One of the gentlemen, his name is Bob Healey, came to our conference with a quasi -functional prototype. He had terminal cancer, and Bob came to me and said, help me.

Important determinants of investor value. Some shows don’t need a celebrity narrator to introduce the show, but this show does. Two men, eight kids, co -created by two different women, 13 multimillion dollar businesses.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Thriving Time Show.
Yes and yes. Thrive Nation, welcome back to another exciting edition of the Thrive Time Show on your radio and podcast download. For those of you listening for the first time, I am completely, right now, hopped up on DayQuil due to having the allergies. Matt, do the allergies get you in Colorado? I hear Colorado is a great place to go if you have allergies. I hear it’s an allergy -free place.
Is that true, or are you completely devastated by the allergies when the weather changes?
such as I am?
Yeah, I don’t think that’s true. We have fields and weeds and cotton trees. Those are my thing. Cotton trees are my nemesis.
So we have them.
I think you guys just may have different ones out there.
Where in Colorado is Oxifresh located?
Oxifresh is in Lakewood, Colorado. It’s about 10 minutes west of downtown Denver, and the foothills very close to Evergreen, which is the start of getting into the mountains.
If the listeners out there wanted to mail you a letter at Oxyfresh, they wanted to send you a nice heartfelt letter, what’s the corporate address?
Can we talk about that?
Sure. Our address is 143 Union Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado. Send me as much mail as they want, I guess.
Yeah, you gotta Google search that stuff.
Or they could call me and talk about the franchise. That’d be easier.
No, it’s better. Matt prefers mail correspondence. And when I say mail, I mean both kinds of mail. He prefers mails to call him, and he prefers to receive mail.
So, Matt, you want to talk about why you like mail so much?
Well, I hadn’t quite thought of it that way.
Oxifresh is diverse, folks. They have both men and women working at Oxifresh. This just in, not just all males. Now, Matt, let’s really get into the heart of the issue on today’s show. We’re talking today from a book, we’re reading today from a book called The Value Profit Chain, written by James L. Heskett, W. Earl Sasser, Jr., and Leonard A. Schlesinger. Now, I read this book because a very rich man, a man who had a company worth over a billion dollars called Quick Trip, said, read this book.
And I thought, I got to read this book. But then when I started reading it, Matt, it turns out it’s boring. And then I realized almost everything that I hate is what I need to do. You know what I mean? So it’s like ice cream, sex, drugs, people say, woo!
It’s fun. Yeah, I mean, you don’t see a lot of people that find themselves too addicted to working out. You don’t see a ton of people. There are some, but you don’t see people who are like, I’m struggling with addiction to being disciplined and just being on time and being honest. I struggle with an addiction to purity. People struggle with addictions to things.
So I think at Oxifresh, one of the things that John Burnett’s done well, one of the things that you’ve helped him to do and the team has done, is you guys have become kind of addicted to quality. And when I first heard about this book, The Value Profit Chain, it’s a Harvard case study. The subtitle is Treat Employees Like Customers and Customers Like Employees. I’m going to read from page number, well, if you’re into Roman numerals at home, you do the XVI. Just look that up there, folks. XVI.
Wow, he’s getting deep. Here we go. Satisfied, loyal, trusting, and committed customers are the primary driver of company growth and profitability. Important determinants of investor value.
Let me read it again. Satisfied, loyal, trusting, and committed customers are the primary driver of company growth and profitability. Important determinants of investor value. It turns out if you’re terrible, It costs a lot of money to be terrible. Matt, let’s dive into it. Oxifresh, what are some things that you do to create that culture where you guys are now addicted to excellence?
Are you perfect? No. But what are some of the things, let’s start with the marketing, what are some of the things that you do at Oxifresh that help make sure the brand is performing at an excellent level?
Yeah, and there’s a lot of different things you can do, but specifically to marketing, what we did was we took a very technology -driven stance to marketing. And we really kind of. down and said, what are things that are super difficult for the average person, regardless if they own a business or not, in terms of understanding when it comes to technology around marketing? And everyone says, you can go on and build a Google page, for instance. Anyone can do that. But it’s how you build a Google page.
And you can go in and build a website with WordPress. Anybody could do that, but it’s how you build that website and the keywords in there and how you drive traffic to those websites and your Google pages. So specifically to marketing, there’s one part about that that’s relationships and having a positive relationship with your vendors that allow your franchisees to take advantage of better pricing and more integrated programs that go into our scheduling center and our scheduling software so we can track it.
That’s a big one.
But also in terms of technology, like I mentioned, We reduce the amount of tech, what I call tech savviness, if you will, or your ability to actually try to dive into Google or Facebook or Yelp. We’re building these pages to spec for the industry that we’re in and the specific service locations that you’re going to be at, and we build them the way they need to be built. so that you can focus as a franchisee on getting the reviews and doing a good job while in the home or business, not have to hire a tech team or not have to invest a lot of your time in understanding the very, very intricate back end of that. That has become a staple of our marketing program. We’re the number one searched carpet cleaning company in America over the last 10 years by Google Analytics. even though we have a lot less locations than some of the people that we compete with, it’s because we’ve spent the time in developing these programs for our franchisees locally.
That’s a big, big part of how we can really control quality in our marketing on a local level for our franchisees.
You know, if I had a dollar for every time that I complimented the intricacies of your back end, Matt, I, uh, have a lot of dollars. I’ve just never, you know what I mean? A lot of times I’m like, hey, Barnett, can I get a dollar every time I compliment Matt Klein’s intricacy of the detail, the intricacy of his back end? And he’s like, no, you would have too many dollars. We gotta make profit here.
Okay, let that just sink in there, folks. That’s fine. Some of the listeners at home are going, Whoa, there’s a lot of mail conversations. Now we’re complimenting the intricacy of the back end. We say, what’s the common denominator? It’s when you get me hopped up on Dayquil, that’s where I go.
It’s top of mind, tip of tongue. It just happens. Now, Josh Wilson, speaking of intricacies and back ends and Matt preferring to be reached via mail and preferring to work with mails, I want to ask you here, talk to me about living water irrigation. the marketing excellence, because could you do things better? Sure. Are we getting better?
Yeah.
But let’s talk about just today and Christmas Lights and kind of our coaching meeting today, because we caught some spelling errors and things we’re working through.
But talk to the listeners out there about the attention to detail that has to go into actually launching a marketing campaign.
Absolutely.
So we’ve been working on, number one, Google listing, number two, our retargeting ads, our Facebook ads, our landing page for Christmas Lights, then going out and gathering those organic reviews for those things.
So that’s what we worked on to start with was getting those things in place so that now we can go attack the marketplace to go put up a whole bunch of lights. Do you like logging into AdWords and AdRoll and Facebook and your landing page and changing text and coding out websites, Josh?
Well, the intricacies of my back end would not would not enjoy doing that on a day to day basis if I had the choice.
But ultimately, I have learned from
y ‘all and from the doing the day -to -day monotonous tasks that it works that if you do these things they are profitable in the end.
Now I want to talk about this Matt so you’re saying if I buy an Oxyfresh right now you guys handle the intricacies of your back -end?
Our back -end, your back -end, their back -end. You handle it for people? Yeah, we do. And that’s an important part. So, you know, again, we try to alleviate those things that we feel like would be mountains too hard to climb on a daily basis. So our team handles that.
We’ve taken a very, you know, we’ve really targeted our marketing efforts with one part of our marketing team on just local online presences for all of our franchisees across the country. And when I say that, I mean, our team is literally going to work with you on the local market, the cities that were in there, the competition in those cities. where and how we need to build those pages so that you can actually start grabbing market share from all areas of your territory, not just one. So it is a multi -tiered approach to being able to dominate a local market online.
All of our other marketing stacks on top of that, but that’s the very basis. That’s where we start. So let’s say that I buy an Oxifresh and now I have marketing excellence. Now we’ve got to go clean some carpets. We’ve got to train some people. And on the service profit chain, we’re going deep into the book.
We’re on page one now. page one it reads here, most decisions, this is the Harvard case study by the way on like Walmart, Vanguard, UPS, huge companies, how they do it well. It says, most decisions made by managers either destroy long -term value or don’t create any. So let’s talk about that for a second. How can I screw it up?
Let’s say I have a ton of leads coming in.
I own an Oxifresh and I have a lot of leads coming in. in, Matt. How can I screw it up? Apparently, according to this book, people by default want to screw it up. Now, this book is a deep -dive case study into the profitability of Home Depot, Southwest Airlines, FedEx.
This book is breaking down the case studies of how they do it.
How can I possibly screw up my Oxifresh through poor management? What should I not do? Yeah, you shouldn’t hire someone, give them the equipment, you know, let them see the job on, you know, one time and then send them out on your own. I mean, you want to spend the time with the resources we have available. For instance, our online university, Oxford University. I mean, you got to do that.
You got to test out. It’s a, it’s a, it’s a real course that you need to take as a technician to show your knowledge level of what you’re going to be doing. And you have to pass that at a 90 % before we can open your schedule.
But that’s also going to be stacked on top of at least, minimum, a full week of a full schedule of doing jobs with a professional technician that’s had the experience and knowledge to be able to train you.
It’s not just on the exoskeletons of the cleaning, it’s on the customer service, call ahead, walkthroughs. right?
We go by a three wow system. You got to wow that customer three times while at that property. Real quick, let’s let’s dive into that on there. I want to dive into that for a second. Sorry to cut you off. It cut off here for me. I want to I want to dive into the to the three wows.
I want to get into that because the three wows are so powerful. Break down the three wows.
I’m so sorry if I cut you off there. We had a little little glitch. No, that’s okay. Yeah, the three wows are very important. I would say anybody that runs a business that’s doing a service, it’s a little bit harder to wow someone with a product because they’re just going to use their product. I mean, the product itself should wow, but with a service, you have a lot more options to be able to wow that customer in a variety of ways.
You go by the three wow system. And there could be a variety of things you do here, but first and foremost, you should wow that customer. before you get there right if you break down that wall because they’ve never met you before you do something for them before you’ve ever even been there right whether it’s picking up a coffee or something for them picking up a newspaper right when you’re walking up to the home maybe you take that kid’s bicycle that’s on the sidewalk and bring it up right all you’re doing is something that helps that property or that person without any expectation Okay. And what you’re trying to do is make the relationship between you and that person when you’re there as positive as possible. That’s a pretty good start. Right?
So that’s one. The other thing you need to do is you need to go above and beyond in your walkthroughs.
So I’m talking specifically about Oxyfresh.
You can kind of tailor this to whatever industry you’re in, but for us, we’re going to do a walkthrough. We want to not only just say, okay, we’re here to clean five rooms and that’s it. Great. You’re going to walk through, you’re going to diagnose that property. You’re going to figure out where they’re, what they’re looking to get accomplished. And then you’re going to let them know that you can do it, maybe what you can’t do.
You’re going to maybe look at their property and diagnose in a way that says, have you ever thought about this stain right here in the corner? We can get that out. So you just want to be able to do something for that customer that they didn’t expect you were going to do while you’re there. The cleaning system alone should give them a wow. Or if it doesn’t, you set unrealistic expectations. And then you should find something else on that job that will make that customer’s property better.
I use this example, it’s a very good one. So maybe you’re going up the stairs and you see a big piece of string that’s hanging off the carpet, okay? Instead of just passing that, maybe ask that customer for a pair of scissors, cut that off, hand them the scissors and that piece, right?
It’s showing that customer that you’re going to go above and beyond the normal call of duty to help them with their property and the service provided. If you can create a three -wow system, your likelihood of getting a positive view goes through the roof, your likelihood of getting a tip goes through the roof, and your likelihood of getting them in the house back goes up exponentially. that when we over deliver over time, we might just get overpaid. Are you saying the law of reciprocity? Are you saying do unto others as we should want, you know, as we would have them do unto us?
Are you trying to talk to me?
Are you saying that we shouldn’t just mail it in back to the mail theme?
You’re saying we should actually show up and not just mail it in. We should actually do a great job. What? Matt, what are you saying? I’m saying exactly that. I mean, these people are hiring you, they trust you, they’ve probably looked at your reviews online and know that you’re a good company already.
It would be a travesty if you didn’t live up to those expectations, right? So you should do that and go above and beyond. And there’s two parts of this.
One is the actual technician that I just mentioned. The other is the owner. You got to give that employee, whoever’s doing the job, the confidence in their cleaning system, the confidence in their approach, to be able to allow them to do those things and step beyond their comfort levels and have those open conversations, maybe make that customer laugh a little bit, maybe build a relationship with them. So yes, it’s multi -tiered, but if you do all those steps, your business will be in very good hands and your customers will want you back.
Now, there’s a lot of steps you said there. Do you have checklists when I buy an Oxifresh? Are there checklists or is it a bunch of verbal tribal knowledge? I mean, is it like a written down, like do this, do that, or is it all just verbal tribal knowledge? No, it’s written down. It needs to be not only trained to the owner, passed down to the technician through checklists and through training processes.
I mean, for us, it’s basically a rinse and repeat type of process. That’s one thing that we do at Quality Control. Our cleaning system doesn’t vary. So you can get your carbs cleaned here. Okay, wait a second, wait a second. Devon is one of our web developers, and I’m going to allow Devon to ask you any questions about the OxyFresh process.
If we’re picturing a timeline from left to right, we start with the marketing, right? We start with generating leads, marketing. We talked about that. And to quote you, I’m going to quote you real quick.
Tell me if this is the right quote, because I feel like I’m quoting you.
Hi, I’m Matt Klein. Let us handle your back end and don’t let a new technician handle your equipment. Is that right, Matt? That is exactly it. Okay, nice. Okay, so the marketing, you guys handle the marketing at OxyPren.
I got Devin going there.
I got Devin going.
So the marketing, you guys handle that, so I don’t have to mess around with passwords and logins and digital clutter, I don’t have to deal with that. But then the leads come in, and we’re talking about cleaning the carpets, but you guys at Oxyfresh answer the phone too, right? You answer the phone, that’s what we do, you answer the phone, right? Yeah.
And let me, let me just be clear on the, we help you with, with a lot of marketing, but it’s not fully on the home office. So there’s things you’re going to do locally.
There’s vendors that we work with, for instance, like ValPak and pay -per -click options online and home advisor and bump back.
And there’s always companies coming in and go, we build those relationships and you can take advantage of those, but we do build your online presence for you and help you with those. That’s totally crap. I can’t believe you make franchisees do anything. Well, unfortunately. I just want to buy, I want to give you $60 ,000 and you give me back $600 ,000. That’s what I want to play.
I want to play the franchise game as I see it, which is I would like to do nothing. Now, Devin, what questions do you have for Matt Klein about either the way the call center runs or the way the marketing is done?
or their systems they have?
Because somebody out there is thinking right now about buying a franchise, whether it be a Little Caesars, or an Oxifresh, or a Sports Clips, or whatever.
And I know they have some questions, and you’re a curious man. So what questions do you have for so, so fine Matt Klein, the man who handles the back end for America and prefers mail? Hey, Matt.
One of the questions that I’ve always been interested with franchising, like whenever you’re getting into a franchise and you’re getting started and everything like that, what are kind of those first steps?
Oh, the onboarding checklist. You’re assuming that someone already bought one. You’re talking about after I bought a franchise, what are the first steps? Yeah, what happens? Yeah, so again, so specifically for us, we have franchise coaches and let’s just talk about Rob. Rob’s the head of our franchise coaching department.
So the first thing you’re going to do is we’re going to, he’s got a whole spreadsheet checklist item. So what he’s going to do is he’s going to walk through the checklist. Like for instance, insurance, right?
You want to have your insurance for your business before you get going.
You want to set up things like credit card processing, payroll companies, if you’re not doing the job, right? So essentially that very first step, what we’re going to do is we’re going to build your infrastructure for your business, right? So that you can actually start to take jobs.
Hey real quick.
You’re talking about some sexy stuff.
You’re talking about onboarding Checklist.
Oh, yeah insurance.
I mean Wow People love that Devin continue interrogating man.
This is this is the hot stuff.
I’m gonna let this play out from in here Oh, man, I like the ambiance we have here on this male themed show.
Yeah, so So we’re up and going we get we get all the all the onboarding taken care of So did leads just start pouring in?
How does how does that work? Do they? leads start pouring in, Matt Klein? Go ahead, Keller. They do not just start pouring in. So the next step you’re going to do once your actual infrastructure is set up, we’re going to start building your Google pages, your Facebook pages, your Yelp pages, your local websites tailored to the franchisee, their backstory.
So somebody could put a face to the ownership of that actual company. And then what you’re going to do is we’re going to start establishing the relationships with the vendors that we have marketing -wise. Because as soon as you actually get your equipment, which is about a week and a half from when you pay, you can actually start doing jobs with friends and family and really getting the hang of it, whoever’s going to be your technician. So part of that checklist is going to be building and establishing your marketing program locally and customized to where you’re at. And you’re going to have launch points on that. you’re going to complete the online university at some point within the first week of becoming a franchise.
Whoever’s going to have managerial power or whoever’s going to be in the field, you need to complete that online university.
And then you’re going to get a vehicle. There’s got to be a vehicle somewhere to get you to the jobs. So you can pick and choose. We have flexibility.
We have a fleet program.
So if you choose to go to the fleet program, Rob and his team are going to help you bridge that gap between that vendor and getting a nice vehicle that’s wrapped. If you don’t, you get a different type of vehicle, you wrap that, so then you have the vehicle. Now you have the equipment, the vehicle, you have the experience and training to be able to do the job, the marketing plan is created and built. right? And then we’re going to start seeing customers calling in, you’re going to start looking at your schedule about every 14 seconds, looking for real quick, real quick, Matt, Matt, sorry, that I know that the franchising is is regulated by the federal government. So on the franchise disclosure document, everything you’re saying has to be vetted.
And I want to make sure you’re not saying anything inaccurate.
I watch you, I want you said, you can start to watch the
calls come in. Do you, as a franchisee, do they just sit there and like watch the phones ring? Tell me, what do we have to do? You say watch. I want to make sure we’re not misleading. Because some people are thinking I have to go to the call center to watch the phone ring.
I mean, educate us.
There’s a lot of confusion there. A lot of people. Very upset right now. A lot of people. Sorry to confuse you. But as those customers start finding you, whether it’s on Google or through a mailer, or whether you’re going out and getting jobs through business development, right?
They’re going to have a number to call. It goes to our scheduling center. Once they actually answer those phone calls, give accurate quotes, explain the cleaning system, and find a time that works for that customer, they book that job. It goes automatically right into the schedule for the time.
And that’s when you as an owner get to start reaping the benefits, start seeing the jobs coming in.
You start using the tools to see where those customers are coming from, right?
And then you have your employee or yourself, whoever’s doing the job, out there doing the job, closing out the work orders, getting paid, right?
So it’s just natural when you first get a business, you just look at your schedule.
Hey, speaking of natural, are you still doing the whole no shampoo thing?
Not doing it.
Really?
You’re back on the shampoo train? No shampoo train. Seriously? No shampoo ever? Never.
Do you use a body? Do you use like a body wash?
A scrub? Toothpaste? What are you using? Well, yeah, I wash my body. I just don’t wash my hands. Now, please explain this to the listeners.
This is powerful. This is powerful. This is powerful. Very power in these words.
Power in these words.
At Oxyfresh, if I write on my hands with a Sharpie, the marker, I write on my hands, I’m a doofus on my hands with a Sharpie. I can put my hands in a non -wet cleaning solution that you guys have created.
It’s dry.
It almost feels like
I don’t know it feels like maybe sawdust or something and I put my hand and then I rotate it and the marker comes off is this true?
It is true.
We have a product that specifically will take out oil oils and greases and things like that made specific for that your hands got a lot of grease and oil you can mark as much as you want with a marker put that on there rub it it’ll come by that.
Do you wash your hair with this? You got me. That’s it. That’s what you’re doing.
It’s because I use our product in my head.
So I’m Matt Klein, and I just prefer to wash my hair with a dry, it’s odor -free, it’s dry.
We use 10 times less water than Stanley Steamer, and I wash my hair.
I love OxiFresh so much, not only do I own a franchise, but I sell the franchises, and I use my carpet cleaning service to clean my mop.
Matt, I mean, you’re all in, buddy. You’re all in. I’m all in. A lot of people say you’re drinking the Kool -Aid, I say I’m just using the formula. Oh, sexy. We usually get one email a year where someone says, can we talk about accounting?
Now it turns out that if you have a business and you’re keeping score, the money is the score. The scoreboard is the truth, and the scoreboard is the money in the bank. If we’re playing a game, then the money in the bank is the score. Matt, let’s talk about accounting, because I think people are a little bit adverse to, they’re a little bit…
People don’t want to talk about accounting, but what kind of accounting do I have to do as an Oxifresh? Let’s talk about accounting, and let’s really go off the deep end. Let’s get into insurance and accounting, and legal. Legal, insurance, accounting. I’m sorry to kill all the listeners simultaneously, but what legal requirements, accounting requirements, talk to me about what do I have to do as an Oxifresh owner? Yeah, so when you first start, obviously, you’re going to have to have a business entity.
Depending on how you purchase that franchise can dictate how you need to build that, whether it’s a LLC or an S -corp or a C -corp, and we can explain all that. Some people will get legal counsel on the FDD just because it’s a large legal document. Typically, if you do that, you want to have a franchise attorney read it because the language is a little bit different. But all that stuff, now you’re a franchise, you’ve done all that, you have your business entity. In terms of just ongoing, we don’t have a whole bunch of moving parts, but you’re going to want to have an accountant either on staff always, just doing quarterly checks with you, or just at the end of the year have an accountant if your books are in order. On our end, in our CRM platforms, our customer relationship management software, where you actually have your schedule and all of your customers and your sales numbers, you’ll have access to that all the time to give to your actual accountant.
The nice thing about technology now with QuickBooks, for instance, it’s all online. Everything kind of plays with itself.
So as long as, again, you have your chart of accounts in order, there’s not a whole bunch of moving parts. So as soon as you’re categorized, you know, whether it’s, you know, marketing, it automatically gets categorized in the marketing department, whether it’s sales. So all that happens, okay? Legal in terms of lawyers, there’s not a whole bunch of people that keep lawyers on retainers.
I want to pay a lawyer. I want to spend a ton of money on legal fees and logos and LLCs. What kind of legal fees can I pay? What can I expect to pay? Because I know the listeners out there want to spend a lot of their money on legal fees.
Well, most people want to spend absolutely nothing on legal fees unless they have to. The only thing I typically see, again, unless you’re in a corporation where you have multiple companies working for you, with OptiFresh specifically, typically the only thing I see for a legal fee is in the beginning for someone to review that FDD and make you feel comfortable with the language and answer any questions that you may have with the FDD, the Franchise Disclosure Document. I rarely see any type of legal fees on an ongoing basis with any of our companies. Again, it’s not typically required unless you have something going on that suggests you need legal counsel. The accounting, most people have some sort of accounting budget, whether it’s having an accountant check in your books consistently, or having an accountant do your accounting services at the end of the year. O ‘Reilly.
Now, Matt, we have enough time for one more question. If the listener is out there, go to thrivetimeshow . com forward slash oxyfresh. That’s thrivetimeshow . com forward slash oxyfresh. You can learn everything you need to know about getting in contact with Oxifresh, or you can make it difficult to track and go to Oxifresh .
com directly. Either way, Oxifresh .
com or Thrivetimeshow . com forward slash Oxifresh, and the team will answer your questions and they’ll see if it’s a good fit for you.
It’s a great opportunity for you for $60 ,000 or less, about $60 ,000.
You could buy a business vehicle that has the opportunity to create time freedom and financial freedom for you.
Or you could go out and buy a big vehicle, like a big suburban or something.
But Matt, I’ve got this audio clip of you coaching one of your franchises. Who typically coaches the franchises right now? Is it Rob? Yeah, Rob and his coaches will do the coaching program. This is Rob. But there’s also specific people from each department that will help you with coaching.
Kind of embarrassing here Josh, but this is Rob on a coaching call with one of the new franchisees make sure he hears this okay, this is Rob and I Apologize, I mean again and a lot of times Devin.
I mean there’s a lot of you and I I mean where we work Usually 30 feet apart right so there’s a lot of miscommunication that can happen so Devin a lot of times I say Devin load up the sound clips for the show and And then he has headphones on, and sometimes I find out he didn’t even hear me.
Sometimes I find that I clicked the wrong button, and you know, there’s a lot of mistakes that can happen.
But this is what I believe to be Rob’s last coaching call with a franchisee. I just want you to explain what is happening here, because I think listeners want to know, what does it look like when I’m getting coached?
He’s a new franchisee.
So let me cue up the audio here.
This is Rob. Yeah, that’s good. That’s good.
Very nice posture.
Yes.
Encouragement.
So I will transfer you my energy.
I will transfer my karma.
Here is my karma on you.
Jason!
You have a great aura, yes.
Jason!
Encouragement!
Yes!
This is a great way to stretch.
Yeah.
You see?
You could do this with your partner at home.
Sure.
Let’s ride this energy out.
Yeah.
Yes.
This fire has just started, and we will not put it out.
What is he doing?
I don’t really know that much. Matt, what was Rob talking about there? I think that was more so of a motivational call.
Oh, my bad.
Maybe an operational call, which he’s sort of good at, too.
OK.
Yeah.
He’ll get into it with you.
I don’t want the listeners to think that your coaching calls with Hoxie Fresh are weird, so I’m glad we cleared that up because somebody could think, wow, that coaching could get weird.
So now that we’ve queued up that audio and played that, I feel good. I think we can leave it there.
So Matt, thank you so much for putting up with me. I’m going to go take some more sips of Dayquil and I will talk to you next week. I appreciate everyone’s time and I hope everyone has a good day. Thank you. Take care. Bye. The ripple effects from you are good ripple effects.
You know what I mean?
People rave about what they learned from you.
So congratulations. Sean, guess what’s happening April 9th and 10th, 2026. Uh, we are probably going to have an amazing business conference here at Tulsa, Russia. Yes, we are joined by Tim Tebow. Tim Tebow is going to be joining us right here at the Thrive Time Show world headquarters, June 5th and 6th. He’s a very successful football player, obviously a Heisman award winner, but he’s also a very successful entrepreneur.
Now, when you work with real clients, Sean, real clients you really work with to help them grow their companies, do you ever hear a business owner tell you that they didn’t have time to get something done? Every day. How often is not having enough time a problem for business owners? All the time. It’s almost, it’s like maybe 90 % of the issues as people are trying to grow their company. Well, Tim Tebow is going to come join us here at the in -person Thrive Time Show 2 -Day Interactive Business Workshop, and he’s going to teach us time management and his approach to personal self -discipline and getting things done.
Also at the workshop, I’ll put up on the website so people can see it here, also at the 2 -Day Interactive Workshop, Sean, we are going to be, oh there it is, we’re going to be teaching systems creation, marketing, human resources, how to hire, inspire, train and retain great people, accounting, social media advertising, search engine optimization. Sean, what’s the area where most clients ask you for help the most? Is it generating leads? Is it hiring people? What’s the biggest issue that most business owners have by default before they come to one of our workshops?
I think it’s management because time is the most valuable resource for these business owners and being able to manage their time is the first thing once they get that under control then generally the numbers You know, being able to track their business and be able to make the best decisions based on numbers rather than emotions is a big area. And we teach all of this stuff at the business conference, particularly you, Clay.
You love to hammer on time management.
It’s my favorite part of the conference. Now, I’m going to pull this up real quick here, because we’re going to go through it.
If you’re not excited, I want to get you excited about what we’re going to cover at the workshop here, OK?
OK. All right. The two -day interactive workshop. This is my 20th year hosting workshops. So I’m telling you folks, we’re in rare form here. So one is the idea of establishing your revenue goals.
I think most entrepreneurs don’t know their revenue goals. Would you agree or am I off my rocker? No, that’s totally a very important point we do with every one of our new clients that come on board is we have to establish the revenue goals. And generally speaking, we have a vague idea, but not an exact idea that can be engineered down into like the daily goals for sales. And so that’s a really big one. break even numbers.
What kind of sales do you have to do to even break even? Third is how many hours per week do you want to work? What is your ideal schedule as an entrepreneur? Box number four, how do you stand out in the clutter of commerce? What makes your company unique from all the different businesses in a world of brown cows, herds of brown cows, proverbial brown cows? the analogy of brown cows, how can you be the purple cow that stands out?
How can you be the squeaky wheel that gets the oil? Box number five, branding. How do you improve the perception that people have of you, your business, your brand? Box number six, branding. marketing your three legged marketing stool. What is a turnkey way for you and your company to generate leads so you can succeed?
Because if you don’t have any leads, your business will bleed. If you can’t sell, your business will go to hell. You’ve got to generate leads. Sean, how often do business owners by default tell you they have a hard time generating leads? It’s almost all of the time. It’s really a huge struggle.
And many times they may be creating leads, but just through word of mouth. So they get to a point where we’ve implemented systems and then they need to create more. but they’ve never had to do it. So there’s a lot of different scenarios where business owners are like, how do you create leads? Something we hammer on at the conference a lot. Box number seven, create a sales conversion system.
Again, box number seven, create a sales conversion system. Sales scripts, recorded calls, one sheets, pre -written emails, lead trackers, all of the sales tools, the sales print pieces, the one sheets, the big screens that you see inside the business. Whether you’re a doctor, you’re a dentist, you’re a lawyer, or a lawyer, you gotta have sales systems in place. We help you with that. Box number eight. What does it cost you to get another customer?
Step number eight, what does it cost you to actually acquire a customer? Step number nine, it’s hard to build organization if you’re not organized. We’re going to teach you how to create repeatable systems, processes, file organization. Box number 10, we’re going to teach you how to manage people, real people on the planet Earth. This just in, we’re going to teach you how to manage real people on the planet Earth. Box number 11, how to create a sustainable schedule that works for you and your family.
Step number 12, how to create human resources systems for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining great people. Box number 13, accounting. This just in, we have to cover accounting. It’s not how much you make, it’s how much you keep. We’re going to cover all the accounting things you need to know. And step 14, finally, What is the point of even achieving success?
We’re going to go over what is the point of even achieving success, how to design a life that you’re excited about, how to design a life where you carve out enough time for your faith, your family, your finance, your fitness, your friendship, your fun, and where you’re going to spend your focused time. We’re going to go through that, all this and more.
Now, the workshop, Sean, it’s April 9th and 10th.
It’s a two -day interactive workshop. The tickets, we always do it. It’s $250 or whatever price that someone can afford. Sean, why do we let people name their price? Why do we have scholarship tickets available? if somebody can’t afford the $250 general admission ticket?
Well, we don’t want anybody to miss out on it. You could be at a startup phase, or you could be way along in your business. But we want to make it accessible for everybody. I think it actually goes back, too, to a story of your dad. And it goes all the way back to how you’ve always done this as a business coach, trying to make sure that your average people out there have access to the things that work.
Now, 7 AM to 5, Sean, why don’t we go from 7 to 5 both days?
I mean, it’s 10 hours a day. 20 hours of training over two days.
Why do we do 10 hours a day, Sean, of back -to -back workshops?
We do a 30 -minute teaching session, we do a 15 -minute question -and -answer session, and then we take a break.
30 minutes of teaching, 15 minutes of question -and -answer, then we take a break. Why do we do that format, Sean? That format is so that we can keep people engaged and not just sitting there listening, but also getting involved. We really encourage people to ask questions, and that’s really where the juiciness of the conference comes out, is you can put your personal situation and your questions on the board and Clay will tee off and give you direct advice. Even without being in our coaching program, you can get direct coaching from Clay. It’s really a very engaging format.
I enjoyed a lot. Once again, folks, this event is April 9th and 10th, 2026.
Get those tickets at Thrivetimeshow .
com. Once again, that’s Thrivetimeshow . Who’s com. Who’s our keynote speaker coming to the conference there, Sean?
Tim Tebow is our keynote speaker.
Sean, question number three, how much does it cost to come to our in -person two -day interactive business workshop right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma?
I think it’s, did you say it’s $250 or whatever you can afford?
That’s right, $250 or whatever you can afford.
Sean, how do you spell Eric Trump backwards? P -M -T -R -U -M. U -R -T -C -I -R -E. Ooh, that took a long time. I’ll have to listen to this. All right, again, that’s Shawn Lohman.
I’m Clay Clark, inviting you to come join us at the in -person Thrive Time Show two -day interactive workshop.
This event is April 9 and 10, 2026. Get those tickets at thrivetimeshow .
com.
Once again, that’s thrivetimeshow . com. Right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tim Tebow, baby. It’s Tebow time in Tulsa, Russia. Clay Clark is here somewhere.
Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs. I met his chickens. I saw his compound.
He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs.
So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing. Luke Erickson here with the Thrive Time Show. As you can see behind me, we’ve got all kinds of energy going on. People are starting to show up for the conference, and it is hot in this place. We’ve got grill guns over here, we’ve got people playing the drums, we’ve got a fire, and man, people are excited as they come in.
My name is Kevin Thomas and the name of our company is MultiClean. We are a commercial janitorial service and we serve the entire state of Oklahoma. and Kansas, and soon to be Arkansas. We have probably grown probably five times.
I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees.
Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn’t really have any systems or processes in place. I’ve probably been to Oh, in six, seven years, I’ve probably been to 12 to 13 business conferences. And amazingly, each time I go, I learn something new and I’m so excited to bring it back and show the team. 4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this.
I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. I heard about it on the podcast, started listening to the podcast, became a fan and then figured out about the workshop. I own an insurance and financial services agency, and I was hoping to learn from the workshop systems and processes. I’m big on systems and processes and always learning better ways to run a business more efficiently.
The atmosphere is second to none. none.
It’s a high -energy, really cool atmosphere to be around. Contagious, I would say. Just something every entrepreneur, I think, would appreciate and love. I’d say humorous, high -energy, and full of substance, which I think is the key. A lot of business coaches or seminars Maybe you’re high on motivation and making you feel good, but don’t have a lot of substance that you could take back and implement, you know, the following Monday. Where his does.
Man, there’s a lot of valuable things. I’m gonna say like, I came to, this is my second workshop. The first workshop I took back really the importance of a group interview. I used to spend hours and hours interviewing people, screening resumes, and that saving my time on that part is valuable.
It was that and then the sales scripting that have been two major things just so far. Man, I think they’re missing out on expert advice from somebody who’s been there, done that, built companies, has learned a lot of lessons. That’s what I’m always looking for is somebody that I can learn from that’s ahead of where I am.
And I think if you choose not to come, you’re missing out on a lot of good advice that could help your business.
Hi, this is Charles and Amber Colaw. We’re the owners of Colaw Fitness. We heard about Clayclark through Paul Hood, our CPA. We’ve worked with Clayclark for the last two years.
Clay Clark has helped us take our three locations in three different states and create checklists, workflows, task lists, time blocks for every employee.
He’s helped us with creating systems and audits for every department, quantitative scorecards for each department and every position so that everybody has a number.
It’s been able to give us a lot of time freedom and financial freedom and peace.
of mind to know that everything’s running efficiently, and he’s been helpful with a lot of marketing, search engine optimization, helping us really rank high in Google, and pretty much every area of the business. He’s been very, very helpful. We would describe the experience of working with Clay as very energetic. He’s full of energy, he’s very encouraging, very motivating, but also accountable. So he keeps us accountable and we love that accountability. It keeps our drive in the right direction so we’re not chasing things that aren’t worth spending our time on.
He’s a great coach. He helps push us on certain areas, helps coach us in certain areas. You know, we’re all emotional creatures and we go up and down and you actually will tell us kind of where we’re at, how we can get from there. And even like emotionally, like when we’re stressed about something, you’ll have a story to relate to. And it really helps us in every area of our business. It’s been very, very helpful.
I think Clay’s ability to have a whole team behind him that helped him with all of his clients, all his coaching clients, is that it allows Clay to do what he’s really good at, and that’s working one -on -one with the client and coaching them. And then he can have his amazing staff come in and help you accomplish all these goals that you’re setting. And of course he has all these resources, whether it’s videographers or it’s web developers, that they can quickly jump on your project, knock things out. He can quickly give you the right coaching.
He’s just got a whole team of people that whatever area you’re lacking in, in your own company, he’s got resources from like video, web design, search engine guys who are just knowledgeable in that. Even though he knows a lot of that stuff, He’s got these capable lieutenants that are ready to just take off and help you get that stuff done. More stuff gets done on a weekly basis than you would on like probably most individual or some other company. We’ve worked with several companies before and it just Not as many things get done on a weekly basis, so it’s been very helpful. Well, the conferences for me, I’m a slow learner, so I have to learn over and over again, hear things over and over again.
I’ve been to, I think, eight different conferences, and each time you come, I learn a few new components. Some things are repetitive, but a lot of the stuff just resettles, and I get a little bit more depth into each component. So, I mean, I’ve been to eight of them. They’re all super entertaining. He’s very funny, very encouraging. You get to kind of self -reflect a lot.
A lot of the stuff is really polarizing. You do a personal inventory of yourself, and you’ll think like, hey, I’ve really got to work on this, really got to work on that. So every time you come, I still get a lot of value out of it. And as much as every conference is the same, it’s totally different. So I think we’ll hear stories we haven’t heard before. He’ll have entertainment, or he’ll have speakers he didn’t have before.
And you, like you said, you just always catch a different part of the material that maybe you didn’t catch before. It’s worded differently. And it’s really cool because some people that you’ve seen like a year ago at a conference, now they’re, you know, being showcased as a success story and you get to see their website. You get to see how their stats and all their metrics have improved and the revenue improved. So it’s really cool to see people that just a year ago, that of course we’ve been here two years, that just came, that I met, is now being successful. It’s really encouraging to see other people accomplish that stuff.
So McClay has helped us optimize our website and helped with really topping the right search engines that we need to make sure that we are very, very competitive with all of our other competitors. Basically, he outlines exactly what you need to be accomplishing and he creates tasks that we have to accomplish and his team has to accomplish. I would say over the last two years, we’ve totally ramped our website. We’re topping Google in every one of our markets. I would say just doing really, really good. I feel very, very confident in all of our future locations and making sure that we’re in front of the ideal and likely buyer.
It’s very encouraging. It’s important to me that to know when I’m working with Clay, you know, I’ve been in business for a while and met with him even when I already had three, three businesses in three different states.
And to know that what I share with him is staying private.
He’s not sending that out to anybody else. to know that when he’s working with me he’s only working with one other, no other gyms that are in direct competition with me. It’s very encouraging to have something you can trust and rely on that he isn’t going to like somehow tell your trade secrets or give information away. Just really awesome that he’s a trustworthy guy, really cares about you as a client. For us, it’s been a complete mind freedom, because Clay has helped us create a lot of different documents and one sheets for every department, put quantitative scorecards to each department. And so for us, it’s been very encouraging.
It gives us peace. Like as an entrepreneur, it’s stressful. You go to bed at night, you’re worried, like, did we cover this? Did we cover that? So he helps extract everything out of your brain, everything from your business, put it into document creation, put it into checklists and workflows for every person in each department and make sure that everything’s getting done every week, every month, and funnel that all into KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, as you can see on a weekly basis, to make sure you’re moving the needle in the right area of your company.
So very encouraging, and give you a complete mind, freedom, and peace to know that that stuff’s created, so you’re easy to duplicate and scale your company. Right, and then we can spend time doing what we’re really good at. I honestly believe everybody needs a coach. I think we’re all inherently lazy, selfish, and carnal. I truly believe that humans are humans. If we’re standing, we’d rather sit.
If we’re sitting, we’d rather lay down. And if we’re laying down, we’d rather be asleep.
So to have somebody that challenges you, have real active candor, and be honest with you on every aspect of your company is really, really encouraging to me because I want to know, I want to work on what we’re weak at, I want to see any areas that we’re not doing well in and see his perspective. from a third party becaus your own business and jus good to have somebody wh reflect on your company a in the armor to make sur to you and that you’re su in the big picture. So yes friend, great courager to friend. He’s also you can wealth of knowledge. He’s worked with so many different companies and different businesses. He could take a concept that he’s used before in the past with somebody totally different industry and see how it would work perfectly for you in whatever niche market you’re in or whatever type of service you’re providing.
And so his brain is just a wealth of knowledge and just to have that type of perspective on, you know, as a part of your team and your own company is huge. It’s super valuable. So I would definitely encourage people to use him. But one thing is you’ve got to be coachable. You’ve got to be wanting to get feedback. You’ve got to be wanting to really grow your company.
You’ve got to want to put that extra 10 hours a week to working on your business and not just in your business. And so yes, I would recommend it to anybody who’s wanting to grow their company and provide great systems, checklists, workflows, great encouragement, and have accountability. with Shaw Homes. I first heard about Clay, a mortgage lender here in town who had told me what a great job he had been doing for them. And I actually noticed he was driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden, so I was willing to listen. In my career, I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate.
So honestly, I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes. And then I met Clay. And my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed. After doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years.
We’ve become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay, I really thought, man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually in a four -month period of time has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month. Just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us and it’s just been an incredible experience.
I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry. He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry.
But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing. And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because The results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic.
And as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made.
I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing. And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month.
Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800 % increase in our internet leads, going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing.
I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick, and I am the founder of D. Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide, what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education. but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did.
My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people. I love building relationships.
But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be. So I reached out to Clay at that time. And he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents. The homes that we represent, everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage, our real estate brokerage, eight months ago.
And in that time, we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week, we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions. Three years ago, I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today, building a business, having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing.
Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen. I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies.
I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it. My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself.
I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean I went to medical school.
I can figure this out.
But it was a very, very steep learning curve.
Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63 ,000 embezzlement. I lost multiple employees.
Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans. He helped me with web development and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web.
With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business.
I’m Dr. Chad Edwards, and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Classroom. Clay, my honor, my honor to be on your show.
Thank you for all you do. I hear the ripple effects from you are good ripple effects. You know what I mean? people rave about what they learn from you. So congratulations. Chelsea with K &D’s Wooder Finishing, business owner at 23.
So I’ve been working this K &D’s company for about five years now and we started working with Thrive not too long ago, expecting maybe $200 ,000 this year to where we’re at full seat. So we’re pretty excited about that. Pretty much just listening to what they have to say, their hiring process has just really been incredible as far as finding good quality help and the just the accountability of meeting up with them weekly and such good insight, the resources that they have for specific business questions. It’s all been really incredible. It’s been a great experience. So I’d recommend it to anybody.
What I’ve seen from Clay and his group at Thrive is they’ll give you a simple system and it’s the simple systems are the ones that people can wrap their brain around. They’re the ones that people can work with on a day to day basis. Hi there, my name is Stephanie Pipkin. I am 24 years old and I own Black River Falls Cleaning Services. We opened in April of 2019 and it is now mid -June of 2020. So I wanted to talk today about the success and growth I have achieved by implementing the Proven Path with Clay Clark’s team and my business coach, Luke, from Thrive Time.
It has been insane, to say the least. I started working with them in mid -February of this year, so we’re about four months in of working together, and it has completely transformed my business in pretty much every facet. So I’m gonna check my notes here. So in four months my leads have tripled. I was getting probably like two leads a week, now I’m getting more in the like 10 to 15 leads a week. I have doubled my number of employees.
I’m now hitting the highest revenue weeks in the history of the company, week to week it seems like. We went from about six appointments today as our highest in February to now 14 to 15 appointments a day. And Hiring quality employees has become much simpler and less stressful by using their systems for hiring. I typically only get maybe two complaints a month, if that, and everybody shows up to work. I just have really high quality employees now, especially in something people typically consider a high turnover type of work, you know, cleaning houses, cleaning businesses. I have amazing employees now, and I get rid of the ones who are not so amazing and bring on new ones because of, you know, group interviews and interviewing every single week.
It’s just been great and I don’t waste as much time. low -quality candidates anymore. And your coach will hold you accountable, which I love. Again, the tough love is really great. Luke’s like a stern father figure, but he’s also nice, but also stern when he needs to be when I’m being lazy and not doing the things that I know I need to do because I don’t want to do them. So that’s just great.
Worth every penny. I mean, I’d pay him a million dollars a month if I can, and maybe someday I’ll be able to, but I would just say go for it. If it seems like a good fit, just go for it. Do what they say, even if you think it’s stupid or ridiculous, just do what they say because it’ll work. You know, people, when they look at my business, you know, people in my town, they think I’m lucky.
They think I’m just, you know, things just happen for me. And you know, maybe I am lucky, but it has a lot to do with hard work and, you know, perseverance and, you know, working till you cry sometimes. That’s just being an entrepreneur, which if you’re a business owner, you understand that. But it’s having this, these systems in place of, you know, of course I’m going to be successful. It’s an absolute because I have all this stuff in the background happening.
And I have Luke and Clay and everybody on their team working really hard to make sure that I’m a success. And I can tell that they are just so excited every single week when I’m having all these wins and things like that. They’re so excited for me. So it just, it’s the best thing ever. And I would suggest to anybody to work with them. So sorry for the long -winded reply, but I just had so much to say, and I could go on for hours probably about how amazing they are.
But thank you to Clay and Luke and the entire team there, everything you guys have done for me, and I am so excited to continue to work with you for years to come. Thanks so much for watching. My saying is, if it’s important to you, hire a coach. And I think that’s one of the reasons people are not successful is they You know, they eat a cheeseburger instead of hiring a coach. You know what I mean? And so my coach pushes me.
They’re younger than me. They push harder. They’re trained. And as my rich dad always said, you know, amateurs don’t have a coach, but professionals always have coaches. So I’ve always had coaches for whatever was important. My rich dad was one of those persons.
I wanted to learn how to play Monopoly in real life. So he was my coach.
