(Speaker 5)
Once again, ladies and gentlemen, please stand at your feet and greet the son of President Donald J. Trump, the man who runs the Trump Organization, my good friend, and now yours, ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Eric Trump.

(Speaker 18)
Some shows don’t need a celebrity in the ring, but this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities, why would two men who have built 13 multi -million dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use, because they believe in you and they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom. Now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show, starring the former U . S.

(Speaker 18)
Small Business Administration’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark, and the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist bunny, Dr. Robert Zunder. Two men, eight kids, co -created by two different women. 13 multi -million dollar businesses.

(Speaker 5)
Wave this sheet at me real quick. Wave this sheet at me if you have this sheet. We’ll make sure you have this sheet. Surely you shall have this sheet. We see this one here? It’s the one that says at the top of it, it says the roller coaster.

(Speaker 5)
Roller coaster.

(Speaker 41)
Say what?

(Speaker 39)
Roller coaster.

(Speaker 77)
Okay, great.

(Speaker 5)
So if you look at this, phase number one, I encourage you to take notes somewhere in your book. I recommend you keep all your notes in your orange book this weekend, all your notes here. I’d keep them all there. Then when you get home, you can activate, okay? Because knowledge without application is meaningless, Napoleon Hill. Knowledge without application is meaningless, Napoleon Hill.

(Speaker 5)
A goal is a dream with a deadline, Napoleon Hill. A goal is a dream with a deadline. So if you come to this conference and you don’t learn something, you’re applying, then I’m a bad teacher. So here we go. The roller coaster. Sproul, we want to start with accounting.

(Speaker 2)
I tell all my clients, let’s start with the accounting.

(Speaker 76)
That’s always fun.

(Speaker 5)
But this is what’s crazy, this is what’s crazy. So many people, Sophia, can we get you up here? Can we bring you up here? You’re 15, that’s good. Does your mom sign the waiver?

(Speaker 57)
Are you allowed?

(Speaker 45)
Okay, cool.

(Speaker 5)
So come on up here. So many people, they say, what kind of business should I get into? And I say, let’s do the math. So I want you to get out your book and jot notes in the back of it, because I’m going to share with you three examples that are very real, and you’ll hang out right here with me. We’ll share a mic, okay? is when I started djconnection .

(Speaker 5)
com, and Sean you can pull up some old school photos or something, I was a, going to Oral Roberts University, there’s Super Dave, hi Super Dave, Super Dave Scarlett, Super Dave Scarlett, he’s coming back up here. So I was starting djconnection . com, and just to be clear, if I wasn’t married I would still be DJing. And it’s like what I like to do. And so even like today, it’s like, kind of my day is just a great day. This is just a DJ show.

(Speaker 5)
It’s like a variation of a show. But that’s what I like to do. And I liked it, and I was doing it in my parents’ basement, and I figured out, man, I could make a really fun atmosphere and make events that are not fun, fun. You could take a wedding that’s kind of like, you get there, you dress up, you leave early. You can make it fun where you stick around and you tell your friends how fun it was. So I figured that out pretty early.

(Speaker 5)
But I made $175 per show. So you should write that down somewhere in the back of the book, inside cover or something. $175 a show. And then next to that, write down how much you make per client, or per service, or per sale. And I figured out, I’m 14 years old, I’m a mathematical genius. I’m down there going, if I make $175, Spurl, twice, Not putting you on the spot.

(Speaker 5)
Roughly how much is that, bro?

(Speaker 36)
$1 .75 a month?

(Speaker 30)
$3 .50.

(Speaker 35)
Oh, a bet!

(Speaker 5)
Wow! Without A .

(Speaker 62)
I.

(Speaker 5)
, how’d you do it? Okay. So, now Dave, if I got $3 .50 and I do four shows a week, $3 .50 times two, I’m not trying to put you on the spot, but that’s paying in a quarter, that’s $3 .50 to…

(Speaker 8)
I went to public school, so it took me a while.

(Speaker 16)
Okay, it’s $700.

(Speaker 5)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, I’m down, I’m in the basement, you know, and Sophia, I’m 14, I’m 15 years old, and I’m making like $700 a week in my parents’ basement, you know? So if you were 14, you’re a DJ, you’re making $700 a week, Who would drive you to your shows? Okay, she and her mom. What I did is I dragged my youth group, my youth pastor into it. So I called up Mark, he’s probably watching online right now.

(Speaker 5)
I called Mark up, and Mark, his nickname was G, because he lost a bet and had to shave a G into his chest. And he’s like, he has, his body hair is that of like a beaver. He looks like a beaver, it’s really wild, it’s radical hair. And so he lost a bet and he had to shave a G, and so we called him G. And I said, hey, G. I need you to drive me to my shows. And he’s like, I don’t want to drive you. I said, I’ll pay you, bro.

(Speaker 5)
But I’m going to charge like a couple hundred bucks a show. I’ll split it with you. So I was paying my driver like half the money. Now, I didn’t have equipment because I’m 14 years old. So how would you get equipment? You’re 14 year olds.

(Speaker 5)
How do you get equipment? You don’t have the money. You’re 14. How do you go and get the equipment to start your DJ empire? If that was what you were doing, how would you get it?

(Speaker 20)
I would definitely have to rent it because as a 14 year old, you don’t have any money.

(Speaker 5)
This was my vehicle. We put up on the screen. It was hand -painted, 1989 Ford Escort. We can put it on the screen here. That was it. And maybe we can cut to that online so people can see that.

(Speaker 5)
But it’s a 1989 Ford Escort. And when we’re going through the visuals, just put this stuff on the online feed so people can see it. So it’s hand -painted.

(Speaker 2)
Sproul, why do I have a hand -painted 1989 Ford Escort?

(Speaker 15)
Reminds you of where you came from?

(Speaker 3)
And what you can do with very little?

(Speaker 5)
Dave, if I’m 14, 15 years old, why am I driving a hand -painted Ford Escort?

(Speaker 16)
You’re showing the world.

(Speaker 5)
Stairs, what do you think? Yeah, so everyone knew what I did because I’m driving this thing. Love it or hate it, they’re like, oh boy, here it comes, right? But that right there, someone should write that down. It’s purple marketing, purple cow marketing. It’s purple cow marketing.

(Speaker 5)
In a world of brown cows, right, you have to stand out, right? So if you’re not remarkable, you’re invisible. So right then I figured out, well, I’m the 14 -year -old kid who’s making 700 bucks a week and I’m driving around the Ford Escort. Now, when you’re 14 and you’re driving that, you know, around 15, 16, whatever, what kind of feedback do you think I’m getting, Sophia, from the, you know, public school?

(Speaker 20)
a chance of getting bullied a little bit, but I think that’s fine.

(Speaker 5)
A little bit of bullied, a little bit of bullied.

(Speaker 2)
My, so this, so just kind of letting you into this mindset here. I used to stutter as a kid.

(Speaker 5)
Did anybody used to stutter as a kid?

(Speaker 35)
Was that you?

(Speaker 5)
There you go.

(Speaker 39)
Awesome.

(Speaker 2)
Okay. So if you used to have a speech impediment, or maybe you still do, people sometimes will focus on it. And when they’re kids, they’re just mean.

(Speaker 5)
So I got to a point in my life pre -Christ where I just didn’t care.

(Speaker 70)
Now, Dave, you’re, you’re in a relationship with Christ, but you also now don’t care about what the world thinks.

(Speaker 5)
Absolutely not.

(Speaker 2)
Can you talk about

(Speaker 16)
what that’s like to be on a mission and not care what the world thinks? Well, I think that’s part of God using me in the beginning to be a Marine. You got to be, uh, set self apart and be something of a bigger mission. And obviously it’s a bigger mission when you’re working for Christ. And if you do what he wants you to do, the people are not going to like it.

(Speaker 5)
And you just have to be centered on your heart with what he wants you to do and block everything else out, because it’s just noise. So back to this thing, accounting. So I knew, I had my journal. I wrote down $175 per show, four shows a week. That’s 1996. You know what I’m like, if I make $700 a week, I’m doing great.

(Speaker 5)
I’m making more than a lot of people I know, and I’m 14 years old. Why don’t most entrepreneurs focus on the accounting first?

(Speaker 15)
Because everyone should. They just like what they do.

(Speaker 5)
You know, as the E -Myth says, they had an entrepreneurial seizure. Yeah, so you gotta do the math, okay? We start with the math. We start with the math, okay? Now the second box here is branding. Branding is people do judge people based upon their appearance.

(Speaker 5)
And so they do judge a book by its cover. We do judge. So in this office, this is a very interesting place. But people will come here, and I get people that a lot of times are like, I’m out, hard pass. Other people like it. I had a very interesting interaction with someone this morning.

(Speaker 5)
It was a fabulous conversation, and I’m not saying who it was, but they were like, your Google map is wrong. It has the wrong address. I said, I recognize that. And I didn’t do that to spite you at five in the morning. But Google changed our address, and so in the process of getting there, but we’re listed as our old address. I’m not in control of that.

(Speaker 5)
And the person, I guess, wanted me to have more empathy and less action. I’m like, well, now that you’re at our old office, you can take in the history, but now we need to get you here, you know? And so, but some people want to lament on things of the past, but in particular, I’m at the wrong location. I’m like, I’m so sorry that has happened to you, I care, but we need to get you here, you know? So we can, I can send an Uber. to you, I can reimburse you, and it’s like, well, I’m very frustrated, my Uber dropped me off.

(Speaker 5)
And I love that emotion, let’s turn the bitterness into betterness, okay? So the branding thing, I want to go to you, Dave, on this, the branding. His glory, I mean, you know where his glory is going, you know where it’s going, you know where you have a vision. But when you started your first show, what kind of gear were you working with? Like, what kind of… Was it some awesome stuff?

(Speaker 5)
Was it top -level production? Was it a great crew?

(Speaker 16)
How did you start?

(Speaker 8)
I was my wife holding an iPad.

(Speaker 29)
That’s how we started.

(Speaker 16)
Yeah. And it was shaky. She was shaking.

(Speaker 5)
Too much coffee. So you have to start… Someone should write that down. You gotta start, right? The time will never be just right, you must act now. Napoleon Hill.

(Speaker 5)
The time will never be just right, you must act now. Napoleon Hill. I have a theory we’ll all be dead soon, so let’s get going, right? So, Brett. We’re moving on to the third box, okay? So there’s a second box, the branding.

(Speaker 5)
You have an insurance company.

(Speaker 2)
What’s your website for your insurance company?

(Speaker 55)
Leisureinsurancegroup .

(Speaker 5)
com.

(Speaker 56)
Leisureinsurancegroup .

(Speaker 5)
com? Yep. We’ve had the pleasure of working with you for like a year, is that right? Two years. Two years. And how are you doing?

(Speaker 5)
Are you making money? Yeah. Are you making more than you’re paying me? Because that’s, it’s called ROI, return on investment. So if you’re paying me $1 ,700 a month, I hope you’re making more than that. Are you making more?

(Speaker 5)
Yes. How much more? Ten times more? Two times more?

(Speaker 2)
One time more?

(Speaker 75)
Just a little, gives a little…

(Speaker 26)
A lot more.

(Speaker 5)
More than two times? Yeah. More than four? Yeah. More than five? Make it up in the first week, yeah.

(Speaker 5)
That’s a good employee.

(Speaker 15)
You know, so you want to hire an employee who brings in more than you pay them, right? That would be the idea, right? So, let’s have that value proposition. But the branding, you can’t get too precious. And so, Spurl, I know you’re an accountant, but when you look at people’s numbers, how often are they loyal to a website that doesn’t work?

(Speaker 5)
You look at it, hey, your website’s not working. How often are they loyal to it? Very often. So they’re often… doing marketing initiatives that don’t work at all and then it just becomes a race to the bottom. They can’t control those margins that we talked about. They can’t control the price per customer because they just have to take whatever the customer is going to offer because they’re not perceived as a higher value.

(Speaker 5)
Does that make sense? We’re on the same page. So the third box is marketing. Now marketing is Clay Stairs. I want to get your thoughts on this.

(Speaker 12)
Marketing. That’s how you get in front of your ideal and likely buyers in a way that causes them to buy something. Marketing. How do you see people confuse marketing? They’re doing something that doesn’t produce leads, but they’re just trying to quote unquote get their name out there. Where do you see that?

(Speaker 12)
Because it’s very common. Yeah. What is really common is I want to get my name out there. I want to get recognition. They’re considering that to be marketing.

(Speaker 5)
So there’s a lot of, hey, I just bought an ad on the outfield fence for the high school baseball team. That’s going to get my name out there. And they become very loyal. This is something that’s very common. They become very loyal with maybe seeking some PR and getting their name out there, rather than specific marketing moves that cause your phone to ring. So when we’re talking about marketing steps, we’re talking about how do we get your phone to ring?

(Speaker 5)
Not so much how do you get your name out there, if that makes sense. It’s not that getting your name out there is wrong or bad, it’s just if you do that instead of marketing to get your phone to ring, then you’re spending money, you got your name out there, but the phone’s not ringing. Now, sales. We’re getting into sales now. This next box here, okay? This is the next step for it.

(Speaker 5)
You know, on this business roller coaster, sales, okay? Sales is where somebody’s paying you to solve a problem. Right on the same page? Now, I’m going to be clear, and someone needs to hear this, and Dave, I want to get your thoughts on this, theologically speaking. I know Christians, and many of you are, who believe that donating to their church is somehow buying success. Like, I see people that are, like, donating, and they feel like they’re buying success, and then they’re, like, negligent with the business, but they feel like they’re buying.

(Speaker 5)
I don’t know if that makes any sense. I see people do that a lot of times. I see people, like, man, I’m donating a lot. How come I’m not making a lot?

(Speaker 16)
I see that. I also see people that are making a lot, and they’re not donating at all to their church. And I’m trying to walk you through the literal path, but because we have a largely Christian audience, I want to just sort through that for a second. Because I see people, Dave, that rather than focusing on the literal things that would grow their company, They’re just like, almost like spiritual Hail Marys. They’re almost like donating to a ministry and I hope that one comes back 50 -fold, you know?

(Speaker 16)
What’s your thoughts on that, Dave?

(Speaker 5)
The balance of you’re running a business, but you also want to sow seeds into a kingdom, but you also want to, you know, I mean, what’s your thoughts on that? I was in Malachi today. The Lord talks about it to the prophet Malachi about the condition of your heart. You give the best 10 % to the Lord with a cheerful heart, but that means you still have to get active. You can’t just say, as Clay said, here’s a hope and a prayer. I hope, I hope it does.

(Speaker 5)
He wants us to take action. We got to give him the best of what we got off the top and take action for his kingdom glory, and then he’ll reward. Now, uh, Spurl, You and Dave might have different theological views on things, but we have this thing called the integer. It’s an indivisible number or integrity, right? How often do you see a business owner that, like, wants to publicly be, you know, like, man, I am living the blessed life. I’m making money.

(Speaker 5)
I’ve got my Mercedes.

(Speaker 12)
I am rocking.

(Speaker 5)
I am faking it till I make it. Whatever that is, that veneer of I am rocking and rolling. I am hoping I’m not running out of gas because I have no money to put gas in my Lamborghini. How often do you see that sort of thing? financial jackassery yeah yeah we see it where you know they’re making donations but they’re not paying their vendors and we know it so i’m just trying to help somebody here we’re trying to sort through this these are the steps okay so sales though box number four sales you have to eventually sell something to somebody Okay. And so I’m walking through this process here.

(Speaker 5)
So one, you gotta have a no brainer offer.

(Speaker 62)
No brainer.

(Speaker 5)
That’s an offer where people will, they say, as a result of your pitch or your offer, I’m going to go ahead and take action.

(Speaker 2)
I’m going to schedule a free consultation.

(Speaker 20)
I’m going to go ahead and buy something. I’m going to try it out. I’m going to move forward.

(Speaker 5)
You’ve got to get leads. We’re on the same page?

(Speaker 20)
Leads.

(Speaker 5)
So, Sophia, I know you’re 15 years old, you were born yesterday, but talk to me about, do you feel awkward when you’re, when you’re doing the sales thing, is that awkward for you? Do you like it, what do you think? Enjoy it, but a lot of times it’s like scary, you know? Like, what am I gonna say, am I gonna mess it up, or am I gonna sound stupid? but once you do it, you’ll see the return with the rewards.

(Speaker 2)
What kind of questions do people ask almost every time when they reach out to your website?

(Speaker 20)
What’s your website?

(Speaker 5)
Whistlewhileyouclean . com. Whistlewhileyouclean . com. You’re 15, you were born yesterday, you and your mom worked together. So you started this business like six months ago.

(Speaker 5)
What’s the number one question people ask you like every time they go to the website? How much does it cost?

(Speaker 2)
There it is.

(Speaker 20)
The absence of value Price is the only consideration. Someone should think about that.

(Speaker 30)
In the absence of value, price is the only consideration.

(Speaker 6)
So if you don’t have value, then the price is the only consideration.

(Speaker 20)
We’re on the same page.

(Speaker 12)
So we’ve got to make sure that we’re really thinking through how we’re going to communicate that value. Clay, just really quick.

(Speaker 5)
Inquiring minds want to know, is there literally whistling going on while you’re cleaning? Well, I have to admit something. I don’t know how to whistle. OK. Okay, that’s all right, that’s fine, but so do you take requests? Sometimes my dad threatened to leave a bad review because we’re not whistling.

(Speaker 5)
Oh, there it is, there it is. Okay, I just wanted to know. I mean, how many of you guys wondered? So, sales. You gotta have sales scripts.

(Speaker 56)
And again, if you don’t have these things, just write them down.

(Speaker 5)
It’s okay. Sales scripts. You gotta have sales scripts, okay? You’ve gotta have call recording in place. How are you gonna know if you’re doing a good job unless you listen to yourself? Like, how are you gonna know?

(Speaker 5)
You gotta have some level of self -awareness, okay? It’s like you can self -coach that way. Pricing. You have to have a pricing model that makes sense. Lead sorting. How are you gonna sort your leads, you know?

(Speaker 5)
How are you gonna follow up with leads? Okay, I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed. These are things we have to have in place. You want to have a quota in place, like some sort of quota for how much activity you’re going to put out into, so my whole thing was, when I was building the DJ business, I’m like, I just don’t want to be financially strapped anymore. I recognize I’m still living at home, but I want to kind of live a different way. So I started the business while I was still in my house, you know?

(Speaker 5)
And so that’s what I did. And so my whole thing was, I’m going to make 100 calls a day, every single day. Good day, bad day, I’m making 100 calls a day, which takes about four hours. And then I’ll, if I make 100 calls, I’ll book about three appointments, and that’s my process. But you’ve got to have some kind of quota.

(Speaker 2)
Next, training.

(Speaker 15)
If you have sales people, you’ve got to train them every week. You can’t just think that they’re going to do well because you want them to. Next, tracking. You’ve got to track the results. Sales scripting, we talked about that. Pre -written emails.

(Speaker 2)
If people respond, if people reach out to you, you have to have pre -written emails in place.

(Speaker 16)
You want to have a customer relationship management software and or a spreadsheet where you track this information. Spurl, how often do you talk to someone and they go, frankly, I don’t call my leads.

(Speaker 37)
I want to.

(Speaker 2)
How often when you’re doing accounting, you discover you’re not even calling your leads.

(Speaker 5)
Yeah, I mean, I think I was just talking to Steve in the break that I needed a copy of his book for when I see it.

(Speaker 12)
Call your leads. It doesn’t matter what’s going on, just call your leads. They want to talk about anything else other than how many times they called the lead. They want to talk about how bad the lead was or why they didn’t pick up the phone the first time. why they had to give them some reasons or facts, but they just don’t want to. booking a guest on your show there’s people I know who love his glory who will tell me I want to be on his glory and I’ll say well you should call Dave and he’ll schedule you or call his team and they’ll schedule you and they’ll go yeah I’m gonna do that and then I’ll see him like two days later they’ll go I want to get a hold of Dave and I go well you got to call yeah yeah I send him an email there’s like a we how often Dave do you have to like close the loop on that Always.

(Speaker 12)
You’re always circling around and following up. It’s so key. Follow up. Follow up. Stairs, how often do you find people that are, because you work with business owners all the time, how often are they going, you know, I’ve only, I’ve called the leads three times and now I’m not going to call them anymore because if they want my business, they would have responded. How often do you hear that?

(Speaker 12)
Very often. I had probably three or four conversations this week with clients that I work with And we had that very conversation.

(Speaker 5)
And we had to determine, OK, what is your quota going to be?

(Speaker 1)
Or what is your rule policy in your company going to be on how many times you call a lead?

(Speaker 3)
You know, well, several.

(Speaker 40)
OK, what’s several?

(Speaker 2)
What does this mean?

(Speaker 5)
Let’s get a number. In my company, it was we’re going to call them 15 times in two days. We’re just going to hit them. Hit them, hit them till they cry by or die, which we’ll be talking about at some point.

(Speaker 74)
But the idea is we want to call the leads.

(Speaker 5)
But you need to have a number that you’re going to hold people accountable to, even yourself accountable to, on how many times you’re going to call a lead until they cry by or die. And three ain’t enough. How many of you are married to somebody who you’re worried what they do when they’re not around you? Like you’re married to someone, you go, when they’re not around me, they’re probably, you kind of have to refine them.

(Speaker 31)
Don’t put your hand up.

(Speaker 20)
It’s like a rhetorical thing. If your spouse is here, don’t raise your hand.

(Speaker 5)
Because like my wife, my wife’s wonderful, but my wife’s had to sort of, you know, a little bit as we got married, she was saying, hey, I don’t know if that, it was effective, your strategy. I just don’t know if that’s maybe the move. So let me give you an example of the move that you don’t want to do. Who’s been a part of home fellowship groups? before?

(Speaker 73)
This did not go well.

(Speaker 5)
And Braxton can verify this story. We’re a part of a home fellowship. Have you ever been a part of a home fellowship or a youth group where you get together with other kids? Did that happen? I didn’t go back because I didn’t like it. It was a little bit of a, I need to do my work, you know.

(Speaker 5)
Home Fellowship. So this is the thing. Spurl, you tell me where you think this went wrong. I was early in my marriage, okay? The pastor says, you guys should go to Home Fellowship. You’re an entrepreneur.

(Speaker 5)
There’s other couples and you guys are early 20s and they’re early 20s or 30s. You guys should meet. Who can relate to this story? Home Fellowship. So, I somehow got put in charge because they’re like, he’s good at business, we should put him in charge. So, I said, okay, cool.

(Speaker 5)
So, what we’ll do is we’re going to start Home Fellowship like at 6 .30. Then Carl, again, I’m not trying to attack Carl’s out there, but Carl, you’re going to bring the carrots or the vegetables. Susie, you’re bringing the fruit tray. Eddie, you’re bringing the meat, snack, whatever. Thomas, you’re going to bring the Bible study. That’s your job.

(Speaker 5)
You study, we’ll follow you. We’re starting at 7 .30. So, first time we have our Home Fellowship.

(Speaker 2)
People are showing up at 7 .40.

(Speaker 72)
And I’m thinking and I’m saying pre -Christ, but I’m like, oh, hell no.

(Speaker 5)
We’re not going to start 7 .30 Bible at 7 .42. I have a problem with this idea. So I just said, hey, moving forward, if you can’t get it together to be here on time, don’t come because you’re pissing me off. And my wife’s like, hey, hey, church guy, you’re new to the whole church game here.

(Speaker 45)
And I’m like, because it bothered me.

(Speaker 72)
And it’s effective.

(Speaker 5)
You can get a result by holding people accountable to the time. So I regroup with my buddy Braxton. I’m like, Braxton. Let’s just bring all the food, because these people can’t handle it. They mentally can’t handle bringing, because you haven’t been a part of these dysfunctional groups, and they’re like, I forgot the carrots. I didn’t know.

(Speaker 5)
I was just so busy. I’ve never forgotten the carrots, and I never will forget the carrots. because you know why? I have a to -do list! Who knows what I’m talking about? You know?

(Speaker 5)
7 .30, we’re gonna have it, okay? And so, when you’re running these processes, getting the team to execute these systems is a lot like that home fellowship group. So the pastor gives me a call. Mr. Clark, how you doing? I understand you’re paying for the home fellowship yourself. I’m like, yeah, because these jackwagons can’t figure out how to buy freaking fruit and vegetables.

(Speaker 2)
It’s not worth it to me.

(Speaker 37)
I’d rather just pay for the crap myself than to have to wait for these morons to bring their…

(Speaker 5)
You know, the pastor’s like, you saw you’re getting mad. I’m like, yeah, I’m mad. I’m mad, I’m irritated. And they’re like, and you’re doing the Bible study? I’m like, yeah, because these morons, they said we’re going to teach for the book of Genesis. But then Carl’s like, well, basically, I didn’t get a chance to prepare, but we’re going to…

(Speaker 5)
I’m like, how did you not prepare? You’ve known for a week it’s going to happen. Are you shocked that we’re here? What the hell is wrong with you? The pastor’s like, I don’t think it’s good for you to be in this group. I’m like…

(Speaker 5)
Who’s felt like that?

(Speaker 15)
And my wife the whole time is like, make it stop, make it stop, stop. So I’m saying this stuff here is literal, but implementing it is somewhere between emotional and spiritual.

(Speaker 2)
Who knows what I’m talking about?

(Speaker 24)
So you’re going to have to go home and implement this stuff.

(Speaker 5)
And so I want to go to Spurl, then I’m going to go to Dave. I want to talk about implementation for a second. Spurl, when you know that your team needs a script, you make a script, and then they don’t follow the script. Do you throw tables? Do you yell? Do you hit your head on the gong?

(Speaker 5)
Do you threaten people? How do you get people to follow the script if they won’t do it? You follow up relentlessly. So, actually, just in one of the breaks, I was asking one of my team members to show me your text message script for an inbound lead. Follow up relentlessly. Now, real quick.

(Speaker 5)
Who’s ever heard of this thing called college? So, at college, what they do is they invent things that aren’t real and they teach them as though they’re fact. Let’s do an example. College will teach… Let’s do an example. professor invented the phrase micromanagement because that professor was bad at his job.

(Speaker 5)
So he doesn’t want you to follow up because that’s micromanagement, right? So imagine this professor, Professor Carl, he’s like, Darryl, quit following up with me all the time. I don’t want to be micromanaged, Darryl, right? And then Darryl’s like, well, I wouldn’t micromanage you if you weren’t mildly mentally dysfunctional. But because you obviously cannot start your classes on time, I have to follow up with you because my paranoia is what drives this thing, Carl. And that’s how it is.

(Speaker 5)
So there’s certain, how many of you know what I’m talking about? Andy Grove, the inventor of Intel, okay?

(Speaker 2)
He said only the paranoid survive.

(Speaker 16)
Ronald Reagan says trust but verify. I mean, if you’re watching Fox News and you just believe that stuff, heaven help you. Hopefully the seventh booster was fun for you. I’m being real. If you blindly follow something and don’t think about it, it’s going to get weird. So I want to ask you, Dave, because I’m kind of new to the team Christ.

(Speaker 5)
Really, the past five years, it kind of resonated with me. But up until that point, I just, I don’t know. I kind of was more of like Dennis Rodman -ism is maybe my thing. So what are your thoughts there, Dave? How do you, in a loving way, get your team, as a believer, to follow a system When, you know, lateness is not tolerated, we’ve got to be on time, we’ve got to get stuff done, we’ve got to follow systems. How do you, in a loving way, how do you balance that?

(Speaker 5)
Well, you’ve got to have detailed, specific plans in place. And then the key is inspection. You’ve got to inspect. And if you see it’s not happening, then you start coaching them up. And hopefully you’re coaching them up, not out, but it’s up to them ultimately. But if you don’t inspect, first have a plan and then inspect it, you’re going to be cooked in the squat.

(Speaker 5)
I’m really going to help somebody here. I’m trying to help somebody here. And maybe this is like really, this is usually where I get a few pitfalls. out, they’re like screw you buddy, I’m like okay, I get it, the parking was bad, I get it, okay, here we go. So, again, college invented the concept, you understand that college invented this concept of micromanagement? How often have you followed up with someone about a basic thing and they say I don’t want to be micromanaged, who’s seen that?

(Speaker 5)
It’s crazy, okay. Another college concept, personality types.

(Speaker 2)
Who cares what your personality type is?

(Speaker 52)
Who cares what my personality type, what kind of man wants to dig a hole and make a pool?

(Speaker 5)
Who wants to make a pool? What kind of person says, you know, I like working out in the heat, especially when it hurts physically. And I want to do that repetitively for 40 years. Like what kind of man says, I love cold calls. I love the rejection. I love the thing.

(Speaker 49)
I love selling insurance.

(Speaker 5)
But I mean, what kind of person says, you know, I love when people open their mouth and I can look inside it and I kind of have to hunch over and then do the dental thing. I love that. I want to touch people’s teeth. I like that. Suction. Right.

(Speaker 5)
I mean, nobody. So we have the college, how many of you know what I’m talking about? People come out of college and they’re like, I’m what you call an alpha met meta. What does that mean? Well, I’m like an alpha, but I’m also, so you won’t make cold calls. No, I won’t do it.

(Speaker 5)
Okay. How many of you have seen this thing? I’m more of an introvert. I’m more of a connector. I’m a connector. No, you’re an impoverished, not talented artist guy, but people have these things.

(Speaker 5)
Have you seen this? What kind of personnel?

(Speaker 12)
I mean, you have to do the job.

(Speaker 5)
And so what you’ve got to come up with is like, God has given us what?

(Speaker 1)
Not the spirit of fear, but he’s given us the power of love and a sound mind.

(Speaker 36)
Right?

(Speaker 5)
We’re on the same page? So you’re going to have to get to a place where you can’t leave this conference and go, you know, I’m just not a marketer or a salesperson or an accountant.

(Speaker 2)
I don’t do numbers. I don’t do accounting. I don’t do sales. I don’t do management. I don’t do people. You ever seen people that say, I don’t do people?

(Speaker 2)
I just don’t do people. And they’re kind of a furry individual. You’ve seen this? Okay.

(Speaker 5)
So Brett, what’s your thoughts?

(Speaker 37)
I mean, you’ve grown the last two years.

(Speaker 5)
You’re doing it.

(Speaker 2)
I think you’ve been out of your comfort zone a lot.

(Speaker 5)
I would say you’ve developed some calluses and you’re doing great.

(Speaker 2)
But what was like your first uncomfortable moment of growing your business working with you or?

(Speaker 26)
No, it’s great that it’s doing more than It’s fun. It’s embarrassing, but I remember my first week you were how many how many calls you think you can make this week?

(Speaker 5)
How many calls?

(Speaker 60)
I was like, and I was coming out of the captive world, you know, where you buy a bunch of leads and all that stuff.

(Speaker 2)
And I was like, maybe 30, you know, maybe 30 a day. And you were like, okay, okay. And then I certainly realized shortly thereafter that that was not going to work.

(Speaker 5)
And there was a certain man named Steve Currington who popped in the meeting and also let me know that that was not going to work. And so there’s been constant critiques and growing pains, which is the best type of thing to work through.

(Speaker 40)
But it’s uncomfortable, right?

(Speaker 5)
100%.

(Speaker 41)
You gain strength through struggles.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah, uncomfortable is getting Google reviews at vendors and the mall and trade shows and getting Google reviews.

(Speaker 5)
So real quick, if anybody’s here and they want to compare rates with you, I don’t make a commission to say this, but I wish I did. But what’s your no -brainer for people who are like, I have an insurance company now I use and I want to compare rates? I know everyone wants to talk about insurance. It’s their favorite thing to talk about. I love talking about it.

(Speaker 20)
Talk about it more.

(Speaker 5)
Yeah, you’d rather get a root canal. Yeah, I just say, hey, let’s compare rates, pay 20 bucks just for a meeting. So you pay people 20 bucks to compare rates?

(Speaker 31)
Yeah.

(Speaker 20)
Why does that always work in your favor to pay anybody here 20 bucks to compare rates?

(Speaker 5)
It’s 20 bucks. I’ll do it.

(Speaker 1)
Does it ever work where you save money for people?

(Speaker 71)
You help people save money?

(Speaker 20)
Yeah, about 90 % of the time.

(Speaker 2)
So it seems like a weird thing, but that’s the thing that gets the people to actually fill out the form.

(Speaker 5)
Are we on the same page? Because up until then, it’s just marketing. Now we’re doing sales. And for you, what’s that no -brainer again? $1 clean. Have you ever thought to yourself,

(Speaker 5)
when you first started doing it, if we do, clean someone’s house for a dollar, we’re never gonna be profitable. Do you ever have that thought? Absolutely. I was like, how are we gonna make money? Just do a hundred thousand cleans a year, you’ll be fine. Okay, I’m just kidding.

(Speaker 5)
And have any of those one dollars turned into good clients? Absolutely.

(Speaker 36)
Some of our highest paying clients came from one dollar cleans.

(Speaker 5)
But you have to have some kind of no -brainer, but it’s like your fear of, I don’t know what it is, but it’s gonna keep you from having that, and we gotta have some kind of no -brainer, some sort of super hot offer. We on the same page? We get that idea? It’s like in my world, for the haircut business, our first haircut’s a dollar, and we have this homeless shelter in downtown Tulsa. Who knows about downtown Tulsa?

(Speaker 37)
They’re letting people out of the homeless shelter near 16th and Boston, and they’re sending those guys over.

(Speaker 5)
Hey, let me tell you how jacked up this is. Dave, I wanna get your thoughts, theologically speaking. Because I had to like really pray my way through that on Monday.

(Speaker 8)
There’s a ministry in town that’s paying for the homeless guys to get their haircuts for a dollar. What do you think about that Dave? There’s a ministry in town. Because we’re getting like a ton of homeless people downtown getting their haircuts.

(Speaker 50)
And they’re paying a dollar per haircut for these homeless guys.

(Speaker 5)
I’m thinking, is it ethical to hate that ministry? I don’t know. Because none of these people are going to convert into a client. None of them have had a job in a decade. This is like a drug rehab center. And they’re like, well, my ministry down the street is paying for my haircut.

(Speaker 5)
I’m like, how generous. Thank you. Dave, I just want to get your thoughts, because you left corporate America. Now you run a ministry. How do you handle those kind of things? Well, your whole heart set, I wouldn’t say mindset, in the ministry, it’s a heart set.

(Speaker 5)
Because when you’re working for AT &T or whoever, it’s about getting to the bottom line. Us, it’s about getting billion soul harvest. So what can we do to spur the love of Christ and make a difference and show biblical value every single day? day. Now we go on here to box number five. We got to wow the customer.

(Speaker 5)
And it’s easy when you have the whole homeless shelter come in to get $1 haircuts and not a single one of them convert into a member. It’s easy to get bitter and to carry that into the next meeting, right? So the next guy comes in and he’s got a job and he’s a normal guy and he’s, you know, he’s not on drugs and you’re like, whatever, you drug addict. You know, cause Probably a drug addict. So to say, hello, welcome to Elephant in the Room, you kind of want to say, bunch of freaking drug addicts. You’re probably homeless, aren’t you?

(Speaker 5)
No, I’m actually an executive over at the, whatever homeless guy. It’s easy to get bitter, right? So you’ve got to make it your goal to turn your bitterness into betterness. And that is something that I have to repeat to myself all throughout the day. Because how many of you have been in business long enough where it’s easy to get bitter? How many of you have ever trained up somebody and they became your number one competitor?

(Speaker 5)
Who’s had that one? That’s fun. You ever had that one? Who’s ever had money embezzled from you? I remember I was working with, and this is not an anti -ministry conversation, it’s just real, I was working with one of my clients, he’s a doctor, and his spiritual advisor slash office manager was oddly spiritual all the time, oddly spiritual, oddly spiritual, and I’m like, hey, I pull the client aside, I feel like he’s embezzling all the money. And I feel like that because there’s this odd, how many of you can pick up on it?

(Speaker 5)
You can pick up on it, I’m like, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop. So I’m like, hey, Chad, we need to look at this guy. And he’s like, this guy’s like my buddy. We were together in the military. He’s like my spiritual advisor. And I’m like, but your spiritual advisor doesn’t like it when I ask to see the bank balance.

(Speaker 5)
And I feel like that’s because he says, I don’t want to be micromanaged. He keeps telling me that. I feel like that means that he’s stealing. I feel like that’s what’s happening. I know it’s a confusion every week where the money’s going, but I feel if we look into, well, sure enough, this guy was creating fake invoices and paying them and all this kind of stuff. And I’m just telling you these things because it would be easy for that client to get bitter.

(Speaker 5)
Wow, my best friend took advantage of me. All ministries are bad. But we had to like teach him. I had to teach him. He taught me. We’re teaching each other.

(Speaker 5)
We’re going, hey, we cannot get bitter.

(Speaker 20)
Who knows about the story of Jesus?

(Speaker 5)
How’d that whole Judas thing go?

(Speaker 34)
So it’s like, Jesus, I mean, wow, what a great example.

(Speaker 20)
So I just encourage, as you’re learning these principles, don’t think you’re not going to have a Judas in your life. Don’t think you’re not going to. We’ve got to focus on wowing the customer. So you look here on this document.

(Speaker 3)
We’re going to wow that customer.

(Speaker 62)
How do you wow the customer?

(Speaker 5)
Wowing is doing more than they expect. And it’s not always possible, but we really do try. It’s not always possible, but we really do try. And we gotta try to wow the customer. You gotta make it part of your process. So if somebody becomes a first -time customer for you, how do you wow them?

(Speaker 5)
What do you do? We like to focus on the senses. I’m gonna give you the mic, and you just let that thing rip. Here we go. We like to, for them, it’s nostalgic. They had cleaners as kids, and they like coming home and smelling their house be clean.

(Speaker 5)
So we use wood oils, air fresheners, all kinds of things. We do extra touches, like if they didn’t ask us to make their bed or whatever, we’ll make their bed, we’ll pick up their pillows off the ground, just do stuff like that. So another example, Eric Trump, who will be here tomorrow, by the way. He’ll be here tomorrow. He’s in Tulsa now, but he’ll be here with us tomorrow. Eric has always been very, very kind to my wife and I. And one of the things that I thought was pretty fun was he knew that we were going to New York.

(Speaker 5)
Is my daughter Leah here? Is she here? Leah?

(Speaker 15)
So he knew we were coming to New York.

(Speaker 70)
He invited us to come up there to Trump Tower to talk about some stuff and his book and things.

(Speaker 5)
And so we’re up there. And he knew my daughter’s name. You know what I mean?

(Speaker 2)
Like, he knew her name.

(Speaker 3)
And so he made sure, he’s like, shit, that’s Leia, right? Like, yeah. So we get off the elevator, we got five kids, and he’s like, Leia Clark.

(Speaker 5)
Well, coming from Eric Trump, that’s like… you know so my girls are in the lobby now and they’re like dad his brother just said hi to us because Don knew we were there too so Don’s like what up Clark’s so the girls are like oh my god you know but they didn’t have to do that you know another example is my wife we were at one of the events and we somehow we were at the Trump property in Doral and somehow the door got shut so we got locked out of our own room something broke so we got locked out of our own room We told Eric, and even though he’s Eric, and he’s running all the things he does, they put like one of those genie lifts, and a guy climbed over, unlocked the door, and put fresh fruit baskets, and all sorts of awesome food in there, and also like a handwritten note. And so like, is this the key to getting a handwritten note from Eric Trump? We need to lock our door more often, because this was a great, but it was like a bad situation maybe, but they turned it into a positive. So you want to think right now, how can you create a wow moment? So let’s go to your website for a second.

(Speaker 5)
Spiro, what’s your website? One more time. SperlInternational . com. SperlInternational . com forward slash CA Bieber Molson.

(Speaker 5)
It’s a long URL, you want to trim that down a little bit. Okay, so what’s the wow moment you create there at SperlInternational . com?

(Speaker 56)
I mean, well, when they come to see us, they’re going to get a copy of our book, which I think most accountants, you know, they probably don’t have any reasons why these businesses fail or succeed.

(Speaker 5)
I mean, the number one reason why you’re going to get it fired as an accountant is because the business goes out of business 96 % of the time. So, the first thing we’re committed to is making sure that doesn’t happen. Okay, so you have, you create a wow moment there. Elephant in the room, our haircut chain. The first haircut’s a dollar. We do paraffin hand dip, hot towel treatment, the whole thing.

(Speaker 5)
But it’s a dollar. We’re trying to create a wow moment. So I’m asking you, think about your business right now. What is a wow moment? What is a moment that you could script into the process that’s gonna be a wow? When I built a photography company back in the day called Epic Photos, we always did the bridles or the engagements for free.

(Speaker 5)
Could someone tell me why that works to do the bridles and or engagements for free before they’ve decided to use you or not? Why would that work to let your photography company,

(Speaker 20)
you’re thinking about you working with, why would it work if we offered you free bridals and engagements? Why did that work? Can someone tell me?

(Speaker 5)
What’s that? Yeah, it’s like they might as well try it before you buy it kind of thing. You know, so we’re at the bridal show. Other people are pitching prices and just, who’s been to a bridal show before? Everyone’s trying to pitch a thing. I’m going, hey, we’ve got great prices, but really the bridal session or the engagements, that’s free.

(Speaker 5)
You can try it before you buy it. And then just by scheduling that free session, you’re entered in for a chance to win a trip to Hawaii. And they’re like, all right. So we’re booking everybody, where our competition’s booking nobody.

(Speaker 69)
I remember we were at the DFW bridal show down there, Dallas -Fort Worth.

(Speaker 5)
We’re booking everybody, and our competition’s booking nobody. So my question I would have for you is, why, Sophia, would my competition not just go, that move works. I think I’ll do that move.

(Speaker 8)
Why would they not do that? They don’t know about, well, I think this is something you’re teaching also. They don’t know that you have to really differentiate yourself from other people. and give something that nobody else would get.

(Speaker 16)
And you’re 15.

(Speaker 5)
It’s incredible. Dave, you’ve read a lot of the books I’ve read. Occasionally, if you read enough self -help books, they’re going to conflict with the Bible. You always go with the Bible.

(Speaker 68)
But Jim Rohn was great.

(Speaker 5)
Napoleon Hill is great. Dale Carnegie is great. They call the law of reciprocity. You treat someone the way you want to be treated, and theoretically, it comes back to you in a positive way. That’s the idea. Where do people get that wrong sometimes, Dave?

(Speaker 49)
The law of reciprocity.

(Speaker 1)
Because I feel like by default we’re not trying to wow the customer. I think it’s just go to just average standards.

(Speaker 5)
It’s taking it up a notch and finding that niche that takes it up a notch.

(Speaker 29)
Success leaves clues.

(Speaker 67)
That’s another Jim Rohnism.

(Speaker 5)
Follow and study successful businesses, successful people, and put that into your plan, and you’ll be successful. Interesting story. It’s a true story. I’m going to bring up Donny Clement. Can I bring you up here, Donny? Can I do that?

(Speaker 5)
Stairs. Can I trade a clay stairs for a Donny Clement? Let’s trade a clay stairs for a Donny Clement. This is Kim Clement’s daughter. Donny’s in the house. Yeah.

(Speaker 5)
And Sophia, I’m gonna trade you for a Julie Green. Can I do that? Julie Green, can I swap you out there with Sophia? Let’s hear it for Julie Green. Yeah, Julie. Yeah.

(Speaker 5)
Okay. We’ve got a lot of fun people here, and you’ll be hearing from them more later. But I want to get your ideas on this. For Kim Clement Ministries, I want you to share the story.

(Speaker 37)
This is a true story.

(Speaker 5)
You’re going to want to record this, or think about it, or at least write it down. Your father, Kim Clement, who does not know who Kim Clement was? Show of hands. Okay, so Kim Clement was, and again, I just want you to know, I really, really struggle with the prophetic. Like, me personally. I have an issue with it.

(Speaker 5)
Not like I disagree with it, I’m just more of like, it terrifies me. Anybody else feel like that? You’re like, I’m always like, I’m going to go out there and talk to the goat because it’s strange to me talking to the goat. So Kim Clement though was this prophet who would God would reveal things to him and he would say things that were going to happen way before they happened and it was like too consistently accurate to deny to the point that General Flynn he told me he said Arizona I called you I was chasing you down hunting you down I said you got to come to our events. And at that event, two profound things happened in Arizona. Dr. Zalinko, who was Jewish, may he rest in peace.

(Speaker 5)
By the way, my three closest male companions on the tour that I talked to, Jim Meehan, Rashid Batar, and Zalinko, all died. And all these guys were like at the center of unveiling all this. Zalinko’s stage side, he’s Jewish, and he says, Clay, you know the mRNA technology in those shots, if connected to programmable money, would complete the Mark of the Beast system. You know this, right? And I go, wait, did you just say Mark of the Beast? Because you’re Jewish.

(Speaker 41)
And he goes, no.

(Speaker 5)
I had to read the rest of the book. And he’s dying. He’s literally dying. And I go, Z, I mean, you’re being real here.

(Speaker 11)
He goes, there’s no other way to die. it. I mean, it’s in the Bible. I’m just telling you. I go, are you going to say that? He goes, I am going to say it.

(Speaker 11)
I’m like, so you’re going to say something that goes against your faith, because he’s Jewish, and it’s going to go against your medical. I mean, this is, wow. Meanwhile, General Flynn’s like, is that Don A. Clement? I go, yeah. He’s like, we used to watch her dad’s prophecies as military intel. I’m like, what?

(Speaker 11)
The leader of our military is watching Kim Clement videos.

(Speaker 5)
I’m like, aren’t you Catholic? He’s like, well. I’m like, what? I mean, there’s a lot there. So can you share, your dad’s watching Oral Roberts, and he’s watching Oral Roberts on TV or radio, or somehow he’s listening. And then he mails in, what, $5 or some amount of money.

(Speaker 5)
Can you tell that story there, Donna? Yes. So my dad was applying to Bible school because he knew he wanted to be in ministry. He had an incredible conversion experience where he was dying.

(Speaker 11)
and called out to God and God sent a pastor to lift him off the street. So his heart was just on fire for God. He knew he wanted to be in ministry and he kept trying and they kept rejecting him. They said he wasn’t ministry material. And so eventually he wrote to Oral Roberts.

(Speaker 5)
He had nothing.

(Speaker 10)
He worked at a Volkswagen dealership in Utenaig, South Africa, which it’s not even called Utenaig anymore.

(Speaker 5)
And he sent in $5 and he said, this is all I have and I really feel that God’s called me to ministry and I’m being rejected. Oral Roberts sent him all of the materials.

(Speaker 10)
in order to get his ordination and so. So your dad sent in five bucks and Oral Roberts sent him all these books and materials.

(Speaker 5)
Now the part of the story that I knew the other side I didn’t know that your side of the story is Chuck Ramsey is a friend of mine and he’s actually the founder of Shaw Homes and so I knew Chuck and Chuck was Oral Roberts’s right -hand guy for years and Chuck was like Oral would do this crazy thing anybody who donated anything he would insist on giving them things. So you donate five bucks he’s gonna send you like four books books and then call you. And I’m like, no way. He’s like, oh yeah, that was his whole thing. And so it’s that law of reciprocity, because who knew that her dad would go on to become like the world’s most accurate prophet, but it was a $5.

(Speaker 5)
And in your business, you can’t run accounting that doesn’t make sense, but you need to have some kind of wow connection point. Does that make sense? Because you imagine you’re Kim Clement, you mail five bucks and you get the whole study guide. Yeah, well, the thing is that my dad held on to that. And later on, he would do the $5 in -your -face offering. So that when he would be asking for support, he would say, listen, you don’t have to send in a whole bunch.

(Speaker 5)
Do a $5 in -your -face offering and sew into this right now.

(Speaker 2)
And that was really more, you know, a lot of people can easily, you know, give $5 as opposed to like $1 ,000.

(Speaker 5)
and um it was very effective in in funding the ministry now chuck tells me he told me this is the peak of oral roberts’s ministry oral was saying just get me on the phone i never want to have any moment of my day where i’m not on the phone with somebody get me anybody so chuck is on the phone calling people going hey you just donated how can we help you they’re like i’m thinking about going to your college okay let’s get you on the phone he’s orals on the phone all the time he’s trying to create that law of reciprocity he’s trying to connect with people in a meaningful way julie uh you have a ministry and you’re in iowa are you there because of your proximity or location to rhubarb or why are you in Iowa? I’m in Iowa because God has me in Iowa. And when you when you come to events I’ve noticed that you go out of your way to say hi to everybody. Why do you do that? Because I love God’s people and I just want to give even if it’s like just a smile or hug just something to brighten somebody’s day. That’s what God wants us to do.

(Speaker 10)
The only reason this is here is a Secret Service who by the way Not super secret. We know about them. Okay, but they’re here and they want me to have this rope up because when Eric speaks, you can’t go behind here. But like, I don’t personally like this rope because I’m not more embarrassed. than you or less important. I mean, we’re all children of God, right?

(Speaker 10)
Yeah. But I think sometimes as business owners, we’ve got this pride thing going on where we’re not willing to call leads because we’re the owner. You know, we’re not willing to interview people because we’re the owner. We’re not willing to get up early because we’re going to delegate to elevate. So I’m just asking you to write down, so in your book, what are those things that you’re not willing to do right now that you should do to wow the customer? Because if you wow the customer, it creates a really neat opportunity.

(Speaker 10)
And so, Julie, with your events, I’ve heard about these events.

(Speaker 5)
I know about these events. And people tell me, they go, you know, I came to this whatever event. I went to wherever. And I met her. And I connected. And that is something people hold on to.

(Speaker 5)
But there are ministries that don’t do that. Why, again, why do you do that? I do events, actually, what we call them is Moves Up God. I want people to see God for who He is and what He wants for His children for this very day and this very hour. One of the things that He wants is He wants us to first to be united, and secondly is He wants you to know Him personally. And so whenever we have events, I make sure that they don’t look at me, they look at who he is.

(Speaker 37)
Because he is the one, he is the God, he is the most high God.

(Speaker 5)
And he has all of us on this earth for a very specific point in time. And he will use every single person. And so when I, we pray about this, our entire prayer team will pray that people will not leave the same way they came. I want them to have an experience with God. And I think if anybody gets touched by God, it completely changes their life. And you can take a broken person And you can make them whole in one day by just one experience with God.

(Speaker 48)
And that’s what I want.

(Speaker 5)
I just want them to know the awesomeness of God and who He is right now. Dave, can I swap you out for Mel K? Is that okay? Can I swap you out? I’m gonna swap out Dave. Let’s hear it for Dave.

(Speaker 5)
There goes Dave. Where’s Mel? Where’s Mel? Mel K, you up here? Mel, are you here? Mel, are you here?

(Speaker 5)
Mel, are you around?

(Speaker 4)
Mel? Melatonin, are you here? Is she here? Is she around? Is she near? I think I see her.

(Speaker 4)
I see a visual. There she is.

(Speaker 5)
Let’s hear it for Mel K. Yeah, Mel. Now, again, a lot of people know Mel as the podcaster woman who left Hollywood and launched this podcast and stuff. But we were in Oregon at the Holiday Inn. You’re like greeting every single person there. Again, I’m trying to help somebody. I can’t tell you how many people told me, they said, OK, I’m in Oregon.

(Speaker 5)
We’re locked down. It’s the worst possible state to be in. I feel browbeaten just to go to work and not be woke. I’m a crazy person if I don’t wear a mask.

(Speaker 10)
Who felt like that, you know? And Mel took ten minutes to talk to me in the lobby. Why do you do that? I do that because people are being purposely isolated and demoralized and dehumanized on a regular basis. It’s been going on for years now. And a lot of people don’t even stop to think what’s happening to them.

(Speaker 36)
And when you can look somebody in the eyes and tell them they’re not alone and mean it, and what they can do, I think it makes a huge difference.

(Speaker 10)
And then they leave there and they start the ripple effect. So that’s why I’d rather make eye contact and give everyone a hug and say, This is on purpose. You’re not crazy. You are just brave.

(Speaker 5)
Now, Julia, I’ve got a question for you, then I’m going to bring up Amanda Grace, OK? So I’m going to swap you guys out. OK. We have a lot of great people here. I want you guys to meet everybody. So when you think about accounting and branding and marketing and sales, because your ministry, at the end of the day, it has to be self -sufficient.

(Speaker 17)
You have to be able to fund it.

(Speaker 5)
So if you think about these things, accounting, branding, marketing, sales, a checklist for wowing people, management, quality control, is there any of those subjects that you’re most excited about?

(Speaker 66)
Are you not interested in any of these subjects?

(Speaker 5)
What percentage of your day is occupied thinking about accounting, management?

(Speaker 52)
I like that one.

(Speaker 17)
Well, one of the things I do is I put God in control of it all.

(Speaker 2)
because that’s how we make businesses great again.

(Speaker 5)
That’s how we make our country great again. That’s how ministries are run. Ministries are run by God, and so I let him handle all these things. I have a great group of people that God has sent me, because I don’t like dealing with the accounting part of stuff. But somebody does deal with it. But somebody does do that for me.

(Speaker 5)
But anyway, it is. It’s all directed by God, and I think that’s what is the best.

(Speaker 35)
He’s the bestest business partner you could ever have.

(Speaker 15)
Brett, is there any of these topics that you dislike the most? Is it accounting? Is it branding?

(Speaker 2)
Is it marketing?

(Speaker 26)
Is it sales?

(Speaker 65)
What part of it you just say, I just have no interest in these systems?

(Speaker 5)
The accounting, 100%.

(Speaker 64)
Really?

(Speaker 5)
Yeah. You don’t like it?

(Speaker 2)
No.

(Speaker 5)
Numbers don’t make sense.

(Speaker 63)
Started adding A plus B all of a sudden.

(Speaker 2)
This is a reverse backhanded commercial for Josh Spurl, but everyone I know who works with Josh, they’re always like, you know, I hate accounting, so I just have him do it.

(Speaker 5)
Yeah. It’s always like, I like him so much. He’s so great.

(Speaker 40)
He’s a great guy.

(Speaker 31)
I want to use his.

(Speaker 62)
It’s always like, I don’t want to deal with it, so I have him do it.

(Speaker 5)
But then over time, as you start making accounting more of a top of mind thing, it becomes where people are excited about the result, and now they kind of lean into it a little bit. Do you find that people are excited about accounting?

(Speaker 2)
Am I missing something? You know, it’s a process, right?

(Speaker 25)
Usually when people are struggling, their proverbial head in the sand, But once you help them and they get some progress, they like to come to that monthly meeting because they like to see the progress, right? It’s a report card you’re getting good scores on.

(Speaker 5)
Brett, one more time, what’s your website if people want you to pay them $20 to compare and tell each other? Leisureinsurancegroup . com. Leisure insurance? Leisure. It’s actually spelled L -E -I, most people spell it with an L -E -A.

(Speaker 5)
You work in people in all 50 states, or just? Not, no, we’re about four or five states right now. What states?

(Speaker 13)
Oklahoma? Oklahoma, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee. Okay, I’m gonna kick you out of here first. That might be four. I’m gonna bring up Amanda Grace.

(Speaker 5)
I’m kicking you out of here. I’m bringing up Amanda Grace.

(Speaker 2)
Okay, thank you.

(Speaker 5)
Where’s Amanda Grace? Is she here? Amanda, are you here? Amanda, let’s bring up Amanda Grace. Amanda Grace is on the way. Here she comes.

(Speaker 5)
Yeah. Now, I’m trying to help you get a little texture on this, and then we’ll take a break here. This is really big.

(Speaker 2)
So, Amanda, you’ve got…

(Speaker 61)
animal sanctuary.

(Speaker 5)
Could you and Josh share a mic real quick here?

(Speaker 18)
Good to see you, by the way.

(Speaker 5)
So what does that mean? What does the animal sanctuary mean? What does that mean? Well, it’s part of the ministry. It’s part of what we do. And basically, we take in lost, abandoned, unwanted animals, broken animals, kind of like the state we’re in when we come to the Lord.

(Speaker 5)
And we basically love them and put a lot of time and care into rehabbing them. And then they become tools for the Lord. Now real quick, look at this sheet again, okay? I want you to really get this idea. Eric Trump, he wanted to do a night of prayer. It’s a true story.

(Speaker 5)
He says, I want to do a night of prayer. This is before the election, where we get some of the people that really know what they’re doing. And the thing about Eric is he’s very aware of what he is and what he isn’t. So he’s like, hey, can we do a night of prayer thingy? That’s what the words were, thingy. And I’m sitting with him, we’re eating million dollar bacon.

(Speaker 5)
Because that’s what he likes in deviled eggs.

(Speaker 60)
So it’s called million -dollar bacon at this restaurant.

(Speaker 5)
And my wife said, he’s like, can we do one of those purr thingies? Oh, yeah. Purr thingy we shall do. Purr thingy. Because again, he was about as familiar with the caucus system, the Iowa caucus system, as he was the purr thingy.

(Speaker 2)
It’s like a new thing.

(Speaker 52)
So he’s like, purr thingy.

(Speaker 5)
This is a true story, though.

(Speaker 29)
We’re at the Reawaken in Ohio.

(Speaker 5)
And he goes, I go, Eric, I want you to watch her. So remember, you spoke. That was when you first met. We’re in Ohio. It’s snowing. And Eric goes, how does that guy know that about my dad?

(Speaker 5)
You know? And it’s like, wow! You know? And who’s not seen that Kim Clement video? Who’s not seen it? Who’s not seen that Kim Clement video?

(Speaker 5)
Who’s not showing hands?

(Speaker 1)
Who has seen it?

(Speaker 5)
Who’s seen it? Yeah. So Eric’s like, how does he know? Because Eric’s a very pragmatic guy. He’s like, how does that, how does that, how does he not, how does he know that about my dad? I’m going, that’s where it freaks me out, see?

(Speaker 5)
So, God’s revealing stuff to him. I can’t, I’m like, God, are you there? Hello? I feel like I’m talking to myself in my closet again. What is this? Meanwhile, God’s downloading to this guy, and Eric’s like, man, he wanted to meet you and connect.

(Speaker 5)
So Eric says to me, the pear thingy, can we do the pear thingy? And I said, yeah, yeah. He was like, the lady with all the pigs and the animals. I’m on the interview with her, and there’s a horse in the background. The lady who’s got all the parrot. And I’m like, what?

(Speaker 14)
And he’s having fun with it. He’s like, you know the one with the whole zoo in the background? Who’s that? I like her. She’s nice. She’s a nice, good, she knows her thing.

(Speaker 14)
I like her. She’s a nice person. I want to do the prayer thing. And I’m like, that’d be Amanda Grace. And he’s like, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, now he’s like, I want to be on it.

(Speaker 13)
But it stuck out in his mind that you had the animal sanctuary.

(Speaker 5)
And so I’m trying to make sure we’re getting this idea. If you had hidden the animal sanctuary from the world, you would not have stood out. Are we getting this idea? Everybody here is uniquely important.

(Speaker 17)
God has given you unique giftings and talents and skills.

(Speaker 2)
And if we hide those from the world, we’re kind of robbing the world of your personality. But if you go to enough public school, you start to kind of hide it, don’t you? Because if you put your hand up and you ask a question, you might get mocked or ridiculed. So you start to kind of hide because you don’t want to get…

(Speaker 5)
And so I want to get your thoughts. When you decided to do your ministry slash animal sanctuary, did anyone ever tell you that’s weird or odd? Or did you ever have those feelings? Oh yeah, all the time. All the time. They didn’t understand how the two mixed.

(Speaker 5)
And I went, did you ever read the book of Genesis? Did you ever see that man was in the garden with animals walking and communing with God? Have you ever read this book? I know the IRS hasn’t read this book. I’m certain on that. I’m certain about this.

(Speaker 5)
But it really goes back to one of the first tests. God gave man, when he created and put him in the garden, it was name and take care of the animals. That was one of the first tasks.

(Speaker 15)
But yet, somehow the Lord, in his infinite brilliance, was able to marry those two together. Now, I’ll tell you something. My son up there. Aubrey, you up there? You up there? There he is.

(Speaker 15)
He’s hilarious.

(Speaker 3)
And he’s 18, and he’s only 18, funny, where he could easily say, Dad, I want to be a stand -up comedian, and I would get it, because he has that timing.

(Speaker 37)
But to nail jokes, you have to practice, and it has to not work all the time, too.

(Speaker 59)
So he’ll do a joke and he’ll be laughing.

(Speaker 12)
He’ll be like giggling for like a half hour.

(Speaker 5)
He’s like, oh, that’s good.

(Speaker 15)
And I’m like, what? And he’s like, I just thought of a thing.

(Speaker 5)
That’s a great thing right there.

(Speaker 3)
I’m like, give it to me.

(Speaker 59)
And he’ll tell me it’s hilarious.

(Speaker 15)
But if you’re a fear of a rejection, you probably won’t tell a joke. Does that make sense? So I’m just making sure we’re getting this idea. So Spurl, you have an accounting approach. We’re trying to focus on wowing customers.

(Speaker 12)
Your approach to accounting is totally opposite of traditional accounting.

(Speaker 9)
Could you give us your thoughts on many financial products?

(Speaker 15)
Not all, but many.

(Speaker 5)
I mean, most of the financial products are designed to serve the banking industry.

(Speaker 15)
They’re not designed to serve the business owners or even the individual taxpayers. So, I mean, for example, most people don’t even really understand what money’s worth, right?

(Speaker 3)
We’re all here, people in this room, they want money.

(Speaker 5)
Were any of you actually taught a definition of money in school? Raise your hand if someone here was actually taught a definition of money. And what’s the definition of money? What are the three characteristics of money? The homeschoolers, they know. They know some Perl.

(Speaker 5)
You got two? Portability, you said? Very good, very good.

(Speaker 44)
But that’s the good.

(Speaker 5)
You said portability, what? A room of, you know, 500, media exchange, unit account, and store value. Okay. But the problem is, all these people in the room here weren’t taught that in the school system, right? And they’re taught to believe that fake paper money is actually money. That’s not money.

(Speaker 5)
This is money. This is money.

(Speaker 39)
This is an ounce of gold that this is all fake.

(Speaker 5)
money. And so we’re all here.

(Speaker 2)
I feel the need to tackle him right now.

(Speaker 5)
Working for money.

(Speaker 2)
But most of us don’t know what it is. And because we don’t know what it is, we’re getting sold financial products that actually don’t keep up with the real rate of inflation.

(Speaker 9)
Don A., can I swap you out for Stella? Can I do that? Let’s hear for Don A. Clement. She’s over there. And by the way, her husband does great paintings. Donny, will you come back with one of the paintings?

(Speaker 9)
Can you bring one of the paintings up here? Let’s hear it for Dr. Stella.

(Speaker 5)
Again, I’m trying to help you. Wow. Okay, let’s hear it for Dr. Stella. Here she comes, Dr. Stella. There she is. She and I are biologically related.

(Speaker 5)
She’s my twin sister. She just goes outside more than me, and that’s… Something I’m bitter about, but… Okay, so, Dr. Stella, when you started… There you go. This is Kim…

(Speaker 5)
This is Kim Clement’s son -in -law, Don A’s husband. He painted these, and he’s selling these prints, and so she’ll be over here, and that’s what he does. That’s what they do. Let’s hear it for Don A. There she goes.

(Speaker 9)
Okay.

(Speaker 49)
So, Dr. Stella, when you started telling people, like, hey, hey, hydroxychloroquine is an effective treatment for COVID -19, how’d that go over?

(Speaker 58)
Initially, I got ridiculed.

(Speaker 5)
I got called names, and… CNN came after me and a lot of people said I didn’t know what I was saying and I just stuck with it. I was like, yes, I do. And yes, you don’t. And yes, I’m treating patients. Until Medscape did an article about me that I was the highest prescriber of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, over 100 ,000 in the country.

(Speaker 5)
And I weighed like a, you know, like a hat you know now so I just but it wasn’t really initially about hydroxychloroquine it’s just that I couldn’t really stand to see people dying from a disease that was treatable. Now this is real talk I’m gonna go to you and I’ll go to Mel on this.

(Speaker 3)
I’m on stage at the reawaken just so you guys know what’s happening at those or what happens is I’m paying for the bill and everybody who’s there is

(Speaker 5)
paying an equal sacrifice. So like Mel’s not getting paid to be there, Julie’s not getting paid to be there, everybody’s like their own expense, your guys are paying, and people can name their price and people just want to know what’s going on, right? So I’m stage side and the rules that Flynn and I had, we had two rules. One is the Bible is true. That was rule number one. Rule number two is we’re not going to censor anybody.

(Speaker 5)
We’re just going to let them share facts. And if they don’t, we’re kicking them off the stage. Let them finish their talk, but then they’re done. So she gets up there and she’s like, these people want to download their consciousness into another body and live forever. And I’m like, OK, here she goes.

(Speaker 2)
Because it’s like, how many of you are like you’re trying to stop a deer from jumping into traffic?

(Speaker 9)
You’re like, no, here comes the deer.

(Speaker 5)
Have you ever seen a deer get hit? Oh, it’s a cute little deer. Who’s seen this? A cute little deer.

(Speaker 2)
Here it goes.

(Speaker 45)
And you see it.

(Speaker 5)
And then here comes the semi. And you’re going, it’s going to get hit. And you want to stop it. But you can’t. And you just, no. I’m watching this audience of people that kind of watch Fox News.

(Speaker 5)
They kind of like Eric, you know. And they’re going. And she’s like, they’re going to be able to download. They think you can download your consciousness into another body. Which, by the way, Elon Musk now says out loud.

(Speaker 9)
He’s saying that out loud. Elon is now saying out loud that he believes you can download your consciousness.

(Speaker 57)
He said it on the Joe Rogan podcast.

(Speaker 9)
And you can live forever. He’s telling you can have eternal life by downloading your brain into another body. He says a clone body. He’s actually saying these words on the Joe Rogan podcast. And she says it, though, like, five years ago. 2020, yeah.

(Speaker 5)
So everybody’s going, and I watch the audience, and people are like, no.

(Speaker 9)
People are yelling words like, your credibility is gone. And Flynn and I are like, oh, man. And Jim Caviezel gets on stage and starts talking about adrenochrome. His agent, Dennis, was like, hey, make sure you don’t ask him about, you know, the thing. I go, yeah, I won’t do it. I won’t ask about it.

(Speaker 9)
You know me. I know you. I’m not. The first thing I said, Jim, tell us about your new movie. And Jim’s like, I don’t know. Uh, yeah, it’s a new movie called Sound of Freedom, and speaking of adrenochrome, and he just goes down the… my kids are at school, and they’re like, your dad’s on CNN again talking about adrenochrome, you know?

(Speaker 9)
Your dad’s up there talking in his crazy MLK about where Hollywood, you know, yeah. So I, and it’s like, once you commit to standing out for something you believe in, you’re going to receive criticism.

(Speaker 5)
There’s no such thing as universal praise.

(Speaker 2)
It does not happen.

(Speaker 4)
So Dr. Stella, how do you process the hate that comes with being unapologetic about the truth. I was wired for such a time like as this. I was trained for such a time as this. I knew the truth. The Lord showed me all this stuff about, you know, I say that these days we have a lot of, you know, human, um, I call them demonic spirits in human form living among us. Way back in 2011, so as I started preaching and talking about it, people thought I was crazy.

(Speaker 4)
So before COVID started, I knew this. But now, everybody wants me to talk about it. Clearly, you thought I was crazy the first year. By the second year, he was telling me, talk about the Nephilims, right? I never said I thought she was crazy. I just made faces like, But now everybody’s like, oh my God, you’re so right.

(Speaker 4)
You’re so right. I can tweet that right now and have like thousands of people going like, yes, yes, yes, Dr. Stella. A few years ago, they call me crazy. But you just have to be ahead of time. You got to know what God is saying to you. And like I said, God revealed this thing to me, 2011, we did a 100 day lock in prayer around the clock.

(Speaker 4)
And during that time, we access realms in the spirit that gave us revelation of what was coming in the world. So when I started talking about it, everybody’s like, I said, you know what God told me, I know this, this is true. You guys might not realize it, but you will see it. And all of you agree with me. It wasn’t long. I’m sure a lot of you do agree right now.

(Speaker 4)
that there are crazy people living among us, right? Yeah? There it is, it happened again. Okay, so, Mel, you’re in Hollywood, you’re a sought -after writer, you’re acting, you’re doing the things, and all of a sudden you’re like, you know, and so Trump makes more sense. Yeah, but here’s the hard part with, particularly yesterday was a little hard of a day to watch the two biggest movie stars in the world’s daughters speak at the UN and my heart just broke. But that’s what’s bred out there.

(Speaker 4)
And for me, because I dig into history, I knew that without that level of capture and propaganda, that where we are now would never have happened. And so they don’t really wanna hear that. And honestly, when I left in 2012, It was more because I saw all of the things that ended up sweeping over this country, Black Lives Matter, CRT, the transgender thing. It was being pushed way before in Hollywood. particularly the sexualization of young children. And it was everywhere.

(Speaker 4)
I saw it everywhere at the highest levels. And something just told me, get out of here. And I spent 22 years there, and I am lucky to be alive. I mean, I really went there young. I believed in myself. I failed so many times.

(Speaker 4)
I’ve been homeless. Everything just because I loved what I was doing so much, it was worth it to me. And then one day, it wasn’t anymore. And basically, from that point on, I had multiple things happen in my life that proved to me not only that there was something better and bigger and more important to be paying attention to rather than chasing something that isn’t real all the way to the bottom, but at the same time, I did not expect to be doing this at all, and frankly, it took off on a life of its own. Me and Rob didn’t know what we were going to do with ourselves. And I just started going back to history.

(Speaker 4)
And I would read history because I love it. And I would be like, oh, my God, they’ve done this before, not once, not twice, many times.

(Speaker 11)
So there’s not many new stories, particularly in destroying a country from within.

(Speaker 4)
So for me, it just became like, I have to go say this. I’ve lost everything. That’s how I felt at the point.

(Speaker 5)
And as I backed Trump publicly in 2016, I got like Dear John letters, people didn’t want to work with me anymore. I’d go into meetings, they’d be like, well, this has to be this, and this has to be that. And I just thought, something terrible is coming, and I want to get in front of it, like Stella. And that’s what happened. But you had to take the public shame, the public humiliation. She’s a conspiracy theorist.

(Speaker 5)
She’s this. She’s that. You know, finding things, you know, and it just it can break you. And for whatever reason, I prayed to God. Honestly, I called Roseanne one day and I said, I can’t I’m crying. I can’t do it anymore.

(Speaker 5)
And this is when we’re in the midst of the tour. You know, I’ve been banned for life from YouTube since 2020. So we’re climbing up over there at Rumble. And I’m thinking, what’s the point? And and then Roseanne said, you know what, stop thinking that way. Every morning go outside and pray to God to guide you in whatever direction he wants for his plan and to empower you with the ability to empower people to empower themselves.

(Speaker 5)
And I have prayed that every day now for like five years.

(Speaker 56)
So that’s, and every day I wake up and I think.

(Speaker 5)
Okay, well, it’s another day, and whatever I’m supposed to say, I guess I will.

(Speaker 24)
And I’m like you, I never, and you, all of us, I never really prepared to go on stage. I just knew that I saw the truth, and I would try to articulate it in a way that people could understand. And I think I’ve gotten to a place where a lot of people, particularly two days ago, when Donald Trump told the United Nations that, you know, basically,

(Speaker 40)
you failed.

(Speaker 5)
I just thought, okay, well, worked out.

(Speaker 46)
So far, so good.

(Speaker 5)
So that’s my story. Now what we’re going to do is we’re going to break between now and 2 .20. We’re going to bring up the band here, Charlie Redd and the Full Flip of Kings, and then Julie Green’s coming back at 2 .20. So get yourself prepared. Julie Green’s coming back at 2 .20. Let’s hear it for Julie.

(Speaker 37)
Let’s hear it for Mel.

(Speaker 5)
Let’s hear it for Stella. Let’s hear it for Josh. Let’s hear it for Amanda. We’ll come back here at 2 .20. 2 .20.

(Speaker 2)
That’s what you need.

(Speaker 52)
Okay.

(Speaker 53)
Hey Aubrey, I’m gonna have you…

(Speaker 2)
These lights… How does it look on camera at this level? How’s it look? Feel good about it? Good? Let’s keep it there for a while.

(Speaker 2)
Okay? Just…

(Speaker 5)
Okay, we’ll cool it down a little bit, yeah.

(Speaker 45)
Again, Amanda Grace is in the house, Julie Green’s here, Mel K, feel free to say what’s up. Donny Clement’s over there, and we’re gonna come back here at 2 .20.

(Speaker 52)
I think the band is ready.

(Speaker 51)
OK, Aaron Antis, guess who’s joining us for the December 4th and 5th, 2025 Thrive Time Show Business Growth Workshop.

(Speaker 2)
Santa Claus? No, we will not be joined by Santa Claus, but we will be joined by Eric Trump, the son of the 45th and now 47th president of these United States. And yes, Amanda Grace will be in the place. And yes, Dr. Stella Manuel will be there so you know it will go well. Yes, we have Mel K in the house. Pastor Phil and Tammy Hotson -Pillar will be hosting this event at their beautiful church right there in sunny Anaheim, California.

(Speaker 2)
Yes, folks, make this a December to remember. He’s fat. Make this a December to remember and join us at the two -day interactive Business Growth Workshops. For over 20 years, folks, I’ve been hosting Business Growth Workshops where we’re going to teach you marketing, sales systems, human resources, accounting, social media marketing, branding, sales training, search engine optimization, accounting, workflow development, financial management, all this and more. How do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 42)
com.

(Speaker 2)
Again, how do you get tickets? Go to thrivetimeshow . com. I’m Ron Burgundy? the promoting from within, marketing, branding, quality control, sales systems, workflow design, workflow mapping, how to build. I mean, everything that you see, the Trump hotels, the Trump golf courses, all their products, the man who manages Billions of dollars of real estate and thousands of employees is here to teach us how to do it.

(Speaker 2)
You are talking about one of the greatest brands on the planet from a business standpoint. I mean, who else has been able to create a brand like the Trump brand? I mean, look at it. And this is the man behind the business for the last, pretty much since 2015. He’s been the man behind it, so you’re talking, we’re into nine going into 10 years of him running it, and we get to tap into that knowledge. That’s gonna be amazing.

(Speaker 2)
Now, think about this for a second.

(Speaker 50)
Nothing is over until we decide it is!

(Speaker 2)
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Germans? Forget it, he’s rolling. And A over now! and it’s $500 for a VIP ticket now we only have limited seating here with there’s a lot of togetherness and closeness camaraderie so again if you want to get tickets for this event all you have to do is go to thrive timeshow . com go to thrive timeshow . com when you go to thrive timeshow .

(Speaker 2)
com, you’ll go there, you’ll request a ticket, boom. Or if you want to text me, if you want a little bit faster service, you say, I want you to call me right now. Just text my number. It’s my cell phone number, my personal cell phone number. We’ll keep that private between you, between you, me, everybody. We’ll keep that private.

(Speaker 5)
And anybody, don’t share that with anybody except for everybody. That’s my private cell phone number.

(Speaker 2)
It’s 918 -851 -0102. 918 -851 -0102. I know we have a lot of Spanish speaking people that attend these conferences. And so to be bilingually sensitive, my cell phone number is 918 -851 -0102. That is not actually bilingual. That’s just saying Juan for a Juan.

(Speaker 2)
It’s not the same thing. I think you’re attacking me. Now, let’s talk about this. Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it.

(Speaker 2)
I’ll tee up the thing and then you tell me what you’re going to learn here. Okay. You’re going to learn marketing, marketing and branding. What are we going to learn about marketing and branding? Oh yeah. We’re going to dive into, you know, so many people say, Oh, you know, I got to get my brand known out there like the Trump brand, right?

(Speaker 2)
You want to get that brand out there. It’s like, how do I actually make people know what my business is? is and make it a household name. You’re going to learn some intricacies of how you can do that. You’re going to learn sales. So many people struggle to sell something.

(Speaker 5)
This just in, your business will go to hell if you can’t sell.

(Speaker 49)
So we’re going to teach you sales.

(Speaker 2)
We’re going to teach you search engine optimization, how to come up top in the search engine results. We’re going to teach you how to manage people. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors. And most people struggle with managing. managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people?

(Speaker 2)
Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck. So it could be a challenge, you know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling together. same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones. And we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction.

(Speaker 2)
So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re going to teach you accounting. We’re going to teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance. We’re going to teach you time management. How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day?

(Speaker 2)
How do you build an organization if you’re not organized?

(Speaker 5)
How do you do organization?

(Speaker 48)
How do you build an org chart?

(Speaker 2)
everything that you need to know to start and grow a business will be taught during this two -day interactive business workshop. Now let me tell you how the format is set up here to get folks this is a two -day interactive 15 Think about this, folks. It’s two days. Each day, it starts at 7 a . m. , and it goes until 5 p .

(Speaker 2)
m. So from 7 a .

(Speaker 5)
m.

(Speaker 47)
to 5 p .

(Speaker 5)
m. , two days. It’s a two -day interactive workshop.

(Speaker 33)
The way we do it is we do a 30 -minute teaching session, and then we break for 15 minutes for a question -and -answer session.

(Speaker 5)
So, Aaron, what kind of great stuff happens during that 15 -minute question -and -answer session after every teaching session? I actually think it’s the best part about the workshops because here’s what happens. I’ve been to lots of these things over the years. I’ve paid many thousands of dollars to go to them.

(Speaker 2)
And you go in there and they talk in vague generalities and they’re constantly upselling you for something trying to get you to buy this thing or that thing or this program or this membership.

(Speaker 5)
And you don’t you leave not getting your very specific questions answered about your business or your employees or what you’re doing on your marketing.

(Speaker 2)
And what’s awesome about this is we literally answer every single question that any person asks.

(Speaker 46)
And it’s very specific to what your business is.

(Speaker 5)
And what we do is we will allow you as the

(Speaker 45)
attendee to write your questions on the whiteboard, and then we literally, as you mentioned, we answer every single question on the whiteboard, and then we take a 15 -minute break to stretch.

(Speaker 44)
And this is also your opportunity to meet some of the great speakers like Pastor Dave Scarlett. You could meet Mel K. You could meet Amanda Grace.

(Speaker 5)
You could meet Dr. Stella Emanuel.

(Speaker 2)
You could just grab a coffee.

(Speaker 5)
You could find some alone time. You could get lost in the bathroom. You could try to go and get a photo with one of the speakers. You could try to photobomb a photo where someone else is getting a photo with the speakers. You could go attempt to find your phone, wallet, and your keys. That’s a good idea.

(Speaker 5)
That means you have less than 3 % of our population that’s even self -employed. So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self -employed to begin with.

(Speaker 2)
And when Inc. Magazine reports that 96 % of businesses fail by default, by default, you have a 1 out of 1 ,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with We can typically double this. I’m just no, no, no hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up.

(Speaker 2)
But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months. Yeah. Double.

(Speaker 43)
And you say double.

(Speaker 2)
Yeah. There’s businesses that we have tripled.

(Speaker 5)
There’s businesses we’ve grown eight X. There’s so many examples you can see at thrive timeshow .

(Speaker 42)
com.

(Speaker 5)
But again, this is the most interactive best business workshop on the planet. This is objectively the highest and most reviewed business workshop on the planet. Add to that. Eric Trump, the man that runs the Trump organization.

(Speaker 2)
You say, Clay, I still, I’m not going to get a ticket unless you give me more.

(Speaker 41)
Okay, fine.

(Speaker 40)
We’re going to serve you the same meal both days.

(Speaker 2)
True story.

(Speaker 39)
We have, we cater in the food and because I keep it simple, I literally bring him the same food both days for lunch.

(Speaker 5)
Who’s with me?

(Speaker 2)
Let’s go.

(Speaker 38)
Come on.

(Speaker 19)
was an incredible Mexican restaurant.

(Speaker 8)
That’s going to happen.

(Speaker 23)
You want a life -changing experience. You want to learn how to start and grow a company. Go to Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 35)
com.

(Speaker 22)
Go there right now. Thrivetimeshow .

(Speaker 17)
com. Request a ticket for the two -day interactive event.

(Speaker 15)
Again, the event’s going to be on December 4th and 5th in sunny Anaheim, California.

(Speaker 21)
Great weather.

(Speaker 17)
Make this a December to remember. Eric Trump, the man who leads the Trump Organization. It’s going to be a blasty blast. There’s no upsells. Aaron, I could not be more excited about this event. I think it is incredible.

(Speaker 2)
And there’s somebody out there right now, you’re watching and you’re like, but I already signed up for this incredible other program called Smoke Your Way to Thin.

(Speaker 21)
I think that’s going to change your life.

(Speaker 17)
I promise you this will be 10 times better than that. Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking.

(Speaker 37)
Don’t do the smoke your way to thin conference.

(Speaker 17)
That is, I’ve tried it. Don’t do it. Yeah.

(Speaker 34)
Chain smoking is not a viable.

(Speaker 3)
I mean, it is life -changing. It is life -changing. If you become a chain smoker, it is life -changing. Not the best weight loss program though. Right. Not really.

(Speaker 3)
So if you’re looking to have life -changing results in a way that won’t cause you to have a stoma, get your tickets at thrivetimeshow . com. Again, that’s Aaron Antis. reminding you and inviting you to come out to the two -day interactive Thrivetimeshow workshop in beautiful Anaheim, California. I’m I’m Vince Suzuki, also from Sarasota, Florida.

(Speaker 15)
He dragged me here.

(Speaker 32)
Yup, I was here in 2018 and it changed my business and I built another business and now I’m here to do it again with this business.

(Speaker 3)
I’m a brand strategist and it’s been really easy to go to a lot of events like this and just leave really in your head what to do next. Already, there’s the strategic, step -by -step, real -life implementation that we can do to our business, and I’m so grateful to be here.

(Speaker 13)
And I’m very excited that Eric Hump is here. That is going to be epic. My name is Erica, and it has been an amazing year. The conference, I’m learning so much. Everything is perfect for me. Clay Clark, man, he is one character.

(Speaker 13)
That’s a good word for him, character. Yeah, that is it. He’s good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time. He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother, and she just says, she just lets him be Clay Clark.

(Speaker 17)
I mean, so, you know, he’s endorsed by his mother, and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.

(Speaker 5)
Clay Clark starts his days at 5 o ‘clock in the morning. It’s incredible. He’s a machine. I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock. Hundreds of people showing up at five o ‘clock. m.

(Speaker 5)
in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man. No, he is. And the greatest thing that’ll come out of all of it, aside from winning the presidency of the United States, we’ll get to that in a second. Was an everlasting friendship between clay and I because I’m telling you there’s not too many people in the world that have this man’s backbone and his Tenaciousness and his perseverance and so buddy.

(Speaker 2)
I love you and to general Flynn.

(Speaker 3)
Thank you. You guys are incredible You guys are incredible warriors. You guys are incredible incredible warrior. So thank you my friend plate Clark is here somewhere Where’s my buddy play plays the greatest? I met his goats today. I met his dogs.

(Speaker 3)
I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 3)
4 ,000 % from February to February. Now I can better that. Okay, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself and if I cry, forgive me. In the last two and a half days, We have bettered our entire month of February and the last two and a half days.

(Speaker 3)
So and the phone’s blowing up. Everything’s just blowing up. You’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves. Actually I learned at the Academy in Kings Point in New York Octa nonverbal.

(Speaker 5)
Watch what a person does. not what they say we’re going to move into action mode here so for anybody out there if you say i would like to go to mar -a -lago now jackson you know they this just in they rated mar -a -lago you know about this this just in and so some people say you know that wasn’t cool i didn’t like that But, you know, so a lot of people out there, we want to kind of stick it to the New York Times. We want Eric to become the number one best selling author in America.

(Speaker 29)
And we also, we kind of also want to go to Mar -a -Lago and check it out.

(Speaker 5)
We’ve never been there before. So what we’re going to do is for anybody right now, if you go to Amazon right now and you buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book, Under Siege, My Family’s Fight to Save Our Nation. So you go to Amazon right now, you buy a copy of the book. And you just text a screenshot of your proof of purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. So text my number, 918 -851 -0102. So again, step one, you go here to Amazon .

(Speaker 5)
com, you buy a copy of the book Under Siege, then you just text a screenshot of your purchase, your proof of purchase. You text my number, 918 -851 -0102. You have a chance to win a dinner at Mar -a -Lago with Eric Trump and myself, and there’s more. right there, just for your viewers. It’s the most exclusive private club in the world. $2 million to get into, just base membership fee.

(Speaker 5)
And I promise we’re going to make your night absolutely incredible. Clay goes, listen, why don’t we do this? Why don’t we put it out to all the amazing Reawaken people, all the people who supported us all around the country, all around, at every one of these conferences, who adore your family. We’ve got to beat The New York Times.

(Speaker 3)
The New York Times is going to do everything they can.

(Speaker 36)
Even though we’re number one on Amazon right now, we just hit number one this morning.

(Speaker 3)
New York Times is going to do everything they can to keep you from being number one bestseller.

(Speaker 5)
You know that.

(Speaker 3)
I know that.

(Speaker 5)
You know the games that they’re willing to play. But play goes on. We do a couple of things. First of all, I love having dinner with Clay. He’s the greatest. Second of all, why don’t we bring one of the amazing people that I guarantee you I’ve been in front of at all these events.

(Speaker 5)
Why don’t we bring a couple to dinner at Mar -a -Lago?” And I said, absolutely, consider it done. So I said, they have to text you, Clay. They can’t text me, because we’ll be getting 1 ,000 of these. But yeah, go buy a book, text Clay, and we’ll set up a dinner. I’ll make sure you guys have the absolute time of your life.

(Speaker 5)
I want to pull this up again one more time here, Jackson. because I think sometimes I’m a poor communicator, and I need to work on communicating more effectively. So you go to Amazon. That’s step one, OK? Yes. You buy a copy of the book, Pop Quiz.

(Speaker 5)
What book? Under Siege. You buy a copy of Under Siege, and then you screenshot a picture of that, and you text my phone number. It’s 918 -851 -0102. Folks, that is my cell phone number. So we’ll keep that private between you and me and everybody.

(Speaker 5)
And then when you text that to me, you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the actual in -person business workshop. That’s a business growth workshop, December 4th and 5th, featuring Eric Trump in Anaheim, California. and you have a chance to win dinner with Eric Trump and myself at Mar -a -Lago.

(Speaker 2)
Now, someone says, when does this contest end?

(Speaker 3)
Now, Eric, your birthday was hijacked, OK? So your birthday was hijacked. January 6th is this man’s birthday. He now has to switch his birthday because no one wants to talk about his birthday on January 6th anymore. So we’re going to run this promotion until November 5th. That’s like a birthday.

(Speaker 3)
No, no. So we’re going to run it until October 14th. October 14th. It has to be pre -sale. This just in. It has to be between October 14th.

(Speaker 3)
That’s why we’re clarifying. So between now and October Now, folks, let me just clarify this real quick here, so make sure I’m leaving you with some good clarity here. One, you buy a copy of Under Siege on Amazon. That’s the step one. Step two, you text a screenshot of that purchase to my cell phone number, 918 -851 -0102. Three, you have to do that before October 14th.

(Speaker 3)
Before October 14th, this just in, it has to be before October 14th. And you have a chance to win a backstage pass to the upcoming business workshop. You have a chance to have dinner with Eric Trump at Mar -a -Lago. And I want to tell you some benefits of buying the book. One, I’ve read the book. It’s incredible.

(Speaker 3)
If you’re a father out there and you want to learn about mentoring your kids, it’s a great book. If you want to learn about American history, it’s a great book. If you want to make America great again, it is a great book. It’s a book you got to have. Now here is just a quick editor’s note. You do not have to buy a copy of Eric Trump’s book Under Siege to be entered into the drawing.

(Speaker 3)
Just text the number. all you have to do is just text the number 918 -851 -0102 and you will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a copy of Eric Trump’s book under siege and a once -in -a -lifetime opportunity to hang out with Eric Trump and Clay Clark at Mar -a -Lago and to win a backstage pass at the upcoming thrivetimeshow .com com two -day interactive business workshop. Again, you do not have to buy a copy of the book to be entered into the drawing, but it would be great if you’d buy a copy of the book, because that would make sense. However, that is all, and now back to the interview. Also, Eric, a final question here for you.

(Speaker 5)
You are donating a portion of the proceeds to support Charlie Kirk in his continued mission there. Could you tell us about that briefly there, and then we’ll let you get back to what you’re doing today, sir. Yeah, well I was on with Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson was a great friend of Charlie Kirk’s, as you know, and you know Benny, and Benny’s a very good friend of mine, and you know, Cash Patel is a very good friend of mine, and was a very good friend of Charlie’s. I mean, You watch everybody that’s up on that stage every single day as they got to the bottom of exactly what happened, and they brought justice to what happened, or are trying to bring justice to what happened. And it’s kind of unthinkable.

(Speaker 5)
But you know St. Jude, and I talk a lot about St. Jude in this book, because fighting pediatric cancer has always been a cornerstone of my life. But Charlie truly, truly, truly was the epitome of being under siege, not only in the movement that he helped create, But obviously in how his life was savagely taken.

(Speaker 3)
My book came out three days, two and a half days before Charlie’s assassination. You better believe he would have been the final chapter of this book as just another illustration of what these people will do at any cost to try and win because it’s who they are.

(Speaker 17)
It’s the not so tolerant left.

(Speaker 21)
And we can never let our voices be heard. Clay.

(Speaker 17)
You stood on that stage, as well as anybody I’ve ever seen stand on a stage. You did at reawaken events all across the country, which you funded out of your back pocket because you believed in America. You believed in a greater country. And you were on that stage every single day. You know I was on that stage with you every single day. And I was on the turning point stage with Charlie all the time.

(Speaker 21)
And I was on that stage. on stages across the country and three campaigns. I’ve stood on thousands of them.

(Speaker 17)
And honestly, they don’t want us to stand on that stage.

(Speaker 35)
That’s why they’re sending bullets from rooftops.

(Speaker 17)
They don’t want us to go out there with a bullhorn and have loud, independent thought. When they see these beautiful arenas full of kids and they’re cheering, they’re celebrating, they’re holding American flags, they don’t want that. And so they want to silence us. They want to silence our voice. That’s why they killed Charlie.

(Speaker 34)
That’s why they tried to kill my father.

(Speaker 33)
That’s why they sent 112 subpoenas to me.

(Speaker 17)
That’s why they wanted me in jail and my father in jail and Don in jail.

(Speaker 3)
That’s why they made up the hoaxes. They wanted to see us destroyed and gone with no voice, with no money, with no company, with no political aspirations, gone. And we can’t allow that to happen. And so we need to make sure that turning point continues. We need to make sure incredible patriots like you continue to spread you know, sensical speech, pro -American values, pro -religious, pro -constitutional values.

(Speaker 15)
And that’s why I want to donate the funds to Turning Point.

(Speaker 32)
I want to donate a portion of the funds to Turning Point, because we can’t allow anarchy to win, and we can’t allow voices to be deleted, and we need to keep Charlie’s legacy going.

(Speaker 3)
Eric Trump, thank you so much for joining us. Pastor Jackson, thank you so much for joining us.

(Speaker 13)
Absolutely. Eric, have a great day. We really do appreciate you. Everybody go out there and buy that book, Undersea, just not too early to buy your Christmas gifts. And if you have a Democrat in your family, buy them a copy as well. Eric Trump.

(Speaker 13)
take care. Thanks, guys. See you later. But Clay Clark, man, he is one character. That’s a good word for character. Yeah, that is it.

(Speaker 13)
Good, driven, smart, and I’ve never met a guy who was so hyper all the time.

(Speaker 17)
He’s doing so much good. And then I met his mother, and she just says, She just lets him be Clay Clark. I mean, so he’s endorsed by his mother and he’s doing magnificent work. So it was great meeting you out there and all the people that he surrounds himself with.

(Speaker 6)
His Clay Clark starts his days at five o ‘clock in the morning. Oh, it’s incredible. Yeah. He’s, he’s like, he’s, he’s a machine. He’s a machine. But his, you know, I could, I have problems with my company starting at nine o ‘clock.

(Speaker 6)
Yes. Hundreds of people showing up at 5 a . m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Man, he’s a leader of a leader. He’s a fantastic young man.

(Speaker 6)
No, he is. Clay Clark is here somewhere. Where’s my buddy Clay? Clay’s the greatest. I met his goats today. I met his dogs.

(Speaker 6)
I met his chickens. I saw his compound. He’s like the greatest guy. I ran from his goats, his chickens, his dogs. So this guy’s like the greatest marketer you’ve ever seen, right? His entire life, Clay Clark, his entire life is marketing.

(Speaker 6)
Four thousand percent. from February to February. Now, I can better that. OK, Clay, I don’t think you know this. I don’t think you know this. I’m pinching myself.

(Speaker 31)
And if I cry, forgive me.

(Speaker 6)
In the last two and a half days, we have bettered our entire month of February in the last two and a half days. So and the phone’s blown up. Everything’s just blown up. You’re right. It is like a rocket ship. So we’re pinching ourselves.

(Speaker 6)
I learned at the Academy at King’s Point in New York. Acta non verba. Watch what a person does. not what they say. I definitely just stared at the walls figuring out how to make my facility look like this place.

(Speaker 19)
This place rocks.

(Speaker 6)
It’s invigorating. The walls are super, it’s just very cool. The atmosphere is cool. The people are nice. It’s a pretty cool place to be. Very good learning atmosphere.

(Speaker 6)
I literally want to model it and steal everything that’s here at this facility and basically create it just on our business side.

(Speaker 30)
Play is awesome.

(Speaker 29)
Hilarious.

(Speaker 28)
I literally laughed so hard that I started having tears yesterday.

(Speaker 6)
And we’ve been learning a lot, which, you know, we’ve been sitting here, we’ve been learning a lot, and so the humor definitely helps, it breaks it up. But the content is awesome, off the charts, and it’s very interactive, you can raise your hand, it’s not like you’re just listening to the professor speak, you know? The wizard teaches, but the wizard interacts and he takes questions, so that’s awesome.

(Speaker 27)
If you’re not attending the conference, you’re missing about three quarters to half of your life.

(Speaker 19)
Um, you’re definitely, it’s, it’s probably worth a couple thousand dollars. So you’re missing the thought process of someone that’s already started like nine profitable businesses. So. not only is it a lot of good information, but just getting in the thought process of Clay Clark or Dr. Zellner or any of the other coaches, getting in their thought process of how they’re starting all these businesses, to me, just that is priceless. That’s money.

(Speaker 6)
Well, we’re definitely not getting upsold here. My wife and I have attended conferences where it was great information and then they upsold us like half the conference and I don’t want to like bang my head into a wall. And she’s like banging her head into the chair in front of her. Like, it’s good information, but we’re like, oh my gosh, I want to strangle you. Shut up and go with the presentation that we paid for.

(Speaker 19)
And that’s not here.

(Speaker 27)
There’s no upsells or anything.

(Speaker 1)
So that’s awesome. I hate that. Oh, it makes me angry. So glad that’s not happening. So the cost. of this conference is quite a bit cheaper than business college.

(Speaker 1)
I went to a small private liberal arts college and got a degree in business and I didn’t learn anything like they’re teaching here. I didn’t learn linear workflows. I learned stuff that I’m not using and I haven’t been using for the last nine years. So what they’re teaching here is actually way better than what I got at business school. And I went what was actually ranked as a very good business school. I would definitely recommend that people would check out the Thrive 15 conference.

(Speaker 1)
The information that you’re going to get is just very, very beneficial. And the mindset that you’re going to get, that you’re going to leave with, is just absolutely worth the price of a little bit of money and a few days worth of your time. I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark. Hey guys, I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic.

(Speaker 1)
We love you guys. We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us. This is our old house. This is where we used to live. Here’s the house. This.

(Speaker 1)
See? this is my old van and our old school marketing. And this is our old team. And by team, I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new house with our new neighborhood. This is our new van with our new marketing, and this is our new team.

(Speaker 1)
We went from four to 14, and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past, and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts, and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from 1 to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed $13 ,000 for the whole month. Right now it’s 2018, the month of October.

(Speaker 1)
It’s only the 22nd, we’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month, and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship, and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. So we really just want to thank you, Clay, and thank you, Vanessa, for everything you’ve done, everything you’ve helped us with. We love you guys. Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness.

(Speaker 1)
Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. And Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with like running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy is just amazing.

(Speaker 1)
This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with like Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40 ,000 cast members. He’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10 ,000 or more people show up to some of these tours on the day -to -day. He does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top.

(Speaker 1)
He has a team. of business coaches, videographers, and graphic designers, and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies. Every six to eight weeks, he’s doing Reawaken America tours. Every six to eight weeks, he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up, and he teaches people a 13 -step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires, helping them grow their companies.

(Speaker 1)
So I’ve seen guys from startups go from startup to being multi -millionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system. critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business.

(Speaker 2)
Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that, like Clay is like, he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about, where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go.

(Speaker 2)
And that’s what I like the most about him. He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best you. And Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that, we became friends.

(Speaker 2)
I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time. We went into a business deal and listed to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal. And they were super excited about working with him.

(Speaker 2)
And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his, he doesn’t, his highest desire was to do what’s right. And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot.

(Speaker 2)
He’s helped navigate any time I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or, you know. navigating competition and an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs were all closed for three months. And you have $350 ,000 of bills you’ve got to pay, and we have no accounts receivable. He helped us navigate that. And of course, we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time.

(Speaker 2)
He was a great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing. And I encourage you, if you haven’t ever worked with Clay, work with Clay. He’s going to help you. magnify you, and there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day, and literally the rest of the time he’s working, and he can outwork everybody in the room every single day, and he loves it.

(Speaker 2)
So anyways, this is Charles Kolaw with Kolaw Fitness. Thank you, Clay, and anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So you guys have a blessed one. This is Charles Kolaw. We’ll see you guys.

(Speaker 7)
Bye -bye. with Shaw Homes. I first heard about Clay through a mortgage lender here in town who had told me what a great job he had been doing for them. and I actually noticed he was driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden, so I was willing to listen. In my career, I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate. So honestly I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes.

(Speaker 7)
And then I met Clay and my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed. Doing $800 million in sales over a 15 -year career, I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of salespeople for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes. And, I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area and that was without Clay. So when I came to know Clay I really thought man there’s not much more I need to know but I’m willing to listen.

(Speaker 7)
The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four -month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month, just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would have come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us. And it’s just been an incredible experience. I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry.

(Speaker 7)
He’s not somebody who’s in the industry. building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me to go to seminars, international builder shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry.

(Speaker 8)
But the thing that I found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do, I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing. And Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it is because the results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental. It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic, and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made.

(Speaker 8)
I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing. And I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you if you’re thinking about working with clay, I mean, the thing is, it’s month to month.

(Speaker 8)
Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 -year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us. And I know if you give them a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would have missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would have missed out on literally an 1800 % increase in our internet leads going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would have been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clark to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing.

(Speaker 8)
I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it because we sure haven’t. My name is Danielle Sprick, and I am the founder of D. Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a stay -at -home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full -time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide, what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate.

He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand, and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people. I love the building relationships. But one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I

did not have what I needed to make that what it should be. So I reached out to Clay at that time, and he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents, the homes that we represent, everything that we do. is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage, our real estate brokerage, eight months ago. And in that time, we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week, we signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions.

Three years ago, I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today, building a business, having 16 agents. But I have to give credit where credit’s due. And Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen.

I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient, and that’s it.

My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean, I went to medical school. I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63 ,000 embezzlement.

I lost multiple employees. Clay helped me. weather the storm of some of the things that are just a lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees, using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans.

He helped me with web development. and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards, and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.
