houses.

And so it’s this constant cycle of doing those things over and over and over again. I would say if you’re on the fence, go to one of Clay’s conferences. They are hilarious. They’re fun. They’re educational. They’re so good that even my teenagers like them.

And I would say, don’t let fear hold you back. If you want to start a business, do the obvious thing and hire someone who knows how to run businesses. If I wanted to get in shape, I’d hire a gym person, you know, a personal trainer. This is like the personal training for business. It has been absolutely amazing. I mean, our coach is encouraging.

When he first met with us he said, Do we want him to be like a drill sergeant with us? You know, what level of intensity do we want him to give us? And I will say he is incredibly, incredibly encouraging all the time.

And he just hits the same mark with us every single time. It’s very repetitive.

But I feel like I think we both really learn a lot every time we sit down and have a conversation with him over the phone. It’s it’s he keeps pushing us to go further and he can recognize when we’re afraid to do something and he’ll give us a little bit of grace. But that next week, he’s drilling us again, like pushing us to go harder.

Our no brainer offer is we are offering your first clean for a dollar.

And that sounds absolutely insane.

It even sounded insane. I was talking over it with our business coach.

And I will tell you that that has generated some of our hugest clients.

I mean, that has been like a game changer because it opened up the door to more clients, more recommendations, more leads.

And we were surprised how far that Dollar Clean got us.

How important has it been for you to work out that scripting even though you offer a dollar for the first clean? How important has it been for you to nail that down?

It’s been really important, because it kind of, it hones in, so that you’re not just all over the place when you’re trying to explain what it is that you do. And a lot of times, it’s like you’re a good person offering a good product, and you have integrity, and you want to communicate that.

But when you go to communicate without a script or without practice, it’s just like, a mess coming out of your mouth, as opposed to having this, you know, honed in practice where you know what you’re going to say, you know how you’re going to say it, and you can almost expect better results when you do it that way. Had you ever been an entrepreneur before starting this particular business?

No, never.

Did you ever think about wanting to own your own business someday? Or what was the first time you thought, you know, maybe I would like to open my own business? Absolutely. I’ve probably been dreaming about it for about 10 years. Okay. And let me go to your daughter here.

Uh, had you ever thought about wanting to team up and open your own business or was that something that you were maybe excited about or not, not so much?

Well, for me, my parents would always listen to your podcast and business podcast. And as I started listening to them, I started realizing that I wanted to own a business. It’s www . WhistleWhileYouClean . com. Honestly, the hardest thing was getting over the fear.

It was the fear of the unknown. It was there was like a cloud of doubt that, you know, you can’t do this. You’re going to fail. There was a few sleepless nights there when we did pull the trigger and join your team and start the coaching process. Even my husband put a little bit of pressure on me from time to time because it just it was just absolutely scary to take that jump and actually start a business. You’re an entrepreneur.

I’m an entrepreneur. And as they say in stoic, the obstacle is the way.

And so if you let you let these pinheads get in your way, you’re in trouble. Octononverba is the motto of the U . S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint, New York. I had appointments with Naval Academy and Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy. And Merchant Marine Academy’s motto was Octononverba.

In other words, don’t listen to what a person says, watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show. And thank you for all you do. I hear The ripple effects from you are good ripple effects. You know what I mean? People rave about what they learn from you.

So congratulations. My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas. soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times. We’ve added, I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees and now we have a little over 300 employees.

Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place. I’ve probably been to Oh, in six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences. And amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new. And I’m so excited to bring it back and, and show the team about marketing and how to implement how to help you guys implement the SEO. And the coaching is just great because there’s accountability. And it’s just a fantastic way to to grow your company.

Having a relationship with Thrive Time is It’s just been amazing for MultiClean.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the show, Kevin. Welcome onto The Thrive Time Show. How are you, sir? Clay, I’m doing great. I had a great Christmas holiday, and I’m glad to be here. OK, so first question.

can you tell us what is your name, first and last name, and what’s the name of your company, sir?

My name is Kevin Thomas, and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service, and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas, and soon to be Arkansas.

And how long have we worked with you approximately at this point, sir? It’s been about six, seven years. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today.

I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy.

I’m painting myself and if I cry, forgive me. And the last two and a half days we have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. Well you’re right.

It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does. Not what they say, but I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what? I am not going to live that way.
