Clay, you’re an entrepreneur, I’m an entrepreneur, and as they say in Stoic, the obstacle is the way. And so if you let these pinheads get in your way, you’re in trouble. Octononverba is the motto of the U . S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint, New York. I had appointments with Naval Academy and Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy.
And Merchant Marine Academy’s motto was octononverba. In other words, don’t listen to what a person says. Watch what they do. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show and thank you for all you do. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects. You know what I mean?

All right, that’s all the announcements this time for. Clay Clark. Super Dave, how are you, sir? Hi, Clay. Dave, I have a question for you. On this trip, tell us more about this trip, because I’ve heard people, I’m not kidding, I’ve met people on the Reawakened tour that have gone on some of these trips with you in years past, and they always say that the trip was life -changing, life -giving, it was, where are you going on this trip you’re talking about here?
Where are you going, what does the itinerary look like? Well, the first one is this is the first Footprints of Paul that we’ve ever done. We’re going to Greece, so we’re gonna attract the Apostle Paul all through Greece, which will be an amazing opportunity. And then back to Israel. Israel, we go to so many places in Israel that nobody else goes to because my friend is former IDF, and we’re blessed to go to literally places nobody can go. Talking about business, Lori Gregory went with me a couple years ago, and she formed two businesses while she was there.
She had an encounter with the Holy Spirit where Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
And out of that, I introduced her to one of my Israeli friends and she created biblical beauty, beauty products that are from the Bible. So amazing business even happens in Israel. I’ll tell you this, one more thing about this trip you’re going on. Paul wrote 13 books of the Bible for anybody who might not know that. I mean, basically the New Testament, vast portions of the New Testament were written by Paul. So if you’re watching this show right now and you’re thinking about going on a trip that could change your life, I would encourage you to highlight that.
Now, Paul, shifting gears away from Paul for just a second and shifting gears into how to grow a business. If you’re watching today’s show and you feel like you’re stuck and you feel like, wow, I need to unlock my success because I want to give more. I want to sow more seeds into a ministry. I want to be able to provide for my family. Whatever that reason is, I want to encourage you that you can do it. I’m going to pull up this video clip here.
This is a guy by the name of Paul, not in the Bible, but Dave, a good segue, but a man by the name of Paul. That’s why I was thinking about Paul. Paul Solins is a longtime client of mine. And who knows, maybe Paul looked like this, Paul. But Paul had a landscaping company, has a landscaping company. Just to put a little meat on the bone, I’ll pull it up on this screen here.
It’s called Outlook. side ink, outside ink. It’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And at the time, Paul was doing like tree planting, you know, planting trees, doing some landscaping, this kind of thing. I first encountered Paul, Dave, years ago because he to do all the landscaping for a church called Church on the Move.
So it’s outsideinc . co. Listen to this, folks.
Paul’s business is now booming, growing dramatically. Here we go. I remember some bills of $4 ,500 a month just to get leads that I was having to pay for.
And that’s only get a lead and a contact to where now, I’m paying you $1 ,700 a month, and I got 80 some leads last week alone, and I paid you $1 ,700. And to me, that was huge for my industry. That was one huge thing that – Now there’s a lot more to that story there, Pastor Dave, but Paul’s a guy who came to the business conference. He said, you know what I’m gonna do? I’m gonna go to thrivetimeshow . com.
I’m gonna come to the business conference and I’m gonna, and he was actually, he heard about me first through Aaron Antus about 10 plus years ago. And Aaron Antus has been on your show multiple times. Aaron Antus, we helped him grow his company from 14 million to 150 million. and Paul heard about what I do at thethrivetimeshow . com from Aaron Antis. Anyway, long story short, Paul is a very successful client.
He’s doing well today. And so if you go to thrivetimeshow . com, as of right now, Dave, we have 16 tickets remaining for the business conference, September 25, 26, September 25, 26. Who’s gonna be there? We’re gonna have Julie Green in the house, yourself, Dr. Stella Emanuel, Mel K will be there. Paul Sullins’ wife, his wife, she overcame cancer en route to building her super successful business.
She’s going to be there sharing her story. Eric Trump is going to be there. Again, that’s President Trump’s son, the man who runs the Trump Organization. You just go to thrivetimeshow . com to learn more, to look at the flyer. That’s thrivetimeshow .
com. When is it? September 25 and 26. Where is it? Tulsa, Oklahoma. Why do you want to go?
Because you’re going to learn how to start and or grow a super successful company. But now shifting gears here, Dave, this is a subject near and dear to my heart. lead to Roan.
Yes, all roads lead to Roan. Now, Dave, you know about Jim Roan. I know about Jim Roan. Can you tell the listeners out there, why was Jim Roan, the late great self -help author relevant to your life? Well, when I was starting out, I didn’t know how to be successful and there nobody in my household was in business. I wanted to make more money than just a teacher or a police officer.
So I knew success leave clues. And Jim Rohn was one of the very first person that I got his tapes, actually cassette tapes that I listened to over and over again. He was a Christian too and gave great Christian principles on how to grow your business. And I invested every one of my paychecks, I didn’t go out to eat so that I could invest in business books so I could learn the business world and that helped me. Jim Rohn said, one of his talks, he said, you need to turn your car into a library. And at the time, Dave, I was building DJConnection .
com. And for anybody who’s not familiar with that story, this is pre -Christ, so don’t judge me. And folks, just so you know, Dave was super successful in corporate America, too. So again, we’re always improving if you’re seeking after the Lord. But I built DJConnection . com into a very, very large company.
And we were providing entertainment all across the country, in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston. I mean, we’re all over the country. I haven’t owned that company over 10 years, but djconnection . com was a big part of my life. And so, Dave, I’m driving every weekend to Dallas, Texas, and I thought, you know what I’m gonna do? I’m gonna buy every self -help compact disc that Jim Rohn will sell me, and I’m gonna listen to all of them while I’m driving.
And so that’s what I did. And so what I wanted to do today, Dave, is unpack five of these success principles. Now, at our conferences, we’re gonna teach you the tactical and practical stuff, like how to optimize a website, how to grow a team, how to raise capital, to make a workflow, how to improve your marketing, how to improve your sales, all those things. But I want to get into five big mindset ideas here on today’s topic, All Roads Lead to Roan. So point number one, principle number one, Jim Roan said, discipline is the bridge between goals, and accomplishment.
Again, discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. Proverbs 10 .4 says, God blesses the hand of the diligent and punishes the slacker. Dave, just getting to the conference, go into thrivetimeshow . com and just getting to the conference is an act of discipline. It’s an act of determination. It’s an act of commitment to get there.
And Dave, we’re gonna have one of our attendees. His name is Josh Spurl. He’s an accountant from Canada. This is a true story. He’s been a client for, I think, eight years or nine years. He’s now one of the most successful accountants in Canada, Josh Burrell.
And he flew in from Canada to Tulsa. Well, his flight from Canada to Tulsa got delayed and he got stranded in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a true story, Dave. So he got in his car, he rented a car, and he drove from Minnesota to Oklahoma. And Dave, he chose to fly in the day before the conference. So the conference is a Thursday and a Friday.
He took the first flight he could take on a Wednesday. The flight got delayed, but Josh Spurl says, you know what? My flight’s delayed. It’s not going to make it to Tulsa. So I’m going to rent a car and I’m going to drive to Tulsa. I’ll never forget.
He came to Tulsa. He said, hey, my name is Josh Spurl. I’m from Canada. I drove here. Dave, I’ll never forget that. He says, my name is Josh Spurl.
I’m from Canada and I drove here. I’m going. Cause I’m from Minnesota and I’m going, you drove over here. He goes, my flight got delayed, but nothing’s going to stop me. I am ready to become super successful. There’s somebody watching this show that doesn’t believe this story. So I’m going to put a little proof on it.
This is Josh Spurl. This is his story right here. Spurl CPAs. He’s up there in Canada. One of the most successful accountants in Canada.
Dave, let’s talk about determination. for a second. When you said you’re gonna do this show today, you did the show today.
When you said you’re gonna start his glory, you started his glory. What does determination mean to you? Determination is against whatever odds are thrown at you, you just knock it out, your A’s, your B’s, your C’s, and you gotta have that discipline. It’s like being a Marine. It’s gotta be from A to Z, and if you don’t have that discipline, you’ll never get it done. Next notable quotable Jim Rohn says, without a sense of urgency, desire loses its value.
Without a sense of urgency, desire loses its value.
That is so true. So I encourage everybody, during the break, with a sense of urgency, go on over to Thrivetimeshow . com. Thrivetimeshow . com. Request your tickets.

during the break with a sense of urgency, Dave. Parasites slowly increase in your body over a lifetime. The mother worm lays 20 to 200 ,000 eggs a day.
And it doesn’t necessarily need to be worms. These could be microscopic. If there are any general surgeons out there, I know what you’re saying. I open up the gut all the time and I don’t see parasites. Because these are intracellular parasites or microscopic parasites.
And they’re not something that most people would see. Where can we get parasites?
From pets, your favorite sushi, doorknobs, even a simple handshake. You can’t see them. but they’re everywhere, even inside you. We can’t avoid life, but we can fight back. Purge. Advanced Parasite Cleanse.

Super Dave, I appreciate you joining, allowing me to be here on your broadcast and allowing me to join with your listeners. And again, I don’t know sometimes that I communicate this the best, so I’ll really try. I just know my father, may he rest in peace, He was, I’m 44. When my dad was late 30s, early 40s, he was working at Quick Trip, a gas station chain. And I was very appreciative that my father worked as much as he could to provide for us. He also worked at a furniture store, selling furniture.
My dad delivered pizzas at Domino’s. And I’m telling you this because my dad had a college degree, he had a family, and he didn’t know how to provide for us. So my dad did what he could do. The best he could do, he got two jobs. And then Dave, what would happen is he would go to these seminars these seminars where my dad had the best of intentions and he would go to a seminar and then someone would try to sell him a dream or sell him a product or sell him hype and You know, once I achieved success, I don’t know if it was a commitment I made to my dad or a commitment I made to myself, but I thought you know, I’m gonna do I’m gonna spend the rest of my life teaching people that are kind of like my dad, that are stuck or were stuck, and to teach them how to get unstuck.
And so this is my 20th year doing the same thing. And it might seem a little bit weird for anybody out there watching this, but for anybody who comes to my conferences, all of you in my mind are Tom Clark. That’s T -H -O -M Clark. That’s every single person at the conference. I view you, and not in like a new age kind of way, but I really do view every single person as my father. and somebody who just needs They don’t need hype, they don’t need manipulation, they need help.
And so when you come to our workshops, what we try to do is, you know, we open up the doors at 5 .30 in the morning, we have great music, we have great entertainment, but when you get there, the conference starts at 7 a . m. And from 7 a . m. until 5 p . m.
, both days, we teach you how to start and grow a company. Who’s we? Myself, I’ll be there, and all my clients. So I have, not all my clients, but let’s say 35, I think, 35 success stories are gonna be at this conference. Not 40, but it’s almost 40 success stories. These are clients that were struggling, who are now doing super well.
Then we bring in people like Tim Tebow, bring in people like Eric Trump, and I do them once a quarter. And I’ve been doing those forever. And even when the, my first big stand I had to take against COVID, Dave, was everybody was locking down, quarantines, curfews, mask mandates, we remember this. And I got a call from one of my shows that I was promoting the conference on. And one of my friends who has a huge podcast, and he called me and said, are you still doing your conference? And I go, yeah.
He says, you’re still doing a business conference? during the peak of the pandemic? I said, absolutely. And true story, Tim Tebow’s agent, Tim Tebow’s agent Esther, she calls me and she says, Clay, I am literally the only person on the airplane. I’m on a 737, I’m flying on a Southwest Airlines flight. I can’t believe you’re still doing this conference.
I cannot believe you didn’t stop it. I’m the only person on the plane. And that kind of thing continued to happen. I didn’t know it was controversial. I just knew the Bible told us in Hebrews 10, 25, do not forsake the gathering even as we draw closer to the end. I just knew something about our constitution that gave us the right, the first amendment right to peaceably gather.
I just knew there was something, we couldn’t comply. We couldn’t capitulate and that was kind of a start for me of waking up to what was going on. So we go back into today’s talking points. All roads lead to Roan. What is Roan? Jim Roan, one of the best self -help authors of all time, a guy who had a big impact on my life.
I know yours as well, Dave. A notable quotable number three from Jim Roan. He says, success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals on a daily basis. So I encourage everybody right now, think about this. If you go to HisGlory .
me and you click on the Kingdom Economy button, maybe your producer can pull it up, but if you go to HisGlory . me and you click on the Kingdom Economy button, These are Christian business owners that to the best of your ability, Dave, you’ve tried to vet everybody, try to find the best sponsors, and what you’re trying to do, and I’m not trying to put words in your mouth, but you’re trying to provide solutions that Christians can feel comfortable buying from. It doesn’t mean that someone’s not a Christian if they’re not on the list, but you’ve tried to create a kingdom economy, a parallel economy, a place where Christians can buy and know that the sponsors that they’re supporting or the people they’re buying from doing their very best to share the gospel. And so I would encourage you to don’t make it mysterious. Don’t make it about luck.
Let’s support those people. Let’s get over there right now to HisGlory . me. Click on the Kingdom Economy button. Try to find a business owner that you can support because we all buy things. Why don’t we support kingdom building businesses?
Go to HisGlory . me, click on the kingdom economy button. Notable quote number four, Jim Rohn says, formal education will make you a living, but self -education will make you a fortune. What does that mean? What that means is I showed you earlier that video clip of Paul Sullins. And I said, Paul, in order for you to become super successful, we need to optimize your website.
And he says, okay. I said, Paul, is your website built on WordPress? He says, no.
I said, okay, we’ll fix that.
Paul, is your website HTTPS encrypted? He says, no. I said, we’ll fix that. Is your Google map optimized? He said, no, we’ll fix that. Okay, are your social media platforms optimized?
No, we’ll fix that.
Do you have a tracking sheet? No, we’ll fix that. And you get the idea. We’re going through and he had no systems and processes in place to scale a company, but he did have a coachable heart posture, a coachable spirit, a desire to improve. And Dave, I want to get your thoughts on that because there’s something important there that we can all learn. We’ve got to be coachable.
We’ve got to get to a place where we are willing to receive education that is practical in nature and not be committed to the dysfunctional behaviors, habits, and actions that we’ve been doing that have got us where we are today. Well, it’s also biblical too. That’s where pride comes from in vanity, puffing ourself up.
If we don’t think we can get better, we’re all work in progress and we need to be coachable. We need to be able to adapt, find good practices, best practices. Success leaves clues. I believe that was Jim Rohn that said that. Study successful people. They leave clues and adapt that and have discipline in your own business, whatever that is.
be, but that’s the key. I’m gonna give you another practical story. This is a true story. One of our conference attendees, he came to the conference and I brought up Steve Currington from stevecurrington . com. He’s a mortgage guy, okay?
So stevecurrington . com, he’s a mortgage guy. I brought up Steve Currington on the mic and he likes to wear this red track suit. He’s kind of a fun personality. And the hand goes up during the question and answer session. We were teaching sales and a hand goes up.
And the question from one of the attendees was, as a mortgage professional, how often do you call your leads? So people that have gone to the website and requested information at stevecurrington . com, they’re looking for a mortgage, how often do you call these leads back? And Steve says, well, Clay and I have the same philosophy and it’s in the book, but we call them all until they cry, buy or die. We call them all until they cry, buy or die. Well, anyway, the guy asking the question happened to be in the legal profession.
And he contacted me, he said, Clay, listen, I gotta tell you a story. I’m coming to your conference, the upcoming one in September, but I wanted to share with you a story of what I learned at the last one that changed my life. I said, what was that? He said, I know it seems stupid. I know it seems not profound, but Steve, he said, call my leads until I cry by or die. And I said, makes sense.
He said, well, previously we were just calling the lead one time. sending them a text, and if we didn’t hear back, we would move on. And he said, now we just call every lead until they cry, buy, or die. This is an attorney in the upper northeast. And I said, well, how’s it going? He said, we haven’t doubled our revenue.
We’ve, we’ve like quadrupled our revenue. Like our, our revenues are up four X. And the only thing that we’ve changed and our sales process is just, we follow up with people. And I said, absolutely. He goes, I don’t know why I was reluctant to do that. And I said, well, listen, we live in a world where people are bombarded by text messages, emails, social media alerts. Um, my, my son’s school is always sending me updates.
The school that my daughters go to says, me updates. The church I go to sends me updates. People I know, the other day, a woman sent me like a long video, Dave. It’s like a 30 minute plus video. And she said, you have to watch it.
I respect her enough, so I called her. I said, I will watch the video if you need me to. What specifically are you looking for me to gain from the video?
Like what is the knowledge you want me?
I respect you, I wanna, she goes, oh, I hadn’t watched it yet.
I just forwarded it because I, you know, I thought you might be interested. And I’m like, what? And it’s this heavily AI generated version of like the Bible mixed with some conspiracy theory. And I’m going, and that kind of stuff happens all the time. I mean, Dave, how often do you get an email or a text or something that comes in that really isn’t relevant to your day? How often does that happen?
Like every five minutes, literally. Yeah. Yeah. And I’m just telling you, so we all have to, if we’re watching today’s show, we want to say, where am I stuck? So I want you to ask yourself the question, are you stuck in the area of branding? Are you stuck in the area of marketing?
Are you stuck in the area of accounting? Are you stuck where you say, I’ve never started a company, but I want to, what is the area in your business or your business in the future where you’re stuck? And if you feel stuck, Go to thrivetimeshow . com and click on the testimonials button. And Dave, you’re gonna see over 2 ,000 client success stories of people that have been able to achieve massive success over the past 20 years. That’s thrivetimeshow .
com, click on the testimonials button. Now notable quotable number five, coming in hot. Jim Rohn says, you don’t get paid for the hour, you get paid for the value that you bring to the hour. You don’t get paid for the hour, you get paid for the value that you bring to the hour. So Dave, before I came on, I was listening, you were talking about a product I believe it helps you sleep better. I think that’s correct.
What was the name of that product chronology? It’s the best. I’ll use it every night So the product chronology it it works. It’s effective therefore use it, you buy it, you talk about it, and theoretically the people that own this company, Chronology, they’re gonna make a profit in exchange for solving a problem. And the guy who invented Chronology, whoever he is, he doesn’t need to invest hour after hour after hour after hour after hour after hour, working hourly on the clock.
He invented the product, maybe he patented it, hour, not for the number of hours he’s working. And that’s what entrepreneurship is. Entrepreneurship is finding a path to get paid for the value that you add to the hour, not for the number of hours that you work. So if you’re watching this show right now and you want to have more time and more money to invest in the kingdom, go to ThriveTimeShow . com, ThriveTimeShow . com.
And if you want to invest in some kingdom driven businesses that Dave and his team have vetted, check out HisGlory . me. That’s HisGlory . me.
And again, you can get those tickets for our in -person workshop. We have 16 tickets left. Thrivetimeshow . com, Thrivetimeshow . com. Dave, I’m excited to be there.
Dave, I know you’re going to be there. 16 tickets are left, my friend.
Yes, get them quickly. You know, the guy that owns Chronology has been at your workshop.
I think he’s a ticket -to -able. So you got to go. You got to go in there. I’m telling you, you’re going to meet a lot of people from the Rio. They can tour. Dr. Stella is going to be there.

Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay is the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens.
I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right?
His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.
4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.
I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up. Everything’s just blown up. Well you’re right.
It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves.
Actually I learned at the Academy King’s Point in New York Octa nonverbal. Watch what a person does. not what they say. But I recognized at the age of 15, I’m going, you know what? I am not going to live that way. And so I started a company out of my parents’ basement called DJ connection .
com. And I decided I am going to have success. And so I reached out to millionaires and people that I kind of knew through church and friendships and people that parents of my friends. And I said, what book would you recommend that I read? I’m a 15 year old asking this question, true story. And I kept being told you got to read.
Hello. Hello. Hello. Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Radio Show. It’s an exciting time. Also I think a treacherous time, a spooky time also.
But it’s always, you know, danger is a good time. Today my guest is Clay Clark and I went out with Tom Wheelwright to visit Clay with Eric Trump also. And the reason I wanna talk to Clay this morning is a very important subject called study. And the reason I say that is things are changing so fast And many people are completely missing the show. You know, things are changing at rapid, rapid, rapid speed. Technology is changing.
So I went to Tulsa, again, with Tom Wheelwright. Eric Trump. And the thing I was so impressed about Clay is this word called study. I don’t know, you guys must be in your water or something, Clay, but boy, I was so, so impressed how big you guys are. But what really impressed me was you have this huge congregation. They’re all about guys your age.
They’re on fire. and you start your classes at five in the morning. Now, let me talk to you about study here. We show our books here. This is how I study. You know, this is The Creature from Jekyll Island.
It’s on the Fed, and Clay’s doing the same thing. We study. So I go out to Clay’s place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s built this huge compound out there, and you guys start at five o ‘clock in the morning.
That’s not by Zoom.
They drive there.
They show up five o ‘clock, bright -haired, bushy -tailed, and all this, and they’re on fire. Your group is on fire.
So that’s what was unclear. This technology, you tell your group, I was so, so impressed because, like I said, study has become a bad word. I got into fights in my own company because our staff didn’t want to study anymore.
And I just, I don’t know how they can not do that. So Clay, anyway, welcome to the Rich Dad Radio Show. That’s what I wanna talk to you about, is how do you do it? Five o ‘clock in the morning, you have hundreds of people showing up in your huge, huge, huge auditorium on your property to study. Anyway, welcome to the show, Clay, and what turns you on so much? That’s what I wanna know.
Give us a little bit about your background. Karime Schofield, and the name of our company is Whistle While You Clean. I am Sophia Schofield. We live in Cincinnati, OH and we service the tri -state. So Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana. We were getting a phone call and we were like, why is someone calling our business line?
That’s unusual. And we picked it up and it was a lead. I mean, it’s it’s been incredible, Clay. It’s we’ve had like we’ve gone from zero to like 100 percent growth. Like we’re like a full functioning company. It’s great.
Like we were blown away at how well we’re doing. So working with you guys, you guys have really taught us a lot about generating leads and pursuing our dream 100. So we have a list of customers that we want to market to. And so we’ve been making phone calls, we’ve been showing up in person. We’re trying to get near the businesses that they would visit if they were visiting like a hair salon or something. And then we start calling them and we just start pursuing them.
And then the other thing that we do is when we do do cleans, we take a lot of video testimonials and we post those to our website so other customers can see. And then we also upload a lot of images of the things that we do. And so We’re also asking our clients for Google reviews after we’ve cleaned their houses. And so it’s this constant cycle of doing those things over and over and over again. I would say if you’re on the fence, go to one of Clay’s conferences. They are hilarious.
They’re fun. They’re educational. They’re so good that even my teenagers like them. And I would say, don’t let fear hold you back. If you want to start a business, do the obvious thing and hire someone who knows how to run businesses. If I wanted to get in shape, I’d hire a gym person, you know, a personal trainer.
This is like the personal training for business. It has been absolutely amazing. I mean…
coach is encouraging. When he first met with us, he said, Do we want him to be like a drill sergeant with us?
You know, what level of intensity do we want him to give us? And I will say he is incredibly, incredibly encouraging all the time. And he just hits the same mark with us every single time. It’s very repetitive, but I feel like I think we both really learn a lot every time we sit down and have a conversation with him over the phone.
It’s it’s he keeps pushing us to go further and he can recognize when we’re afraid to do something and he’ll give us a little bit of grace.
But that next week, he’s drilling us again, like pushing us to go harder.
Our no brainer offer is we are offering your first clean for a dollar. And that sounds absolutely insane.
It even sounded insane when I was talking over it with our business coach.
And I would tell you that that has generated some of our hugest clients.
I mean, that has been like a game changer because it opened up the door to more clients, more recommendations, more leads. And we were surprised how far that Dollar Clean got us. How important has it been for you to work out that scripting?
Even though you offer a dollar for the first clean, how important has it been for you to nail that down? It’s been really important, because it kind of, it hones in, so that you’re not just all over the place when you’re trying to explain what it is that you do.
And a lot of times, it’s like, you’re a good person offering a good product, and you have integrity, and you want to communicate that. But when you go to communicate without a script or without practice, it’s just like, a mess coming out of your mouth, as opposed to having this, you know, honed in practice where you know what you’re gonna say, you know how you’re gonna say it.
and you can almost expect better results when you do it that way.
Had you ever been an entrepreneur before starting this particular business? No, never. Did you ever think about wanting to own your own business someday? Or what was the first time you thought, you know, maybe I would like to open my own business? Absolutely. I’ve probably been dreaming about it for about 10 years.
Okay, let me go to your daughter here. Had you ever thought about wanting to team up and open your own business? Or was that something that you were maybe excited about or not so much? Well, for me, my parents would always listen to your podcast and business podcast. And as I started listening to them, I started realizing that I wanted to own a business. It’s www .
WhistleWhileYouClean . com. Honestly, the hardest thing was getting over the fear. It was the fear of the unknown. It was there was like a cloud of doubt that, you know, you can’t do this. You’re going to fail.
There was a few sleepless nights there when we did pull the trigger and join your team and start the coaching process. Even my husband put a little bit of pressure on me from time to time because it just it was just absolutely scary to take that jump and actually start a business.
