ACTION STEPS: 

  1. Get at least 7 hours sleep/night
  2. Reduce blue light exposure before bed- get rid of screens before bed. (Stop watching TV  and get off your phone 1-2 hours before heading to bed. Read a book instead)
  3. Avoid caffeine in evenings
  4. Go to bed and wake up around the same time every day
