(Speaker 1)
You think you’re too old, too young, too broke or too late to start pursuing what you really want. But every single day, someone with worse circumstances than yours is building the exact life you say is impossible for you. The difference isn’t their situation, their background or their advantages. The difference is they stopped making excuses and started making progress. Let me ask you this. Why do most people drift through life

(Speaker 1)
like leaves in the wind, going wherever the current takes them, never really arriving anywhere meaningful? I’ll tell you why. They’re missing three essential ingredients for a successful life.

(Speaker 1)
No vision, no focus, no progress. It’s that simple and it’s that profound. You see, life has a way of teaching us lessons. And one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this. If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan.

(Speaker 1)
And guess what they have planned for you? Not much. Not much at all. I remember meeting a man at the airport several years ago, nice fellow, well-dressed, seemed intelligent enough. We struck up a conversation during a flight delay and I asked him what I always ask people.

(Speaker 1)
What are you working on? What’s your plan? He looked at me with a puzzled expression and said, plan? I don’t really have a plan. I just take things as they come. Just take things as they come. Can you believe that? Here was a grown man, probably in his forties, with no more direction than a piece of driftwood

(Speaker 1)
floating in the ocean. And the sad part is he’s not alone. Most people live this way. They get up, go to work, come home, watch television, go to bed, and repeat the same routine day after day,

(Speaker 1)
year after year, wondering why their lives never seem to improve. But here’s what I’ve discovered after all these years. The formula for a better life isn’t complicated. It comes down to three things, vision, focus, and progress. Miss any one of these and you’ll find yourself stuck in the same place you were last year.

(Speaker 1)
And the year before that, and the year before that. Well, let me tell you something about vision first. Vision is not some mystical pie in the sky concept that only dreamers possess. Vision is simply knowing where you want to go. It’s having a clear picture of what you want your life to look like one year from now, five years from now, ten years from now.

(Speaker 1)
It’s as practical as having a destination before you start a trip. Would you get in your car and start driving without knowing where you’re going? Of course not. That would be ridiculous. Yet that’s exactly how most people approach their lives. They start their careers, their relationships, their financial plans without any clear destination in mind. Then they wonder why they never arrive anywhere worthwhile. The truth is most people are afraid to create a vision for their lives. Why?

(Speaker 1)
Because once you have a vision you become accountable to it. Once you write down what you want, you can no longer make excuses for not having it. Once you get clear about your destination, you have to start making the choices and taking the actions that will get you there. It’s easier to drift.

(Speaker 1)
It’s easier to just react to whatever life throws at you. It’s easier to blame circumstances, blame the economy, blame your boss, blame your background, blame everything and everyone except the person who’s really responsible for your life, you. But easy doesn’t lead to success.

(Speaker 1)
Easy doesn’t lead to achievement. Easy doesn’t lead to a life you can be proud of.

(Speaker 4)
But Clay Clark, man, he is one character.

(Speaker 10)
That’s a good word for him, character. Yeah, that is it.

(Speaker 4)
Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there

(Speaker 4)
and all the people that he surrounds himself with. His Clay Clark starts his days at five o’clock in the morning.

(Speaker 10)
Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah, he’s a machine. He’s a machine.

(Speaker 4)
But his, you know, I have problems with my company starting at nine o’clock. Yes, hundreds of people showing up at 5 a.m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man.

(Speaker 2)
Okay, we’re joined here in studio with Dr. Whitlock. Now, Dr. Whitlock, it’s very rare we have clients that are actually in Tulsa. By the way, I’m gonna put that a little closer for you. All right. It’s very rare that we have clients

(Speaker 2)
that are actually in Tulsa.

(Speaker 3)
How long have you been in Tulsa, Oklahoma? I’ve been here since 1968. This is 1968? Well, I took a hiatus for college, medical school, residency, so about 16 years. But other than that, I’ve been here.

(Speaker 2)
I’m going to pull up your practice here. How would you describe the impact of having a overall, having a consultant and a whole team of people, videographers, photographers, web developers, online advertisers, all that working for you at a flat monthly rate?

(Speaker 3)
Well, I mean, it makes it easy. So to do reviews or to do any videos that we want on our website or to send to clients, that’s all a one-stop shop. So it makes it very simple. Makes it very nice to not have to feel

(Speaker 3)
like you’re being nickel and dimed for every photo or video or change on the website.

(Speaker 2)
You’re in Tulsa, so that’s kind of a rare thing for our listeners out there to hear from a client in Tulsa. But if we go to Google, we type in Tulsa breast augmentation, you’re now, you’re always coming up at the top of results or near the top of the results. Can you talk about in terms of leads? Like, what kind of leads are you getting off the internet now versus if you can remember what it was like six years ago,

(Speaker 2)
seven years ago?

(Speaker 3)
Well, I mean, we’re scheduling months out our consultation. So we’re getting plenty of leads into our bucket. So that hasn’t been an issue.

(Speaker 2)
Were you ever in a place previously where you didn’t have leads off the website?

(Speaker 3)
There was a time, yes, that we were scrambling to find out do we need to buy more Google ads, what do we need to do to get those phone calls coming in. Yeah, we’ve been there week to week basis, not having the luxury of being able to schedule months out. I know that you know I know in a a generalized sense that Google changes their you know what they’re looking for their their their search engine and I don’t have to keep up with that so I know that you all are keeping

(Speaker 3)
up with that and make the changes necessary to keep us on. Okay we’re

(Speaker 2)
joined here in studio with Dr. Whitlock. Now, Dr. Whitlock, it’s very rare we have clients that are actually in Tulsa. By the way, I’m going to put that a little closer for you.

(Speaker 22)
All right.

(Speaker 2)
It’s very rare that we have clients that are actually in Tulsa. How long have you been in Tulsa, Oklahoma?

(Speaker 3)
Well, off and on for, yeah, since 1968. This is 1968? Well I took a hiatus for college, medical school, residency, so about 16

(Speaker 2)
years. But other than that, I’ve been here. I’m going to pull up your practice here. This is a your again you’re a cosmetic surgeon would you describe yourself or a plastic surgeon maybe how would you describe it what’s the difference between a cosmetic and plastic surgeon? Well a plastic

(Speaker 3)
surgeon has basically two parts there’s the cosmetic piece and then there’s the difference between a cosmetic and plastic surgeon? Well, a plastic surgeon has basically two parts. There’s the cosmetic piece, and then there’s the reconstructive piece. There are cosmetic surgeons and cosmetic surgery that really do a lot of the same things. Cosmetic surgery is the end of the plastic surgery field

(Speaker 3)
that I do.

(Speaker 2)
Got it. And your website right now, for everybody who’s watching online right now, for everybody who’s watching online right now, for everybody who’s looking for a cosmetic surgeon they can trust, it’s WhitlockCosmetic.com. WhitlockCosmetic.com.

(Speaker 2)
How long ago did you and I first meet? Do you remember how long ago it was? I feel like it’s been kind of in that six-year range. Six, seven years, somewhere. Somewhere in that range, six or seven years. And so with your practice, how long have you been in practice?

(Speaker 3)
Since 2000.

(Speaker 2)
Since 2000, OK. And the relationship that you and I have is a real win-win, and I want our listeners to know this. I mean, we obviously help you with your business, but my daughter years ago got bit by a dog on her eyelid, and we were very concerned about my daughter’s eyelid. And I knew you.

(Speaker 2)
And I said, we got to go to Dr. Whitlock. And you were able to repair her eyelid in a way where her eyelashes are growing just fine. And you would have no idea that my young daughter, who’s now 14, got bit by a dog. But at the time, I think she was maybe six or eight, seven years old.

(Speaker 2)
She got bit. Tell all the listeners out there about all the services that you provide there at WhitlockCosmetic.com.

(Speaker 3)
Well, I mean, staying in the cosmetic realm, we do anywhere from forehead, facelifts, down, I mean, quite a few breast enhancements, which include either lifts, reductions, implants, explantation now. So if you had to break down your pie chart It either lifts, reductions, implants, explantation now.

(Speaker 2)
If you had to break down your pie chart of work you do, maybe what percentage of it is cosmetic, where somebody wants to have a procedure to maybe help them look better in their mind’s eye? And then what percentage of it’s maybe someone had a car accident, they had glass, an injury, a scarring from a pregnancy. How does that, how does that,

(Speaker 3)
what’s kind of the pie chart? Well I think the pie chart right now is nearly a hundred percent with the cosmetic part. Now I do, there are patients that will call us up and yeah it had a laceration or something, had a dog bite per se and yeah we’ll meet them at the office if we have time and can help do some of those things. But yeah, the far majority of all new patients

(Speaker 3)
coming in are cosmetic.

(Speaker 2)
And you offer financing in terms of you have third party financing for people that are looking to have procedures. And so let’s walk through, if anybody’s out there, if they’re coming to our in-person workshops and they say, hey, while I’m in town, I may wanna schedule a meeting to meet with Dr. Whitlock,

(Speaker 2)
or I might wanna research you later. What’s the process look like if somebody wants to inquire about hiring a cosmetic surgeon? By the way, folks, if you’re listening and you hear a kind of a sound in the background that sounds like somebody’s hammering or screwing something together. That’s because we are hammering, nailing, screwing things together here in the studio here today,

(Speaker 2)
getting ready for a workshop. Walk us through, what’s the steps if somebody wants to engage with you and learn more about WhitlockCosmetic.com?

(Speaker 3)
Well, during their search, their inquiries, they would either come across this, either a lot of people, patient referrals, so they get the name, or they’re looking up something on the internet or social media whatever there’s a way you can inquire on our website or can call the office and schedule an appointment. Now I want to

(Speaker 2)
shift gears for a second here because many years before I met you I built a company called DJConnection.com I sold that I’ve had no connection with the brand I think for about 15 years now. Epicphotos.com built it, sold it, no connection with the brand. I’ve built a lot of companies, actually. Elephant in the Room, I’m still owner of EITRLounge.com.

(Speaker 2)
Built MakeYourDogEpic.com. There’s a lot of businesses I’m involved in. But with my own businesses, before I had met, or before I created the services that I now provide as a business consultant I remember I went I went to a web developer and I said hey Could you build me a website and he said oh, yeah, and I said how much you said? Well, it’s gonna be about seven thousand dollars to build the website and I said, okay But then every time I wanted to make a change

(Speaker 2)
It was like a $500 fee or a $600 fee or a $400 fee and And this would go on and on. And I remember going to my web guy and I said, hey, web guy, can you make a video for my home page? And he says, you’ll have to hire a videographer for that. And I said, well, do you have a recommendation? He recommends me to a guy. I’ll remember like it was yesterday.

(Speaker 2)
And it was definitely close to $10,000 to make the video. I said, okay, great. I got my website, got my video made. I’m out $25,000-ish. Then I remember I said, now, can you help me optimize it to get to Google? He said, we don’t do that. I said, well, what do you do? He said, well, I’d recommend an organization called BruceClay.com.

(Speaker 2)
He wrote Search Engine for Dummies. I said, OK, so I’ll reach out, talk to Bruce. And I said, Bruce, how much does it cost? And they’re like, well, it’s $8,000 a month for a year-ish. So I’m paying $95,000 a year. And I go, when I pay you to optimize my website,

(Speaker 2)
will you do it? They say, no, no, we teach you how to do it. And I say, so if I wanted you to write the content to rank in the Google search results, how much would that cost? And they go, well, it’s about $300 a page. And so I’m adding it up. And I started thinking to myself, self, if I ever get to a place where my business is absolutely

(Speaker 2)
rocking and rolling, you know what I’m going to get it all in-house. If I ever get to a place where I can do it all in-house, that’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to do it all in-house. And that’s going to be. Can you talk about the benefits for our listeners out there that don’t know of when you work with us

(Speaker 2)
about having everything all in-house at a flat monthly rate?

(Speaker 3)
Yeah, it’s really nice. You can videos, photos, website. Yeah, they’re writing articles in the background. And I mean, there’s optimization, Google reviews, calling patients, asking them how we’re doing so we get feedback that way with the reviews too. So yeah.

(Speaker 3)
And then all the added benefit of a lot of the other programs that you do.

(Speaker 2)
Now, you’re, because I think there’s a lot of people that are on the outside right now. They have a web guy or a web company they’re using or whatever that is. And they try to get a hold of the web guy, and the web guy doesn’t respond, and the web guy

(Speaker 2)
can’t find the passwords. Have you ever dealt with that situation before you and I met where you’re dealing with the web guy that doesn’t return calls, that doesn’t respond to things promptly, and that can’t find the passwords?

(Speaker 3)
Yes, absolutely.

(Speaker 2)
It has happened?

(Speaker 3)
It has happened. Yeah, it’s happened.

(Speaker 2)
Have you ever? Again, think.

(Speaker 3)
And I’ve been the web guy at one time, too.

(Speaker 2)
So you’ve seen it all. Now, I want to ask you this from a perspective for anybody out there watching. A lot of times in business, the consistent thing is that your staff, for a lot of companies, will turn over every three to four years. So I see some of the best doctors, dentists, lawyers. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the best in America. And I work with great doctors, dentists, lawyers

(Speaker 2)
in my own companies. And you find that a lot of employees, after a couple of years on the job, they want to move on to something else. They just want to go on to a new opportunity, whatever. I’m not mad at people. But could you talk about having access to, in this case, working with our team, where you know that every week, we’re

(Speaker 2)
not going anywhere. We’re going to be consistent. And although the staff may change, knowing that you have the same point of contact and having that in your mind, can you explain what that does for you?

(Speaker 3)
Well, you’re right. I don’t have to go find a new person or work with a new person because it’s been consistent the whole time. You’re right. There may be a different person doing this piece,

(Speaker 3)
but yet it still functions as the same unit.

(Speaker 2)
Now, other thing is you’re a busy guy. You’re a doctor. I’m not a doctor, but I’m a business guy. I’m working with business owners. You’re a doctor. Could you talk about the benefit in your mind

(Speaker 2)
of having a weekly time where you know that if you need to knock something out, we can meet once a week? Could you talk about that? that because I think, again, I’m just going off my examples of my experiences having worked with other companies previous to having built this 20 years ago. I just remember I could never get a hold of my web guy. I could never get a hold of my video guy.

(Speaker 2)
I could never, in the event that I did, I could never get my web guy and my video guy to meet together. So things would take six months. Can you talk about having a weekly meeting and how maybe that helps with efficiency.

(Speaker 3)
Well, I mean, it’s obvious that you’re not going to get that missed phone call because if I don’t have time and it’s typically my issue is if I don’t reach out and I don’t have things that I need done or vice versa, that we’ll get things taken care of that next meeting. So that’s been consistent and yeah, that’s been a big plus.

(Speaker 2)
Now, you’re in Tulsa, so that’s kind of a rare thing for our listeners out there to hear from a client in Tulsa. But if we go to Google, we type in Tulsa breast augmentation, you’re now, you’re always coming up at the top of results or near the top of the results. Can you talk about in terms of leads? Like, what kind of leads are you getting off the internet now versus if you can remember what it was like six years ago, seven years

(Speaker 14)
ago?

(Speaker 3)
Well, I mean, we’re scheduling months out our consultation, so we’re getting plenty of leads into our bucket. So that’s not, that hasn’t been an issue.

(Speaker 2)
Now, the other question I have here for you is a lot of times people, web guys, I’m sure you’ve never seen this, but web guys, they make things complicated. So intentionally so, because they want it to be a thing where you as the business owner are sort of held hostage

(Speaker 2)
by this poetic, artistic, esoteric, circular speaking guru guy. And then it makes it inactionable. But you and I know, and our listeners know as they watch today’s show and listen to part two of today’s show, there’s

(Speaker 2)
a step-by-step program we can guide you through to get to the top of the Google search results. Some of it requires your team to do the work. Some of it requires my team to do the work. Some of it requires my team to do the work. So the work that I have to do, that my team has to do, we have to every month update your website to adhere to all the new Google compliance standards every month. So when there’s a new iPhone that rolls out or a new Samsung that rolls out, we have to optimize the website. Every month my team has to add original

(Speaker 2)
HTML hypertext markup language content to the website. Every month we have to do the mobile compliance for the website. And then every month you have to wow your customers and gather objective reviews from your real customers. Could you talk about that, just maybe the peace of mind or the lack of peace of mind of having someone

(Speaker 2)
you’re working with that makes it simple so you know exactly what you need to do to win? Because I remember talking to my web guys and they would talk in circles in this poetic, artistic, esoteric, confusing way. And I would leave the meetings often confused.

(Speaker 3)
Well, that goes. I know that I know in a generalized sense that Google changes what they’re looking for, their search engine. And I don’t have to keep up with that. So I know that you all are keeping up with that and make the changes necessary to keep

(Speaker 3)
us on. Make sure that we’re not doing any, you know, copying any website out there so there’s no chance of getting in trouble and blacklisted. Keeping up with the reviews and we’re far and away ahead of the whole region when on our Google reviews. So, no, it’s, I can now concentrate on working,

(Speaker 3)
doing what I do.

(Speaker 4)
Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show. And thank you for all you do.

(Speaker 2)
I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects.

(Speaker 4)
You know what I mean? People rave about what they learn from you. So congratulations.

(Speaker 8)
Clay Clark is here somewhere.

(Speaker 21)
Where’s my buddy Clay?

(Speaker 11)
Hey, Clay Clark! Yeah!

(Speaker 9)
Clay!

(Speaker 8)
Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy.

(Speaker 20)
I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right?

(Speaker 8)
His entire life. Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 5)
My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma and Kansas and soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times. We’ve added, I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees and now we have a little over 300 employees.

(Speaker 5)
Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place. I’ve probably been to, oh, in six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences. And amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new, and I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team about marketing and how to implement.

(Speaker 2)
Okay, Aaron Antis, September 25th and 26th, guess who’s coming back to Tulsa? I will give you a hint. His first name is Eric and his last name is Trump. And his father is the 47th president of these United States.

(Speaker 2)
Yes, Eric Trump is joining us once again here, September 25th and 26th in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the two day interactive Thrive Time Show business growth workshop. But Eric Trump is bringing friends. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Alina Habov

(Speaker 2)
will be joining Eric Trump right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Amanda Grace will be in the place. Dr. Stella Emanuel will be here in T-Town in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Julie Green will be on the scene. Mel K will be here to say hey. Dave Scarlett from the His Glory team will be here.

(Speaker 2)
It’s going to be a blasty blast right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you want to start or grow a super successful company, if you want to make your wallet great again or make your wallet great for the first time, if you want to learn marketing, systems, scaling, human resources, accounting, social media, branding, search engine optimization, sales training, financial management and more, get your tickets right now at Thrivetimeshow.com. Once again, that’s Thrivetimeshow.com. People don’t know this, but the Trump Organization has thousands of employees.

(Speaker 2)
There’s not 50 employees. The Trump Organization, again, most people don’t know this, but the Trump Organization has thousands of employees. And while Donald J. Trump was the 45th president of these United States, he needed a competent man to run and execute his business plans. Showtime! So the man that runs the Trump Organization for Donald J. Trump,

(Speaker 2)
as he was the 45th president of the United States, and now the 47th president of the United States, is Eric Trump. And so Eric Trump is here to talk about time management, promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design,

(Speaker 2)
workflow mapping, how to build. I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it. You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet

(Speaker 2)
from a business standpoint. I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand? I mean, look at it, and this is the man behind the business for the last, pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it, so you’re talking, we’re into nine, going into ten years of him running

(Speaker 4)
it, and we get to tap into that knowledge that’s going to be amazing. Now think about this for a second. But Clay Clark man he is one character. That’s a good word for him. Character yeah that is it. Good driven smart and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time he’s doing so much good and then I met his mother and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work.

(Speaker 4)
So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with. His Clay Clark starts his days at five o’clock in the morning.

(Speaker 10)
Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah, he’s a machine. He’s a machine.

(Speaker 4)
Yeah, but I have problems with my company starting at nine o’clock. Yes, hundreds of people showing up at 5 a.m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader.

(Speaker 2)
He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. The lineup continues to grow and this is how we do our tickets here at the Thrive Time Show. If you wanna get a VIP ticket, you can absolutely do it. It’s $500 for a VIP ticket. We’ve always done it that way. Now, if you wanna take a general admission ticket, it’s $250 or whatever price you wanna pay and the reason why I do that and the reason why we do that is because we want to make our events affordable for everybody. I grew up without money.

(Speaker 2)
I totally understand what it’s like to be the tight spot. So if you want to attend, it’s $250 or whatever price you want to pay. That’s how I do it. And it’s $500 for a VIP ticket. Now, we only have limited seating here.

(Speaker 2)
The most people we’ve ever had in this building for the Jim Brewer presentation. Jim Brewer came here, the legendary comedian Jim Brewer came to Tulsa and we had 419 people that were here. 419 people. And I thought to myself there’s no more room. I felt kind of bad that a couple people had VIP seats in the men’s

(Speaker 8)
restroom. No, I’m just kidding. So I thought, you know what, we should probably add on. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay is the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy.

(Speaker 20)
I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs.

(Speaker 8)
So this guy is like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark Clark his entire life is marketing. So again if you want to get

(Speaker 2)
tickets for this event all you have to do is go to thrive timeshow.com go to thrive timeshow.com when you go to thrive timeshow.com you’ll go there you’ll request a ticket boom or if you want to text me if you want a little bit faster service you say I want you to call me right now just text my number that’s my cell phone number my cell phone number, we’ll keep that private between you, between you, me, everybody, we’ll keep that private, and anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody, that’s my private cell phone number, it’s 918-851-0102, 918-851-0102, I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences, And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918-851-0102.

(Speaker 13)
That is not actually bilingual, that’s just saying Kwan for a 1.

(Speaker 19)
It’s not the same thing.

(Speaker 2)
I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past 7-8 years. So let’s talk about it. I’ll tee up the thing, and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here, OK?

(Speaker 18)
OK.

(Speaker 2)
You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding?

(Speaker 18)
Oh, yeah.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there, like the Trump brand. people know what my business is and make it a household name. You’re going to learn some intricacies

(Speaker 18)
of how you can do that.

(Speaker 2)
You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something. This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell. So we’re going to teach you sales. We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are either

(Speaker 2)
have great people or you have people who suck. And so it could be a challenge. Learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. You know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems,

(Speaker 2)
you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones, and we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things,

(Speaker 2)
then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re going to teach you accounting. We’re going to teach you personal finance,

(Speaker 2)
how to manage your finance. We’re going to teach you time management. How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two-day interactive business workshop. Now let me tell you how the format is set

(Speaker 2)
up here. Again, folks, this is a two-day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day, it starts at 7 AM, and it goes until 5 PM. So from 7 AM to 5 PM, two days. It’s a two-day interactive workshop. The way we do it is we do a 30-minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question-and-answer session.

(Speaker 2)
So Aaron, what kind of great stuff happens during that 15-minute and answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops because here’s what happens. I’ve been to lots of these things over the years. I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them. And you go in there and they talk in vague generalities

(Speaker 2)
and they’re constantly upselling you for something, trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership. And you don’t, you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business, or your employees,

(Speaker 2)
or what you’re doing on your marketing. And what’s awesome about this is, we literally answer every single question that any person asks. And it’s very specific to what your business is. And what we do is we allow you as the attendee

(Speaker 2)
to write your questions on the whiteboard. And then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard. And then we take a 15-minute break to stretch and to make it entertaining when you’re stretching. And this is a true story.

(Speaker 2)
When you get up and stretch, you’ll be greeted by mariachis. There’s going to probably be alpaca here, llamas, Helicopter rides, a coffee bar, a snow cone. I mean, there’s just- You had a crocodile one time.

(Speaker 16)
That was pretty interesting.

(Speaker 2)
You know, I should write that down.

(Speaker 13)
And I feel sorry for that one guy that we lost.

(Speaker 2)
The crocodile, we duct taped its face.

(Speaker 17)
So that, right?

(Speaker 2)
We duct taped- No, it was a baby crocodile. And we duct taped. Yeah, duct taped around the mouth so it didn’t bite anybody, but it was really cool passing that thing around and petting it. I should do that. We have a small petting zoo that will be assembled.

(Speaker 2)
It’s going to be great. And then you’re in the company of hundreds of entrepreneurs. So there’s not a lot of people in America today. In fact, there’s less than 10 million people today, according to US Debt Clock, that identify as being self-employed. So if you have a country with 350 million people, that means you have less than 3% of our population that’s

(Speaker 2)
even self-employed. So you only have three out of every 100 people in America that are self-employed to begin with. And when Inc. Magazine reports that 96% of businesses fail by default, by default, you have a one out of 1,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double the size.

(Speaker 2)
This is no hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company

(Speaker 2)
within 24 months.

(Speaker 15)
Yeah.

(Speaker 2)
Double? And you say double? Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled. There’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples you can see at Thrivetimeshow.com. But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet. This is objectively the highest rated and most reviewed business workshop on the planet.

(Speaker 7)
I was looking to learn how to take my business, like they’ve said today, from being very successful to being systematic. I’ve got a very successful practice in three different cities. Make good money. Just want to take it to the next level with systems and processes to where I can drive my cars more. Paul Hood. I’ve been a CPA for 33 years.

(Speaker 7)
And what kind of growth have you and your team seen in the last

(Speaker 9)
three years? I’ve seen a lot of growth. I’ve seen a lot of growth. I’ve seen a lot of growth.

(Speaker 2)
I’ve seen a CPA for 33 years. And what kind of growth have you and your great team had here over the past, let’s say five, six years? The last five, when I met you five

(Speaker 3)
years ago, we were doing 3 million. This year we’ll be, we’ll do 24 million. And you say,

(Speaker 2)
Clay, I still, I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more. OK, fine. We’re going to serve you the same meal both days. True story. We cater in the food. And because I keep it simple, I literally bring in the same food both days for lunch. It’s Ted Esconzito’s, an incredible Mexican restaurant.

(Speaker 2)
That’s going to happen. And Jill Donovan, our good friend, who is the founder of Rustic Cuff. She started that company in her home and now she sells millions of dollars of apparel and products. That’s rusticcuff.com.

(Speaker 2)
And someone says, I want more. This is not enough. Give me more. Okay, I’m not gonna mention their names right now because I’m working on it behind the scenes here. But we’ve got one guy who’s giving me a verbal to be here and this is a guy who’s one of the wealthiest people in Oklahoma and nobody really knows who he is because he’s built systems that are very

(Speaker 2)
utilitarian that offer a lot of value he’s made a lot of money in the what it’s the it’s where you rent it’s short it’s where you’re renting storage spaces he’s a storage space guy he owns this what do you call that the rental the

(Speaker 16)
storage space storage unit this guy owns, what do you call that? The rental, the… No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Storage space.

(Speaker 2)
Storage units. This guy owns storage units. He owns railroad cars. He owns a lot of assets that make money on a daily basis, but they’re not like customer facing. Most people don’t know who owns the mini storage facility

(Speaker 2)
or most people don’t know who owns the railroad cars, but this guy he’s giving me a verbal that he will Be here and we just continue to add more and more success stories So if you’re out there today, you want to change your life you want to give yourself a incredible gift You want a life-changing experience? We started about a year ago, August of last year. I had no clients, no idea what we were doing, no clue really what was going on. And now we’ve grown to where we’ve got six photographers, we’ve got office space here, I have an admin sales person that works for us full time, developing

(Speaker 6)
an online system and a lot of that growth we attribute to Clay helping us and there’s so many things that, I mean his mean, his stuff is not revolutionary. It’s not this crazy walk on hot coals and all this stuff. It’s just real, real stuff.

(Speaker 2)
It’s gonna be a blasty blast. There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible. And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like but I already signed up for this
