Okay, folks, we’re gonna get started here and we’re gonna do it during this session here. We’re gonna cover a lot of ground here primarily we’re gonna focus on answering questions on the board and we’re gonna get into accounting and This is pastor Leon Benjamin. And how many of you remember where you were? when the lockdowns happened So and I’m not saying this just because Paul’s here but Paul Aaron Antus, where’s Aaron Antus is here, Paul, Aaron, Steve. A lot of the Oklahomies, we have about probably 10% of our clients are in Oklahoma, but almost all the Oklahomies, we were like, well, we’re just gonna keep doing what we did. And we’re not gonna, it didn’t make any sense. But a lot of my clients who are not from Oklahoma, probably 90% of my clients, they hopped on the phone, almost scared to even have a conversation. They’re like, what are you going to do with COVID? All of them. And I go, well, the models that said 2.2 million people would die from COVID, those are false. And those are funded by Gates and Neil Ferguson, who’s always wrong. So they’re wrong. They’re off by 25 times. And we know this because Deborah Birx said so. Sean, if you go to Thrivetimeshow.com forward slash coronavirus, we can play the clip in a little bit, but we know they’re false by 25 times, which means that they’re projected to have 80,000 deaths and not 2.2 million and because 88,000 people die every year from the flu anyway and they’re misattributing deaths there’s nothing. But the PCR tests are also falsely calibrated and it’s treatable and I know this because I referred all my clients to Dr. Sherwood and Dr. Meehan and true story between Sherwood, Meehan and Zelenko, they treated 27,000 patients before they had their first death. So one out of 27,000 people died. I mean, you have a higher probability of getting struck by lightning, potentially, than, so anyway, so I say all this to say, you know, we have some great clients we work with, but unfortunately, most of the churches that I have worked with, and I’ve worked with a lot of churches, because in Tulsa, every other organization is a church. You know, a lot of them shut down. And I called these pastors. I’m not going to mention their names, but I feel like I said, Hey, my wife and I are wanting to go to church and you’re shut down. Can I ask why? And they’re like, well, just, we don’t want to offend anyone. Like, so you’re going to forsake the gathering. Hebrews 10, 25 to not offend somebody. Okay. That makes sense. Anyway. So we had these conversations and I couldn’t find a pastor that was willing to stand up against lockdowns. I just had a real hard time finding these people. I found Pastor Jackson Laumeyer, and I found this guy and his wife, and I found them online. And so I was doing church cheating, which is where no one else can relate to this. Paul, you would never do this, but it’s where you donate somewhere, but you don’t actually watch their sermons. You don’t have to keep donating, but you’re watching a different service. So I was watching Leon’s sermons because I’m like this guy gets it his wife gets it and that’s how I met pastor Greg Locke and that’s how I met Rodney Howard Brown I met all these pastors that got it and so every Thursday I contacted Leon after the event in Tulsa and every Thursday since then he and his wife they steward over and lead remnant church so this building becomes a church every Thursday night at 630 and so and it just I like myself a lot so I brought in my twin brother to be the pastor I’m just kidding and so people are always like well clay. Is it your church? Are you the pastor? I mean, I don’t know. I’m not a pastor, but this is the pastor of the church remnant Church and every Thursday We’re averaging 20,000 people that watch online every Thursday More people watch the sermon last week online than every church in Tulsa combined every week Every week. And so this guy and his wife, they fly in every single week. So that we take five minutes to let them share their story, and then Paul and I are going to answer questions on the board. So Pastor Leon, folks, let’s put our hands together for Pastor Leon and Maria Benjamin. To God be all the glory. I just love Clay and Vanessa Clark and all his heart, his precious heart. I call it Clay’s closet since the first Health and Freedom Conference, and me and my wife are so honored to be here and to send you greetings from the real Remnant Church here in Tulsa. We fly in from Virginia, our church in Virginia, New Life Harvest Church. But we know that God has a plan for his people, and we must, we must get it out. The gospel of the kingdom should not be done in a corner. It affects everything. Our whole life, our families, our businesses, our education, our communities, our government, politics. I ran for Congress in Virginia. And so I know it’s effectual when we want people to rise up. And a rising tide raises all ships. So me and Maria, we’ve been married 31 years and so I could take all the mic but I’ve learned being married 31 years I better give it over to her for her to say something. Let’s hear it for Maria Benjamin. There we go. Such an honor guys to be here and we just wanted to yeah we want to invite invite them out, invite you guys out at 630. We love family. Our goal is to save and strengthen families. You know, with everything else, yeah, we need money. We need money, but it’s something about getting our priorities in order and that we don’t have to run after money. The money started running after us. allow Leon and I to do to help people seek first the kingdom of God and everything else will be added to you and then you got awesome clay to help you to build your business but it won’t be that struggle because the supernatural power of God will start to run you down and chase you down and the blessings will start to come when God helps us to put our priorities straight. So we love you guys, hope to see you tonight, 630. Such a blessing, God bless. And Pastor Leigh, what are you talking about tonight at 630? Are you pushing the Antifa message? Are you pushing transgenderism? Are we having like a gay parade here? Are we gonna have a transgender wedding? Are we gonna do a big BLM event? What are we doing tonight? Oh man, I thought about that. But I’m going to talk about how to defeat the kings in a kingdom already defeated. And we’re going to talk about how all these nations are coming together to try to defeat America, but they forgot about America as not just a regular king. America’s up under a king, the king of kings. And so I’m going to talk about that and the strategies needed to beat kings who come together to gang up on us. And so it’s going to be very interesting. So come on out and let’s find out how we beat up people who don’t like us. And then to the four or five thousand folks watching online right now, if you go to rumble.com tonight and you just search for Remnant Church, you can watch it for free. But it’s like, I mean, Aaron, it’s crazy. We look at the numbers, it’s like twenty two thousand, Aaron’s sermoning, twenty four thousand people watched it. I’m like, what? That’s like a massive audience. I love Aaron. So anyway, it’s a sneaky church. It’s like 100 people, but then there’s like 20,000 people watching online going, that’s right. So it’s an interesting place. But let’s hear for Pastor Leon and Maria Benjamin. They’ll be here tonight at 630. And don’t worry about the color. Me and Clay are actually brothers. I just stay out in the sun longer than you do. Yeah, he’s out there. He’s out there. I’m in here. Okay, let’s hear it for Pastor Leon Benjamin and Maria. Thanks guys. Thanks brother. All right, getting into accounting, back into my lane. Okay, so let’s say the stairs, I’ll have you hop on the mic here. Let’s answer some questions on the board. A little context, it’s hoodcpas.com. It’s one of the largest accounting practices in the region. And so Paul knows entrepreneurship, but he also knows accounting. So it’s kind of the combo. So first question and we’ll tee it up. We’ll go back and forth between Paul and I. Here we go. Okay, first question, let’s see. I am a self-published author as a side hustle. How do I get more speaking gigs so I can sell more books? Got it, I’m gonna pick your brain stairs and yours, Paul. Paul, you have a great team. How many employees-ish are working now with you? We have 17 offices across four states. We have about 225 staff. Okay, so if you were going to bring in someone to speak to your group, how would you make the decision of like, eh, I wouldn’t bring this person in, or yes, I would? So what we’ve done, and we bring in all our people once a year, and so what we look at is we’ll use Google to see who fits within our culture. But a lot of times I’ll ask Clay or I’ll ask somebody else that has had a speaker in. Got it. So Stairs, you’ve spoken at some of the biggest events in the country, and if you were going to go back and do it all over again, you did a great job doing all those events to get video footage. Then you got all the video reviews, all the Google reviews, and then you got listed on third-party websites where basically you go to Google, you type in hire a speaker, and there’s sites that basically promote, you type in Google, hire a Las Vegas speaker, they pops up, and then on that website, they’ll list like top 10 recommended speakers or something. And Stairs, you built quite a business doing that. What would you say to anybody out there who’s looking to start a speaking side hustle business? Yeah, I would definitely encourage you to move toward that third party that Clay was talking about. That’s what Clay connected me with as I started doing my speaking. You guys, everybody’s got a group. Everyone’s got a group. I spoke one time at a women’s retired RV owners group. That’s your niche baby. Everyone’s got a group. And every group has an annual event. And every annual event has a committee. And on that committee, someone will be assigned to get a speaker. That has never gotten a speaker before. They have no idea how to do it. So they will Google motivational speaker, leadership speaker, some type of speaker and it will send them to some type of a third party. Will always be number one, two, or three on Google will be a third-party place where you want to have. It’s kind of like Angie’s list for speaking but it doesn’t work if you don’t have video reviews and Google reviews. Who asked that question? Who asked that question? Okay is there a follow-up question or is that helpful for you? Okay, yeah, that’s a great start. When I got on, actually a lot of times with these third-party places, they want to hook you as a customer. So a lot of times you will get hits really quickly when you are a new customer on one of these third-party places. I think within the first 30 days I had a speaking event down in San Antonio. Now the reverse of this success story is we had one man, I won’t mention his name, he came to a conference just like Clay Stairs, I met the guy, and he decided to not get video reviews and not get Google reviews and then try to do a third party listing. And no one wants to book you if they can’t prove that you are in fact good. So you need to do that, and Stairs did a great job on that. Stairs, the questions on the board there, I’ll just let you kind of erase them as we go. Do you have an eraser there, Chief? I don’t, but I’m just kind of got my own thing. Okay. There we go. What a concept. Let’s do the next one. Okay, Clay, give me a cure for burnout. I’m going to go with Paul Hood. Paul, you’re about ready to do your annual recalibration you do. Oh, yeah. Once a year. You’re working hard every day, but once a year you kind of do your reset. Can you tell everybody what your routine is? Yeah. So, next Wednesday, I’ll be sitting on a beach with a girly drink in my hand and no cell phone. Okay. Yeah, I run really, really hard and then I escape for a few days, nothing. But I tell you, Clay, you don’t get burnout when you have a vision. I am, you know, people see me like today, we had a meeting with our staff and I’m walking in and I can’t really stand still and they think I’ve drank too many chai teas, but it’s not that. I’m excited about the future. So I just don’t get burnt out really because I’m excited about where we’re going. So you’ve got to have a passion, figure out if it’s just showing up, do something else. And I would say this too, again, as you’re looking at this, I would just go back to this over and over and over and over. But you want to make a schedule that you’re excited about. What’s the point? You want to make that schedule you’re excited about. So I know it seems kind of crazy because I was telling you about my schedule earlier and some of you were thinking, he’s a horrible husband. Let me explain what I do, okay? This is my little secrets to success. I’ve been married 21, almost 22 years now. I’m pretty excited about it. Every single Sunday, I get my wife what I call marriage extension gifts. Every single Sunday, I go with my kids, and we buy nice things for mom, every single Sunday. And I do it because I know that I am me and I need to sell more. I need to keep selling the product here. The product is maybe not the best product, but I got to sell it. So every Sunday, we go get stuff for my wife. And there are things that I don’t want, but she likes. So I always get fresh flowers, organic chocolate. Paul, the chocolate has to have a story. It does have that story. You know those $7 candy bars you ended up talking about? Clay, yesterday my wife likes, she’s discovered she likes the little marshmallow eggs that you get during Easter. Peeps? They’re not peeps. No, she hates peeps, but they’re just chocolate covered eggs. Okay, got it. I went to four stores yesterday and when I walked in my house, I had a bag full. Boom. Got it. There it is. So you got to figure out a schedule. My relationship with my wife, you know, Sunday’s kind of our recharge. Every Sunday, I don’t really engage with business, I just, it’s recharge, recal, every Sunday. So last week, you know, we had a great time with the kids, we did just, that’s our thing. And then when I come home at six, I don’t talk about business. So I’m excited to hear from her about what she did today. She’s excited to hear from me, but it’s like we’re not worn out with each other because I don’t, does that make sense? Who remembers the 80s? You remember when your aunt would call you from Des Moines and you were like, hey guys, shh, shh, she’s calling long distance from Des Moines and the kids are like, holy crap, long distance, what? You remember that? Like, and it was like you’re excited to hear from your aunt from Des Moines because they’re a distant guest, distant relative, distant whatever. I try to make my schedule so that when I come home with the kids, I’m excited to see them, they’re excited to see me, and I just build a schedule that way. So every day prevents the burnout because I like the schedule. So Clay, I want to add one thing. So when I said you got to get a vision, what I mean is there’s so many of us, Clay, that just work, work, work, work, work. What works really good for me is I step back and I schedule time to think and to dream and to create. And that’s where I get a lot of recharging, because I get really excited. But if you’re just showing up every day and digging a hole, you’re going to get burnout. OK, Stairs, yes. I was just going to say on the burnout, just like we have that tracking sheet, and when you’re looking at numbers on the tracking sheet, the numbers will reveal where you need to work in your company, what needs help. Burnout, I would say burnout is like an emotional tracking sheet and so if you are experiencing burnout it is an indicator that there is something that we are doing that is not efficient. There is something that we are doing in the company, in my life, that is causing the burnout and let’s start making changes there. Because burnout is just an indicator of an emotional thing that something’s off. We just need to find out what’s off and let’s fix that thing. And that will take care of the burnout. But if you don’t fix that thing and just try to overcome the burnout, good luck. Now, one of the things that Sean, can you go to YouTube and type in Boys to Men, Charlie Puth, if you leave me now. How many of you sing? I’m not asking you, I won’t ask you to volunteer, but anybody here sing in a choir at church sometimes? Okay. And do you recognize pitch? Like who’s on pitch? Who’s off pitch? Are we on the same page? There are certain people that cannot do this. They’re off pitch. And they’re not trying to hurt your ears, but I mean this sincerely, they can’t sing. Are we aware of this? Okay. And so in a business, play on this, this is Charlie Puth. I don’t agree with anything that Charlie Puth has ever said politically, but here he is. But he has perfect No, this is not goodbye. I swear that I’m gonna change. No, baby, please don’t cry. It doesn’t have to end this way. Cause when I think of all the nights I’ve been away That is really tough to do, right? So, in my business, I kind of view my business as like a song and everyone’s got a certain pitch and if you’re not at that frequency, I just don’t want you singing I don’t know if that makes any sense I’m not offended, but just stop peeing in my pool You know? And I’m that way with all people at all times So, some of you won’t agree with my life philosophy, but I just will not spend weekends or holidays with people I don’t like. And I don’t care if I’m related to them or not. I do not care, I didn’t choose that. I’m just not gonna have a bad weekend every weekend because the same people show up. I’m just not. So we have family time on Sunday, but only certain people are invited. It’s the family that I recognize as family, okay? Because I’m just not gonna, you know what I’m talking about though? So in your business, a lot of the burnout is where you have the same friction every single week. And a big issue with that as well related to that is accounting. And Paul, you sit down with business owners. And what percentage of time does a business owner reach out to one of your coaches or you? And they sit down and they’re great people, but they don’t know where they’re at financially. That’s ninety nine percent of the time. They don’t know. They have no idea. And so how many of you have run a non-profit? How many run a non-profitable for-profit? So, you know, for the Reawaken America Tour, I’m just telling you the math, okay? The average person will spend 60 bucks on a ticket, you get 3,000 people there, you do the math, that’s the gross revenue, right? Then you reimburse the speakers that need, you know, airfare or hotel or legal and whatever the issues you have, licensing fees, renting porta potties. Aaron, how many police officers did we have to hire for Tulsa? Twenty-six. Twenty-six police officers for the Tulsa event. Plus SWAT. Plus SWAT because of all the threats. Then we had metal detectors, dogs. It’s just ridiculous. The whole thing is ridiculous. And the Jumbotron so people can see. And then you go, wow, you’re going to lose a lot of money. It’s not mathematically viable. So it could cause burnout if my goal was to be financially viable. Does that make any sense to you? So if you have a goal that’s not achievable, that’s also bizarre. So I’m not upset that we lose money. I’m just not, it’s not my goal, you know. And so, but if it was my goal, and it’s so funny because the RNC, the Republican Party, they keep sending over people my way. And they go, hey I’m with the yada yada group, and we can help you make your events profitable. I’m like, I don’t want to make the events profitable, because I don’t want you there. You know, or your ilk. So Paul, when you sit down with somebody who’s working hard, and you sit down with them, and you really coach them, and you really look at the numbers, how can it create a burst of energy for them, knowing, oh wow, this is the number that we have to change. Oh, this is the, how does that free people up a little bit? Well, you know, Clay, you’ve taught me the key to success is to measure where you’re at, define where you want to go, create a plan, execute the plan, measure results so you can modify the plan. And so the problem is, imagine this, I don’t know if any of you guys target shoot with guns or whatever. Let’s say you’ve got a rifle and the target is a mile away and you keep shooting and you keep missing. You get frustrated. Eventually, you quit shooting. You move the target up close and you shoot, you’re going to hit, you may not hit the bullseye, but you can adjust. So the challenge is what creates excitement is knowing that you have control, but you don’t have control until you measure where the things are going. So you have to have that goal up close so you can actually feel like you can make a difference. Now, Sean, if you look up the roller skaters on the beach in California, I can’t remember what beach it is, but you’ll find it, Sean. You just search around. There’s a group, who’s been to San Diego, where there’s roller skaters, we have quad skates and they skate while dancing to hip-hop music. Have you seen these people? Have you seen these people? These people want to bring back quad skating, and if you talk to them, that’s their passion. And I’m not expecting you to be an expert on this, Paul, but why isn’t quad skate dance hip-hop coming back? Why isn’t it? Yeah. Well, I know I would kill myself if I tried it, so that’s one thing, but I don’t know. I mean, taste change, it’s a fad. Sometimes they circle back around. I don’t know. These are these people. And my wife, every time we go, every time we go to San Diego, I’m always like, hey, just drop me off. I’m going to watch these homeboys and homegirls. I’ll be there for hours, it’s fun. Hit play. Crank it up, Sean, you get the audio here? ♪ I’m gonna go to the end of the world ♪ ♪ Where there ain’t no end of the world ♪ ♪ I’m gonna go to the end of the world ♪ Pause, and you’ll keep, Sean, you’ll keep looking, you’ll find some good ones. But these guys, this is what they, there’s like people that choreograph this stuff, and I talk to them, I love talking to them, I go, do you do this every Saturday? They go, oh, we do it every night, we practice, and then we perform on Saturday. Really, why? They’re like, we’re trying to bring it back. We got to bring it back. I mean people forgot the old school skate. Who remembers skating parties? And I’m like, so your life passion is bringing back skating. They go, oh yeah, I mean it’s kids today. They don’t go out and do activity. Take, you know, and I love them and I love their passion, but it’s not possible to do what they want to do. Does that are we on the same page? So burnout can be called. Oh yeah, this is them. Crank it up. They choreograph, they practice all week. Okay, pause. I’m just saying, that is a form of insanity when you’re doing something that can’t possibly work and the math is just… So, Paul, have you ever had to sit down with somebody and go, hey, you may wanna introduce a new product or quit selling a product. Yeah, Clay, you and I worked with a client that they discovered they were losing money every time they sold something, and their answer was to sell more. There you go. That just doesn’t work. That don’t add up. So you don’t know. You can’t make changes. A lot of times people don’t know they’re failing because we live in a great country, and you can push that dollar forward, forward, forward, forward, and then all of a sudden you wake up and say, holy crap, how did I get here? So you’ve got to be able to measure. So again, and Paul’s team, that’s what they do. They sit down with you and figure out your finances. And I’m telling you, most people are very confused with their numbers or they don’t look at their numbers. Stairs, let’s pull up the next question on the board here. Okay, here we go. That’s great. We’ve got, Clay, we’ve got a bunch of great questions here. Let’s go to no-brainer ideas for service-based companies. Who asked that question? Who asked that question? Anybody specifically? It’s hard to answer a generic one if there’s a specific, I’ll keep it there and maybe they’ll come back and I’ll answer it, okay, next. Okay, let’s go to, do you write the to-do list first and then build your calendar off of it? Yeah, I build my, well I have a calendar and they’re called rocks, so my calendar is rocks. So every single Tuesday at 7 a.m. I meet with Steve Carrington and every Wednesday, I believe, Aaron, at 12, we meet. So it’s like a rock, it’s the same every week. And I schedule that and I don’t schedule other stuff on top of that, is that clear? And then my to-do list, I make that every day, and that’s based on the things I need to get done. But the rocks, you wanna commit to that. Anybody here who’s like really into Bible study, you typically have a set time you do it, a set place, anybody who’s really into fitness, you have a set time or a place, you want to have a set time and place otherwise you won’t drift into it if that’s helpful. Okay next question. Let’s see, is there a penalty for pushing or publishing too much content on your site? No, but again I’m gonna go back to my channel because maybe that’s how some of you know me and maybe some of you don’t on my rumble channel. I put out all the content myself, you know, and then our team puts up the video stuff. But so sometimes you look at it like, did you see my anybody who see my massive Baphomet theme the other day who saw the Baphomet theme come through? I’d like 10 videos on Baphomet, which, by the way, I don’t think you should probably do a lot of shows on Baphomet. But Baphomet is the the satanic statue, you know, so if you’re a Satan worshiper, that’s their statue. And you’re starting to see Baphomet now show up like Elon Musk is dressed up like Baphomet. You’re seeing Baphomet and rap videos. You’re seeing Baphomet and Baphomet is the sign of Satan. So I was just like showing examples of that. Well, I put out a lot of them and there was somebody who texted me a listener and they’re like, stop putting out shows. And I was unsubscribe, you know, so I don’t really care about, you know, I’m putting them out at the speed that I feel like they need to go out, you know. So there could be a penalty to the user if they feel like you’re putting out too much stuff and they subscribe, but my goal isn’t subscribers. Now, on your website, the more content you put out, the higher you rank in Google. So I would just recommend you put out as much as you possibly can if that’s helpful. Is that helpful, somebody? Is that your question? Is that it? Okay, next one. Very good. What transcription tool software do you use? Well, there’s three. Rev, R-E-V dot com. It’s a transcription service, but it will cost a lot of money because it’s accurate transcription. So they take the words you say like duck and they make sure it says duck. What else could it say, Clay? Other things, yeah. So, but a lot of times people like their website, they look at the transcription and it looks crazy. It’s because if it’s done by Rev, it’s very accurate. Temi, T-E-M-I, it’s very inaccurate or less accurate, but it doesn’t matter because no one reads the content. I’ll teach you how search engines work later today, but very few people scroll. So let me give you an example. Let’s go to hoodcpas.com for anybody out there watching online. What states are you in, Paul? We’re in Kansas, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Okay, and let’s also pull up a tab for claystairs.com, and let’s also pull up a tab for pmhokc.com, and let’s also pull up a tab for flowphotos.com. So these are, okay, great. And then, so what happens is most people go to the site, there’s a tool called luckyorange.com, luckyorange.com, and that allows you to see where people click on your site. And for a chance to win a copy of the home game that no one will want to play with you. Where do people most people click on your website? Somebody? Boop boop. Where does somebody click on your website? Let’s go to let’s go back to one of the websites here. Sean, let’s pull up the website for Hood CPAs. And we did have a lucky orange on Hood for a while there. Where are most people clicking their stairs on the Hood CPA site in your mind, in my mind, yeah, are they clicking? They are probably clicking on. Got a quote. OK, why don’t people scroll down three scrolls and then click at the bottom of a website? Could someone please explain this to me? Why do I do that now? Yeah, I mean, people just don’t. I mean, we could figure out why, but they don’t. To quote a pastor back in the day who was a mentor in my life for many years He said if you want to hide something from a Christian put it in the Bible because they never read it. Hmm They go what he was they never looked there I mean you could put the secret codes to the you know Enriching uranium put it in a Bible and a Christian won’t find it because it’s in there, you know, so interesting So on websites people don’t read words. How many of you know this to be true people don’t read words They skim so you want to put your top content at the top and at the end of the day Paul you guys do if someone wants to become a client of yours or think about it, how does that process work? What’s the first step? Yeah, normally, they’ll go to our website and they’ll fill out a contact us form and my team will call. And I’ll tell you this, and everybody, I say this most every time you have me talk. I don’t know how any of this works, but I know I pay him and then we get about 200 new clients a week. I don’t know, I could write the content, I could figure this all out, but I’d rather pay him so that I then can get the business and handle the work, so it’s a priority of time. So it’s a thing where if you type in Tulsa CPAs, I believe that’s the search term, Tulsa CPAs, let’s pull that up real quick, Tulsa CPAs, okay. So do a search for Tulsa CPAs. If you search for that, you see how Hood CPAs comes up there? Okay, that is not because we’re lucky or because I, you know, it’s because whoever has the most or most review, yes, the most objective reviews and the most original content, yes, and the most mobile compliance and the most canonical compliance. That’s how it works. So that’s how the process works. Let’s look at the next website. John, there’s one more site we pulled up there. Clay Stairs. Stairs, why don’t people go to the bottom of your website and read all the articles on your website? Because again, people just, they have one thing they’re looking for. They’re not really grabbing a cup of coffee and thinking, I’m going to read. People don’t read, they just want to look at it. So TMI is a lot less money to transcribe and no one reads it. But you will end up with words that rhyme with duck on your site sometimes. But if you use Rev, that won’t happen, but it’s a lot more money. It’s like a dollar per minute of transcribe versus like 10 cents per minute. So Rev or TMI. Okay, next question there, Stairs. Next question, best place to buy pure gold? Well, I’m going to walk you through what I did and what I do. I have bought gold and silver, not as like an emotional thing, I just do it, because of my philosophy on the dollar. But anyway, there’s a company called goldline.com that Glenn Beck, you guys know Glenn Beck? Glenn Beck, okay. So Glenn talks about gold, and I’ve had family that have worked for Glenn Beck directly, so I feel good about Glenn Beck as a person and what he stands for. So I bought consistently from that company called Goldline with never having a problem. And then through our friend, Sean, and through Stairs, I kept running into people who I know who buy, and I’ll just use the first name only, who buy a lot of gold, like a lot. And I kept going, well, who are you buying from? And we kept hearing about a company called Beverly Hills Precious Metals. And so that’s who I currently buy from just because I feel like I needed to buy from people where I, I’m increasing how much I’m buying now, how about that? I’m buying more and more and more and I wanna know the same people and have that relationship. Kind of how you’d wanna have a relationship with an accountant or a relationship with your personal trainer. I just wanted to have the same relationship. So I currently buy from Beverly Hills Precious Metals. I have bought a lot from Goldline. I’ve not had a problem with either one. And Stairs, is it not kind of fun to get a bag of silver in the mail? You guys, it’s wild. It is something. Anybody gotten the big bag of, it just comes in a cardboard box that’s wrapped up and you’re going, wow, that’s like $50,000 right there in a cardboard box. And for safety, Stairs has it shipped and on the label it’ll say, this is not silver. Don’t be thinking this is silver. It’s heavy. It’s wild. It just shows up. Okay. And Paul, for people out there who need a financial planner, do you touch that? Do you do that? Yeah, yeah. So the main thing is you’ve got to decide on what you think the future holds because the reality is I have no problem people buying gold and silver. This was six people in the country got this for financial planning, so I’m pretty good at what I do. If you have faith that things are not going to go to hell in a handbasket, gold and silver is very volatile. So just be aware, you know, people, if somebody comes to me and says, oh my gosh, I’m going to sell everything and buy gold. We do that. Okay, just slow down, make an emotional decision. If you’re making a financial decision, it’s what’s important to you, it fits with your goals and you’re, what you feel like is important, they’re great. But it is not a quote unquote safe investment compared to the stock market. It’s actually more volatile than the stock market. But it’s tangible. They can’t manipulate it. It’s there. So I have no problem with it. So next question. Yep, go for it. Next question. Let’s see. How to franchise. Who asked that question? Yes, sir. And by the way, your daughter does a great job. Okay, so the thing about, by the way, when you employ people, it’s crazy to get to see who they really are. Does a great job when you’re not around. Great job. Okay, so, good job, good parenting. So on this workflow here, you’d wanna do everything on this workflow, and then you document it, okay? So you do everything on here, and you document it. So, Sean, pull up the Dropbox folder for Elephant in the Room real quick. So you document it. So documenting means everybody, actually do this, go to eitrlounge.com forward slash staff. Eitrlounge.com forward slash staff. So it’s all documented so that people who are not you can quickly find everything. And you log on there, yep. And then everything is documented. So once it’s documented, see that’s, the whole business is right there. And I have people that always log on and try to steal it. I don’t even care because this is funny. We had a hair business in Tulsa that actually used to come to conferences and say, I’m a plumber. And I’m like, you’re a plumber? I think you own our competitor hair shop. No, I’m a plumber. I think I know you because I’ve met you and you’ve identified yourself as the owner of a hair place. No, I’m a plumber. Okay, fine. And they can come to this workshop and learn everything, but they won’t do it sometimes. So I don’t really care, but you have to document it Okay, and after you document it what you want to do is you want to come up with a prototype? Or have someone else who’s not you open one so for tip-top canine we charge the first buyer a man by the name of Brett Denton a Dollar to be the first tip-top canine franchise owner a dollar Now you make your money in franchise you get six percent of the gross revenue of the business Typically some charges high as seven to ten, but I six percent like you’re selling real estate a 6% so the tip-top canine location in Idaho every time that he makes a dollar I make the company makes six cents of which I see two cents we’re in the same page so this is exciting last month we had the company location in Dallas Texas I don’t want to exaggerate it all I’m just telling you they did a hundred and thirty thousand dollars of sales last month. That’s one of the locations of which there are now 18 locations of which I get 2%. Does that make sense? But the first one you want to sell it to someone who’s not emotional. Back to Paul and investing. Whether you’re buying gold or flipping houses, I worry about emotional investors. So I do flip houses, but I don’t flip houses emotionally. I drive like you drive, we all drive. And if I see a house in a nice neighborhood with tall grass I call I’ve bought them often and I flipped them often, but I don’t do it emotionally So I usually flip a house every couple years, but I’m not like a emotional flipper. I’m not an emotional gold buyer I’m not an emotional buyer and franchises. You don’t want to sell to emotional people. You just want to say hey This is the system It’s worked for my wife and my family and our business. And if you follow it, you should be able to produce similar results. And I’m so confident in my system that I’m going to get 6% of what you make. And if you don’t make any money, then I don’t make any money. So I need you to do well. So for your benefit and mine to have a Shalom win-win relationship, we need you to do well. And that’s what you call a licensee. So you’ll license it. It’s not a franchise yet. And make sure that that first location is very successful. Okay. Then after you get the first location to be successful, then you develop what’s called an FDD or a Franchise Disclosure Document. This is a document regulated by the federal government and on page, so the item 19, but on the item 19, you’re required to declare the financial status of the business, how the business is doing. So if you want to buy a TipTop K9 franchise today, if you go to tiptopk9.com and you wanna learn more about buying a franchise, I’m required by the federal government to send you the franchise disclosure document and to give you the cell phone numbers of all the locations. So you get to call them and do your research and see if it’s a good fit. So you could see why I wouldn’t want anyone to fail, right? Because if I have failing locations then that would not be good. So I don’t wanna sell to anybody who has life problems. I know it sounds judgmental, but if someone’s like, you know, when I’m sober, I’m really good at business. But I’m just, and when I’m not huffing glue, I am on it. But I am huffing glue, but I, you know. Or if someone is very emotional, like they just got fired, now they want to buy a franchise, you just want to take the emotion out of it. And then to franchise a business, you want to hire an attorney to do so. And the attorneys typically charge $100,000, not because they hate people, but they usually hate people when they do charge $100,000. Somehow it’s $100,000. And who here has paid an attorney more than $10,000 this year? And it’s usually what, 350 bucks to look at something? I mean, Paul, you deal with some top attorneys. I mean, it’s like 350 bucks to look at a thing. Oh, easy. Yeah, that’s usually their paralegal. It’s a lot of dog training a lot of carpet cleaning a lot of so but that’s the process So step one you do this board Step two license it step three hire an attorney to make a franchise disclosure document and the franchise disclosure document I repeat this to you and to anybody over here named Charles. It should only take you a total of 24 hours to do it To anybody here named Charles and to you anybody here not not you but anybody in this area named Charles It and so what how I did it with the brands I’ve helped to franchise, I’m not kidding, this is what I did. And if you work with me as a coach, I would help you if you’re willing to do this. I would say, we cannot leave this room until the document’s done. And you’re like, are you kidding? No, 24 straight hours, Red Bull, let’s go. I’m not leaving, no committees, no meetings, no emails, none of that BS. I’m not leaving this room until it’s done because I don’t wanna talk about it again. Because it’s mostly boilerplate because it’s regulated by the government. So, Paul, doing your financial planning, how much of it is regulated? I mean, how much of your industry is you have to – there’s some sort – you can’t just go huck financial products. I mean, how much of it is regulated? Yeah, when you start going – it’s one thing to come to me as your brother-in-law and try to get me as a business partner. But when you start trying to get investors from people you don’t know, then it’s extremely regulated. They have things, you know, you have to do private offering documents. You have to do all kinds of stuff. So don’t raise money until you go see an attorney. So when you get a friend, I’m just trying to help you save a lot of money. I’m just trying to help you. I’m dialing in here because I care. But what you’ll do is you’ll go and request a franchise disclosure document from Oxifresh. That’s a brand I work with. You could request one from McDonald’s or Floyd’s, Haircuts, whatever. And then they have to send you the franchise disclosure document. Why? Because it’s regulated by the government. So because they had to send it to you, guess who has the franchise disclosure document now? You do. Yes! And they’re required to send it to you. Then you download it. It’s a PDF. And you hit copy. And you hit paste what you copy and I know reason why I’m not being condescending to you I’m just being condescending to the entire legal profession okay what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna copy and paste and because I know you’re gonna lie to me mr. attorney I’m not having your ass leave this room until it’s done so you can’t bill me for 84 hours you don’t owe me for 24 cuz I know you’re locked in this room with me all day and then it says whereas oxyfresh is in the business of cleaning carpets, we’re going to change to say, whereas Eddie’s cabinets is in the business of selling cabinets. It’s like ad libs, who remembers ad libs? And you literally just replace the words because that’s what attorneys do today. You know, most attorneys just copy and paste. Who’s had an attorney send you the wrong legal document where they copied and pasted and they forgot to finish it? Who’s had that happen? And that’s where that conversation happens. I talked to my attorney. My attorney’s great. I’m telling you, you talk to your attorney, right? Wes Carter’s my guy. He’s great. But I’ll talk to an attorney sometimes. I’ll go, I know and you know and we know that you’re just copying and pasting, so can we just stop the jackassery and just get down to the… They’re gonna copy and paste, okay? And then you just replace all the numbers and then you attach to it a workflow, right? And then you have to sell them. And I recommend you sell them for a dollar a piece. Tip Top K9 now is 50,000 to buy one because it’s six weeks of training, you gotta buy a dog, you gotta be trained how to train dogs, you gotta get a car, auto wrap it, all that. But is that helpful, sir? Is that helpful? Is there other questions? I wanna make sure I’m giving you good answers. You good? Okay, all right. And next one, next question. Clay, how do you get video reviews and online sales? Who asked that question? Okay, what I do, and you saw me do it yesterday, Vicki, you saw me do it, but I, on the Reawaken America tour, when you buy a ticket, I do it for a lot of reasons. Two, one for security and one for relationships. But you have to request a ticket and then we call you. And I do that because a lot of people that don’t like us want to come to the events. Do you guys remember the Trump rally he did in Tulsa where it was kind of empty at the BOK? Do you remember that story? And what happened is a lot of people that weren’t good people bought tickets, or got tickets to intentionally not show up. Does that make sense? To make it look bad. So we talked to people, we vet them a little bit. So you need to require the phone number, if at all possible, when someone buys, so you can talk to them. You really need to do that. And it’s great market research, too. How did you hear about us? Have you used another product in the past? What do you like about it, what do you not? So you really want to get the phone number, if at all possible, and then you would call these people and there needs to be an incentive like, hey, if you take 10 minutes to leave an objective video review, we’d be happy to get you a discount or some sort of motivation for them to do that. Is that helpful, sir? And what kind of product do you sell online? You’re the LoJack guy! Good to see you, man. Hello, good to see you in the flesh. Okay, next question. Yes, Clay. Next question. Writing and speaking Christian Patriots form. Is that you, sir? Yes. Okay. And. And. And. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so let’s do this. I’m going to, can you, let’s just write Christian speaking events on their stairs and we come back, I’ll do a deep dive where I’ll run your whole business through the workflow when we come back. Any questions for Paul Hood before we break for lunch here? Any questions for Paul Hood? Any questions at all about accounting, finances, bookkeeping, gun ownership, just kidding, accounting, finances, exotic cars. Any questions for Paul about accounting? Yes, sir. Have you seen the total weight at all? I mean, I looked in your credit card and your bank, the current situation, like what are your opinions on how your parties operate at all? So, our firm is now the nation’s largest single owner CPA firm. I’m kind of this guy up here. I do know our team is investigating AI, investigating, we got to stay on top of all of that integration. The challenge we’ve had with integration programs is the operator. Oftentimes people, whether it’s QuickBooks or whatever, they go out and they pull down their transactions and all of a sudden they’re in their double. So just So, just because the software, and something else Clay taught me, is software often screws you up. Because we all think, hey, can we get a software, but then you’ve got clients calling you and trying to figure it out. So it really, I think they’re great ideas, it’s just really going to come down to the operator. What I see, and I’m sure Paul sees it more than I do, but I only work with 160 clients, so I see it like every 30 days, I don’t see it every day. You probably see it every day, I see it every 30 days. I see a lot of people with huge gross revenue and no money in their bank account. And it’s because they have this automated accounting system that’s being managed by somebody who’s not really accountable. And either it’s a nefarious thing or accidental, but they somehow drift to financial peril and not into success. I don’t know if that makes any sense. But I see like payrolls bloated, people getting paid for things they didn’t do. And so I would just encourage you, no matter what software you use, really look at it and make sure the data going in is right. Because what Paul, and I’m not putting words in your mouth, but I think a lot of times you are given information that’s not accurate. Yeah, it’s most of the time. They’ll come in, you know, there’s a lady that filed her own tax return and said she got a, was entitled to a million dollar refund. The IRS sent it to her. Now they showed up at her house about six months later to get it back. But we get a lot of financial information that is horrid. And people think they’re supposed to use QuickBooks or Quicken or some program. Stop it. If you don’t understand them, use Excel. You can look in an Excel spreadsheet and say, yep, that’s right. Oh, no, that’s wrong. You punch it in and junk in, junk out. Boom. Other quick housekeeping notes before we break for lunch here. Your business is super important to me, and so if you put your business on the whiteboard and you go, hey, could you help run my business through the workflow, I’ll be happy to run your business through the workflow. You can feel free to video it, film it, whatever that is because a lot of times you hear these things but it’s like how does it apply to my business? So if you want me to run your business through the workflow, just put your business name on there, I’ll be happy to run through it so you can see how it applies to you. Second housekeeping note I want to share with you is you and I, we only have a certain amount of time that we have on this earth. I don’t know what that amount of time is, I’m not sure the whole thing, but you don’t want to spend your time turning your passion into a profit center if it’s not possible. Let me try again. You don’t want to spend your time trying to turn your passion into your profit center if it’s not possible. So I’ll tell you a very sad, but also awesome story. There’s a young man who showed up in my life and he is a tutor of kids, you know, kids struggle to read. I’ve got five kids who here has kids. Yeah, you have one kid that’s great at math, one that doesn’t do math, one that’s good at speaking, one that doesn’t. Okay. So this guy, he’s a tutor and Paul, he’s got the passion to teach. There you go. Oh, he wants to do it. You know? So he goes to a lot of the schools and tells people, I want to teach your kids. And the parents call, he answers the phone. It’s a true story. And he’s got all the degrees he’s into it. Hey, I’d love to help your kid. And they go, how much do you charge? And he’s like, well, we do $50 an hour. And I teach your kid how to read. I teach your kid how to do math. I have unbelievable resumes and references and proof that I can do it. I got the degrees. And he, every week would come into our meeting and he’s like, man, I’m only doing like $1,500 a week of business and I’m personally working with the kids and it’s like one out of four parents is okay with paying 50 an hour you know like one out of four because $50 an hour to teach your kid to read I’m not judging you I’m just saying it in Tulsa you know three out of four parents are like $50 an hour to teach Bobby to read I don’t know. Now, so we call it human tutoring. Is that what we call it? Human tutoring, right? Meanwhile, at the dog training business, they were going tip-top canine. I’m looking to get my dog trained. Okay, great. What kind of dog do you have? It’s a Pyrenees. Okay, what’s the problem? It’s always jumping on people. It’s just a jumper. It’s eating everything and pooping in my garage. Okay, well, it’s a dollar for the first lesson, and then our packages start at this price. And most people go up two thousand dollars. I mean, is that all OK? Yeah, let’s do two thousand, three thousand, whatever I have to do, just make it stop jumping. So I went to my tutor guy and I said to the guy, you’re mentoring the wrong mammal. And, you know, like you’re the wrong mammal. And he goes, what? I know. Like if you wanted to mentor like a dog You’re gonna make a hundred grand a year and it requires six weeks of training Now if you want to train a human you’re gonna have to go to school for six years And you’re gonna live a life of poverty and he’s like I hate you so much And I’m not kidding that was the thing and we came back and he goes I’ve been a client of yours for like two weeks You’re telling me I should stop the business? I go, you should shut it down. Shut it down, set it on fire, collect some insurance. I’m just kidding. But you know what I mean? Just like, because he’s got a big, I’m not kidding. And he thanked me for this because it was not possible to scale the business. And now today he switched into a different industry, hucking real estate. He sells real estate. Same skills, same effort. But now he’s making a 6% commission selling properties. So I want to ask you this because, Paul, you’re a man who likes to take some of your profits and invest in your passion, which is educating people. But that’s not your profit center. Am I being clear? The profits come out of the business, and then you take the profit and put it into your passion. Can you briefly talk about that, sir? Yeah. So I grew up really, really poor, just finished writing a book. It’s called Roadkill Tastes Like Chicken. And it’s because we’ve gone, you know, from poverty to where we’re at now. And it comes from abuse, alcoholism on both sides. My mom was about the only sibling of hers that graduated high school. She married a dark-skinned man. I love my heritage, but he put his hands on her after two years, and she said no. Single mom, welfare. She changed that path that we were on. So now I am the first person in my family to go to college, all my kids have college degrees, and we’re successful. The rest of my family is not. So my passion is what’s going on in our community right now. Tulsa public schools, they’re not giving them tests. They give them a little laptop and say, go do this. They’re not giving them tests. They’re not giving them homework. They’re just passing them on. What kind of hope do those kids have? They have no hope. So God’s laid on my heart to build my business to a point so I can take ten million dollars, build a private school that’s free in Tulsa, Oklahoma. So that these people, now they got to work, they’re gonna be held accountable, but it’s free. And so if I’ve got to do this to create what I want to do for my passion. Is that clear though? Because if your passion is, in my case, I love goats. If you go outside, you’ll see my goats. I love them. They’re great guys. They’re like well-domesticated dogs, but they don’t require walking. Look at that good looking guy on that cover. Look at that cover. Yeah, that is some shop work right there. So what you do, but if you’re here today and you’re in a business that’s not mathematically possible to achieve financial success, I would just advise you to take what you’re learning here and maybe consider switching industries. And one way to do that is to network here. And Ryan with Flow Photos, that’s Ryan. Can you come here for just a second before lunch? That’s Ryan with Flow Photos. And let’s hear it for Ryan with Flow Photos. He’s a success story. Great guy. I think you and Randy go to the same church or went to the same church. And can you tell everybody what your business is? Yeah, we do real estate photography. We take pictures of houses that are for sale, fly drones, that whole deal. How much does it cost to buy a Flow photography than when the license one? Yeah, it’s a dollar licensing fee and to get all of your equipment, everything you need to get started, it’s less than 15,000. So, you know, you can buy a business for 15 grand and you’re basically buying equipment and then he teaches you how to do it. They have a call center that works with you to do scheduling. It’s a powerful thing, so you don’t have to answer your phone, they have a scheduling center for you, they edit all the photos for you. You can learn the whole thing. You got Ryan’s business with Flow Photos. You got Tip Top K9 as a proven model. We have OxiFresh. Full disclosure, these are all things that benefit me. It’s a win-win relationship if you move forward with them. But Clay, what do you do? $15,000. That’s like one semester of college that teaches you nothing. 15 grand. You’re making money. Come on. There’s a young man. I will be very vague about what city he is in, but he came to one of these conferences and didn’t know what he was doing with his life. And he made last year net income of eight hundred thousand dollars doing this. Eight hundred thousand dollars doing this, you know, and it’s like, huh. So Ryan’s refined it now where like other people can do it, where this young man, he’s been a client for years and years and years, and he had to reinvent the wheel and he went backwards. And now he’s in a good spot. But I mean, the purpose of the business is to create time freedom and financial freedom so you can do your passion projects. And so it’s really fun to see Paul now, as he’s grown his business, to see him be able to do that and invest in things that matter to him. But the co-laws right there, you guys give a Bible away to every new member, is that right? Or just the members that you like? So if someone wants to get a free Bible, they get a free Bible at Kola Fitness. And that’s their thing, you know, but they couldn’t give away free Bibles if they weren’t profitable. And so, and then I’m not asking you to share all the details of what you do with your money, but you and your wife like to go to Sean Voigt concerts, correct? Yeah, yeah, my wife, she’s a worship leader at our church and we’ve followed Sean Voigt to really everywhere. I think the first time we saw him was here. Yep. And then Little Rock, Arkansas, California. And this was all like right in the middle of the shutdown. And so it was super cool that, you know, his whole thing is let us worship, right? Don’t shut us down, government. Let us worship. And so it was cool to be able to travel and do that. And again, you know, my wife loves to support ministries. So I always get those anonymous thank you calls like, oh, he’s so generous. And I don’t even know who you are, but I’m sure my wife did it. OK, but so if you’re listening, if you’re here today and you’re going, well, what can I do during lunch here? One, you can talk to Ryan with flow about getting the flow. If you’re watching online, I would encourage you at least schedule a consultation with something like Tip Top Canine if you don’t know what you want to do. You also have hood CPAs. You can talk to Paul and his team. Is your team back there, Paul? They’re right back there. See that good looking guy? That’s that guy’s face keeps showing up. And you can get all of your, you can ask Charles Kola and Amber any questions you might have. Randy Antrican is here. And then any complaints you have about me, just give them to Aaron Antus and he’ll set those on fire. Okay, but we’ll see you guys at 1 o’clock. We’re going to break now for lunch. Where is lunch? Is it that way? That way. So lunch is in the back by the boom sign. So you’ll go back there and lunch is back there and you can help yourselves to lunch, and then we’ll get started here at one o’clock for our next session. So lunch is in the back. The number of new customers that we’ve had is up 411% over last year. We are Jared and Jennifer Johnson. We own Platinum Pest and Lawn, and are located in Owasso, Oklahoma. And we have been working with Thrive for business coaching for almost a year now. Yeah, so what we wanna do is we wanna share some wins with you guys that we’ve had by working with Thrive. First of all, we’re on the top page of Google now, okay? I just want to let you know what type of accomplishment this is. Our competition, Orkin, Terminix, they’re both 1.3 billion dollar companies. They both have two to three thousand pages of content attached to their website. So to basically go from virtually non-existent on Google to up on the top page is really saying something. But it’s come by being diligent to the systems that Thrive has, by being consistent and diligent on doing podcasts, and staying on top of those podcasts to really help with getting up on what they’re listing and ranking there with Google. And also, we’ve been trying to get Google reviews, asking our customers for reviews. And now we’re the highest rated and most reviewed Pes Salon company in the Tulsa area. And that’s really helped with our conversion rate. And the number of new customers that we’ve had is up 411% over last year. Wait, say that again. How much are we up? 411%. So 411% we’re up with with our new customers. Amazing. Right. So not only do we have more customers calling in, we’re able to close those deals at a much higher rate than we were before. Right now, our closing rate is about 85%, and that’s largely due to, first of all, like our Google reviews that we’ve gotten, people really see that our customers are happy. But also, we have a script that we follow. And so when customers call in, they get all the information that they need. That script has been refined time and time again. It wasn’t a one and done deal. It was a system that we followed with Thrive in the refining process. That has obviously, the 411% shows that that system works. Yeah. Here’s a big one for you. Last week alone, our booking percentage was 91%. We actually booked more deals, more new customers last year than we did the first five months. I’m sorry, we booked more deals last week than we did the first five months of last year before we worked with Thrive. So again, we booked more deals last week than the first five months of last year. It’s incredible, but the reason why we have that success is by implementing the systems that Thrive has taught us and helped us out with. Some of those systems that we’ve implemented are group interviews. That way we’ve really been able to come up with a really great team. We’ve created and implemented checklists. Everything gets done and it gets done right. It creates accountability. We’re able to make sure that everything gets done properly both out in the field and also in our office. And also doing the podcast like Jared had mentioned that has really, really contributed to our success. But that, like I said, the diligence and consistency in doing those in that system has really, really been a big blessing in our lives. And also, it’s really shown that we’ve gotten a success from following those systems. So before working with Thrive, we were basically stuck. Really no new growth with our business. And we were in a rut. And we didn’t know- Oh, sorry. The last three years, our customer base had pretty much stayed the same. We weren’t shrinking, but we weren’t really growing either. Yeah, and so we didn’t really know where to go, what to do, how to get out of this rut that we’re in. But Thrive helped us with that. They implemented those systems, they taught us those systems, they taught us the knowledge that we needed in order to succeed. Now it’s been a grind. Absolutely, it’s been a grind this last year. But we’re getting those fruits from that hard work and the diligent effort that we’re able to put into it. So again, we were in a rut. Thrive helped us get out of that rut. And if you’re thinking about working with Thrive, quit thinking about it and just do it. Do the action and you’ll get the results. It will take hard work and discipline. But that’s what it’s going to take in order to really succeed. So I just want to give a big shout-out to Thrive, a big thank you out there to Thrive. We wouldn’t be where we’re at now without their help. Hi, I’m Dr. Mark Moore. I’m a pediatric dentist. Through our new digital marketing plan, we have seen a marked increase in the number of new patients that we’re seeing every month, year over year. One month, for example, we went from 110 new patients the previous year to over 180 new patients in the same month. And overall, our average is running about 40 to 42 percent increase month over month, year over year. The group of people required to implement our new digital marketing plan is immense, starting with a business coach, videographers, photographers, web designers. Back when I graduated dental school in 1985, nobody advertised. The only marketing that was ethically allowed in everybody’s eyes was mouth-to-mouth marketing. By choosing the use of services, you’re choosing to use a proof and turnkey marketing and coaching system that will grow your practice and get you the results that you are looking for. I went to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduated in 1983, and then I did my pediatric dental residency at Baylor College of Dentistry from 1983 to 1985. Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40,000 cast members. He’s friends with Mike Lindell. He does Reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10,000 or more people show up to some of these tours. On the day-to-day he does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, graphic designers, and web developers. They run 160 companies every single week. Think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. Every 6-8 weeks he’s doing reawaken America tours. Every 6-8 weeks he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires helping them grow their companies. I’ve seen guys from start ups go from start ups to being multi millionaires. Teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system, critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business. Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So, amazing guy. Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. That’s what I like him most about him. He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best of you. Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that, we became friends. My most impressive thing was when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. When we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal and they were super excited about working with him. He told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. The guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his highest desire was to do what’s right. Anyways, just an amazing man. Anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate any time I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or navigating competition and an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs are all closed for. I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark. Hey, guys. I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys. We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us. This is our old house. Right. This is where we used to live a few years ago. This is our old neighborhood. See? It’s, uh, nice, right? So this is my old van and our old school marketing. And this is our old team. And by team, I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new van with our new marketing and this is our new team. We went from 4 to 14 and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from one to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed 13 grand for the whole month. Right now it’s 2018, the month of October. It’s only the 22nd. We’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you times a thousand. The Thrive Time Show, two day interactive business workshops are the highest and most reviewed business workshops on the planet. You can learn the proven 13 point business systems that Dr. Zellner and I have used over and over to start and grow successful companies. When we get into the specifics, the specific steps on what you need to do to optimize your website, we’re going to teach you how to fix your conversion rate. We’re going to teach you how to do a social media marketing campaign that works. How do you raise capital? How do you get a small business loan. We teach you everything you need to know here during a two day, 15 hour workshop. It’s all here for you. You work every day in your business, but for two days you can escape and work on your business and build these proven systems so now you can have a successful company that will produce both the time freedom and the financial freedom that you deserve. You’re going to leave energized, motivated, but you’re also going to leave empowered. The reason why I built these workshops is because as an entrepreneur, I always wish that I had this. And because there wasn’t anything like this, I would go to these motivational seminars, no money down, real estate, Ponzi scheme, get motivated seminars, and they would never teach me anything. It was like you went there and you paid for the big chocolate Easter bunny, but inside of it, it was a hollow nothingness. And I wanted the knowledge, and they’re like, oh, but we’ll teach you the knowledge after our next workshop. And the great thing is we have nothing to upsell. At every workshop, we teach you what you need to know. There’s no one in the back of the room trying to sell you some next big, get rich quick, walk on hot coals product. It’s literally we teach you the brass tacks, the specific stuff that you need to know to learn how to start and grow a business. I encourage you to not believe what I’m saying, and I want you to Google the Z66 auto auction. I want you to Google elephant in the room. Look at Robert Zellner and Associates. Look them up and say, are they successful because they’re geniuses or are they successful because they have a proven system? When you do that research, you will discover that the same systems that we use in our own business can be used in your business. Come to Tulsa, book a ticket, and I guarantee you it’s going to be the best business workshop ever, and we’re going to give you your money back if you don’t love it. We built this facility for you, and we’re excited to see it. Hey, I’m Ryan Wimpey with Tip Top K9, and I’m the founder. I’m Rachel Wimpey, and I am a co-founder. So we’ve been running Tip Top for about the last 14 years, franchising for the last 3-4 years. So someone that would be a good fit for Tip Top loves dogs, they’re high energy, they want to be able to own their own job, but they don’t want to worry about, you know, that high failure rate. They want to do that like bowling with bumper lanes. So you give us a call, reach out to us, we’ll call you, and then we’ll send you an FDD, look over that, read it, fall asleep to it, it’s very boring, and then we’ll book a discovery date and you come and you’ll be able to spend a day or two with us, make sure that you actually like it, make sure that you’re training dogs is something that you want to do. So an FDD is a franchise disclosure document. It’s a federally regulated document that goes into all the nitty-gritty details of what the franchise agreement entails. So who would be a good fit to buy a Tip Top K9 would be somebody who loves dogs, who wants to work with dogs all day as their profession. You’ll make a lot of money, you’ll have a lot of fun, it’s very rewarding. And who would not be a good fit is a cat person. So the upfront cost for Tip Top is $43,000 and a lot of people say they’re generating doctor money but on our disclosure the numbers are anywhere from over a million dollars a year in dog training, what our Oklahoma City location did last year, to $25,000-$35,000 a month. To train and get trained by us for Tip Top Canine to run your own Tip Top Canine, you would be with us for six weeks here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We’ve been married for seven years. Eight years. Eight years. So if you’re watching this video, you’re like, hey, maybe I want to be a dog trainer, hey, that one sounds super amazing. Go to our website, tiptopk9.com, click on the yellow franchising tab, fill out the form, and Rachel and I will give you a call. Our Oklahoma City location last year, they did over a million dollars. He’s been running that shop for three years before he was a youth pastor with zero sales experience, zero dog training experience before he ever met with us. So just call us, come spend a day with us, spend a couple days with us, make sure you like training dogs and own your own business. Well the biggest reason to buy a Tip Top K9 is so you own your own job and you own your own future and you don’t hate your life. You get an enjoyable job that brings a lot of income but is really rewarding. My name is Seth Flint and I had originally heard about Tip Top K9 through my old pastors who I worked for. They trained their great Pyrenees with Ryan and Tip Top K9. They did a phenomenal job and became really good friends with Ryan and Rachel. I was working at a local church and it was a great experience. I ended up leaving there and working with Ryan and Tip Top K9. The biggest thing that I really really enjoy about being self-employed is that I can create my own schedule. I have the ability to spend more time with my family, my wife and my daughter. So my very favorite thing about training dogs with Tip Top K9 is that I get to work with the people. Obviously I love working with dogs, but it’s just so rewarding to be able to train a dog that had serious issues, whether it’s behavioral or whatever, and seeing a transformation, taking that dog home, and mom and dad are literally in tears because of how happy they are with the training. If somebody is interested, I’d say don’t hesitate. Make sure you like dogs, make sure that you enjoy working with people, because we’re not just dog trainers, we are customer service people that help dogs. And so definitely, definitely don’t hesitate, just come in and ask questions. Ask all the questions you have. ♪♪
