You’ve got to pay a man. If you want to go over, make it a hundred fifty grand a year to a half a million bucks a year. You have to hire good managers. If you want to be stuck working 80 hours a week, making a hundred grand a year, then don’t hire a manager. But if you want go to the next song, we’ve gotta hire a great manager. Do you really think bottom line is time to get get a manager, for my take is up to him. I wouldn’t throw a party I wouldn’t be too excited. If your personal income is $100,000 a year, I would say if you’re a hard worker, a diligent person, you can make $100,000 a year being self-employed that that the profit so that the average business makes a 25% profit margin. Just doing some rough shod math on this I would say:if you’re doing a million bucks a year of of income, you need to start to hire a manager and, what’s going to happen, to have to take at least one step back one step backwards:financially the higher the manager, maybe two steps backward to go, 8 steps forward and that’s what I have found in optometry to get a lot of guys come up to me and say:how did you go to the next level? I said the doctor and they said what and if I were to take some of the people that I’m seeing and give them to another doctor will just chop things up.

Promotion equals problems. You can’t pay your manager peanut.
