(Speaker 16)
And we wanna welcome all of his glory nation

(Speaker 6)
from East to West and North to South. Welcome to today’s take five. Our first with Clay Clark, Kingdom Business Builders is gonna be the name. So you’re gonna learn how to do biblical business teaching from one of the best, Clay Clark.

(Speaker 6)
So we’re gonna get Clay on for the first one here in a second, a couple quick updates. First is kingdom energy. Gotta have our body’s energy. And that comes with the kingdom energy. You can put those in any type of drink.

(Speaker 6)
My favorite is put it into hydrogen water and then you got two benefits, save $17. Look at the next chart. This is what you wanna stay away from, Red Bull, Monster. Look at all that junk that’s in there instead of Kingdom Energy.

(Speaker 6)
Get Kingdom Energy today, B12, vitamin C, a bunch of good stuff. Root Brand, one of our preferred partners. The Trinity is one of their top products. They have many, many products. My friend, Dr. Christina Rahm has created some amazing things.

(Speaker 6)
They detox, improve immunity, boost health and wellness. And the cross is the symbol of their business. That’s great. All right, prayer kits. Most important thing you can do, put stakes from north to south to east to west

(Speaker 6)
on your property. In the name of biblical verses, mama has glory has given you what to pray over. You got the shofar to go far. Those are from Jerusalem, our partners. You got the prayer shawl for intimate time

(Speaker 6)
and seeking the Lord. And you have the anointing oil to anoint your doors and windows in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Palm Sunday, everyone get their sho fires. We’re gonna do a nationwide live blowing of the show fires on Palm Sunday, so you’ll get an invitation and we’ll all blow it together.

(Speaker 6)

(Speaker 6)
That’s our updates. It’s time for the one and only Clay Clark.

(Speaker 9)
There it is, Clay.

(Speaker 1)
Hey, how are you? I don’t know if you can see me. I can see you.

(Speaker 21)
How are you?

(Speaker 6)
I’m good, Clay. Welcome to this new episode.

(Speaker 1)
Brother, I’m super excited to be here with you. I brought James with me. Now James, just so we know, James, could you tell everybody out there how you and I met originally? Yes, so we met at a Reawaken America tour about two and a half years ago. I heard you on X-22 with General Flynn and I’m a big fan and follower and supporter of the General.

(Speaker 1)
And so I went out to Pennsylvania. I slept in my car to actually make it affordable for myself And it was a great time so we met at the event and then we connected great There was like four or five thousand people there And then you offered me a job to come to Tulsa to come work for you clay And so that’s how this whole thing started out and so James has been working his desk Dave is about six feet away from my desk,

(Speaker 1)
some would argue one foot away from my desk. And he’s been here for two years. We’re gonna teach everybody out there today how to start and grow a successful company. And so James, to my right, he’s sort of my validator. He’s there every single day watching me

(Speaker 1)
help business owners to grow their company. And so Dave, I’m gonna go to a screen share mode. I’m gonna pull up some things I wanna get into today. So the first thing, Dave, is I’m sure you’ve never heard anybody say this, but I see business owners, they always tell me, they say, Clay, I wanna build a business,

(Speaker 1)
but I’m getting burned out, I’m getting tired. You’re 44 years old. How have you been self-employed and been successfully self-employed now for almost 30 years. How have you done it? How have you done it? You’ve been self-employed Clay since you’re 15. How do you keep your energy up?

(Speaker 1)
And I agree with all the products that you’re endorsing and these sorts of things, Dave. But I will tell you, in the Bible, in addition to that, the Bible tells you that, in the Bible, that God gave Adam the garden to what? To work it, right?

(Speaker 1)
So Genesis chapter two, God gave Adam the garden to work it. It says, and the Lord took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the Lord commanded the man saying, oh ye of every tree of garden thou mayest freely eat. But again, God gave Adam the garden to dress it or to work it.

(Speaker 1)
Well, the Hebrew word for work means worship. And the word worship means work. So Dave, I don’t view work, I’m gonna teach people very practical steps on today’s show on how to grow a company, but I don’t view work as something that I have to do.

(Speaker 1)
I view it as something that I want to do. I want to worship my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and the best way you can do that is to work. Colossians chapter three, verse 23 through 24 says, and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men,

(Speaker 1)
knowing that of thy Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance, for ye serve the Lord Christ. So Dave, a lot of your listeners know me through the Reawakened Tour, and they always say, man, Clay Clark always has such energy. What’s his deal? I’m telling you Dave every day that we have is a gift from God and what we do with it is a gift to God

(Speaker 1)
So I’m gonna teach everybody out there what to do on today’s show But you got to work that thing and James your desk is next to mine. I’m always getting to the office What time do you typically see me get here James? Well, I live literally right on the property clay and I’ll, I’ll wake up at like around five in the morning. I’ll peek my head out the window and I’ll see the van in the parking lot in here. And I tell you what, there have been multiple times where we’ve driven back from the reawaken tour

(Speaker 1)
where we’re working 18, 19, 20 hours a day, getting four hours of sleep. And we get back at like midnight or later on Sunday night Um into Monday morning and then you’re back in the you literally Will go home and like won’t even take a shower We’ll just drop your stuff off drop your family off and then come right back to the office and get right to it And that’s how eric trump and I became good friends. Dave is that eric trump and I keep the same schedule So my final on my opening rant final final pro tip I wanna give you folks, the Bible tells you in Genesis and in Exodus, work six days

(Speaker 1)
and rest on the seventh. And so many wonderful Christians, not the people that watch your show, but so many wonderful Christians will say, Clay, I love the weekend. I go, that’s true.

(Speaker 1)
God commands us to observe the Sabbath, we should do it. However, in Genesis and in Exodus, it talks about a six day work week. So if you wanna create like the creator, you gotta work six days a week. I’m telling, Dave, we gotta work as unto the Lord. Now, David, it’s your show,

(Speaker 1)
so I wanna ask your thoughts on this idea about working as unto the Lord, because I know you and the entire His Glory team work as unto the Lord as well.

(Speaker 6)
Yeah, absolutely. You just, you wanna worship and everything you do with him and working for him. He Rewards you for it. You know, I I only do broadcasting five days a week But on the sixth day that I work it’s out on the ranch being with God’s Animals doing some physical labor. So it’s it’s you feel that closeness to him when you do that as well

(Speaker 1)
By the way, the the idea of the 40-hour workweek was invented in 1938 by Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He introduced, an open socialist introduced the 40-hour workweek concept in 1938. It’s called the Fair Labor Standards Act. And a guy by the name of Klaus Schwab, who’s not going to be on today’s show, he’s introducing the concept of the four-day workweek. So let’s go back into our stack of stuff.

(Speaker 1)
Now we’re going to get very practical, very tactical. So a lot of these people, Dave, I’m gonna go through industry by industry. This is stevecurrington.com. He’s not a sponsor of the show, he’s a mortgage guy. He does mortgages in all 50 states. And I’ve helped Steve Currington grow his business

(Speaker 1)
by eight times larger. Next example, mlkdentistry.com. They’re a dentist. I’ve helped them to grow their practice four times larger. Papa Gallo’s, a pizzeria in beautiful Florida. I’ve helped them grow their business, Satellite Beach, Florida, eight times larger. Oxifresh, OXIFresh.com. Dave, we’ve helped them to open up 500 locations, folks.

(Speaker 1)
Think about that. Over 18 years, 500 locations. Bespoke Refinementinement a great young man We helped him go from no Google leads to 27 online leads last week That’s bespoke refinement calm beloved cheesecakes She told me on yesterday’s show that she’s grown her brought her business now by 207 percent

(Speaker 1)
this year Skyhouse this is a custom home builder and beautiful. This would be, he builds in the Appalachian Mountains, I believe here, this is his business. Sean, one of our coaches, works with him. He’s in North Carolina.

(Speaker 1)
Banner Elk, North Carolina. He has more than tripled his company. The Flyover Conservatives, the broadcast, the podcast. We’ve helped them to grow their business by over 1,000%. Whitlock Cosmetic Surgery. I first met this guy, Dave. My daughter got bit by a dog and he fixed her eyelid

(Speaker 1)
so that her eyelid would not be, you wouldn’t see that she had a severe dog bite. Or my daughter, Leah, got bit by a dog. I began working with this guy. He’s grown his business over double his company. Revitalize medical spa. This is true story, four times larger. Built Phoenix Strong.

(Speaker 1)
This is placid. His company is 10 times larger. Make your dog epic. Went from a startup to a success story. And all of these stories can be found at thrivetimeshow.com.

(Speaker 1)
And you click on the testimonials button. So what did we do? What did we do? What did we do? Dave, this is what I’m teaching today. I want everybody out there to generate more online leads. If you’re watching today’s show, I want everybody to take notes, and I’ll take notes with you real time

(Speaker 1)
so you can follow along, folks. If you wanna generate more online leads, there are four steps, four steps to generating more online leads. Okay, four steps. We got to do these four steps and here we go. Step number one, you have to gather objective Google and video reviews from real people. Gather objective Google, okay, Google and video reviews from real people. Video, these are real reviews from real people. Dave, why do we as consumers

(Speaker 1)
typically read reviews and watch video reviews before we buy something? Why is it that most people read reviews and watch reviews before they buy something?

(Speaker 6)
They wanna make sure it’s authentic, it works. And it is what they say it is.

(Speaker 1)
And that’s why would you have like Sherwood on your broadcast, the sherwood.tv, or you have a guy like Andrew Sorcini on your broadcast. You know, these are people that are in the game, doing the right thing for years and years. And when you go to sherwood.tv, a mutual friend of ours,

(Speaker 1)
you can see he has so many testimonials from happy clients. When you talk to a guy like Andrew Sorcini of Beverly Hills Precious Metals, this is a guy who I’ve been buying gold and silver from for a long time. When you go to thrivetimeshow.com to learn about our upcoming workshops, you’re gonna find thousands of video testimonials. So in the final 20 seconds we have before the break,

(Speaker 1)
I encourage everybody, go to thrivetimeshow.com. The website is thrivetimeshow.com. And there you can learn more about our upcoming business workshops. We do these four or five times a year Eric Trump, get your tickets right there at thrivetimeshow.com and we’ll be back right after the break. That’s thrivetimeshow.com.

(Speaker 6)
Times are changing.

(Speaker 23)
Silicon Valley Bank, they can talk about poor Natagen, I know a lot has been said about that.

(Speaker 6)
So all this stuff that they called us crazy about years ago is now all of it’s coming true

(Speaker 2)
He said that there’s instability everywhere. It’s panning out today certainly in the banking sector for how long is anyone’s guess?

(Speaker 6)
I’m gonna probably pick up some more too because I just I know what’s happening and I feel it happening

(Speaker 9)
The reason I call it God’s money is you can’t fake it You know, you can fake it with a fake ETF, like a gold ETF or a silver, which I don’t touch

(Speaker 14)
because it smells as bad as the guys that printed that crap. Starting March into April into May. So it’s going to be crazy what’s coming and those that are prepared are just really going to be celebrating like they’ve never celebrated before. You need to have those smaller coins to be able to barter with. Visit our partner Beverly Hills Precious

(Speaker 6)
Metal Exchange on HisGlory Family Partners.

(Speaker 13)
Blessings to HisGlory Family. This is Mama HisGlory. You know, I’m a senior and when I first got Kingdom Fuel, I loved it. What I do every morning, I get a box of spinach. I get some blueberries, some bananas, a little bit of orange juice and water. And I put two scoops of Kingdom Fuel in that. I swear by this stuff.

(Speaker 13)
I have never felt better than using Kingdom Fuel.

(Speaker 6)
And we’re back with Clay Clark. Clay, you took us to break absolutely perfect. You’re an expert at this.

(Speaker 1)
Oh, well, just so people know how this works, Dave, we get on a great show like yours. If you’re on my show, there’ll be a countdown clock. And you, you chose to pass the ball back to me with 30 seconds left on the clock. So either I have to shoot a three point shot from beyond the half court line, or I have to take it to the, for the dunk.

(Speaker 1)
So luckily we pulled off the dunk before we go to break. So here we go with the 12 minutes left here. It is March Madness. Okay, here we go, basketball on the mind. By the way, a good friend of mine is an assistant coach for the Boston Celtics, Phil Pressey. So if you’re watching the NBA this time of year, look for Phil Pressey on the sidelines.

(Speaker 1)
So here we go. Dave, we’re talking about how to grow your online presence, how to generate more leads. And I gave you a lot of examples, doctors, dentists, lawyers, home builders. James, does it ever blow your mind when you see people pull into the office for their weekly meeting?

(Speaker 1)
I mean, 90% of our clients are not in Tulsa, but when the clients do show up at our conferences, does it ever amaze you how many luxury cars are here in the parking lot?

(Speaker 12)
You know what, I always love to see that. I see the Lamborghinis, I see the Lexuses, I see the Maseratis. It really is incredible. And then I hear about some of the vacations that these clients are going on because of how much money they’re making. And I’m just thinking, man, this guy is doing something right.

(Speaker 12)
And then I realize what they’re doing

(Speaker 1)
is what you’re telling them to do. Okay, so Dave, I’m pulling up some of this. This is footage from our last conference here just so people can get an idea of what these things look like. But you know, here we are at these conferences. These are business owners from all across America that are in attendance.

(Speaker 1)
And a lot of times these clients will come to our conferences and they’ll show up with their luxury cars and you know, they tell stories of success. They’re great Christian business owners. And people say, well man, that’s awesome that somebody’s having success.

(Speaker 1)
But the question I want to focus on today is how do they get there? And I’m trying to teach you 1 14th of the entire system here today, 1 14th of it, okay? So one, we have to gather the most objective Google and video reviews, hopefully that makes sense. If we do a search right now for carpet cleaning quotes in Google, I’m doing it right now, folks,

(Speaker 1)
Oxifresh is now the highest rated carpet cleaning company in America. What am I saying? They have 312,000 reviews. Dave, they have more objective Google reviews than any company in America.

(Speaker 1)
No hyperbole, that’s a real thing. 500 locations, think about it. Second is you have to have the most original hypertext markup language. What? Don’t worry about it folks, we talk about it

(Speaker 1)
at a conference. But if you do a search for Joplin gyms, most people go to Google. If you live in Joplin, you’re looking for a fitness center, you type in Joplin Gyms. Well, why does my client, Charles Kola, come up top in the search results? Is it because he’s a good guy?

(Speaker 1)
No, is he a good guy? He’s the best guy. Why does he come up top? Because he knows how to optimize a website. How does he know how to do it? That’s what he does third is your website has to be canonically compliant. What does that mean? It means your website has to adhere to Google’s rules. I’m not saying that I love Google I’m not saying I agree with Google’s political views

(Speaker 1)
I’m just telling you if you want your website to be found You have to make sure your website ranks in the search engine results, and that’s why your website has to be Google Compliant in step number four your website has to be mobile compliant. Mobile compliant. What does that mean? It has to be compliant to Google’s mobile adherence rules. And so somebody out there says, Clay, you’re covering a lot of ground and I want to get

(Speaker 1)
it. I do want to get it. My head’s going to explode though. It’s a lot of information. I’ve never heard this kind of wonderful content on a Christian broadcast before. What do I do with it? Well Dave, you’ve been to our workshops before, but we have workshops every two months. Our next one features Tim Tebow,

(Speaker 1)
that’s coming up here June 5th and 6th. And we also have one coming up here in September. And by the way folks, a little sneak here, I’m gonna be inviting Dave to speak at it. But that’ll be just a little something, we’ll keep private between Dave and I and you. But we have an upcoming event in September. We just had Alina Hava reached out. She’ll be joining us. We’ve got Eric Trump.

(Speaker 1)
Not everybody from the Reawaken tour, but a lot of the friendly faces from the Reawaken tour will be there. But Dave, can you talk about why a workshop setting sometimes is the best way for somebody to learn this much information?

(Speaker 1)
I mean, to learn accounting and finance and search engine optimization, and why that format over two days might be a better fit than hearing about it during a 15 minute podcast.

(Speaker 6)
Well, yeah, you get away from the noise and you can focus in on what the person’s talking about. And you’re around like-minded people, the energy level is up. Plus, the way you do it, Clay, you know, I was in the corporate world,

(Speaker 6)
a director of three Fortune 100 companies, and it was boring. But your shops, you make it fun, interesting, and you make it exciting to learn. I think that sets it apart from anybody else.

(Speaker 1)
And you know what we do, Dave? When we’re growing a successful company, you can’t just learn branding, and you can’t just learn marketing. And again, James, I don’t put you up there as a business expert, But why do I when you hear the coaching calls I do with clients? We work with 160 brands to help them grow and so when I’m working with a guy like Aaron Antus

(Speaker 1)
Who’s been on this broadcast before helping Shaw homes grow from 14 million to 150 million? Why does the majority of the conversation tend to be focused on workflows? systems Checklists and accounting. Why are most of the conversations about that after we help the customer generate more leads?

(Speaker 12)
Because knowing those things allow you to grow the business in a way that’s sustainable for the survival of the business and the thriving of the business.

(Speaker 1)
Now back to you again, James. Think about this for a second. People always ask me, well, Clay, what’s the most important ingredient? You showed us all these case studies of clients that are growing dramatically. And for anybody who goes to Thrivetimeshow.com, you can see

(Speaker 1)
over 2,000 video testimonials at Thrivetimeshow.com of real clients that we’ve helped to grow with their long-form stories of how they did it. But people always ask me, what’s the most important ingredient to help my business grow? And I always tell them, well, it’s branding, marketing, sales, accounting, workflow design, human resources, legal, checklists, documentation, leadership, management, social media marketing, search engine optimization. And they’re like, what? I asked you for the most important thing. I always tell them, well, it’s like if you’re making a cake,

(Speaker 1)
what’s the most important ingredient? Is it the eggs? Is it the flour? If you’re building a house, what’s the most important ingredient to building a successful house?

(Speaker 1)
A house that doesn’t fall down. Is it the foundation? Is it the mortar? Is it the actual framing? framing, why is it you can’t just boil it down, James, into one thing that makes a successful company? Why do we have to teach all these things? Because if you only have one thing,

(Speaker 1)
then you don’t have the full set of ingredients to make a great business. So what we do, Dave, we have three solutions for all your listeners watching today, three solutions, okay? So solution number one, for anybody out there that says, you know what, I need a checkup from the neck up, I need a profound moment to really learn what I need to do.

(Speaker 1)
I need to change my life now. I want to become the next success story. What you’re gonna do is you’re gonna go up here to ThriveTimeShow.com, that’s ThriveTimeShow.com, and you’re just gonna request tickets for the upcoming workshops we have there. We got June 5th and 6th, Tim Tebow will be joining us. It’s going to be a great event, NFL great, college football great Tim Tebow. We’ve got the upcoming event,

(Speaker 1)
Eric Trompolina-Haba and a continuing growing list of people coming up for September 24th and 25th. That’s at our in-person two-day interactive business workshop. Somebody else says, you know what, I need somebody to coach me down a path and I need to learn specifically what I need to do right now. Let me show you an example. These are the kind of people that reach out to me. Let me hit play, here we go.

(Speaker 8)
You know, for instance, you’ve been in a business

(Speaker 1)
as a percentage or something.

(Speaker 8)
Gosh, yes, it’s been, since we started in August through COVID. Our sales are four timesuming than they were. I just want to reflect on that for a second. I talk to people every day. Once people come into my place, just like you do, people come in, they’re not maybe not feeling healthy, and they come to you for treatments. People come into my life and they go, my husband and I were actors, we’re dentists,

(Speaker 8)
we’re doctors, we’re lawyers. I just got off the phone with a lawyer. He’s a great lawyer, he’s in college, he’s checking all the boxes, has the degree, no customer. What do you say the guy, I literally just talked to a guy a moment ago and he’s in a different state and he’s going, I have the degree, I’ve got the accolades, I’ve got the resumes, I don’t have any customers. You can tell he’s right on the verge of a breakdown and need a breakthrough. What do you say to someone who feels like they’re overwhelmed with little entrepreneurship? I’d say it’s doable. I have a husband that has a high demand for charity for 80 hours a week per call.

(Speaker 8)
We have seven children together. They’re all active in sports. So I know what a full-fledged looks like. And it’s not impossible to be successful in sports. You’ve got to follow the recipe. I feel like placing a device, it feels redundant, but it does work. And it doesn’t require you to do these, these, your other obligations.

(Speaker 8)
Work, there’s another thing you did, I get carpools everywhere and I still own a $10 million.

(Speaker 1)
Folks, I’m telling you, that lady seems very, very normal. Lindsay Blankenship, long time client. She’s been a client of mine for over five years. That’s Revitalize Medical, it’s her company. So my calls to action would be, one, go to thrivetimeshow.com, it mean get your tickets for our upcoming business workshops.

(Speaker 1)
We do limit the seating to around 300 people, so it’s very interactive, very engaging. You can get those tickets at thrivetimeshow.com. Someone says, how much are those tickets? They’re $250, or whatever price you wanna pay. And we do have some VIP tickets. Also, if you wanna schedule a free 13 point assessment,

(Speaker 1)
what does that mean? It means that a lot of times people say, you know, I may wanna become a coaching client, but what does it cost? Well, it’s 1,700 a month. So for anybody who wants me to coach them,

(Speaker 1)
my average client is with me for six years or longer. is month to month, and we do charge people less money than it would cost to hire even a one part-time employee to work for you. I mean, it’s $1,700 a month, and we have a whole team that does photography, video, web, search engine, digital marketing, help you with the finances. All of that is included.

(Speaker 1)
You get weekly coaching, unlimited tech support. That’s thrivetimeshow.com. You can schedule a consultation for that a free 13-point assessment or you can come to one of our in-person workshops and then finally Most people know this I think or maybe I’m doing a bad job of communicating this but I all my books that I’ve written I’ve written now 37 books. They’re all available to download for free at thrive time show.com Forward-free dash resources thrive time show.com forward slash free dash resources

(Speaker 1)
If you want to learn time management sales marketing everything’s right there for you thrive time show.com forward slash free dash resources if you want to learn time management sales marketing everything’s right there for you thrive time show calm forward slash free Dash resources and as always mention that you heard about us through his glory and you’re entered in for a chance to win an opportunity To meet Eric Trump and to meet Tim Tebow backstage at one of our events. So Dave, it’s a blasty blast We’re teaching real kingdom business owners how to grow a kingdom building business. I encourage everybody out there, entrepreneurship, it is possible, Dave.

(Speaker 6)
Absolutely, and again, going back to your workshops, you always are putting Jesus first. I would say within every half hour presentation, dude, Jesus comes up every time and you don’t make no mistake about it. Jesus is king.

(Speaker 6)
I appreciate that.

(Speaker 1)
And see, Dave’s doing it to me again, he’s putting 30 seconds on the clock, he tosses it back to me. Let me just tell you this, I mean this folks sincerely, when I met Dave, I knew a couple things to be true. I knew that Jesus is King,

(Speaker 1)
and I also knew that the number one goal of the Reawakened Tour was for me to lead as many people to Jesus as possible. My goal was to make sure we got as many people baptized as possible. And so I reached out to Dave. I said, Dave, I know it seems crazy, but could you baptize every single person

(Speaker 1)
that wants to be baptized at our in-person Reawaken America tours? He said, yes, sir. And we’re honored to be here on the His Glory program.

(Speaker 9)
Thank you, Dave. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects. You know what I mean? People rave about what they learn from you. So congratulations. Sean, guess what’s happening on June 5th and 6th right here in Tulsa, Russia. We are probably going to have an amazing business conference here

(Speaker 22)
at Tulsa, Russia.

(Speaker 1)
Yes, we’re joined by Tim Tebow. Tim Tebow is going to be joining us. He’s going to be an amazing business conference here

(Speaker 21)
at Tulsa, Russia.

(Speaker 1)
Yes, we’re joined by Tim Tebow. Tim Tebow is going to be joining us right here at the Thrive Time Show World Headquarters, June 5th and 6th. He’s a very successful football

(Speaker 1)
player, obviously a Heisman Award winner, but he’s also a very successful entrepreneur. Now, when you work with real clients, Sean, real clients you really work with to help them grow their companies, do you ever hear a business owner tell you that they didn’t have time to get something done? Every day.

(Speaker 1)
How often is not having enough time a problem for business owners? All the time. It’s almost, it’s like maybe 90% of the issues as people are trying to grow their company. Well, Tim Tebow is going to come join us here at the in-person Thrive Time Show two-day interactive business workshop. And he’s going to teach us time management and his approach

(Speaker 1)
to personal self-discipline and getting things done. Also at the workshop, I’ll put up on the website so people can see it here. Also at the two-day interactive workshop, Sean, we are going to be, oh, there it is. We’re going to be teaching accounting, systems creation, marketing, human resources, how to hire, inspire, train, and retain great people, accounting,

(Speaker 1)
social media advertising, search engine optimization. Sean, what’s the area where most clients ask you for help the most? Is it generating leads? Is it hiring people? What’s the biggest issue that most business owners

(Speaker 1)
have by default before they come to one of our workshops? Well, I think it’s management because time is the most valuable resource for these business owners and being able to manage their time is the first thing. Once they get that under control, then generally the numbers, you know, being able to track their business and be able to make the best decisions based on numbers rather than emotions is a big area and we teach all of this stuff at the business

(Speaker 1)
conference particularly you Clay you love to hammer on time management it’s my favorite part of the conference. Now I’m gonna pull this up real quick here because we’re gonna go through if you’re not excited I want to get you excited about what we’re gonna cover at the workshop here. The two-day interactive workshop this is my 20th year hosting workshops. So I’m telling you folks, we’re in rare form here.

(Speaker 1)
So one is the idea of establishing your revenue goals. I think most entrepreneurs don’t know their revenue goals. Would you agree or am I off my rocker? No, that’s totally a very important point we do with every one of our new clients that come on board is we have to establish the revenue goals. And generally speaking, we have a vague idea,

(Speaker 1)
but not an exact idea that can be engineered down into the daily goals for sales.

(Speaker 21)
And so that’s a really big one.

(Speaker 1)
Now next is the break-even numbers. What kind of sales do you have to do to even break even? Third is how many hours per week do you want to work? What is your ideal schedule as an entrepreneur? Box number four, how do you stand out in the clutter of commerce? What makes your company unique from all the different businesses?

(Speaker 1)
In a world of brown cows, herds of brown cows, proverbial brown cows, the analogy of brown cows, how can you be the purple cow that stands out? How can you be the squeaky wheel that gets the oil? Box number five, branding. How do you improve the perception that people have of you, your business, your brand? Box number six, marketing. Your three-legged marketing stool. What is a turnkey way for you and your company to generate leads so you can succeed? Because if you don’t have any leads, your business will bleed. If you

(Speaker 1)
can’t sell, your business will go to hell. You’ve got to generate leads. Sean, how often do business owners by default tell you they have a hard time generating leads? It’s almost all of the time. It’s really a huge struggle. And many times, they may be creating leads,

(Speaker 1)
but just through word of mouth. So they get to a point where we’ve implemented systems, and then they need to create more leads, but they’ve never had to do it. So there’s a lot of different scenarios where business owners are like, how do you create leads? Something we hammer on at the conference a lot. Box number seven, create a sales conversion system. Again, box number seven, create a sales conversion system.

(Speaker 1)
Sales scripts, recorded calls, one sheets, pre-written emails, lead trackers, all of the sales tools, the sales print pieces, the OneSheets, the big screens that you see inside the business, whether you’re a doctor, you’re a dentist, you’re a lawyer,

(Speaker 1)
you gotta have sales systems in place. We help you with that. Box number eight, what does it cost you to get another customer? Step number eight, what does it cost you to actually acquire a customer? Step number nine, it’s hard to build organization if you’re not organized.

(Speaker 1)
We’re going to teach you how to create repeatable systems, processes, file organization. Box number 10, we’re going to teach you how to manage people, real people on the planet Earth. This just in, we’re going to teach you how to manage real people on the planet Earth. Box number 11, how to create a sustainable schedule that works for you and your family. Step number 12, how to create human resources systems for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining great people.

(Speaker 1)
Box number 13, accounting, this just in, we have to cover accounting. It’s not how much you make, it’s how much you keep. We’re going to cover all the accounting things you need to know. And step 14, finally, what is the point of even achieving success? We’re going to go over that. What is the point of even achieving success, how to design a life that you’re excited about, how to design a life where you carve out enough time for your

(Speaker 1)
faith, your family, your finance, your fitness, your friendship, your fun, and where you’re going to spend your focused time. We’re going to go through that, all this and more. Now, the workshop, Sean, it’s June 5th and 6th. It’s a two or whatever price that someone can afford. Sean, why do we let people name their price? Why do we have scholarship tickets available

(Speaker 1)
if somebody can’t afford the $250 general admission ticket?

(Speaker 12)
Well, we don’t want anybody to miss out on it. You could be at a startup phase, or you could be way along in your business. But we want to make story of your dad. And it goes all the way back to how you’ve always done this as a business coach, trying to make sure that your average people out there have access to the things that work.

(Speaker 1)
Now 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sean, why do we go from 7 to 5 both days? I mean, it’s 10 hours a day, 20 hours of training over two days. Why do we do 10 hours a day, Sean, of back-to-back workshops? We do a 30-minute teaching session. We do a 15-minute question and answer session. And then we take a break. 30 minutes of teaching, 15 minutes of question and answer.

(Speaker 1)
Then we take a break. Why do we do that format, Sean? That format is so that we can keep people engaged and not just sitting there listening, but also getting involved. We really encourage people to ask questions and that’s really where the juiciness of the conference comes out is you can put your personal situation and your questions

(Speaker 1)
on the board and Clay will tee off and give you direct advice. Even without being in our coaching program, you can get direct coaching from Clay. It’s really a very engaging format. I enjoyed a lot. Sean, final 60 seconds pop quiz here. What date is the conference? June 5th and 6th, 2025. This year. Question number two, who’s our keynote speaker coming to the conference there, Sean?

(Speaker 1)
Tim Tebow is our keynote speaker. Sean, question number three, how much does it cost to come to our in-person two-day interactive business workshop right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma? I think it’s, did you say it’s $250 or whatever you can afford? That’s right, $250 or whatever you can afford. Sean, how do you spell Eric Trump backwards? P-M-U-R-T-C-I-R-E. Oh, that took a long time. I’ll have to listen to this. All right, again, that’s Sean Lohman. I’m

(Speaker 1)
Clay Clark, inviting you to come join us at the in-person Thrive Time Show, two-day interactive workshop, June 5th and 6th, right here in Tulsa, Russell, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shawn, I really am, I’m excited to have this event. I’m excited to see you at the event, June 5th and 6th, right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

(Speaker 1)
Tim Tebow, baby. Oh, yeah, also Ruslan

(Speaker 16)
Late Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy play?

(Speaker 20)
Play is the greatest I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound He’s like the greatest guy ran from his goats his chickens his dogs

(Speaker 12)
So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right, his entire life.

(Speaker 19)
Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 16)
Oh my God! What’s that?

(Speaker 10)
Hey guys, Luke Erickson here with the Thrive Time Show. As you can see behind me, we’ve got all kinds of energy going on. People are starting to show up for the conference, and it is hot in this place.

(Speaker 10)
We got grill guns over here. We’ve got people playing the drums. We’ve got a fire breather. And man, people are so excited as they come in.

(Speaker 16)
Woo! Woo! Woo!

(Speaker 17)
Woo! The conference is kicked off, this house is packed. We’ve got Eric Antus with Shotguns up there.

(Speaker 10)
We’ve got Steve Burrington with Total Winding Concepts up there talking about what is possible when you just implement, when you implement, when you do the improvements. It’s so exciting, people are going crazy. Guys, Luke Erickson with the Thrive Time Show here with you. It is day two and the energy is high.

(Speaker 10)
People are so excited to be showing up. The team is ready. Come on, let’s see what it’s like to go on in for day two. Follow me. I’ll tell you what, people are so excited to be here for day two. It is going to be incredible.

(Speaker 10)
Cannot wait to see what today has in store.

(Speaker 16)
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

(Speaker 10)
Yeah! term, the what is that? What does that mean? That’s too techy for me. Well, our experts are breaking it down for people so that you can clearly understand how to come up top in Google. It’s doable. It’s possible. Now we’re in the middle of a break and what we like to do is we like to give you as much tangible and relevant information from about the start of the hour for 45 minutes. Then we take approximately a 15 minute break

(Speaker 10)
to allow people to connect with other entrepreneurs around them, bathroom break, and also use this time to just really digest all of the good information that you’re receiving the whole time. Right behind me we’ve got Bob with his grill gun melting an ice sculpture. It is awesome.

(Speaker 10)
The ice sculpture represents our life, right? It’s here for a time, but we all need to have the sense of urgency to implement the things that we’re learning so that we can make the most of the time that we have.

(Speaker 4)
I heard about it on the podcast. Started listening to the podcast, became a fan, and then figured out about the workshop. I own an insurance and financial services agency and I was hoping to learn from the workshop systems and processes.

(Speaker 4)
I’m big on systems and processes and always learning better ways to run a business more efficiently. The atmosphere’s second to none. It’s a high energy, really cool atmosphere to be around. Contagious I would say.

(Speaker 4)
Just something every entrepreneur I think would appreciate and love. I’d say humorous, high energy and full of substance, which I think is the key. A lot of business coaches or seminars maybe are high on motivation and making you feel good,

(Speaker 4)
but don’t have a lot of substance that you can take back and implement the following Monday, where his does. Man, there’s a lot of valuable things. I’m gonna say, I came to this, this is my second workshop. The first workshop I took back really the importance

(Speaker 4)
of a group interview. I used to spend hours and hours interviewing people, screening resumes, and that saving my time on that part is valuable. It was that and then the sales scripting that have been two major things just so far.

(Speaker 4)
Man, I think they’re missing out on expert advice from somebody who’s been there, done that, built companies, has learned a lot of lessons. That’s what I’m always looking for is somebody that I can learn from that’s ahead of where I am. I think if you choose

(Speaker 2)
not to come, you’re missing out on a lot of good advice that could help your business. Hi, I’m Aaron Antis with Shaw Homes. I first heard about Clay through a mortgage lender here in town who had told me what a great job he had been doing for them and I actually noticed he was driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden so I was willing to listen. In my career I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate. So honestly I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes and then I met Clay and my perception of what I knew and what I could do

(Speaker 2)
definitely changed. After doing $800 million in sales over a 15-year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. We’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. We’ve become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay, I really thought,

(Speaker 2)
man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four-month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month,

(Speaker 2)
to 180 internet leads in a month. Just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience.

(Speaker 2)
I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry. He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field.

(Speaker 2)
Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry. But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing.

(Speaker 2)
And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because the results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do.

(Speaker 2)
I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in.

(Speaker 2)
I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town and so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing and I think for a lot of people they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you if you’re thinking about working with Clay, I mean the thing is it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see with clay. I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 year history of Shaw Homes, this is

(Speaker 2)
probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800% increase in our internet leads going from 10 a month to a hundred and eighty a month that would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing. I would skip over anybody else you were thinking

(Speaker 2)
about and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to

(Speaker 5)
regret it because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick and I am the founder of D Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay-at-home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide what do I want to do. My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did.

(Speaker 5)
My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people. I love people, I love working with people, I love building relationships,

(Speaker 5)
but one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things. The processes and the advertising and marketing, I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be. So I reached out to Clay at that time. And he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand and help market our business our agents the homes that we represent.

(Speaker 5)
Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage, our real estate brokerage, eight months ago. And in that time, we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week, we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions. Three years ago I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today building a business having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been

(Speaker 5)
instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big big things happen.

(Speaker 7)
I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it. My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways.

(Speaker 7)
I mean, I went to medical school. I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63,000 embezzlement. I lost multiple employees. Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things

(Speaker 7)
that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting him good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans. He helped me with web development and search engine optimization.

(Speaker 7)
We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.

(Speaker 9)
Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show and thank you for all you do.

(Speaker 1)
I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects.

(Speaker 18)
You know what I mean?

(Speaker 9)
People rave about what they learn from you. So congratulations.

(Speaker 11)
And we went from expecting maybe 250,000 this year to we’re at $400,000. Hi, I’m Kelsey with K&D’s Wooder Finishing, business owner at 23. So I’ve been working this K&D’s company for about five years now and we started working with Thrive not too long ago. And we went from expecting maybe 250,000 this year to we’re at 400,000. That’s what we’re gonna hit or exceed. So we’re pretty excited about that.

(Speaker 11)
It’s been pretty much just listening to what they have to say. Their hiring process has just really been incredible as far as finding good quality help and just the accountability of meeting up with them weekly and such good insight, the resources they have for specific

(Speaker 11)
business questions. It’s all been really incredible. It’s been a great experience. So I would recommend it to anybody.

(Speaker 15)
What I’ve seen from Clay and his group at Thrive is they’ll give you a simple system and it’s the simple systems are the ones that people can wrap their brain around. They’re the ones that people can work with on a day-to-day basis.

(Speaker 3)
Hi there, my name is Stephanie Pipkin. I am 24 years old and I own Black River Falls Cleaning Services. We opened in April of 2019 and it is now mid-June of 2020. So I wanted to talk today about the success and growth I have achieved by implementing the Proven Path with Clay Clark’s team and my business coach Luke from Thrive Time. It has been insane to say the least. I started working with them in mid-February of this year. So we’re about four months in of working together and it has completely transformed my business in pretty much every facet.

(Speaker 3)
So I’m going to check my notes here. So in four months my leads have tripled. I was getting probably like two leads a week now I’m getting more in the like 10 to 15 leads a week. I have doubled my number of employees. I’m now hitting the highest revenue weeks in the history of the company week to week it seems like. We went from about six appointments today as our highest in February to now 14 to 15 appointments a day. And hiring quality employees has become much simpler and less stressful by using their systems for hiring.

(Speaker 3)
I typically only get maybe two complaints a month if that and everybody shows up to work. I just have really high quality employees now, especially in something people typically consider a high turnover type of work, you know, cleaning houses, cleaning businesses. I have amazing employees now, and I get rid of the ones who are not so amazing

(Speaker 3)
and bring on new ones because of, you know, group interviews and interviewing every single week. It’s just been great and such a, I don’t waste as much time on low-quality candidates anymore. And your coach will hold you accountable, which I love. Again, the tough love is really great. Luke’s like a stern father figure, but he’s also nice, but also stern when he needs to be when I’m being lazy and not doing the things that I know I need to do

(Speaker 3)
because I don’t want to do them. So that’s just great. Worth every penny. I mean, I’d pay him a million dollars a month if I can and maybe someday I’ll be able to, but I would just say go for it. If it seems like a good fit, just go for it. Do what they say, even if you think it’s stupid or ridiculous, just do what they say because

(Speaker 3)
it’ll work. You know, people, when they look at my business, you know, people in my town, they think I’m lucky. They think I’m just, you know, things just happen for me. And you know, maybe I am lucky, but it has a lot to do with hard work and, you know, perseverance and, you know, working till you cry sometimes. That’s just being an entrepreneur, which if you’re a business owner, you understand that. But it’s having these systems in place of, you know, of course I’m going to be successful. It’s an absolute because I have all this stuff in the background happening and I have Luke and Clay and everybody on their team working really hard to make sure

(Speaker 3)
that I’m a success. And I can tell that they are just so excited every single week when I’m having all these wins and things like that. They’re so excited for me. So it just it’s the best thing ever and I would suggest to anybody to work with them. So sorry for the long-winded reply but I just had so much to say and I could go on for hours probably about how amazing they are. But thank you to Clay and Luke and the entire team there, everything you guys have done for me. And I am so excited to continue to work with you

(Speaker 3)
for years to come. Thanks so much for watching.

(Speaker 9)
My saying is, if it’s important to you, hire a coach. And I think that’s one of the reasons people are not successful is they, you know, they eat a cheeseburger instead of hiring a coach. You know what I mean? And so my coach pushes me, they’re younger than me, they push harder, they’re more, they’re trained. And as my rich

(Speaker 9)
dad always said, you know, amateurs don’t have a coach, but professionals always have coaches. So I’ve always had coaches for whatever is important. And you might my rich dad was one of those persons. You’re on it, man. You’re on it. You’re on it.

(Speaker 9)
Everybody, listen to this guy. He knows what he’s talking about. You have the macro picture. Very few people have that point of view. Clay, you’re an entrepreneur. I’m an entrepreneur.

(Speaker 9)
I’m an entrepreneur. And as they say in Stoic, the obstacle is the way.
