  4. The Late Payment, Pay Now to Avoid Credit Damage Scam – The scammer sends you a bill for something that you did not sign up and then sends you a late payment notice to go with it with a note that your credit will be negatively affected if you don’t pay immediately. The facts are very plain and the reasoning is very clear, but they still won’t agree with the conclusion. It’s crazy. Rather than learn from their experiences, they choose instead to engage in wishful thinking. Perhaps it’s more comfortable than reality. But I think that wishful thinking is one of the most profound human failings, the major reason that people adhere so strongly to wrong ideas. This doesn’t mean that you can’t be optimistic. You simply have to be realistic as well.” – Elon Musk (One of the founders of PayPal and the man behind Tesla, SpaceX, and SolarCity)
  8. Anything Related to Getting Rich Quick – Anybody has developed a new product that has been clinically tested by unverifiable sources in Europe and has been founded by an unknown billionaire is a scam. They said what are the most common business scams in so I thought about. Instead of saying the word scam moving forward, I could say what are the most common business type lopez’s? Oh wow I see right. So what are the most common thai lopez’s? So we’ll go ahead and start what are the most common thai like I got the first one:okay, what i, lopez and being on the plane with single women traveling from talking about that covers eating lots of books books every day you guys! Would you want to just type in tai lopez on youtube, you have a blasty blast of watching a con man who uses enough rented lamborghinis to attract the dumbest amongst us to do business with him. So here we go. The better business bureau was the first scam. Can I put a link to it on the show note, so you can watch it. The good folks at 2020 did an investigation on the better business, bureau and I found out that the order, the terrorist organization hamas had a perfect letter, a rating, an a rating, but yet wolfgang puck have like a c or d, so that right there just shows how great the better business bureau is going to say:hey I need to get ahold of the owner answer the phone or I’m coming after the better business bureau on we’ve got a concern about your account. It looks as though you might have had some complaints and I want to talk to you about this. When I have a better for me to schedule a meeting right away, we need to make sure they made it make. You feel like it’s a heavy thing like you’re in trouble like it’s the irs, and it says it’s just a bunch of crap payment, scam, aka, overpayment, tai lopez.

With this super move, the person doing the scamming decides to buy something expensive, that your business coach is selling and then the scammer overpays you for the item. The scammer then ask for the business to wire the difference after the check itself has been deposited into your bank account the check bounces, which leaves the victim having to pay the entire amount. Sheila did that to me when I was running dj connection, so she booked me for a huge conference. She overpaid, oops, I overwrote. The check. Could you just wire me? The difference and I got screwed. The next move is the pride cometh before overpaying for the bogus toward scam. This scam involves a local magazine or publication, calling you out of the blue to tell you that you’ve been nominated for an business coach award that you previously didn’t know existed, but they but $350 a plate to attend the award ceremony for $350 a plate. You can attend the ceremony or you can just get an award ceremony I’m telling you this is the contractors? Beware, this happens to the construction guys all of the time. So then there are typical, and everyone is aware. The late payment scam-this is number for the late payment, tai lopez scam. This is the late payment pay now to avoid credit damage, scam, the late payment pay now to avoid credit damage, tai lopez, the scammer. Send you a bill for something that you did not sign up for it and send you a late payment notice. It says, if you don’t pay it immediately, it will negatively affect your credit and because the bills $100 or less most business owners simply pay that bill. This is the check, is in the mail scam. The scammer acts like they’ve sent you the payment or they paid on a credit card or whatever, but they haven’t, and then they continue to ask you to read invoice them, while all the while asking you to do action items or to do work for them. When they know darn well, they’re not going to pay, you say just keep saying:could you resend it?

Could you rerun my card? Could you try again? Could you resend it and they do that until they get what they want out of you in until they wear you out, then you just quit. Ask marshall be seen this happen before yeah I had to get spiritual with one of my clients last week where he was having this be done to him all the time. I saw it now. He is a great dude. I’m really excited to be working with him, but his bias is, he still is not. May i, don’t know, i, don’t know, maybe clay you speak to this, but he hasn’t been jaded enough. He hasn’t been. You still believes in the good of all of the client that he’s working with chip I want you to put this on the show show notes. We had some stats from the show we did previously, where we were talking about the percentage of business coach employees that lie on their resumes and the percentage of employees that that that that does steal from work and also the percentage of employees that are just not even trying at work and we’ll go through those and just a moment it until we have those stats. I will just tell you that the us chamber shows that 75% of employees steal from the workplace. 75% will put it on the show. Not so you can see that’s crazy and the other step. What is the stats for the normal number of people that are lying on their resume? We have 5% resumes the percentage they pulled up here.

This comes at you from ink magazine shows, 85% of job applicants are lying on resume and that’s not just your employees visit important thing to understand. This is not just your employees visit the employees of your customers up to adjust innocent people, people in general, that’s right are lying on the resume, and so the people that you’re doing business with are trying to scam you, oh yeah, i, sent that check. Did you not get it? Oh, my gosh, it’s in the mail, it’s it’ll definitely be there and you just keep doing that and they end up tying you up and all this communication until I told my client I go. You need to walk into that place of business. There is no better time spent than you just going and sitting in their lobby all day to collect the payment that you are owed and missed. Your client I want to help you in a way that lifts you up and never talks down to you. So hopefully this works for you. I hope it is notable. Quotable will help you, but business coach elon musk has said he had is easy. It’s been written, he says, I find it remarkable that I can explain the reality of the situation to people and still not change their point of view. The facts are very plain and the reasoning, the reason is very clear, but they still won’t agree with the conclusion. It’s crazy, rather than learned their experiences. They choose instead to engage in wishful thinking. Perhaps it’s more comfortable than reality, but I think that wishful thinking is one of the most profound human failings. The major reason that people here so strongly to wrong ideas. This doesn’t mean that you can’t be optimistic. You simply have to be realistic as well, and people are scamming you, which is why we’re doing this show. The check is in the mail. We talked about that.

The next is stealing cash. Many people cannot keep themselves from stealing cash. They just refuse to stop stealing cash, and so I would just encourage you to have a cash free business if it all possible, because it’s less easy to steal when there’s not cash, because I’ve had one person with elephant around. This is a funny story. She said that she dropped the money in the parking lot and it fell out of the pouch. So we couldn’t find like $1,000 and she just swear that she dropped it drop a pouch of satchel ate a bag of cash in my life and then was unmotivated enough to grab the dollars, regardless of how intense the gusts of wind were. I would always get the money. So I don’t answer 50 miles an hour. The fake utility scammer actually saw this happened. The other day in person, I went to supplement, store and saw this happen in person. This was awesome, I thought to myself. It’s so cool watch. It happen to somebody else. The business coach scammer pretends to be a water, electric or gas utility representative, and they simply show up at your business and demand to be paid immediately. The scam is so popular that the scammer will typically show up wearing a uniform and act like it’s real. This is like a movie. Do a lot trip if you ever seen this happen, I have not really. That would just make me really mad too I was at a local supplement store in a guy shows up and he demands payment needs to rest and utility outfit and I told the guy said:hey the business owner cuz the guys not to go to my truck and get your invoice I said because not driving a city truck he’s not driving a truck of any of utility companies. It’s probably a scam, get the 1 800 number to call a call real, quick, and so he tells the guy I need to call right now to verify.

Oh, this and I’ll be happy to you, pay them over the phone. By my handing you a check in this guy was I’m telling you this utility guy. True story was a hundred percent defiant. He look, listen. You will pay, it all shut off that utility right now and he’s like I’m going to call and I watched this happen in the guy. Just got it outright. That happens all the time downtown. It was hilarious. We have people that would come by and play that game. The next move, the tai lopez scam, anything that can get you rich, quick, scam. Anytime, you have anybody who developed a new business coach product that has been clinically tested by unverifiable sources in europe in has been founded by an unknown billionaire. It’s a scam. These people specialize in creating a false sense of urgency of getting in now and coming into the business in a big way in the first 90 days you want to get in rich, while you can on the ground level. Marshall talk to me about the scams. This is just mind-boggling, anything that is so easy, you just work from home. You just copy and paste stuff. It is a scam. Okay, if you are reading through things on social media and it’s easy, anybody can do it any state. You just stay at home. You just copy and paste this post a couple times a week and you screw people in you get them I’ve been working on my 8, my scammer and pressure in my skin repression working on it. Yes, I want to go and do it. Okay! Well, i! Do it right, hey, hey yeah I’m, here, just driving back from went to the san diego zoo balboa park! You know I’m going to my condo here on the on the beach and they’re driving, always throw is driving while filming dangerous web sure that’s illegal, but you’re, driving and so I wanted to walk you through my 7 tips and by the way you can just tell that the camera angles just wide enough.

You can tell they’re in a lamborghini or there any how was just driving from balboa park I’m going to be going out there I’ll soon to be a meeting of warren, buffett and I’ll. Tell you this it’s not about what people say. You know! Well, I must be cool hanging out with warren buffett and I’m going. No, it’s not really about warren buffett’s about the kind of mastery that warren provides and men the training, and that’s why I’m so excited to share with you. Have a whole lot of time here, but I’ve got 17 steps and I’ll. Give you one step right now and if you just click right here and you schedule a free consultation, the 16 steps will be illuminated off for you and all by the way, oh hey and then I’ll wave as celebrity or the wave, a hot business coach woman, or the way that a hot man it’s just ridiculous it. If you are being caught up and scams, you got to find a way to move beyond the scam. The final move is the home improvement scammer.

These scammers focus on pressuring buyers to pay upfront and they typically don’t deliver on their promise of offering a great deal. If you act now, they said you paid in full all build your brick wall faster you’ll, say:hey I was just in your neighborhood and I was just wrapping up a huge project, some extra supplies and, if you’d like me to remodel your kitchen while I’m in town I’m already here, I mean I’m out of town and just finished a huge job down the street. There and I’ll be happy to get started. The scammer move business coach chucky machine that I do not have terrible. It’s the worst I think. There’s a awesome. Simpsons episode about it to ask amber comes in to build some kind of monorail and just takes all their money and leaves search up going to put these three stats on the show. Notes one, 85% of job applications have lies to 75% of employees. Steal from the workplace. Free I will make sure we get this down. This is big. Okay, because I look put the stat on the screen that shows the overwhelming majority of employees are not engaged at work, because this is not about employees about the human race. It’s showing people are going to work and getting paid and not doing their job. People are lying on, resumes people are stealing, those people are trying to sell. You crap do not get scammed
