Hi, my name is Janet Creason and I have a company called Here to Help serving our seniors. We move seniors into facilities. We take care of all their needs during that move. I had been working in the senior industry and been marketing for senior care products, services for quite a while, hospice, home health, skilled facilities, independent facilities, so forth. And my business up until We started the dream 100 was from word of mouth. I had been in the industry and I knew a lot of people and Business would come in and what I found is that I created a wonderful job for myself When I would get a job and I would get a referral somebody would call me I would go do that job with my whatever crew I had at the time and I would work it as well and interact with the client and it was fantastic and it was fun and then he said let’s implement the Dream 100 and I said when do I have time for that?

I don’t have time for that. I’m working the business and he’s like yeah that’s the problem. So he had me implement, he, Sean, my coach from Thrive Time, had me implement the Dream 100 and I couldn’t do it. He helped me work out a pay system and an incentive system and a commission system for somebody that was already integrated into my business. He had me work out a Profitable system for him as well, and he started implementing the dream 100. He would go out to facilities and market and and Different people that refer to us which would be a plethora of different businesses that help senior citizens out So he started that in April and by October I had quadrupled my sales I had maybe eight nine thousand a month and by October I was in thirty four thirty five thousand on dream

just moves on just that particular service that we offer because of the dream 100 I didn’t think it would work because I didn’t have the time I didn’t think it would work because I didn’t have the money But what I had to do is take everything in my head. I had to get it down on paper What do I say to people when I go out there? How do I close the deal because I had been closing? a high percentage myself. How do I teach him how to close the deal? How do I do this?

It’s getting everything down into processes and the profitability has been amazing. We are now currently fine -tuning the actual ideal job. That’s what he has been working on right now to get those numbers consistent, to get the script consistent, and the script is written down. but not for long then it’s memorized and then you know and you and you see you gotta work out the systems making sure that they’re visiting so many so many places making sure that you can follow up on who they’re visiting and what they’re doing and it’s working and I’m not working as many jobs anymore in fact I’m not working hardly any jobs anymore. So instead of creating a job for myself, I’m actually creating a business. And the Dream 100 is the way to do it.
