(Speaker 12)
Everything is know your numbers. That’s the biggest mistake that young entrepreneurs make. You’ve got to understand your cost of sales, you want to understand your revenue, and you want to understand your profits. Everything is about liquidity in business, and if you don’t know your numbers, know your receivables, know your payables, you’ll never be successful. Not even in your home life will you be successful, because you need to know what your checkbook balance is.

(Speaker 3)
How did you first hear about us there, sir?

(Speaker 8)
Yeah, I heard about Thrive Time on the John Lee Dumas podcast back in May of 2020.

(Speaker 4)
From that time to now, as a percentage, how much have you grown?

(Speaker 3)
Or in terms of just volume, or maybe a way that you could measure it, how much have you grown since you first connected to us at the Thrive Time show?

(Speaker 8)
Ooh, good question. So right now, we’re probably sitting at around like 178 % since 2020. Year over year, for January and February, From 2022 to 2023, we’re up about 82%.

(Speaker 28)
Whoa.

(Speaker 3)
Well, Thrive Nation, I think a lot of times if you’re, if you’re not careful, you listen to a show like this, you tune into the Thrive Time Show or some other business podcast, or you go to a business workshop and you, and you listen to somebody who’s having success and you maybe don’t, recognize that you could be the one having the success. A lot of times we hear of a success story, and if we’re not careful, we go, oh, that’s awesome. That’d be awesome. Well, on today’s show, we’re going to interview somebody who we’ve worked with for many years. We’ve helped him to grow a very successful company. And he’s here to share with you a little bit about his journey to success.

(Speaker 3)
And then we’re going to talk about How what his company does and how he helps people like you to actually optimize their financials and their business and to help them evaluate their company to determine whether they’re actually building something of value, because it is entirely possible to spend a lot of time building a sandcastle at the water’s edge. Proverbially speaking, it’s like a, kind of like the, the analogy that you’re building a, a, a sandcastle business at the water’s edge. And at the end of your week or at the end of your day, the water just comes by and knocks away everything that you’ve built. You end up having a business without any value at all, because you’ve built a business. That’s not built upon systems. It’s built upon your personality.

(Speaker 3)
With that being said, Ryan Hutchins, welcome onto the thrive time show.

(Speaker 2)
How are you, sir?

(Speaker 8)
Oh, I’m doing fantastic. You know, just dealing with snow in Utah.

(Speaker 4)
Oh, beautiful. Now, I got to ask you this real quick.

(Speaker 50)
Oh, good question.

(Speaker 8)
Right now, we’re probably sitting at around like 178 % since 2020. Year over year for January and February from 2022 to 2023, we’re up about 82%.

(Speaker 9)
Wow.

(Speaker 3)
So you’ve had growth. And did you remember where you were or when you were somewhere where you heard the show for the first time and you thought, wow, I should go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 4)
com and schedule a consultation?

(Speaker 8)
I was probably on my elliptical working out.

(Speaker 4)
OK, so you’re on your elliptical listening to EO Fire podcast. And you thought, I should schedule a free consultation. Or what kind of thoughts did you have there?

(Speaker 8)
So around that time, it was just me and my wife, Kelly, working in the company. Yeah. And my birthday was coming up. And I’m like, I’ve already worked with a business coach before. And they basically said, I can’t help you anymore. And I’m like, well, that’s not good for me to continue.

(Speaker 8)
growth. And so I was listening to the podcast. And I’m like, that guy, his vision, his ideals, his character aligns with me. So I should just, it doesn’t hurt to call.

(Speaker 9)
So I called.

(Speaker 4)
And so you went to Thrivetimeshow . com. You scheduled a consultation.

(Speaker 8)
Do you remember our first consultation? I do. It was actually quite eye -opening. And we still have the Google Doc.

(Speaker 3)
from that first meeting. Now, I just know that when working with you and talking to you and for everybody out there who’s watching today, I’m always trying to find out if somebody is an ideal and likely buyer for what I do. And so the people that are a good fit for me are somebody that has an actual business model that makes sense. So I have four sort of things I’m looking for. One, do they solve a problem for people on the actual planet Earth that I’m aware of? Two, are people willing to buy the product or service from this person?

(Speaker 3)
Three, have they actually sold these products or services to humans on the planet Earth? And four, can we nail it and scale it? Again, do they solve a problem for real humans on the planet Earth that I believe exist? Two, have they actually solved these problems? Is this a real thing? Three, are they actually selling something?

(Speaker 3)
Is this a real business? And then can we nail it and scale it?

(Speaker 4)
And if we can, that’s how we decide to work with somebody. And for anybody out there that wants to look you up, Ryan, what is your website like there at peak business valuation? So our website domain is PeakBusinessValuation . com.

(Speaker 8)
Oh yeah, you can pull it up. Okay, so PeakBusinessValuation . com. And what do you do at PeakBusinessValuation . com?

(Speaker 3)
We help individuals understand the value of their company, whether you’re looking to buy or sell a business, looking to grow, looking to do gift and estate tax planning. Like we pretty much just help you understand the value of that business for an array of reasons. So again I just be very clear um how you became a client is you just like the thousands of other people we’ve helped you went to thrive timeshow . com you scheduled a free consultation you clicked the button Boom, we did a consultation. That’s how the conversation started.

(Speaker 3)
How did I know you’d be a good fit? Well, I knew that you had problems that you were solving for humans on the planet, and you were selling those solutions, and you just needed help nailing it and scaling it. So what I want to do today is now shift into the mode where you are the expert helping people. And I put together a tracking sheet here.

(Speaker 4)
Now, this is not the end -all, be -all perfect tracking sheet, but I just want to give you see if you can kind of help our listeners learn a thing or two about how to build a business that has value.

(Speaker 8)
So, so first off, why does every business owner need to look at their numbers weekly? Let’s just start here. Column A, why does everybody who has a business need to look at their numbers at least once a week? Ooh, can I, can I share a lyrical miracle from Ryan? Yes. Okay.

(Speaker 8)
So calculating a business’s value takes skill and dedication, but with proper analysis, it leads to profitable realization.

(Speaker 3)
So ultimately knowing your numbers on a weekly basis helps you see from a different point of view, like how you’re actually doing from a financial standpoint.

(Speaker 36)
Because if you’re just going through the motion and the work, like, and your numbers aren’t kind of aligned with the work you’re doing, you’re pretty much either working for free or working at a loss.

(Speaker 4)
So knowing your numbers and seeing kind of why you’re profitable, what’s working, what’s not working, what expenses are you incurring that you shouldn’t be incurring, Like it truly impacts your business and knowing your numbers on a weekly basis will lead to profitable realization. And again, uh, you’ve grown by how much since we started working with you? 179%. 179. Now, again, you would know that because you know your numbers. Now, again, if I asked you and you didn’t know that number, it would be very hard to know the percentage if you had no idea what your numbers were.

(Speaker 4)
Now, the next is cash on hand. A lot of people reach out to you.

(Speaker 3)
They say, Ryan, could you help me evaluate my company?

(Speaker 8)
I’m looking to sell it. I’m looking to buy a company, looking to sell a company. And how often does the owner have no idea what actual cash on hand they have?

(Speaker 4)
Quite often, whether or not they have one bank account that they don’t even have control over, another partner has control over it, or they have too many bank accounts. So they really don’t know where cash flow is at on a given basis. It’s quite frequent. OK, now this is something that blows my mind. And again, you can punt. You can say, Clay, I don’t like your question.

(Speaker 4)
I know what you’re doing here. We have a lot of people that come to us from other programs. that will show up and they go, man, I’m on the, I’m not ripping a specific program. I’m just focusing on, just trying to help our listeners. They go, man, I’m on the whatever system. We’ll call it the magic money program.

(Speaker 4)
I’m on the, you know, the people’s profit program. I’m on the mastery business program. I’m on the grow it quick program. There’s all these different business programs. And I go, okay, well, how much cash on hand do you have? And they go, well, I got, you know, nine accounts.

(Speaker 4)
And I go, you have nine accounts? They go, yeah, well, part of the program is you’re supposed to get nine accounts. Other people say, I’m on this program. I have 12 accounts. I go, yeah, come on. You have 12 accounts?

(Speaker 4)
They go, well, I’m on the whatever program. I have four accounts. And I hear this all the time.

(Speaker 3)
And I’m going, so you have so many accounts, you have no idea how much cash on hand you have.

(Speaker 8)
Do you hear this a lot, where people have multiple accounts and they have no idea what’s in those accounts? I mean, is this a normal thing? Because I hear it all the time. It is a normal thing. And when you’re valuing companies and you receive their actual financial statements, you’re like, why do you have?

(Speaker 4)
account one through six like why isn’t it one consolidated account because we dig into their numbers. And if they don’t know why they have those accounts, like just consolidate it, simplify your life. It’s just, and I’m telling you, I think there’s a lot of consultants that want people to complicate their life. So they have more reasons to charge them. I really do.

(Speaker 4)
I think that’s an actual strategy now. So let’s just say that when we talked to an owner and they have a hundred thousand and let’s say $100 ,000, $102 ,000. And $343 .18 on hand. I’m just making up an example. And then their weekly income this week, they did a weekly sales this week. Their weekly sales were $70 ,201.

(Speaker 4)
And this week’s expenses were $45 ,000. Okay, I’m just I’m just I’m over what I’m trying to do is just give an example. So people can can follow along here. How often do you talk to someone you go, hey, what was your profit this month? They have no idea. How often is that a thing where they they honestly have no idea.

(Speaker 4)
And they’re good people. They’re not idiots. But they go, I have no idea what my profits were. And then they have a story to go with it, where they go on my industry, you see, it’s different because, well, you know, in my industry, what I’m doing is I’m installing cabinets. And see the customer, they’re going to pay me on the first for the deposit. But then I got some projects there and what I call accounts receivable.

(Speaker 3)
And then I got a different area where how often do they have a story? And they also don’t know their profit every time. There it is. And it’s every time. And again, it’s it’s that’s why I without reservation recommend your business, because you help people as they’re determining the value of their company. You do a good job helping them clarify the numbers.

(Speaker 3)
Now, the next is the customer has to know the entrepreneur to determine the value of your company. You have to know how many leads you’re getting. I mean, that’s a big thing. If you have a business where you’ve got a ton of leads, I talked to a guy today in Nashville who said he has. It’s a great story. He has so much business that he has a way to go.

(Speaker 3)
that extends months.

(Speaker 8)
So he’s already super busy and he’s going, and he’s a client of ours and he’s going, man, my business is growing so much. I now have a waiting list. Why would it be better to have a business that has a big waiting list when evaluating a company than having a business that is looking for customers? Well, when you have a waiting list or backlog, it means that you’re in demand and that people love your service. And so from a brand reputation standpoint, like you just get brownie points. And so from a business valuation standpoint, like your value is inherently going to be higher than that of someone who is struggling to get leads.

(Speaker 3)
Just because you as the person that has leads coming in and you can’t fulfill on them until you have this backlog. If any buyer or anyone looking at your business to buy your business, they’d be impressed with that because they know by buying it from day one, they’re already going to make money because they have six months of individuals who are looking for that service. It’s just a great idea and great notion that you have leads coming in and the backlog is great. Now, if we are tracking here, there’s so many things we want to track. But you go over the number of leads they’re having, what their conversion rate is on those leads.

(Speaker 4)
And there’s a lot of things we’re tracking. And what you’ll want to do is, over time, you’re going to want to get to this thing where it’s the real -time business valuation. Now, there’s a lot more details that go into this. Other things I would highly recommend that everybody would know every single time is, what does it cost, the cost per lead? What? The cost per booked deal.

(Speaker 4)
So let’s say you’re spending $1 ,000 a week on marketing, and every time you spend $1 ,000, you book one more deal. Then you would know, okay, it’s $1 ,000 per deal. Shawhomes . com is an example. They spend about $20 per lead. $20. So

(Speaker 8)
So every time shaw homes . com advertises there, if they’re spending $4 ,000 this month, if they’re spending $4 ,000 this month on advertising, they’re going to generate about 200 leads and they just know the math. And so when you get all this together, I mean, there’s a lot, lot more of a complicated, a lot more details that go into this, but at the end of the day, why is it important for every business owner to know the real time value of their business? Like what the business is worth today? One of the primary reasons to know the real -time value today is it’s kind of like going to a doctor for a checkup, like your annual checkup. Ultimately, you know you’re healthy, but you just want someone else to tell you you’re healthy.

(Speaker 3)
And by just having that knowledge of what your business is worth, you could start making decisions based on, okay, I know our profit margins are here, relative to others in the industry, we’re kind of lagging. So what decisions or choices can we make today to either refine and assess expenses or just increase our leads and our profitability by increasing revenue?

(Speaker 26)
So it just helps from a decision -making standpoint.

(Speaker 8)
And you’re somewhere between a financial coach and a business evaluation guy. What kind of people, if they go to peak business valuation, what kind of The problems do you solve or what kind of people out there listening today might need your services? Yeah.

(Speaker 4)
So our primary group of individuals that we work with are individuals who are looking to sell their business today and are just wanting to understand and have a foundational point because you don’t want your buyer determining the number for you of what you’re going to transact that. So know as a seller, owner of a business, knowing the value of your business today, it just makes that conversation more simple when

(Speaker 8)
potential buyers approach you. We also work with individuals who are buying companies that just want to feel confident in the decision that they are making, and ultimately not being duped for not doing a good financial due diligence, because that’s where we spend most of our time is doing financial due diligence, making sure the numbers are accurate, and tell the correct story and align with what’s being shared with them already. Now, if I’m listening out there today and I want to learn more about you and see if you’re a good fit, what does your process look like for onboarding a client or seeing if someone’s a good fit? Yeah, so if you call 435 -359 -2684 or fill out the contact form on peakbusinessvaluation . com, you’ll hear from someone on our team to, and first they kind of chat with you about one, what, what is your business? What’s operations?

(Speaker 8)
What industry do you plan? Why are you looking to understand the value of your company? And by answering and addressing those three questions, like you either fit into a bucket of needing either advice and kind of direction, more of a consultant coaching. Um, and that comes to me and we have that call, or you’re looking for a business valuation for a particular reason. And that call is then redirected to me or my team kind of schedules that on my calendar. And from a process standpoint, once I get on the phone call, if you’re needing a business valuation, we just spent time discussing the business valuation process.

(Speaker 8)
One, how do you value a company?

(Speaker 9)
Because most often it’s just a black box.

(Speaker 3)
If you read online, like really all you’re hearing about is kind of rules of thumb, like what multiples are applicable for my industry on revenue or cashflow. And so I spent a lot of time just educating and then we pretty much figure out based on their timing and their need, whether or not they need a business valuation. Okay. And the final question I have here for you before I let you go, um, a lot of people, um, you know, are watching this right now and they’re going to say, well, You’re thinking, Ryan, what was the coaching experience working with myself and our team? How would you describe these last couple of years working together?

(Speaker 8)
Because you’ve been a great client to work with. You knock out all your homework, and so it’s great to work with you. How would you describe what the experience has been like working with the team? I would rate it on a scale of 10, probably a 12. Because ultimately, you’re learning from individuals who know a proven path. And so ultimately, by just implementing and doing the homework, you’re going to achieve success.

(Speaker 8)
And so having like at this point, I like I need a coach still because I’m not to the point where I want to be. And so Clay and his team, I work with Andrew Bloomer.

(Speaker 3)
Like Andrew helps me tremendously kind of stay on a path of success and not diverting into other avenues where it’s like, okay, like I could do this. And Andrew’s like, ah, let’s keep focusing on this because this is how you can grow, how you can scale. And we still need to improve on each of these processes in order to get you out of that business. And then you could focus on other ventures. And I’ll say this, I have an accountant on retainer. I have CCKs who I’ve used for years.

(Speaker 3)
I have Winters and King I use for legal things. And people ask me, well, why do you pay $2 ,000 a month every single month to work with these people? I do it because I never want my business to drift. And I find that success results in doing, if you do the same success processes, if you do the same same best practices that work day after day, year after year, and you don’t drift, you have massive success. But failure is caused by drifting a little here, a little there.

(Speaker 3)
You’re not following the hiring process. You’re not following the right hiring process, the right sales process. You quit optimizing your website. You quit following up on the lead processes. You stop using the org charts. You stop using the tracking systems.

(Speaker 8)
You stop watching ads that work.

(Speaker 4)
And next thing you know, you end up living in a van down by the river. So again, if people want to get a hold of you, what’s that website one more time, Ryan? PeakBusinessValuation . com.

(Speaker 8)
That’s PeakBusinessValuation .

(Speaker 49)
com.

(Speaker 1)
Ryan Hutchins, we’ll talk to you next week. Take care, sir. OK, sounds good. See you, Cliff. Hello, my name is Charles Kolaw with Kolaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark.

(Speaker 1)
Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. And Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with like running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry.

(Speaker 1)
He’s written books with like Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40 ,000 cast members. He’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours on the day day, he does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers, and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies.

(Speaker 1)
So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies. Every six to eight weeks, he’s doing Reawaken America tours. Every six to eight weeks, he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 -step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires helping them grow their companies. So I’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multi -millionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system. critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business.

(Speaker 1)
Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, like Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about, where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go and that’s what I like him most about him.

(Speaker 1)
He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time, a coach is actually helping you get to the best you and Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that we became friends. I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it.

(Speaker 1)
And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal. And they were super excited about working with him. And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down. Because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me.

(Speaker 1)
It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his highest desire was do what’s right and anyways just just just an amazing man so anyways impacted me a lot he’s helped navigate anytime i’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or uh you know navigating competition and and and an economy that’s like i remember we got closed down for three months he helped us navigate on how to stay open how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months. And you have $350 ,000 of bills you’ve got to pay, and we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that. And of course, we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time. He was a great man. I’m very impressed with him.

(Speaker 1)
So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing. And I encourage you, if you haven’t worked with Clay, work with Clay. He’s going to help magnify you. And there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day. And literally the rest of the time, he’s working.

(Speaker 1)
And he can outwork everybody in the room. every single day, and he loves it. So anyways, this is Charles Kola with Kola Fitness. Thank you, Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him.

(Speaker 41)
So you guys have a blessed one.

(Speaker 3)
This is Charles Kola. We’ll see you guys. Bye -bye. All right, folks, on today’s show, I could not be more fired up to talk to you about how you can reduce your expenses. Now, Tyler Carson is the man, the myth, the legend behind Integrated Payment Services. That’s the credit card processing company that I’ve used for many years.

(Speaker 4)
And Tyler, there’s probably not a day that goes by that I’m not attempting to refer you to a client, because clients will call me.

(Speaker 7)
Even yesterday, I think yesterday, I tried to introduce you to a client. They said, hey, who do you use for your credit card processing? Why is it that business owners typically don’t know what they’re paying for credit card fees until I bring it up on my coaching call or until they hear about it on this podcast? Yeah. You know, it’s, um, it’s kind of one of those things that when you first start doing business, you know, you, you just kind of look out and, you know, you find someone, you kind of, it’s one of the last things they think about, right. Is they get all these things.

(Speaker 7)
want to do as a business owner, and they kind of forget about the part of, oh, I’m going to pay me.

(Speaker 6)
How am I going to take credit cards?

(Speaker 4)
And so they get set up. And then as they grow and as kind of things start going, they maybe forget to look at it, or they just think, hey, this is what it is.

(Speaker 3)
And a lot of times it’s not.

(Speaker 7)
And so we come in, we visit with them, and we show them how to lower their rates, and we save them $3 ,000, $4 ,000, $5 ,000 a year. Now, yesterday, I’m not looking, I’m not fishing for actual numbers on this, but the client I was talking to, they told me, they said, hey, I’m paying 4 % per transaction to process credit cards.

(Speaker 4)
Who do you recommend? I don’t know if you were able to connect yesterday, and I’m not asking you to share the details of their business, but were you able to sit down and kind of compare rates a little bit, or how did that go? Yeah, so we were able to visit. With us, that’s going to be closer to like 2 .5%, so they’re going to save about 1 .5 % per transaction. And that’s so powerful. And again, this is a business, folks, we’re working with yesterday.

(Speaker 4)
I’m on the phone just having a conversation. And whenever I work with a business owner, I’m trying to do three things, right? One, we’re trying to increase your revenue. That’s exciting, right?

(Speaker 3)
Second, I’m trying to decrease your expenses.

(Speaker 48)
So what am I saying?

(Speaker 4)
When you grow a business, there’s three things you got to do. There’s offense, there’s defense, and there’s special teams. And Tyler, most clients want to talk about offense, you know, marketing and branding and sales and growth and vision. Woo! There’s very, very few clients that want to talk about defense, which is reducing your expenses, looking at your numbers, accounting, legal, and then special teams.

(Speaker 7)
The special team is who is on your team. It requires a special team to turn your dream into reality. Without teamwork, you can’t make your dream work. Tyler, why is it that most business owners don’t like to talk about their expenses? Yeah, I don’t know. That’s a great question.

(Speaker 7)
I mean, you know, it’s, you know, you say it a lot, like it’s not, it’s not how much money you make. It’s how much money you keep. And that’s, you know, that’s what, that’s the business I’m in is helping you, you know, keep more money in your pocket. And I meet with businesses all the time. Um, I’ll give you a great example. So I do have a, I do have a story.

(Speaker 7)
So I’ve got one, a customer of mine, uh, now, you know, in the Ohio area, they’ve got a really big, you know, tractor company. Um, you know, they, uh, kind of, this is how we’ve always done it. You know, they’ve been using the same processor for 25 years.

(Speaker 4)
They thought they had a, you know, a great relationship. And then, you know, come to find out, we get to looking at it and we’re going to save them about right around 10 to $12 ,000 a year. And which is real money to these owners that have owned this business for 50 or 60 years. And they’ve got a great business.

(Speaker 3)
It’s just something that, you know, they kind of thought, For 20 -plus years, they thought we’ve got the best thing going, and they didn’t.

(Speaker 47)
So Rhianna’s with us now. Rhianna, you work with business owners, people in all different industries, people that, let’s say, they’re in the pest control industry, people that might be doing dentistry or home remodeling or a variety of industries.

(Speaker 3)
What question would you have for Tyler Carson, the credit card processing guru of sorts?

(Speaker 17)
What question would you have for him on behalf of your clients as it relates to credit card processing?

(Speaker 7)
Yeah, so the main question would be for me is obviously there’s a lot of different financial numbers that you have to track with credit card processing. So how has tracking those numbers and keeping track of them, how has that benefited you and your business? All right, so tracking numbers, Tyler, tracking numbers, how does that benefit you to sit down with these clients and track those numbers? For sure. So we have a portal that you’re able to go to and see your live transactions.

(Speaker 7)
You’re able to go in and see your daily deposits, your daily batches. You’re able to go in and see the fees. And so what we do is after a merchant has been with us for a few months, we’ll go in and we’ll look at it. And we’ll go, hey, we told you you were going to save X amount of dollars. Let’s go in and let’s you know, let’s look at your monthly statements and let’s look at the, you know, the fees that we charge and then we’ll just compare it. We’ll look back and we’ll go, yeah, you know, we told you we’re going to save you $300 a month.

(Speaker 4)
Actually, it’s more like $700 a month. And so that’s, you know, that’s kind of what we do. And then, you know, once we do that a few times, I think the business owners are pretty pleased. And then from there, they can kind of track themselves with our portal and our reporting. How much do you typically save a business owner?

(Speaker 3)
I always tell people they go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 7)
com forward slash credit dash card. I find that the typical person I refer to you saves $3 ,000 a year or more.

(Speaker 4)
What are you finding now? I mean, recently, when you sit down with a business owner to compare rates, how much money are you able to save the average business owner from your estimation? Yeah, I mean, you’re pretty spot on. I mean, it’s about, you know, probably $3 ,500 a year on average, but then some of them are, you know, here recently, you know, we’ve seen some, like I gave the example earlier on the show, like we’ve seen some, you know, $10 ,000, $12 ,000 a year in savings. So if I’m watching right now and I want to compare rates with you, that website Thrivetimeshow . com forward slash credit dash card.

(Speaker 7)
What’s the action step I need to take if I’m on that website right now? Thrivetimeshow . com forward slash credit dash card. How does the process work there, sir? You put in your information. And then myself or Kate, someone here in the office is going to call you.

(Speaker 7)
It really is, Clay. I mean, I know we talk about it. It really is about, you know, probably a 10 minute conversation. From there, we can gather the information.

(Speaker 4)
that we need. We can kind of, you know, talk about, you know, what the savings would probably be. We will then email them a proposal where they can see the savings, they can see everything that we’re offering. And then from there, it’s, you know, if they say, yeah, let’s do it, it takes about five minutes to complete the electronic document, get up and going. Tyler, I greatly appreciate you. Thank you for carving out time for us.

(Speaker 4)
I encourage everyone to check out that website today. Thrivetimeshow . com forward slash credit dash card.

(Speaker 46)
That’s Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 24)
com forward slash credit dash card.

(Speaker 4)
Tyler, we look forward to talking to you here in the coming weeks.

(Speaker 2)
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving, sir.

(Speaker 33)
You as well.

(Speaker 45)
See you guys.

(Speaker 2)
Bye -bye.

(Speaker 3)
Charles Ulrich, welcome on to the Thrivetimeshow. How are you, sir? I’m doing great. Thanks. So Charles, I got to ask you, how did you originally hear about the business coaching services that I provide, sir? I was listening to podcasts on iHeartRadio on my three and a half hour commute back and forth to my business in another state.

(Speaker 11)
And so people can prove that your business is real. What’s the name of your company or what’s the website people can go to to learn more about it? CannonPumps . com.

(Speaker 4)
And so when you reached out to us, were you looking to grow the business or what had you initially decided to reach out about attending a conference or the in -person or the one -on -one business coaching? I had just hit a brick wall.

(Speaker 3)
I had lost key people. It was back down to just me after years.

(Speaker 38)
And I did not know what to do with my business and was struggling to put the skill set together to and the desire to grow it and do anything else with it.

(Speaker 44)
And so I was just looking for answers, some answers.

(Speaker 3)
And from the time that you reached out and scheduled that meeting,

(Speaker 11)
-point assessment to now, how much have you grown, sir?

(Speaker 4)
At least 200%, probably.

(Speaker 42)
Wow.

(Speaker 3)
Wow. So you’re saying your company has doubled in size? Yes, at least. Maybe more than doubled?

(Speaker 11)
Yes. Now, when we do a weekly call with you, We like to cover the core, repeatable, actionable processes. The reason why Dr. Robert Zellner and I have a lot of success in business is that we’re both rigorous and very disciplined about following proven systems. And so a big key component, I would say the key component of what we do, is we have a weekly call that’s designed to provide you with practical operational help for your business. How do those weekly calls help you steer the ship? They make me focus on my business.

(Speaker 11)
And they helped me to remember the fundamentals.

(Speaker 4)
We’re always being asked, what about this fundamental? What about this fundamental? How is this problem being resolved?

(Speaker 3)
How is this problem being resolved?

(Speaker 11)
And over time, you look forward to the meeting because it forces you to resolve any issues you have and work through them with proven solutions. Yep, because it forces you to push through those problems and achieve success. I love it. Now, I got to ask you is how is the weekly out of the weekly calls? How have they helped you with your sales process? Well, a lot.

(Speaker 11)
We run our business for twenty five years on our original Dream 100, and we didn’t have much more than that. So we were very limited.

(Speaker 3)
And so one of the first things we did was of course, Google and the reviews.

(Speaker 4)
And now our schedule is full of non -regular customers.

(Speaker 11)
I don’t have a set of six customers dictating my whole business. I have a set of 150 customers dictating my business. Now, again, if you were to take those calls out of your life and not have those weekly meetings, what do you think would happen to the level of success that you’ve achieved?

(Speaker 3)
Because behind the scenes, we’re optimizing the website, we’re running your ads, we’re making sure we’re tracking all the numbers. What would happen if you took the calls out, you think? Man, it would just be a slow implosion. Not really even that slow. It would just be, there’s just so much ground covered in that, that you can’t, it would be hard to, For me as a business owner and involved in the business, it would be hard for me to replace that. Even with people, time, money, the resources would be just hard to grasp, let alone implement it and be able to do a working system to have somebody do any of it.

(Speaker 11)
Now, Dr. Robert Zellner and I, in our companies, what we like to do is we like to keep our meetings as short as possible, meaning we want to cover what we need to cover, and then we want to get back to business, probably in the way that you like to pump concrete as quickly as possible, and then move on to something else. And I think a lot of people maybe don’t quite understand that idea. Again, we block out an hour every week for that meeting, but it doesn’t need to take an hour. Can you maybe explain?

(Speaker 3)
how it’s why it’s important to have that meeting regardless of whether it takes an hour or 20 minutes or whatever the time length is. It helps you keep us focused on the core fundamentals of what we’re doing. If we don’t have that pretty soon, we’re going sideways and we’re worried about things that don’t matter as much. You’ve identified the things that we need to focus on. And that meeting, no matter how long it is, helps bring us back and forces us to look at those numbers, our revenue numbers, our reviews numbers, our leads numbers, are we converting all of that stuff, it forces us to look at the information that nobody wants to look at on their own.

(Speaker 3)
Now, within our coaching program, we only work with 160 clients. And so, you know, sometimes you might you might work if you’re a listener out there, you might work with me. I work with 15 clients. You might work with Carter. You might work with Devin. You might work with Andrew. You might’ve worked with Marshall.

(Speaker 3)
You might’ve worked with Eric. You might have worked with, there’s so many wonderful people that we’ve had a chance to mentor over the years. And inevitably the question gets asked, well, how could your coach possibly help me if he’s not a concrete expert? I want to ask you, how have the coaching calls helped you with your interviewing process and to know what to look for in a job applicant, even though your particular coach, Andrew, is not a concrete, quote unquote, expert, just because you’re an expert in concrete doesn’t mean you’re a business owner. So Andrew brings a vast knowledge of all these other clients and so can answer a lot of questions about what we need to do employee wise that I would really have no other answer to.

(Speaker 11)
And from that, even though he’s not a concrete guy, he knows more about business than probably 98 % of all of my clients. who are concrete guys. Now, how have the coaching calls helped you with the hiring process in terms of learning how to run and launch your Indeed ads? Because I see a lot of business owners that struggle to recruit people.

(Speaker 3)
How has that, the coaching calls and the coaching program helped you to effectively learn how to launch and run Indeed ads or the entire hiring process, really? One of the biggest things about getting going is just fear of starting. Once you start, if you have little questions or things, you have a resource to go to, to answer those unknowns. So instead of being afraid of them, you can just say, okay, I’m going to do this.

(Speaker 11)
And they just help you with the little details over top of it. Now, how have the coaching calls helped you with managing your staff? I know we manage internally, we manage hundreds of employees. But then our clients themselves, I mean, some clients I work with manage hundreds of employees, and some clients I work with manage 15 employees. Some manage dozens of employees.

(Speaker 3)
How have the weekly coaching calls helped you to learn how to effectively manage your team? The coaching calls help ground you in the business principles, take a lot of the emotion out of it, Most situations with employees is cut and dry and wrong or right. As employees or employers, we get emotionally involved and are afraid to do that. But when you hear somebody like Andrew is my coach, tell me, no, this is what needs to happen. It’s like, okay, this is what needs to happen because he has seen it how many ever times with all his other clients.

(Speaker 11)
Now, working with Andrew, you know, we want to help you create systems. Our coaching program, we want to help you make systems so that everything is documented and over time making checklists and processes. for everything.

(Speaker 4)
So that way, as your business scales, hypothetically, it’s more systemized over time. How has working with our team helped you to build systems? Well, one of the things that we’ve learned is remove yourself from the business and see how well it functions without you. So it seems like every time I break my leg, my business goes without me and it seems to function pretty well.

(Speaker 3)
So it helps everybody in the business be able to know what to do when nobody’s looking over their shoulder.

(Speaker 11)
Now, a part of the coaching process is it’s that core, repetitive, core, repeatable, actionable processes. I call it the crap, but it’s the messy middle. It’s after the big new idea, the excitement about the new idea is gone. Somebody still has to follow up and do the core, repeatable, actionable processes.

(Speaker 3)
How has that helped you on a weekly basis stay on track, those core, repeatable, actionable processes, after the excitement of the new ideas are gone? through the meetings helps me to realize that I am accountable to somebody. I answer to somebody. And so I go to my team and I hold them accountable so that I can make sure all of these things are done.

(Speaker 4)
So it just helps me to stay on top of making sure people are doing what they’re doing instead of having to go in and take care of everything myself.

(Speaker 43)
Okay, next question I have here for you.

(Speaker 3)
Um, the coaching calls, a lot of our a lot of our listeners, a lot of our longtime clients, if people go to thrive timeshow . com, they can see thousands of customer success stories. A lot of my clients will tell me that they learned a lot about time management in the coaching program. You have one client

(Speaker 11)
right now. I’ve helped him to grow his business dramatically. He’s on the verge of selling the company. And he says, hey, I’m going to keep hiring you as I look for my new business because I need someone to help me maximize my time and to stay efficient even as I move into my new venture, even after he sells his company.

(Speaker 3)
Can you talk about time management and how the coaching calls have helped you with time management? Well, this is one of my great struggles is the time management. And so I work on it. try and work on it more and more. And so by being able to have access to my coach, it helps me to formulate a plan and be able to keep my meetings and time management focused on what I need to do and not what other people want me to do. How has the coaching calls helped you with your search engine optimization and generating more leads?

(Speaker 11)
I meet a lot of wonderful people that tell me, Clay, I would hire you guys for the coaching service if it didn’t have the search engine optimization and the web development and the graphic design and the photography and all those services. But specifically, it’s a flat rate. We charge $1 ,700 a month. It’s all included. How much has that helped you in terms of growing your business with our in -house search engine optimization, web marketing, online ad management team? Hundreds percent.

(Speaker 11)
People find us now. People, when I met you, I didn’t even have a website.

(Speaker 3)
And the first thing you said was we have to do Google. I just sighed. It was. so distant to me. And now I can’t even imagine running this without what your team does for us in the back room. Now it’s kind of interesting about our relationship.

(Speaker 3)
It’s been fun as I co -founded tip top canine franchising. You know it’s a dog training franchise. One of my longtime clients, Ryan and Rachel, started the company, tiptopcanine . com, and I helped them to scale the business so that way it could franchise.

(Speaker 11)
So other people who are not Ryan and Rachel could go out there and buy a proven business model that works. And you guys elected to open up a Tip Top Canine right there in Utah. Actually, your family. Oh, you and your whole family opened up a tip top canine franchise together. Um, how, how big of a role did, uh, you having previously worked with our coaching program, how big of an impact, I guess, or how much of a decision, um, how much did that weigh into your decision to buy a tip top, knowing that we would be implementing the same systems that we’ve been implementing in your own company?

(Speaker 3)
It was probably the biggest factor because it helped us to understand from the beginning, we already had, we’re implementing all of the business principles in our concrete pumping. So when we were exposed to tip top, we already understand a lot of the policies and practices, which makes it easy. to go in so we could hit the ground running at full speed because everybody on our team already knew what the Dream 100 was, what the Google was, why reviews are important, why search engine optimization, all of that. And it was a huge part of why we decided to do that because we want to use that as a platform to even get more tip tops. And we feel that through your systems with that tip top would provide us that opportunity. You know, my father, he had Lou Gehrig’s disease.

(Speaker 3)
May he rest in peace. Before he passed away, though, my wife and I, we organized kind of a going away party for him so that all the people in his life that mattered to him could all come and say nice things about him while he was still alive. And my dad told me that was like the highlight for him was hearing that. And I know a guy like Andrew, you know, he’s a very diligent guy. He stays focused every day on growing your business.

(Speaker 11)
Every single morning, we meet at 6 a . m. in our coaches meeting to go over any burning fires or any issues or any areas how we can help. If we ever have a business owner that’s stuck, whether it be the tip -top canine franchises that we coach or whether it be our non -tip -top canine franchises or businesses that we work with. And I know he’s committed to helping you grow your business. say about the impact that Andrew himself has made as a result of him, uh, teaching you the systems and holding you guys accountable on a weekly basis.

(Speaker 3)
Oh, Andrew’s been great.

(Speaker 11)
Uh, you know, there’s a big age disparity between Andrew and I, but his, he’s never been afraid to, if there’s something he finds out if we don’t know.

(Speaker 3)
But the other thing, he’s been a great example to my. kids that all my kids work in my business by their choice, that you don’t have to be an old stodgy guy like me to understand business principles. They’re the same. And so his influence on me and my organization is generational, literally. So just to be clear, I mean, knowing that the business systems that we had in place, working with you with your cannon pumps business, those principles, you knowing that those principles and systems would be used at tip top canine, that was a big motivating factor for you.

(Speaker 11)
Yes, huge, huge, probably the biggest. factor. And what would you, again, I talk to people all the time, I’m not bashing other franchises, but I talk to people all the time that come to our conferences, and you’ve been to our conferences, and people will come to me and they go, man, I bought a franchise of this company or that company, where there’s no weekly coaching, you know, you come, they train you on how to do the skill or how to buy the business. And then they go back to their local hometown and they feel like they’re just floundering.

(Speaker 3)
And they have like a monthly call or somebody checks in with you, but there’s no weekly accountability. What do you think would happen to your tip top location if there wasn’t Andrew or somebody like that pushing you guys on a weekly basis to grow? it would go sideways quick. We’d be doing the wrong things at the wrong time for the wrong reasons. And because it would be more emotion -based.

(Speaker 11)
And our phone call with Andrew, it keeps focused on the things that we need to accomplish to make it a franchise so that I’m not a business owner that wakes up every day and has to go in and deal with it. Final question I have here for you. For anybody out there that’s thinking about attending one of our in -person workshops or scheduling a 13 -point assessment, I don’t want to waste anybody’s time, because I only take on 160 clients.

(Speaker 3)
And I don’t want to waste anybody’s time, because our conferences only can accommodate 100 folks at each one. And we want to make it very interactive. In your mind, what kind of person would benefit from our one -on -one coaching or the in -person workshops? Somebody that has a business that wants to get to the next level, not sure what to do.

(Speaker 11)
Just for ideas alone, your workshop has so many things that you can implement into every level of the business.

(Speaker 4)
and at least get your brain working towards being a business owner instead of the high paid employee you are.

(Speaker 3)
Well, brother, I really do appreciate you hopping on the show here.

(Speaker 42)
Hopefully we’ve benefited you greatly, and it’s been awesome to get to know you over the years.

(Speaker 1)
And I wish you continued success. Thank you for carving out time for us. Hey, thanks for having me. All right, we’ll talk to you soon. Take care. OK, see ya.

(Speaker 1)
Hello, my name is Charles Kolaw with Kolaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark.

(Speaker 1)
This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with like Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40 ,000 cast members. He’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours on the day he does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top.

(Speaker 1)
He has a team of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers, and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. So he’s, I’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multimillionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system.

(Speaker 1)
critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business.

(Speaker 1)
He cares about, where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go and that’s what I like him most about him. He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time, a coach is actually helping you get to the best you and Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that we became friends. I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listened to it.

(Speaker 1)
I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal. And they were super excited about working with him. And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down. Because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run.

(Speaker 1)
And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his highest desire was to do what’s right. And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate any time I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or, you know. navigating competition and an economy that’s like I remember we got closed down for three months.

(Speaker 1)
He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months and you have $350 ,000 of business you’ve got to pay and we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that and of course we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time. But he was a great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing and I encourage you if you haven’t worked with Clay, work with Clay. He’s going to help you.

(Speaker 1)
magnify you, and there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day, and literally the rest of the time he’s working, and he can outwork everybody in the room. every single day, and he loves it.

(Speaker 41)
So anyways, this is Charles Kola with Kola Fitness.

(Speaker 3)
Thank you, Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So you guys have a blessed one. This is Charles Kola. We’ll see you guys. Bye -bye.

(Speaker 3)
driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden, so I was willing to listen. In my career, I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate. So honestly, I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes, and then I met Clay, and my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed. Doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And, I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years.

(Speaker 3)
We’ve become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay, I really thought man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four -month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month, just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience.

(Speaker 3)
I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry. He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry.

(Speaker 3)
But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing. And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because the results we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do.

(Speaker 3)
I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing. And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs.

(Speaker 3)
I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way.

(Speaker 5)
I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800 % increase in our internet leads. Going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Klay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing. I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about and I would go straight to Klay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it because we sure have.

(Speaker 5)
My name is Danielle Sprick and I am the founder of D. Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide what What do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people.

(Speaker 5)
I love working with people. I love building relationships. But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be. So I reached out to Clay at that time. And he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents, the homes that we represent.

(Speaker 5)
Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage our real estate brokerage eight months ago. And in that time we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions. Three years ago I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today.

(Speaker 6)
building a business, having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen.

(Speaker 6)
I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it.

(Speaker 6)
My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean, I went to medical school. I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63 ,000 embezzlement.

(Speaker 6)
I lost multiple employees. Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with a specific written business plan.

(Speaker 4)
He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult.

(Speaker 36)
He helped me in securing the business loans.

(Speaker 38)
He helped me with web development and search engine optimization.

(Speaker 26)
We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web.

(Speaker 4)
With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic. OK, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th, 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop? Whoa. Ooh. Santa Claus?

(Speaker 40)
No, we will not be joined by Santa Claus, but we will be joined by Eric Trump, the son of the 45th and now 47th President of these United States.

(Speaker 4)
And yes, Amanda Grace will be in the place. And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there, so you know it will go well. Yes, we have Mel Kaye in the house. Pastor Phil and Tammy Hodson -Pillar will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Anaheim, California. Yes, folks, make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 3)
He’s fresh.

(Speaker 39)
Make this a December to remember and join us at the two -day interactive Business Growth Workshops.

(Speaker 3)
For over 20 years, folks, I’ve been hosting Business Growth Workshops where we’re going to teach you marketing, sales systems, human resources, accounting, social media marketing, branding, sales training, search engine optimization, accounting, workflow development, financial management, all this and more. How do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow . com. Again, how do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com. I’m Ron Burgundy. Eric Trump is here to talk about time management, promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build.

(Speaker 4)
I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it.

(Speaker 28)
You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint.

(Speaker 29)
I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand?

(Speaker 38)
I mean, look at it.

(Speaker 37)
And this is the man behind the business for the last pretty much since 2015.

(Speaker 3)
He’s been the man behind it, so you’re talking, we’re into nine going into 10 years of him running it, and we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s gonna be amazing.

(Speaker 36)
Now, think about this for a second.

(Speaker 35)
Nothing is over until we decide it is!

(Speaker 3)
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

(Speaker 34)
Germans?

(Speaker 4)
Forget it, he’s rolling. And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket. Now, we only have limited seating here. Whoa. There’s a lot of togetherness and closeness, camaraderie. So again, if you want to get tickets for this event, all you have to do is go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 4)
com. Go to thrivetimeshow . com.

(Speaker 25)
When you go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com, you’ll go there. You’ll request a ticket. Boom. Or if you want to text me, if you want a little bit faster service, you say, I want you to call me right now. Just text my number. It’s my cell phone number, my personal cell phone number.

(Speaker 3)
We’ll keep that.

(Speaker 33)
private between you between you

(Speaker 3)
me, everybody. We’ll keep that private.

(Speaker 32)
And anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody.

(Speaker 3)
That’s my private cell phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. 918 -851 -0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish -speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. Zero tip.

(Speaker 22)
That is not actually bilingual.

(Speaker 3)
That’s just saying Quan for a one.

(Speaker 4)
It’s not the same thing. I think you’re attacking me.

(Speaker 3)
Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing, and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, OK?

(Speaker 4)
OK. You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh, yeah. We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there, like the Trump brand. You want to get that brand out there.

(Speaker 4)
It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is? and make it a household name.

(Speaker 3)
You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something. This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re going to teach you sales. We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results.

(Speaker 3)
We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck. And so it could be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge.

(Speaker 3)
But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones. And we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start out, people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re going to teach you accounting.

(Speaker 3)
We’re going to teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance.

(Speaker 29)
We’re going to teach you everything.

(Speaker 4)
How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two -day interactive business workshop.

(Speaker 4)
Now let me tell you how the format is set up here. Again, folks, this is a two -day interactive 15..

(Speaker 31)
.

(Speaker 3)
Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day it starts at 7 a . m. and it goes until 5 p . m.

(Speaker 3)
So from 7 a . m. to 5 p . m. , two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop.

(Speaker 3)
The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question -and -answer session. So, Aaron, what kind of great stuff stuff happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session. or what you’re doing on your marketing. And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is.

(Speaker 28)
And what we do is we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard.

(Speaker 3)
And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard.

(Speaker 4)
And then we take a 15 minute break to stretch. This is also your opportunity to meet some of the great speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett. You can meet Mel K. You can meet Amanda Grace. You can meet Dr. Stella Emanuel. You could just grab a coffee. You can find some alone time.

(Speaker 4)
You could get lost in the bathroom. You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers. You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers. You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. Now that’s a good idea! That means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed.

(Speaker 3)
So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with.

(Speaker 30)
And when Inc.

(Speaker 4)
Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default, By default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double the size. No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months.

(Speaker 4)
And you say, double? Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x.

(Speaker 29)
There’s so many examples.

(Speaker 28)
at thrive timeshow .

(Speaker 4)
com.

(Speaker 3)
But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet.

(Speaker 4)
This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet.

(Speaker 27)
Add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization.

(Speaker 26)
You say, Clay, I still I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more.

(Speaker 4)
OK, fine. We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story. We have we cater for you. food, and because I keep it simple, I literally bring in the same food both days for lunch. Who’s with me?

(Speaker 4)
Let’s go! Come on! incredible Mexican restaurant.

(Speaker 3)
That’s going to happen. Someone says, I want more. This is not enough. Give me more. OK, I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here. But we just continue to add more and more success stories.

(Speaker 3)
So if you’re out there today and you want to change your life, you want to give yourself an incredible gift, You want a life -changing experience. You want to learn how to start and grow a company. Go to Thrivetimeshow . com. Go there right now.

(Speaker 25)
Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 3)
com. Request a ticket for the two -day interactive event.

(Speaker 4)
Again, the event’s going to be on December 4th and 5th in sunny Anaheim, California. Great weather. Make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 3)
Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization. It’s going to be a blasty blast. There’s no upsells.

(Speaker 24)
Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event.

(Speaker 3)
I think it is incredible. And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like, but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin.

(Speaker 23)
You think that’s going to change your life?

(Speaker 22)
I promise you this will be 10 times better than that.

(Speaker 6)
It’s like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking.

(Speaker 13)
Don’t do the Smoke Your Way to Thin conference. That is, I’ve tried it, don’t do it. Yeah, chain smoking is not a viable, I mean, it is life changing. It is life -changing.

(Speaker 16)
If you become a jade smoker, it is life -changing. Not the best weight loss program, though. Right, not really.

(Speaker 8)
So if you’re looking to have life -changing results in a way that won’t cause you to have a stoma, get your tickets at Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 15)
com. Again, that’s Aaron Antis.

(Speaker 9)
I’m Clay Clark reminding you and inviting you to come out to the two -day interactive Thrivetimeshow workshop in beautiful Anaheim, California. I’m Vince Suzuki, also from San Diego. Florida. I was here in 2018 and it changed my business and I built another business and now I’m here to do it again with this business. It’s been really easy to go to a lot of events like this and just leave really in your head what to do next. And already, there’s the strategic, step -by -step, real -life implementation that we can do to our business.

(Speaker 9)
And I’m so grateful to be here and very excited that Eric Camp is here. And that is going to be epic. My name is Erica, and it has been an amazing year.

(Speaker 15)
The conference, I’m learning so much. Everything is perfect for me. Clay Clark, man, he is one character.

(Speaker 9)
It’s a good word for character. Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart. And I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good.

(Speaker 15)
And then I met his mother.

(Speaker 2)
And she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother. And he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with. His client Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. Oh, it’s incredible.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, he’s he’s like, he’s he’s a machine.

(Speaker 14)
He’s a machine. But his you know, I could I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock.

(Speaker 2)
Yes. Hundreds of people showing up at 5am in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is.

(Speaker 14)
And the greatest thing that’ll come out of all of it, aside from winning the presidency of the United States, we’ll get to that in a second, was an everlasting friendship between Clay and I. Because I’m telling you, there’s not too many people in the world that have this man’s backbone and his tenaciousness and his perseverance.

(Speaker 21)
And so, buddy, I love you.

(Speaker 2)
And to General Flynn, thank you. You guys are incredible.

(Speaker 10)
You guys are incredible warriors. You guys are incredible, incredible warriors. So thank you, my friend. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest.

(Speaker 10)
I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy.

(Speaker 9)
I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 3)
4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.

(Speaker 20)
I don’t think you know this.

(Speaker 19)
I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me.

(Speaker 4)
In the last two and a half days, We have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. Well you’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves.

(Speaker 4)
Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does. not what they say. We’re going to move into action mode here. So for anybody out there, if you say, I would like to go to Mar -a -Lago. Now, Jackson, you know, this just in, they raided Mar -a -Lago.

(Speaker 4)
You know about this? This just in.

(Speaker 2)
And so some people say, you know, that wasn’t cool. I didn’t like that. But you know, so a lot of people out there, we want to kind of stick it to the New York Times. We want Eric to become the number one best -selling author in America. And we also, we kind of also want to go to Mar -a -Lago and check it out. We’ve never been there before.

(Speaker 2)
So what we’re going to do is for anybody right now, if you go to Amazon. right now and you buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book, Under Siege, My Family’s Fight to Save Our Nation. So you go to Amazon right now, you buy a copy of the book. and you just text a screenshot of your proof of purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. So text my number, 918 -851 -0102. So again, step one, you go here to amazon .

(Speaker 2)
com, you buy a copy of the book Under Siege, then you just text a screenshot of your purchase, your proof of purchase. You text my number, 918 -851 -0102. You have a chance to win a dinner at Mar -a -Lago with Eric Trump and myself, and there’s more. Mar -a -Lago right there just for your viewers. It’s the most exclusive private club in the world. $2 million to get into.

(Speaker 2)
It’s just base membership fee. And I promise we’re going to make your night absolutely incredible. Clay goes, listen, why don’t we do this? Why don’t we put it out to all the amazing Reawaken people, all the people who supported us all around the country, all around at every one of these conferences who adore your family. We’ve got to beat The New York Times. The New York Times is going to do everything they can.

(Speaker 2)
Even though we’re number one on Amazon right now, we just hit number one this morning. New York Times is going to do everything they can to keep you from being number one bestseller. You know that. I know that.

(Speaker 4)
You know the games that they’re willing to play. But Clay goes, why don’t we do a couple of things? First of all, love having dinner with Clay. He’s the greatest. Second of all, why don’t we bring one of the amazing people that I guarantee you I’ve been in front of at all these events. Why don’t we bring a couple to dinner at Mar -a -Lago?

(Speaker 3)
And I said, absolutely.

(Speaker 4)
Consider it done. So I said, they have to text you, Clay. They can’t text me, because we’ll be getting 1 ,000 of these. But yeah, go buy a book. Text Clay. And we’ll set up a dinner.

(Speaker 4)
I’ll make sure you guys have the absolute time of your life. I want to pull this up again one more time here, Jackson. I think sometimes I’m a poor communicator, and I need to work on communicating more effectively. So you go to Amazon. That’s step one, OK? Yes.

(Speaker 4)
You buy a copy of the book, Pop Quiz. What book?

(Speaker 18)
Under Siege.

(Speaker 2)
You buy a copy of Under Siege, and then you screenshot a passage.

(Speaker 4)
of that and you text my phone number.

(Speaker 2)
It’s 918 -851 -0102.

(Speaker 4)
Folks, that is my cell phone number, so we’ll keep that private between you and me and everybody. And then when you text that to me, you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the actual in -person business workshop. That’s a business growth workshop, December 4th and 5th, featuring Eric Trump in Anaheim, California. and you have a chance to win dinner with Eric Trump and myself at Mar -a -Lago. Now, someone says, when does this contest end? Now, Eric, your birthday was hijacked, OK?

(Speaker 4)
So your birthday was hijacked. January 6th is this man’s birthday. He now has to switch his birthday because no one wants to talk about his birthday on January 6th anymore. So we’re going to run this promotion until November 5th. That’s my birthday. No, no.

(Speaker 4)
So we’re going to run it until October 14th. October 14th. It has to be pre -sale. This just in. It has to be between October 14th. That’s why we’re clarifying.

(Speaker 4)
So between now and October October 14th. Now, folks, let me just clarify this real quick here. So make sure I’m leaving you with some good clarity here. One, you buy a copy of Under Siege on Amazon. That’s the step one. Step two, you text a screenshot of that purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102.

(Speaker 4)
Three, you have to do that before October 14th. Before October 14th, this just in, it has to be before October 14th. And you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the upcoming business workshop. You have a chance to have dinner with Eric Trump at Mar -a -Lago. And I want to tell you some benefits of buying the book. One, I’ve read the book.

(Speaker 4)
It’s incredible.

(Speaker 2)
father out there and you want to learn about mentoring your kids, it’s a great book. If you want to learn about American history, it’s a great book. If you want to make America great again, it is a great book. It’s a book you got to have. Now here is just a quick editor’s note. You do not have to buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book under siege to be entered into the drawing.

(Speaker 2)
Just text the number. All you have to do is just text the number 918 -851 -0102 and you will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a copy of Eric Trump’s book, Undersea. and a once -in -a -lifetime opportunity to hang out with Eric Trump and Clay Clark at Mar -a -Lago, and to win a backstage pass at the upcoming Thrivetimeshow .com com two -day interactive business workshop. Again, you do not have to buy a copy of the book to be entered into the drawing, but it would be great if you’d buy a copy of the book, because that would make sense. However, that is all, and now back to the interview.

(Speaker 2)
Also, Eric, a final question here for you. You are donating a portion of the proceeds to support Charlie Kirk in his continued mission there. Could you tell us about that briefly there? And then we’ll let you get back to what you’re doing today, sir. Yeah, well, I was on with Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson was a great friend of Charlie Kirk’s, as you know.

(Speaker 2)
And you know Benny. And Benny’s a very good friend of mine. And Kash Patel is a very good friend of mine and was a very good friend of Charlie’s. You watch everybody that’s up on that stage every single day as they got to the bottom of exactly what happened, and they brought justice to what happened, or are trying to bring justice to what happened. And it’s kind of unthinkable. But you know St. Jude, and I talk a lot about St. Jude in this book, because fighting pediatric cancer has always been a cornerstone of my life.

(Speaker 2)
But Charlie truly, truly, truly was the epitome of being under siege, not only in the movement that he helped create, But obviously in how his life was savagely taken. My book came out three days, two and a half days before Charlie’s assassination. You better believe he would have been the final chapter of this book as just another illustration of what these people will do at any cost. to try and win, because it’s who they are. It’s the not -so -tolerant left. And we can never let our voices be extinguished, Clay.

(Speaker 2)
You stood on that stage, as well as anybody I’ve ever seen stand on a stage. You did our reawaken events all across the country, which you funded out of your back pocket, because you believed in America. You believed in a greater country. And you were on that stage single day. You know I was on that stage with you every single day, and I was on the turning point stage with Charlie all the time, and I was on stages across the country in three campaigns.

(Speaker 2)
I’ve stood on thousands of them. And honestly, they don’t want us to stand on that stage. That’s why they’re sending bullets from rooftops. They don’t want us to go out there with a bullhorn and have loud, independent thought. When they see these beautiful, arenas full of kids and they’re cheering, they’re celebrating, they’re holding American flags.

(Speaker 4)
They don’t want that.

(Speaker 17)
And so they want to silence us.

(Speaker 4)
They want to silence our voice. That’s why they killed Charlie. That’s why they tried to kill my father. That’s why they sent 112 subpoenas to me. That’s why they wanted me in jail and my father in jail and Don in jail.

(Speaker 2)
That’s why they made up the hoaxes. They wanted to see us destroyed and gone with no voice, with no money, with no company, with no political aspirations, gone. And we can’t allow that to happen. And so we need to make sure that turning point continues. We need to make sure incredible patriots like you continue to spread sensical speech, pro -American values, pro -religious, pro -constitutional values. And that’s why I want to donate the funds to Turning Point.

I want to donate a portion of the funds to Turning Point because we can’t allow anarchy to win, and we can’t allow voices to be deleted, and we need to keep Charlie’s legacy going. Eric Trump, thank you so much for joining us. Pastor Jackson, thank you so much for joining us. Absolutely. Eric, have a great day. We really do appreciate you.

Everybody go out there and buy that book, Undersea, just not too early to buy your Christmas gifts. And if you have a Democrat in your family, buy them a copy as well. Eric Trump, take care. Thanks, guys. See you later.
