(Speaker 4)
Once again, ladies and gentlemen, please stand at your feet and greet the son of President Donald J. Trump, the man who runs the Trump Organization, my good friend, and now yours, ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Eric Trump.

(Speaker 15)
Some shows don’t need a celebrity in the ring, but this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities, why would two men who have built 13 multi -million dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use, because they believe in you and they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom. Now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show, starring the former U . S.

(Speaker 15)
Small Business Administration’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark, and the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist bunny, Dr. Robert Zunder. Two men, eight kids, co -created by two different women. 13 multi -million dollar businesses.

(Speaker 4)
By show of hands, how many of you are not from Oklahoma? This is our normal. Oklahoma has poor branding.

(Speaker 19)
This is what we do every day in Oklahoma.

(Speaker 51)
This is our normal.

(Speaker 4)
OK. So to my right, I’m going to introduce you to a cast of characters. Steve, I’m going to have you on this mic here. This is Steve Currington.

(Speaker 66)
He sells mortgages.

(Speaker 19)
Right, Steve?

(Speaker 4)
He’s muted, though.

(Speaker 73)
It’s a passive aggressive attempt to make sure he doesn’t speak this weekend.

(Speaker 84)
Yes.

(Speaker 14)
You’re a mortgage guy?

(Speaker 4)
Yeah. Addressed by Robert Kiyosaki at the last conference, I think.

(Speaker 34)
And I believe you and I, Steve’s been a client of mine.

(Speaker 4)
We’ve been working together for nine years, 10 years? 10 years, yeah. Yeah, and he sells mortgages, which it’s a branding problem.

(Speaker 80)
You might call it home loans, but actually mortgage means death grip.

(Speaker 4)
So Steve sells death grip. So that’s, yes, that’s right. Okay.

(Speaker 73)
And also do he locks.

(Speaker 37)
Okay.

(Speaker 4)
And this is Kevin Thomas and Kevin Thomas.

(Speaker 39)
We’ve had the pleasure to work together for how long now, Kevin?

(Speaker 4)
About 10 years, Clay.

(Speaker 24)
10 years.

(Speaker 83)
Okay.

(Speaker 19)
And Kevin now has 350 employees, which is more than two. Yeah, barely. But when you started your business, I think you said your goal was to have five. If I had reached five, I thought I’d have been a huge success.

(Speaker 4)
Well, you’ve done it.

(Speaker 82)
There he’s done it.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, nice.

(Speaker 32)
And this is Clay Stairs.

(Speaker 6)
He works for the CIA. He’s a Democrat. I’m just kidding. Okay, so, Stairs, tell everybody what you do, because he’s been a client for a long time, he’s a business growth consultant, but he also is an elected official now, so keep an eye on him.

(Speaker 80)
Okay, Stairs.

(Speaker 19)
Yeah, I am, like you were saying, Clay, I wanted to create a business that allowed me to have time freedom as well as financial freedom.

(Speaker 63)
Anybody know what I’m talking about?

(Speaker 4)
is like, I will and I’ll win. And so you win now in the House of Representatives over in Oklahoma City. There he is. Those are McClay stairs. All right.

(Speaker 17)
And then we’ve got here to our right.

(Speaker 4)
We got where is Saul?

(Speaker 17)
Saul, let’s pass the mic to Saul.

(Speaker 42)
Saul has a Mexican restaurant.

(Speaker 4)
So is that right? Yes, sir. How many locations do you have? It’s one next Monday. Yeah. So Saul, Saul is a client.

(Speaker 4)
He’s sort of a big deal. And we only work with Mexican restaurants. So if anybody has a different kind of restaurant, we don’t. We just that’s what we do. We get the salsa. It’s a big trade up.

(Speaker 4)
That’s great, okay. And then we’ve got Sean.

(Speaker 11)
He’s from San Diego.

(Speaker 6)
He did not know he’d be up here this morning, but I brought him up here. He’s from San Diego.

(Speaker 3)
And he has a…

(Speaker 4)
Sean, talk about what you do.

(Speaker 26)
I own a pest control business down in San Diego, and we have San Diego, Riverside, and Orange County area.

(Speaker 33)
All right, now we’ve only worked with you for how long?

(Speaker 2)
It’s been three months. Three months of darkness.

(Speaker 11)
Pray for his soul.

(Speaker 42)
How’s it going?

(Speaker 4)
It’s going great. We’ve already, just in the three months that we’ve already seen this last month, we were 30 subscriptions a month, and we’ve doubled that to 60. And we’ve added another four employees onto the staff. So we’re doing very, very good. All right. So I’m just trying to introduce you to real people, different people, you know.

(Speaker 4)
We only favor Hispanic clients, though. So we only talk. Saul’s the only one we like. He’s our only one we work with.

(Speaker 19)
We like Saul.

(Speaker 37)
OK.

(Speaker 3)
No.

(Speaker 13)
And this is Josh from Canada.

(Speaker 60)
All he listens to is Justin Bieber.

(Speaker 2)
He’s been drinking Molson since 3 AM.

(Speaker 4)
He loves Bryan Adams, and he can’t stop talking about the Mounties.

(Speaker 32)
Josh Spurl, don’t you know.

(Speaker 19)
How are you? Pretty good, Clay, but you always are the one talking about Justin Bieber.

(Speaker 2)
I actually think it’s you. No, no, no.

(Speaker 3)
It’s subliminal.

(Speaker 13)
He voted for Trudeau.

(Speaker 4)
He loves him.

(Speaker 13)
He’s great.

(Speaker 19)
Trudeau, he likes him.

(Speaker 26)
No, no, but seriously.

(Speaker 2)
Tell me what you do, because you’re like an outsourced CFO, bookkeeper guy, and you live in Dubai, or are living in Dubai.

(Speaker 13)
Tell me what you’re doing.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, I’ve been growing a practice, a conventional accounting practice in Canada for the last 14 years.

(Speaker 70)
For the last two years, I’ve been focused on my fractional CFO services in Dubai for you know, for the people out there who want a little more aggressive tax planning and wealth building strategies.

(Speaker 2)
And how long have we worked with you?

(Speaker 13)
Nine years.

(Speaker 28)
Nine years.

(Speaker 4)
It’s been a while. And the first time I met him, his flight got canceled in Minneapolis, so he drove all night from Minneapolis to Tulsa, and that’s how we met, right?

(Speaker 28)
That’s right.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah.

(Speaker 9)
That’s a great story.

(Speaker 4)
Okay.

(Speaker 9)
Okay.

(Speaker 4)
I hope your flight gets canceled so you can relive that journey again on the way up. We flew here the whole way this time. That’s nice. And then Brian Sams. Brian, he has an HVAC company. Brian, tell everybody the name.

(Speaker 4)
What’s the name of your company?

(Speaker 61)
Ralph 666 HVAC.

(Speaker 4)
And how long have you been working with you? Been almost three years. Three years, okay. So we have different, you know, length of time here. So what we’re going to do is, Clay Stairs, I’m going to have you come up here, and then Steve, I’m going to have you also hop on a mic, and we’re the three of us, and I’m going to, don’t leave yet, because I’m going to pick on all of you, okay? So what we’re going to do is we’re going to open our book here.

(Speaker 4)
This is our book, and it doesn’t, it’s not a pyramid scheme, and I know we’re in a thing where people will pause videos. How many of you watch videos on TikTok and Instagram and various places? How many of you watch videos online? You watch videos? Okay, and then you’ll pause it. Have you seen this?

(Speaker 4)
They’ll pause and they’ll go, You see, Clay Clark is a member of the Illuminati because during a video he paused. Have you seen this? And then they take it and all of a sudden.

(Speaker 36)
So I worry about even using my hands at all.

(Speaker 4)
And they’re like, because he doesn’t use his hands, he’s obviously Illuminati. He’s a puppet from the deep state. So we’re opening to page four. And it does have a shape of a triangle on this page. But it’s not a pyramid scheme. And this is not an Illuminati.

(Speaker 4)
But if you have a dollar, you might be in that cult. So look out. It’s on the dollar. OK, but here we go. This is a pyramid.

(Speaker 46)
It’s on page four.

(Speaker 2)
I mean, what I want to do is the whole. point of this conference is to help you achieve time freedom and financial freedom. That’s the entire purpose. So you might be selling mattresses, but really what you’re doing is you’re selling financial freedom, okay? You might be selling mortgages, but really what you’re selling, so whatever business you’re in, the purpose of a business, I want you to write this down somewhere on page number four, anywhere you want. The purpose, the business exists to serve you as the owner.

(Speaker 2)
Which might be offensive if you’re sitting next to someone who’s not the owner, I get it, but… What do you mean? I hate this conference.

(Speaker 6)
This guy’s terrible.

(Speaker 2)
Okay, but the business exists to serve you. Are we on the same page? So, if you don’t get that fundamental idea, the whole thing gets weird, okay? So, some of you guys know me from, you know, the photography business I was involved in, or the home remodeling stuff I’ve been involved in, or the entertainment company back in the day.

(Speaker 4)
But all those businesses, where they exist, They exist, there’s three things you gotta factor in on page, somewhere on this, somewhere you gotta write it down, somewhere on page four.

(Speaker 24)
Somewhere on page, this’ll be page four, yeah.

(Speaker 57)
So, you gotta write it down, there’s three Ps.

(Speaker 4)
P number one, the customer always wants a lower price. Stares, why don’t customers call you and say, Stares, charge me more! Again, I think it’s pretty much just the human experience, we want more for less, you know? Yep, now pay, number two, there’s three Ps, P number two, pay. Kevin Thomas, why don’t your employees come to you and say, hey, could we get paid less? Why doesn’t the customer wants to pay less, but the employees want to get more pay?

(Speaker 4)
Why do the employees want to get paid more, and the customers want to pay less? How does that happen?

(Speaker 48)
The employees always want to make more regardless of how your business is doing and they want to make more and the customers want to pay less.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, okay. Now the third P is profits. Steve, why does nobody at all care about profits except for the owner?

(Speaker 81)
Why aren’t people going, oh, Steve, are you profitable?

(Speaker 4)
I hope you’re profitable. I love you. Why aren’t employees saying, what can I do to reduce the expenses so I can make you more profit? Why does nobody care about the profits? Well, it’s not their business.

(Speaker 4)
So they’re not going to have the same passion for it that I am. Furthermore, they’re just getting a check, right? So somewhere on page four, you should write down the word business, B -U -S -I -N -E -S -S, business, business, business, right? Business. And circle the I. okay so the business exists to serve you which would be i you on the same page i okay now busyness if you change the the i to a y that just means you’re perpetually busy and you’re not making a profit you feel me so it’s with the business exists to serve you so the purpose of this workshop or this weekend is to help you create time and financial freedom so you can do whatever you believe god’s called you to do and i happen to be a christian so i kind of view that the same way differently maybe than some people. But how many of you were at a reawaken event of some kind?

(Speaker 4)
You went to one of those things? So let me just tell you the keys to losing millions of dollars quickly. You do a conference. So just so you know, Eric will be here, but the Secret Service is everywhere this weekend. So you guys will be super safe.

(Speaker 72)
We’re going to do that.

(Speaker 4)
But it’s expensive to host those events, OK? And we let people name their price because we wanted it to be affordable for everybody. And that’s just not a sustainable business model.

(Speaker 17)
But we did it because we felt like we needed to.

(Speaker 2)
And so General Flynn says, well, who’s going to sponsor the events?

(Speaker 4)
And I go, I don’t know.

(Speaker 2)
me and he’s like all right let’s go so we did it that way but that’s why i wasn’t you know pushing the gay agenda that’s why i wasn’t pushing the mrna agenda that’s why i wasn’t pushing all those things that i would push if i was sponsored does that make sense in the same page so but a business just exists to serve you are we in the same page okay so we’re going to do here so we’re going to go to page number four and we’re going to write down your goals for your faith Saul, I’m not asking you to share your faith goals, but do you have some sort of faith? What’s your worldview?

(Speaker 28)
Are you a Christian?

(Speaker 80)
Are you an atheist?

(Speaker 2)
Are you a Hindu? Are you a Buddhist? What are you, Saul?

(Speaker 80)
Catholic.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, that’s your deal. Pass the mic down here to Steve. I love this, Clay. You’re just like, what’s your religion? Wow!

(Speaker 2)
We gotta talk about…

(Speaker 14)
Guys, we have not practiced this.

(Speaker 79)
Clay’s just throwing these questions at us.

(Speaker 14)
So if we’re pausing a little bit at the beginning, it’s like, how the heck does he want me to answer this question?

(Speaker 36)
No, there’s no scripting here.

(Speaker 4)
All right, so, Steve.

(Speaker 48)
What’s your faith?

(Speaker 2)
Faith, you’re a guy, and this is one thing about Steve.

(Speaker 78)
Steve does not screw customers over, but he doesn’t, you don’t necessarily talk about your faith a lot.

(Speaker 2)
Like, you don’t talk about it, but you do treat people the way you want to be treated. What’s your faith or what’s your worldview? My worldview is I love Jesus and the F word.

(Speaker 4)
What? No, you asked. You said it wasn’t scripted. Rebuke number one. Can I say that I love Jesus? He’s taking us to a really bad place this morning.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, moving on. So what you want to do is next to the word faith, you want to write out the time because what gets scheduled gets done, right? So you want to write out the time that you’re going to practice your faith because what gets scheduled gets done. So I’ll just be honest with you. Who knows Amanda Grace? It’s crazy.

(Speaker 4)
This is the craziest, stupidest story of all time. I’m on the show with her. This was like five years ago.

(Speaker 43)
I didn’t know who she was.

(Speaker 4)
She didn’t know who I was.

(Speaker 73)
I don’t even know who I am.

(Speaker 77)
I just sued the mayor of Tulsa to keep the city open.

(Speaker 4)
I’m like, what’s happening now? You don’t remember that. All of a sudden, we got a thousand people doing praise and worship in the back of our church. We turned our building into a church because the churches were locked down. And so I called Foyt, and I’m like, Foyt, John, do you want to do a praise and worship thing? He’s like, yeah, bro.

(Speaker 4)
Let’s go, bro. He kind of talks like that. Bro, yeah, I’ll be there, bro. He does talk like that. He shows up, and all of a sudden, we got 1 ,000 people behind the building. I don’t know what’s happening.

(Speaker 4)
But Amanda Grace, she said, how often? On the show, she says this crazy. She says, how often do you read the Bible? And I’m like, never. You can’t lie on a show. You can’t lie on a show with a pastor person thing.

(Speaker 4)
Especially with her. Yeah, you would feel bad, you know.

(Speaker 3)
But I started being convicted, like, well, I should read that every day. If I do consider that to be my faith, I should block out time.

(Speaker 13)
And so that’s been something the last five years that’s new to me.

(Speaker 4)
But I got to block out time for that.

(Speaker 43)
And I previously did a horrible job at that.

(Speaker 4)
So I would go to church on Sunday, you know, and kind of flip through the pages. pages, but now I read that thing all the time, but you gotta block out time for that. Now, up on the pyramid, step number two, or area number two, is family goals. Family, I wanna pick on Spurl. Spurl, you got a family, you love your wife, you love the family, the whole thing, do you block out time for your family, or do you say, family, forget about the family, I’m growing this CPA business, I’m growing this bookkeeping business, I’ll see you guys in 20 years, yeah! No, we’ve got pretty set schedules.

(Speaker 4)
I work a lot, but when I’m off, it’s kind of known. I know exactly when I’m going to be off work, and exactly when we’re going to be traveling, and exactly when date night is. But you gotta block out time for your family. I’m on the same page, okay?

(Speaker 1)
Now, friendship goals. Now, this is big. You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with. And I wanna pick on here Kevin for a second. Kevin, I wanna pick on Brian next.

(Speaker 2)
So, Kevin, you know, you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.

(Speaker 41)
You know, Proverbs says, for a companion of fools shall suffer harm, right?

(Speaker 2)
Tim Ferriss, who’s not in the Bible, who probably doesn’t believe in the Bible, he likes to say that you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with. However you wanna sort that out, I think it’s true. How has it impacted you being around this group.

(Speaker 4)
It’s very motivating to see other business owners and the encouragement, the little tips and tricks.

(Speaker 76)
And it’s exciting to see how everyone has their family goals.

(Speaker 4)
And it’s just exciting to be a part of that. This year, I’ve been able to take off two months for work. I’ve had three trips, and I have two more trips left, so the family goals are rocking. Did you go to Alaska or something?

(Speaker 11)
Alaska, yes.

(Speaker 4)
Alaska, okay. So again, you want to block out time though, and right here, because again, the whole workshop, if we teach you how to optimize a website, and accounting, and sales, and social media, and if you don’t get this part right, the whole conference was a waste of time, okay? So you want to block out time for what matters, because what gets scheduled gets done, right. So you want to block out time for your faith goals, for your family, okay?

(Speaker 53)
Friendships.

(Speaker 4)
It’s so important that you’re intentional about maintaining those relationships because if not, we’re so busy. Are we not so busy? And then we just sort of drift out of relationship. And I hate that, but it happens if we’re not careful.

(Speaker 6)
It’s very intentional. We can all do better.

(Speaker 75)
I can do better.

(Speaker 53)
We can all do better.

(Speaker 27)
Next is fitness goals. Fitness goals. Where’s Charles Kola?

(Speaker 4)
Charles Kola? Charles Kola, come on, bro. Charles, he’s starting. Why did he come to your mind? Why aren’t you asking me about my fitness goals? Charles?

(Speaker 4)
I don’t get it. I feel judged.

(Speaker 2)
You always go to Charles.

(Speaker 1)
Fitness goes, Charles. Charles has been a client for 30 days. He’s been doing eight minute abs. He weighed 340 45 days ago. And he’s doing, it’s amazing. He loves the, I’m Charles Cola.

(Speaker 2)
I like the Thrive Coaching Program.

(Speaker 30)
No, but seriously, so I might have to step over here.

(Speaker 1)
Tell us about your business. What’s the name of your company that you and your wife started together? Great.

(Speaker 2)
We had Co -Law Fitness.

(Speaker 46)
This is my last name, Co -Law Fitness.

(Speaker 1)
We started out here.

(Speaker 4)
We started in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

(Speaker 2)
We’re now in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas.

(Speaker 74)
We have a chain of gyms in four states.

(Speaker 67)
Do you block out time to work out, or are you just sort of…

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, yeah.

(Speaker 1)
Every morning, Amber and I, it’s our first thing we do.

(Speaker 4)
We wake up, we do our Devo, and then we go straight into the gym.

(Speaker 64)
We got a gym out in our garage, so it’s a great, yeah.

(Speaker 32)
How long is that workout?

(Speaker 4)
Is it an hour, hours?

(Speaker 1)
About 45 minutes, maybe, yeah.

(Speaker 4)
Does she yell at you?

(Speaker 35)
Is it like that Lou Regno, Arnold Schwarzenegger, passive -aggressive?

(Speaker 4)
Put another!

(Speaker 1)
Yeah, yeah.

(Speaker 57)
Do you guys, I mean, is it intense?

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, it’s pretty intense.

(Speaker 73)
Are you running around or in the weight room primarily?

(Speaker 1)
Do you…

(Speaker 57)
Yeah, yeah.

(Speaker 4)
Do you go jogging? We do a power walk every evening at seven. Do you have a plan that you follow when you work out? Yeah, yep.

(Speaker 2)
You track it?

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, chest trice, back bice, quads, hams, calves, and… Is that right? You do it every day? Seven days a week? Yeah, four days split, and then we take days off as we need. Okay, okay.

(Speaker 4)
Next is financial goals. Financial goals. This is probably why you’re at the conference, but again, what is the point of having money if you don’t have a life? Right. So money is just a vehicle to get you where you want to go. Money is just a vehicle.

(Speaker 4)
We’re on the same page. Money is just a vehicle. So I’ll share with you some knowledge for you. I have a haircut chain. And basically every time we cut your hair, if things go well and you’re happy, we should make somewhere between $4 and $5.

(Speaker 1)
per haircut, you know, on certain packages, and eight on other ones. And we do about 4 ,000 haircuts a month.

(Speaker 2)
So you kind of do the math, and that’s how that business works.

(Speaker 4)
We cut hair, OK?

(Speaker 9)
You might say, huh?

(Speaker 4)
So the first haircut in our business is called Elephant in the Room, shiny, you can pull it up.

(Speaker 32)
The first haircut is $1.

(Speaker 4)
E -I -T -R -Lounge .

(Speaker 14)
com.

(Speaker 30)
That’s the website we’ll put up on the screens.

(Speaker 4)
E -I -T -R -Lounge . com.

(Speaker 61)
The first haircut’s $1.

(Speaker 4)
The reason why it’s $1, Charles, why is the first haircut $1?

(Speaker 56)
You want a no -brainer offer, so that people feel like there’s no risk to try your service.

(Speaker 4)
Brian, I’m gonna pass the mic to you real quick. Why do you think elephant in the room we have the first haircut for a dollar? To draw in more people and let them know your quality of haircuts for their comeback and maybe join up for a membership. Steve, what do you think?

(Speaker 2)
It’s a dollar.

(Speaker 14)
What do you think? A dollar for a haircut? That’s crazy. Do they mess it up? So it’s a no brainer. Oh, I get it now.

(Speaker 14)
It’s a hot deal, right?

(Speaker 4)
I think it’s a great idea. I’m going to do mortgages for a dollar. On the math, I want to talk about this for a second.

(Speaker 11)
You have a mortgage business.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah. And how do you make money in that industry? How does that work? Well, that’s funny.

(Speaker 11)
We give money.

(Speaker 4)
So I don’t know how we make it. No, we make a margin on every loan that we close.

(Speaker 11)
So the idea is kind of like Clay said with haircuts, we make a little margin on a bunch of loans.

(Speaker 4)
And when we sell those loans, we get a rebate and that’s how we get paid. Sean, how do you make money in the pest control game?

(Speaker 3)
How does that work?

(Speaker 53)
You show up, you kill bugs, how do you get paid?

(Speaker 44)
Kill bugs.

(Speaker 30)
Okay, and so what’s your, do you have a no -brainer that you like to offer or some kind of offer for first -time customers?

(Speaker 17)
We do now. We didn’t before, but we do now. Is it working? It is working, so we basically, we want, we give it to them at a free inspection, we go out there, we throw it at $50 their first visit, regardless of what that is for service, and then when we’re there, we work on getting the repeat business.

(Speaker 4)
This is why our subscriptions have gone up, by the way. And let’s pull up some websites so we can prove that you’re real. What’s your website? It’s suncoastpestmanagementca . com. Okay, we’ll pull that up there, and then Sean, because I know you like pulling up websites, Rapid Fire, Colaw Fitness, let’s pull that up, colawfitness .

(Speaker 4)
com, we’ll pull that up here. Saul, your no -brainer, your offer you make for customers, are you still doing the thing where the first six margaritas before 9 a . m. are free? What? No, no, I don’t make a lot of profit, but I give for free.

(Speaker 4)
Preachy zip or free margarita, small, for the first timers, for the first time, and that way I can capture their information about it, and then I can market it to them. No, it doesn’t make any point if you don’t collect that data. from the people you lost pretty much. So what I’m trying to communicate this morning, we’re just getting to page four. We’re getting to page four. We’ll probably go back to page four a lot this weekend, okay?

(Speaker 4)
So the whole point is you want to figure out what are your goals for your faith, right? For your family, for your finances, for your fitness, for your friendship, for your fun, right? That’s how that works. You want to figure that out. What are your goals? And then you got to write somewhere on page four, what does that cost per year?

(Speaker 4)
What does that cost per year? What does it cost per year? I don’t want anyone to get jealous, but I drive a white van with a lot of dents in it. It’s about 170 ,000 miles on it. And the other day, I was driving up my driveway, and my daughter’s driving down my driveway.

(Speaker 72)
My daughter’s a great driver, no previous accidents.

(Speaker 2)
She’s driving down.

(Speaker 4)
And she’s like, and I could just, how do you know you’re going to get hit? And there’s things you want to say. a compassionate father you know you’re looking at the being Ruby you’re gonna be hit and it was right from me to that sign that says don’t quit and I can see her coming down I’m like she’s gonna hit me and so there’s things I wanted to say there’s things I should have said I did not say those things but I was just like oh You know, and I saw, she’s going to hit me. So I go in reverse to try to hit brake hard.

(Speaker 37)
I’m going in reverse.

(Speaker 4)
And she’s just coming down. I can tell she’s probably updating her Spotify. She’s probably reading while you shouldn’t. There’s probably a podcast about why you shouldn’t text and drive. She’s watching or listening to it. And she’s coming down and I’m watching it.

(Speaker 4)
How many of you have seen this happen? You see a slow motion, it’s going to happen. And then, and I’m going, ooh, ooh. And it TPs her, you know, hood. Mine’s pretty good. I’m going, okay.

(Speaker 4)
But I honestly, I’m just telling you, I’m not saying this to like, praise myself or anything. I didn’t get upset because I don’t value the car or any car. How about that? So immediately I was like, how are you? And she’s like, are you upset, dad?

(Speaker 6)
And I go, no, I mean, are you good? And she’s like, I don’t know. It’s going to cost like $1 ,000. Probably more than $1 ,000. Two cars, both hit. Mine can drive, yours can’t.

(Speaker 6)
We’ll move that out of the way. I have a podcast to get on right before the Eric Trump interview. So I’m like, I got to go there, but love you so much.

(Speaker 2)
I honestly didn’t get mad because my value isn’t in the car.

(Speaker 57)
Does that make sense to you?

(Speaker 6)
So somewhere on page four you should just write down what does it cost per year to hit your goals, okay? And what we want to do over the weekend is we want to build a business that allows you to hit those goals. The purpose of this weekend is to build a business that allows you to achieve your goals for your faith, your family, your finance, your fitness, your friendship, your fun. We’re on the same page? Yeah, Clay, if I can hop in really quick. This is really important, you guys, because you’re gonna hear throughout today and tomorrow, you’re gonna hear a lot of different people’s goals, okay?

(Speaker 6)
And our purpose for sharing those goals are not to put our goals on you, okay?

(Speaker 71)
The idea is

(Speaker 2)
that you need to identify what your goals are.

(Speaker 13)
Please don’t, don’t listen to any of us and go, well, I guess I’ve got to go on a walk every night at seven o ‘clock.

(Speaker 57)
I suck.

(Speaker 3)
You know, that’s not the move here, but the movies were, when are you going to spend time with your spouse?

(Speaker 4)
When are you going to spend time with your family? You don’t have to do, you know, be careful with this guy. All right. Goals in it. And even with clay, don’t try to keep up with clay. All right.

(Speaker 4)
It’s your your business exists to serve you and your goals where you want to get. So I just want to say that up front because you’re going to hear a bunch of goals.

(Speaker 70)
A lot of them you’re going to go.

(Speaker 67)
Yeah, that’s pretty good.

(Speaker 3)
Others are going to go.

(Speaker 25)
Holy cow.

(Speaker 54)
All right.

(Speaker 2)
Thank you very much.

(Speaker 36)
Appreciate that.

(Speaker 33)
Back to you, Colette.

(Speaker 13)
Okay, so I want to make sure we’re getting this idea.

(Speaker 4)
So again, we got page four. Now page five, we’re going to go to Josh Spurl for a second, Canada. And again, let’s pull up his website. Josh, what’s your website? Do you have a website up in Canada? Do you do that or do you primarily just put up justinbieber .

(Speaker 4)
com as the… Well, we got the two. We got the international, the spurlinternational . com.

(Speaker 6)
Okay, tell…

(Speaker 69)
What’s the URL to put in our website?

(Speaker 36)
spurlinternational .

(Speaker 13)
com.

(Speaker 3)
You got that?

(Speaker 19)
That’s the Canadian one.

(Speaker 4)
S -P -U -R -R -E -L -L international . com A. don’t you know. I think that’s the website. Sproul international dot com a don’t you know dot com forward slash Brian Adams Molson. Okay. So now we go to page five.

(Speaker 17)
What percentage of people, clients, when you talk to them, they don’t know their numbers when they come to you.

(Speaker 4)
Like you talk to them, they’re business owners, they’re a plumber, they’re a doctor, they’re a dentist, they’re a lawyer.

(Speaker 17)
They do something and they go, I don’t know my numbers. A hundred percent of them.

(Speaker 4)
You’re being negative.

(Speaker 17)
Like seriously. All of them.

(Speaker 4)
If they knew their numbers, they wouldn’t come to us. They would stay with the existing person. So Saul, I want to talk to you about this. We’ll go back to Saul. We’re going to go around the horn around this. So we’re going to pass the mic.

(Speaker 4)
When you are selling Mexican food, what’s the profit margin you want to make? per, you know, if somebody comes in, what’s the average ticket price?

(Speaker 28)
What’s the average ticket price?

(Speaker 11)
The average ticket is $23 to $30, and the profit I want to make it if everything was right, which sometimes is hard, is between 15 to 20 % profit.

(Speaker 4)
So $23 is kind of the low, and then the average ticket is how much again?

(Speaker 11)
Average ticket is between $20 to $30.

(Speaker 62)
$23 to $30.

(Speaker 4)
Okay, so then you’re wanting to get out of that, so this $30 you’re wanting to make four and a half dollars of profit per ticket. Pretty much, if they don’t steal, which is another thing you have to be very careful over there. Yeah. Because a lot of people steal your time, your food, your product, your money, your ideas.

(Speaker 2)
Just to be clear, with our haircut business, if you do a certain package, we want to make $8, which, just so we’re clear, we’re trying to make about a 20 % profit margin. 20.

(Speaker 4)
20%, okay?

(Speaker 13)
I’m not saying that’s ethical or unethical.

(Speaker 6)
I’m just telling you that’s the margin that we’re making in that hair business, just to put some meat on the bone.

(Speaker 4)
Sean, what kind of profit margin are you trying to make there, killing bugs? By the way, do you hate bugs?

(Speaker 3)
Have you always hated bugs? Is that a problem?

(Speaker 13)
That is a problem.

(Speaker 4)
What kind of margin do you make there, or do you try to make, in the pest control business? We’re around 20%.

(Speaker 14)
20 %? Okay. Spurl, what about you?

(Speaker 12)
When you’re working with a client, and they’re…

(Speaker 2)
Because by default, they’re not making that profit.

(Speaker 14)
What’s the percentage you would coach them in the service business, let’s say?

(Speaker 4)
The service business, the idea is we’re trying to get 40 % on the gross margin, and at least 20 % on the net margin. Can you explain that for someone who says, I don’t know what you’re talking about right there, man? Can you kind of break that down? So your gross margin, you’ll have your revenue, and then you’ll have your direct costs. So the direct costs are the things that actually go directly into that goods and service that you provide.

(Speaker 2)
So let’s say someone watching this right now, they’re selling something for $100. How much profit should be left?

(Speaker 4)
So if you’re selling something for $100, the labor materials that go into that thing should be $60.

(Speaker 14)
And you have $40 left over, and then you have $20 of overhead expenses, and then you should have $20 left over.

(Speaker 4)
profit. OK. Makes sense. Steve, in your business, are you guys doing, I mean, when you do mortgages, people see a big number, but you don’t get a big percentage.

(Speaker 2)
No, these guys are ripping people off.

(Speaker 68)
We are at like one and a half percent.

(Speaker 4)
But we do free chips and salsa, and we do large margaritas. So, at the closing, that’s what motivates you to get your death grip. Now, the one thing about Steve, and I’ve heard Steve do this, if we pull this up, Steve, about maybe eight years ago, And Steve’s into air travel now, so now he has his own plane, he flies around. Lots of my dad’s, but yeah, go ahead. But Steve is an interesting character, we’ll just say that. But when working with Steve 10 years ago, I remember Steve was excited about getting Lamborghinis, plural.

(Speaker 4)
And so he would tell people on the phone, he would say, hey look, I know there’s a lot of mortgage providers out there and your shopping rates and all that. I want you to know, if you choose to use somebody else, I might not be able to afford another Lamborghini. yeah so you know how much these costs I mean there are hundreds of thousands of dollars and I only have two yeah and I need a third because it does it’s a loan it’s a if you fly to Miami you don’t want to get there not have your Lambo right so you have to have maybe one there maybe you go to Dallas very reasonable maybe have one there Charles knows what I’m talking about he’s got a Lambo he’s a Lambo too I recruited him I went on the first ride with him in his Lambo. It’s a noble cause. Where can people see now your flight travels?

(Speaker 54)
Where do we go to find where you’re traveling via air?

(Speaker 9)
Mostly Instagram and Facebook.

(Speaker 66)
What are you doing there, Sean?

(Speaker 4)
It’s awkward when you’re watching videos, Sean. Is your mic not on there? Let’s get to Micah check check.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, it was Steve’s channel.

(Speaker 52)
It’s his fault.

(Speaker 4)
Can you pop the video so we can see it? Yeah, I’ll pull it up Shawn’s like that. How many of you have been at the airport? Watching a video for all you can’t see it but you have to hear it, have you seen that thing?

(Speaker 2)
How about the guy who’s on speakerphone at the airport talking to his mom about something?

(Speaker 46)
Have you seen that guy?

(Speaker 4)
Mom, no, mom, I told you, mom, have you seen that? The senior guy with the one mom who’s in her 90s and he’s trying to direct her at the airport on speakerphone, have you seen that? Mom, I’ll be home later, come on, mom.

(Speaker 1)
Okay, so this is where you are, where can we find the videos? That’s the video right there, that’s the serious?

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, there’s some airplane videos. Is there a better place to go?

(Speaker 1)
Instagram.

(Speaker 4)
Can you show them real quick? I think I’m logged in to Instagram.

(Speaker 2)
So we’re going to go here to page 5.

(Speaker 4)
So I want you to take a moment, look at page 5, and I want you to circle any area where you say, I need some help.

(Speaker 1)
Okay.

(Speaker 43)
Any area where you don’t, don’t just like circle the page and turn that page and stop it.

(Speaker 1)
So just, I want you to think about it. We’re going to go through the boxes real quick here.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to the boxes. So I’m going to pass the mic to Charles, Charles and Mike.

(Speaker 67)
Here we go.

(Speaker 58)
Revenue goals, Charles, it’s going to be like a 32nd kind of response here.

(Speaker 2)
Here we go. Ready? 90 miles an hour. Why do we have to know our revenue goals?

(Speaker 4)
Box number one. Well, yeah, we got to know how much money is coming in and what our expenses are and how much margin we need to make. We got to have to staff it, run it. How many guys in the fitness game that you know are really into fitness but have no idea of their numbers? They don’t know their numbers. Well, a lot of, definitely a lot of small gymnasts for sure.

(Speaker 4)
So you got to know their numbers, okay. Box number two, break even numbers. Why do you have to know how many members you need just to break even? Charles, Charles. Sorry, break even. Yeah, exactly.

(Speaker 4)
You need to have your margins so you know if you want to continue to scale or grow. You got to stay bankable, at least a 20 % margin and make sure you got the right people in place and systems and KPIs to key performance indicators.

(Speaker 66)
You and your wife though, you know your break -even numbers.

(Speaker 4)
You know how you need this many members to break even.

(Speaker 50)
Yes, yes.

(Speaker 4)
Okay. Box number three, number of hours willing to work. I’m going to pass to Clay Stairs. Clay Stairs, why do you have to know how many hours per week you’re willing to work?

(Speaker 15)
But for anybody out there, I’m just going to throw this out here.

(Speaker 19)
I’m going to go on a little rant and then Clay Stairs will rebuke it and that’s fine because you don’t have to agree with my

(Speaker 3)
findings.

(Speaker 4)
I’m just presenting you facts, and then we all sort through it. So how many of you remember the 80s?

(Speaker 2)
Who remembers Paula Abdul?

(Speaker 53)
Who remembers Axl Rose in his prime?

(Speaker 25)
Okay, so we’re there.

(Speaker 4)
So there was a time, there was a time, that was incredible.

(Speaker 19)
There was a time, okay, previous to now, where the concept of the five -hour work week, or the five -day work week, the five -day work week wasn’t a controversial idea.

(Speaker 43)
The five -day work week, okay?

(Speaker 4)
So, just somewhere, I want you to jot this down on page five, this is big, okay? Just write down how many hours per week you’re willing to work. But I want you to understand this idea, because this is big. So, in the 80s, it wasn’t a controversial idea to work five days a week. Who remembers that? Now, there are colleges right now that are teaching the concept of the four -day work week.

(Speaker 4)
Have you seen this? And that’s a World Economic Forum thought, OK? So that’s the same people that are like, hey, can I work? How many of you have interviewed people recently and they’re appalled that they would work five days a week?

(Speaker 2)
Or they want a more flexible schedule that changes daily based upon their sexual proclivities?

(Speaker 65)
What?

(Speaker 4)
I’m being real.

(Speaker 52)
Who’s seen this phenomenon?

(Speaker 4)
Come on.

(Speaker 2)
Anybody here hire people?

(Speaker 64)
It’s crazy.

(Speaker 4)
OK, so gender fluid, schedule fluid, lots of body fluid. Whoa. Yummy!

(Speaker 37)
Why would he say that?

(Speaker 4)
Okay, so we’re going to… Whoa! There needs to be a concept. Who remembers the 80s though, right?

(Speaker 2)
You just worked five days a week, no big deal.

(Speaker 4)
So now you got a whole group of people going to college. They’re wanting to do four -day work weeks because that’s what was taught, okay? But I want you to look this up in the book of Genesis and the book of Exodus. They’re both in the Bible, okay? God teaches the concept of a six -day work week and you rest on the seventh.

(Speaker 1)
Who knows about this idea?

(Speaker 4)
You work six days, rest on the seventh. The book of Genesis, God made the earth in how many days? Allegedly… Six. Okay, and then rested on the… Fourth.

(Speaker 24)
And again, I am a literal Bible nerd.

(Speaker 63)
I believe the Bible is a literal thing I don’t believe it’s like a series of myths that are wrapped in poems I believe it’s literal if you don’t that’s okay and Andy Stanley’s a great place to go if you don’t want the literal Bible Andy Stanley great place to go TD Jake’s when he’s not with Diddy a great place to go for the non literal Bible And Joel Osteen, great place to go if you want Mariah Carey to sing to you in a quarantine environment.

(Speaker 4)
There you go. So, but, so the Bible says you work, you work, you know, six days, you rest on the seventh. That’s a biblical idea. It’s in Genesis and Exodus. Who knows that?

(Speaker 62)
Okay, now also the word work in Hebrew, look it up, the word work in Hebrew, the word work in Hebrew means worship.

(Speaker 2)
And the word worship means work. So God gave Adam the garden to what?

(Speaker 4)
Work it, yeah.

(Speaker 27)
So I view work as something I get to do, not something I have to do.

(Speaker 4)
Are we on the same page? So some of you guys, I met some of you out there, and some of you are like, what time did you get up today? I wake up at three every day because I like it. I like going to bed at nine, wake up at three.

(Speaker 2)
I like working.

(Speaker 41)
I like it.

(Speaker 14)
That’s something I’m into.

(Speaker 61)
Eric Trump, by the way, interesting individual.

(Speaker 60)
I love Eric Trump.

(Speaker 4)
How we connected is he would text me. We’re backstage, and he would say, hey, what time do you get up?

(Speaker 32)
And I go, you know, three.

(Speaker 4)
He’s like, what time do you go to bed? Nine. I go, what time do you wake up? And he’s like, we have like the same schedule. And so that’s kind of, we kind of connected is, you know, waking up at three, work until six. And then it was like, bruh.

(Speaker 4)
Do you use a to -do list? I’m like, I do use a to -do list. Oh, I love to. And it was like a connection. Have you ever met somebody, you’ve never met them before, but now you’ve connected? It’s like a love connection for Clay.

(Speaker 4)
It was. And I’m going, I think I found my spirit partner here. And my wife’s like, something weird’s going on. You’re talking about to -do lists. I’m getting mesmerized. I love, that’s my love language, to -do lists.

(Speaker 4)
Oh, love that. That’s how Charles and I are with Lambos. Nice. It’s exactly the same. But you can, so we start talking about work, you know, and I’m like, hey, what the, seriously, how many days a week do you work? He’s like, well, I, you know, six days every day.

(Speaker 4)
you know. Every week? Yeah. Do you ever want to retire? He’s like, no, I’d never retire.

(Speaker 26)
Everyone write this down. Again, the Hebrew word for work means worship, okay?

(Speaker 4)
That’s what it means, right? And the Bible says work means worship. Worship means work.

(Speaker 32)
So you’re working as unto the Lord.

(Speaker 2)
Who knows about that?

(Speaker 4)
Sean, look it up. Colossians. Work as unto the Lord. Not as unto human masters, right? So we’re supposed to work as unto the Lord. I don’t view work as something I have to do.

(Speaker 4)
It’s something I want to do. Are we on the same page? However, in 1938, in 1938, you should write this down, FDR and his lesbian wife introduced, it’s not even 8am, is he talking about a lesbian wife? FDR and his lesbian wife in 1938 introduced the concept of the 40 hour work week, aka guaranteed mediocrity. You cannot create like the creator and work five days. This just in.

(Speaker 4)
If you want to create like the creator, you have to work six days. And if you’re running around going, I just want to focus on life balance. You are not going to do well. And people are going to say, stop whispering. I just want to focus on life balance. Have you met these people?

(Speaker 4)
I want to get promoted in your organization, but I focus on life balance. I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe you’re having too much gluten, not enough, but you got to eat meat. I don’t know. Just have some meat. You get the idea?

(Speaker 4)
So, the concept, again, you can define your boundaries, but I’m just telling you the concept of the six -day work week was some… How many of you… How long would the founding fathers have lasted, or the pilgrims, or the early Americans? How long would they have lasted if they were going, I don’t know, Brother Hezekiah, the corn isn’t fully planted, but it’s been 40 hours, and I think I might have anxiety. That stuff didn’t even exist! How many of you know what I’m talking about?

(Speaker 4)
Like, you know, everyone, their name was what?

(Speaker 2)
Obadiah, Nehemiah, they’re all named after Bible characters.

(Speaker 26)
Brother Nehemiah, are you planting the corn?

(Speaker 4)
I don’t want to die. Well, I have anxiety. You see, Nehemiah, I’ve got anxiety. and I have a phobia, and I also think I’m getting carpal tunnel, right? And Obadiah would say, Nehemiah, I think you’re gay. And get back to work, and then shut the hell up.

(Speaker 4)
I’ll see you at church. That would be, right? But now, everyone, who knows about this? Now everybody’s got a phobia and anxiety.

(Speaker 59)
You know about this?

(Speaker 4)
Everyone’s got a phobia. I swear to you, true story, then I’ll pass the mic to Clay, because Clay can kind of clean up the mess I’m creating here, okay? But we had an employee who worked for me for years, and he says, when I stand at my desk, it hurts my legs, I don’t think it’s good for my body to stand, and so I’d like a sitting desk. I’m like, okay, I just want to be clear, you’re the one who came to me and said you wanted a standing desk. Yeah, but if I stand too much, I don’t know if it’s healthy, so I’m trying to, so he went, so you want a desk that can go up or down, oh, okay. Then we start talking about we got tendinitis from too much typing.

(Speaker 4)
So you’re getting tendinitis from typing? Yeah, and I got some anxiety because of the nature of the work. You’re shifting my schedule. Do you have anxiety and tendinitis? I mean, you sound like an old cat. Have you seen a 15 -year -old cat wander in?

(Speaker 58)
It’s deaf and blind, and you kind of want to put it down for the owner, but who knows what I’m talking about?

(Speaker 4)
I love animals, but you know, it’s a gimpy cat, mangy cat. Wow, you’re a 25 -year -old man who sounds like an old mangy cat. I don’t know. So I’m just saying, if you’re not careful, you get into this world of, like, excuses and anxiety and whatever.

(Speaker 2)
Am I stressed out that you’re here? Yes. Are you stressed that you’re stuck with me for the next five minutes till we take a break? Yes.

(Speaker 6)
Was there not enough parking?

(Speaker 57)
Yes, there’s not enough parking.

(Speaker 6)
Is Eric Trump on his way? Yes. Did Secret Service take over my life this week? Yes. How many have had that thought? Is there security here?

(Speaker 6)
I think there should be security here. I don’t know if he’s thought about the security. He’s pretty pale. He looks like he doesn’t go outside much.

(Speaker 56)
He probably isn’t aware of what’s happening.

(Speaker 2)
I wonder if we have secure. How many of you know that? It’s stress, right? But strength comes through struggle.

(Speaker 55)
Are we getting this idea?

(Speaker 4)
Amen.

(Speaker 6)
Strength comes through struggle. So, Stairs, let’s talk about your work week, and we’re going to go around the horn, and then we’ll take our first break. So, Stairs, work week, because you worked six days a week building that thing, and now you’ve gotten to a different flow.

(Speaker 4)
You’ve worked hard to get there. Talk about the work -life balance thing. Yeah, this is great. And again, work -life balance, the idea here is their work -life.

(Speaker 2)
The first wrong step, I guess, we make is that we separate the two. We separate work and balance when it’s really just life.

(Speaker 18)
Okay. It’s not work life balance. It’s just all life. And I love the pyramid here.

(Speaker 2)
Clay is we have one of the most important questions that we’re going to be asking ourselves is when am I going to find time for my faith, family finances, fitness and fun.

(Speaker 6)
When are you going to do that? You guys, success doesn’t just happen. Success doesn’t just fall into our lap. Success requires intentionality. And I think, unfortunately, so many of us, I know this was a big thing for me. I was a high school teacher, okay, for 15 years. I know, exactly.

(Speaker 4)
Not a very good one.

(Speaker 54)
I was a high school teacher for 15 years.

(Speaker 2)
I ran a ministry for another 10 years before I stepped into business. And so, as I became a business owner, I had no idea of the mindset of a business owner.

(Speaker 4)
So I remember coming to Clay and just watching you, Clay, and being with you and being introduced to a lot of your friends and going, hey, there’s a different pace here in successful business.

(Speaker 2)
Does that make sense? He started as a client at the age of 47, I believe, right? 47. And so I had an old dog, new tricks. Got everything really quickly. Josh.

(Speaker 2)
Are you up there? Is Josh up there? Is he around Josh Josh Joshua Bob?

(Speaker 6)
Okay, maybe not obviously up there is Josh up there Josh.

(Speaker 1)
Josh, your brother introduced me to this guy.

(Speaker 6)
So Josh, your brother, George. Josh is here.

(Speaker 4)
Josh is here. All right, Josh, we got to talk.

(Speaker 2)
I can’t see up there because the lights, but he’s mystical up there.

(Speaker 33)
But oh, my God, he’s beautiful.

(Speaker 6)
But you guys, it was amazing.

(Speaker 2)
So here I am trying to be this successful business and I realized really quickly that, oh, I’m trying to become somebody that somehow some way I have learned to hate. the successful businessman.

(Speaker 6)
Being a school teacher and being in ministry, I don’t know how it happened, but my brain was wired wrong.

(Speaker 4)
And so it took probably about 18 months for my brain to get rewired. Hey, real quick, I want to interject one thing, and then we’ll go around the horn.

(Speaker 30)
This is big.

(Speaker 45)
He actually became, if I’m getting it right I think, you became the head of the teachers union but you didn’t know why, is this right?

(Speaker 35)
Well, no, no, no, it wasn’t that.

(Speaker 2)
Walking it back.

(Speaker 1)
I was completely drinking the Kool -Aid as a teacher.

(Speaker 25)
All right, in the teacher’s lounges. Oh, they should pay us more. We should work less.

(Speaker 6)
I mean, I was completely on that train. And then all of a sudden, there’s a school board meeting going on, and we needed to get paid more. And because I don’t mind the microphone, and I’m loud, all of a sudden, I have the microphone. And we need more money. And then, you know, I’m like this spokesman, OK? I’m so glad that none of this is on video.

(Speaker 6)
Did you guys torch the cars and stuff? But next thing you know, I’m this spokesman at the school board meeting and now there’s news cameras that are coming on to me. And I’m going, yes, we need more money. I mean, it was just watched his videos for inspiration. Exactly, exactly. So I was like spewing the very opposite of where I am now.

(Speaker 6)
So the transformation that I had to go through was extremely painful, difficult. Clay sends me down to a conference, and I mean, I’m… I told him, I said, go to the T. Harbecker conference. T. Harbecker.

(Speaker 4)
I said, go there, but I said, leave your wallet in your car. Don’t buy anything. Oh, my gosh. He’s going to upsell. He’s going to push.

(Speaker 6)
I called Clay like three times from the conference.

(Speaker 27)
I really think I need to buy this thing.

(Speaker 2)
Don’t buy. Don’t buy. Don’t buy. And I’m like crying. I got snot just because I’m learning so much about my brain was just screwed up. And I’m going, man, I want to be a successful business owner, but my brain is screwed up.

(Speaker 2)
So I’m looking for excuses. We need time management. Well, Clay, time management doesn’t really work for me. We need to make phone calls, Clay.

(Speaker 4)
Well, I don’t think phone calls really work.

(Speaker 2)
So I don’t think cold calls.

(Speaker 4)
Nobody listens to cold calls.

(Speaker 6)
Clay, we need to make sure you have a weekly schedule. I, Clay, you know, I was in ministry. I kind of like to move by the spirit throughout the day. Clay, we need to make sure we get reviews. I don’t know if reviews are really ethical. I don’t really want to promote myself.

(Speaker 2)
I don’t think that’s right.

(Speaker 4)
I’m just going to let the Lord 90 % of our meetings would be like, is that ethical? Is that legal?

(Speaker 17)
Yes. There came a time, I’m going to go and toss this out. There came a time with Clay and I where I just wasn’t doing the stuff. And now he’s a politician.

(Speaker 2)
How many of you know what I’m talking about?

(Speaker 53)
I just wasn’t doing the stuff.

(Speaker 49)
But all of a sudden, I was an athlete in high school and in college.

(Speaker 43)
And so I respond.

(Speaker 13)
I’m one of those athletes that responds really well to spewing obscenities and screaming and spitting and all that kind of stuff.

(Speaker 17)
I respond to that. So I come to Clay at one point, okay, we need to work an arrangement here. I really don’t need you as a coach right now. I need you to be an asshole.

(Speaker 15)
For a season, I need you to be an asshole.

(Speaker 33)
i need you to get in my face i need you to push me that type of thing and so we entered into the asshole face How many hours a week do you like to work?

(Speaker 4)
How many hours a week?

(Speaker 11)
Let’s pass them around here. How many hours a week? You’ve got six rounds. Let me just answer that. So what’s been happening lately is now I work in my company. I work two days a week, which is fantastic.

(Speaker 11)
There are two long, hard days, but I love doing it. And then I’ve got the other five days. I take usually a couple of days to do my capital work. And then I’ve got three days to be with my wife and travel and do… Used to work six, now down to two. Okay, Saul, what do you got?

(Speaker 41)
I work as many as I wanted, but I try to work at least 70 hours, because when I get married, I told my wife, you want to get married to me?

(Speaker 2)
I’m going to have two loves.

(Speaker 36)
She say, what?

(Speaker 52)
And I say, well, my first love.

(Speaker 4)
Well, when you say it with that accent, it sounds kind of good. I’m going to have two loves. I’m going to have a two love. Two loves.

(Speaker 13)
OK. Well, and I said, I talked to her. My first love is going to be my ya, and the second love is going to be you. You want to agree with that? We are on the same page. Thanks, God.

(Speaker 13)
You are sick.

(Speaker 9)
Sean, what’s your ideal schedule that you’re trying to grow to?

(Speaker 2)
I work five days and then I call the next two days.

(Speaker 13)
I’m just kidding.

(Speaker 3)
I’m totally joking. I do six days a week.

(Speaker 13)
Those six days that I work, I don’t really put a time on it.

(Speaker 2)
We just work until it gets done. I enjoy working, so that’s what I enjoy doing. But that seventh day is a Lord’s day.

(Speaker 3)
Seventh day is my family day.

(Speaker 4)
We are very devoted to the church, and we believe that God has made everything.

(Speaker 14)
He’s our creator.

(Speaker 4)
We love and we worship him, and that’s what we do on Sundays.

(Speaker 33)
All right.

(Speaker 14)
But when I start Monday morning, it’s give it all I got. There it is. OK. Sprint. what’s the ideal schedule for you? Are you trying to because I know when we first started, you were I mean, you’re going 90 miles an hour building something.

(Speaker 14)
Now it’s a big thing. How’s the how’s the schedule now? Yeah, I’m probably, you know, I try to take a little bit more time in the morning, do some, some, some fitness goals. I’ve been trying to do that in the morning.

(Speaker 51)
And, uh, yeah, but I’m, uh, six days a week.

(Speaker 4)
I’ve been six days a week for a long time. I think that’s, uh, I think that’s the optimal, you know, even beyond faith, I think it’s the optimal decision making too, because if you don’t take that seventh day, I don’t think you really understand a different perspective and come back to it. But I, I like, you know, now that a little more successful, um, you know, I like scheduling vacations.

(Speaker 2)
So I think I’m coming up on my, this year will be, geez, it was 2016 since the last day I took a sick day.

(Speaker 44)
So like I haven’t taken a sick day or missed an appointment.

(Speaker 9)
It’s all that Molson you’re drinking in the morning. 2016, it’s definitely, yeah. Not sure that’s the goal, right? But, you know, I think that’s, you know, most people, they just, decide in the morning sometimes that they’re not going to work, where I don’t think that really adds anything to your life. I’d rather go to work no matter what and put days on the calendar that you can actually go and do something cool. Steve, again, one of the things I like about his company, I mean, obviously he’s a client so I have that bias, but Steve is probably the most responsive mortgage guy I’ve ever met.

(Speaker 9)
So many people say, I’ve tried to apply for a loan or a mortgage and I can’t get someone to call me back because it’s the day before President’s Day or it’s like the month of Martin Luther King Day. Or it’s like the week following the week before the 4th of July. And so Steve, you’re very responsive. What kind of schedule do you like to keep? I just work every day when I wake up. Just those days?

(Speaker 9)
Yep.

(Speaker 4)
OK.

(Speaker 24)
The only thing I’ve changed is I have a grandson now. So if you haven’t had a grandkid, then get ready.

(Speaker 1)
So he’s two.

(Speaker 4)
And that’s kind of like fills my morning. But I’m working. I just like to pick him up from his mom’s and get him breakfast and do that kind of thing. Because I worked a lot more when my kids were young. So but seven days. I mean, I answer my phone at eight a .

(Speaker 4)
m. on Sunday or nine p . m. on Friday night. Brian, what’s your schedule? You’re trying to build here again.

(Speaker 4)
This company, HVAC, they do heating, air conditioning, the whole deal. HVAC. What kind of schedule do you like to keep? I’m about 16 hours a day, six days a week.

(Speaker 41)
You’re a wild man.

(Speaker 1)
But we have a 24 hour coverage. So somebody is doing one of my technicians, but they get extra rewarded time off. And I spent a lot more time with my wife than I have ever. And we’ve been married 38 years. There you go. Woo!

(Speaker 1)
And then hopefully next year, no, we will, because we don’t hope. Next year, we’ll start traveling to North Carolina. But we have a daughter that’s a doctor.

(Speaker 4)
And we’ve hadn’t seen her about once every six months. Got it.

(Speaker 1)
Kevin, what’s your ideal schedule at this point? Ideal schedule after 32 years is I work about three and a half, four days a week. I started out seven days a week the first 10 years, five days a week the second 10, and finally after 32 years I’m doing about four, sometimes three. And again, the purpose as we’re building these systems and processes is so you can create time, freedom, and financial freedom. So if you want to build a system, one of my really, really successful clients, he likes to work four hours a day.

(Speaker 50)
That’s what he does.

(Speaker 2)
It’s like four hours every day. That’s his whole thing. So he likes to work out. He’s got a whole routine. He starts at 10, goes until 2, and that’s his schedule. It’s four hours a day.

(Speaker 2)
five days a week, that’s his schedule. So that’s great. But you just want to figure out a schedule that works for you. But the idea that we want to go from where we’re at to where we want to be without putting in the work, it’s not possible.

(Speaker 4)
So you’ve got to put in that initial burst of energy to get there. Charles Koloff, final question here. With your schedule now, you’ve got how many locations do you have at kolofffitness . com? We’re in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. We have six open locations right now, and we’re still growing.

(Speaker 49)
And Clay’s helped us with the systems to build.

(Speaker 4)
cars in the checklist workflows that and of course how much time do you work we work a lot like when you’re a business owner you do whatever it takes like. where you have that on the wall you have something like says nobody cares nobody nobody cares work hard that’s my motivation yeah that’s that’s nobody cares work hard if you want to build something you just have to have that like pig -headed discipline mindset you do that and eventually now I choose to have three days time blocked and I have a ton of back -to -back -to -back appointments because I’m still in the mode of wanting to grow I don’t have to I’ve got a great team of guys we live in Florida Clubs are in the Midwest, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. But Clay’s been amazing for building the systems, checklists, workflows, task lists, audits, who does what, when, and how, cameras, audio tracking for all that, just brilliantly. So I just, if I’d never met him, it would have been super, never, I don’t know if I could have ever done it. But anyways, but yeah. That’s the move.

(Speaker 48)
I’m always terrified physically of Charles, so I hope he says good things.

(Speaker 2)
But if he doesn’t, I’m like, I agree, because I’m terrified. And every time I have a problem, I call him. And he literally just has it, because he’s just worked with every industry. And it’s blissful. So now I can live in Florida, chase my wife around, and do whatever I want. But I still do work three days, or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

(Speaker 2)
That sounds terrible. Throughout the weekend, I’m going to bring up lots of clients, lots of entrepreneurs who are successful who are doing it, so you can meet real people, because it’s all about applying, right? So Napoleon Hill, maybe the final quote you might want to write down. Napoleon Hill, I named my son after Napoleon Hill. Some of you like him, some of you don’t. If he ever said something in his books or wrote something in his books that goes against the Bible, please go with the Bible.

(Speaker 4)
But Napoleon Hill once said, he said that action is the real measure of intelligence.

(Speaker 43)
And I find that just acquiring information is not helpful.

(Speaker 44)
But activating, how can you take what you’re learning and apply it?

(Speaker 39)
Okay, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop.

(Speaker 47)
Santa Claus?

(Speaker 2)
No, we will not be joined by Santa Claus, but we will be joined by Eric Trump, the son of the 45th and now 47th President of these United States. And yes, Amanda Grace will be in the place.

(Speaker 30)
And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there, so you know it will go well.

(Speaker 46)
Yes, we have Mel Kaye in the house.

(Speaker 4)
Pastor Phil and Tammy Hodson -Piller will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Anaheim, California. Yes, folks, make this a December to remember. He’s fresh. Make this a December to remember and join us at the two -day interactive Business Growth Workshops. For over 20 years, folks, I’ve been hosting Business Growth Workshops where we’re going to teach you marketing, sales systems, human resources, accounting, social media marketing, branding, sales training, search engine optimization, accounting, workflow development, financial management, all this and more. How do you get tickets?

(Speaker 4)
Go to thrivetimeshow . com. Again, how do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow . com. I’m Ron Burgundy.

(Speaker 4)
need someone to run the companies for him and so the man that runs the Trump organization for Donald J Trump as he was the 45th president of the United States and now the 47th president of the United States is Eric Trump. So Eric Trump is here to talk about time management, promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build.

(Speaker 2)
I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint. I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand?

(Speaker 33)
I mean, look at it.

(Speaker 2)
And this is the man behind the business for the last, pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it. So you’re talking, we’re into nine going into 10 years of him running it and we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s going to be amazing. Now think about this for a second. Nothing is over until we decide it is.

(Speaker 2)
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

(Speaker 4)
German?

(Speaker 45)
Forget it, he’s rolling.

(Speaker 2)
And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket. Now, we only have limited seating here. Whoa! There’s a lot of togetherness and closeness, camaraderie. So again, if you want to get tickets for this event, all you have to do is go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 4)
com. Go to thrivetimeshow . com. When you go to thrivetimeshow . com, you’ll go there, you’ll request a ticket, boom. Or if you want to text me, if you want a little bit faster service, you say, I want you to call me right now.

(Speaker 4)
I just texted my number. It’s my cell phone number, my personal cell phone number.

(Speaker 2)
We’ll keep that in mind. private between you, between you, me, everybody. We’ll keep that private in anybody. Don’t share that with anybody except for everybody. That’s my private space. phone number.

(Speaker 2)
It’s 918 -851 -0102. 918 -851 -0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish -speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. That is not actually bilingual. That’s just saying Juan for a one.

(Speaker 2)
It’s not the same thing. I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it.

(Speaker 2)
I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, okay? Okay. You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh, yeah. We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there like the Trump brand, right?

(Speaker 2)
You want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is? and make it a household name. You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something.

(Speaker 2)
This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re going to teach you sales. We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing people.

(Speaker 2)
Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck. So it could be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones. And we have a process we teach about how to do that. find great people.

(Speaker 2)
When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven. all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re going to teach you accounting. We’re going to teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance. We’re going to teach you time management.

(Speaker 2)
How do you manage your time?

(Speaker 43)
How do you get more done during a typical day?

(Speaker 4)
How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two -day interactive business workshop. Now, let me tell you how the format is set up here. And again, folks, this is a two -day interactive 15.

(Speaker 4)
Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day, it starts at 7 a . m. and it goes until 5 p . m.

(Speaker 4)
So from 7 a . m. to 5 p . m. , two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop.

(Speaker 4)
The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question and answer session. So, Aaron, what kind of great stuff stuff happens during that 15 minute question and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops because here’s what happens. I’ve been to lots of these things over the years. I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them and you go in there and they talk in vague generalities and they’re constantly upselling you for something trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership. And you don’t, you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing.

(Speaker 44)
And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks.

(Speaker 43)
And it’s very specific to what your business is.

(Speaker 4)
And what we do is we allow you as the attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard. And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15 minute break to stretch.

(Speaker 42)
this is also your opportunity to meet some of the great

(Speaker 41)
speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett.

(Speaker 4)
You could meet Mel K. You could meet Amanda Grace. You could meet Dr. Stella Emanuel. You could just grab a coffee. You could find some alone time. You could get lost in the bathroom. You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers.

(Speaker 4)
You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers. You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. Now that’s a good idea. That means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed.

(Speaker 2)
So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with. And when Inc. Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default, By default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double this. No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up.

(Speaker 2)
We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months. And you say double?

(Speaker 40)
Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled.

(Speaker 2)
There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples.

(Speaker 4)
see at thrive timeshow . com.

(Speaker 2)
But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet. This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet. Add to that Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization. You say, Clay, I still I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more.

(Speaker 39)
OK, fine.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story.

(Speaker 38)
We have we cater food.

(Speaker 23)
And because I keep it simple, I literally bring in the same food.

(Speaker 7)
both days for lunch.

(Speaker 23)
Who’s with me? Let’s go! Come on!

(Speaker 22)
It’s an incredible Mexican restaurant. That’s going to happen. Someone says, I want more!

(Speaker 12)
This is not enough.

(Speaker 20)
Give me more.

(Speaker 33)
OK. I’m not going to mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here.

(Speaker 12)
We just continue to add more and more success stories. So if you’re out there today and you want to change your life, you want to give yourself an incredible gift, You want a life -changing experience. You want to learn how to start and grow a company. Go to Thrivetimeshow . com. Go there right now.

(Speaker 12)
Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 11)
com.

(Speaker 20)
Request a ticket for the two -day interactive event. Again, the event’s going to be on December 4th and 5th in sunny Anaheim, California. Great weather.

(Speaker 11)
Make this a December to remember.

(Speaker 12)
Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization.

(Speaker 32)
It’s going to be a blasty blast.

(Speaker 12)
There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible.

(Speaker 33)
And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like, but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin.

(Speaker 3)
You think that’s going to change your life? I promise you this will be 10 times better than that. It’s like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking. Don’t do the Smoke Your Way to Thin conference. That is, I’ve tried it, don’t do it. Yeah, chain smoking is not a viable, I mean, it is life changing.

(Speaker 3)
It is life -changing. If you become a jade smoker, it is life -changing.

(Speaker 21)
Not the best weight loss program though. Right, not really.

(Speaker 3)
So if you’re looking to have life -changing results in a way that won’t cause you to have a stoma, get your tickets at Thrivetimeshow . com. Again, that’s Aaron Antis. I’m Clay Clark reminding you and inviting you to come out to the two -day interactive Thrivetimeshow workshop in beautiful Anaheim, California. I’m Vince Suzuki, also from Sarasota, Florida.

(Speaker 21)
You dragged me here.

(Speaker 31)
Yeah, I was here in 2018 and it changed my business and I built another business and now I’m here to do it again with this business.

(Speaker 3)
Yeah, I’m a brand strategist and it’s been really easy to go to a lot of events like this and just leave really in your head. There’s the strategic, step -by -step, real -life implementation.

(Speaker 10)
I’m very excited that Eric is here, and that is going to be epic. My name is Erica, and it has been amazing here at the conference. I’m learning so much. Everything is perfect for me. Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him, character.

(Speaker 10)
Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart. And I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother.

(Speaker 12)
And she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.

(Speaker 2)
His Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. Oh, it’s incredible.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah. He’s he’s like, he’s, he’s a machine.

(Speaker 37)
He’s a machine.

(Speaker 4)
But his, you know, I got, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. He has hundreds of people showing up at 5 a . m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man.

(Speaker 4)
No, he is. And the greatest thing that will come out of all of it, aside from winning the presidency of the United States, we’ll get to that in a second, was an everlasting friendship between Clinton and Obama. because I’m telling you, there’s not too many people in the world that have this man’s backbone and his tenaciousness and his perseverance. And so, buddy, I love you. And to General Flynn, thank you. You guys are incredible.

(Speaker 4)
You guys are incredible warriors. You guys are incredible, incredible warriors.

(Speaker 2)
So thank you, my friend.

(Speaker 3)
Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens.

(Speaker 3)
I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. 4 ,000 % from February to February.

(Speaker 3)
Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, We have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up.

(Speaker 3)
Everything’s just blown up. Well you’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does.

(Speaker 3)
not what they say. We’re going to move into action mode here.

(Speaker 4)
So for anybody out there, if you say, I would like to go to Mar -a -Lago. Now, Jackson, you know, this just in, they rated Mar -a -Lago. You know about this? This just in.

(Speaker 36)
And so some people say, you know, that wasn’t cool.

(Speaker 35)
I didn’t like that.

(Speaker 4)
But, you know, so a lot of people out there, we want to kind of stick it to the New York Times. We want Eric to become the number one best selling author in America. And we also we kind of also want to go to Mar -a -Lago and check it out. We’ve never been there before. So what we’re going to do is for anybody right now, if you go to Amazon right now and you buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book, under siege my family’s fight to Save Our Nation.

(Speaker 4)
So you go to Amazon right now, you buy a copy of the book. And you just text a screenshot of your proof of purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. So text my number, 918 -851 -0102. So again, step one, you go here to amazon .

(Speaker 34)
com, you buy a copy of the book Under Siege, then you just text a screenshot of your purchase, your proof of purchase.

(Speaker 3)
You text my number, 918 -851 -0102.

(Speaker 4)
You have a chance to win a dinner at Mar -a -Lago with Eric Trump and myself, and there’s more.

(Speaker 3)
I’ll go right there just for your viewers.

(Speaker 4)
It’s the most exclusive private club in the world. $2 million to get into just base membership fee. And I promise we’re going to make your night absolutely incredible. Clay goes, listen, why don’t we do this? Why don’t we put it out to all the amazing Reawaken people, all the people who supported us all around the country, all around at every one of these conferences who adore your family. We’ve got to beat The New York Times.

(Speaker 4)
The New York Times is going to do everything they can. Even though we’re number one on Amazon right now, we just hit number one this morning. New York Times is going to do everything they can to keep you from being number one bestseller. You know that. I know that. You know the games that they’re willing to play.

(Speaker 4)
But Clay goes, why don’t we do a couple of things? First of all, love having dinner with Clay. He’s the greatest. Second of all, why don’t we bring one of the amazing people that I guarantee you I’ve been in front of at all these events? Why don’t we bring a couple to dinner at Mar -a -Lago? And I said, absolutely.

(Speaker 4)
Consider it done. So I said, they have to text you, Clay. They can’t text me, because we’ll be getting 1 ,000 of these. But yeah, go buy a book. Text Clay. And we’ll set up a dinner.

(Speaker 4)
I’ll make sure you guys have the absolute time of your life. I want to pull this up again one more time here, Jax, because I think sometimes I’m a poor communicator, and I need to work on communicating more effectively. So you go to Amazon. That’s step one, OK? Yes. You buy a copy of the book, Pop Quiz.

(Speaker 4)
What book?

(Speaker 2)
Under Siege.

(Speaker 3)
You buy a copy of Under Siege, and then you screenshot a picture of that, and you text my phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. that that is my cell phone number so we’ll keep that private between you and me and everybody and then when you text that to me you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the actual in -person business workshop that’s a business growth workshop December 4th and 5th featuring Eric Trump at Anaheim California and you have a chance to win dinner with Eric Trump and myself at Mar -a -Lago. Now, someone says, when does this contest end? Now, Eric, your birthday was hijacked. OK, so your birthday was hijacked.

(Speaker 3)
January 6th is this man’s birthday. He now has to switch his birthday because no one wants to talk about his birthday on January 6th anymore. So we’re going to run this promotion until November 5th. That’s not your birthday. No, no. So we’re going to run it until October 14th.

(Speaker 3)
October 14th. It has to be presale. This just in. It has to be between October 14th. That’s why we’re clarifying. So between now and October October 14th.

(Speaker 3)
Now, folks, let me just clarify this real quick here. So make sure I’m leaving you with some good clarity here. One, you buy a copy of Under Siege on Amazon. That’s the step one. Step two, you text a screenshot of that purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. Three, you have to do that before October 14th.

(Speaker 3)
Before October 14th, this just in, it has to be before October 14th. And you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the upcoming business workshop. You have a chance to have dinner with Eric Trump at Mar -a -Lago. And I want to tell you some benefits of buying the book. One, I’ve read the book. It’s incredible.

(Speaker 3)
father out there and you want to learn about mentoring your kids, it’s a great book. If you want to learn about American history, it’s a great book. If you want to make America great again, it is a great book. It’s a book you got to have. Now here is just a quick editor’s note.

(Speaker 4)
You do not have to buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege to be entered into the drawing. Just text the number. All you have to do is just text the number 918 -851 -0102, and you will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a copy of Eric Trump’s book, Under Siege, and a once -in -a -lifetime opportunity to hang out with Eric Trump and Clay Clay. at Mar -a -Lago and win a backstage pass at the upcoming Thrivetimeshow .com com two -day interactive business workshop. Again, you do not have to buy a copy of the book to be entered into the drawing, but it would be great if you’d buy a copy of the book because that would make sense.

(Speaker 4)
However, that is all and now back to the interview. Also, Eric, a final question here for you.

(Speaker 3)
You are donating a portion of the proceeds to support Charlie Kirk in his continued mission there. Could you tell us about that briefly there?

(Speaker 12)
And then we’ll let you get back to what you’re doing today, sir.

(Speaker 13)
Yeah, well, I was on with Benny Johnson.

(Speaker 33)
Benny Johnson was a great friend of Charlie Kirk’s, as you know.

(Speaker 12)
And you know Benny. And Benny’s a very good friend of mine. And Kash Patel is a very good friend of mine and was a very good friend of Charlie’s. You watch everybody that’s up on that stage every single day as they got to the bottom of exactly what happened, and they brought justice to what happened, or are trying to bring justice to what happened. And it’s kind of unthinkable. But you know St. Jude, and I talk a lot about St. Jude in this book, because fighting pediatric cancer has always been a cornerstone of my life.

(Speaker 12)
But Charlie truly, truly, truly was the epitome of being under siege, not only in the movement that he helped create, But obviously in how his life was savagely taken.

(Speaker 20)
My book came out three days, two and a half days before Charlie’s assassination. You better believe he would have been the final chapter of this book as just another illustration of what these people will do at any cost. to try and win, because it’s who they are.

(Speaker 12)
It’s the not -so -tolerant left. And we can never let our voices be extinguished, Clay.

(Speaker 32)
You stood on that stage, as well as anybody I’ve ever seen stand on a stage.

(Speaker 12)
You did our reawakened events all across the country, which you funded out of your back pocket, because you believed in America. You believed in a greater country. And you were on that stage every single day.

(Speaker 20)
You know I was on that stage with you every single day.

(Speaker 3)
And I was on the turning point for you.

(Speaker 21)
with Charlie all the time and I was on stages across you know the country and three campaigns I’ve stood on thousands of them and honestly they don’t want us to stand on that stage that’s why they’re sending bullets from rooftops they don’t want us to go out there with a bullhorn and have loud independent thought when they see these beautiful arenas full of kids and they’re cheering, they’re celebrating, they’re holding American flags.

(Speaker 3)
They don’t want that. And so they want to silence us. They want to silence our voice. That’s why they killed Charlie. That’s why they tried to kill my father.

(Speaker 13)
That’s why they sent 112 subpoenas to me.

(Speaker 31)
That’s why they wanted me in jail and my father in jail and Don in jail.

(Speaker 3)
That’s why they made up the hoaxes. They wanted to see us destroyed and gone with no voice, with no money, with no company, with no political aspirations, gone.

(Speaker 10)
And we can’t allow that to happen. And so we need to make sure the turning point continues. We need to make sure incredible patriots like you continue to spread sensical speech, pro -American values, pro -religious, pro -constitutional values. And that’s why I want to donate the funds to Turning Point. I want to donate a portion of the funds to Turning Point because we can’t allow anarchy to win, and we can’t allow voices to be deleted, and we need to keep Charlie’s legacy going. Eric Trump, thank you so much for joining us.

(Speaker 10)
Pastor Jackson, thank you so much for joining us. Absolutely. Eric, have a great day. We really do appreciate you. Everybody go out there and buy that book, Undersea.

(Speaker 12)
Just not too early to buy your Christmas gifts. And if you have a Democrat in your family, buy them a copy as well. Eric Trump, take care.

(Speaker 8)
Thanks, guys. See you later. But Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for him, character. Yeah, that is it. Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met him before.

(Speaker 8)
who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother, and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, he’s endorsed by his mother, and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with. Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning.

(Speaker 8)
Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah. He’s a machine. He’s a machine. I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. He has hundreds of people showing up at 5 a .

(Speaker 8)
m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. Clay Clark is here somewhere.

(Speaker 30)
Where’s my buddy Clay?

(Speaker 8)
Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy.

(Speaker 8)
I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. 4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.

(Speaker 8)
I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, We have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. You’re right.

(Speaker 8)
It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves, actually. I learned at the Academy at King’s Point in New York.

(Speaker 16)
Acta non verba.

(Speaker 8)
Watch what a person does, not what they say. Hey, I’m Ryan Wimpy. I’m originally from Toronto. born and raised here. I’ve definitely learned a lot about life design and making sure the business serves you. The linear workflow, the linear workflow for us in getting everything out on paper and documented is really important.

(Speaker 8)
We have workflows that are kind of all over the place, so having linear workflow and seeing that mapped out on multiple different boards is pretty awesome. That’s really helpful for me. The atmosphere here is awesome. I definitely just stared at the walls figuring out how to make my facility look like this place.

(Speaker 16)
This place rocks. It’s invigorating. The walls are super, it’s just very cool. The atmosphere is cool. The people are nice.

(Speaker 8)
It’s a pretty cool place to be. Very good learning atmosphere. I literally want to model it and steal everything that’s here at this facility and basically create it just on our business side. Hilarious. I literally laughed so hard that I started having tears yesterday. And we’ve been learning a lot, which, you know, we’ve been sitting here, we’ve been learning a lot, and so the humor definitely helps, it breaks it up.

(Speaker 16)
But the content is awesome, off the charts, and it’s very interactive, you can raise your hand, it’s not like you’re just listening to the professor speak, you know?

(Speaker 29)
The wizard teaches, but the wizard interacts and he takes questions, so that’s awesome.

(Speaker 1)
If you’re not attending the conference, you’re missing about three quarters to half of your life. You’re definitely. . It’s probably worth a couple thousand dollars. So, you’re missing the thought process of someone that’s already started like nine profitable businesses. So, not only is it a lot of good information but just getting in the thought process of Clay Clark or Dr. Zellner or any of the other coaches, getting in the thought process of how they’re starting all these businesses, to me, just that is priceless.

(Speaker 1)
That’s money. Well, we’re definitely not getting upsold here. My wife and I have attended conferences where they, where it was great information and then they upsold us like half the conference and I don’t wanna like bang my head into a wall and she’s like banging her head into the chair in front of her. Like, it’s good information but we’re like, oh my gosh, I wanna strangle you, shut up and go with the presentation that we paid for and that’s not here. There’s no upsells or anything so that’s awesome, I hate that. Oh, that makes me angry.

(Speaker 1)
So, glad that’s not happening. So the cost. of this conference is quite a bit cheaper than business college. I went to a small private liberal arts college and got a degree in business. And I didn’t learn anything like they’re teaching here. I didn’t learn linear workflows.

(Speaker 1)
I learned stuff that I’m not using and I haven’t been using for the last nine years. So what they’re teaching here is actually way better than what I got at business school. And I went what was actually ranked as a very good business school. I would definitely recommend that people would check out the Thrive 15 conference. The information that you’re going to get is just very, very beneficial. And the mindset that you’re going to get, that you’re going to leave with, is just absolutely worth the price of a little bit of money and a few days worth of your time.

(Speaker 1)
I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark. Hey guys, I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys. We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us.

(Speaker 1)
This is our old house. This is where we used to live a few years ago. This is our old neighborhood. So this is my old van and our old school marketing. and this is our old team and by team i mean it’s being another guy this is our new house with our new neighborhood this is our new van with our new marketing, and this is our new team.

(Speaker 1)
We went from four to 14, and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past, and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts, and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from 1 to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed $13 ,000 for the whole month. Right now, it’s 2018, the month of October.

(Speaker 1)
It’s only the 22nd. We’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month, and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship, and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. So we really just wanna thank you, Clay, and thank you, Vanessa, for everything you’ve done, everything you’ve helped us with. We love you guys.

(Speaker 1)
Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. And Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with like running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders.

(Speaker 1)
This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with like Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40 ,000 cast members. He’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours. On the day -to -day, he does anywhere from about 160 companies.

(Speaker 1)
He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies.

(Speaker 28)
So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies every six to eight weeks.

(Speaker 2)
weeks he’s doing reawaken america tours every six to eight weeks he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires helping them grow their companies so he’s i’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multi -millionaires teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business. Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, like, Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him.

(Speaker 2)
He cares about where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. And that’s what I like him most about him. He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best you. And Clay has been an amazing business coach.

(Speaker 2)
Through the course of that, we became friends. I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal. And they were super excited about working with him.

(Speaker 2)
And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down. Because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. And the guy’s integrity, really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his highest desire was to do what’s right.

(Speaker 2)
And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate. Anytime I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or, you know, navigating competition and an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months. And you have $350 ,000 of bills you’ve got to pay.

(Speaker 2)
And we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that. And of course, we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time. He’s a great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing. And I encourage you, if you haven’t ever worked with Clay, work with Clay.

(Speaker 2)
He’s going to help magnify you. And there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day, and literally the rest of the time he’s working. And he can outwork everybody in the room. every single day, and he loves it.

(Speaker 5)
So anyways, this is Charles Kola with Kola Fitness. Thank you, Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So you guys have a blessed one. This is Charles Kola. We’ll see you guys.

(Speaker 5)
Bye -bye. driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden, so I was willing to listen. In my career, I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate. So honestly, I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing, and homes. And then I met Clay, and my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed.

(Speaker 5)
Doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And, I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay, I really thought, man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four -month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month, just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own.

(Speaker 5)
So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience. I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry.

(Speaker 7)
He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry. But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing. And Clay really brings that perspective for me.

(Speaker 7)
It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because the results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic, and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in.

(Speaker 7)
I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing. And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month. Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us.

(Speaker 7)
And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800 % increase in our internet leads going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing. I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about and I would go straight to Clay and his team.

I guarantee you’re not going to regret it because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick, and I am the founder of D. Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years, and my three kids started school, and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide, what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it.

I love people. I love working with people. I love the building relationships. But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I did not have what I needed to be successful. make that what it should be.

So I reached out to Clay at that time, and he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents. the homes that we represent. Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage our real estate brokerage eight months ago. And in that time we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions.

Three years ago, I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today, building a business, having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen.

I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it.

My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean I went to medical school. I can figure this out. But it was a very very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic I had a sixty three thousand dollar embezzlement.

I lost multiple employees. Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good tech. which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans.

He helped me with web development and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.
